Welcome to my channel

Today, I am really glad to film this video

I wanted to make this video a while ago

but I didn't have the product yet

and now I have it ON

I will do a first impression on

my bellman hair extensions

I will put the name of the ones i wearing right now

I will also show you how I put them on

and show you the technique I use

for my short hair not to show with the extensions

if you wanna know how i put them on and the technique I use

keep on watching

the first thing I do is

section the hair starting at the bottom

you will need small hair rubber bands

what i'm doing now is

i will tie that section a little loose

once that section is tied

i will take the 3 clips weft

and i will place it on top of the tied section

starting with the middle clip

and then adjusting the clips on each side

then we'll repeat the same process, take down another section

to tie that section as well with the small hair rubber band

here I am tying the second section

the hair rubber band doesn't have to be tight, it is better

if it is a little on the loose side (but secured)

and now we apply the second 3 clips weft and place it

again starting with the middle clip

the reason why i like to start with the middle clip

is because I feel is more secure as far as placement

I feel this way I can make sure it is centered

repeat the process one more time, now is a 4 clips weft

these are individual wefts they are just 1 clip weft

and I like to place it on the front sides

now the wefts that are left are smaller

i like to section now from the sides starting with the right

I will place the 2 clips weft

the quality of the extensions Bellami is very very good

I rate them a 10 out of 10

also at the moment of buying my set it came with

a hanger and a cover for the hair extensions

to store them nicely and to elongate the life of the extensions

I feel that 220g is enough to blend with short hair

less than that, it will be harder. I have the 160g

and it didn't work my short hair would show

so if you have short hair

and you are planning of buying hair extensions

I recommend you get 220g or more

Losing Strength While Cutting? 5 Quick Fixes - Duration: 10:50.

What's going on, guys?

Sean Nalewanyj, www.SeanNal.com and today I'm going to be outlining five main tips

you should follow if you are losing strength while cutting.

Unless you're going through a prolong cutting phase and you're dropping a large amount

of overall bodyweight or you're cutting down temporarily to a very lean bodyfat percentage

for a certain event then you really shouldn't be losing much strength if your fatloss plan

is properly structured.

You should be able to at least maintain your strength throughout the beginning phases and

if you are going to lose strength it should only be happening as you get deeper into the

cut, and even then it should be modest.

You know, maybe losing a couple reps on smaller isolation lifts and maybe a very modest reduction

in weight on those larger compound lifts.

It does depend on how much total bodyweight you're losing and how lean you're trying

to get, of course.

If you're a two hundred and thirty pound power lifter who decides to lean down to a

hundred and ninety pounds then obviously you can expect to lose a more significant amount

of strength just from a decrease in your overall leverages.

Or let's say you're cutting down to seven percent bodyfat for a contest then obviously

you're going to be more depleted overall and that's going to affect your strength

more so.

But for most average lifters doing a standard moderate cutting phase, strength loss should

be minor if anything.

Some people can fully maintain their strength while cutting and others can even gain some

strength, especially if they're still a relative beginner.

So if you are feeling considerably weaker and your weights are decreasing rapidly it

definitely should be a cause for concern and it's a pretty clear sign that there is something

wrong with the structure of your program and that you're putting yourself at risk for

excessive muscle loss.

So, five aspects of your program to take a look at if this is the case for you.

So, the first is the most basic and the most obvious one, and that is that your daily calorie

intake is simply too low.

So if you drop your calories too low then your ability to recover in between workouts

is going to be compromised and you'll also have less resources available to fuel your

actual training performance.

More aggressive deficits are usually okay in the short term for some people if it's

only being done for a few weeks but eventually it will catch up to you.

So if you're losing strength on a cut then take a look at your daily calorie intake and

take a look at how quickly you are losing body weight from week to week.

For most people a standard five hundred calorie deficit is going to be a good balance between

losing fat at a decent pace but also maintaining muscle size and strength.

And if you're losing any more than about one to two pounds per week on an ongoing basis

then you'll probably want to up your calories a bit until you're falling somewhere within

that range.

Those who are more overweight and were carrying more fat can usually get away with losing

weight a bit quicker, whereas if you're already within a healthy bodyfat range and

you're just trying to cut down leaner while maintaining as much size and strength as possible

closer to about one pound per week is going to be more appropriate for you.

The second thing to look at is your macro nutrient breakdown.

