Today we have a video of the category science news in which we talk about data transmission.

To be more accurate, there were some interesting developments last months.

Let's start with a relatively old record in data transmission.

With glass fiber, in 2013 a data transmission rate of about 73.3 terabits per second was possible.

Of course, there are some disadvantages with glass fiber.

First, such records were possible under optimal circumstances.

Then, glass fiber isn't wireless.

And we want everything wireless.

Wireless is good.

Well, one more disadvantage is the limited data rate.

Here, we come to a new technology that isn't that new but we don't

use it for data transmission now.

We talk about the radiation in the range of 0.3 to 3 terahertz.

Shortly, terahertz radiation.

Until now, we only use this for scanning.

For example, at airports.

Minoru Fujishima of the Hiroshima University shows that we can use this frequency

range for communication.

He could reach a data rate of about 100 gigabits per second and with this

it is nearly as fast as fiber optic cable.

over so long distances.

Now, we have a really good data transfer rate.

One thing that we can also need is a higher speed of data transfer.

As you know, information cannot be faster than light.

One known exception is the quantum entanglement.

With this, the states of two particles are dependent on each other.

That means when the state of one of the particle partnes changes, the state

of the other partner changes too, independently of their distance.

The past successful experiments were under laboratory circumstances.

That means no disruption and very short distances.

Now, the University of Shanghai and the University of Calgary could teleport information

in the urban fiber-optic network.

Their experiment setup was different from the setup in laboratories.

They didn't use only a transmitter A and a receiver B but also a station C.

Here, A sent out light with information to C across 6.2 km.

B created entangled light and sent one part of it to C too.

This distance was about 11 km.

The other part remained at B.

Now, C measured the light so that the interference broke down and the light that came from B got

the information of the light that came from A.

With this, the other part of B's light had also A's information.

With this setup, the distance of 6.2 km between A and C could be bridged.

This technology isn't suitable for application now.

The best result was in Calgary.

They got only 17 teleportations in one minute.

And it shows that the principle works also in urban networks where

so many disruptions are.

Let's have a look in the future.

How could this technology be used in the civilian sector at first?

I would say one of the first applications could be to connect

stock markets.

Recently, a new fiber optic cable was laid between Europe and New York just to get a faster

connection between these markets.

By the way, the way how and where this cable is laid is one of the strongest proofs

of a round earth.

They want the fastest connection possible.

Every nanosecond they can save is worth insanely a lot of money.

So, they want the straightest connection as possible.

What could be possible with this technology?

When we get the problems solved that we have at the moment so that this setup can transmit

the data immediately, it is conceivable that relay stations can be built to teleport

the data most of the way.

As you see, the actually needed way is the longest section in such a

system.

In this experiment, the longest section was about 11 km.

Now, imagine a relay station every 100 km.

than by the straightest way through the earth.

In the upcoming issue of Glamour Magazine the 31-year-old model and author wrote an

emotional letter where she disclosed her recent struggles with postpartum depression after

giving birth to daughter Luna last April.

She wrote, "For much of the last year, I felt unhappy.

What basically everyone around me ¬– but me – knew up until December was this: I

have postpartum depression"

She goes on to admit that even though she's always smiling, it doesn't mean she's

"Postpartum does not discriminate.

I couldn't control it," she added.

"And that's part of the reason it took me so long to speak up: I felt selfish, icky,

and weird saying aloud that I'm struggling."

For Chrissy, speaking her mind has become somewhat second nature but she struggled to

announce this difficult news.

And now she has some parting advice for her fans.

"I'm speaking up now because I want people to know it can happen to anybody and I don't

want people who have it to feel embarrassed or to feel alone.

3D printed RC Buggy: Body assembly - Duration: 6:10.

Hello and welcome everyone.

In this video I'll go through how to assemble the buggy body.

It's quite easy but I figured I might as well do a video on it.

You start out with these five pieces.

They should all be printable on any printer with a 20cm squared build volume.

These are in a modified PLA

Despite being PLA, they haven't shown any cracks or breaks.

Despite my complete and utter lack of driving skills.

