Hey everyone!

Welcome back to my channel.

So, today, I'm going to do a Bebe Rexha 'I Got You' Inspired Makeup Tutorial, from the

music video that just came out.

I absolutely love the look, so I thought I would re-create it for you guys.

Let's just get into the tutorial.

Cut it.

So, I'm going to start by priming my skin using the e.l.f.

Cosmetics Mineral Infused Face Primer in Clear.

I'm going to apply that using a flat paddle foundation brush.

So, I'm just going to smooth this over the skin, to prep the face for foundation.

For foundation, I'm going to go ahead and take my Maybelline Fit Me!

Matte and Poreless in the shade Classic Ivory, and just smooth this over the skin.

To apply that, I'm just going to use a disposable makeup sponge, and just tap everything straight

in there.

Next, I'm going to go ahead and take my Kat Von D Lock It Concealer Creme in the shade

Warm L7 and I'm going to put this underneath the eyes, and around different areas of the

face, just to brighten things up a little bit.

So, Bebe had a really bright under eye, so I'm going to focus most of that concealer

right underneath the eyes, and on the tops of the cheekbones.

I'm also going to put just a little bit right in between the eyebrows, and around the nose,

on the side of the mouth.

I'm also going to bring some of that down the bridge of the nose, and then also just

a bit right there on the tip.

Taking the other side of that sponge, I'm just going to tap everything out, and make

sure that everything is seamless.

Bebe Rexha definitely had a little bit more of a full coverage, powdered look, especially

around the eye area, so I'm going to go ahead and bake.

I'm going to take my Kat Von D Lock It Translucent Setting Powder, and I'm going to dip into

that using the Real Techniques Miracle Sculpting Sponge, after I dampen it, with a little bit

of setting spray.

So...

So, with that powder, I'm going to kind of tap that underneath the eyes, and on the tops

of the cheekbones.

Taking the smaller end, I'm going to really go on that inner part.

I'm going to use this powder to contour my nose a little bit, so, I'm going to kind of

draw a line down the side.

I'm also going to bring this powder down, sort of towards the apples of my cheeks, and

around the nose area.

I'm going to put a little bit around my mouth area, and kind of underneath where I'm going

to contour, and then, last but not least, I'm just going to put a little bit right in

between my eyebrows, and up, onto the forehead.

So, I'm going to go ahead and let that sit, or let that "bake" for a little bit, and I'm

going to do my brows off camera, and I will be right back.

Alright, so I just did my brows, and I'm going to go ahead and prime my eyes, really quickly,

before I wipe off that bake.

So, I'm going to take MAC Soft Ochre Paint Pot, and a Real Techniques Deluxe Crease Brush...Deluxe

Crease Brush, and I'm going to apply a soft layer of this to the lids, as an eye shadow

base.

Okay, so I'm going to go ahead, and wipe off all of that bake.

I'm going to take my Kat Von D #20 Brush to do this, and I'm just going to dip a little

bit of that in the powder.

This will just make everything come off a little bit easier.

I'm also going to go ahead, and set the rest of the face while I'm doing this, by just

running my brush over the areas that I didn't bake.

Alright, now that my base is all ready to go, I'm going to go ahead, and move onto the

eyes.

I'm going to dip into this brown shade right here, and I'm going to apply a soft layer

of this to the upper crease, as my transition shade.

Taking a pencil brush, I'm going to dip into that exact same shade, and just start to build

up the crease a little bit more.

So, I'm going to kind of hold that brush at an angle, and just start to build up the crease

with that color.

I'm going to dip into this skin color shade, and I'm going to use this as my brow bone

highlight, taking a small detailer brush, for this.

For the lids, I'm going to dip into this gold shade, and pack this onto the center of the

lids.

So, I want to do a little bit of an eyeliner like Bebe Rexha had, so I'm going to take

the Max Factor Masterpiece High Precision Liquid Eyeliner, and do a little bit of a

baby wing with this.

