Youtube daily report w Jan 24 2017

Hey everybody, my name is Magno Almeida and today I'll talk about BOXPT Competition Bar.

The Competition bar comes in essentially 2 weights: 20 kg and 15 kg.

The 20kg bar has a shaft thickness of 28 mm and a total width of 220 cm.

The 15kg bar has a total width of 201 cm and a bit smaller shaft thickness of 25 mm.

Both bars have 2 bronze bushings and 8 needle bearing to promote a better rotativity of the sleeves.

The sleeves are made of hard chrome and the shaft has a black oxide finish.

This bar's tensile strength is 190K PSI which translates to a smash of approximately 490 kg.

The shaft has a lifetime warranty. We widely use this bar in most of the competitions we are partnered with.

It has great quality for price ratio. You can try and enjoy it. Thank you all.

I HAVEN'T COMBED MY HAIR IN 5 YEARS!!! | Natural Hair #TeamNatural #CurlyHair - Duration: 4:28.

"I haven't Combed My hair in 5 years" Hi this is Ife of Ife360Tv and I am back with another

video today I want to talk about the fact that I have not used a comb in 5 years.

But before we get started I want you to hit that like button.

I have not combed my hair.

I have combed my hair, I haven't used a comb in 5 years.

If you saw my 12 habits that kept my hair short video., which is one of the OG's Original

Gangsta, it is one of my original videos that I posted and I told you all the bad things

I used to do to my hair and all the things that messed up the way that my hair grew and

length retention, in that video I talked about the fact that I used a fine toothed comb.

If you haven't seen that video before, you can have a look in the description box for

a link.

In that video I talked about using a fine toothed comb to comb my hair out, I don't

know why I thought it was ok or why I thought it was necessary to get all the tangles out,

I couldn't sleep at night if I didn't detangle my hair fully and to do that I needed a fine

toothed comb.

It looked like this, it is not the exact same one but one of these toothed combs, I would

rip through my hair, I wanted all the tangles out, I would go through and go and go until

I got all the tangles out, I also detangled my 4c natural hair when it was dry, not wet

or damp.

But bone dry, I watched too many cartoons and movies like Cinderella and Rapunzel and

they're using their comb, thinking oh yea, I can run my fine toothed comb through it

and it felt good.

But what happened is that my hair would go through a lot of breakage and even if my hair

did grow I wasn't retaining any length.

Did anyone else do this because I felt so bad that I used to do that.

At some point when I started to really take care of my hair and stopped using a fine toothed

comb and then I switched to wide toothed comb.

This wasn't so bad a lot of naturals to this day still use a wide toothed comb and it works

fine for them, there is nothing in using one of these.

For me, in the showerI would use this conditioner and I would go through my hair and gently

go from ends to root working through my hair and getting the tangles out.

It seemed as though I was still getting a lot of breakage with a wide toothed comb.

Eventually, I stopped using a wide toothed comb and switched to only my fingers.

I have not used a comb at all, I only use my fingers to work through my hair.

In the shower, I would have my conditioner and water and rake through my hair with conditioner

until I feel satisfied that it is detangled quite a bit.

I am not tangle police going through my hair and really trying to rip through.

I am much gentler and I noticed that not only is there less hair loss there was also less

breakage and also length retention so there was a huge difference with finger detangling

I saw a difference in hair length.

My hair never went past this length for years to almost reaching my waist.

If maybe you think that you need a little change, and you need to adopt something or

adapt your regimen or adapt the way that you take care of your hair, it might be one of

the things you want to consider changing up to see what you can do differently.

You have the opportunity to try new things, see how it works for you throughout the year.

I want to know from you, what is your way of detangling your hair?

Do you still use a comb?

Wide toothed comb or finger detangle?

Do you see a difference in the two?

And which one is better for you?

I would love to know in the comments below.

Thank you so much for watching.

This is ife of ife360tv, subscribe and see you in the next one!

The Power of Divine Decree - Duration: 10:36.

One day, the son of the great Companion Ubadah Ibn As-Samit, Al-Waleed.

He pays his father a visit when his father was very ill and he says he realized his father

was taking his last breath.

These are the last minutes for his father in this world and it seems that soon he was

departing.