So I figure it's enough to print them in PLA but if you have ABS/PETG that might be a better choice.

Some support is required for these parts but it should be quite easy to remove if you have the right settings.

Because you print it like this, standing up.

And this overhang tends to need some support. And this little bracket also needs some.

You can print this with 1 perimeter and 0% infill to make sure it stays flexible.

Lessens the chance of it breaking when you crash it.

Let's put it together then.

It's ment to go together like this

I did not design this to stay like this so you will need to apply some glue along the edges.

You could put some glue on the mating surfaces before you put it together as well.

You do not need a lot of glue, just a few drips of epoxi or superglue. Will make this stick together.

Due to the rear shock tower extending so much, this part could not be designed as one piece with the rest of it.

So I made some snap-fittings for this one.

After you have glued this together and put it on the chassis, you would come in with this piece and click it in place.

There you go

Kinda sticks there due to how this is printed. everything is printed oriented upwards

So the layers themself kinda lock together.

You also have this rear wing.

This part was also designed to use support under here.

But since it's a very flat surface it should be easy to remove.

This requires a little bit of support under here as well, but it shouldn't be a problem.

Then you snap them together.

It's probably gonna fly off if you crash if you don't glue it together, so I'd recommend gluing it.

This has slots as well for it.

There you go, a complete rear end. I would also recommend gluing that because it doesn't fit that well.

That is the entire body ready to go on the chassis

My buggy is a bit beaten up right now so one of the wheels is a bit loose.

But should be fine for demonstrating.

You have these four points here.

Which uses M3x16 screws.

And the body just goes ontop, front first.

And can be a bit tricky to get in here but it will fit.

Put it upside down and screw it in.

Alright, once you got those screws in place, everything should be ready for the rear part of it.

Like I said before, this is intended to be glued together before you screw it on, but for demonstration it's fine.

Then you put on the rear end.

Just click it in place and make sure it clears everything at the rear.

Dry Shampoo For Dark Hair - Duration: 7:05.

Today we are talking about dry shampoo.

I've been in search of a good one for a

really really long time. I had one that

I liked and then they changed the

formula on it so it went from not

leaving a white chalky residue in my

hair to leaving quite a bit of chalky

residue in my hair and when you have

dark hair it's harder to find a really

good one because almost all of them

leave some kind of a residue and if you

read the directions and they tell you to

use a hairdryer it helps it gets a lot

of it out, but not all of it and some of

them want, one of them told me to put my head over

and just rub my scalp and get all the

flakes to fall out onto the floor. That

was a nice gross mess, so I've been in

search of one for a long time. I

know they do make some for brunettes

that leave a darker residue behind but

that doesn't really work for a redhead and

my husband has a like black hair so if I

try to use one on him, then you

definitely will always see that white

residue, so it's been kind of a struggle

I have tried expensive ones. i mean

I have just, I've tried to all them, so I finally

heard about Ouai and they have a dry

shampoo that is a foam so I was kind of

intrigued by it. I mean it's not really a

powdery chalky residue because it's

a foam, but would it really dry?

I mean I'm okay with using hair dryer to

fluff up my hair and it helps

no matter what your dry shampoo of

preference is. Taking a hair dryer on

cool and getting the roots to fluff up,

that will help tremendously, so I'm okay

with having to dry a little bit of the

foam instead of washing my hair, but I

tried it you actually don't need to do

that so I'm going to show you today the

progress because it does not say that

you need to use

a hair dryer so you'll see how it finishes

with just putting it in the hair and it

does dry really nicely. It doesn't

feel wet when you put in which is really

kind of weird but great, and then I'll

show you using the hairdryer how that

helps a little bit. So I'm just gonna

shake it up and get a little bit in my

hand

there you go. You see looks just like

moose that we used to use so long ago.

Middle school days.. So you just kind of

rub it into the roots of your hair and

OH MY GOSH the smell of this is

incredible I've actually never had a dry

shampoo that smelled this fresh and this

great and it makes me really want to try

all of the other products so I'm going

to be trying quite a few of the Ouai

products when I run out of what I

currently have because the smell is just,

it's really fresh.