So, I'm going to start at the corner of my eye, and just flick out with this end.

This isn't going to give me as sharp of a look, as I usually go for, but that is exactly

what we want to do.

We want it to be a little bit more rounded.

Taking what is left on my pencil brush, I'm just going to run this quickly along the lower

lash line.

For the lower water line, I'm going to take my Maybelline Define a Line in Chestnut Brown

and just line the inner water line.

Next, I'm going to take my Black Radiance Lash Lengthening Mascara, and apply this to

the top and lower lashes.

For lashes, I'm going to take Flutter Lashes #iSlay Lashes by @makeupshayla, and just apply

this to the upper lash line.

So, while those lashes are drying, I'm going to go ahead and move on to the rest of the

face.

I'm going to take my NYX Contouring and Highlighting Palette, and I'm going to take this shade.

I think.. this one right here.

Do a light contour with this.

Bebe Rexha didn't have too much of a crazy contour; it was more like a contour blush

combo.

So, I'm just going to do a light layer right here, and bring it down to the apples of the

cheeks.

I'm also going to blend that up, along the temples just a little.

Alright, for highlighter, I'm going to go back into my Carli Bybel Palette, and I'm

going to take this pink shade mixed with this one right here, and just put this on the tops

of the cheekbones.

I'm just going to run a little bit of that down the nose, and just gently run it along

the highlighting areas.

I am just going to ever so slightly contour the nose a little bit, just because I feel

like it looks really two dimensional right now, and I just want a little bit of definition.

So, I'm just going to lightly run that same contouring color, along the nose contouring

area.

Alright, I'm going to go ahead and move on to my lips.

For lipstick, I'm going take MAC's Verve lipstick, and just fill in the entire lips with this.

I'm not going to overline, I'm just going to fill everything in.

Alright, and then, to lighten things up a little bit in the center of the lips, I'm

going to take the Too Faced La Creme Lipstick in the shade Naked Dolly.

I have a little mini version.

I'm just putting this on the center of the lips.

Alright, and then, for lipgloss, I'm going to take the NYX Cosmetics Butter Gloss in

the shade Tiramisu, and pop this on the top.

I'm also going to focus most of this into the center, but I will blend it out, along

the edges, too.

that you like to have you just might

prefer to be the receptive partner

you might also just prefer like wild

crazy kinky sex like maybe you need a

harness on and someone to like throw you

where you want to be tied up or whatever

like that's what gets your goat but if

you're just sort of having like semi

missionary style like lights off quiet

music with a candle and like whatever

like maybe that's not your your your gig

and you're never going to orgasm that

way because it's not the kind of sex you

have the third one is a little deeper

particularly with new sex partners we

all have a little bit of hang-ups right

is my body look okay like is my dick big

enough like do I smell

do I smell enough like what does he like

what do I like so if all that is going

on with the new sex partner it can

really get in your brain

plus you might have some like long-term

deep-seeded guilt about sex in general

guilt about gay sex guilt about like

even if this is sort of like a one-night

stand that got problem promiscuous kind

of sex thing you might have some guilt

about that stuff that maybe you just

need to like work through when something

like delayed orgasm happens it's most

often a psychological thing

dig in a little bit and be like am i

comfortable in my body around this guy

the number one thing the most important

thing is to talk to your partner about

this like hey you know what I'm not work

as being like this is an issue i like

being the insertive partner with you I

like being the top but like can we talk

about this or like maybe I want you to

top me like maybe we need to like switch

it up a little bit not during sex but

like have them over have a glass of wine

and be like hey this is going on

once you just are real and acknowledge

it it'll open up so many doors you guys

can talk about everything and probably

all those mental hang-ups you have she

will go out the window there is your

daily dose feel good family

Why is it important to plan ahead for long term care?

You get the best result if you plan ahead.

Medicaid, in Massachusetts called MassHealth, has a five year look-back period; when you

apply for Medicaid or MassHealth to pay for your nursing home care, they get to look back

five years over your bank records and your tax filings and the Registry of Deeds filings

to see if you've made any gift and they will penalize you for those gifts.

