Hello , I am sure you are Wondering what is on my face

When I was little , I had acne ,do I am really careful about my skin

So I woke up today at around 4 am so I applied this Eradikate

It is acne treatment from Kate Somerville that I had been using lately

It came on this box like this and It was sent to me by Kate Somerville

So I am not paid to talk about it.It was sent to me free of charge . It is 100 % my opinion

So , I was saying it is good for the acne treatment

It has 10% of Sulfur

I have been using it for 17 days now

And I have really seen ,where I had some blackheads or pimples it has really reduced

You can find it at Sephora

Inside there is Detox Daily Cleanser washes away makeup,

residue, and excess oil, and is the first step in restoring clarity to acne-prone skin.

So this is really good for me ,because I apply make up a lot

And this is ExfoliKate® Intensive is formulated with lactic acid to remove

dead skin cells and reveal smooth skin. Natural exfoliants deep clean clogged pores without over-drying skin

And you can use it twice a day

But EradiKate is the only thing you have to start once daily

And if it works you can add

And last , there is this Lotion

to be honest I haven't used it because

I am still using another lotion

So , now I going to take my ABV/Modern renaissance

going to apply that color as my transition

taking ABH/Haute couture palette

taking the color metallic as my eyelid color

taking the color /Fudge from the same palette

going to build my outer corner color

I am really going to blend

using a little bit of that transition color

now I am going to line my winged liner

now going to apply my false lashes

for highlight I am using Black opal concealer

And the color is Toast

Now I am blending it properly

I am trying Black Opal True color foundation

And the color is Hazelnut

I like the fact that , it light to medium coverage

With black opal I always has to set it first with a loose powder

Then I add a regular powder because if not , my face is gonna be oily

putting the transition color under my lower lashes

And some Mascara , not going

to say the name of this particular mascara

Because the owner if racist , I was given it for free

adding a little of bronzer and a light contour

And Also a light highlighter with Mac Gold deposit

For my Lips ,I am using Mac night moth

And a little bit of color pop

adding Posh matte from measurable difference

Pineapple Halwa II अनानास हलवा II Tasty Pineapple Suji Halwa Dessert Recipe By Chef Garima Gupta II - Duration: 5:51.

Hello

We had talk spicy, sweet-sour on GG's Platter.

Today we'll talk sweet just like me.

That means we'll make a sweet dish an another halwa.

And this time we'll be making Pineapple Halwa

Pineapple Halwa.. As usual very less ingredients & tasty dish on GG's Platter.

Here we have only 4 ingredients i. e. Semolina, Sugar, Clarified Butter & Pineapple Juice

So let's get going

First of all we'll roast the semolina.

To roast the semolina we need a base and that will be clarified butter.

Very lightly.. nearly 1/2 tsp of Clarified butter should be enough for 1 bowl Semolina.

We'll roast the semolina till it starts releasing its sweet aroma.

We can even roast the semolina without clarified butter.

In fact if you want to store the semolina at home

Specially in the humid areas like Bombay, Coastal Area & Goa.

Otherwise the semolina will become soggy, full of lumps or affected by worms.

For keeping it long period of time, we can dry roast it and then save it.

Now here its been 5-7 mins & our semolina is well roasted with sweet aroma.

Now we'll add Pineapple Juice in it along with sugar.

Pineapple Juice is already sweeten as I've taken ready made pineapple juice.

But if you're preparing & using fresh pineapple juice then accordingly you may increase the quantity of sugar.

Because generally pineapple is slightly sour.

So.. keep that in mind...

Now we'll add little bit of sugar in it

Then we'll add water in it

Along with adding Pineapple juice in it

I've taken small pack of Pineapple juice for almost 1 bowl ( little lesser than 1 bowl)

Semolina absorbs so much of water as it rises later on, so we'll add little more water.

Its your choice,if you want more pineapple flavour add more juice.

But keep one thing in mind that this way sourness will also get increased so halwa will not taste good.

If you want you can add flavours of pineapple, you can add food colour

But my suggestion is to don't use such synthetic or chemical based ingredients.

So now we'll cover it and allow it to cook

As soon it will boil and get cooked this will become dry

Now its your choice, if you want wet halwa you can add more water.

And if you want absolutely dry.. then we can just serve it the way it will be.

Now.. yes.. it is nearly on the stage of ..... You can say its 95% ready.

A best chef always follows this trick to taste the dish before serving.

So that if there is something missing.. that can be corrected.

And in case anything is in access then accordingly it can be cured.

So what we'll do is... we'll slightly taste it.

Perfect... but if you think sugar is less.. or if you want it to be more sweet.. you can add more sugar.

The way we have prepared Pineapple Halwa, similarly you can make Orange Halwa with Orange juice.

I haven't heard about Apple Halwa but you may try this if you like the apple.

Some people like the halwa with this consistency and some people like it dry.

Light food is suggested to people when they'are not well

If you'll serve this halwa at that point of time.. as in it has strength

And that is very good for your tummy & its going to be very easy to digest.

If you want you can add pieces of fruit at that point.

And try new things.. that is what GG's Platter teaches & GG's Platter tries.

