- I'm Andres Garcia Berrio, lawyer in human rights, and working in

- cannabis legalization. I've come to talk about our analitics about

- actual politics impact in human rights and try to

- introduce the damage reducing politics that could take us to a gradual drugs regularization

- that could do a big impact over the human rights, positively this time,

- in states and relations between states framework.

- We come from a totally prohibitionist philosophy about all kind of substances from the 70's

- with repercussions in all penal codes of all states about different substances like cannabis

- cocaine or all kind of drugs... A war politic

- that has increased consequences of not healthy consumptions

- of any kind of substance. Sice a lot of years, thanks to a lot of associations work, a lot of people

- working to change this philosophy, that associations have been changing juridic reality

- and now we're in a moment that we could maybe start to change law in Spain. It's being legalized in other

- places and i understand that this process should not stop for many motives.

- In first place, this regulation will benefit if

- it's related with the existent reality, a great part of population

- decides to consume cannabis under their own responsability.

- To avoid this people to consume cannabis, it's necessary

- to cultivate for themselves, to organize and maybe sell it. Doing it secretly,

- gambling with your liberty to consume cannabis generates negative impact,

- problems with consumption and criminalization sensation

- about something really well accepted in society.

- The law should take attention to this point of view and we must remark

- that a lot of people are in jail just right now for cannabis

- for trying to subsist with minor dealing

- and they could see themselves in jail for it. With this regulation and decriminalization

- we could maybe normalize a daily live present just right now

- in a lot of society groups. A gross domestic product increasing chance from economy point of view,

- because money works better than common sense and human rights so i think

- that there is a regulation tendence with conservative sectors that will be agaisnt

- a totally stablished reality. The same that happened in California could work in other countries

- and i think the actually opening with ILP in Catalonia and the process being presented

- at spanish state, obviously is starting changes in parties that would never think about this kind of

- legalization politics. We're in a confused juridic moment with

- practice in one side, where collective consumtion has not been considered as

- crime in any case. Supreme's courthouse changed the situation a year ago

- now a Panam's resource is waiting for Constitutional courthouse, from the basque country,

- and it could consolidate all represented during all of these years and validating

- the regulation through cannabis associations or maybe support Supreme's.

- This resource's admission is positive and a favorable resolution is possible

- and it could normalize the activity.

- By the way, only a few sentences in this sense but this Supreme's change could affect

- sentences in the future. The next year will be really important in juridic fight.

- I'm in a positive moment. We're seing some positive advances about

- public politics execution analitics of associations, consumption

- and all activities in associations and that way of regulated consumption... The only way is regulate this

- situation and recognise it immediately. Decriminalization could be harder but

- nobody should be or go to jail for cultivate

- or sell a substance like marijuana, that should be legalized like alcohol with not problematic consumption

- advices, that maybe illegal situation incites,

- with stigmatization process in addition. Actually we must work with it, do not prohibit the substance.

Today I have gloves on, as you can see

since I have a collab coming up and I don't want you to see it yet

This video is about SCRAPERS

These are the ones I have, and tried

and someone asked me which was my favorite one

I have here all these, and some are not even scrapers

but I have tested them to see if they work or not

I will now show you which ones are my fave ones

First I'm gonna show one of my favorite

Its from Born Pretty, as you can tell is very thin,

made out of a flexible plastic

you can bend it and It will not break

and this is my favorite FOR NOW

Born Pretty also sent me this one which is very similar to the other one

but it's a bit bigger

almost the same material except this one is more cloudy

and these are the ones that I like the most

Another fave one is this from Mini Mani Moo that came with the stamper

this one seems like a laminated paper,

its very thin and I've used it a lot

The other ones I've used are the Bundle Monster ones

these are very card, credit card like

I don't really like these anymore

since I've started using the clear ones from BP

and before I also used the gift cards from Apple

and like the credit cards ones, they are very hard

not flexible at all, just like the Bundle Monster ones

so I don't use them anymore.

Another scraper I like is the one from Harunouta,

as you've seen in my videos I use it a lot

It's very similar to the Born Pretty one, except the BP is smaller.

and the Harunouta one is the size of a credit card,

so almost twice as big as the Born Pretty one

I also have a similar one it is from Creative Shop for WhatsUp Nails

These both are the same material

but the Creative Shop one is a bit longer

I was experimenting here, but it didn't work, so it's still being used as a scraper

and here is another from Apple Store and another from Bundle Monster

But as I mention before my favourites ones are these clear plastic ones

I really like them!!!
