I WOULD VOTE TO REPEAL OBAMACARE.

EVERYTHING SOUND LIKE OBAMACARE LIGHT.

SHE'S JOINED BY MIKE LEE, TOM COTTON AND TED CRUZ.

MEANWHILE THE SENATORS FROM WEST VIRGINIA AND OHIO BOTH FROM

STATES THAT EXPANDED HEALTH CARE UNDER OBAMACARE, ALONG CAN W

SUSAN COLLINS FROM MAINE HAVE EXPRESSED CONCERNS ABOUT THE

ROLL BACK. PORTMAN AND COP TOE HAVE BEEN

PUSHING FAR TREATMENT FOR OPIOID ADDICTION WHICH WAS NOT IN THE

DRAFT CIRCULATING YESTERDAY. IT SEEMS STUNNING GIVEN THE

NUMBERS IN THIS COUNTRY. JOINING US FROM CAPITOL HILL,

ANOTHER SENATOR WITH HIS OWN CONCERNS.

YOU'VE GOT THIS CRAZY SYSTEM WHERE ALL OF A SUDDEN 25 MILLION

MORE PEOPLE HAVE HEALTH CARE, AND THEN THE PEOPLE OUT THERE

BUSTING IT SOMETIMES 60 HOURS A WEEK WIND UP WITH THEIR PREMIUMS

DOUBLED AND THEIR COVERAGE CUT IN HALF.

THAT'S WHAT WE'RE DEALING WITH, A SYSTEM THAT DID NOT WORK WHERE

PREMIUMS ON THE INDIVIDUAL MARKET HAVE DOUBLED IN SOME

CASES TRIPLED. WE'RE 20 TRILLION IN DEBT.

CBO SAYS OVER THE NEXT 30 YEARS ANOTHER $129 TRILLION OF DEBT.

IT'S NOT EASY TO DEAL WITH THE SYSTEM.

THE BROAD SPECTRUM WITHIN THE REPUBLICAN CONFERENCE IN TERMS

OF GETTING IT UNDER CONTROL IS DIFFICULT.

FROM MY STANDPOINT, WHAT I'VE BEEN SAYING, WE SHOULD BE

REPAIRING THE DAMAGE DONE BY OBAMACARE AND WORKING WITH OUR

DEMOCRATIC COLLEAGUES TO TRANSITION TO A SYSTEM THAT DOES

WORK. THE RESTRAINS, THE GROWTH IN

HEALTH CARE COSTS, BRINGS DOWN THE PREMIUMS DRIVEN HIGHER AND

WORKS FOR THE AMERICAN PEOPLE. I'D LOVE TO DO THAT IN A

BIPARTISAN FASHION. HOPEFULLY ONCE WE GET PAST THIS

PHASE AND WE DO, BY THE WAY, NEED TO STABILIZE THE COLLAPSING

INSURANCE MARKETS COLLAPSING BECAUSE OF OBAMACARE.

I'VE BEEN SUGGESTING TO DO THAT THE LAST TWO MONTHS.

I'M GOING TO NEED ENOUGH TIME TO FIND OUT WHAT'S IN THE BILL AND

FIND OUT IF IT'S CONTINUE USE IMPROVEMENT FROM TODAY.

THERE ARE A LOT OF PEOPLE INCLUDING REPUBLICANS CONCERNED

THAT THE ROLLBACK OF MEDICAID WILL PREVENT FUNDING FOR OPIOID

COVERAGE. THAT PLACES RAVAGED BY THIS

EPIDEMIC WILL NO LONGER GET THEIR CARE.

WHAT CAN YOU TELL THOSE PEOPLE? >> THIS IS AN UNBELIEVABLE

CRISIS WE'RE IN. I'VE BEEN UP FRONT.

WE HAVE TO ADDRESS THE DEMAND SIDE THROUGH A CONCERTED

LONG-TERM PR EFFORT, EDUCATION EFFORT LIKE WE HAVE WITH

TOBACCO. THIS IS GOING TO SPAN DECADES.

I KEEP HEARING ABOUT CUTS IN MEDICAID.

I DON'T HAVE THE NUMBERS YET, BUT WHAT I'VE SEEN, AGAIN, I

PROBABLY DEFINE CUTS DIFFERENTLY.

CUTS TO ME IS ACTUALLY REDUCTION IN SPENDING FROM YEAR TO YEAR.

I DON'T THINK ANYBODY IS PROPOSING ANY CUTS.

I DON'T BELIEVE ANYBODY IS PROPOSING TAKING ANYBODY OFF

MEDICAID. WE'RE TALKING ABOUT CAPPING

ENROLLMENT AT SOME POINT IN TIME IN THE FUTURE.

I THINK THERE'S BEEN A LOT OF RHETORIC, BUT LET'S GET THE

INFORMATION. LET'S GET THE NUMBERS.

I COME FROM A MANUFACTURING BACKGROUND.

GENERALLY A PROBLEM SOLVING PROCESS COMES WITH DEFINING THE

PROBLEM. IT SEEMS LIKE THAT'S THE LAST

STEP HERE. I DON'T THINK THAT'S A GOOD

PROCESS. I'M GOING TO DEMAND THE

INFORMATION BEFORE I MAKE MY DECISION.

COVERED NOW WILL SOMEHOW GET COVERAGE INBETWEEN, THE PEOPLE

INCLUDING PEOPLE IN YOUR FAMILY WHO REQUIRE OPIOID COVERAGE?

I'VE BEEN HERE SIX YEARS. I HAVE YET TO SEE A PROBLEM

WHERE WE HAVE A HEARING AND A SOLUTION FROM A GOVERNMENT

WITNESS ISN'T MORE SPENDING. THAT ISN'T ALWAYS A SOLUTION.

THERE ARE OTHER THINGS TO DO. I DON'T BELIEVE WE'RE GOING TO

BE CUTTING SPENDING. WE MAY BE RESTRAINING THE GROWTH

IN SPENDING SO WE DON'T CONTINUE TO MORTGAGE OUR CHILDREN'S

FUTURE. UNSUSTAINABLE SPENDING.

WE'RE TRYING TO DO A LITTLE BIT J JUST A LITTLE BIT OF

ENTITLEMENT CONTROLLING SO WE MAKE MEDICAID SUSTAINABLE IN THE

FUTURE. IF YOU THINK THE GREAT RECESSION

WAS BAD WHEN THE HOUSING BUBBLE BURSTS, WAIT UNTIL THE DEBT

BUBBLE BURSTS. THAT'S AN ANVIL THAT HANGS OVER

MY HEAD. WE'RE MORTGAGING OUR CHILDREN'S

FUTURE. .

>> WE'RE TALKING ABOUT EXISTING SPENDING WITH MEDICAID.

THEY ENJOY UNDER THE AFFORDABLE CARE ACT.