So you don't need to obsess over every single gram of protein, carbs and fats that you're

eating everyday but if there is a glaring imbalance in there it definitely can have

a negative effect on your strength levels.

For example, if protein is too low then you won't properly recover in between workouts.

And if it's too high then your carbohydrate intake is probably going to end up too low

in which case your workout performance is going to suffer.

If fat is too high then either protein or carbs could be too low, and if fat is too

low then your hormone levels are going to fall out of balance and you're going to

feel a lot worse physically and mentally and that could impact your workouts as well.

So again, this doesn't need to be perfect but during a focused cutting phase your macro

nutrient breakdown does become a bit more important because you have fewer total calories

to work with and there's a better chance that one of the three will end up too low.

So to make sure that you're getting enough protein for adequate recovery, enough carbs

to fuel your workouts and enough fat to keep your brain function an your motivation in

check a good basic breakdown is to go with 0.8 to one gram of protein per pound of bodyweight

daily, you don't need more protein than this even if you are cutting.

Get twenty-five percent of your total calories from fat and then fill in the remaining calories

with carbs and if you're not sure how to calculate this then I'll put it in the description

box below for you to check out.

Just try to land somewhere around those numbers and your chance of losing strength while cutting

or losing muscle is going to be much lower.

Tip number three to maintain strength while cutting is don't go overboard on cardio.

So I always recommend that people include some cardio during the week not just as a

way of burning additional calories and preventing your calorie intake from having to drop too

low but also just for overall physical and mental health.

But a lot of people do tend to get a bit excessive with it during the fatloss phase.

You don't need to be running on the treadmill five or six days a week in order to lose fat

and if you do perform too much cardio you're going to be interfering with your recovery

weight training.

Remember that since you're in a calorie deficit, your recovery ability is already

lower than normal.

And that's going to make it much more likely that you will lose strength, especially if

you perform your cardio pre-workout, which I don't recommend doing.

So a bit of cardio is fine but I wouldn't recommend exceeding three weekly session as

a starting point and try to do it separately from weight training if you can or at the

very least do it post workout.

And only increase your cardio frequency from there if it becomes necessary later on in

your cut.

Tip number four is to keep your basic weight training approach the same as it was when

you were bulking.

A lot of lifters fall into the trap of thinking that heavier weight compound exercises for

lower reps builds muscle and lighter weight isolation exercises for higher reps burns

fat and shapes the muscle, which is totally false because you can't spot reduce fat

from specific areas of your body and the only thing you can actually do with weight training

is to make a particular muscle as a whole bigger or smaller.

Muscle definition is just a product of your overall bodyfat percentage in combination

with how much total muscle mass you're carrying and it has nothing to do with which specific

exercises you perform or how many reps you're doing per set.

So if you do switch to a light weight high rep plan, all you're really doing is weakening

the overall training stimulus which is going to cause you to lose strength and lose muscle

mass much more quickly.

And tip number five, if the previous four points are taken care of, so you're eating

in only a moderate calorie deficit with a reasonably balance macro nutrient breakdown,

you're not performing too much cardio and you're continuing to train in the gym with

basic moderate to heavyweight sets as the foundation of your workouts.

If you're doing all of that and you're still losing strength quickly you can try

cutting back on your overall training volume.

It's not always necessary to reduce your training volume during a cut because it does

depend on how much you were doing in the first place as well as other factors but if your

strength is continuing to drop try cutting your total workload by about twenty-five percent

to start and then see if that helps.

Remember that your primary goal during a cut is to provide enough training stimulus to

maintain your existing muscle and so you don't need to be in the gym six days a week with

high volume workouts in order to do that since your recovery resource is going to be limited

in the calorie deficit and performing too much work can actually start to work against

you if you aren't careful.

So those are the five main tips I'd give if you find that you are losing strength on

a cut.

And as long as those are taken care of it should correct things for you.

If you really want to fully optimize thing though I'll give you three more smaller

quick tips here that you can employ as well before I close out the video.

The first is that if you are currently training in the morning you can try moving your workouts

into the later afternoon or the evening if it does suit your schedule.

And the reason for that is because strength levels do technically peak later on in the

day and that could help to give you a small extra boost.

The second is to start incorporating a weekly re-feed day into your plan.

I'll link a post that I did on that in the description box but this is basically where

you just eat at your calorie maintenance level once a week with the increase coming from

carbs.

