Jose Mourinho speaks out on final Manchester United summer transfer

Jose Mourinho admits he remains hopeful of a fourth arrival at Manchester United this summer but still praised executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward for bringing in three of his targets already.

The Portuguese boss has already seen Romelu Lukaku, Victor Lindelof and Nemanja Matic move to Old Trafford ahead of the 2017/18 season, with the trio all starting in United's final pre-season clash against Sampdoria.

After seeing his side win 2-1 courtesy of goals from Juan Mata and Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Mourinho opened up on the club's summer activity to this stage.

And while he's satisfied with Woodward's work thus far, he's still hopeful of a final deal. 'I was hoping for four plays to improve the squad,' he said after the win against Sampdoria.

'The club did a fantastic job by getting three of them which is very difficult with the crazy market where we are now.

'To get three out of four, I thank the club for that. Ill be happier if they give me four out of four.

But they did a great effort for me. It's unclear exactly who is being targeted by the club, although Mourinho had previously claimed he wanted another winger in the squad.

Inter Milan attacker Ivan Perisic has been constantly linked with a move to Old Trafford for £50million, with Gareth Bale also supposedly on Woodward's radar.

A deal for Paris Saint-Germain right-back Serge Aurier was also raised as a possibility, though subsequent reports have claimed there is no interest in the Ivory Coast international.

Doppie colture e biogas in agricoltura: l'avventura di Ernesto Folli - English subtitles - Duration: 1:55.

My name is Ernesto Folli. I'm a farmer

and manage a farm in the province of Cremona, in Lombardy,

which for centuries has been run along very traditional lines

- with dairy animals in particular

and also cereal crops that were partly for market

and partly to feed the cows in the dairy shed.

In 2009, after two years making trips, even around Europe,

to see other operations and experiences already under way,

I installed a 1 MW biogas system

that uses all the animal slurry produced on the farm.

I also carried out major alterations to the cattle shed

to get a continuous flow of slurry entering the digestion plant,

which also uses by-products

and other cereals coming from the farm.

Let's say that we took this decision to install this system

- by now it's seven years after the first installation

and then in 2012 we installed a second one

- as I was saying it's a decision

that has completely revolutionized my business,

not so much in terms of what it produces

but certainly in terms of overall farm management

as regards feeding and the cropping system.

We've introduced double cropping

- going from 10% of the farm on double cropping to over 70% today

- and also from the agronomic point of view

we have the possibility to use digestate

produced by the system as a fertilizer.

Therefore it's also very important to be able

to enhance it with innovative agricultural engineering techniques

that involve minimal soil tillage,

improve soil fertility

and above all achieve better farm productivity.

In the past,

when people lost their faith,

God send us a message.

A dream.

That dream warned us

that only the perfect ones,

the faithful ones

would stay in His eternal kingdom.

And the Others would be condemned to eternal suffering.

Our supreme, our leader has been eliminating most of those pests

cleaning up our world.

So that way we live in peace.

But then opponents appeared.

And they want to destroy our tradition,

our religion, our faith.

Whoever witnesses any opposing act,

must immediately communicate to our supreme.

Hail to God, to our leader and to all of us.

We have faith.

20 facts about me || Alice xo - Duration: 3:22.

Hi everyone! I'm Alice, I'm 17 years old and in two weeks I'm leaving for a semester in England.

I decided to create this channel because I was looking for someone on Youtube

who had the same experience as myself but I just found some people who went in the USA

so I thought to create this channel for other teenagers who are searching for someone

who's going to England but they don't find anyone.

As my first video I thought to do 20 facts about me

so that you can get to know me better and find out something about me.

Let's get started!

I was born the 27th March 2000 in Vigevano, a city in Lombardy.

I'm very shy, this is one of the reasons why I decided to spend a semester abroad

to give myself a challenge and to change my personality.

I have a short-term memory and I can't remember anything.

For example I don't remember what I ate at lunch and it's been only two hours.

I take dance lessons since when I was 4

I take ballet lessons, modern dance and hip hop lessons but

this year I when to a contemporary dance workshop and I fell in love with it.

This song is by The Church and it's called UNDER THE MILKY WAY

Sometimes when this place gets kind of empty Sound of their breath fades with the light

I think about the loveless fascination Under the Milky Way tonight

Lower the curtain down on Memphis Lower the curtain down all right

I got no time for private consultation Under the Milky Way tonight

Wish I knew what you were looking for Might have known what you would find

And it's something quite familiar Something shimmering and white

Leads you here despite your destination Under the Milky Way tonight

Wish I knew what you were looking for Might have known what you would find

Under the Milky Way tonight ...

Dragon Ball Super 700 Episodes and 5 Reasons Why It Won't End Anytime Soon! - Duration: 10:35.