CAN YOU GUARANTEE UNDER THE PROPOSED PLAN THAT THOSE PEOPLE

WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF

IMMEDIATELY? >> FROM WHAT I'VE SEEN, I DON'T

SEE ANY CUT IN SPENDING WHERE THERE'S A REDUCTION YEAR OVER

YEAR. YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT OBAMACARE

WHICH IS BASICALLY MEDICAID IN THE HOSTAGE -- THE INDIVIDUAL

MARKETS ARE COLLAPSING BECAUSE OF THE SOCIAL COSTS PUT ON A

VERY SMALL POPULATION. WE'VE GOT TO ANALYZE IT AND DO

THE ROOT CAUSE. I AM CONCERNED ABOUT THE

FORGOTTEN MEN AND WOMEN, PEOPLE IN WISCONSIN WHO ALWAYS HAS

HEALTH CARE COVERAGE BUT THEY WORK HARD.

THEY MAKE MONEY. THEY DON'T QUALIFY FOR

SUBSIDIES. NOW THEY'RE WITHOUT INSURANCE

BECAUSE THEY CAN'T AFFORD IT BECAUSE OF OBAMACARE.

THOSE ARE THE FORGOTTEN MEN AND WOMEN I'M CONCERNED ABOUT, AND

I'M CONCERNED THE SENATE BILL DIDN'T DO ENOUGH TO BRING DOWN

THE PREMIUMS THAT WERE ARTIFICIALLY INCREASED BECAUSE

OF THE MARKET DISTORTIONS CAUSED BY OBAMACARE.

>> I FEEL LIKE WE'RE PLAYING A GAME OF SEMANTICS.

THE CBO STATES THE HOUSE BILL WOULD SEE AN $800 BILLION

REDUCTION IN MEDICAID SPENDING OVER THE COURSE OF A DECADE.

YOU COULD CALL IT A CUT OR A RECOUNTING CHANGE, BUT IT IS

WHAT IT IS. IT'S NOT MY QUESTION.

MY QUESTION IS FROM WHAT YOU UNDERSTAND OF THE SENATE BILL,

AND I KNOW YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS PRELIMINARY AND WHAT YOU'VE SEEN

ABOUT THE HOUSE BILL WHICH LEGISLATIVE LANGUAGE IS

PRODUCED, CAN YOU POINT TO ONE THING IN EITHER OF THE

LEGISLATIONS THAT WOULD ACTUALLY HELP US FIGHT THIS OPIOID

EPIDEMIC? >> LET ME POINT OUT WHAT WE DID

IN WISCONSIN. WE DID NOT DO MEDICAID

EXPANSION. INSTEAD THE GOVERNOR WENT FOR A

WAIVER. WE COVERED EVERY WISCONSIN

PERSON UNDER THE POVERTY LINE. WE WENT FROM ACCORDING TO

WISCONSIN DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SERVICES, WE WENT FROM ABOUT 94%

OF WISCONSIN PEOPLE UP TO 96%. WISCONSIN WE HAD OURSELVES

PRETTY WELL COVERED. WE HAVE OURSELVES PRETTY WELL

COVERED NOW WITHOUT THE MEDICAID EXPANSION.

EVERY REPUBLICAN SENATOR THAT I'M AWARE OF VOWED AND TOLD

THEIR CONSTITUENTS AND GOT ELECTED ON THE BASIS THEY WERE

GOING TO REPEAL THIS MONSTROSITY OF OBAMACARE, THE CRAZIEST

SYSTEM IN THE WORLD. >> WHAT ABOUT THE QUESTION ABOUT

OPIOIDS? WHAT ABOUT MY QUESTION ABOUT

ANYTHING SPECIFIC IN EITHER OF THE LEGISLATIONS, THE HOUSE BILL

EVERYTHING SOUND LIKE OBAMACARE LIGHT.

MEANWHILE THE SENATORS FROM WEST VIRGINIA AND OHIO BOTH FROM

STATES THAT EXPANDED HEALTH CARE UNDER OBAMACARE, ALONG CAN W

SUSAN COLLINS FROM MAINE HAVE EXPRESSED CONCERNS ABOUT THE

ROLL BACK. PORTMAN AND COP TOE HAVE BEEN

PUSHING FAR TREATMENT FOR OPIOID ADDICTION WHICH WAS NOT IN THE

DRAFT CIRCULATING YESTERDAY. IT SEEMS STUNNING GIVEN THE

NUMBERS IN THIS COUNTRY. JOINING US FROM CAPITOL HILL,

ANOTHER SENATOR WITH HIS OWN CONCERNS.

CHAIRMAN OF THE HOMELAND SECURITY COMMITTEE, RON JOHNSON

OF WISCONSIN, WHAT ARE YOUR CONCERNS?

>> WELL, LET ME READ YOU A QUOTE.

YOU'VE GOT THIS CRAZY SYSTEM WHERE ALL OF A SUDDEN 25 MILLION

MORE PEOPLE HAVE HEALTH CARE, AND THEN THE PEOPLE OUT THERE

BUSTING IT SOMETIMES 60 HOURS A WEEK WIND UP WITH THEIR PREMIUMS

DOUBLED AND THEIR COVERAGE CUT IN HALF.

THAT'S WHAT WE'RE DEALING WITH, A SYSTEM THAT DID NOT WORK WHERE

PREMIUMS ON THE INDIVIDUAL MARKET HAVE DOUBLED IN SOME

CASES TRIPLED. WE'RE 20 TRILLION IN DEBT.

CBO SAYS OVER THE NEXT 30 YEARS ANOTHER $129 TRILLION OF DEBT.

IT'S NOT EASY TO DEAL WITH THE SYSTEM.

THE BROAD SPECTRUM WITHIN THE REPUBLICAN CONFERENCE IN TERMS

OF GETTING IT UNDER CONTROL IS DIFFICULT.

FROM MY STANDPOINT, WHAT I'VE BEEN SAYING, WE SHOULD BE

REPAIRING THE DAMAGE DONE BY OBAMACARE AND WORKING WITH OUR

DEMOCRATIC COLLEAGUES TO TRANSITION TO A SYSTEM THAT DOES

WORK. THE RESTRAINS, THE GROWTH IN

HEALTH CARE COSTS, BRINGS DOWN THE PREMIUMS DRIVEN HIGHER AND

WORKS FOR THE AMERICAN PEOPLE. I'D LOVE TO DO THAT IN A

BIPARTISAN FASHION. HOPEFULLY ONCE WE GET PAST THIS

PHASE AND WE DO, BY THE WAY, NEED TO STABILIZE THE COLLAPSING

INSURANCE MARKETS COLLAPSING BECAUSE OF OBAMACARE.

I'VE BEEN SUGGESTING TO DO THAT THE LAST TWO MONTHS.

I'M GOING TO NEED ENOUGH TIME TO FIND OUT WHAT'S IN THE BILL AND

FIND OUT IF IT'S CONTINUE USE IMPROVEMENT FROM TODAY.

THAT THE ROLLBACK OF MEDICAID WILL PREVENT FUNDING FOR OPIOID

COVERAGE. THAT PLACES RAVAGED BY THIS

EPIDEMIC WILL NO LONGER GET THEIR CARE.

WHAT CAN YOU TELL THOSE PEOPLE? >> THIS IS AN UNBELIEVABLE

CRISIS WE'RE IN. I'VE BEEN UP FRONT.

