Taiwanese Breakfast in Taipei, Taiwan - Duration: 10:15.

Alright guys.

We are up before the sun today and it is for a really good reason.

We've been hearing about Taiwanese breakfast at this one particular spot and we're going

to go check it out.

The MRT just opened and now it is time to go.

Yes, apparently this restaurant opens at five thirty in the morning but the MRT didn't start

running until 6 am so we had to wait.

Now we can finally venture out.

Exit five.

How excited are you for breakfast?

Well now that I've actually finally woken up I'm quite excited.

Ready to chow down.

Chow down.

Let's go.

So apparently we're not the only ones.

So we found the restaurant.

It is called Fu Hang Dou Jiang (阜杭豆漿).

Hopefully I am pronouncing that right.

And we had to wait in line about twenty to thirty minutes and that was at six thirty

in the morning so I can't imagine what it is like when you come later in the morning.

But anyways we ordered.

Now ordering was a bit tricky because their menu is not in English so I had to do some

research in advance and kind of show up with the names written out.

But now I'm going to show you what we ordered and tell you what it is called in case you

want to try the same things.

Alright, let's check it out.

And of course we have two bowls of soy milk because that is what they specialize in and

that is called Dou Jiang (豆漿).

One is hot and one is cold.

One is like piping hot.

This one is like boiling so we're going to be sampling those.

Let's have a look.

So yeah, it is just soy milk.

I've never drank milk with a spoon but that is a first.

So we asked for both of our soy milks to be sweetened so that is good.

Because who doesn't love sugar.

And I'm trying the cold one now.

So let's see.

I don't think I've ever had soy milk before.

Are you serious?

Never.

Never?

Why am I blowing on the milk?

It is already cold.

My gosh.

Haha.

Mmmm.

Wow.

It does taste like tofu.

Does it?

Soy milk tastes like tofu.

Yeah.

But it is sweet.

And refreshing.

That is weird.

Does it have like a bit of dessert like taste almost?

Like sweet tofu.

Yeah, first time trying this.

It is not bad.

I think this could grow on me the more I have it.

Okay so we're going to break into the mystery roll.

Yeah, so take a look down here.

I'm just going to snap it in half.

It feels dense I know there is definitely something inside.

Oh, woah.

Oh it is super syrupy.

Okay.

Woah.

Maybe that wasn't the best idea.

Haha.

Look can you see the syrup?

Yeah.

Look at all of that.

I'm going to guess that is pineapple.

But who knows.

Mmmmm.

Is it sweet?

It is very sweet.

You know what?

It tastes like a sesame.

Sweetened sesame sauce.

Not like a soy base sesame sauce but like pure sesame.

Mmmm.

That is like so good.

So sweet.

And everything we're trying so far has been really sweet.

So I kind of like that we're getting a big of a sugar high this morning.

Okay.

That looks like a sweet pastry.

You can really taste the sesame seeds on the outside too.

I didn't mention that but.

I'm sure you'll be able to tell.

Mmmm.

You know what I mean about the sesame paste?

Doesn't that taste like sesame to you?

And honey maybe?

Yeah, it has got like kind of a sesame honey kind of taste in the middle.

It is good.

It is like a really dense bread.

Yeah.

And it is kind of flakey but oily at the same time.

Do you like it?

Yeah.

So next up we're having what I believe is the Shao Bing (燒餅 - 烧饼) so it looks

like a sandwich but it is basically a wheat cake and it is stuffed with egg.

An omelette, chives.

Yeah, it looks like a sandwich.

Yeah.

Omelette sandwich.

And it is really sticky on top so I think it has like some kind of sweet glaze.

But let's find out for sure.

You know what?

I'm starting to realize that in Taiwan there is a major sweet tooth.

A lot of the food is sweet and I'm enjoying that.

Is it?

I'm really enjoying this.

Yeah.

Is it also savory too?

Yeah, it is like a fried omelette so that is greasy and salty but then you've got the

sweetness of the bread so it is a nice combination.

Mmmm.

Alright, my turn to try.