The Voice of Goku in the Japanese Version, Masako Nozawa who has been playing Goku since

the very beginning expressed how she feels about Dragon Ball Super, and that she is totally

loving it.

She made a really positive comment, let's go through it-

A comment from Masako Nozawa: We hit 100 episodes in the blink of an eye!

I was shocked when I heard about it! at this rate, we;ll probably reach 200 episodes in

another eyeblink!

Lately I've been receiving messages at my house from fans almost daily; it makes me

so happy.

Even when I'm out walking, people often tell me "I watch the show every week"

or "it's so interesting".

My goal is for Dragon Ball Super to reach 700 episodes(7 for the number of Dragon Balls),

so all you fans, please keep cheering me on.

Translated by Herms

Basically, the essence of what she is saying could also be translated like, ' I love

it so much, I wish it goes on forever'.

I like the idea of 700 episodes for 7 Dragon Balls though.

However, just to be clear, it's in no way any kind of confirmation that Super will have

700 episodes, she isn't even in power to set that.

The reason I am highlighting her comment about 700 episodes is, even though it doesn't

mean it's going happen.

I loved her enthusiasm, and I loved how she was being such a fan wanting the show to like

keep going on.

I think we have something to take from it, raise our expectations high.

If the person who voices Goku can hope 700 episodes, being such a big fan I can hope

for 1000 episodes whether it's realistic or not, whether it's going to happen or

not.

We the Dragon Ball Fans should stop saying things like, is this is the last arc?

Is the next arc going to be the last arc?

Seriously don't do that!

Where's all the positive thinking?

People kept saying things like there will only be 72 episodes, then they said 100th

will be the last, and what not, but now we are past 100 still alive and kicking.

For anyone who doubts it will end soon, In this video I will give you 5 reasons why DBS

will not be ending anytime soon-

1) The Plot- Dragon Ball Super in the latest and running arc, introduced 9 new Universes.

Some of their warriors are yet to be seen, but the 80 man battle royal participated by

8 different Universe is mostly filled with new characters.

All this only highlights the vastness of the Dragon Ball Universe, to us the fans.

If they were planning to end Super in this or in the next arc, they would not have designed

so many characters, this is not how you wrap up.

When you start introduce 10 new Universes to a show that ran forever in 1 Universe,

it should only mean that you are planning to run it for a long time.

Not only that the top 4 Universes are yet to even show us what they are capable of,

they are teasing the real deal right in front of us, which obviously means they will be

shown in future arcs.

So, the plot only has expanding elements, and that indicates the show will keep going

and explore all these characters.

2.

The Manga: Primarily at one point, when the manga was ahead of the Anime, it was really

a desired stuff among the fans.

As the anime surpassed the Manga, the eagerness for it has perhaphs decreased yet it's selling

really well in Japan, and also getting a lot of international attention.

For example, it's now the most popular Manga even in France according to DB-Z.com.

Toyotaro is doing an amazing job with it, bringing a lot of variety, like making them

go Super Saiyan God again in the manga.

So, The Fans are still buying and following it.

3.

Overall Profit: When a show starts airing, there's no confirmation like 100 or 200

episodes.

Never, yeap people related with it might have an expectation, target or vision but it's

not confirmed like that.

How long a show will run depends on a lot of factors, the most important among those

factors is money, and Dragon Ball Super is making crazy money.

It's now like the biggest thing of TOEI, it's making twice as much as One Piece,

and if you look at this post from Gojitaaf TOEI made 60% more in the same time period

than it was in 2016.

People DBS is the biggest deal right now.

The Best part about this is, these calculations are from the Japan part of the game only,

and you know Dragon Ball is internationally more popular than One Piece or any other anime

giving them a competition in the Japan.

As Dragon Ball Super keeps growing in United States, UK, India, France, Latin America and

like all over that world it will be making like 5 times more, 10 times more than One

Piece or any other in the marketplace.

Dragon Ball Z was the king of anime, making the most, and now Dragon Ball Super is rising

to it.

It's not ending anytime soon because it's driving TOEI you see, so Masako Nozawa wasn't

really being too unrealistic given the fact that One Piece is over like 800 episodes.

4.

Movies: Both 'The Battle of Gods' and 'Resurrection of F' were really really

successful, but we are yet to get a Dragon Ball Super movie since 2015.

With Dragon Ball Super the series running, the hype is at its peak.

This level of hype won't be there when Dragon Ball Super ends, this level of hype won't

be there when fans like you and me aren't watching, eating and drinking Dragon Ball

Super every day.

The point is they must want to make some Dragon Ball movies like how it was back in the 90's.

We would even be getting 2 movies a year, if they have a sensible marketing team, I

think it's dumb to be holding back, one reason they are probably holding back is maybe

because they are waiting to get the English Dubbed episodes released in The US and all

over the world, and then release the movie worldwide.

