How to prepare yellow tea?

Heat the water to a temperature around 75ºC - 85ºC

Use 2 gr. of tea for 80 ml. of water, or 4 gr. for 150 ml. or 6 gr. for 250 ml.

With warm water, wash all the teaware for a few seconds. This helps to purify and prepare our tea tools.

Discard all the water used for heating the tea ware.

Add the tea to the tea pot.

Add water to the teapot.

With the first infusion, wash the tea leaves for a few seconds, then discard the water. This helps to wake the leaves up, and makes the tea more fragrant.

Add water, and wait for the desire time: we recommend 30 seconds for 50ml. One minute for 100ml, two minutes for 180ml and 3 minutes for 250ml.

Serve directly into a cha hai (optional) or into the tea cups.

The aromas of yellow tea may be similar to honey, vegetables, nuts or white flowers.

So I promised that i gonna make one video about PAPER FOR SPRAY PAINTING and i finally take time to make it for u.

I took about 200 sheets of A0. So the size of this paper is : 100 cm with 71 cm

So I'm bringing all of these papers to my friend and he cut all of t his sheets to size that i need.

When i was on beginning of SPRAY PAINING i cut each piece by my hand with razor knife.

I remember when I was beginner in SPRAY PAINT I also had a problem with papers,

I really didn't know where to find the paper.

You can make your pictures on any kind of glossy paper.

U can make it on poster board...

If u are beginner i really recommend u to start on photo paper

u can find it in any shop its 100 grams glossy paper.

u can also do it on mat paper.

U can even try to make your SPRAY PAINT picture on glossy newspaper like this.

If u are beginner if u want to practice

even if u are not beginner if u just want to practice

your SPRAY PAINT and u don't want to buy paper that u gonna trow it later...

Just do it on this glossy newspaper....

U can color it in white first and then u can put any color that u want later ....

So be free to go online just try to tip "GLOSSY PAPER" and try to find it where ever u can.

REALLY grams really doesn't mean anything to u

especially if u are beginner.

The most important thing is to be like :smooth and glossy surface.

U can make your SPRAY PAINT picture on any glossy surface actually ...

The Language for Equitable Choice - Duration: 9:30.

I would like to acknowledge the traditional owners of this land, the elders past, present and future.

And from our University's experience here's my ten lessons

and ten more questions in ten minutes. One: documenting inherent requirements

is about occupational justice where students have the opportunity to match the

their individual needs and capacities to what's meaningful and useful

for them, rather than being disempowered from this -- but as standalone documents

they need to be written to very actively emphasize that they are tools

for well ground decisions and for finding solutions; solutions about enrolments

strategies for engagement. reasonable adjustment. So the question for us is

exactly how do you make that explicit. Secondly, the form and content

of these documents needs to be created for the reader, to empower the

reader with positive language that encourages them to engage proactively.

To be reader centered, with information that the reader says they need. So it tells

them enough about the scope of the requirements and says when it needs to be

achieved by and it gives the relevant context for them. And reader tested so

the less useful bits are ditched or move to explanatory notes and the important

stuff is there. This is consistent with their current recommendations for

student-centred transparency of admission processes too.

So the question for us is what are the necessary bits how can they be written as positive

statements and where are they best placed for the reader?

Number three: inherent requirements have been around for a while as Matt said

applied to the activity of work, but work doesn't have abilities, it has tasks.

Tasks performed correctly, effectively or efficiently. The attributes of work are the attributes of

the work not the worker. So the inherent requirements for courses are the

essential tasks of the course not the characteristics of the person doing the course.

And there are benefits for describing the task not the person. Task focus puts

the lens on the real goal, identifying if the task is attainable or finding if

there's a solution to make it attainable. The task might be to manage auditory

information sufficiently for learning needs, for patient care needs.

Then the readers can say, okay how will I manage noisy group work?

How will I detect and respond to alarms? From the first their practicing the

skill the values to manage post education challenges as well. But if the

requirement instead is for me to have sufficient oral function then the focus

is all on my attributes and that risks being perceived as an exercise in ability cleansing

with a gamut of negative outcomes possible from there.