In other words, give you a period of time where they won't pay for your stay; bigger

the gift, bigger the penalty.

People sometimes don't know about that and can get caught up in those penalties.

So planning ahead helps.

First of all, see a qualified elder law attorney who knows the rules and they can lay out a

plan for you; generally takes five years or more, but you may transfer assets, for instance,

to an irrevocable trust if drafted properly under the rules in the case law that can protect

a home or assets and there may be other transfers; prepaying a funeral, lots of different things

that can be done, but maybe need some time to setup.

Plan ahead and then check on your plan; I would say about every three years check to

make sure your plan doesn't need to be updated because of a rule change or change in your

life or your children's life.

Getting started early generally gives us the best result.

Scuba Diving With Q - Rescue Diver Course - Scenarios You Hope You Never Need To Use! #ScubaDive - Duration: 10:03.

Hey people of the interwebs it is Q with

another scuba diving adventure. Friday

morning 07:15 and already 24 degrees

outside, expecting to get a high of 30

degrees by lunchtime today. This scuba

diving adventure is a little bit different, I'm

heading down to the coast to film my dive

buddy Gordon finishing off his diver

stress rescue course. Now if you watched

last week's dive conditions report, that

came out on Wednesday, you will have

heard me tell you all about the bad

visibility that's all around the

Caloundra Coast. So my concern is the

visibility isn't going to be there, which

is going to make filming a little bit

difficult. But then again it is a diver

stress rescue course and the conditions

don't need to be perfect for that.

So I guess we'll find exactly how things

are going to turn out once we get down

to the coast.

The visibility at our usual dive spots

was non-existent, so we chose a new spot

on the Pumicestone passage at Golden

Beach. Gordon of course was the student,

Ian was the instructor and Pete, in the

red bandana, was going to be the stunt

double in need of rescue. The visibility

of the dive spot we chose was meager to

say the least and the bad conditions

were compounded by the fact that was

still around about two knots of current

running through the Pumicestone passage

on the incoming tide. But we carried on

regardless. The diver stress rescue

course is made up of a series of

scenarios, where a diver is in need of

assistance either on the surface or on

the bottom and various rescue methods

are implemented to bring the diver

safely back to the shore. The first

scenario was a paniced diver on the

surface, who could be reached by throwing

them a buoyancy device attached to a

rope. And you can see by the way Pete is

drifting along in relation to the moored

catamaran, that the current is still

running quite strong. Next Pete and I

descended and dug ourselves in at the

bottom and I literally mean dug in. The

current was still running as strong on

the bottom, as it was on the top and so

we buried a hand into the sand as much

as we could to act as an anchor. Now in

this scenario Gordon was meant to come

from the surface, find the diver in need

of rescue on the bottom, and bring him up

to the surface and take him to the

shoreline. So Pete and I waited

and we waited and then we waited some

more! In fact Pete got so bored he

started making sandcastles out of the

coffee rock. After we waitied quite

a while, I indicated to Pete that I was

going to the surface to see what was

going on with Gordon. As it turned out

Gordon was having great difficulty

finding us, due to the current and also

the bad visibility, so we decided to move

on to a different rescue scenario which

would allow time to pass and the

incoming tide current to slow down a bit.

In this scenario Gordon is sitting on

the beach, minding his own business, when

he spots a diver on the surface in need

of assistance. So grabbing his mask and

snorkel and fins, he goes in and does the

rescue. One of the things that we're

trying to do as a rescue diver is always

to try and communicate as much as

possible with the diver who's in need of

rescue. In this case Gordon is saying

"diver inflate your BCD". But of course

someone who's in need of rescue is

generally panicking and not thinking

clearly and is unlikely to do so.

So the first thing Gordon does, once he

gets hold of the diver, is grab his

power inflator and get that BC fully

inflated before towing him into Shore.

