A Brief History Of: Eric Cantona's Kung Fu Kick - Duration: 4:03.

On the 25th January 1995 Manchester United travelled to Crystal Palace, sat second in

the Premier League table, two points behind Blackburn

Rovers.

United had won the league in both of the previous two seasons, in large part because

of their talismanic French striker, Eric Cantona .

Cantona had signed from Leeds United in 1992 with a reputation as a trouble maker, but

barring a few highly questionable challenges his contributions

to United both on the pitch and off had been hugely positive.

One of those challenges earned him a red-card at Selhurst Park that infamous evening.

Sir Alex Ferguson laid some blame at the door of referee Alan Wilkie , saying his "inability

to stamp out the disgraceful tackles from Crystal Palace's

two central defenders made subsequent trouble unavoidable."

Cantona decided to stamp it out himself, kicking Palace centre-half Richard Shaw with enough

ferocity to merit a red card.

As he walked off down the touchline, Palace fans shouted at him—nothing unusual in that.

But suddenly, those listening on the radio heard commentator Jonathan Pierce say "Goodness

me, he's punched a fan."

Matthew Simmons, the Palace supporter in question, later claimed he had said

"Off!

Off!

Off!

It's an early bath for you, Mr Cantona!" but much stronger language than that was

alleged.

Simmons' seat was 11 rows back from the spot at which he stood when Cantona engaged him.

The Frenchman's flying kick was followed by a

flurry of blows.

Then Palace defender Iain Dowie said "I remember this fella running right from the top all

the way down, abused him, and all of a sudden he's

in there trading a couple of blows.

I can almost see it to this day, when he jumps in, and then stood

up to land another punch."

Afterwards Ferguson and United stood by Cantona, but suspended him for the rest of the season—

four months of football.

That was not enough for the FA, who extended the ban through to the end

of September, 1995.

When Criminal charges were brought against him, the initial sentencing of two weeks in

jail was reduced to 120 hours of community service.

It was at this point that, in speaking to the press,

Cantona said "When the seagulls follow the trawler, it's because they think sardines

will be thrown into the sea."

The controversy was not quite over.

In the summer of 1995, Cantona was photographed playing in an

informal friendly with the youth team—so informal it consisted of three thirds, lasted

73 minutes and featured 16 substitutions as Simon Burnton

of the Guardian wrote in 2015—and the FA looked

as though they might extend the ban.

Cantona threatened to retire from football at this point.

Ferguson hopped on a plane to Paris, met with him in a closed restaurant and talked

him out of it.

In October 1995, he returned to action for United, scoring from the spot in a two-all

draw with Liverpool.

Many years later, he described the incident as his best moment in football.

He said, "When I did the kung fu kick on the hooligan, because these kind of people don't

have to be at the game ... it's like a dream for some,

you know sometimes to kick these kind of people.

So I did it for them.

So they are happy.

It's a kind of freedom for them."

FEBRUARY FAVORITES - GAY ROMANCE MOVIE, PRISON OF YOUR MIND, FUNNY SPEECH, MORPHE ETC - Duration: 7:48.

Hello guys, this is Heidi.

Thank you for tuning in to my monthly favorites series once again.

In this series,

I share about anything which has made a

positive impact in my life over the past month,

be it for the long term or short term.

These favorites can include books, quotes, films,

food, skin care products, make up, household items,

and just anything under the sun

which i feel is worth sharing!

My first two February favorites are these two

Morphe pro eyeshadow palettes.

The first palette which I got is this 35 Color Warm Palette.

This palette has almost all

of my favorite eyeshadow colors,

which are all shades of brown,

golden, pink, purple and black.

Since there's such a huge array of everyday colors,

you can definitely create both natural

and dramatic looks with just this palette alone.

The second Morphe palette which I got

is this 35 Color Glam one.

Clearly, this is not your to-go palette

for everyday natural looks,

but since it has all the rainbow colors

in both matte and shimmery shades,

and they are super gorgeous as well.

I think this is the perfect palette for beginners

who want to just experiment with bolder looks.

I bought these two palettes for twenty-three dollars each,

so they are definitely on the more affordable spectrum.

Their eye shadows are very long wearing,

and they blend pretty smoothly.

However, the pigmentation depends on the shade itself.

For example, i love this golden shade

because it's super pigmented.

In contrast, these few colors are not very pigmented.

But overall,

considering the price, as well as the number of shades available,

I would definitely recommend the Morphe palettes!

The love of Siam

has successfully entered my list of ultimate favorite movies.

As you can tell from the title, it's a Thai movie.

But i watched it on bilibili.com,

which was introduced to me by my roomie, Nicole,

so thank you so much!

I just browsing through the list of movies

because i had no idea what to watch,

when I saw Mario Maurer (oh my god, he's so cute).

So anyway, I saw Mario Maurer,

and I immediately clicked on the movie,

not thinking much into it,

because i thought it's just some innocent, cliche, teenage romance movie.

But who knew,

I got increasingly confused as the movie progressed.

It turns out that this movie is about universal love:

love within the family, love among friends,

and love regardless of gender.

i'm just going to provide a really short summary of the movie.

So there (are) these two little boys,

called Mew and Tong.

The two of them were neighbors,

but they became good friends when Tong saved Mew

from a group of bullies who were teasing Mew for being feminine.

Unfortunately, Tong's family tragedy began

when his sister, Tang, went missing

during a hike with her friends.

The father took all the blame,

and developed alcoholic depression.

Tong's family then moved away, leaving Mew broken hearted.

Mew eventually became the main vocalist

for a pretty well-known band,

and the two of them -- Mew and Tong --eventually met.