I have to say the last 2 movies, weren't marketed properly internationally.

Now with the vast Universe there's a lot of scope of making movies, in fact they can

make explanation type of movies linked with the series.

All good as long as they just don't turn an arc we already saw into a movie

5.

Games- Now Dragon Ball never actually took any mentionable breaks in the Gaming sector.

That's one thing that has been constantly bringing in good money non-stop since the

release of Dragon Ball!

But over the years the games were getting repetitive, as we had same original characters

over and over again.

Xenoverse did introduce a ton of new characters, but most fans couldn't connect to those

characters on an emotional level like they could with characters that were in the series.

Since the release of DBS this problem has been eliminated, fans now have legit reasons

to try out the newer Dragon Ball games, and all the recently released games be it on android

or consoles have been doing really well.

The overall hype of the series is also increasing the demand for all the DB games.

They introduced Dragon Ball Fusions recently, and then Dragon Ball Fighterz is coming.

It's totally eventful, and its evident these games are getting much more success than it

was getting prior to Super.

So there's this wonderful bridge of connection between the game and the series, supporting

both the sides.

So, they really would want to keep this co-ordination going.

Whatever Dragon Ball releasing it's becoming an instant hit, and they will want to continue

this as long as possible.

Other than these reasons, Akira Toriyama is now 62, he can't afford to take another

10 year gap.

He wants to get the story going as far as he can take.

Besides, in all the recent interviews Toriyama said he is really enjoying how the work is

now.

Like, he has more people assisting him than he actually needs.

There's no work pressure like before, something that made him really tired at one point.

So, TOEI also must want him to expand the Universe as much as possible for a long run

game, and looks like that's what he is doing.

With this many Universes introduced, Toriyama has now given TOEI enough material to run

the show forever.

Another thing is, many fans think that Super will end when it reaches the ending of Dragon

Ball Z.

Because they believe that Super was only meant to fill the gap, well at very primary level

they might have thought that would be the case, but not anymore.

There's not a single official information that suggests so.

However, since they mentioned UUB it's evident that the time skip will be taking place real

soon.

What you have to understand is, for Dragon Ball Super to give us the real thrill experience

it must run going beyond the DBZ ending.

Because of this certain aftermath that we already know about, it takes away a lot of

suspense from the series.

Like, we know, no matter what Universe 7 is going to be just fine at the end of the tournament

of power.

So, I believe the entire team working behind DBS, would want this successful run to go

beyond DBZ.

As only then, it will be having real impact in terms of the story.

Also, Toriyama was never satisfied with some of the Dragon Ball materials like DBevolution

or DBGT.

So, we need the show to go beyond and along the timeline of DBGT, so all the bad marks

in this franchise is wiped clean, leaving 0 scope of any argument

So, yeap it's not ending anytime soon.

Keep It Hyped, and It'll never end.

How To Think In English | Advice From Personal Experience - Duration: 4:38.

Hey guys what's up Stefanie the English coach here from englishfulltime.com

and in this video we are going to talk about how to think in English now when I

was in college and I was studying Spanish and I did you know all of my

classes in Spanish and I had professors that were native Spanish speakers one of

my professors would always say you just need to think in Spanish and that would

actually piss me off because I was like I would do it if I

knew how or if it was would come natural to me but the thing is it didn't it's

like I would have to force myself to think in Spanish and sometimes I would

have to translate in my head you know because I didn't have as much experience

speaking the language and she would just make me and the whole class feel really

bad because she would just say you just have to force yourself to think in

Spanish and I was like that's not what I want I want to be able to think in

Spanish the way that I think in English I don't want to have to plan what I'm

going to say before I say it I want to just be able to open my mouth and speak

Spanish right that's what I wanted well I learned from experience that that only

comes after you've been exposed to enough of the language for a long time

okay so I didn't start thinking in Spanish

and when you think in the language in a foreign language that's basically when

you're like fluent in that language I don't mean when you force yourself to

think in a language I mean when you can think in a language as naturally as you

think in your native language and you don't lack expressions you don't lack

vocabulary you can just like I can just sit here and think in Spanish if I want

I can just talk in Spanish if I want I'm fluent in Spanish right that doesn't

come right away it comes with time and you can't force yourself to think in a

language and think that that is enough that that is what will get you fluent in

the language what you need is enough exposure to the language so you want to

know how to think in English well you're going to achieve that by speaking in

English regularly with other people by surrounding yourself with English by

immersing yourself in English and that is how you're going to be able to think

in English it'll come with time and it comes

gradually so you're not going to realize it at first because you're learning

you're growing you're learning new vocabulary but then you realize it when

you look back and go wow look how far I've come now I think in English like I

don't I didn't even realize that this happened when did this happen because

there isn't like a moment where you cross over okay so obviously we can all

sit there and think of vocabulary in a foreign language and force ourselves to

do that but if you want to be able to think in English naturally you need to

be surrounded with a lot of English over a long period of time okay it comes it

comes with time and the cool thing is once you do this you may even start

dreaming in English a lot of people get so excited when they have their first

dream in a foreign language I know I did when I first started dreaming in Spanish