All the while talking to him

reassuringly and making sure that he's

calming down. After a little bit of time

had passed and the current had had a

chance to slow somewhat, we dived down

and went in search of Pete once more. I

can tell you, with the current and bad

visibility it wasn't an easy task.

However once we did find him it was time

to do a controlled buoyant ascent, in a

share air scenario.

Let me tell you, it's not easy trying to

control a panicked, diver getting him to

share air, all while fighting against a

fairly strong current.

Once on the surface, Gordon has to power

inflate his BC to support both divers

and then either himself or the diver, who

has been rescued will manually inflate their

BC for extra buoyancy. The next scenario,

is a panicked swimmer or diver on the

surface. And the thing to remember here

is, as you're approaching to rescue, that

panicked person is going to want to use

you as a life raft, so try not to put

yourself into any danger. The best bet is

to drop below the surface, because that's

where they're not gonna go, come around

and up behind them, and take control of

the situation, where you're safely out of

reach of their arms. Pete is brilliantly

playing the part of wanting to climb all

over Gordon. Gordon does the right thing

of dropping below and coming up behind,

grabs the panicked divers power inflator

and inflates the BC to give that extra

buoyancy and hopefully reassure the

panicked person. The next scenario involves

finding an unconscious diver on the

bottom, who needs to be taken to the

surface, in a controlled ascent and then

of course taken to the safety of the

shoreline.

Once they are on the surface both BCs

are inflated fully to provide adequate

buoyancy for two people, before towing

them into safety. Then it's a question of

getting them out of the scuba gear and

beginning CPR.

After Pete had been rescued almost a

dozen times and kept getting himself

back into the water and back into

trouble.

We gave up on him and just let him drown.

No, we didn't really. But just for

giggles, here's what it would have looked

like, if we had let Pete drown.

After the serious rescue business, it

was time to have a quick scuba dive

around and see what critters we could

find, and for such a shallow dive area

that was surprisingly quite a lot to see.

Pete even said that he spotted a

juvenile Moray Eel and a painted cray,

all literally about 3 or 4 meters from

the shoreline.

All in all, it was a great day and a

great course, which brought back some

really good memories of my diver

stress rescue course and I think Gordon

had a great time too. If you enjoyed this

Was it fun? Oh yeah, I mean it's fun to

do, but at the same time you're a bit

apprehensive because you're aware of the

significance of what you trying to

achieve.

Make sure you get it right and stuff, I think

it's comfortable to know that those who are

mother hens or whatever, I think it's an

instinct that some people have and

some don't and that's just what I do.

I'm glad to get this out of the way and

hopefully I'll never have to use it.

That's the trick.

rotation. so Scott I would like you to

sit up straight and try and rotate your

torso to your left okay and that's your

right and just once I'd feel tighter

ok so here's what we're going to do

you're going to rotate all the way

ok and then i'm going to resist i'm

going to stabilize your shoulders and

resistor movement while you try and

rotate back to neutral

ok so we're going to go for 10 seconds

rotate that way again everybody feel ya

back this way yet we're going to your

new endpoint and will be a little more

time to go try and turn your friend and

so then we would go to the other side

and repeat that process and then you

would feel more into motion both sides

but I hotel i can tell you that you're

able to rotate a lot more so this is an

exercise mobilization that you can do

with a friend and also show you a

variation on how you can do this

yourself

alright so if you want to do is

mobilization on yourself you just need

to sit in chair that has a back that you

can kind of grabbed onto so first I'm

going to assess turning to my right I

stopped about their turn into my life is

tighter right now and feeling some

discomfort in my bag from slept wrong

way or something so I'm going to go in

this direction I'm going to

my arm here over the back of the chair

and I'm gonna brace that turn against

the resistance that I've created they're

turning to a different and then when i

release that I feel less tension on

repeat that again and then loosens up a

little more and then i would go on the

other side but for the sake of time I

will show that and this is a good

exercise just if you have some stiffness

in your back if you want to feel looser

with rotation if you want to go at salsa
