Youtube daily report Feb 26 2018

In Latin America, 175 million people still live in poverty.

That includes a lot of 15-29 year-olds who are in a really vulnerable state,

who could be caught up in a vicious cycle.

In order to change the course of this story jobs are needed,

and in order to get a job, you need education.

The #CaseForChange came to me, so together we can learn

what mobile technology is doing to overcome this.

I'm Mariel De Viaje, and this is #CaseForChange.

The Carlos Slim Foundation and American Movil are doing some incredible stuff

to take free education to remote communities in the region,

and all of this is possible because of mobile phones.

Because this platform called aprende.org is fully accessible at anytime and anyplace.

This online platform provides a range of free courses

on everything from health, entertainment, art, culture and more.

I'm very excited because I'm going to meet Alejandro Reyes.

and he is going to show us how he used aprende.org to improve his work.

What do you do exactly?

We grow chocolate and habanero peppers.

Is it hot?

Super hot.

What was the name of the course?

It was 'Organic agricultural technician'.

Alejandro, do you see any difference before and after the course?

Well the difference for me was a 15% rise on the production of habanero peppers.

The organic grading, the implementation of mulch and irrigation system resulted in a better production.

I can take more money home and then I can buy more food,

equipment and even tools for the production.

So how did you study?

I just used my mobile.

If I had any problem I opened the app and looked for any solutions i could use.

A lot of people wonder – why bother studying?

Today, thanks to Alejandro's story, I learn that studying puts

more bread on the table for your family.

Hi Cesar, how are you?

What are you studying?

I'm at highschool studying for a technical diploma in health care

at the CBTIS 181 38 00:02:52,000 --> 00:02:55,000 Come on, let's take a pic…smile.

What course did you choose?

I took the first aid course in the health section.

How can you connect if you don't have data?

It's automatic, you don't need any data, the app is free to use

What's the difference between learning from a book

and learning digitally through technology?

It's harder from a  book, if you want to learn something you first have

to buy it and it's not all in one book, so you'll have to buy many more.

The app, on the other hand, has it all in just one platform.

Do you think this platform can change the life of people with no access to education?

Yes, because it's easy to use and completely free.

It's just a matter of downloading the app.

t's amazing to witness the impact that our mobiles have, as well as the access to knowledge.

For example, with Cesar I'm very excited in knowing that he is going to be

able to help a lot of people because of the first aid course he is studying.

And now we are at the aprender.org offices.

The foundation team are going to welcome us so we can chat a bit more.

Hey! It's amazing. Behind this project are many passionate people

that work every day in order to push aprende.org forward.

So tell me, what's the mission of aprende.org?

The mission is to share. We use technology as a door through

which we can deliver knowledge to those who need it most.

At the end, anyone with access to a mobile phone has guaranteed free access to education,

After meeting the people that work here and make aprende.org a reality,

I get why this project touches the hearts of so many people.

Around the world, mobile technology is being put to use

in lots of innovative ways to help make change for good,

so simply like, comment, and share this video,

and follow the #CaseForChange on its journey to India.

Travelling the world, it's packed with everything people need

to tell their story of what mobile operators globally are doing

to tackle the UN 17 Sustainable Development Goals.

So don't forget to subscribe to our channel

to help us make the case for change around the world.

Kirby's Return to Dream Land EX [Level 6-Boss]: The Head Office Control - Duration: 10:53.

Why do I always do this?

I don't know; it's fun, I guess.

Off to the boss, then!

Wait, this boss has Hi-Jump, too? Don't remember that…

Well… Let me try it out!

Well… Not quite as smooth as Mr. Dooter, but that's fine…

How did none of those hit me?

That fire goes farther than I thought.

That was kinda dumb. Oh well. Retry!

I tried Sword, but it went worse…

Then I tried Beam…

By the way, I'm pretty sure those numbers are meant to be the amount of damage you're doing to it…

Kinda neat, but not overly useful.

There we go!

…But we're not done yet.

Say hello to the EX mode exclusive boss, HR-D3.

I almost can't believe that worked.

Darn it.

At least when you lose to it, you don't have to fight Metal General over again.

So, that's nice, at least.

I tried Hi-Jump again to see if it would do any better…

It didn't, really, but it was still pretty good.

There we go! It's down.

…Or not. Yeah, it has two stages.

And it really is quite difficult.

Darn it.

Darn it…

This song that's playing right now sounds…unnaturally sad to me.

It's like it's HR-D3's and Metal General's last chance at living…

Like it's their last ditch effort to stay alive and keep this place up and running…

And then they're finally defeated and the happy music plays.

Maybe I'm looking too much into it…

Wait… Then why did we come back here? Or fly on the Warp Star there in the first place?

Why am I always analyzing video game logic?