it was awesome because that's when you know you're really starting to think in

a foreign language so anyhow let me know what you guys think about this in the

comments I'm sorry I couldn't give you you know a step-by-step method of this

is how you think in English in a foreign language it just doesn't work like that

if you're not thinking in English if you still have to translate in your head it

is because you're not surrounding yourself with enough English or you

haven't been studying it for enough time okay it's your brain will naturally

start thinking in the language that it is surrounded with that is just how it's

programmed that's just how it works you won't even have to think about thinking

in the language you just will because our natural urges are to communicate and

you will have that urge to communicate in whatever language you communicate in

frequently okay so let me know what you guys think about this in the comments

and I will see you in another video bye hey guys thanks so much for watching

this video if you liked it go ahead and give it a thumbs up make sure to

Philippines' Duterte calls Kim Jong-un a 'maniac' over nuclear threats - Duration: 1:27.

The President of the Philippines, Rodrigo Duterte... is a man who doesn't shy away from

controversy,... and he's at it once more... this time launching a blistering verbal attack

on North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.

Duterte's comments come a matter of days before Manila is set to host a regional forum...

to discuss Pyongyang's nuclear and missile threats.

Yu Joonhee has this story.

President Rodrigo Duterte had some choice words to share regarding North Korean leader

Kim Jong-un... calling him a "fool" and a "maniac", who could destroy Asia by starting

a nuclear war.

His remarks came on the eve of a regional summit... set to take place in Manila,...

which will be attended by North Korea's foreign minister.

The security threat posed by Pyongyang's ballistic missile program, is likely to be one of the

key topics at the upcoming ASEAN Regional Forum.

"You know, if that guy, I do not think he is ready, but he is playing with dangerous

toys."

This is not the first time Duterte has criticized the regime's leader,... having already questioned

his sanity back April,... and urging the U.S. not to play into the hands of a man who wants

to "end the world".

This year, Duterte is the chairman of the ASEAN bloc of nations... and will be hosting

an annual regional forum,... which will bring together top officials from 27 countries.

U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, and China's foreign minister Wang Yi, will also

be in Manila to attend the meeting.

that have doubted me in the past.

Standing on stage and thinking about the people

who I would say, "Hello.", to and they would just look

at me and keep on walking.

It's in that moment when I'm on stage

when none of that mattered,

where people see me as more than just a janitor.

I am Keanon Kyles.

I am an internationally touring opera singer.

I've performed at Lincoln Center and Carnegie Hall

and the Chicago Theatre, and all these amazing venues,

but at the end of the day, in order to support

those dreams and support my life, I am a janitor.

(wheels rolling)

I am a janitor because bills are something

that is very real (laughs),

and as you get older, they get bigger.

The assumptions that people have about janitors,

are that they are uneducated, impoverished.

I cannot tell you how many looks I've gotten,

and the side-eyes, because they just think that,

"Oh, you're just a janitor."

It's so interesting because they never took

the time to really know who this person is

that is cleaning up after them.

Being an opera singer is very hard.

It's not easy, technically, because opera music

is very complex.

I meet with my vocal coach/mentor once or twice a week,

but I, myself, rehearse probably two hours on top

of that a day.

I am currently rehearsing this lead role of Rigoletto,

for the Clyde Opera Group's production,

in Scotland.

(operatic singing)

Rigoletto is my first title role,

which makes this moment so amazing for me,

because the whole opera is about him and his story.

Coming from being a janitor to starring

in a show is very empowering.

(operatic singing)

Being a janitor has humbled me and has grounded me so much.

You have to hold onto yourself because nobody

cares about your dreams more than you do.

4 Homemade Water Remedies For Blasting Belly Fat And Increasing Metabolism

While metabolism is partially determined by genetic factors, eating well and exercising

on a daily basis can help boost the metabolic rate. As a matter of fact, the morning is

the best time to jumpstart the metabolism as you have just woken up and the body is

in need of water and food.

Most people fail to understand to function of metabolism and how it works. When you exercise,

the body move with the help of an energy that has been stored in the body, but you also

utilize energy for basic needs like breathing, pumping blood, and cell functioning. Simply

put, the metabolic rate refers to the amount of energy used by the body when you are not

doing anything in particular.

Those with fast metabolism need a lot of energy to function properly, typically tapping into

energy storage. On the other hand, those with slow metabolism don't need that amount of

energy when they are not being physically active. Consequently, their body keeps storing

energy in the form of fat.