Mmmmm.

Oh wow.

Mmmm.

You know what this reminds me of?

Like whenever I go back home and this is only about once a year my Dad will cook up a big

omelet and we'll have some healthy bread that has been toasted and usually I put like a

bit of jam on the bread and then I put the omelet on top of the toast and eat it.

That is a weird combination but I've seen him do it.

And it kind of reminds me of this.

Like the sweetness of the bread and then the nice omelette.

It is just like a nice contrast in combination.

This last one is either Yutiah or Youtiao (油條 - 油条) please let me know in the

comments.

We're butchering these names I'm sure pretty fiercely.

Um, at first glance it kind of reminds me of a bit of a porras that we had in Spain.

Like those giant sized kind of churros like things.

Yeah.

And I have to say it is like super light in the hand.

It looks a lot bigger than what it is.

It is really flimsy and light.

So I'm going to give that a try.

So it is like a deep-fried dough stick and all we need right now is that thick Spanish

hot chocolate and we're set.

Oh.

Okay.

It tastes like a bit greasy and salty as opposed to being sweet.

And yeah it kind of a nice contrast to all of the sweet dishes we've been having this

morning.

This one is a little saltier.

Yeah.

I'm going to try another bite.

And you know what?

When they served it up to us they actually put it in the sandwich.

Yeah.

So I think you can probably put both of them together.

And it has got a like a kind of flaky buttery taste as well to it.

It is greasy on the outside and I quite like it.

Yeah.

So let's reassemble that sandwich.

Have another bite why don't you?

Okay.

So now I've got like a monster sandwich.

Let's try that.

Mmmmm.

It adds a bit of crunchiness to it.

Yeah?

And a little more salt and greasiness.

Mmmm.

Okay.

Yeah, it doesn't have a whole lot of flavor on its own I have to say.

It just tastes greasy.

Yeah.

And it is like really flaky and like light.

It kind of reminds me of a croissant a little bit but it is not something I would want to

eat on its own.

I can see why she would put it in the sandwich.

But even better that cup of hot chocolate.

Haha.

That muddy Spanish hot chocolate.

As if we're not getting enough sweets as it is.

Maybe you can dip it in the soy milk.

Do you think that is how it is done?

Why don't you try it?

I'll do it in yours.

Yours is warm.

Watch everyone is going to be shaking their heads.

Nooo.

That is way better.

That is way better?

See.

That is how I would recommend having that.

I have no idea of just how you're supposed to do it but that is how we're rolling.

Yep.

You're going in for another bite.

That is how we roll.

Maybe we're creating something new in Taiwan.

I highly doubt it but.

Well that line is now wrapping around the building.

We had to wait twenty to thirty minutes.

It is at least two to three times as long now.

That is probably going to take like forty five to an hour.

Sure glad we came when we did.

Yeah.

Come early!

So are you feeling ready to take on Taipei after that breakfast?

Yeah, I've got my sugar high.

I've got you know like my saltiness with the egg.

So I'm ready to go.

And in terms of price point that was a hundred and thirty five Taiwanese dollars so it worked

out to just over two US dollars per person.

So really cheap, really tasty food.

And yeah, I can see why there is a big line.

And the one thing I wish we could have tried was something I think called Dan Bing (蛋餅)

which is basically a pancake with the omelet stuffed inside.

We noticed some other people having that and we're like ooh that looked good.

And I also saw people having some kind of porridge that I just didn't know the name

of it.

Yeah, anyways we ate enough.

I mean we're full now but yeah there is other things to try though.

Yeah, so if you want to find this place straight out of exit five and here you've got the market.

You just go down this way up to the second floor and you'll see the lines.

Yeah, and don't forget to come early.

Yeah.

Ask Athol Anything: New Dad Can't Do Anything Right? - Duration: 6:08.

Hi there welcome to the show my name is

Athol Kay, smart guy on the internet

answering your questions about love, sex,

happiness and anything. So let's jump to

it. So here's the question for today.