WE HAVE TO ADDRESS THE DEMAND SIDE THROUGH A CONCERTED

LONG-TERM PR EFFORT, EDUCATION EFFORT LIKE WE HAVE WITH

TOBACCO. THIS IS GOING TO SPAN DECADES.

I KEEP HEARING ABOUT CUTS IN MEDICAID.

I DON'T HAVE THE NUMBERS YET, BUT WHAT I'VE SEEN, AGAIN, I

PROBABLY DEFINE CUTS DIFFERENTLY.

CUTS TO ME IS ACTUALLY REDUCTION IN SPENDING FROM YEAR TO YEAR.

I DON'T THINK ANYBODY IS PROPOSING ANY CUTS.

I DON'T BELIEVE ANYBODY IS PROPOSING TAKING ANYBODY OFF

MEDICAID. WE'RE TALKING ABOUT CAPPING

ENROLLMENT AT SOME POINT IN TIME IN THE FUTURE.

I THINK THERE'S BEEN A LOT OF RHETORIC, BUT LET'S GET THE

INFORMATION. LET'S GET THE NUMBERS.

I COME FROM A MANUFACTURING BACKGROUND.

GENERALLY A PROBLEM SOLVING PROCESS COMES WITH DEFINING THE

PROBLEM. IT SEEMS LIKE THAT'S THE LAST

STEP HERE. I DON'T THINK THAT'S A GOOD

PROCESS. I'M GOING TO DEMAND THE

INFORMATION BEFORE I MAKE MY DECISION.

INCLUDING PEOPLE IN YOUR FAMILY WHO REQUIRE OPIOID COVERAGE?

I'VE BEEN HERE SIX YEARS. I HAVE YET TO SEE A PROBLEM

WHERE WE HAVE A HEARING AND A SOLUTION FROM A GOVERNMENT

WITNESS ISN'T MORE SPENDING. THAT ISN'T ALWAYS A SOLUTION.

THERE ARE OTHER THINGS TO DO. I DON'T BELIEVE WE'RE GOING TO

BE CUTTING SPENDING. WE MAY BE RESTRAINING THE GROWTH

IN SPENDING SO WE DON'T CONTINUE TO MORTGAGE OUR CHILDREN'S

FUTURE. UNSUSTAINABLE SPENDING.

WE'RE TRYING TO DO A LITTLE BIT J JUST A LITTLE BIT OF

ENTITLEMENT CONTROLLING SO WE MAKE MEDICAID SUSTAINABLE IN THE

FUTURE. IF YOU THINK THE GREAT RECESSION

WAS BAD WHEN THE HOUSING BUBBLE BURSTS, WAIT UNTIL THE DEBT

BUBBLE BURSTS. THAT'S AN ANVIL THAT HANGS OVER

MY HEAD. WE'RE MORTGAGING OUR CHILDREN'S

FUTURE. .

>> WE'RE TALKING ABOUT EXISTING SPENDING WITH MEDICAID.

THEY ENJOY UNDER THE AFFORDABLE CARE ACT.

CAN YOU GUARANTEE UNDER THE PROPOSED PLAN THAT THOSE PEOPLE

WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF

IMMEDIATELY? >> FROM WHAT I'VE SEEN, I DON'T

SEE ANY CUT IN SPENDING WHERE THERE'S A REDUCTION YEAR OVER

YEAR. YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT OBAMACARE

WHICH IS BASICALLY MEDICAID IN THE HOSTAGE -- THE INDIVIDUAL

MARKETS ARE COLLAPSING BECAUSE OF THE SOCIAL COSTS PUT ON A

VERY SMALL POPULATION. WE'VE GOT TO ANALYZE IT AND DO

THE ROOT CAUSE. I AM CONCERNED ABOUT THE

FORGOTTEN MEN AND WOMEN, PEOPLE IN WISCONSIN WHO ALWAYS HAS

HEALTH CARE COVERAGE BUT THEY WORK HARD.

THEY MAKE MONEY. THEY DON'T QUALIFY FOR

SUBSIDIES. NOW THEY'RE WITHOUT INSURANCE

BECAUSE THEY CAN'T AFFORD IT BECAUSE OF OBAMACARE.

THOSE ARE THE FORGOTTEN MEN AND WOMEN I'M CONCERNED ABOUT, AND

I'M CONCERNED THE SENATE BILL DIDN'T DO ENOUGH TO BRING DOWN

THE PREMIUMS THAT WERE ARTIFICIALLY INCREASED BECAUSE

OF THE MARKET DISTORTIONS CAUSED BY OBAMACARE.

>> I FEEL LIKE WE'RE PLAYING A GAME OF SEMANTICS.

THE CBO STATES THE HOUSE BILL WOULD SEE AN $800 BILLION

REDUCTION IN MEDICAID SPENDING OVER THE COURSE OF A DECADE.

YOU COULD CALL IT A CUT OR A RECOUNTING CHANGE, BUT IT IS

WHAT IT IS. IT'S NOT MY QUESTION.

MY QUESTION IS FROM WHAT YOU UNDERSTAND OF THE SENATE BILL,

AND I KNOW YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS PRELIMINARY AND WHAT YOU'VE SEEN

ABOUT THE HOUSE BILL WHICH LEGISLATIVE LANGUAGE IS

PRODUCED, CAN YOU POINT TO ONE THING IN EITHER OF THE

LEGISLATIONS THAT WOULD ACTUALLY HELP US FIGHT THIS OPIOID

EPIDEMIC? >> LET ME POINT OUT WHAT WE DID

IN WISCONSIN. WE DID NOT DO MEDICAID

EXPANSION. INSTEAD THE GOVERNOR WENT FOR A

WAIVER. WE COVERED EVERY WISCONSIN

PERSON UNDER THE POVERTY LINE. WE WENT FROM ACCORDING TO

WISCONSIN DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SERVICES, WE WENT FROM ABOUT 94%

OF WISCONSIN PEOPLE UP TO 96%. WISCONSIN WE HAD OURSELVES

PRETTY WELL COVERED. WE HAVE OURSELVES PRETTY WELL

COVERED NOW WITHOUT THE MEDICAID EXPANSION.

EVERY REPUBLICAN SENATOR THAT I'M AWARE OF VOWED AND TOLD

THEIR CONSTITUENTS AND GOT ELECTED ON THE BASIS THEY WERE

GOING TO REPEAL THIS MONSTROSITY OF OBAMACARE, THE CRAZIEST

SYSTEM IN THE WORLD. >> WHAT ABOUT THE QUESTION ABOUT

OPIOIDS? WHAT ABOUT MY QUESTION ABOUT

ANYTHING SPECIFIC IN EITHER OF THE LEGISLATIONS, THE HOUSE BILL

OR THE PRELIMINARY DRAFT OF THE SENATE BILL, CAN YOU POINT TO

ANYTHING SPECIFIC TO HELP ADDRESS THE OPIOID EPIDEMIC.

LOT OF DIFFERENT THINGS TO IMPACT THE ELECTION.