And then take that re-feed day and position it the day before your most challenging workout

of the week.

Or you could even do this twice a week depending on how deep you are into your cut and how

lean you're trying to get.

And then lastly if you currently don't use anything other than regular food as your pre

workout fuel you can try incorporating a basic pre workout supplement stack into your program

as well in order to up your performance a bit.

Caffeine being the most effective but I will link a video in the description box that I

did a while back that outlines my recommended homemade pre workout stack.

of female athletics are not ridiculed.

As someone who played softball for fifteen years, that is the funniest goddamn thing

I ever heard of.

How come there's still a "female" in Serena Williams's title of "Best Athlete Ever"?

Why do we need to make that discrepency between a good athlete and a good female athlete?

We want to be put on the same playing board as the men.

You know, all throughout high school, I did workouts with the baseball team.

I was the only girl most of the time.

Do you know how hard it was to get the respect to actually be seen as a person in that class?

And it was all because I was a woman and I wasn't there to flirt with the boys or try

to make friends.

I was born big, I'm always going to be big, I don't want to be small, I appreciate my

I mean, we have the three best gymnasts in the world and we have men having the audacity

to comment "Wow they're not attractive."

Bitch they ain't looking to be attractive!

They're looking to be the best damn gymnasts in the world.

Another myth that anti-feminists like to portray is that feminists do not support women who

choose to stay home and raise their kids.

That's a lie!

Real feminism supports stay-at-home moms.

They support parents that choose to stay home to raise their family.

True feminism fights for the choice to be able to do that or to be like me and focus

on your career and not really focus on raising a family or finding a husband or any of that

good stuff.

It's not an either-or.

And that's another stupid thing this article said is women have never been more respected

than now in the 21st century.

Hate to break it to you, dumb-dumb, but that's because of feminism.

And yes, America's doing really well with women's rights right now, especially white

Now I agree with the notion that women do need to work, okay we cannot just sit around

and be like: Society, can you fix this for me?

Put the women in power.

Women do need to work.

But to help us feminists work for our equality and to help us fully find our own respect

through work and fighting for our own equality, we need respect.

It's sort of like how I've been doing YouTube for four years now.

I've finally hit my stretch where I am getting successful.

But there are still people in my life who still think this is just a lucky break, who

are discrediting the fact that I made a video every single week for two and a half years.

And the people who are discrediting this are men who believe that their channel that they've

had for just a year deserves to have the same success as mine.

Even though they're not even making videos every week.

They are not even making videos every month.

But they still think their channel should be on par with mine because mine's a lucky

break.

Because I'm pretty.

Because I apparently didn't work for this.

I just made smiley pretty faces and everyone started to love me.

No!

I [explicit] worked for this [explicit].

And yes I do have a lot of privilege because I am white, because I am not unattractive.

So if you believe that women should be equal to men, that women should work the same as

men, that women should be on the same playing field as men despite the consequences...Congrats.

You're a feminist.

Feminism just wants everyone to be equal.

We want the men on Covergirl.

We want the women being the best athletes in the world, not just the best "female" athletes.

7lb Breaking Badass BBQ Challenge REMATCH!! - Duration: 11:55.

Hey everybody this is Randy Santel

"Atlas" with Atlas & Zeus Promotions and

proud owner of foodchallenges.com! Very

very excited today because I've been

looking forward to this night for over a

year and a half now! The rematch!

Over almost a million

people have watched me take on the

Breaking Bad Ass BBQ Challenge at

Longhorns BBQ Smokehouse in Newcastle

England. I failed during my 2015 tour.

Well tonight in 2016 I'm back, taking on the

challenge! I've got one hour to finish

this weighs exactly seven pounds sitting

in front of me. I was there when they

weighed it but its got all kinds of stuff

and so much meat!

We've got about three pounds total of

their pulled pork and then their brisket

about a pound and a half of each we've

got a bunch of fries two cups I think

along with some sausage along with some

smoked chicken wings!

We've got cups of their homemade beans

we've got the coleslaw!

There's a massive rib over here along

with another whole bunch of ribs!

We've got some more chicken wings here

and then a role but like I said I've got

one hour to finish if I win I'll get the

35 quid meal for free I think I will get

a sweet t-shirt and most importantly

I'll be the very first person to finally

win this challenge and be on the wall

of fame so let's get it started!