Well, we'll find out why soon…

As for now… We finally have access to the last level…

Dangerous Dinner.

So, next time, we'll finally start the final world. …Finally.

Too many finals for me. In any case, thanks for watching.

Kirby's Return to Dream Land EX [Level 7-3]: Halcandra's Core - Duration: 13:26.

Something doesn't belong here…

It seems it was that random pile of leaves inside a volcano.

In any case, here's the final stage! Stage 7-3!

Ooh… Suddenly, I don't think we're in a volcano anymore…

Wait… Now that I think about it, we are in a volcano…

It's just in an alternate dimension.

So, all is normal. Moving on…

Darn it.

Ooh, that was close.

That was kinda dumb of me.

Okay, please, me. Stop trying to show off.

Awww…

Hey, these things give Spark! Didn't know that.

Don't know why I did that… I already had Spark.

Hey, the cleat-boot. Now for a puzzle, right?

Well, there it is.

Oh, no. This area…

You have to make sure that you defeat every enemy here so that you can get a key for an Energy Sphere.

Okay, so there's the key.

Now you just have to make it through an obstacle course without getting hit.

Chances are, if you get hit, it'll be over lava, which'll destroy the key.

If you lose the key, you'll have to replay the stage, since it's in the previous area, and you can't go back.

As you could probably tell, Spark's shield helps out a lot, but watch out for the eels, and Scarfy's explosions.

The key is also on a time limit before breaking, too. But it's not too big of a deal.

I think it may be 90 seconds or so, but still… Don't dawdle around.

There it is. First try, too. I think I made up for my poor playing earlier.

And I get to make up for it even more with this area!

It's a pseudo-miniboss rush!

The sword destroys them immediately.

Whoa! A paper fan? I've never seen that sword variation before!

And I've seen the fish twice! (Yes, there's a fish. An actual fish.)

And after looking at it in editing, I saw there's a HAL logo on it, too. Neat!

I wonder how many swords there are…

Uh… Sure. That works. There's the portal.

Please, wall. Give me a chance here…

And what better way to end off these Sphere Doomer areas…

…Than with two Sphere Doomers?

Wow. This is surprisingly difficult.

Well… That went… It went.

And now it's the end of the stage.

Or is it?

There's actually a secret here!

It's just a bunch of stars. Nothing too special.

So, next time on Kirby's Return to Dream Land: We'll finally take on Landia.

Thanks for watching.

Kirby's Return to Dream Land EX [Level 7-2]: Within the Magma Caverns - Duration: 11:18.

No time for stretching, Kirby! It's time for stage 7-2!

This works surprisingly well.

Well, that one was easy to find.

Ah, this thing's closing in…

Wait, I need Ninja for a sphere!

Darn it.

Well, I got it now…

This sphere is kinda well-hidden, but also kinda cheaply-hidden.

It's actually pretty hard to see you can go behind the lava there.

In any case, there it is. You need Ninja for that. I don't think anything else works.

Hey, Hi-Jump again!

I actually really enjoy vertical areas with abilities like these.

I don't enjoy that, though.

That's better.

I don't remember if putting the candle in water permanently puts the candle out…

I don't know; better safe than sorry…or in this case, wasting time.

Ah, crushing things!

Ooh, cannon!

Well… That was easy.

Well, here's Grand Hammer again.

And there's the portal.

Oh, the slow retraction… Don't do that, please!

Really, what's with all the too close for comfort situations in this world?

It's like we're near the end of the game or something.

Well, that's all with that.

And that's the end of the stage.

So, 'til next time, thanks for watching.

Te Urupū Media backstory & origins - Duration: 4:12.

Kia ora everyone, it's Hana and today I'm gonna share

with you the whakapapa (origins), the history

and how Te Urupū Media Agency came to be

So a bit of a backstory to put it into context

Before I moved to Perth, I was working in TV, film

and doing a bit of photography as well

and so naively, I thought when I move to Perth

I'd do the same thing

The only trouble was, I only knew about 5 people,

nobody knew me, so I had to figure out a way

to promote myself and to market my services

and that's where I started to learn about social media

and how marketing on social media worked

but at that stage, the purpose of my research

and my findings, was to learn how to promote

my photography better.. and then the more I started to

talk to people about the things I'd learnt,

the more I realised that a lot of people didn't know

what I had learned.

and um

a couple of opportunities opened up to be

a social media consultant, or a marketing consultant

but I ignored them because I had invested so much

in the photography and in another business that

I had started up. I guess I wanted to see

those through and see what I could do with those

but then one of those businesses kinda failed

a lot of learning from that..

I guess more signs were telling me to go down

that path and commit to being a consultant

or starting up a media agency

and I thought, why not?

