It's time to conquer and advance.
In July 2016, we experienced one of the most incredible conferences in Brazil.
Seeing over 30,000 people in the Allianz Parque Stadium in Sao Paolo
changed our lives forever.
It was a dream that God placed in the hearts of our pastors,
Cesar and Claudia Castellanos.
Along with many pastors, we believed and stepped out in faith.
We held the conference in Iberapuera for many years,
with an attendance of 12,000 people.
And we were growing, growing, growing,
until we needed a greater challenge.
The place only held 10,000 and we located 3,000 in a church
that was nearby and part of Pastor Cesar's 12.
We thought that this was the biggest place we could fill.
Pastor Cesar saw that we had already conquered that place
and so he challenged us to move to somewhere else in Sao Paolo.
He asked, "Where is there a larger space?"
So they said, "A soccer stadium."
"And where is the best and most modern stadium?"
So they answered, "Allianz Parque."
During the break in the conference,
we went to visit the Allianz Parque stadium.
When we were inside the stadium,
he said, "Look at all the space there is here.
God is giving us this place for the next conference."
That was how Pastor Cesar motivated us,
by helping us visualize.
What you have already achieved is no longer a challenge,
and we need something new.
The first thought that came to my mind was:
"It's impossible to do something here with what we have."
The moment we entered we felt the confirmation.
We obviously also felt challenged because it was so big.
My God, how are we going to do this?
But Pastor Cesar said, "Visualize."
We were expectant and we knew
that the word had come from the mouth of our pastor
and that the Lord would uphold it
so that we could meet all our goals.
We were so impacted and we began to dream.
Pastor Cesar challenged us
to look through eyes of faith
and to see the church united in that place.
We walked through that place,
we sat in the stands,
and we began to believe in the dream.
You have to visualize.
You have to see it as though it had already happened.
And that was what we did - we prayed together there,
and we left challenged to receive this miracle.
We truly felt both challenged and motivated,
because Allianz Parque was chosen as
one of the most important multipurpose arenas in the world,
and has hosted the most important events in Brazil.
So we knew that it would be a big challenge.
It is true that challenges
test our leadership and our faith.
The work was intense - from the local church in Sao Paolo,
in terms of logistics and protocol teams, as well as the team consolidating pastors.
From the first moment we said, "Yes, pastor."
But we left that place thinking, "Lord, how are we going to do this?"
Because it was a big jump in just one year.
Expecting different results while doing the same things is madness,
just as Einstein said.
So I mobilized my pastors and gave goals to the local church.
We met together with the team of 12 and their disciples,
and we began a period of intercession, fasting and prayer.
Each week we challenged each person
to meet their goals.
There was also an anointing to take up the challenge and we felt encouraged
because the anointing and the cell vision always bring the move of God.
But it was also very challenging
because we had never organized an event of this size before.
We worked with two teams - one in Brazil and one in Colombia.
I went out to visit the churches, every church I knew,
all the churches of my disciples, one by one,
I started to go round the churches from the smallest to the biggest.
So I met together with my team of 12,
and we had a certain number of people to take,
so we divided the number between the 12 so that each one could reach a certain goal.
They did events, they spoke to pastors,
and they encouraged them to come to this great miracle night.
The last 3 months were the final push,
a really big push - we saw the greatest results during that time.
For this challenge, we had weekly videoconference meetings with Pastor Cesar,
because there were moments when it was like our faith wanted to drop,
but then that word of motivation came from Pastor Cesar.
Also for us to achieve the number of registrations,
Pastor Cesar would bring us a faith challenge every week.
So there was a combination of factors,
preparatory work, meetings, messages through Skype.
So that motivated us a lot,
as our pastor gave us special direction.
I have learned from Pastor Cesar that the Vision of God in a nation
is what makes the miracle the nation needs happen.
My church is more than 1000 km from Sao Paolo,
and I think we achieved success by taking almost 1000 people there.
When we arrived and saw the stadium full,
it was a great joy because we had conquered something,
because the team was mobilized, and when the team is mobilized there is conquest.
I am convinced that without unity it is impossible to conquer anything.
Everyone had to register and pay for their ticket,
and the place was completely filled.
Stepping out to fill a stadium also implies finances,
a financial challenge that we had never before experienced,
but I think that everyone who attended understood
and became part of the dream.
When we were all sat in the stadium, looking around us,
we saw how full it was, and there was one moment when
Julian was speaking and he asked everyone to switch on the lights on their phones.
And you're going to visualize
that those lights are the disciples God has for you.
These are your descendants.
These are your disciples, your descendants.
They will be as numerous as the stars in the sky,
and the sand on the seashore.
It was so special to see that we are light.
Every person who came to that place left with that dream,
and now the challenge is for each one of those people
to bring 3 friends to the conference this year.
We know that once again
that dream will become a reality and we will have the best conference here in Brazil.
We know that it isn't something we're doing for ourselves, a personal project,
it's a project for the Lord.
The time is coming when the light of Jesus will shine in all Brazil.
The Lord is calling you to visualize the multitudes,
and to conquer what you have long been dreaming of.
We realized what was happening in Brazil almost at the end.
We knew there was a conference there but we were so focused on the responsibility of our own.
But we heard and saw that God was greatly glorified through the conference in Brazil.
We didn't actually have a venue so we began to talk and then visit stadiums,
and say, "Why not?"
We spoke to Pastor Cesar, who encouraged us and told us we could do it.
So as a group of pastors in Peru,
we stepped out in faith to meet together in a stadium.
When we work as a team, as our pastor says,
"If you have a team, you have conquest."
And that was what we saw in the stadium.
We were praying for the conference,
and we realized that we too can meet in stadiums.