All right now I've had plenty of time to

think about this and with the last time

the last loss I really struggled with

the brisket and the pulled pork but it

looks delicious today and i'm going to

start with that first and then I'm take

off I think on all the bones but hide the

women and children i'm going to dominate

this thing!

1, 2, 3. . . Boom!

Goal was to have first three pounds of meat

down the first 10 minutes and I just

barely did that but the sausage no onto the bones

alright 21 minutes and 40 seconds then

I've got basically everything gone that

I had left at the end last time the

coleslaw except for the bun, but I've

got all of everything basically done

except for the wings the ribs which all

have bones and then the fries and then

this thing but still got 38 minutes

let's get it down!

Ribs next then the wings

29 and a half minutes lets get these

wings down there will be on the prize

and bread get it down!

36 minutes and 50 seconds in

good thing I got a good weightlifting

workout in today because I just had

enough protein and all that meat to last

a week now let's move on to the carbs

get this bread and then these of fries

down

alright 40 minutes in 20 minutes left

we're down to just the fries so I got my

diet soda is obviously any diet soda

with the as many calories I just had but

let's get these fries and we'll get the

win first win ever!

47 minutes and 24 seconds so first

person ever to defeat the seven pounds

OPINION: Smoking and Government Overreach - Duration: 3:07.

Smoking is legal in Georgia, but even most smokers would admit it isn't good for them.

-Coughing -

Most wouldn't want their children to follow their example.

And they've gotten used to laws that protect the public health by limiting where they can

light up.

Well, the 2017 legislative session has only just begun, and lawmakers are considering

a new smoking ban... one that would make it illegal for a parent to smoke in a vehicle

with their child.

I can hear you saying to yourself, "Hey, that sounds reasonable."

After all, a child has no choice but to ride with their parent, and is in no position to

tell Mom or Dad to put out that cigarette.

What?

An infant is in an even more vulnerable spot.

A poll about a similar proposal in Alabama found 70 percent of residents favored such a ban.

And I get it: Who wants to be against children's health?

Not me, I assure you.

But I am against creating laws for every circumstance, and this one seems like government overreach to me.

And a dangerous precedent.

What's next, telling parents they can't smoke inside their home if a child is present?

If it's dangerous in a vehicle, then why not in the living room?

Or should we just ban smoking anywhere near a child?

Here's a hint: NO!

And then there's the matter of enforcement.

Eight other states have some experience with this, with laws on the books that impose fines

up to $500 and issue penalty points on drivers' licenses.

But enforcement has been a mess, here and overseas.

In the U.K., police issued just one citation the entire first year its law was in place.

They eventually decided it would be more effective to use the law to educate, not punish.

And here's another thing to consider: The definition of 'abuse' has evolved in recent

years beyond physical contact to include obesity, unhealthy diets, failing to vaccinate your

children, and even allowing a sedentary lifestyle.

Do we need a law requiring parents to get their kids off the couch?

It's a tough sell to say you agree with allowing a parent to do something that may later negatively

impact their child's health.

But, again, smoking is legal.

It seems like we're heading toward a place where the law says you can kill yourself with

cigarettes, but don't let your smoke touch anyone else, under any circumstances.

Perhaps the most honest government approach would be to outlaw smoking - and live without

the sales taxes.

Don't hold your breath waiting for that to happen.

In the meantime, Georgia House bill 18, The Smoke Free Air Act, doesn't outline a clear

or distinct punishment, so maybe Representative Sandra Scott, who filed the bill, is more

interested in raising awareness than in getting it passed.

Or maybe she does think government is the solution.

In this case, I don't.

I actually had the bad luck, which of course do not want to look for an alibi

I have a very bad run in the UFC

Of the ten fights I even managed to lose six

it's stupid to look for alibis

but the fact is that before the first fight in the UFC, I had the first surgery

I had a foot surgery that was broken

with such foot I fought and in the Grand Prix 2006

but after foot surgery I could not run for three months, I could not to stretch,

not to mention the kicks with legs

then came knee surgery, four surgeries have occurred

and each of these surgeries we at least took of an average of three months of training

nothing I could do, not run, not stretch me

muscles are shortened, I was no longer so flexible

I could not kick with foot, which I was recognized

the most serious injury was when my knee broke

it turned out my knee out from the tray,

it's all cracked, the front ligaments, collateral ligaments, cruciate ligaments

everything

it took me altogether distracted from training

seven operation times three months

twenty months I was totally out

which is terribly

and of course this result leaves the body, the psyche

dismayed man new injuries, are more difficult to decide on some things in the fight ...