Now we'll serve it.

There are so many types of halwa. that I'm sure .. I will have to bring much-much more recipes of halwa for you.

Let's increase its strength and quality.. let's garnish it with almonds.

If you want you can serve it with fried cashew-nuts

But kids generally don't like eating with dry fruits.. So i'm serving it like this.

Choice is entirely yours..GG's platter is entirely yours.

Elon Musk had announced that Tesla will be launching a contest where fans will submit

their own clips to compete for having their video become Tesla's very first commercial.

This idea was proposed by a fifth grader who wrote a letter to Musk as part of her school

project.

A lawsuit filed by a Tesla's former employee last year was brought to light by the Guardian

last week.

It alleges "pervasive harassment" and gender based discrimination.

Tesla had hired an independent investigator, and after a long review her claims were found

to be unsupported.

A dashcam video was posted online capturing a Tesla Model S reportedly in autopilot mode

slamming into a freeway divider after poorly marked and aggressive lane merge.

Tesla had repeatedly stated that their autopilot system is designed for assistance only and

putting the transition color under my lower lashes

to say the name of this particular mascara

Because the owner if racist , I was given it for free

adding a little of bronzer and a light contour

And Also a light highlighter with Mac Gold deposit

For my Lips ,I am using Mac night moth

And a little bit of color pop

adding Posh matte from measurable difference

a Ouija board in her classroom.

Milwaukee Public Schools removed the teacher from her classroom this week after a parent

complained about an incident that happened at Zablocki Elementary.

The teacher used the board as a prop while telling a scary story.

***Upon being sent home, the teacher then took out her voodoo dolls for revenge.

Target is reportedly changing its strategy to reemphasize low prices over hip products.

Indiana residents received emergency radio alerts last week warning of a zombie attack.

The broadcasts, which were "replayed frequently" around noon Wednesday on a local station,

Police in Pennsylvania found 42-year-old Dennis Drum Sr. lying dead on a bed with a gun in

his hand and a gunshot wound to the forehead.

They say he was killed by his wife, 38-year-old Theresa Drum, after arguing about a casserole

she burned.

Frazer police say Theresa Drum told them her husband shot himself after they argued about

the burnt casserole and over the fact that she drank his last beer.

But then she showed paramedics a cellphone photo she took of her husband's body, claiming

she sent it to a friend because she didn't know what to do.

Problem is, there was no gun in Dennis' hand in that photo and it was taken 11 minutes

before the 911 call was made.

So they charged her with criminal homicide.

***All of this from an argument over a burned casserole.

Can you imagine what she'd do if you forgot her birthday?

Beau Biden's widow is now in a relationship with Beau's younger brother, Hunter Biden!

In an interview Hunter said, "Hallie and I are incredibly lucky to have found the love

The White House press corps won't need to worry about staying caffeinated covering the

Oklahoma City police are searching for a man accused of stealing six packages of bacon

from a grocery store by stuffing them inside his shirt.

***Ironically, as he ran out of the store he said the pigs will never put him in jail.

Police officers in the Netherlands just arrested and handcuffed a 99-year-old grandmother who's

never committed a crime!

But there were no protests or outraged social media posts.

That's because 99-year-old Annie asked them to.

It apparently was a "bucket list" item that she wanted to experience before she died.

So, police happily obliged.

Officers put handcuffs on Annie and closed her in a jail cell, posting photos on the

department's Facebook page.

Time magazine said "it looks like she's having an absolute blast" and officers say it was

a "day to remember."

***They would've left her in jail overnight, but at 99-years-old that would've been considered

life imprisonment.

Hello and as promised a little diet update from my side

after two weeks ketogenic diet, or rather anabolic diet

because yesterday was my refeed day

Today is Sunday the 5th of march

I started Monday, the 20th of February

I wrote my diary and will tell you a few things

before I tell you what I did on my refeed day yesterday

As I already said, start was on 20th

My start weight was - I weighed myself on Sunday

...70.3 kg

or then 71.1kg after these pancakes

that I link up here

briefly, for those who don't know what the anabolic diet is

you eat mostly fats

up to 70%

protein on a moderate level

but you basically leave out the carbs completely

the background is that with this diet...

you can lose a lot of weight/extra water fast

and in particular me myself, I describe my body as a sponge

and this is why I wanted to try this diet

and I have to say it worked quite well

I lost 1.5-2kg within the first three days

simply water that I got rid off

because you don't eat carbs and therefore you have less water retention

nutrition-wise I had quite some fun

because I am huge fan of everything that includes melted cheese

everything with melted cheese is great

and a day with melted cheese is always a good day

Regarding the training, I did not feel weak or weaker

On the contrary, I could even increase some weights during leg days

whatelse can I tell you...?

I have to say I did not eat deficitary

I rather ate when I was hungry

but I aso have to say that my base rate - [aah sun...]