Here are 4 easy water recipes which are great for both mornings and in between meals to

help boost metabolism. Although none of them is going to drastically change your body appearance,

they do help encourage a consistent metabolism.

Metabolism-Boosting Water Remedies 1. Grapefruit Water

This recipe calls for two natural metabolism boosters: grapefruit and rosemary. According

to a 2006 study, obese individuals who consumed eight ounces of grapefruit prior meals lost

about three and a half pounds after twelve weeks.

Rosemary, on the other hand, is a potent antioxidant which increases metabolism and helps remove

endogenous estrogens.

Ingredients:

2 cups boiling water 2 tsp dried rosemary

½ grapefruit ½ grapefruit sliced

Instructions:

Steep the rosemary in boiling water for a few minutes. Squeeze half a grapefruit, add

the sliced grapefruit, stir, and enjoy!

2. Ginger Green Tea

A recent study has shown that obese men who consumed ginger showed a warming effect of

energy, which leaved them less hungry. Green tea has been found to offer thermogenic properties

and promote fat oxidation.

Ingredients:

Boiling water 1 tbsp of grated ginger

2 tsp of green tea 1 tbsp of honey

Instructions:

Put the ginger and boiling water in a glass. Put the green tea into an infuser and steep

for a few minutes. Add the honey to the glass after you remove the infuser, stir, and enjoy!

3. Ginger Cucumber Water

Ingredients:

Boiling water 1 slice of ginger

½ cucumber, sliced 1 tbsp of honey

Instructions:

Put the ginger and boiling water in a glass and let the ginger steep for a couple of minutes

prior removing it. Add the honey to the glass and the sliced cucumbers, stir, and drink

up!

4. Lemon Ginger Water

Besides the metabolism-boosting ginger, this recipe features lemon juice as well. Lemon

is packed with vitamin C and antioxidants like flavonoids.

Ingredients:

Warm water 1 tbsp of ginger, grated

1 lemon, sliced Instructions:

Add the grated ginger in a glass, then the warm water, and finally the sliced lemons.

Stir and enjoy!

Tillerson will not hold talks with top North Korean envoy at ASEAN forum: U.S. State Dept. - Duration: 1:37.

They might exchange a few pleasantries,... but that's as far as it'll go.

U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson will NOT be meeting one-on-one with his North Korean

counterpart during a regional gathering in the Philippines this weekend.

The confirmation came around 24 hours after Tillerson said he would like to sit and have

talks with North Korea about the future.

Ro Aram has more.

Tillerson and North Korea's foreign minister Ri Yong-ho will be in Manila on Saturday...

to take part in the meetings of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations.

Although the two diplomats will cross paths, the State Department says there are no plans

for the pair to sit down for talks.

Tillerson's reluctance to meet Ri comes despite his recent statement in which he said Washington

would like to hold talks with Pyongyang at some point.

Instead, the State Department said Tillerson would be seeking greater cooperation in isolating

the North and in enforcing UN sanctions over its missile and nuclear weapons programs.

Meanwhile, Susan Thornton, the top Asia official at the State Department, said Tillerson would

have the chance to meet China's foreign minister Wang Yi during the ASEAN forum.

She said Beijing had taken "unprecedented steps" to increase pressure on Pyongyang,

but added it could do a lot more to step up enforcement of existing sanctions.

The comments are in stark contrast to last weekend's tweets by President Trump, who accused

China of doing "nothing."

Although Chinese state media welcomed Tillerson's recent suggestion of holding talks with Pyongyang,

it doesn't seem they'll be happening any time soon.

Keep Going - Duration: 2:53.

A young man named Brice is 20 years old

and he graduated from high school this year.

Brice was born with severe spina bifida,

which means that he was paralyzed from the chest down.

He's had kind of a hard life. He's been through a lot.

He's had dozens and dozens of surgeries.

When he was born, the doctor said he wouldn't last beyond 18 months,

but he did.

In addition to graduating from high school this year,

he was also named the homecoming king,

which is pretty exciting.

But there's one thing that Brice had never done.

He never walked

and he wanted to

for his graduation.

So over a year before his anticipated graduation from high school,

he started working with a personal trainer and a physical therapist,

many hours a day exercising.

He had to be fitted with special braces and what are called quad canes.

He had to learn to walk with them which require an unreal amount of endurance,

and upper-body strength, and, and stamina.

And finally it came, the, the day of his graduation.

And he was standing on one side of the stage

and the diploma was waiting for him on the other side of the stage.

And when they called Bryce's name, his physical therapist let go of him

and he took his first step,

and then another,

and then another,

and then another,

all the way across the stage until he reached his father

who was holding his diploma.

Brice had been through a lot,

but he kept going

and you can too.