He said O my father, O my dear father, give me an advice give me a powerful advice, heavyweight

advice.

Because he realized that was the last thing his father was going to share with him.

So he wanted something substantial something powerful, something he can benefit from.

And we know that when humans are about to leave this world, they awaken more to the

reality of life, and the words that come out of their mouths actually come from their hearts.

So he wanted to seize that moment.

His father asked them to help him sit up.

When he sat up he said: O my son, you will never find the taste of Iman, you will never

experience the taste of Faith, you will never embrace the truth of the knowledge of Allah

Subhanahu wa ta'alaa until you believe in al-Qadar the good of it and the bad of it…until

you believe in the Decree of Allah subhanahu wa ta'alaa the good and the bad of it.

His son said: O my father, how o I get to know this?

How do I get to understand this reality of the Decree of Allah the good of it and the

bad of it?

How can I come to grips with the reality of this?

His father says: You know… تعلم أن ما أخطأك لم يكن

ليصيبك You know what has come to you what has happened

to you.

there was no chance it could miss you.

There was no chance it could pass you by.

What was meant to happen will just happen.

And whatever happened was meant to happen.

أن تعلم أن ما أخطأك لم يكن ليصيبك، وما أصابك لم يكن

ليخطئك

So you know whatever has happened to you was meant to happen and there was no way it could

miss you.

And whatever has never come your way…whatever never happened to you there was no chance

for it to ever come your way.

So what was meant to be will be.

And what was not meant to be will never be.

O my son, I heard Allah's Messenger sale Allahu alayhi wa sallama say: The first thing

Allah created ever, the first of all creation in order was Al-Qalam…the Pen.

Allah created it and Allah said to it: Write down everything that is meant to happen…so

it wrote down.

At that moment it wrote everything that was destined to happen until the Day of Judgment.

Then Ubadah ibn As-Samit adresses his son Waleed and he concludes his advice with this.

He says: O my son, if you die upon anything other than that you will enter the Hellfire.

And this shows a very important aspect of our Deen which is al-Iman in al-Qadaa' and

al-Qadar…belief in the Decree of Allah subhanahu wa ta'alaa.

The fact that Allah has willed everything that happened and will happen….Allah wanted

it to happen, Allah allowed it to happen.

And Allah commanded the pen to write it down.

And it was written before the creation of the heavens and the earth.

The fact that you are listening to these words today these were [this was] in that Book…at

that moment when Allah created the Pen before it happened.

And because it was meant to happen, it is happening now.

At a time when so many people today in this world, Muslims and non-Muslims cannot live…cannot

go through a day without taking pills to alter the chemistry of their brains just to help

them get by through the day.

Because if they were to face reality by themselves without this dependence on these chemicals

they would not be able to survive…they would not be able to go through the day without

having anxiety attacks, panic attacks, depression, suicidal thoughts, desperation, conflict and

a whole set of mental illnesses and emotional excruciating experiences .

But Allah subhanahu wa ta'alaa when he teaches us about Himself, when He teaches us about

His Decree and about His Will, an about His Decision and about His Intention He is giving

us the guidance to handle this life and be on top of the game of life, and this is what

belief in the Decree of Allah subhanahu wa ta'alaa entails.

The things that we face in this life are two types, in terms of hardship: something that

you have some power over, something that you can change, something that you can alter,

something that you can improve.

So go about and change it, go about and do it.

Save no effort to change the situation and make it better.

And other circumstances you have no choice about…overwhelming conditions that you can't

change…that you can't alter.

With these things all you have to do is not fall in despair, not fall in some kind of

anger against Allah subhanahu wa ta'alaa

So when you have some adverse circumstances, what you can do to change them do that by

all means and don't save any effort, don't save any knowledge yo have, don't save any

advice you can tap into and you can benefit from to alter the situation.

But when there are things that you can't do anything about, you can't change them,

you can't alter them…they're overwhelming…they are beyond your capacity to change…with

these things you have to resort to acceptance.

You have to resort to acceptance and that means you let go.

You let go….you have to accept the Decree of Allah subhanahu wa ta'alaa there.

You stop resisting reality.

Most of our pains come from resisting reality.