But there was some confusion for me and probably

for my audience at the time as well

because I couldn't figure out how to be

'Hana.' the photographer, blogger, story teller

and 'Hana, social media agency'

and it took me about a month to come up with

a solution, which was to name the agency

a different name, and then boom.

Te Urupū Media Agency.

'Te Urupū' is the Māori name for Perth,

Perth is where I live at the moment

and urupū also means to persevere and to be diligent

I didn't want it to be a Māori name, just coz I'm Māori

I wanted to have some depth to it and so 'urupū'

resonates with me because that's what I've been doing

for the last.. all my life

- being diligent about who I am, what I want,

what my values are and persevering on this path

that I believe in, in sharing kaupapa Māori

and whakaaro Māori with as many people as I can

and so it's not just a name, it's like..

a state of being, it's a mindset

which I like.

That would be the inception of it,

or the idea that was Te Urupū Media Agency

but then I had to take the next step and get clients,

and start making money.

I found business owners who were from NZ,

based here in Perth

and I checked out their website, checked out their

social media and then I pretty much just

jumped in the deep end and said;

'this is what sucks about your FB page and your website,

this is how you can solve that problem

and that's what I do..

and I sent that email to about 4-5 people

and one of them got back to me.

I was stoked that even one person replied.

From that relationship, so many other different avenues

opened up and I gained some momentum,

gained some confidence which was huge.

I got connected with other people,

went to networking events and created more content

set some goals, put a plan in place and um..

here we are.

But something I noticed is that,

since I got intentional about building my

personal brand; with the blogging, vlogging

and with the photography..

that's where about 80% of my clients have seen me first

They've been following the blog, they follow the videos

and from there, they've reached out to work with me.

I guess you could say I attracted them and pulled them

in with my personal brand;

that way, they got to learn more about who I am

what I'm about, what my values are

what's important to me.. and that's what sold them

for wanting to work with me, with Te Urupū Media

That's why my personal brand is a lot louder,

you'll see a lot more posts through 'Hana.'

than through Te Urupū Media.

With Te Urupū Media, I put up enough to stay consistent

but I really push 'Hana.' because that's like the gateway

well really, that's the goal:

is to be self-sufficient with Hana.

but also because that's how people can connect with

me on a deeper level

and if they like what they see, what they hear

and the way that they feel,

the next step is to work with me.

and that's Te Urupū Media

a lot of people already know

no matter what country it is!

People, Q-pop is very good, huh?

I like to see new songs like that because I like to know

He's got something on his shirt and it looks like it's tag, looks like he did not take the label.

I thought it was a more upbeat song, it's the new Monstar type that came out

Guys, I keep thinking, talking is difficult

the language of Kazakhstan, imagine doing rap

The Q-pop image is also very good, right?

it's kind of psychedelic this mv

It's not a hectic song but it's a good song too.

The image reflects well

Gowdy Says Someone Huge Is About To Be Fired From FBI, Look WHO It Is

Trey Gowdy seems to know something that the American people don't.

Andrew McCabe cannot be trusted at this point to be an impartial investigator of Hillary

or President Trump.

He is untrustworthy to the max and Trey Gowdy thinks that he is about to get the axe for

it.

Check out what he said in an interview with Fox News last night.

"I'll be a little bit surprised if he is still an employee of the FBI this time

next week," Gowdy told Fox News when asked his thoughts on McCabe's upcoming hearing.

Check out this video via Fox News:

FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe canceled his appearance before the House Intelligence

Committee on Tuesday – which is ridiculous in itself.

He is believed to have canceled because he would be asked about the demoted Justice Department

official Bruce Ohr and his wife.

Ohr's wife worked with Fusion GPS during the 2016 presidential election.

"FBI's McCabe was expected to appear before Hse to Intel Cmte Tues.

Now told he's not coming.

Expect subpoenas to compel McCabe to appear this week," said Chad Pergram via Fox News.

McCabe's hearing has been rescheduled for December 19th.

"We have a commitment, again, that McCabe is going to show up next Tuesday [Dec. 19]

at 2:00," Rep. Devin Nunes told Fox News.

This means that the dominos are beginning to fall.

Remember this, my fellow patriots.

The deep state, the media, and the swamp may look like they are going to win against Trump,

but they are getting themselves closer and closer to defeat.

Spread this everywhere if you love

this country.

4 Techniques To Understand Not Provided Keywords - Duration: 6:39.

Hi there!

I'm Benjamin from Loves Data and in this video we're going to look at techniques

for understanding the not provided keywords you'll find in your Google Analytics reports.

Since Google announced they would switch to secure search for people logged into Google

accounts in 2011 and then even for logged out users in 2013 we have seen fewer and fewer

organic keywords reported.

So we will look at four techniques we can use to understand how people are finding our

website when they perform an organic search on Google.