Ever since we had a baby I feel like I

can never do things the way my wife

wants me to. I try to help the best I can

but she's always insulting me and

telling me I did something wrong.

it really hurts me when she says those things

but she does not seem to care about my

feelings I know I'm supposed to act like

an alpha male but sometimes I feel like

that is just not in me.

Can you guys help me? Okay so some super

super sort of common scenario. So the first

question is, is the things that she's

saying is the criticism she has the

things that she's pointing out as the

problem are they at all legitimate like

are they literally things you're doing wrong

that could be improved or are they

simply you know sort of judgment

calls where you're doing what you're

doing and she's basically saying you're

wrong just because she's cranky angry

tired whatever it is. So basically the

question is, is her criticism

legitimate or is whatever she's

criticizing about just completely not

legitimate. If it is legitimate then what

you need to do is change what it is you're

doing to actually do the things you need

to do that are better for the situation

and the baby and that's the thing and

there's a baby involved pretty much

baby's needs pretty much trumps

absolutely everything that you could

think of so if there is something truly

that you could be doing better for the

baby then absolutely

you gotta go change what you're doing

and start doing that. If it is

just not legitimate at all, it's just a complete

judgment call and is making no

particular sense or is stupid or wrong

whatever then yes you do actually need

to say something. You do need to

stand up for yourself and say we need to

do a different way for you know that we

need to do it differently because this

is what we need to do or whatever. What I'm

suspecting though is that most of what

is going on is

she's just tired and she's just tired

cranky overstimulated overwhelmed

because let's face it most people are

not necessarily getting very much

training on what life is like with a

baby. Simply having a kid being a

model of being a father does not

necessarily automatically promote you to

someone that knows much about kids I'm

suspecting that she's really really

freaking overtired and when people are

overtired they get short-tempered and

they get cranky.

So what she's saying may well be

legitimate but even if it is I'm

suspecting this basically some tone that's

in there and you are completely within

your rights and you really do need to

stand up for yourself and basically push

back on if she's just using a

crappy tone. And and you really have to

do it now rather than letting this

become the new normal.

You do not want it to be a situation where

you know the kid arrives she turns into

a cranky monster she gets to snap at you

for anything and then that's what

life is going to be like for the next

two decades. If she's being obnoxious and

rude to you even if she is overtired

she's being obnoxious and rude to you

now for no reason other than she's tired

you do need to stand up for yourself you

do need to say I'm here to help

I'm trying to do this i'm trying to do

that and you are just using this awful

awful tone with me all the time and

it's really going to stop because I don't want

to help anymore. So there is no way

around that and it's not a case of do

you need to sort of puff all up and be

some sort of stereotypical Alpha male where

none of this bothers or your rolls off your

chest or whatever it is but no you

ready to do this. And if you don't

do it now it's only going to get harder

to do it

once the situation is more ingrained the

longer you let it run. It may take a

small push back now when the

kid is really little and this has

only been going on a few weeks or months

or whatever it is ,but if you're waiting until the

kid is five and she's gotten to yell at

you for five years for no particular

reason

that's really really bad. So there is no

way around this. If people are using

just crappy tone with you, you

have to respond to it and say

I can hear your criticism but you

are using this tone so that's and and

interestingly interestingly she is going

to respect you and be more attracted and

be more interested and more appreciative

and more thankful for you and what you

actually do if you actually call her out

on this. You letting her get away with

being just really rude and

obnoxious is not gaining you any points.

Itmight make things better in that

exact moment but you are eating away at

your level of attractiveness and her

level of respect for you every time

you're basically gonna get away with

this for no no reason so you do need to

stand up for yourself you do need to

push back.

It doesn't have to be some scary monster

angry guy thing it just needs to be

stop doing this. I don't like it. And

I'm gonna leave it there. If you have

7 Kinds of Makeup Chemistry - Duration: 8:34.

If you use makeup, have you ever wondered what you're actually putting on your face?

Well, think about it, and then be thankful that you weren't alive 500 years ago.

In the 1500s, toxic ingredients like lead were used to create perfectly smooth, white

skin, and you can imagine how that went.