Not because you have a diploma waiting for you,

but because the God who is holding your future,

who was using your pain for a purpose in the present,

did something really significant in the past.

He kept going

through the whip,

through the nails,

through the crown of thorns.

He kept going, not because it was easy,

not because his pain was light and momentary,

but because he wanted every person who has ever felt weak,

alone,

broken,

or guilty

to know that they will one day wear a crown of glory.

And that's where the apostle Paul tells us to fix our attention

when our lives are not so easy.

He says,

In other words,

we live by faith

in a God whose care for our lives in the past,

in the present,

and in the future,

is perfect.

We're so grateful that we've been able to connect with you through these videos.

Gene editing used for first time to remove disease-causing gene from human embryos - Duration: 2:28.

A potentially monumental breakthrough in science..

Researchers from South Korea and the U.S. say they've figured out a way to edit DNA

in human embryos to remove an inherited heart disorder -- and did so without introducing

harmful mutations.

Park Ji-won has more.

Researchers at Korea's Institute for Basic Science, America's Oregon Health and Science

University and the Salk Institute have jointly used a technique involving CRISPR-Cas9,...

a type of gene-editing tool,... to correct a genetic mutation for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.

The heart disorder affects one in every 500 people,... and leads to the heart suddenly

stopping.

Those who have the mutation have a 50:50 chance of passing it on their children.

For the study,... which was published in the latest issue of the scientific journal Nature,...

defective sperm were injected into eggs from a healthy woman and CRISPR-Cas9 was used to

correct the genetic flaw.

CRISPR-Cas9 works as a pair of molecular scissors that can selectively trim away unwanted parts

of the genome, and replace them with new stretches of DNA,... and the result shows the genetic

repair happened at the moment of conception.

Although it didn't work every time, the results showed that over 70 percent of embryos successfully

removed the disease,... while the other 27 percent of the embryos turned out to have

further unexpected mutations due to the experiment.

The study was conducted in the U.S.,... as Korea's law prohibits genetic modification

of human embryos.

The Korean scientists, instead,... were in charge of the CRISPR-Cas9 technology and analysis

of the results.

There have been previous attempts to use the gene-editing technology in China, but results

were mixed and there were a number of safety concerns, such as other parts of the genetic

code becoming mutated.

Thus further research is needed before the experiment becomes routine practice.

The Korean researchers of the study, meanwhile,... stressed that it paved a new way for preventing

incurable genetic disorders,... and highlighted the necessity of changing the nation's law

on bioethics.

: Advancement in technology allows for realistic military drills - Duration: 1:47.

All able-bodied Korean men are required to serve in the military for around two years.

Once discharged, for six more years, they take part in annual reservist training sessions.

Most of these drills are held close to big urban areas... so using live ammo can be dangerous

and also very loud.

But now... there's new technology to enable the sessions to be more realistic and productive,

while drawing zero complaints from nearby residents.

Park Se-young reports.

At this reserve forces training session, soldiers are wearing high-tech sensors …which tell

them in real time if they've been shot by the enemy.

They use guns that fire laser beams, which are detected by the sensors attached to their

uniforms.

This is part of the Republic of Korea Army's smart training management system, which they're

piloting before plans to expand it to 40 other reserve units.

"Since we can't use ammunition for combat training, the gear was introduced to help

teach combat skills and optimize training outcomes.

The new system also uses screens to simulate other aspects of combat.

When soldiers shoot at enemies inside digital screens, an infrared camera reports the damage.

Tank training exercises using this system have also been developed.

"The new technology creates a realistic experience of combat through simulated maneuver training

for tank and combined arms operations.

This technology is expected to reduce safety and noise concerns associated with live ammunition

training, and have other military applications in the future.

Elite: Dangerous Horizons - Arrival at Colonia and Jaques Station - Duration: 22:11.