WHAT'S YOUR RESPONSE TO THAT AND DO YOU THINK THE PRESIDENT

SHOULD ADDRESS AND ACCEPT THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED.

GOING TO SAY WHAT WAS SAID IN THE SECURE BRIEF OTHER THAN TO

TELL YOU THE ADMINISTRATION WAS ASKING US TO CONVEY THEY HAD IT

COVERED. THEY WERE AWARE OF IT.

CONTROLS WERE IN PLACE. AND THE ELECTION WOULD CARRY

PUSHING FAR TREATMENT FOR OPIOID ADDICTION WHICH WAS NOT IN THE

DRAFT CIRCULATING YESTERDAY. IT SEEMS STUNNING GIVEN THE

NUMBERS IN THIS COUNTRY. JOINING US FROM CAPITOL HILL,

ANOTHER SENATOR WITH HIS OWN CONCERNS.

OF WISCONSIN, WHAT ARE YOUR CONCERNS?

YOU'VE GOT THIS CRAZY SYSTEM WHERE ALL OF A SUDDEN 25 MILLION

MORE PEOPLE HAVE HEALTH CARE, AND THEN THE PEOPLE OUT THERE

BUSTING IT SOMETIMES 60 HOURS A WEEK WIND UP WITH THEIR PREMIUMS

DOUBLED AND THEIR COVERAGE CUT IN HALF.

THAT'S WHAT WE'RE DEALING WITH, A SYSTEM THAT DID NOT WORK WHERE

PREMIUMS ON THE INDIVIDUAL MARKET HAVE DOUBLED IN SOME

CASES TRIPLED. WE'RE 20 TRILLION IN DEBT.

CBO SAYS OVER THE NEXT 30 YEARS ANOTHER $129 TRILLION OF DEBT.

IT'S NOT EASY TO DEAL WITH THE SYSTEM.

THE BROAD SPECTRUM WITHIN THE REPUBLICAN CONFERENCE IN TERMS

OF GETTING IT UNDER CONTROL IS DIFFICULT.

FROM MY STANDPOINT, WHAT I'VE BEEN SAYING, WE SHOULD BE

REPAIRING THE DAMAGE DONE BY OBAMACARE AND WORKING WITH OUR

DEMOCRATIC COLLEAGUES TO TRANSITION TO A SYSTEM THAT DOES

WORK. THE RESTRAINS, THE GROWTH IN

HEALTH CARE COSTS, BRINGS DOWN THE PREMIUMS DRIVEN HIGHER AND

WORKS FOR THE AMERICAN PEOPLE. I'D LOVE TO DO THAT IN A

BIPARTISAN FASHION. HOPEFULLY ONCE WE GET PAST THIS

PHASE AND WE DO, BY THE WAY, NEED TO STABILIZE THE COLLAPSING

INSURANCE MARKETS COLLAPSING BECAUSE OF OBAMACARE.

I'VE BEEN SUGGESTING TO DO THAT THE LAST TWO MONTHS.

I'M GOING TO NEED ENOUGH TIME TO FIND OUT WHAT'S IN THE BILL AND

FIND OUT IF IT'S CONTINUE USE IMPROVEMENT FROM TODAY.

WE HAVE TO ADDRESS THE DEMAND SIDE THROUGH A CONCERTED

LONG-TERM PR EFFORT, EDUCATION EFFORT LIKE WE HAVE WITH

I KEEP HEARING ABOUT CUTS IN MEDICAID.

I DON'T HAVE THE NUMBERS YET, BUT WHAT I'VE SEEN, AGAIN, I

PROBABLY DEFINE CUTS DIFFERENTLY.

CUTS TO ME IS ACTUALLY REDUCTION IN SPENDING FROM YEAR TO YEAR.

I DON'T THINK ANYBODY IS PROPOSING ANY CUTS.

I DON'T BELIEVE ANYBODY IS PROPOSING TAKING ANYBODY OFF

MEDICAID. WE'RE TALKING ABOUT CAPPING

ENROLLMENT AT SOME POINT IN TIME IN THE FUTURE.

I THINK THERE'S BEEN A LOT OF RHETORIC, BUT LET'S GET THE

INFORMATION. LET'S GET THE NUMBERS.

I COME FROM A MANUFACTURING BACKGROUND.

GENERALLY A PROBLEM SOLVING PROCESS COMES WITH DEFINING THE

PROBLEM. IT SEEMS LIKE THAT'S THE LAST

STEP HERE. I DON'T THINK THAT'S A GOOD

PROCESS. I'M GOING TO DEMAND THE

BUBBLE BURSTS. THAT'S AN ANVIL THAT HANGS OVER

MY HEAD. WE'RE MORTGAGING OUR CHILDREN'S

FUTURE. .

THEY ENJOY UNDER THE AFFORDABLE CARE ACT.

SEE ANY CUT IN SPENDING WHERE THERE'S A REDUCTION YEAR OVER

WHICH IS BASICALLY MEDICAID IN THE HOSTAGE -- THE INDIVIDUAL

MARKETS ARE COLLAPSING BECAUSE OF THE SOCIAL COSTS PUT ON A

VERY SMALL POPULATION. WE'VE GOT TO ANALYZE IT AND DO

THE ROOT CAUSE. I AM CONCERNED ABOUT THE

FORGOTTEN MEN AND WOMEN, PEOPLE IN WISCONSIN WHO ALWAYS HAS

HEALTH CARE COVERAGE BUT THEY WORK HARD.

THEY MAKE MONEY. THEY DON'T QUALIFY FOR

SUBSIDIES. NOW THEY'RE WITHOUT INSURANCE

BECAUSE THEY CAN'T AFFORD IT BECAUSE OF OBAMACARE.

THOSE ARE THE FORGOTTEN MEN AND WOMEN I'M CONCERNED ABOUT, AND

I'M CONCERNED THE SENATE BILL DIDN'T DO ENOUGH TO BRING DOWN

THE PREMIUMS THAT WERE ARTIFICIALLY INCREASED BECAUSE

OF THE MARKET DISTORTIONS CAUSED BY OBAMACARE.

>> I FEEL LIKE WE'RE PLAYING A GAME OF SEMANTICS.

THE CBO STATES THE HOUSE BILL WOULD SEE AN $800 BILLION

REDUCTION IN MEDICAID SPENDING OVER THE COURSE OF A DECADE.

YOU COULD CALL IT A CUT OR A RECOUNTING CHANGE, BUT IT IS

WHAT IT IS. IT'S NOT MY QUESTION.

MY QUESTION IS FROM WHAT YOU UNDERSTAND OF THE SENATE BILL,

AND I KNOW YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS PRELIMINARY AND WHAT YOU'VE SEEN

ABOUT THE HOUSE BILL WHICH LEGISLATIVE LANGUAGE IS

PRODUCED, CAN YOU POINT TO ONE THING IN EITHER OF THE

LEGISLATIONS THAT WOULD ACTUALLY HELP US FIGHT THIS OPIOID

EXPANSION. INSTEAD THE GOVERNOR WENT FOR A

WAIVER. WE COVERED EVERY WISCONSIN

WISCONSIN DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SERVICES, WE WENT FROM ABOUT 94%

OF WISCONSIN PEOPLE UP TO 96%. WISCONSIN WE HAD OURSELVES

PRETTY WELL COVERED. WE HAVE OURSELVES PRETTY WELL

COVERED NOW WITHOUT THE MEDICAID EXPANSION.