But thankfully, we've learned a lot more about chemistry since the 16th century!

Makeup has been around for at least 10,000 years, and its ingredients have varied from

poisonous chemicals to animal poop.

But these days, most makeup is made in the lab.

And a lot of how makeup works, whether you're trying to darken your eyelashes or smooth

out your complexion, depends on its chemistry.

So get ready to change the way you think about your morning routine, because here's the

chemistry behind common types of makeup.

Whether you use it yourself or not, lipstick is one of the most iconic cosmetics around.

But only around 5% of its ingredients go into creating your favorite colors.

Lipstick is mainly wax mixed with oils, with just a tiny bit of fragrances and dyes.

The wax gives the lipstick structure and also holds all the other ingredients together.

Different lipsticks can use different types of wax, but most use beeswax or Carnauba wax,

which comes from the Brazilian Carnauba palm tree.

Carnauba wax is especially useful because it doesn't melt until it reaches around

84 degrees Celsius, which means that even if you leave your lipstick in a hot car, you

probably won't end up with melted goop.

There's also usually castor oil, mineral oil, or even olive oil mixed in with the wax

to help it spread.

Then there's that last 5% — the fragrances and colors, many of which are created in the

lab.

But some colors can come from more natural sources.

Cochineal bugs, for example, which live on cacti, produce carminic acid, which is used

in some red dyes.

Nothing like sprucing up your look with a little bug dye, right?

If solid lipstick isn't your thing, you might still be a fan of lip stain or liquid

lipstick.

Lip stain is colored by the same ingredients as solid lipstick, but it stays on a lot longer

and smudges less during the day.

With solid lipstick, the pigments are mixed with wax and oil, which can fade or rub off

easily, like when you put your lips on a coffee cup.

But with lip stain, the pigments are dissolved in water, gel, and alcohol.

When you're done putting it on, the alcohol evaporates, and the color dries right onto

your lips.

This way, the color won't come off as easily during the rest of your day.

But while lip stains are longer-lasting, their alcohol content means they usually can't

contain the moisturizers lipstick can, so they're also more likely to dry out your

skin.

Eyeliner is another classic makeup staple.

It's great for sailing the seven seas aboard the black pearl — or if you just like a

darker lash line.

And, like with lip makeup, you have plenty of options, from sticks and pencils to liquids

and creams.

Either way, most eyeliners are made up of the same three ingredients.

First, you have film formers: complex chains of carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, and sometimes

nitrogen, whose structure helps the eyeliner spread into a thin layer on your eyelid.

Film formers help the eyeliner go on, but then it's up to thickeners to keep the formula

stable and help it stick to your eyes once it gets there.

Like with lipstick, thickeners are usually a kind of wax or clay.

Finally, there are the pigments and dyes.

With eyeliner, you're likely to find chemicals like iron oxide, a compound made up of iron

and oxygen that makes black and brown.

But you can also find brighter compounds, like green chromium oxide, which is two chromium

and three oxygen atoms, or bright blue ultramarine, which is made from aluminum, sodium, oxygen,

and silicon.

Your chemicals, your style, right?

The difference between the types of eyeliner mainly depends on the balance between the

ingredients.

With pencils or sticks, you'll have more thickeners for a solid formula.

Creams don't have as many thickeners, so the mixture is thinner and can be spread with

a brush.

And liquid eyeliner works a lot like lip stain.

The pigments are dissolved in water and alcohol, and the color dries onto your skin after it's

applied.

So like lip stain, liquid eyeliner lasts the longest.

If you pick up a waterproof eyeliner, it'll contain a silica derivative called dimethicone

copolyol.

Regular silica is two oxygen atoms bound to a silicon atom, but dimethicone copolyol is

more complex and made from large groups of silicon, hydrogen, carbon, and oxygen.

The complicated structure makes it much better at repelling water than normal silica.

This chemical is also common in shampoos and conditioners, where it keeps your hair nice

and shiny.