It's really really good and I'm going to

get some more in here because I love the smell and I'm

just trying to get my roots as best I

can and then underneath here because

my hair gets kind of gross under there. okay so now we just we work it

into the roots as best we can and the

more that we work at the less wet it

feels my hair was nice and flat with no

volume before so see how it fluffs up as

we get it to dry and I was also kind of

afraid that with it being a foam is that

going to add that kind of wet greasy

look

nope! It really doesn't and it not

kidding you

smells like I washed my hair. When I

tried this the other day, I told my

husband that my hair smelled really good he

took a big whiff of it. I hadn't washed it

for like, I don't know, three days four days...

and he was like, "Wow!

it's really good!' So it totally does

mask the unwashed hair smell.

Ok so you can kind of see that I'm

getting a little bit more volume. It's

all feeling pretty dry. Brush it out. My

hair is really not looking as flat as it

did before.

I'm going to be able to

just

take my fingers and pull them through

and add some nice volume. So this is

where the direction say that you can

pretty much stop, but i'm going to just

take a hair dryer to it real quick and

show you guys what that does and this

will it will help with any dry shampoo

like I said, no matter which one you use,

if you really like the one you already

use try doing this and it should help

your hair look more like you wash it.

So that was the hairdryer just on cool

setting because it's not wet so we don't

need to blast it with heat and

definitely wouldn't want to put it that

close to your head if it was not on cool.

So even more volume and it kind of feels

like, you know how you can tell when you fluff

it up that it's gonna fall down in

like an hour,

it doesn't feel that way anymore. It

feels like it's dry and soft and like

a little mist hairspray and it's

going to stay all day and it's totally

ready for if I wanted to straighten it

if i wanted to curl it or do something

like that then I could definitely do

that. At this point I feel like it would

hold, it doesn't have too much product

or something that would weigh it down

and I'd lose that style. So there you have

it! I believe, friends, this is the holy

grail of dry shampoo. I have been trying

them for years and this stuff is

incredible so I will link to the

Staff axe torch condi ranger wvw roaming + zerging build Guild wars 2 - Duration: 14:58.

Hello everyone! (4 minutes of gameplay is at the end of this video and another 9 minutes gameplay video)

I'm gonna give you a short overview about my build and we'll get into details later.

This build is a balanced build for WvW that fits in any situation, you're ready for anything,

fighting a zerg, roaming, 1vs1 and you can escape it most situation.

For people who love condi ranger and found that it's good only for roaming.

Well, I chose to try my best and come up with this build.

I can tell you it's a decent build.

I have no problem fighting even numbers, and sometimes can be outnumbered by a little.

The build that's tough to kill for us would be warriors with lots of stability and immobilize

clear, since we focus on burning entangled foes.

Here are my traits, as you can see, first line is Skirmishing.

We choose trapper's Expertise because we're gonna use two trap skills.

This trait would increase regeneration and bleeding duration, and add crippling effect

to traps (Spike trap).

Next is Hidden Barbs, because you have lots of bleeding skills.

Last one is Quick Draw for more frequent use on Bonfire and Ancestral Grace or Sublime

Conversion.

For the next line, Wilderness Survival, We choose Oakheart Salve, since we've got permanent

regeneration, if you stay in Healing Spring for a long time, so permanent 5% damage reduction

also.

Shared Anguish, this trait is very nice for preventing enemies combo and increase your

sustainability in term of stun breakers.(which I'm sure better than this trait, Ambidexterity)

And lastly, Empathic Bond that helps a lot with condi clear.

The last line is Druid, we choose Druidic Clarity and Celestial Shadow.

These two traits are amazing if you can turn into Celestial Avatar every 15 seconds, which

I'll show you how later.

And the last one, This one is the most important trait for this build, Ancient Seeds, this

applys root to stunned, knocked down, knocked back and dazed foe (Launched foe also) when we attack.

This trait can apply upto 5 targets if you attack them at once.

The best way I've found so far is to use Glyph of Equality and swap to weapon with sigil of Geomancer

This would attack and apply bleeding in 240 AOE.

I say it's the best way because it's fast.

Glyph of Equality has no casting time, also the weapon swap.