EVERY REPUBLICAN SENATOR THAT I'M AWARE OF VOWED AND TOLD

THEIR CONSTITUENTS AND GOT ELECTED ON THE BASIS THEY WERE

GOING TO REPEAL THIS MONSTROSITY OF OBAMACARE, THE CRAZIEST

SYSTEM IN THE WORLD. >> WHAT ABOUT THE QUESTION ABOUT

OPIOIDS? WHAT ABOUT MY QUESTION ABOUT

ANYTHING SPECIFIC IN EITHER OF THE LEGISLATIONS, THE HOUSE BILL

Hey guys, this is Adam back with another quick tip about relationships. Today I

want to cover one of the subtle drawbacks of not expressing how we truly

feel in our relationships. I've written a couple of blog posts recently that

talk about the impact that this has on us as individuals and now I want to

consider this from the other person's perspective. Because when we filter how

we truly feel about something we actually deprive the other person of

vital and valuable feedback that they can use to really understand how their

behavior impacts another human being. It's an opportunity for connection, it's

an opportunity for empathy, it's an opportunity for them to reconsider and

maybe alter or amend their behavior because they don't want to produce this

same result anymore, they don't want to make us feel this way. By withholding our

full truth we actually deprive the other person of the opportunity to

show up in their full truth and honor the relationship in the way that might be

most natural to them if only they knew the true impact and the toll that their

behavior was taking on us and the relationship itself.

Today, they revealed our first clear pictures of the Ice Tank set.

They actually say this is a Toys"R"Us exclusive with 914 pieces

for 80 bucks.

The design has a rotating Ice Container,

and the minifigures include a shark soldier,

Torben, Patty Keys,

and this cool guy with an angular fish mask.

Patty Keys is apparently a character from the show,

so it's cool to see her appear in this set.

So yeah, still don't like this set.

I've explained it before but it just looks too odd,

big, and disproportionate.

And this came with some other interesting info,

like that the Destiny's Bounty is 160 bucks,

This box is literally so heavy right now I wonder what else they put in it but

this is the box it came and so, we are just going to go ahead and open this ring light. Am super excited!

I had to purchase a tripod separate from the light like you know

when you go on Amazon and then you buy something you see like suggested

suggested stuffs like things other people must have gotten and this was part of this stuffs and so, I was like ok!

so I might as well just get it together so the stand was about 25 dollars and the

ring light was hundred and nine dollars this is

Canadian dollars by the way so it should be lesser in US

dollars which I will put the links to everything down in the description box just

so I don't give wrong figures and you guys will be accurate and they are both from

NEEWER

so right now I would say the packaging is good which I thank God for so I'm

just scared I hope it's not broken but I will say the packaging is good and for the fact

that they actually had fragile written on it, I think that's a good idea to keep it

very secure and of course I'm in Canada I don't know why they ticked US but I guess that's

the closest to me anyways.

and so that makes it a little bit more secure so this is the ring light. This is

the box that was inside the bigger one so let's go ahead and open this!

So this is the bag that was inside the box and I think it's very handy for like you know going out and you actually

need to take a photograph this is very easy and very handy than the soft box

which I currently use right now it's not that heavy to be honest with you. Like it's not that heavy

at all because the soft box is a little bit complicated I

would say so it goes like you know this is just very handy

so now let's open this!

Tips, Tricks and Ideas in Super Mario Maker or, "The Mushroom Kingdom Championship 2017" - Duration: 12:10.

Last june the eighteen proud mario maker enemy nations came together and held a huge tournament.

The mushroom Kingdom Championship.

It was an epic tournament, legends were born that day, the chain-chomps won by an incredibly

small margin, the press praised the event and everyone seemed to like it.

-. And so they decided to do it again!

Each one of the eighteen proud enemy obstacle nations will show you one idea today, but

only five of them will make it to the finals.

At the end of this video you will have to decide which five enemies will make it to

the finals and have a chance to win the mushroom champion title of 2017.

So are you ready?

Let's do this!

The show starts with the performance of the bloopers.

They prepared a dodge the blooper idea for mario.

Here our plumber has to dodge the bloopers which fall from the ceiling.

The bloopers drop from tracks and it definitely took them a long time to place all the bloopers

right so that they fall in exactly this pattern.

But is this enough to reach a place in the top 5.

The boos are next, they prepared an expert wall jump challenge in order to win your vote.

There are boos which carry a bullet blaster stacked on top of a goomba.

This allows them to create a really tough challenge for mario.

Our plumber has to perform precise wall jumps while not touching the ouching spikes and

avoiding the burning fire bars.

Wow this idea looks pretty dangerous I can imagine that it took the boos at least 15

minutes of practice until they finally were able to record this idea with mario surviving.

Next up are the chain chomps.

Last year they made it into the finals without showcasing an idea.

All they did was to swing madly around and the audience at home fell in love with them.

It looks like they prepared something similar for this years competition.

Here tons of winged chain chomps get stacked on tracks, which makes them swing around like

crazy.

If mario wants to survive this idea he needs to spin jump on top of them until this bullet

blaster starts to shoot bob-ombs which after a while detonate and create a hole in the

chain-chomps dance act which makes it possible for mario to escape.

So who's next, oh… the bob ombs.

Last year they made the last place and there was a fierce discussion between the bob ombs

if they should even send an idea this year.

Luckily they decided to do so and this is what they came up with.

They created a small mini game challenge.

Mario has to bounce a muncher on top of his head.

On top of the munchers head lives a bob omb. there is no threat to mario's health here,

but after a while a timer expired and he is able to go through this door.

Sadly he can't proceed from there on as the exit door is blocked because mario ignited

the bob omb before.

I see, mario needs to bounce the bob omb in such a way that he doesn't explode before

the timer expires.

If mario manages to save the bob ombs life the exit door isn't blocked and he is able

to proceed.

Here are the drybones.

They make use of the fact that dead koopas can't die if mario jumps on top of them.

They cycle up and down and make it really hard for mario to survive here.

To make matters worse for our plumber there are bullet blasters which shoot pobobo fireballs

into the arena which kill him if he touches them.

There is a wiggler trigger hidden out of sight and mario needs to survive on top of the dead

koopas until it expires, once expired he is able to escape through these pipes.

The spines prepared a small platforming challenge for mario.

They teamed up with a couple of saw-blades and winged buzzy beetles to create small and

dangerous platforms which cycle up and down.

Hm..

I think this idea is really cute but I feel like it lacks something that makes it really

stand out.

Anyway let's find out what the magikoopas prepared for us.

They created a small boss fight.

Here mario has to hit this magikoopa who has a goomba stacked on top of it.

But, uhm… didn't the magikoopas show us the exact same idea last week in their tips

tricks and ideas video.