If you want to add a bit more color to your look, you might try eyeshadow.

In general, most eyeshadows start the same way.

First, there's a base — usually talc, a mineral made up of magnesium, silicon, and

oxygen.

Then, chemicals called binders are mixed in to make the powder sticks to your eyelids

— which, you know, is usually helpful.

The most common binders are zinc or magnesium derivatives, which absorb oil and repel water

to keep your eyeshadow in place.

Sometimes, silica or nylon will be added to make sure the eyeshadow goes on smoothly,

or zinc stearate, a kind of salt, will be added to make sure it doesn't clump up if

it's exposed to water, like sweat or rain.

Preservatives like glycol — chains of carbon, oxygen, and hydrogen — are also added to

prevent bacteria from growing on the compact.

If you're using a cream eyeshadow instead of a powder, there's probably some castor

oil or beeswax in there to make it creamy and spreadable.

The color in cream eyeshadows dries right onto your skin, which can make this kind of

eyeshadow last longer.

In ancient Greece, eyeshadow was colored by gems like malachite, which is green, or lapis

lazuli, which is blue.

But thankfully for your wallet, these days colors are generally made in the lab from

less expensive ingredients.

Some of the dyes are the same ones you'll find in lipstick or eyeliner, but you might

also find white titanium oxide or purple manganese violet in your color pallet.

No discussion about eye makeup would be complete without mascara.

Whether you want to thicken, darken, or lengthen your lashes, there's probably a mascara

for you.

You might have heard that mascara contains guano, or bat poop.

But that's just a myth!

What some mascaras used to /actually/ contain is guanine, a poop-free chemical used to make

your eyelashes shimmer.

Today, a chemical called bismuth oxychloride — a combination of bismuth, oxygen, and

chlorine — does the job instead.

Beyond that, mascara is a mix of complex polymers, preservatives, and a thickening agent dissolved

in a solvent like oil or water.

The polymers are made up of long chains that create a film to coat your eyelashes.

And a thickening agent, like wax or oil, keeps it from being a runny, liquidy mess.

Most mascaras are black, which means they're colored with iron oxide like black eyeliner.

But if you're going for a bolder look, you'll find the chromium oxide greens, ultramarine

blues, and more to help you out.

Depending on which brand you buy, you might choose either a mascara made with no water

or one made with a mixture of both oil and water.

The kind with no water will likely be waterproof, but the water and oil mixture will be easier

to take off at the end of the day.

In general, the lower a mascara's water content, the more waterproof it will be.

So if you're preparing for a sad movie or an especially emotional day, just check the

ingredients on your mascara label, and let science save you some trouble.

We've talked about a lot of makeup that'lll make parts of your face stand out more, but

what about the kinds that help blend things?

Well, that's why there's foundation and concealer.

Whether you want to even out your skin tone with foundation or just cover a zit with concealer,

the point is to make your skin look as flawless as possible.

There are a ton of these products, including solids, liquids, and even sprays, but they

all start the same way.

Foundations and concealers usually have a base, moisturizers, colorants, and fillers.

With solids, the base is oil and wax, while liquids and sprays have an oil and water base.

The moisturizer depends on your specific brand, but fillers are used to make everything spread

evenly and go on smoothly.

The most common filler is talc, the same mineral used in eyeshadow.

Now, if your foundation looks streaky or cakey, it could be the way you're applying it or

because your skin is exceptionally oily or dry.

But it could /also/ be because the formula you are using is too thick, dries too quickly

to blend in, or separates when it interacts with other products, like moisturizer or primer.

To create natural skin tones, the pigments you might find in foundation and concealer

include iron oxides for darker browns and blacks, as well as titanium dioxide, which

comes in various shades of red, yellow, and black.

On top of the basic ingredients, some foundations can even contain salicylic acid to fight acne,

cornstarch to control oily skin, or other oils to keep dry skin moisturized.

Now that you've spent so much time getting your foundation and concealer ready, it helps

to know it's going to stay on all day.

Which is where setting powder comes in.

It's kind of like eyeshadow for your entire face.