Five: it's possible to formularise writing tasks of statements. It's pretty

straightforward for physical tasks. The task part is to produce an output

and one that might be achieved in a number of ways.

This means you avoid the sensory and physical performance terms that prescribe one possible how.

Avoid naming personal attributes then you replace them with terms that are more open.

That's a definable range of verbs to carry out, engage with, interact with,

use, access, measure, record, produce an output. Show the point not the practice,

the what, not the way. And you can add a performance level required. Because you

might only need the task equivalent of a reasonable working knowledge of the area,

not for it to be performed perfectly.

Six though is that, it seems a bit harder to describe the tasks of

more cognitive or meta-cognitive processes, except that this has already been solved

-- it's called the subject assessments. That land where observable performance

is already used to assess students cognition. So the IR statements just need to avoid imposing what

the underlying process, what the unseen mechanism you think should be going on in my head is.

And instead focus on the outcome task, the concrete evident output

and students will have modeled, selected, generated, discriminated, modified and calculated it.

Achievement levels can be to do it effectively, calmly, reliably etc.

The parameters can also be included to distinguish between the tasks or similar tasks

for different degrees. This would need discussions across the degree areas

where you say: "yep we will get students to problem-solve, but in our area

we expect a defined range of variables to lead to one solution from a set range.

Your area expects unfamiliar combinations of variables to be reassessed

and theirs expects outcomes on occasions to be completely innovative".

So for us what really would be the range of terms that we'd suggest

and how would we manage the currect equipment ranges that are used for them

And what then is actually needed for an effective set of guidelines to keep statements task-focused?

Arguably though, all this process does is tidy up the writing of learning outcomes.

So it's worth asking the question: are there any fundamental

differences between writing inherent requirements and learning outcomes?

Regardless of the answer learning outcomes are not the same as inherent

and essential requirements. You usually only have to pass a random 50 - 60 percent

on the assessment of learning outcomes and your performance is considered

acceptable. If something is considered essential, it implies a greater concern

for it than that. But once you document them any set of tasks begins to seem pretty

important. So what helps with the process of it deciding which ones are essential?

Now I've said it's absolutely crucial that these inherent requirement

documents are positive statements written to support solution finding. But

to work out what's essential I'm thinking you need to flip that on its head

and say "if it's essential then there is a consequence of not attaining it.

And if it's essential, then this consequence is significant and likely to

happen."That means you've got an evaluation that can be ranked

and we can use that as a scale. So we can pinch from the risk analysis guys and

get something that might look like this. Because visual tools help but they're

not the only way. This task analysis matrix puts the

likelihood that a negative consequence will happen against the maximum credible

level of negative consequence if the defined task isn't attained. So if it's

almost certain that there will be a negative consequence but the outcome of

stuffing it up is actually insignificant, then it's just a useful task to accomplish.

If the negative outcome is likely and the consequence is major then

the task on this scale would be an essential one. The levels of likelihood

and the grades of consequence can have written descriptors and the boundaries

between the task types can be worked out to everybody's satisfaction.

It's then applied and the decisions made. This matrix also helps

explain the link with learning outcomes. Learning outcomes can include some

elements in the essential areas of the matrix and these are the overlaps with

inherent requirements. But the rest of the outcomes can come from anywhere in the

matrix -- important or useful or just incidental tasks. And that's the bit

that's not clear in the higher education standards framework. So the questions

for us are: how do you best define those descriptors for likelihood and outcome levels?

What are the relevant negative outcomes? And if we've identified elements as important

isn't this also useful information for students and where does this go?

Lastly, it's about more than the documents themselves. They need to be

disseminated, integrated and positioned clearly in the context of the more

dominant learning outcomes, and as in the Brett report, of other institutional

documents that they potentially overlap with or may even be contradicted by because they were

written without consideration of reasonable adjustments or inherent requirements.

So the question for us: what can we do to make their role clear and reliably enacted?

As I said before today inherent requirements don't have to be about

screening for what you can't do. Instead they can present the essential tasks

that you will accomplish, reinforce the sense of the impossible and be a stimulus

for creative positive thinking and real achievement it just depends on what we do with them.