Oh but wait there are suddenly three magikoopas in the arena.

Oh, I see they took the idea from last week and tweaked it a little bit so that there

are now three magikoopas as soon as mario hit the first one once.

That's interesting.

This works because there are two magikoopas which drop into a hole as soon as mario is

close enough to them, which he is as soon as he hits the first magical koopa.

The koopas prepared a small minigame-reward room.

The pipe at the bottom spawns red koopas and mario is able to hit them there.

Once the koopas are in defense mode they are transported to the top of this room and start

to collect the coins up there.

Mario now has to bounce the koopa in such a way that he hits the four red coins which

grants mario a key and allows him to leave this idea.

It's an interesting choice by the koopa faction to compete with a completely non lethal

idea.

I'm looking forward to find out how the audience at home likes this!

The munchers created a small muncher train for mario.

Here our jump and runner has to jump and run of top of this moving muncher wall.

This would be really easy for mario if it wasn't for the party crashing sawblades

which threaten to kill him.

And next up are the hammer bros.

Before mario is allowed to show an idea featuring hammer bros certain security measures have

to be taken.

Okay looks like mario is safe under his helmet.

This hammer bros throws hammers towards mario which yoshi can eat and then kill him to get

a key.

Hooray.

And now it's time for the cheep cheeps!

MArio needs to dodge this huge and dangerous burning fish.

At the top is an interesting timer contraption.

A pipe spawns flying bob ombs which detonate close to ice-blocks on tracks.

The ice-blocks then disappear and stop to block the pipe at the top from spawning shells.

Once there is a shell mario is able to hit hit the spring in the middle which leads to

a small chain reaction and kills this dangerous cheep cheep boss in a pretty cinematic way.

Next up are the goombas.

They created a small idea where mario has to work together with a goomba so that both

of them are able to survive.

This brave goomba carries a small platform on it's back and mindlessly walks to the

right.

After a while he becomes blocked by a conveyor belt and isn't able to walk any further.

Now it's marios task to help him.

Once our plumber hit the p-switch the journey of our dream team continues.

Thanks to mario the goomba was able to reach his final destination and thanks to the goomba

mario is able to hit the goal axe.

That's a really cute team idea, but is it only me or does this idea make heavy use of

boos and munchers as well.

It's weird that the goombas decided to showcase other competitors during their idea.

Now it's time for the thwomps.

They won the semi-finals last year and the bookmakers are quite sure that they will be

in the finals this year as well.

They decided to compete with a donut block platform idea.

If thwomps are placed on top of donut blocks the donut blocks start to drop down.

They use this here to create different platforming challenges for mario.

That's a really cool idea but I'm not sure if this is enough to win the semi finals

two years in a row.

Only five more ideas until it's time for you to vote!

The wigglers are next.

They show us an idea, where mario has to bounce on top of a wiggler on tracks.

Uhm, yeah that's it.

Weird, last year the wigglers had such a great and interesting idea, and this year it's

just mario bouncing on top of one of them on tracks.

I don't understand why they didn't go for something, you know a little bit more

unique, they were so close to reach the finals last year but this is definitely not going

to be enough this year.

Next up are the, oh what, oh I just heard that wasn't the end of the wiggler show.

They put their performance under the theme level design and they want to show us different

ways how this idea can be played.

Okay that sounds cool.

Currently we can see that the whole wiggler autoscrolling bounce part is optional.

If mario is in a hurry he's able to beat the stage without touching the wiggler once.

That's not only really neat for speedrunners but it also helps people who are too slow

for the wiggler platform.

If a player loses his wiggler taxi he isn't forced to kill himself as there is a way through

the level without the wiggler.

And now they show us all the hidden things which are placed into the stage for mario's

who look for an additional challenge or for mario's who really like to explore levels.

There is even a hidden block that allows to skip the last challenge of the idea.

Now that I think about it it's really cool that the wigglers thought about all these

different playstyles that different marios might have as most marios probably won't

even notice that there is more to the stage than the way they played it.

Next up are the spineys, they ended last year's competition as second to last.

Last year they showcased a small idea where mario had to dodge the spikes which they shoot

and it looks like they go for something similar this year.

Mario has to make his way through this air-ship but there are not only sawblades which try

to hurt our plumber but the spikes which the spines on the bottom shoot as well.

ugh..

I'm not sure about this.

It's pretty close to the idea they had last year and this years competition seems to be

really tough.

The piranha plants trap mario in a room until a timer expires.

They use the old track-stacking trick in order to create a horrific burning piranha-plant

snake which spits fire in endless waves.

Mario has to dodge the dangerous firestream until the timer to the left runs out.

That's a really dangerous idea and it clearly has potential.

The buzzy beetles decided to use a timer for their idea as well.

But the timer they use is pretty special.

It's an invisible timer that is able to time a certain amount of time really accurately,

it's really easy to set up and it's a timer which I haven't showcased on this

channel before.

The crazy built in timer clock.

-. Yes this idea features the timer that is already set up in every mario maker stage

as soon as you start to edit it.

Anyway, Mario has to guide this buzzy beetle to the left before the timer expires.

His only chance to get the buzzy beetle there is by strategically hitting his head against

these brick blocks so that the buzzy beetle jumps over the obstacles.

And now it's time for the last idea.

The monty moles prepared a small chase scene.

At the top there is a monty mole who constantly throws threats into mario's path.

Mario needs to dodge these threats but he also needs the little mole as he is the only

one capable of destroying the bob omb towers which block marios path.

After a while mario becomes imprisoned in this little room, now he has to hit the shelmet

launcher to his left three times, so that a key appears and he is able to escape.

That's a cute idea, but what I don't understand is why the monty mole ran away, I mean yes

if he stays up there the shell might kill him, but I don't think the audience want's

to vote for someone who is afraid of getting hit by a shell.

And now ladies and gentleman it's time to vote!

The tournament organizers decided to change the voting procedure slightly, as the previous

voting system ended with me counting votes for over five hours.

So here's how it works.

There are 18 starters but only five of them can enter the finals.

Every one of you has the chance to vote for your favorite five starters.

Just put the name of your favorites into a comment starting with an exclamation mark.

The voting will be up for a couple of days and then I'll use the search function to

find out which five starters will compete against each other in the grand finals.

Just be careful that you don't misspell the name of your five favorites.