The same iron oxides and titanium dioxides used in foundation are mixed into a base like

talc powder.

Then, you can apply it to your skin with a brush or a powder puff, and it evens skin

tone and helps foundation and concealer stay on longer.

It works because it's another layer between your makeup and your sweat or when you rub

your face during the day.

Since the base is great at absorbing small amounts of liquid, you can also apply setting

powder throughout the day if you want to make your face less oily.

Now, have you ever noticed that a little too much setting powder sometimes looks thick

and caked on?

That has to do with the kind of powder you buy.

You can either buy a solid, pressed powder in a compact, or you can buy a loose powder.

And even though the main ingredients are the same, there's a key difference:

Loose powder has smaller particles, which leads to a lighter finish.

But to make a pressed powder, you have to add waxes and silica to make sure it stays

solid, which also means you'll have larger particles.

This powder lumps together a lot more easily than the loose powder, which means it can

clump up and create a caked on a look if you're not careful.

So, it turns out there's a lot more to makeup than meets the eye: with all the bases, moisturizers,

fillers, solvents, and colors, you're adding lots of different compounds to your bag when

you browse through the cosmetics aisle.

But at least now you know more about what you're putting on your face, and what those

compounds are for.

GTA LCS. Unique/EP/FP/TP/EC RC Bandit! - Duration: 14:50.

Hello guys. My name is Zaza

And today I'll show you how to get Unique/EP/FP/TP/EC RC Bandit!

First of all, make sure that you have one free space in your garage

Also it will be very useful if you have bike (I prefer Sanchez)

This method works on PSP and probably on Ps2, but not on mobile!

Push Toyz van away from the house. That allows you to get in it without submission

Also you can do this trick on any island, but I think that in Staunton it easier

My advice is to get this RC Bandit as soon as you unlocked Staunton if you collecting special vehicles

Now we need to plant the bomb on our Toyz van

Then store it in your garage, close the door and detonate it

You can save at this moment, if you want

Now we can detonate bomb, when sitting in the van

Go back in the park

We need to trigger the bomb and after around 2 seconds activate submission. Just press "O" button and smash into new Toyz van

Now spam "X" to cancel cutscene

then spam "O" to respawn our Bandit

and now cancel summission as fast as you can

If you see black screen, then all good. If not, then try again. Maybe you triggered the bomb too early or too late

Now you gain control not only on Toni, but on RC Bandit too. So be careful using sprint button - don't blow up RC Bandit!

Head to your garage if you have stored bike

You can't use any cars becouse you'll your controls will be disabled

Drive carefully - don't forget about sprint button

It can be very useful to have some weapons in case of Ma killers or gangsters

Oh yeah, you can get off the bike only by falling from it

It can be tricky sometimes

Now you need to park player's car near safehouse. You may use minimap to navigate

Choose any car and push it to your garage

Tips: do not use fire button. That can explode player's car and all other may vanish. But you can get lucky and gain full control back to Toni, so you can use any vehicle to push.

But this is 100% working method. If you will follow me your Bandit would never vanish

Transport and peds spawning only near player's Bandit. So enjoy empty streets - no one will bother you!

Simply push Bandit in garage and save the game!

Now load the game back - it would vanish player's Bandit

Enjoy yours new collectible. And let's check some properties.

Unfortunately, you can't get in becouse your game will crash. But on some saves it can work, so check the video from description to find out the rigth way to drive this bad boy

Good luck everyone! Cya later

Yeah.

The #1 Most Attractive Characteristic to Men (Drive Him Wild) - Duration: 4:53.

When it comes to being attractive, it's common for women to think that they have to

look or act a certain way to be seen as beautiful or sexy.

What if I told you though, that the number one most attractive characteristic to men

actually has LITTLE to do with looks?

Well, it's true!

Hey ladies, as most of you already know I'm Amy North, a relationship coach from Vancouver,

Canada, and today I want to share with you what I consider to be one of the best kept

secrets when it comes to being attractive.