I have to say that my basic metabolic rate is quite low

since I spend most of my time during the day sitting at my desk

and only move when I do sports

I know that's bad

but I have no choice

The weekend of the 25/26th, I was in Italy...

and this was hard

because there was so much great food

and the other problem was that I could not prepare proper food in a kitchen

that mens I just l survived eating from my plastic boxes with ham and cheese

which was not very satisfactory

I checked some body circumfences

that I checked again after one week

My weight was down to 68.3kg

the cirumfences of my chest and waist did not really change

maybe 1cm around my waist

nothing changes around my hips

but I did not expect this

because I feel like my booty is much flatter

but maybe it just got flatter but therefore broader... or something...

no idea...

but maybe it is just due to the lack of 'pump' during the workouts

because the glycogene storage are empty when you don't eat carbs

where I saw a major difference: my thighs

I measured at the middle of the thigh and on the upper area, where you always have most fat

the upper part is only 1 cm less

but the mid part: 4 cm on each side

what I consider quite a lot

OK, I have to admit, I am not sure if I managed to measure at the exact same spot...

but when I look at my legs, I definitely think they got smaller

so maybe my thighs are my favorite water depot

I don't know

Ok, enough of this

I will show you know what I did during my refeed day yesterday

Good morning from the bathroom

that is how it looks like now

and I have to say...

I have never seen my abs like that so fast

I did not even know that I have some ;)

sure the fat is not completely gone in such a short period of time

but for two weeks, I consider this quite good

because you get rid of the water

my problems are these sides here, the lovehandles

but I feel like it is defintely getting less and firmer

My arms look rather flat, because of the missing carbs

but I don't think I lost any muscles

I can rather see more definition

I have to admit I don't check my back on a regular base

It looks always kind of broad

but I can definitely see more definition

and the extra 'bacon' on the side is slowly disappearing

when looking at my arms I can see this upper arm fat decreasing

and also more definition

and I definitely have to work on my rear shoulder muscles

look at this

I don't think my triceps is really big...

It's just this... [touches soft part><]

where are the anatomy experts?!

The shoulder is coming put better, the biceps, too,...

triceps slowly...

and here we still have the 'fluff'

but it is getting better

so out of the bathroom, my hair is not yet ready for life

but my stomach is ready for carbs

I am as happy as a child about this refeed day

and what I missed the most are my oats

that is why I will start the with oats and fruits

and for the celebration of this day, I also added the infamous 'Toffifee-fruits'

a lot of carbs, good chocolate... and nuts

for those who watched my last vlog, already know these...

I don't know if they are available in Germany

so the first carbs are in

it was delicious

now I am heading to the gym

but before that I will stop by at my favorite donut store before it closes

it is nice and sunny today, but a bit chilly...

maybe 3-4 °C...

but at least it is not raining

a bit residual snow and ice here...

another point done and off the list

the plan was to get 2, now I have 6, because...

they had 6 for the price of 5... could not say no to this

now off to the gym gym gym

despite the sun it is freezing in Finland

I wanted to film the training...

ah so much sun, i don't see a thing... one moment

My plan was to film the training...

but I just notice that I only have 12% battery left

it was at 40% when I left home...

don't know what happened there during the last half an hour

let's see

so we have two with milk chocolate

one heart with apple filling

then those hearts with vanilla cream filling

and a white chocolate donut

So I was in the gym, I bought donuts, just made a lasagna, as you have seen...

and now I will eat

with the lasagne I will have my PerfectDiet Lemonade BCAAs

and these two here for dessert

Hello I am back... sun... no sun... sun...

So, I am back, I hope you liked it

at the end I really wanna say a few more things regarding this diet

as I said, I am really impressed...

I also showed you a little body update

and I have never seen results this fast

But... here is my huge 'BUT'...

I have never been on a diet with so many restrictions...

I usually worked with a more flexible 'if it fits your macros' approach...

sure, mostly with clean foods...

or rather clean eating...

but always allowed myself small treats here and there

which means I never needed any cheats or refeed days back then

and I noticed now...

due to this no-carb-rule

how this drives you crazy in your head...

I am really not a binge-eating type... or overeats...

in any way...

I can always eat a small piece of chocolate here an there

and then I am happy...

but I am really concerned since I have been craving carbs so badly during these last two weeks

that is why I went a bit 'over the top' yesterday...

and I don't think this is good

this is an experience I never had before

and rather something I know from friends

who participated in competitions... and that after the competitions they just could not hold back

and when they had a package of sweets in their hands, then they ate it all...

I have never been in that state

but yesterday I felt like this

that I just wanted to eat everything and even more

I think my head and body just wanted to overcompensate

for these two weeks full of restrictions

my conclusion after these two weeks

it is definitely an interesting challenge to diet this way...

the results are definitely there

the biggest motivation for me was

to avoid falling out of the ketogenic state

because otherwise you destroy all the hard work of the previous days

since the body already adapted to using the fats for energy and not the carbs...

I would not recommend this diet to someone who already has issues with restrictions...

with binge eating.... or how do you say...`

food attacks... overeating [looking for the German word in my head]

so basically people who have problems with binge eating and restrictions

because I think this diet rather increases the urge

sorry, my camera stopped in between

I will stick to this diet for a few more weeks...

simply to see what is possible

but I am already looking forward to...

switch to a more moderate diet afterwards
