Hey, what's up, guys?
I am i2torialPro, and I will be your tutor today.
Step 1: Launch Disk Utility.
Step 2: Click on New Image on File on menu bar, and then either click on Blank Image
or Image from Folder.
Step 3: Type the name, add the tags, and choose your location for the encrypted file.
Step 4: Choose an encryption level for your encrypted folder, and then enter the password
you want.
Step 5: Choose the Image Format of your encrypted folder, choose the one that suits your use.
Step 6: Click on Save and wait for it to create the disk.
Step 7: Click on Done.
Step 8: Open the dmg file and see if the password works properly.
This is the encrypted version of the folder.
After typing in the password, open the drive that shows on your Desktop.
Step 9: After accessing the files inside the disk, secondary click on the disk and eject it.
Step 10: Create a new folder on the Desktop, and then secondary click on the folder, click
on Get Info, and highlight the folder on the top left hand corner of the screen.
Step 11: Click on Edit and click on Copy, and then after that, delete the folder.
Step 12: Change the icon following the steps on the screen.

work at...

this morning she came over at like 8:30-9am
we had to go to the auto store and get parts for her oil change and air filter change
if you don't know i'm a server and

people have asked us how is it to work with
your boyfriend or your girlfriend isn't
it like complicated or if you're
fighting
how do you deal with that? what would you say?
yeah i love that she works with me because she brings me drinks, coffee and iced tea, all of that good stuff
because its usually really busy
yeah i like working with you because it's nice to have you there
to talk to and hangout with. see your face and everything
I think it's good that we have different jobs
like you're in the back working prep and im working in the front
not like 100% together but we can, well we love hanging out so we hangout and get paid
I know some of you guys are kinda curious

co-workers at work being deaf and all the
people don't know sign language most
people have never met a deaf person so

so
first of all I grew up in mainstream classes
and I was the only Deaf kid in elementary school so
I got really used to gesturing
or mouthing or speaking a little bit
He's really good at reading lips
I can read lips really well
yeah so
Sometimes I can understand that person better than someone hearing that person
yeah and you kinda have to get used to that person
I have to get used to their lip movement
then I understand them from then on
and also at work more of my co workers are Mexican
so
I'm not trying to stereotype or say anything but it seems to me that
from all my working experience Mexicans naturally use more gestures
more you know because
most don't speak English well
so they use gestures anyways so
it actually works out better
at my old job my boss was like AH
a Deaf person and a person who only speaks spanish
put them together and how does that work?!
then later my boss said "wait
that's actually better! They work well together
perfect!

well that makes sense
he was shocked
yeah, it's not intuitive to think that way but if
you really think about it
both of you have experience with
crossing like solving not solving but. What's

servers they when they found out you're
my boyfriend and we sign they were
really interested and they wanted to
learn a few signs you know things
like that and how I like approach it i always
just introduced you
you know if they actually have questions
I'll teach them signs or I'll say that you're
really good at reading lips so they
understand that you know they can talk
to you directly breaking down those
barriers by just treating the situation
and you know
normal and not being scared to talk
about it i think it is very important to
treat the situation openly and you know
not afraid because people are just
afraid say something wrong or to say
something offensive so if you just say
it already so yeah he's Deaf you know he reads
lips and more often than not the person
going to feel more comfortable and
actually more interested in learning
about the Deaf culture or you
know sign language don't be scared to
talk about it because that's just that's
what causes the problem if you're not
willing to talk about it
A problem that I do face
Well when I first started working at this new place
is that people understand that I can read lips but they
are blocking their lips or they are
walking a different direction
or looking away
so if you are ever working with a Deaf person it might be better to look at them with eye contact
so they can understand better
yeah the eye contact is really important, right
so I'm
leaving my job this sunday is my last
day and I'm really sad to leave because
I got to know the people so well
but at the same time i'm very excited because I'm
going to be putting a lot more time into