Hello it's Ricardo and last seems like an age I finally made it to Colonia when

it's being interests in June I've managed to approve quite a bit of many

tamales data I've been to ma'am on listening post and then shortly after

that I made the trip up to Hillary depo which was a land-based depo where I was

able to sell even more kurta graphic data and increase the coffers and my

exploration rack on from that was a Woodsen terminal the land-based devil

surely followed after that then to attenborough's watch a built station out

of a hollowed-out asteroid one of the first ones I'd seen then after that the

ends onto observation post Epsilon another hollowed-out asteroid in an

asteroid field really spectacular and then on to the Omega mining outpost

again more however asteroids they're moving upwards after a long old

flight it was Eagle fected with two bases quite close together the Eagle

sector and Eagle Landing Eagle sex ed being in an asteroid and an eagle

landing then being planet based all this was glad to prove that the conflict was

indeed a very interesting place to go exploring Eagle landing some stunning

visuals especially with a nebula in the background and that sort of like ready

magenta hue to the entire area it was great absolutely great and then

moving on it was on to the complex settlement this revealed several logs of

the journey found about the three settlements

and then started to get things start to get really interesting moving on to the

Guardian ruins at the Skoda area of the complex here like some of the other

Guardian sites be able to find Guardian artifacts and then they were such a good

way er outpost the land-based outpost for men on IM moved all the way over

right the way to Gagarin gate passing by Mitchell's legacy containing six black

holes and from there then things that had to happen really quickly if they

then moved on to Polo Harbor and then at my destination where you see it Colonia

and Jack's outpost so now I'm here I thought well let's see what all the fuss

is about and here it is Jack Station or Jax outpost quite a busy old outpost I

have to say lots of passenger liners coming and going a few players in system

as well it is always nice to see what looked to be a typical ocular space base

board it does look a bit shorter a fly around as well you know it's in pretty

good condition some of the other space ports you've seen about some damage and

some welding going on outside but nothing's happened here and of course it

does look a bit different as well with a sort of like perkily magenta backdrop of

the nebula behind it now moving around to the rear of the station let's take a

look at that drive section now Jack the bartender saved up for a long long time

he's a cyborg and he finally bought the station and then took an awful lot of

time then to fit the station out with engines they say these engines then

allowed him to move all the way over here

that's the gist of the story and you can look up more about the story either in

the comment section or on the Internet but an impressive station at least on

the outside and surrounding that as well as several beacons where's three beacons

in fact it's not the only thing in the Colonia system so you have Jack's

station but you also have a secure facility on a planet named Picard

you also have an orbiting station you also have a land base and a listening

post to name but a few

so that's a bit old look at the outside of that ship station whenever you want

to call it and now it's time to move inside to see what all the fuss is about

again great visuals from frontier here in this this part of space really makes

it feel a little bit worthwhile coming all the way out here and docking the

jack station is the same as any other docking to any of the space station you

request your access but what I would say is be very careful when trying to dock

at least bit of dropping on manual now those views a docking computer it'll

wait for ages and ages and ages and ages and ages before or allow you to dock so

as the jet perhaps putting it off and if you can do it and you should be able to

do it you've got yourself all the way over here dock on manual okay

reason why I say this is a busy old spaceport there are lots of ships coming

in and out of the aperture like you see there there's a liner coming out now so

easing it in through the aperture is quite easy standing the same as anything

else and find your pad and get it on the deck now I've now changed my ass to the

new golden pink pack so I was issued by frontier I had bought a gold pack for it

a gold pink job I should say and I got an email not so long ago saying hey you

know worm we've got a new paint job because you bought the gold one wanted

you the golden one instead and it's great I think it's great nice and

reflective nice rich colors now I have changed graphics cards in the middle of

doing this video I have to admit I've gone from a GF x 1050 TI super clock

and I've now gone for a gtx 1070 gaming which is also got the ten seven two

chips tears in it it's also got eight gigabyte of ram i must say i can see the

difference it's not as jerky the line to battle isn't him tearing mother there

was an awful lot of that with the other graphics card either but with this one I

have to say it has given me a better experience at least I think so so

several liners on the pad and the interior of the space station of the

same as any other I was kind of hoping for something a bit more rewarding the

inside of this station you see some refuges of other liners just floating

around unfortunately that guys just missed it

but now I was hoping for something perhaps a mix of all the other stations

to the interior this not just the same old boring station interior it's a shame

I don't know I don't know I was expecting really I haven't looked up on

the internet what it was all about I thought was just get on over here as you

know those you've been following me this started off forgetting 5,000 light years

away from my starting system which was indeed cozy and once I got 5,000 light

years away well I didn't really want to go back because the visuals were that

more rewarding and I was talking to somebody online the other day who had

commented on one of the videos and said ya know that they're sick of the drama

you know of the bubble and it's nice just to get away from things for a time

and I agree I think things out I think you know it is nice to get away go on

your Holly Bob's if you know what I mean

as I mentioned the inside of the station is like every other although this one is

very busy mean look at all those active active landing pads now

though nothing coming in through that through that aperture anyway let's move

on

so as dock image acts with equally as perilously ships coming and going you

have to be careful as well for exiting the space station now the space station

has about five or six ships nothing to wizzy nothing to bigger than a Python I

believe in the shipyard it has got outfitting and you can drop off all that

cartographic data which is most welcome also preparing your ship

they said outfitting as well but nothing more than a five C really on a Power

Core or jump drive that I could find the visitors beacons as well you can pop out