Now before I do I'd like to quickly ask that if you enjoy this video then please subscribe

to my YouTube channel.

There you'll find my other dating advice videos, too.

Also if you have any questions about what I cover here then feel free to ask those in

the comments section below and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

Now, without further adieu, let's get started...

After talking to many different men I've come to learn that PHYSICALLY, there is no

such things as one "ideal woman."

What one man finds attractive another does not, and vice versa.

This means that there's absolutely no need for you to turn yourself inside out to be

sexy or desired by men.

Sure, some men find certain traits attractive but, as cheesy as it sounds, what's on the

outside doesn't count as much as what is on the inside.

This means that being drop-dead gorgeous has nothing to do with the color of your eyes

or your dress size.

It's all about having the right attitude and being sure of yourself.

Which means that the number one most attractive characteristic to men is certainty.

This also translates to courage, confidence, fearlessness, tenacity, the list goes on and

on.

But at the root of it is the positive belief in yourself.

Being certain of your wants, dreams and beliefs, having the courage and poise to stand up for

them, and being bold enough to stick by them will make you ooze sex appeal.

Since men want to be with women who are confident, showing him this side of you will make him

crazy with desire for you.

To better paint the picture, let me tell you a quick story about two women I know.

To protect their privacy and for the sake of this story, I'm going to call them Jamie

and Robyn.

Now Jamie is the kind of women that turns heads.

She's tall, has a supermodel like figure and bright blue eyes.

Her makeup is always on point and her outfits look as though she stepped out of a saucy

billboard.

But asides from her good looks, Jamie is quiet, uninteresting, and pretty self-indulged.

Robyn on the other hand is borderline opposite.

She's short and some may say stubby.

She dresses modestly and wears her poofy hair wild and free.

Her idea of putting on makeup includes a quick flick of the mascara and some finishing powder

to hide the blemishes on her cheeks.

She's friendly, funny, knows what she wants and she isn't afraid to stand up for what

she believes in.

When it comes to men, you may think that they'd be interested in Jamie, but since Robyn is

the one showing absolute conviction, guys are more attracted to her.

Why?

Because they can tell when a woman is trying to impress them vs. being genuinely confident.

And if you don't have confidence in yourself, why would they?

A great thing about being certain of yourself is that it makes you glow with positivity.

Since no man wants to be around a negative nancy or sulky susan, seeing the good in situations

and being able to take what life throws at you is super admirable, and attractive.

This kind of confidence also tends to make you more trustworthy and dependable.

Think about it from a woman's perspective for a moment.

Would you rather be with a guy who has himself together, or someone who is constantly all

over the place?

There's no need to even say it, but one of those guys you know you can depend on,

and the other, not so much…

This also brings me to my next point, about how being certain of yourself is inspiring.

When a man sees that you have yourself together, it'll inspire him to do the same.

When you can be confident enough to motivate a man like this, it'll challenge him to

be his best possible self.

Since men love challenges, having the ability to do this will not only attract him, but

it'll keep him hooked!

Instead of letting yourself get wrapped up in insecurities, learn how to love who you

are and celebrate it for all the world to see.

Do the things that make you happy, and be open to trying new things and taking chances.

When you find that courage and self love in yourself you'll have men chasing you for

a chance to be with you.

Major Discoveries by Ordinary People in 7 Insane Ways - Duration: 6:46.

Major Discoveries by Ordinary People in 7 Insane Ways

There are archaeologists who dedicate their lives to trying to uncover little pieces of

history.

Sometimes, though, the greatest archaeological discoveries are made by ordinary people who

stumble upon them by chance.

Ironically, they find things that reveal more about the past than most professionals find

in a lifetime of work.

1 - The Rosetta Stone Was Used As A Building Slab

In 1799, the French army was marching through Egypt.

This was a military invasion, but Napoleon had his eyes on more than just land.

With the army were 167 scientists and artists, who were sent to explore and examine relics

of an ancient culture.

Their greatest discovery came by chance.

A troop had made its way to the town of Rosetta, where they prepared to build a fort.

