Ulubieńcy LUTEGO 2017 - kosmetyczni i niekosmetyczni - Duration: 14:05.

hi everyone

today I'm gonna show you my fave products of february

it's already the beginning of march

and I will be showing you 5 cosmetic products

and also later in the video I will share

some of my favorite movies and books

I will start by showing you these 3 products

These are two Swati oils and one Swati gentle shampoo

I will start with this one

this is an herbal vitalising hair oil

I love the amazing and unique smell of this oil

even though the bottle is closed I can still smell it

it smells like luxury perfume

it's simply a pleasure to use this product because of this smell

even my boyfriend loves this smell

and compliments me every time I use it

this oil is perfect for dry or damaged hair

this apply also to my curly hair

which is naturally dry

my hair loves these oils and soak them up pretty quickly

I love to use this oil by mixing it with hyaluronic acid

for whole night

and then later when I wake up, oil is fully incorporated in my hair

my hair is super glowy and healthy looking after that

and also my hair smell amazingly too!

so this is definitely my fave oil

it contains incredibly good ingredients

it's full of amazing oils and extracts

so this is really great

and it's also going to last me for awhile

because I have it since January and

I don't need to use a lot of it to see results

I mix it with gel so maybe that's also why

and next oil is maha bhringraj Swati

it's strengthening hair so if you have problems with hair loss

then this oil is perfect for you!

thankfully I don't have problems with hair loss anymore

the smell of this oil is totally different than the first one

it contains amla

so it smells more like incense

it smells more like traditional indian oil

the smell is more intense so you will have to use to it at the beginning

to see the best results, you should use these two oils together

for one night you should use the vitalising oil

and then wash it off in the morning with this Swati shampoo

this is a gentle shampoo without any harsh detergents

so it's very gentle on your hair but still very clarifying

it contains a lot of good ingredients, like vitamin e and herb extracts

it foams very well and smells beautifully

it's very unisex and refreshing

and also my bf loves it

for best results you should do a treatment with these products for at least a month

remember to use 2 times maha bhiragaraj & 2 times vitalising a week. keep it overnight and then wash it off in the morning

now I mainly use the small amount of revitalising oil every night and it still works great, but if you want your hair to grow faster then do the treatment!

CONJUNCTIONS - Parts of Speech - Advanced Grammar - Types of Conjunctions with Examples - Duration: 20:29.

Hi there, and welcome back to our parts of speech series.

In this lesson, you're going to learn about conjunctions.

We'll first discuss what a conjunction is, and then we'll look

at the four main types of conjunctions, and how

to avoid the most common mistake that people

with them – that is, how to punctuate conjunctions

correctly in writing.

Alright, let's begin.

As always, if you have any questions, just let

me know in the comments section below and I will

talk to you there.

OK, so first, what is a conjunction?

A conjunction is a word that connects parts of a sentence – it can connect

words or it can connect phrases or even clauses.

Look at these examples.

In number one, "When you go to London, you must try fish and chips."

Fish and chips is a popular food in the UK.

So here, the conjunction 'and' connects two

words – fish and chips.

In the next sentence, "My cell phone is either on the table or

in the drawer."

The conjunction is the combination of 'either .. or' and it connects two phrases

'on the table' and 'in the drawer'.

And in number three, can you find the conjunction?

The conjunction is 'but ' and it connects two

clauses (clauses are just like sentences) –

"Yazmin went to see her manager" is the first

clause and the second clause is "he wasn't in his office."

So you see here that conjunctions can connect any two parts of a sentence.

Alright so now let's talk about the different types of

conjunctions in English.

Conjunctions come in four major types: coordinating conjunctions (these are the words

and, or, but, so, yet, for and nor), subordinating conjunctions (like because,

after, although, if, until etc.), correlative conjunctions (these are pairs

of conjunctions such as either .. or,

neither .. nor, not only .. but also etc.) –

so in each one, you see two words that always go together.

And finally, conjunctive adverbs.

These are words like as a result, however, in addition and therefore.

They are adverbs but they act like conjunctions (that is, they

help to join parts of a sentence).

Now don't be scared by all these names – the names

are not important, what is important is knowing

how to use the conjunctions correctly.

Of course, conjunctions are a huge topic and there are many grammar rules relating to them.

So today, we will focus on avoiding the most common type of mistake with conjunctions,

and that is, punctuating them correctly in writing.