So if there is a condition you can't change.

It's an unpleasant condition and you can't change it.

You can't do anything about it…so it's inevitable to happen…it's beyond your

capability to change, how should you deal with it?

You should change your mind and perception about it by accepting it and embracing it

and letting go!

The pain that we face in such circumstances comes from one thing: is that we expect a

different reality.

We wish for a different scenario and we hold on to it and we won't let go!

And that creates the tension within us, and that creates the resistance, and that brings

about all the pain.

And that's why we all falter….that's why we all crush after these difficult and

challenging circumstances.

Otherwise Allah subhanahu wa ta'alaa has designed humans in a way….in a way where

they can handle trauma, where they can handle unbelievable negative circumstances.

That's how Allah designed us.

But most of us hold on to a reality that didn't happen or a version of reality that wan't

meant to be.

So we don't let what is be….we don't let it happen.

We know that Allah willed for this thing to happen….Allah gave permission for this to

happen.

And as long as I can't do anything about it I should not resist it.

I should embrace it.

And I should change my perception.

And any other possibility I was holding on to I should let go of it And I should accept

reality as the Decree and the Decision and the Will and the Intention of Allah and we

know behind every decision by Allah there is Wisdom….there is mercy…there is knowledge.

Pope Francis Warns Against Saviours Like Hitler, But Says We Must Wait And See On Trump - Duration: 8:50.

Pope Francis Warns Against "Saviours" Like Hitler, But Says "We Must Wait And See" On

Trump

by Tyler Durden

In an extended interview with Spanish newspaper El Pais granted as Donald Trump was being

sworn in as US president, Pope Francis warned against populism, saying it could lead to

the election of "saviors" like Hitler, while condemning the idea of using walls and barbed

wire to keep out foreigners.

Joining the long ranks of pundits who have compared Trump to Hitler - if indirectly - and

Trump's regime, only in its second day to fascism, the pontiff said that "of course

crises provoke fears and worries," but added that for him "the example of populism in the

European sense of the word is Germany in 1933 "Germany... was looking for a leader, someone

who would give her back her identity and there was a little man named Adolf Hitler who said

'I can do it'."

"Hitler didn't steal the power," the pope said "his people voted for him, and then he

destroyed his people."

The Germans at that time also wanted to protect themselves with "walls and barbed wire so

that others cannot take away their identity," he said.

"The case of Germany is classic," he said, adding that Hitler gave them a "deformed identity

and we know what it produced."

Then, having made it clear how he feels about Trump, the Pope tried to back down, saying

that it was too early to pass judgement on Trump.

"I think that we must wait and see.

I dont like to aniticpate events.

Let us see what he does, we cant be prophets of disasters. Well, actually, if the Pope

is right, Trump can, which is why he won.

Some highlights from the interview:

Q. Your Holiness, about the world's problems that you have just mentioned, Donald Trump

has just become the president of the US, and the whole world is tense because of it.

What do you think about that?

A. I think that we must wait and see.

I don't like to get ahead of myself nor judge people prematurely.

We will see how he acts, what he does, and then I will have an opinion.

But being afraid or rejoicing beforehand because of something that might happen is, in my view,

quite unwise.

It would be like prophets predicting calamities or windfalls that will not be either.

We will see.

We will see what he does and will judge.

Always on the specific.

Christianity, either is specific or it is not Christianity.

It is interesting that the first heresy in the Church took place just after the death

of Jesus Christ.

The gnostic heresy, condemned by the apostle John.

Which was what I call a spray religiousness, a non-specific religiousness.

Yes, me, spirituality, the law... but nothing concrete.

No, no way.

We need specifics.

And from the specific we can draw consequences.

We lose sense of the concrete.

The other day, a thinker was telling me that this world is so upside down that it needs

a fixed point.

And those fixed points stem from the concrete.

What did you do, what did you decide, how do you move.

That is what I prefer to wait and see.

* * *

Q. Both in Europe and in America, the repercussions of the crisis that never ends, the growing

inequalities, the absence of strong leadership are giving way to political groups that reflect

on the citizens' malaise.

Some of them the so-called anti-system or populists capitalize on the fears in

face of an uncertain future in order to form a message full of xenophobia and hatred towards

the foreigner.