Let's get started!

------

We will look at four techniques we can use to understand what people are searching for

and their search intent using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush and Google

AdWords.

Before we look at these techniques, let's briefly talk about the impact of secure search...

Everyday users of Google probably didn't even notice the switch to secure search, the

experience of searching and clicking through on the search results it exactly the same.

However users have the benefit of their searches being encrypted and protected by SSL.

When Google switched to secure search, it also changed the way we reported on the keywords

people were using to find our website.

Before secure search we would know the exact keyword someone used, now that keyword is

hidden, it is no longer sent through to our website or our analytics platforms.

So when you head into Google Analytics you'll see 'not provided' in the organic keywords

report.

We still see the number of users and sessions coming from Google, but we don't receive

the individual keywords.

To start, I recommend linking Google Search Console to Google Analytics and making use

of the Search Console reports.

If you haven't linked these yet, then watch my video that walks through the steps you'll

need to take.

You can find a link to this video in the description below.

The reports allow you to understand how people are finding your website inside Google search

results.

The reports include..

'Landing Pages' which show you the pages people are finding in Google search results.

The data includes impressions, clicks, Click-through Rate and average position (along with some

metrics from your Google Analytics tracking code).

'Countries' reports on where your website is being seen and engagement broken out by

country.

For example, you can see the CTR for each country to identify places where your content

is more relevant than others.

'Devices' shows you a breakdown by mobile, tablet and desktop devices.

This allows you to see how you perform on each of the devices.

You can click on a particular device for a more granular view of the landing pages and

the keywords (search queries) people are using on each device.

And 'Queries' shows you the keywords people are searching for on Google to find your website.

You will find the reports very similar to what's available inside Search Console,

the difference being that these reports are combined with a handful of metrics from Google

Analytics.

This allows you to see engagement (bounce rate and pages per session) and conversions

along with the data from Search Console.

However the problem with the Search Console reports is that they don't allow you to

understand what happens after people land on your website (for example, what pages do

they go on to view after viewing your landing page).

This is where my 'Not Provided Custom Report' comes in handy.

My disclaimer is that it can't perform miracles, but it can help bring some insights into how

people are finding your content.

Here we're looking at the first tab in the report which is 'Landing Page and Page Title'.

This shows you the most popular pages people are finding from the Google organic search

results.

By including the page title in the report you can get an idea of the content's overarching

theme which will relate to what people are searching.

This example is from the Google Analytics demo account and we can see the first page

in the report is the homepage.

This is likely to primarily receive traffic from organic brand terms.

The second page in the report is for YouTube merchandise, so we can assume that the keywords

being used related to this theme.

As you can see, this custom report won't give you really granular insights for organic

keywords, but it will give you a top-level understanding of your most popular (and important)

keyword themes.

You can add this report to your Google Analytics account right now.

And feel free to tweak it and customize it as you need – I'd love to hear how you

make it your own too.

You can find a link to the report in the description below.

Now I want to show you how you can use SEMrush to see the keywords people are using to find

your website.

I like SEMrush because they offer a free plan as well as paid plans.

You can track lots of keywords and they're constantly updating the product with new features

and tools.

After you've signed up for your account (the free plan is fine), head to the dashboard

and click 'Add Domain'.

This will let you enter your website's URL and select the main country you're targeting

for your business.

SEMrush will show you data for your website.

You can then navigate to the 'Organic Research' reports to understand the keywords that people

are using to find your website.

You'll find details for your organic keywords in the report:

The 'Organic Traffic Insights' report allows you to view the search terms people

are using to find individual pages on your website.

You can even link SEMrush to Google Search Console to quickly see the differences between

keywords that are being reported by the tools.

And unlike Google Search Console, SEMrush allows you to view your competitor's keywords,

see changes in your website's rankings and more.

Finally, if you're advertising with Google then I also recommend using the Google AdWords

reports to help understand the keywords people are using to find your website.

This is because Google AdWords allows you to see the actual search terms that people

have used to see your ads.

To see these terms click the reporting icon, select 'Predefined Reports', then 'Basic'

and then 'Search Terms'.

You've already paid for people to visit your website, so it's absolutely worth taking

the time to understand what they've searched for.

You can even link Google Search Console to your Google AdWords account for added insights.

And if you've linked Google AdWords to Google Analytics (which I hope you've done), then

you can also see the search terms from your campaigns in Google Analytics.

So they are four techniques you can use to bring some clarity and understanding for the

not provided keyword traffic in your Google Analytics reports.

CÓMO ESTUDIAR GRATIS | ft. #CaseForChange - Duration: 5:58.

I'm at highschool studying for a technical diploma in health care

at the CBTIS 181 38 00:02:52,000 --> 00:02:55,000 Come on, let's take a pic…smile.