We won't be discussing correlative conjunctions because there aren't any special punctuation

rules with them – but we will be discussing the

other three.

So let's start with coordinating conjunctions first.

Coordinating conjunctions are probably the most commonly used type of conjunction in

English.

These are the words: and, or, but, so, yet, for and nor.

Now, the words for and nor can be used as conjunctions but they're

not used a lot (the word for is used much more

as a preposition not a conjunction).

But the other five are very common.

Alright, let's talk about how to punctuate them correctly.

On the screen, there are four sentences.

You will notice that there are no commas in these.

So in all four sentences, I want you to put commas wherever necessary.

Pause the video and think about your answers, then play the video

again and check.

OK, let's look at the answers: in the first two sentences, did you put a comma anywhere?

Actually, you don't need any commas in these two sentences.

That is because when a conjunction only connects two words or two

phrases, we don't use commas.

In number one, the conjunction is 'and ' and it connects

the adjectives 'beautiful' and 'spacious'.

Only two items – so no comma.

In number two, the conjunction is 'or' and it connects two noun phrases:

'a library' and 'a restaurant'.

So again, only two items, so we don't use a comma.

In sentences three and four, commas are required.

When we have lists of three or more items, we

use commas to separate them.

In number three, "We need to buy sugar (comma) butter (comma)

flour (comma) and vanilla extract for the cake."

Notice that there is a conjunction 'and' before

the last item, and the comma goes before this conjunction.

Similarly, in number four, there is a list of three items – guitar, piano,

violin.

This time, the conjunction is 'or'.

And just like in the previous example, we use commas

to separate the items, and the last comma goes

before the conjunction.

Now there's another very important rule regarding coordinating conjunctions.

And that is that when a conjunction connects two

independent clauses, you should always put a

comma after the first clause.

Take a look at these examples.

Look at sentence number one: you see here that

it has two parts.

The first part is "Abdul gifted his mother an iPad for her birthday."

If you read this carefully, you will realize that this can be a complete sentence by itself.

So it's called an independent clause.

The same is true for the second part – "she loved

it."

This is also a complete sentence, so it's an

independent clause as well.

So the conjunction 'and' connects two independent clauses

here, so we put a comma after the first clause and

before 'and'.

That is the rule.

In all of these examples, there are two independent clauses connected by a conjunction.

In number two, "Kim wanted to work in Paris" is the first clause, and the second clause

is "she couldn't find a job there."

The conjunction 'but' connects these clauses

and shows contrast, i.e. it shows that the two

clauses are opposites.

In number three, the conjunction 'or' shows

that there are two options: "we can go to the movies" (that's the

first option – it's also the first clause),

and the second option is "we can clean the house."

(that's the second clause).

For number four, imagine that we're at a restaurant.

And you ask me, "what do you want to eat?"

And I say, "Oh, I'm not very hungry" (now that's the reason), so the result is

"I'll just have a milkshake."

Both of these are independent clauses.

Finally, in number five, you see the conjunction 'yet'.

The meaning of this sentence is that Revati is very good at

programming but still she teaches economics.

So the word 'yet' is like saying but still.

Here, the first clause is "Revati is an expert

at computer programming" and the second clause

is "she teaches economics."

So in all of these sentences, we put a comma after the first clause and before the conjunction.

But you have to be careful here.

Now have a look at these next two sentences.

You see that there is no comma.

And this is correct.

But can you tell me why there's no comma?

It's because in both of these sentences, there's

only one clause.

In number six, "Mr. Burns" is the subject, followed by two verb phrases – "made

a bad investment" is one verb phrase; "lost all

his savings" is another verb phrase.

Remember the rule?

If a conjunction connects only two words or phrases, no comma.

It's the same in number seven – the subject is "I", then

there are two verb phrases – "ordered a T-shirt

online two weeks ago" is the first phrase, and

"still haven't received it" is the second phrase.

So no comma.

Alright, let's now move on to our next topic and talk about punctuation rules with

subordinating conjunctions.

Subordinating conjunctions are words like because, unless, before, after, if etc.

But why are these called subordinating?

Well, look at this example:

"After Luisa gets home from work," Is this a

complete sentence?

It is not.

Because it has the word 'after' in it.

If we remove it, the sentence can stand alone -

"Luisa gets home from work" – it's fine.

