nearby Boulder Canyon had some serious potential to support a dam that could produce hydroelectric

By 1936, the Hoover Dam was completed in its entirety… an impressive two years ahead

of schedule.

back. I went surfing this morning I'm 63

years old I surfed for the first time

today and I got up on the board a

number of times. I mean it didn't look

real pretty but it was a lot of fun. I

have to say it's really nice to just let

go and unplug and

let somebody else take care of everything

for once and really just go with the

flow. Coming on this trip I think last

year was the first time that I really

went and did something that was so

outside of my comfort zone I came on my

own and I met a bunch of people who I

absolutely fell in love with and even

once I went home though after trying all

of these fun things like paddleboarding

I've never done white water rafting when

I went home I found myself doing things

that I've always wanted to do and just

never made the time to do and I felt

like it really opened me up to just keep

going for it. Probably what was I was

most nervous about the first retreat I

went to was who was going to be there

you know is everyone totally crazy in

shape really strict really you know

hardcore the way they eat the way

they live and was I going to fit in with

that? The community is amazing and it's

been so that that was a fear of mine and

that was completely against it was

opposite everybody was so down to

earth and so fun and we're all here it's

not a competition thing it's a

supporting thing. The people that you're

with everyone's there for shared purpose

what I really like actually just I just

noticed is like a shared sense of trust.

We met during the course of the retreat

became friends pretty much right away we

were on the same plane on the way home

and then it all came from there. It's all

about the community everyone's here to support one

another help each other out and learn and

grow I mean you can meet these people

through the Unveil Your Wellness program

online but it's completely differently

when you get to meet them in person. I'm going to come

Go to your Power Editor or Ads Manager on Facebook and click on the stacked lines in

the upper left-hand corner, then click on Audience Insights.

Your search window will open, now if you are a local business you can search by region

otherwise search for everyone on Facebook.

Add some keywords relevant to your business, maybe some interests or buying behaviors.

You can also drill down by age, demographics, salary and much more.

Once you complete your search, you can click on "page likes, types" and you will be taken

to the pages that your audience likes.

Now, it is important to focus on the types of contact they are engaging with most.

Look at the headlines, how many characters are there?

What are they saying in the post?

What kinds of images or video are being used?

The more research you do, the happier your customers will be.

The more satisfied your customers are, the more money you will make!