Trump's case is the most noteworthy, but there are others such as Austria or Switzerland.

Are you worried about this phenomenon?

A. That is what they call populism.

Which is an equivocal term, because, in Latin America, populism has another meaning.

In Latin America, it means that the people for instance, people's movements are

the protagonists.

They are self-organized, it is something else.

When I started to hear about populism in Europe I didn't know what to make of it, I got lost,

until I realized that it had different meanings.

Crises provoke fear, alarm.

In my opinion, the most obvious example of European populism is Germany in 1933.

After [Paul von] Hindenburg, after the crisis of 1930, Germany is broken, it needs to get

up, to find its identity, a leader, someone capable of restoring its character, and there

is a young man named Adolf Hitler who says: "I can, I can".

And all Germans vote for Hitler.

Hitler didn't steal the power, his people voted for him, and then he destroyed his people.

That is the risk.

In times of crisis, we lack judgment, and that is a constant reference for me.

Let's look for a savior who gives us back our identity and lets defend ourselves with

walls, barbed-wire, whatever, from other peoples that may rob us of our identity.

And that is a very serious thing.

That is why I always try to say: talk among yourselves, talk to one another.

But the case of Germany in 1933 is typical, a people that was immersed in a crisis, that

looked for its identity until this charismatic leader came and promised to give their identity

back, and he gave them a distorted identity, and we all know what happened.

Where there is no conversation...

Can borders be controlled?

Yes, each country has the right to control its borders, who comes and who goes, and those

countries at risk from terrorism or such things have even more the right to control

them more, but no country has the right to deprive its citizens of the possibility to

talk with their neighbors.

* * *

The Derp Guide to the Hetzer - Duration: 2:08.

The Jagdpanzer 38t or Hetzer is a tier IV german tank destroyer

that is a favorite among the tank community.

This is because it is shaped kind of like a 2D house sketch.

And it is small, probably not any taller than you are.

This is how you play the Het Derp.

You buy vents, rammer, and camo net.

Some people may tell you that equipping the 10.5 is bad and derpy.

But that's the whole point of playing derp.

The 10.5 is the derp way to go.

You load mostly AP, and a fair share of Heat and HE.

The 10.5 is not accurate.

So you do not kemp bush. (camp bush)

Instead you follow your teammates,

and wait for your oppurtunities.

If any cheeky cunt wishes to pen your house roof,

you fuck him up.

If the enemy pokes out,

you fuck them up.

If at any given moment you get tracked,

you get stuck and do bad.

If the enemy spots you in the open,

you retaliate and do bad.

Star training your entire crew with camo. (camouflage)

Once you reach your first skill,

drop for sixth sense and safe stowage,

and train snapshot and off-road driving.

Once you finish your second skill,

drop for Brothers in Arms.

And after that, go play the Stug III G you derpy low tier ass hat.

This is the derp way to use the Herp Derp Zer.

Now go out there, and become one with the derps.

And say "Hetzers gonna Hetz".

Thank you for watching you screeky chublord. (cheeky scrublord)

Wrangler RedRock 4x4 Full Width Front Bumper w/Double Grille Guard (2007-2017 JK) Review & Install - Duration: 5:50.

I'm Ryan from extremeterrain.com, and this is my review and installation of the RedRock

4x4 Full Width Front Bumper with Double Grille Guard, fitting all 2007 and up Wranglers.

Today, we're gonna talk through the installation of this bumper, which is a very simple one

out of three wrenches.

Like most others, this aftermarket bumper will bolt right in place of your factory bumper,

making the installation a very simple, no-drill bolt-on.

We're also gonna talk about the construction of this bumper and a few of the other features.

This bumper is for those of you who want a full-width bumper either for the look or for

the protection.

This bumper is going to span from corner to corner, giving both of your fenders protection,

but because of the way it is cut up on either corner, it will still give you a good bit

of clearance if you are running a large, 35-inch tire.

So you're not going to have any clearance issues between the tire and the bumper when

you're flexing off-road.

This bumper also has a couple of other features built right into it that make it a really

nice bumper for off-road use.