The correct voting names are currently on screen, and they are in the description, and

they are in the comment section.

put rep tools inside the ball swings his legs move when you roll in the overall

this is the coolest dinotrux toy you can ride and guys all these ones I'm going

and set him up right there because is huge

and another really cool one is the talking dozer

so his blade will his blade drops down and he says different phrases and you

could also drill with this thing on his back or put repped tools unto him cool

push the tail back you load in like the or balls and then when you pull it up

here she shoot it on her backside and stay different phrases so she is really

cool - and then I have a big talking the shadow tie-rocks is tie-rocks when he

suited up for like stealth mission power is no match for brain power really cool

toys got aa small thing here you could you can grab and pick stuff up like this

Dragon Claw and then next we have are talking gaya

who actually raises her neck up - when you push her sail oh that is a really

cool toy - and then we have another big talking Tyra right holiday right job so

we'll set him up there and we have a really cool on armored tie-rocks push it

down here and his armor pops up and he says different awesome oh boy powered up

and ready for anything and you could also pull one of the rebels against then

we have an awesome huge talking electronic revit

also open his mouth he had a special tongue and he'll say different races

is all diecast metal except for the legs are the other legs are plastic in the

wing but this the main part of its body is diecast metal and it has a button

here if you push it she opens and closes her leg but you could go out go down and

pick up like reptiles or stuff she could even pick up the drill a sword that is

really cool so all let's go ahead and take a look at her she has spinning

blades on her two wings and like I said the action button there for the tail she

has a really long body and this is one of the want the rep tools that are

d-structs hates I mean these these ones like are always attacking and foiling

him and his friends so he hates the dragon Proctor and then the driller

soars this one his action feature if you pull his tail his head drill part there

spin he is a diecast metal with some plastic but the majority is diecast

metal he does look almost ah similar to sometimes

who is a good look at them all around so like I said really cool new characters

Medicare Insurance: How to Authorize Someone to Speak to Medicare for You - Duration: 7:14.

Due to HIPAA laws, Medicare cannot disclose your personal health

information to anyone other than you. Unless you have an authorized

representative. Which means you might want to consider putting one in place to

speak to Medicare on your behalf. Just in case you aren't unable to do it yourself

or if you want some extra assistance sorting through claim issues. So, in

today's video I'm going to show you the two easy ways to put an authorized

representative in place to speak to Medicare for you. Hi, Joann Quinn

insurance professional and co-founder of www.remedigap.com and if you're already

subscribed to my channel, thank you, and if this is your first time here then

welcome and feel free to subscribe for future videos. Well, I'm a little

embarrassed to admit, as an insurance professional, that I am just now going

over this issue, of setting up an authorized representative, with my mom

who has been on Medicare for several years but I think it's a pretty common

oversight for most people. It's something we typically don't think about until we're

ready to act upon it. So, I'm going to give you, today, a few reasons why you

would want to put a Medicare authorized representative in place and then show

you exactly how to do it. The first reason is "claims" let's face it no one

likes to deal with claim denials or any type of claim issue so it can be nice to

have another person who can speak to Medicare as an authorized representative

to help you sort through any claim concerns you might have. In fact, I was

just speaking to my mother-in-law...she was asking me what the topic of this

video is going to be. And, when I shared that with her she quickly told me how

frustrating it is on her end trying to speak with Medicare about my

father-in-law's claims or personal health information

and she noted that she has to have my father-in-law get on the

phone with Medicare & give his verbal permission in order for her to speak to

them about his coverage. So, it just makes sense for her to be an authorized

representative so that she can get it on the phone with

Medicare at any point in the future without him having to be right there to

give his permission. And, the second reason you might want to set up an authorized

representative is just in case you can't speak to Medicare. If you are in the

hospital or incapacitated in some way and you aren't able to give your verbal

permission to allow someone to speak to Medicare for you, then it makes it very

stressful for your caregiver when trying to reach out to Medicare on your behalf.

So, it's best just to go ahead and put someone in place so that you can have an

advocate who is ready to contact Medicare for you in a timely manner. So,

let's go ahead and take a look at the two easy ways to put an authorized

representative in place. The first way to set up an authorized representative to

talk to Medicare on your behalf is in writing, and it must be done through

CMS's specific form that can be found at medicare.gov. I will put the link in this

post so you have direct access to this form. It's very easy to complete. They

give you step by step instructions on how to do so. And, when we get to the

application you will see it's not very long, but you do have a couple decisions

to make on this form, and in question two your decisions are about how much

information you want your authorized representative to be able to talk to

Medicare about...how much do you want to disclose to them. And, question

three is about the length of authorization. Do you want them to have

an indefinite amount of time in order to call Medicare on your behalf or do you

want to specify a specific time period? Question four allows you to name more than

one person to be an authorized representative. One thing to keep in mind

is that this is not set in stone - which means you can revoke it at any time. And,

of course, make any changes and put a new authorized representative in place. And,

the second way to authorize a representative is by submitting your

request online and it is very easy to do... let's take a look. So, there's actually

two ways to access this online form. The first way is through your mymedicare.gov

account, and if you don't have one I highly suggest you go ahead

put one in place. Not only can you access the form that we are looking for. But, you

will be able to look at claim information, deductible information and

so much more. Once you have logged into your by MyMedicare.gov account, you

simply click on the tab that says "my account" and then select "authorized

representative" and here you will see a link that will take you to the online

form to complete to set up your authorized representative. Now, if you

don't want to set up a MyMedicare.gov account, you can access this form

directly through Medicare.gov. This is the home page - just go to the last tab

called "Forms, Help, & Resources", drop down that menu and select "Medicare Forms" from

there you'll go to this page, where the very first paragraph is what we're

looking for. Just click that little down arrow and you will see the link that

says "fill out authorization to disclose personal health information" which will

take you directly to the online form. Here we're just going to tell Medicare

that we are adding an authorized representative, and then in step two

we're going to give all that other information that we discussed in the

representative. Once you've completed step two, you just move on to step three

which is verifying that this information is accurate. If it is, just click on that

AUTOMATIC FIRE AUGMENT GUN COMBINATIONS W/ DPS CHARTS PATCH 1.08 - Duration: 10:10.

In this video, we will cover the Auto-Fire augment made available in patch 1.08 of Mass

Effect Andromeda,

What guns work best with it and full DPS charts.

Without further delay, let's get right into it.

<title: Auto-Fire Augment>

The Auto-Fire Augmentation was added in Patch 1.08, I say added but it's really just been

made available,

As many of you may know this has been in the game since the beginning but just wasn't available

due to glitches and the like.

You can obtain this augment from a general merchant, the one in the Nexus is the easiest

in general.

This augmentation works by turning the weapon you place it into a fully automatic firing

weapon,

It also increases the Rate of fire by 50% and the clip size by 20%,

but decreases Weapon Damage by 40% and Weapon Accuracy by 40%.

Thinking about this logically, this augmentation should better effect guns which have a high

rate of fire and clip size and low damage and accuracy.

This is because it works on percentage so you're gaining more rate of fire if it's higher

than another and losing less damage if the damage was lower in the first place.

I've also had a number of recommendations in the comments for weapons to try,

So I'll be testing all weapons that make logical sense as well as all suggested in the comments

so far, do some DPS charts and face off the top ones from these tests against the current

champions.

<title: DPS Charts>

So I've done all the DPS testing and as you can see on screen, there are few surprising

things.

Sweeper was a suggestion which I personally agreed should be tested, it proved to be not

particularly great,

The Bio-Converter is a must for solid DPS as the overheat mechanic prevents any possible

sustained DPS, but even with it's mediocre.