But if I say "After Luisa gets home from work"

you will ask OK then what?

What does she do?

So you see the sentence isn't complete.

Thus, this is a dependent clause (which also called

a subordinate clause).

The conjunction 'after' makes it a subordinate clause or dependent,

so 'after' is called a subordinating conjunction.

To complete this sentence, we can add an independent clause – so

"After Luisa gets home from work, she likes to watch TV for an hour."

Alright now look at these examples.

You see three pairs of sentences.

In each pair, sentence (a) and sentence (b) mean the same

thing.

But notice that sentences (a) have a comma, but sentences (b) don't have a comma.

And this is correct.

I want you look at these examples carefully, and then say why there

is a comma in (a) but no comma in (b).

Stop the video if you want, think about it and then

play the video again and check.

OK, here's the rule: when you connect a dependent clause and an independent clause,

if you put the dependent clause first, you put

a comma after it.

If the independent clause goes first, no comma.

That symbol means no comma.

So in all of these, in sentences (a), what comes first is a dependent or subordinate

clause, meaning it is not a full sentence, so

we put a comma after it.

In sentences (b), the first clause is independent.

The dependent clause comes second.

So no comma.

This is an important rule, so don't forget it.

OK, now finally, let's turn to punctuation rules with conjunctive adverbs.

Now you might be thinking, why are we talking about adverbs in a conjunctions lesson?

Well the reason is that some adverbs act like

conjunctions, so we call them conjunctive adverbs.

These are words like however, therefore, as a result, otherwise, moreover

and so on.

Here are some examples.

You see that there is no punctuation inside the sentences.

That's because I wanted to ask you: how should I punctuate these sentences?

Should I put commas?

Where should I put them?

If you want, stop the video, think about it, then play the video again and check.

Alright, here's the correct punctuation.

What do you see?

Well, you see that there are both commas and semicolons.

This is a special rule of using conjunctive adverbs.

Take the first sentence: there are two clauses – the first

is "Zach loves living in San Francisco",

the second is "his wife hates the traffic and the pollution."

Notice that both of these are independent clauses, that is they are full sentences.

Conjunctive adverbs are generally used to connect independent clauses.

The word 'however' has almost the same meaning

as 'but'.

You can actually say "Zach loves living in San Francisco,

but his wife hates the traffic and the pollution."

The meaning is the same.

The difference is that 'however' is more formal, and the punctuation

rules are different.

Can you see the difference?

With 'but' we only use a single comma before it.

With however , or any conjunctive adverb, the

most common way to punctuate them is with a

semicolon before, and a comma after.

You can see this in all of sentences.

There's another way to write them - you can also write them

with a period (or full-stop) in front.

If you do this, you end the first sentence, and then

start a new sentence with the conjunctive adverb: that's also correct.

And you can write it this way with all of the conjunctive adverbs

– therefore, moreover etc.

Sometimes, you will see the conjunctive adverb in the middle or

end position like you see on the screen now.

All of these mean the same thing.

Notice that when 'however' is in the middle, it is

interrupting the sentence, so we put a comma before and

after to make it easy to read.

If these rules are a little confusing, don't worry – you will get them will practice

but with conjunctive adverbs, make sure to remember

the most important rule: semicolon or period before (the period is also called a full-stop

in British English) and the comma after.

Alright, now let's do a quick recap of all the rules that we learned in this lesson.

And then I will give you a test to see if you

can punctuate conjunctions correctly.

Rule number one – if a conjunction only connects

two words or phrases, no comma.

Rule number two – in lists of three or more items, put a comma after each item (except

the last).

Put the last comma before the conjunction.

Rule number three – when connecting two independent clauses with a conjunction,

always put a comma after the first clause.

Rule number four – when connecting a dependent clause to an independent clause, if the

dependent clause comes first, put a comma after

it.

If the independent clause comes first, no comma.

And finally rule number five – when using conjunctive adverbs, either put a

semicolon before and a comma after the adverb.

Or a period before and a comma after.

Alright, now it's time for the test.

On the screen, there are eight sentences, and

I want you to punctuate them with commas (,) and semicolons (;) where necessary.

Stop the video if you want, think about your answers,

then play the video again and check.

Alright, let's look at the answers: in sentence number one, commas have to go after

English and Spanish.

This is a list with three items, so we put commas after each item (except

the last).