One soldier dug up an old stone slab and was using it to build a wall when his lieutenant

noticed some strange writing in three languages on the stone.

The lieutenant had the stone sent to the Institut d'Egypte, Napoleon's scientific base.

They identified the languages as Greek, Egyptian hieroglyphic, and demotic.

Using their knowledge of Greek, teams worked for years translating the Rosetta stone—and

uncovered the key to translating Egyptian hieroglyphics.

2 - Hikers Stumbled Upon The Oldest Frozen Caveman

In 1991, two hikers made an incredible discovery while taking a shortcut down the Otztal Alps.

Wandering off the beaten path, they soon found themselves in a gully looking at the naked

body of a dead man who was over 5,000 years old.

3 - A Successful Archaeologist Thought She Was An Egyptian Princess

At age three, Dorothy Eady fell down the stairs and nearly died.

Afterward, she experienced recurring dreams of being in a huge columned building.

She didn't understand the dreams until her parents took her to the Egyptian exhibit at

a museum.

There, she cried that she was home.

By adulthood, Eady had moved to Egypt, where she called herself "Omm Sety" and told

people that she was the reincarnated lover of Pharaoh Seti I.

The archaeologists there would normally have ignored this mad woman except that she had

a habit of being right.

Eady discovered the garden of the Temple of Seti I by telling archaeologists, "I remember

the ancient garden was here."

They dug where she'd pointed, and it was there.

She also translated ancient Egyptian blocks and wrote scholarly articles that have contributed

to our understanding of the Egyptian people.

Eady maintained to her death that she was using her memory of a former life.

4 - A Japanese Farmer Found A 1,700-Year-Old Seal From An Emperor

In 1784, a rice farmer in Japan was trying to repair an irrigation ditch.

As he worked, he noticed something shiny lodged between two rocks.

When he dug it out and washed it off, he was holding a seal made of pure gold.

The farmer brought it to a local scholar, who realized that the seal was a legendary

relic gifted by Emperor Guangwu of Han to a Japanese emissary during the first state

meeting between China and Japan in AD 57.

5 - An Ancient Roman Villa Was Found On Google Earth

Playing with Google Earth, an Italian man was looking at his city from space when he

noticed something unusual—an oval shape on the ground that was 500 meters long with

strange shadows nearby.

When he traced the shapes of the shadows, they looked like the shapes of buildings buried

in the ground.

Curious, he uploaded his discovery to his blog and then called some local archaeologists

to see what they thought.

Based on the man's tip, the archaeologists started digging and found an entire ancient

Roman villa buried under the earth.

It was a major historical artifact that was discovered by a man killing time on his computer.

6 - A Worker Dropped A Statue Of Buddha And Found Pure Gold Underneath

For 700 years, a monastery in Thailand kept a statue of Buddha that was made of plaster.

In 1935, the monastery ordered some workers to move the statue to the side of an old building

used to store relics of no special importance.

During the process, one worker is believed to have fumbled and let the statue crash to

the ground.

Some of the plaster chipped off and the workers saw the shining glimmer of pure gold.

When the rest of the plaster was torn off, they found a statue made of 5.5 tons of pure

gold underneath.

The statue, the largest golden Buddha in the world, is now housed in its own building just

to show it off.

But the Golden Buddha might never have been discovered if it weren't for one clumsy

worker.

7 - King Tut's Tomb Was Found By The Water Boy

Archaeologist Howard Carter would not have found King Tut's tomb if not for the pure

dumb luck of his water boy.

Carter had already spent years searching unsuccessfully for a tomb rumored to be in the area.

But it was going so poorly that his funding was to be cut off in a few more months.

With him, though, was a boy whose only job was to fetch water.

Bored, the water boy started playing with a stick in the sand when he stumbled upon

a stone step.

He told Carter, who rushed over and started digging.

It took 22 days for Carter and his men to trace their way down the steps and through

the sealed door at the bottom.

But when they did, they discovered a massive tomb full of more gold and treasure than any

found in Egypt—all thanks to a bored water boy.