many are already buried me alive

be discussing the ways that youtube can

ruin your life

now I know I've made previous videos

about my first google paycheck or my

youtube paycheck I beware of you know

that works just you know giving you

information on about YouTube for all the

research and stuff that I've done so i

figured that this will be a nice topic

to open a discussion and you know see

what you guys think

so you want to be a youtuber you know

maybe you want to do it as a hobby maybe

you aim to be a youtuber with millions

and millions of subscribers and whatever

the cases or maybe you just want 100k

200k you have your local or one of the

downsides is you always have this

pressure to look a certain way

let's face it if you have a hundred K

subscribers and you live in let's say

New York or Miami or somewhere you're

bound to run into your subscribers so

having an off day is like a very big

deal

you always have to be conscious of ok

well maybe you can't wear these holy

sweats outside you know or maybe I can't

put this t-shirt on because it may be

offensive

so you always have to think of stuff

like that another thing have what you

too can kind of ruin your life we're

just making a little harder is you that

have to potentially start watching what

it is you say now we all have opinions

especially I'm very opinionated but when

you get into a certain kind of role of

YouTube you have to you know just pull

back to urge to stay every signature

thinking you'll have to filter it a bit

more because again you want to be

conscientious to the fact that you may

offend somebody or a friend group of

people and one wrong move can cost

thousands of subscribers and this is

something that you want to do full-time

you can't afford to take out here

another way that you two could

potentially ruin your life is you'll

have a big social media following

so you have thousands of followers or

whatever and you're what some people

would consider social media famous or

Instagram famous now if your employer or

coworkers kind of get ahold of this

information that they make your life a

little difficult because let's face it

what employer wants someone who has

thousand subscribers or followers on

social media because you know you are

going to be an issue

you kind of make yourself unemployable

now I say this to the fact that if you

have a hundred subscribers on youtube

it's one thing to have social media

subscribers and followers okay you post

the picture you get likes you don't have

to comment but let's say you have a

pretty decent you know following on

youtube and it's something that you have

to keep up with if you uploaded video

you have to respond to your comments and

engage with your subscribers employers

don't want to hear that so if they're

able to kind of my google your search

you and your YouTube channel pops up

that can make you unavoidable because

you're like what responsible business

owner is going to want someone with 60

or 70 k subscribers on youtube and even

if you only have 1600 or 2,000 followers

on Instagram but 50 60 k on youtube

that's kind of like I don't know unless

you're like a makeup artist or something

like that but in like the real world is

gonna going to basically make an

employer feel that you're always going

to be described just look distracted

which may not be the case fly that's

just how the cookie crumbles

now and now their way that it's a cool

your life is it can put you in a lot of

financial issues for example if you're

getting you know a lot of views and a

lot of people are commenting that oh my

god your camera quality is shitty or

something like that we should improve

that you're going to have to fight the

urge to go buy a camera that most likely

cannot afford at that time that can be a

major issue especially if you're taking

your rent money or your car note when

your money that you really have to

fulfill your responsibilities for to

build your YouTube channel and you may

find yourself you know trying to

continue purchasing especially for

beauty guru you know I or you want to be

a beautiful rule you'll find yourself

buying all these expensive palace and

just kind of trying to get on the trend

with these other bigger eat influencers

who are getting the palette for free so

you're going out here struggling to buy

the kylie jenner lip kit or whatever or

the collection and that's three hundred

dollars and let's say a bigger youtuber

has it already you know uploading on

your channel do that bigger influence or

more than likely got in a PR kit and it

was free not only other end how you took

control cause you financial trouble is

there's not a lot of readily information

about getting paid on YouTube as a 1099

employee you do not pay any taxes so

sometimes you can find yourself getting

that two three four five thousand

dollars and then you think that you're

balling out but at the end of the year

let's say you're you and you're lucky

and you made 90 thousand dollars on

youtube or social like that you're gonna

hit with a 32 34 thousand dollar tax

bill and what you gonna do now what

so being on YouTube can without being

educated about it financially can really

really really put you in a position

where you'll have tons of debt because

the IRS will come after you and no way

and how you can make 60 40 50 k you know

and not pay taxes on it