Remember that the last comma goes before the conjunction (and).

But in sentence number two, you don't need any

commas.

This is because 'and' only connects two items: Tuesday and Wednesday.

In number three, there are two clauses.

The first is "We didn't know it was going to rain".

Then there's the conjunction 'so' and then

the second clause "we didn't bring our umbrellas."

Both of these clauses are independent meaning that

they can stand alone as sentences.

For this reason, we put a comma after the first clause.

What about number four?

In this sentence, you need no commas.

Notice that the conjunction is 'but'.

You might think that it's connecting two clauses here, but that's not the case.

There's only one subject (Lamar) with two verb

phrases - "got job offers from four different companies"

and "didn't accept any of them".

So the conjunction is just connecting two phrases

– that's why no comma.

In number five, we have two clauses.

The first clause "When you see Shelly" is a dependent

clause because it's not a full sentence.

The second clause – "can you tell her to come

and see me?" is independent.

Yes, it's a question, but it's still a complete, meaningful sentence.

What comes first is the dependent clause with the conjunction 'when.'

For this reason, we put a comma after it.

What about number six?

Comma or no comma?

Well, how many clauses do you see?

There are two: one is independent and the other is dependent.

The first clause – "I can't log in" – which is

that?

It's the independent clause because it's complete.

But the second clause, "because I can't remember my password" is dependent

because it's not complete.

Which comes first?

The independent clause, so no comma.

Remember, only if the dependent clause comes first,

we put a comma after it.

In sentences seven and eight, notice that we

have conjunctive adverbs – 'however' in seven,

and 'therefore' in eight.

So what's the rule with conjunctive adverbs?

The rule is: semicolon before, comma after.

You see this is number seven.

Another way to punctuate conjunctive adverbs is with a period before

and comma after.

You can see this now with number eight.

Both forms are correct.

Alright, how many did you get right?

Let me know in the comments.

HOW TO USE THE WATER GUN - Duration: 3:27.

The all new Nerf Super Soaker brings you more fun, action, and excitement than ever before

for you and your friends!

Introducing the all-new Burst-fire hyper mode!

Click on hyper burst mode for 3 streams of back-to-back high pressure for the ultimate

spray down.

Delivering 66% more water.

Allowing you to output more damage than ever before!

Up to 8 damage in 1 shot!

Or click back to the single fire mode for kinda-alright accuracy...

New Nerf Super Soaker!

Magazines sold separately, batteries not included.

It's Nerf or nothin'.

First, let's look at some background history of the weapon:

The glock was originally developed as a "safe-action" pistol.

So instead of adding a safety to the gun, they just made the bullets harmless in the

first place so nobody could hurt themselves with it.

It's Polymer-framed design makes it very lightweight, allowing you to throw it away

with ease as you pick up a USP.

Back in 1980, the tiny country of Austria with their meme that they call a military,

needed a sidearm to go along with their best gun they ever made.

Since that gun was so easy to use to point and click, all the salty silvers were getting

upset with them.

The silvers were threatening to declare war on austria by buying autosnipers So they had

to compromise and make the glock as useless as possible to balance out them making the

God gun of the Aug.

Now let's move on to some statistics of the weapon:

The Glock, also known as the water gun, has a fairly fast movement speed, making it idea

for rushing sites.

The Glock has a rate of fire of half a magazine before you get 1-tapped.

The reload speed is….actually, Nobody really knows what the reload speed is since you either

die instantly, or pick up a USP.

The damage on the Glock is equivalent to sand in your face when walking on a windy beach.

(pocket sand)

Next, let's move on to some gameplay tactics of the weapon:

Using the glock is pretty straight forward.

Its a USP, but worse in every possible way.

The damage is shit, its loud, ugly, and suck.

Although, it does have a nice running accuracy to it, so just imagine it's like a shotgun

with it's accuracy.

Just put their heads in the middle of the circle and just keep tapping mouse 1 until

you get lucky.

That's about it.

Just don't stop moving or your head will get cut clean off by a USP.

Since the damage on it is fucking useless, you're going to have to pray to the RNG

gods to get a headshot with it, because good luck getting body shots with this thing.

It becomes absolutely useless after round 1, you're literally better off with dualies

than this thing.

Just whatever you do, don't lose to glocks.

Holy fuck I can already imagine the spam in chat if you die to a full save against glocks.