This is a really, solidly-built steel bumper that's covered in a textured black powder

coat finish.

That textured black finish is going to match a lot of other aftermarket accessories you

might bolt onto your Jeep and does a really nice job of matching the factory plastic accents

you'll find on your Wrangler right out of the factory.

A few of the features I really like about this bumper is the fact that it will accept

your factory fog lights.

You already have those lights, the wiring and switch is already there, so why not use

them?

And with this bumper, you'll be able to bolt them right into the back, and you'll get that

factory functionality without needing to go out and purchase any additional lights.

As you can see right up on top, you do have a winch mount that does come right out of

the box with this bumper.

However, it is a little bit of an afterthought.

This winch plate and fair lead mount actually bolt right on top of the bumper.

In my opinion, the bumper does look a little bit cleaner without that winch mount on there.

However, if you have a winch, this is going to allow you to bolt the winch up without

needing to go out and purchase any additional hardware, and it's going to be a really strong

mount.

You also have two D-ring mounts that bolt directly through the bumper into the frame

horns, giving you plenty of strength for recovery, and this does include two D-rings.

I really like D-rings for recovery, especially if you're using a snatch strap or a recovery

strap that's designed to have a little bit of slack in it in the beginning and then pulled

taut during the recovery.

If you have a tow hook, like it comes factory on your Jeep, there's always a chance that

the loop of the strap is going to come off of the hook.

With a D-ring, when you tighten that down, you know that that connection is not going

to come undone until you're finished with the recovery.

And when you have a winch mount, you can very easily use a snatch block coming back to your

bumper, allowing you to double the pulling capacity of your winch, which, again, makes

this very, very useful in an off-road situation.

You have your double grille guard up top, which will give your grille and your winch

some protection from brush and branches when you're on those narrow trails.

And right up on top of the double grille guard, are two light mount tabs, so aside from being

able to run those factory fog lights, if you decide to run some auxiliary lights, you have

a couple of mounts that make it really easy to bolt those up.

So as I mentioned, the installation is going to be a very simple one out of three wrenches.

All you'll need to do is remove your factory bumper first, which will start by removing

the splash guard and the frame cover and finally removing the eight nuts that are holding that

factory bumper in place.

Before you remove the factory bumper, you are going to wanna remove the sockets out

of your factory fog light and unclip your factory fog light wiring harness from that

crash bar in order to remove the bumper without anything hanging it up.

Once the bumper's completely removed, you can simply set your new bumper over the frame

horns and use the included hardware to bolt it down.

Now, if you are going to be using the included winch mount and mounting a winch on this bumper,

I would recommend mounting the winch onto the bumper on the ground and then putting

the winch and the bumper as a package onto the Jeep.

Now, this is a heavy bumper, and the winch is obviously going to make it even heavier

and a little bit more cumbersome to move around.

However, it's a lot easier to get to your winch mounting bolts when this is on the ground

than it is when the bumper's already mounted onto the Jeep.

That being said, having an extra set of hands around to move this bumper, especially after

you bolt a big, heavy winch onto it, is definitely a good idea.

And if you don't have an extra set of hands, some tall jack stands or even an engine hoist

can take its place.

As far as tools to get this job done, you're not gonna need anything special, just your

traditional hand tools.

This bumper has a lot of features you'll be looking for in an aftermarket bumper, so even

though it is a little bit pricey, in my opinion, this is worth it.

It gives you full-width protection, you have the double grille guard, auxiliary light mounts,

it accepts your factory fog lights, and it comes right out of the box ready to mount

a winch on.

So you have a lot of the features that you might be looking at.

There are certainly some less expensive bumpers out there that forego a couple of those features,

but there are also a lot more expensive bumpers on the market that don't have all of these

features.

So if this bumper has all the features you're looking, has a look that you like, and falls

into your budget, I think it's a really nice option.

So if you're looking for a full-width steel bumper to replace that factory plastic bumper

on your JK and you want one that has a ton of features built into it, all at a fair price,

I think this one from RedRock is a great place to look.

So that's my review of the RedRock 4x4 Full Width Front Bumper with Double Grille Guard,

fitting all 2007 and up JKs, that you can find right here at extremeterrain.com.