From my experience, people usually dodge after they're dazed by Glyph of Equality so auto-attack

would be too slow in that case.

So I always use Glyph of Equality and swap weapons right after when I'm on staff.

This is essential combo on my build that I use to initiate fights.

Now let's move to the equipment.

You could get either Dire or Trialblazer stat, because this build focuses on dealing condition

damage and power wouldn't do much good for the build.

So Toughness and Vitality is preferable.

Healing power wouldn't be worth it, because the scaling is low for ranger if you don't

stay in Celestial Avatar form long enough, which I found that's not a good choice when

you're being targeted. (and consume too much astral force also)

For the runes, we use 6 runes of the Trappers, which give us decent condition damage.

Stealth and Superspeed after using trap skills allow you to engage, disengage and get lose

from enemies attention better.

For the sigils, sigil of ice on staff to slow foe down, since you don't do much damage on staff anyway

Sigil of Geomancer on either axe or torch.

As I said before it's a part of combo for applying Ancient Seeds trait in AOE.

And sigil of Energy on both weapon sets for extra dodge when you swap weapons.

Turning into Celestial Avatar also counts as weapon swap, Most of the time when you

break stuns by the Celestial Avatar, you also need to dodge whatever combo they're dropping on you.

For weapons, it's clear that axe and torch are for condition damage and AOE condition damage.

(this one)

Staff is for mobility, healing and blocking projectiles.

This might sound weird because staff damage comes from power stat but we really need this

for mobility to engage and disengage.

One tip is you should try to stay in your Healing Spring (this one) and Bonfire to get

regeneration* and burning effect from projectile finishers.

For skills, we use Healing Spring for stealth and decent amount of healing if you stay in it.

We'll need extra heal from Celestial Avatar sometimes.

And this build is good at getting away from combat, that's the best way to heal also. (for team fight)

Glyph of Equality for breaking stuns and applying Ancient Seeds trait in AOE, the trait I mentioned before.

Signet of the Hunt for increased movement speed, which I found is more important than we think.

Spike trap for disabling people.

If* you use it on immobilized foe would make sure that it hits, because it's unblockable

and immobilized foe can't dodge.

Launch effect from this skill is also for Ancient Seeds trait.

And lastly, Entangle, the most powerful skill for condi ranger that can get people in 600 AOE.

For the pets, we use Smokescale and Electric Wyvern for extra CC.

(this one is knock down skill with low cooldown and this one that we can activate anytime and this one that it does on its own)

This's to make sure that we can apply root to enemies (by Ancient Seeds trait or Entangle skill) and burn them.

I'm gonna show you combo for initiation.

First, you leap in with Ancestral Grace, followed by Glyph of Equality and then you swap weapon(s) to get the Geomancer sigil effect.

This should apply root to some enemies.

And you can put Spike Trap under them.

If you miss, you still have Entangle skill to chase them down.

Okay, I'll show you now.

Can you see the roots? and you can use Entangle skill again. You could apply roots upto 10 enemies in one combo.

Next, let's show you how to get enough astral force for Celestial Avatar every 15 seconds.

The key is to use food that regenerates HP every second.

Peach Pies for example, (this one) which costs you only 5 coppers in Trading Post.

Each time it regenerates HP, astral force will be charged by 1.5%.

This would be enough if you don't stay in the avatar form for long.

I'll show you how

And that's all about this build.

Oh, and one last tip, remember to get enough astral force before entering fights.

You can do just like what I did just a moment ago.

We were killing necro when this mesmer jumped on me

yeah, not many people wanna chase me, I still have another Ancestral Grace. But I need to regen fast and get back to friend

Healing Spring is great when you wanna make a stand.

It clear 1 condition when use and 1 every 2 secs for allies plus tons of regeneration

used spike trap to knock necro down.

I was late at giving him stealth from exiting Celestial Avatar, glad he could push that guy away

I thought friend wanted to run away lol

I was expecting her to come close after stunned me.

there we go, Glyph of Equality to break stun and swap to axe+torch to instantly get her rooted.

Yas! he ate my trap trying to stomp my friend