"Fucking Glawks!"

Another cool tactic with the weapon is that you can tilt your fellow teammates by surrounding

them and making cricket sounds in your spawn.

Or you can simply go with the gang-banger approach:

Yo fuckin drive by these fools with their bitch ass USP's

Brap Brap Get the fuk outa here with that weak ass peashooter

shit ima put a cap in yo ass skrrt

So, that's all there is to using the Water gun!

Tune in next time as I teach you how to use the Big Mac-10, and remember:

#LeDefiDeFred - Présentation [Explore Corsica 2017] - ENG sub - Duration: 8:31.

Hi everybody ! I hope you are well !

Today we meet for a special video!

For several weeks, I speak on social networks

and undid on VivreAvecUndiabete.com to my 2017 challenge: #LeDefiDeFred

Came the time to explain what it is, in a few minutes.

Why challenging? How? Where ? When?

Lots of questions, but also, many answers!

Let's go !!!

Why challenging?

The French dictionary Robert gives this definition of the challenge name:

Action to challenge, in singular combat, to a competition; Notification of that act. Throw, challenge. ➙ challenge, provoke

I'm going to challenge our companion,

cause that which accompanies many of you, diabetes, my diabetes.

A challenge because it will be the first time for me,

or I'm going for 4 days in a row, pedal a bike!

A challenge since it will require a balanced diabetes,

precise management of insulin and especially food

to take during the 4 stages of my challenge.

Avoiding hypoglycemia and hyperglycemia, order to keep the maximum energy on my bike.

It also requires physical preparation,

and regular training on home trainer and road.

The objective being about 500km per month on average,

knowing that I work and I have other activities!

A challenge because diabetes is often linked to the negative.

This pathology, despite everything, I was actually a positive force

and I intend to again prove.

For without my diabetes, I probably would never have done the same bike, which is a nice sports

I never participated in the race in which I will go for it,

I would never traveled as much in the 4 corners of the world,

I never experienced so many things through internet and VivreAvecUnDiabete.com

I would never have met wonderful people,

I could never find an additional force,

motivation to spend some difficulties that we encounter in life,

and make a nice snook at them as she put us lower than the earth!

and especially I will not speak to you today on YouTube!

How will unfold your challenge?

...

In a bicycle race, of course!

I'd dressed the color of the team Novo Nordisk, which I thank a lot!

I speak regularly of this team Novo Nordisk.

It is important to me because it is a pro cycling team, running in the Continental Pro category.

Feature and not least, all the runners are type 1 diabetics!

One goal of this team is to participate in the Tour de France in 2020.

among the riders of the team, five French!

CHARLES PLANET

CORENTIN CHERHAL

MEHDI BENHAMOUDA

ROMAIN GIOUX

QUENTINVALOGNES

Quentin, which is indirectly one of the people who motivated me to my challenge!

Last year, I read his book, "Diab un ami pour la vie"

A book I recommend you elsewhere!

Bo, okay, it's not hidden pub is a favorite, it goes no! ;-)

I found in his bio, a lot of myself, of my youth, that I could feel.

But above all how he raised his head

and because of his diabetes a valuable ally to reach its current level, since it is pro.

I am far Quentin level ... and all these riders,

but I'm not alone, like them, I have diab with me, this famous fellow traveler!

...

Where and when ?

You are very nice with your Fred explanations.

But we do not really know where your challenge will come true.

A race ? A marathon?

This challenge will take place through the Explore Corsica 2017 race.

4 stages, that will accumulate 420 km and 7500 m vertical drop

This race will take place from 24 May to May 29, 2017

The departure will take place in Marseille, by boat.

That same boat we used to access at the start of each stage.

Stage 1: from Bastia for a tour of the Cap Corse, which we will cross in its width.

2nd stage from Porto-Vecchio for a loop in the Corsica mountains.

This will be the hardest stage, with 132km and 2450m of vertical drop

I think here we will feel good !!!

3rd stage: from Porto-Vecchio to reach Propriano.

Crossed the southern Corsica.

Again, a nice step in the mountains.

And finally the fourth and final stage.

Departure from Ile Rousse, near Calvi for a finish in Bastia, through the Desert des Agriattes.

And if all goes well, return to Marseille!

You'll understand if will be intense, especially for an amateur!

How to follow you, Fred?

