Mooli Ka Stuffed Paratha II मूली का भरवाँ पराँठा II Paratha Recipe By Chef Garima Gupta II - Duration: 5:21.

Hello

An another recipe of delicious Paratha in the winter season at GG's platter.

And that is "Mooli Ka Stuffed Paratha"

For that we need Wheat Flour Dough ready with us.

Also We have grated Radish

As in radish leaves water and we have to stain off its water

You grate the radish at least 30 mins prior.

Along with Salt, Grated Ginger, Green Chilli & Coriander Leaves.

So first of all we'll start preparation for stuffing.

We'll strain out the water of grated radish.

Strain it really well as in we don't want soggy radish.

Otherwise when we'll roll the paratha it will start tear and also will not get well cooked.

So right now we'll prepare stuffing for 1-2 parathas only.

Adding chopped coriander leaves

Adding grated ginger, we are using grated because pieces will come into the bite.

But the grated ginger goes very well mixed with the radish.

Also adding green chilli, we'll chop it finely

In case you don't want green chilli, you can take red chilli powder.

So now we'll just mix it really well and

Our stuffing is absolutely ready and now we'll add salt in it.

Take wheat flour dough slightly more than we take for making chapati.

Because we need to fill stuffing in it and have to fold it so that's why we need that much of dough.

Try to take little tight dough instead soft dough what we used for making chapati.

Because soft dough will get tear& we don't want teared paratha.

First of all we'll roll it like chapati.

Try to roll the corners thin and centre should be thick.

Because stuffing will be in the centre and corners will get fold back again.

If the corners are thick, it will become a thick centre piece which will take much more time to get cooked.

Now we'll fill the stuffing.

It's your choice if you want more filling then put more stuffing.

But basically the centre should be covered completely.

And then we'll close all the corners.

Make sure it doesn't get open, hence set it well

And again we need wheat flour while rolling the paratha well.

Now radish will release its water, even after straining so much it is still leaving water.

Now we'll roll the paratha with the help of wheat flour

Very gently place the paratha on the flat pan & we'll cook it on the low flame.

Till the time this paratha is getting cooked, let me tell you an another method of making stuffed paratha.

That's a normal trick, take wheat flour dough and make a chapati

Spread stuffing in it, make another chapati and put it on the stuffing and seal it.

So what we'll do is, we'll make one chapati and we'll keep it aside.

Then we'll make another chapati and will get it stuffed.

Till then this paratha will be cooked.

So here this is one chapati which I'll keep aside

I'll make another chapati of the similar size.

And then we'll do the stuffing. Till then let me flip this paratha.

It's cooked from one side and the right time to add

Clarified Butter or Oil which ever you like.

Put it on the paratha & flip it again.

Now I'll make the second chapati

Both of these chapatis can be made thin like normal chapati.

And this is ready for the stuffing now.

Here we don't need to put the stuffing in the centre because we'll cover it completely with another chapati.

So here we can spread the stuffing.

Leave some portion of the corners as they have to stick together.

We'll cover it well & here our first paratha is cooked.

If you want to have more crispy then you can cook it more otherwise this is ready to eat.

Till then let us cook another paratha.

So here we have our second paratha also ready.

And we'll serve these parathas with tomato sauce.

If you want you can serve it with either Curd or Butter.

Have it in Breakfast, lunch or can pack in tiffin.

To start with, let me share with you something shocking.

A hiring manager is a human.

It's not some artificial intelligence grading marks based on an algorithm.

Before you get all annoyed me with me, and close this video, let me tell you why I just

had to say that.

A hiring manager is just the same person you bumped into on the street, the same person

that you took his parking spot away, or the guy that you sat next to in a coffee shop,

a father, a mother, just a human being.

So his first evaluation of you, or your candidacy will be entirely based on how we as human

beings evaluate eachother.

He'll just get to know you in a few minutes and make a quick judgment of your character.

But how do we make a judgment of someones character?

You probably heard of the Stereotype Content Model by Susan Fisk.

It's a psychological theory that hypothesizes that stereotypes possess two dimensions: warmth

and competence So, the second part; the competence, that;s

what you are ready for.

That's what you have tried your best to show in your resume and in your interview

preparation.

But, are you perhaps missing out on the first dimension?

Warmth?

So, what does that even mean?

Warmth?

It's as simple as; Do I even like you?

That's it.

So, your ultimate objective is to create the perception that you are both Warm and Competent.

Warm and Incompetent or Cold and Competent don't win the game.

Warm and Competent wins.

But how do you do that?