even if you're making two thousand

dollars and one from you too after

growing let's see that's what 24 yes

24,000 ology you're gonna have to pay

taxes on that all that twenty-five

twenty-four thousand dollars not yours

so finger youtuber and being kind of 92

that it can cause you a lot a lot of

financial headache at the last thing is

you know you never know if your

friendship sorry lab when you're

becoming like you to where you coming

you too because you then becoming a

position to be able to do things for

others and you never know if someone

wants to hang out with you or your child

with your social media because they

think you're cool or because they think

eventually you'll be able to put them in

the same position that you are so yeah

those are kind of just things that you

need to think about when becoming a

youtuber because although it seems kinda

great to just turn your camera record

stuff and get out the door

there's a lot of things that come in the

back end that you know could can kind of

Hindu you're like a little bit so I'm

And then I had a friend some to me and he was in the midst of a transition and he was

struggling it just struck me and I said, 'Here's what you want to do.

Write down everything you do right now.

Then write down everything you would want to do -- that you enjoy doing and let's work

our way through it."

Ed Roberts' 78th birthday with new Doodle Google - Duration: 3:00.

Today Doodle pays tribute to an early leader of the disability

rights movement, Ed Roberts.

After contracting polio at age 14, Roberts was paralyzed from

the neck down.

He was confined to a special wheelchair with a respirator

during the day and slept in an 800-pound iron lung at night.

Despite his limitations, he continued his studies via

telephone hookup, attending in person a few hours a week.

His mom, Zona, encouraged him persevere despite the odds.

Roberts's activism began in earnest as early as high school,

when he was denied his diploma due to his inability to complete

Physical Education (PE) and Driver's Ed.

After petitioning, not only did he earn his diploma, he went on

to college, becoming the first student with severe disabilities to attend the

University of California, Berkeley.

There, he led other Berkeley students with severe disabilities in creating

the Physically Disabled Students Program, the first of its kind.Roberts

went on to earn his bachelor's and master's degrees in political science

from Berkeley, and later returned to lead the Berkeley Center for

Independent Living, which inspired many similar centers around the

U.S.

In 1976, Gov. Jerry Brown appointed him Director of the

California Department of Vocational Rehabilitation, and in 1983 he co-founded the World Institute

on Disability.

His mother Zona describes: "I watched Ed as he grew from a sports-loving

kid, through bleak days of hopelessness,

into self-acceptance of his physical

limitations as he learned what was possible for him to accomplish.

His years at UCB were great ones as he both enjoyed his college status

and got in touch with his leadership qualities.

He took great pleasure in watching people with disabilities

achieve greater acceptance."

Woman kicked off of Alaska Airlines flight after insulting Trump supporter next to her - Duration: 2:07.

A woman flying with her husband after his mother died was kicked off of an Alaska Airlines flight for confronting a Donald Trump supporter.

Scott Koteskey said that he was on a flight from Baltimore to Seattle Saturday evening when he was confronted by an unidentified gray-haired woman and told her that he was in the D.C. area to "celebrate democracy" rather than protest.

He posted on Facebook that she said that the Trump supporter disgusted her and threatened to vomit in his lap.

A video of the incident later showed the woman saying "you pretend you have the moral high ground but you put that man's finger on the nuclear button. That man doesn't believe in climate change. Do you believe in gravity?"

A flight attendant came over and told her that she did not have a "right" to have her fellow passenger change seats, followed by another attendant saying that she would have to be taken off the plane.

A Facebook video showed an Alaska Airlines passenger confronting a Trump supporter.

The woman protested that she was flying with her husband to Seattle because his mother had died and promised to be quiet for the rest of the flight.

"There's no way I'm getting off this plane … My husband lost his mother. Have some respect," she said.

The woman ended up being removed by airport police, with some passengers clapping and beginning to chant "U-S-A."

Kotesky's video of the confrontation and others showing the woman being taken off the plane have since gone viral on social media.

Alaska Airlines kicked off the woman and her husband, traveling because his mother died, and gave them a refund.

A Maryland Transportation Authority spokesman Lt. Kevin Ayd told CBS News that neither the woman nor her husband were charged.

An Alaska Airlines representative said that the couple were given a refund instead of being rescheduled to another Alaska Airlines flight.

The airline did not respond to request for further comment.

Kotesky said in his post that a racially diverse crowd on the plane was asking for the woman to be removed and that it was a "great demonstration of AMERICA."