and scan for a little bit of history and I've done that once you can see the

jacks Visitors beacon is on the screen

moving on to the next one

it is but a short hop this were now called the Colonia expansion the third

weren't being repairs complete and each one of these gives you a little bit of

history as I've mentioned

now moving on in a way from jack station i thought it was time to check out some

of the other outposts and stations in the area again moving past this lovely

blue jewel of a planet we're on our way to colonia hub a land-based outpost on

this sandy colored meteor pocketed world

now colonia hub is a bit more well-appointed than what shack stations

is you can get anacondas and there are 12 ships to choose from should you feel

like upgrading from the ship that you dragged yourself all the way from the

bubbling all the way to here now there are missions to be had as well missions

were very hard to come by on first arriving to jack station there was the

shack governing body and also the colonia governing body no missions there

even though i've dropped off about 1.8 million of cartographic data here

however i was pleasantly surprised

outfitting

Travie graphic data shipyard everything you could possibly want and missions

so there are mining missions there is delivery missions both to factions that

are in system

graphics with this new cars I think really are making it stand out cuz it's

not too apparent from what you can see in the video but in the game it's great

and this station does give the impression of being brand new as well I

mean look at some of the ones being a bit tired of a bit dated or the landing

pads are nice they're not scratched what's lacking from it out goes if the

big honking big coward buildings in the center and that's why I think makes it

look a little bit different then the less very impressive you got all your

security drill and skin and zipping around which I think have been missing

on some of the other land-based outposts that I visited on my journey over here

so is that the shipyard got the Sidewinder the hauler the Eagle the

Viper mark 3 the Cobra mark 3 type 6 Diamondback keelback vulture the type 7

the Python and then finally the Anaconda 171 million credits so with a mission

board as I mentioned quite a few missions can then get me this go and

mine that liberate some hostages

expansion data there only a few hops away as well which is quite good

so I'll see some of these require you to have a bigger ship and I haven't brought

the bigger ship with me so just in orbit of that is Colonia

orbital now a standard outpost in space looks very nice again just like Jax

station did against the purpley magentas of the nether that's close by so as an

outpost you can go dock in that old anaconda here so you know a Python and

below you know the score nothing too heavy the wreckage of a ship on one pad

seems to be a so standard graphic

and solar panels another station appendages coming off it landing

freaking straight for if it is on any hub as long as you can do it you can get

on it and again out fittings available along with refueling and repair and

advanced maintenance

so it's a tourism economy now Jack Station did have a rare Jack's hip flask

or Jax distillery quint Jack's quintain Ian's distillery

that was it and you can get 20 tons of those I'm not sure - at any one time but

worth all picking up if you're making the journey back and of course a better

selection of missions expansion data currying bring this back missions you

know that sort of thing and a black-market

which also jack stationed it as well so good they thought about it because any

thriving new environment would need a black market so into the outfitting

section where as Jack Station was lacking in a few areas this station

there's tens that pick up the slack so burst lasers railguns pulse lasers

missiles mining lasers torpedoes fragment cannons and mines can you put

in the comments what's missing also utility mounts again a more well

appointed outpost or station ECM chatter launches and the like but also one thing

I noticed as well the ability to reinforce the hum of your ship you can

go right up to the military-grade composite as well for five million

that of course though will reduce your jump range so some things I've got no

stock a lot of things that have me my frameshift drive is 5a though if you

needed to you could get 5 C

and also you can upgrade your field maintenance unit which I've done as well

because I'm gonna need a better one for the journey back if I decide to go that

route there are options and I'll discuss those in a video when I'm ready to

return back to the bubble there's a lot more exploring to do out here anyway at

the moment a couple of black holes some planets where there's a new transfer

very close by an upgrade to a 2b Auto field maintenance unit even though it

uses slightly more power I think has got more capacity got 500 units of capacity

more so for a quick look round outside the station

a few things that are slightly different again like the land-based it does look

newer like it has only just recently been put there and of course in game it

has not as busy as yak station though they still be wary if you're playing an

Oprah mode for those unscrupulous commanders who may find it amusing to

shoot some ships that aren't so heavily armed they've just made the journey all

the way from the bubble so time now to move on from our Whistlestop tour of the

colonia system then to move on to another area or point of interest in

system that being the listening post that's located just a few clicks away

now the listening post is orbiting a moon or planetary body with rings and

does contain a message a message about another military faction now this Murphy

faction may play a wider part of the story in future parts of the game

the great planetary detail as well around this listening post now of course

coming into system and targeting it were allowed to scan that beacon and get the

message

it does tell a harrowing tale I suppose

concerning the data inside that listening post

so another military faction in the area taking out ships there could be a right

old play for power going on in the Colonia and complex area of space when

where I think there'd be more community goals in the future

so here it is here's the listening post in

orbit around a planet with many clouds

quite a nice sight a good good a addition to the game

now this has been a leak dangerous and I've been Ricardo this has been the end

of a journey from the bubble all the way to Colonia stopping off at many

different places that I've detailed earlier on thanks very much for watching

and see you soon but please check out to the videos that

have been detailed in this series fly safe