Police launch Operation Callaway for ANZAC Day - Duration: 2:07.

a commander of operation Calloway which

is the police operation in support of

Anzac Day this year that operation

commences at three o'clock tomorrow

morning in support of the gathering at

the senator for the dawn service and

throughout the day our operation rolls

through in support of the Anzac Day

march and other commemorations here at

the ends at Memorial as we have in

proper in prior years this is a

significant police operation it's an

annual operation and it's a very mature

operation for the police we spend some

nuts in planning to make sure were able

to support very safely and securely the

community and most importantly the

veterans in their commemorations on

anzac day here in sydney right across

the the whole footprints are there will

be police conducting traffic operations

ensuring that people are able to move

around the areas of commemoration to

ensure that no unint roods into the

march route in particular and more

importantly later in the operation to

ensure that the consumption of alcohol

here in the city does not get over the

top and we don't end up with any alcohol

related violence or misconduct that's

associated with anzac day it is a very

special day for Australians because we

commemorate the death of a hundred

thousand people who gave their lives to

keep this nation safe it's a special day

because so many of the families of those

who deceased are still with us mourning

the loss of loved ones tomorrow is a day

of reflection a day of memory and a day

of national identity if not a day for

people to use an opportunity to go out

and get drunk and have fights over all

our messages we encourage people to come

in support our veterans enjoy Anzac Day

commemorate what the day stands for and

ensure that we continue on with the the

great celebrations that have happened

Stalking Awareness Week - working together to improve our response. - Duration: 3:40.

Stalking and harassment are a lot more

common than people often realise.

The last crime survey for England and Wales

showed that one in five women and one in

10 men can suffer stalking at

any point in their lives.

That makes it a volume crime.

But those statistics reveal that when

you look at police recorded stalking

it's really under recorded now that

might be because it's under reported but

I think it's also because we find that

police officers will commonly mistake

stalking for harassment or some other

kind of crime.

National Stalking Awareness Week

is our annual opportunity to

really raise awareness of the issue

of stalking and that's not just among

the general public but also among police officers

and others working in the criminal justice system.

We really want to make sure that everybody

recognises that stalking is a prevalent crime

and that it matters and needs to be

taken very seriously particularly when victims

report to the police for the first time.

So we're really calling on the whole

criminal justice system to recognise

stalking when it's described to them

so that victims get the right

response right from the start.

The main point of contact we have with the

police around stalking is on a case-by-case basis.

So what will happen is people

will phone the National Stalking Helpline

which we run

and they'll tell us about half of the time that

they've already reported to the police.

Unfortunately a lot of the time they're

not really happy with the service that they've received.

For example they may have heard that

the police have said:

"Oh well you know come back when he does something"

or

"It's not stalking if it happens on the internet"

or

other things which to be honest are myths.

What we will then do is phone up one of

our contacts within each police force

and try and get the situation resolved

so that that victim does have their case

taken much more seriously.

I think things have got a lot better since 2012.

I think overall there is the will and the keenness among

police forces to do more on stalking

but I think we'd like to see some

some considerable improvement.

We'd really like to see Chief Constables and

senior police officers making

stalking a priority within police forces and

really putting the investment into training up

frontline officers and civilian officers

who may take initial reports of stalking

train them up really to understand stalking

and the impact that it can have on its victims.

Well firstly I completely recognises how hard

it is for someone to come forward and

report a crime of stalking and harassment.

My responsibility is to make sure that

our staff completely understand their

responsibilities when responding to that crime.

What have we done?

Well firstly, we now understand how complex

this area is and we've sought support of

external agencies, specialist agencies, in

helping us recognise and understand

stalking and harassment and secondly,

we have trained specialist officers who

are also there to provide that support and guidance.

Any unwanted behaviour or contact is totally

unacceptable if it makes you feel unsafe

and that's an important thing to remember.

If you feel unsafe then it's something that

should be reported.

This can be one incident, an isolated incident

or a pattern of behaviour and repeated incidents

that are happening. But the important

thing here is about how you feel and

to remember that stalking and harassment is

against the law.

It's really important you ring 999 if it's an emergency

so we can keep you safe.

If you're not in immediate danger then

you can report by

ringing 101 or going online to our website

so it can be recorded that way or

actually going to your local police station.

now I can see that

you can also read it as

"There is

nothing,

absolutely nothing special about the hater

or the critic."

You don't need a degree. You don't need an experience,

you don't need anything to be a critic.

All you need is just to want...just this

drive to put someone down.

Just for a sake of it

or because you're in the bad mood.

And you want to feel better by

making someone

feel worse than you.

So the message for today is

just remember that

wherever you

engage

someone that criticises you

just for a sake of it.

There is nothing special

and significant about

what

he or she is

doing to you.

Nothing.

Those people are everywhere

and they are wearing different faces.

I probably was a hater too once.

You might be too.

Everyone has

bad days,

many people

don't think about what they're saying.

just let them be.