Something that gives even more fishing,

is knowing that the world follows and supports my challenge!

So already, a big thank you for all your messages of support received since the launch of the challenge!

And to continue, use the hashtag

I will publish every day a VLOG on the previous step.

You will discover my feelings,

the wonderful scenery of Corsica,

board cameras, behind the scenes ...

These videos will find this on VivreAvecunDiabete.com YouTube channel.

If it is not already, subscribe to this channel to be warned each publication.

I also would publish pictures, articles and short videos throughout the day

on the Facebook page, twitter account and my Instagram!

All links are in the description!

I also propose, next time I would have, a Facebook Live!

Direct with you before departures, arrivals ...

ready to follow this channel, share with many people as possible!

See you soon friends, for the start of this adventure!

Juice Fail - Duration: 2:51.

I thought I was recording, but I was taking a blurry picture of my blender.

Alright, today I'm NOT gonna be lazy

cause yesterday I had

this pistachio ice cream for breakfast

like this is,

and, like, a toast.

So, today, I'm going to make myself a proper juice

with

frozen banana,

berries,

let's see if I can use these that are frozen

those have been frozen for a while

and this kale

hello

We can't find the top of this blender

so I'm just gonna put that over it

alright

oh, I forgot to put any water in it

like, it's not gonna blend at all

Let me just say, I'm really not a good juicer

I don't really know what to do

I just put...stuff in

I'll be the first to say that this does NOT look appetizing

it's just a...bad color

and then I just

started putting stuff in like I usually do

this nutritional yeast

it says you can put it in juices

but it just made it...taste weird

cinnamon

I'm gonna put more cinnamon in

make that taste better

cause it does NOT taste good

sometimes my juices look bad, but they taste really good

this one...no...

I'm gonna put another banana in

ahh

Alright, it doesn't...look that great...

nor does it taste that great

and it looks, actually, pretty bad

but, it's really good

ok, "really good" is an overstatement

it's alright

I definitely have to look at more

vegan breakfast youtube videos

because this is NOT instagram worthy

no color

a gray mesh

and, um, there was beans left over

so, I did that

and put tomato in it?

?? I don't know

Can you eat that for breakfast?

Will that upset your stomach?

Let me try it

it's good

how to increase breast size with exercise Method #2 - Duration: 3:43.

how to increase breast size Do yoga or pilates.

These exercise programs strengthen your core and in turn require significant strength in

your chest.

Often you are working with your pectoral muscles, the chest muscles under the breast.

As those muscles are strengthened, through poses like chaturanga in classical yoga, the

breasts will have enhanced size and shape.

Do chest presses.

Grab 5 lb (2.2kg) weights in each hand.

Set them aside on your exercise mat as you lower yourself onto your back.

You can also use a weight bench for this exercise.

Do chest contractions.

Stand with your feet hip width apart.

Grasp the ends of a hand towel with a hand on each end.

Hold your arms out straight in front of you.

Contract your abdominal muscles and try to pull the towel in opposite directions with

each hand.

Pretend you are playing tug of war.

Hold the contraction for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Repeat 3 times.

Do chest flys.

Find a weight bench that you can set at an incline.

You can also use a chair that inclines, as long as it gives firm support.

Grab 2 5 lb. (2.2kg) weights.

Lay back on the incline.

With a weight in each hand, extend your upper arms parallel from your shoulders.

Your palms should face toward your lower body, rather than toward each other.

Lift the weights until they almost touch in front of your chest.

Pause and slowly lower them to the original position.

Do 3 sets of 12 repetitions.

Do chair lifts.

This will tone and strengthen the arms, chest and shoulders while also enhancing the size

and appearance of the breasts.Back up to a stable chair.

Squat down with your feet slightly out in front of your knees and reach back with your

arms to grab the arm rest or seat of the chair.

Lower your torso down slowly without going past 90 degrees of elbow bend.

Then push yourself back up.

Repeat 10 times, then break, and do two more sets of 10.

Do pushups.

Pushups will help strengthen your pectoral muscles, those muscles under your breasts,

which in turn will give the breasts an enhanced firmness.

Pushups are also just excellent exercise for overall physical fitness and strength

Do palm pushing.

This a simple exercise that can be done anywhere and anytime.

Place both palms of your hands together and press into each other for a count of 5 and

then release.

Do 10 reps.