The Hornet and Valkyrie were also suggestions and I agreed with those 2, the Hornet pulls

ahead in DPS but the Valkyrie has superior Accuracy,

considering the Hornet is still lower even with a scope that is certainly something to

consider, the Hornet is, of course, lighter being a pistol but the Valkyrie isn't all

that heavy, it's very light for an AR.

they both benefit hugely from the bio-converter with the Valk gaining 40% extra DPS and the

Hornet a huge 60% extra DPS from using the Bio-Converter,

When using the bio-converter also, you will be drained of 5% health almost twice as much

with the Hornet than the Valkyrie.

The other thing of note between the 2 is the stability, the Hornet has superior stability,

it's quite noticeable.

I would say, Hornet for the close and close side of medium ranges, and Valkyrie for all

ranges.

Carnifex was a viewer suggestion which I had hoped would be good but proved to be one of

the lowest rated weapons, it gained the lowest amount from the Bio-Converter at a 15% increase.

Mattock was another suggestion I had high hopes for but it was pretty awful on the DPS

charts with or without the converter.

The Incisor sniper rifle I was uncertain whether to even bother testing, but it proved to be

quite good being the 4th best for DPS if used with the Bio-Converter, it's super long reload

time, means it is quite awful without it.

It is also worth mentioning that as it is a sniper rifle, you will not gain this full

potential without using the scope,

But it's fairly safe to say this could be the most powerful auto snipe.

The biggest surprise out of the whole lot and highest DPS is the Hesh,

I thought I'd throw a shotgun in to mix things up a little, the Hesh is a fairly powerful

Shotgun as it is, shown via my most recent shotgun video with DPS charts and the like.

That video showed the Piranha to be the king Shotgun, so hang on till the end and we'll

have a little face off between the Hesh and the current champion Piranha at the same levels

to see who is king.

Remember that these DPS charts do not take into account weapon special bonuses towards

armour or shields etc, the Hesh also has awful accuracy so needs to be very close, the Incisor

needs to be shot through the scope and the Hornet could kill those without proper regeneration

and such very quickly with the Bio-Converter.

Also, A worthy trial would be the Electrical Conduits Augment, it will work no doubt very

well on the Hornet and Valkyrie, so a face off with the previous champion, the PAW is

also in order.

Lastly, for the DPS charts, remember that the DPS itself isn't the important thing here,

they are only relevant because all of the weapons were tested in the same way, so with

these DPS charts, we can reliably compare the weapons to each other to findout how they

rank.

<title: Some Bonus findings>

As a substantial patch had been released since I last did DPS charts, I wanted to find out

where we stand with how reliable the in-game tooltips are for numbers,

Before they would not include Kinetic Coils among other things.

After playing around and such I have come to the conclusion that they have actually

fixed all that.

Kinetic Coils, Mods and even the 5 Kinetic coils in my melee weapon now correctly affect

the weapon stats in the inventory menu.

This allows me to trust the DPS charts without the need to observe percentages of health

dropped per shot on certain beast etc.

This method is just far more reliable than the previous.

Remember, if you wish to know what augments, mods, skills, profile, melee wep armour etc

I used and therefore buffed the results, please see the description.

<title: Hesh VS Piranha & Valkyrie VS PAW>

I wanna take his face...

OFF

It is time to look at the results between the Piranha and Hesh and the PAW and Valkyrie.

This is very very interesting, at close range the Hesh clearly blows the Piranha out of

the water, maybe trying the Seeking Plasma System on the Hesh could prove effective.

The Accuracy of the Piranha is double that of the Hesh, the ammo and mag size is lower

on the piranha but due to the damage and rate of fire you get more total stored damage from

the Piranha, but of course with a Bio-Converter that's a non-issue.

So we can be sure of the superiority of one, I tested the Seeking Plasma on the Hesh with

auto and the like.

What I found, may shock you

The Hesh is great, that tiny accuracy still hits every shot most of the time in close

range, it's even usable with full damage most of the time in medium range, the seeking helps

to ensure it hits at medium but really if you're going to use it in close and occasionally

medium I'd just go with the extra coil for quicker projectile travel time.

From the spreadsheet and what I saw in the field, the Hesh is now the king of Automatic

Weapons.

Now for the PAW vs Valkyrie,

The PAW's stat are horrendous, like the worst out of the lot before bio-converter and almost

the worst with it, but then I realised 2 things,

The particle beam from the PAW affect shields and Remnant better, you can increase this

further with electrical conduits for shields and Rem-tech or put a sticky grenade augment

on it for armour.

Also that the PAW is a great weapon, we know it's great, so this kind of puts things into

perspective a little, the auto fire is better than you'd think, comparing the results to

this you can also see that the Sweeper which is the other Remnant weapon used in this test

didn't do too great, but maybe the numbers don't give it justice like with the PAW.

Something else we need to consider is that the PAW is the gun that has the natural Beam

type, and while even though the beam augment was broken, the PAW was not, but the beam

emitter has had a bit of a transformation and now apparently works correctly, this could

very well have changed the way the PAW works also,

The Beam emitter now scales damage the longer you are on the target which would mean the

low damage to begin with which shoots up fast similar to the Rozerad SMG that has a low

damage and rate of fire, but the rate of fire get faster the more you fire it making it

an incredibly powerful weapon despite it's base stats.

We'll look closer at the Beam Emitter in it's own video.

For precision auto fire at the medium and long ranges, I'd go for the Valkyrie, it was

a fantastic weapon before made even better with this augment.

For closer go Hesh.

One last thing to consider folks is that the Electrical Conduits augment can be paired

with the Automatic Fire augment,

I have no way to accurately test the DPS when hitting specifically shields and Remnant,

or at least not in a way that would make a video possible inside a few days.

So would rather not just throw speculation into the middle of a numbers video and start

confusing facts,

Remember folks, observation is the least reliable form of evidence.

<title: Full Soldier Build Interactions>

The previous results were done using a build that would reflect the average non soldier

player who would spend a good amount of points into combat for their specific weapon,

It's based off of my skirmisher build,

But after some thought, I realised that some who would want these weapons are going to

be soldier style builds with heavy amounts of extra weapon damage on both armour and

profile, so I added a second section in that accounts for the extra weapon damage from

a fully buffed soldier type build, as with more damage but the same rate of fire, the

ranking between the weapons may shift.

As you can see, the damage is significantly improved, the Friggin hesh with my setup geared

to soldier hits for 4.3k damage per second not including mob type interaction which if

anything, mean itll hit a lot harder on Armoured enemies.

Just insane damage.

It doesn't really change the rankings all that much, I did think it would change more

than this, with the damage being increased so much and not the rate of fire, but with

how the automatic fire augment works, had the shift been to rate of fire, the ranking

would have very likely changed more noticably.

Another thing I found out when doing these secondary DPS tests, was that the PAW can

actually take an Automatic Fire augment,

considering it's distribution is heavily aimed toward being good for this augment, it did

gain a small boost, but not as big as I thought it would be.

I have of course updated both the unbuffed and buffed charts with the newer rate of fire

and damage for the PAW with the automatic fire augment.

This spreadsheet is absolutely huge now so I'll make a huge resolution (at least 4k)

patchwork version for the description, so just zoom in on it to read correctly,

I've written basic titles for the section to make it a little easier to follow, if you