Okay, so meanwhile, Mew has a female neighbor

who is madly in love with Mew.

But Mew has absolutely no interest in her.

On the other hand,

Tong's relationship with his girlfriend was also pretty unstable.

So in this movie, we witness

how Tong's family dealt with the father's alcoholic depression,

how Mew and Tong

coped with their feelings for each other,

as well as how Ying eventually accepted reality,

and decided to help Tong, her supposed rival.

Okay, at this moment,

I'm going to tell you that the ending of this movie

isn't the happiest,

but I wouldn't say that it's sad.

It's the kind that's neither sad nor happy,

but I would say that it's pretty positive.

This is a really touching movie that put me to tears for the longest time ever,

especially with the family drama,

sacrifice on Ying's part,

and the hopeless love between Mew and Tong.

I swear I didn't expect it, so I was on my bed,

without any tissue and mental preparation.

When it came to the scene

where the father started developing alcoholic depression,

which was barely 30 minutes into the movie, I started bawling.

And because I watched it at 2am in the morning,

I was so tired, so sad,

that I cried myself to sleep.

I'm a real sucker for movies that include touching scenes

involving parents, old people, and...

okay, I'm just a real sucker for touching movies.

There are a lot of innuendos,

and I love innuendos, so

if you are unsure of where or what they are,

feel free to ask me!

I can be really nerdy, and I'm a huge fan of Tedtalks,

so I have two Tedtalks favorites to recommend to you guys.

The first one is called "Prison of (your) mind,"

which Daniel showed me,

so thank you so much Daniel,

I'm not sure if you're watching this,

but if you are, thank you.

This talk basically tells us

how everything is in our head,

and describe how we are the ones who trap ourselves in our minds,

also known as the prison.

The second Tedtalk which I absolutely loved

is called "What happens when we reply to spam email."

This talk isn't that much of a

deep and meaningful talk,

it's just plain hilarious.

Seriously, it's super funny!

I watched it in the morning, and it's seriously made my day,

it had me lmao-ing throughout the whole video.

I will not touch on the details for these talks,

because they're pretty short,

so you can just watch if you are interested.

I also have two favorite habits as of now.

The first one is watching Tedtalks

in the morning while applying make up,

since you don't really have to plant yourself

in front of the desk in order to absorb knowledge.

I will usually alternate between

listening to music and watching Tedtalks

in the morning.

My second favorite habit is actually tracking down my mood.

I briefly mentioned this in my February Favorites,

bleh?

in my January Favorites video before.

It's recommended to me by my counselor.

There's no particular reason for doing this,

I feel like it just helps me

to be more aware, and...

also adds a closure to the day.

I only have one fashion favorite of the month,

and that's this choker.

I've been rocking it almost everyday,

because I feel like it just kicks your outfit up a notch,

even though all you did

is really just to put on this necklace.

Like the rest of your outfit

can be really minimal, can be really simple,

but once you wear this, you look hip!

I've gotten a lot of compliments for this,

so thank you so much everybody.

And my last favorite is a shop, which is...

deng deng deng, Goodwill!

I've never be the Goodwill before, but gosh,

it did not let me down at all.

i just uploaded a Goodwill Try-On Haul,

so I'll include the link over here,

it should probably slide out,

so you can just check it out from there.

That's all of my February favorites.

Feel free to share what are your favorites of the month,

I'd love to know more movies, or books,

or whatever that you guys are loving.

As usual, I hope you enjoyed this video.

Have an amazing month ahead! I love you guys,

and I'll see you soon! Bye!

Sveacasino.se träffade betaltjänsten Trustly på ICE i London - Duration: 2:00.

We're here at the Trustly stand

here at ICE!

We have Samuel, great to have you with us!

Thank you! It's good to be here.

Could you tell us a bit about what Trustly is?

Absolutely!

Trustly is the largest back transfer payment method in Europe.

We allow players within the gaming industry to make instant deposits to their player account

directly from their bank account.

We are a Swedish company.

Headquarters in Stockholm.

We have offices all over Europe:

UK, Malta, Barcelona and Cologne.

And in practice, how does it work?

Very simply...

...a player will log on to any of his chosen betting sites.

When he comes to make a deposit

he will be showcased

or presented a list of payment methods.

He will pick his preferred method.

Which is pay with bank, which is Trustly.

An iframe will pop up within that cashier.

WIthin that process,

he will be asked to pick his bank of choice.

Which will be his local bank, in his local market.

He will basically put in his online banking details,

as he would do when logging into his normal online bank.

From there, he will deposit a chosen amount of money,

that will then instantly, credit the player account,

where he will then be able to play.

Is it safe to use?

It's probably one of the safest methods in the industry.

Reason being is,

a lot of people can get log to go into an e-wallet account.

People can steal your credit card,

but no-one really has your online banking details.

And usually to make a payment through an online bank,

you would need to have your security code

to go through the app to get the code

to make the payment.

With all of that technology behind online bank transfer,

it's very difficult for anyone to steal your details or for fraud to happen.

So I think with bank transfer, it's probably the safest method on the market.

How To Hustle Yourself To Death! - Duration: 6:51.

Well known entrepreneur Gary

Vaynerchuck is famous for

saying "Without hustle

talent only take you so

far".

What do you reckon?

Good advice?

Or maybe not so good.

I mean thousands and thousands

of entrepreneurs have been

following Gary's advice since

he's been coming on the scene.

Well, I actually think it can

be good advice when done in the

right way.

But it can also be a fantastic

recipe for disaster

especially if you're hustling

in the wrong way.

You see I believe there are

four types of entrepreneurs

in the world. First there are

those who are very successful

but very unhappy at the

same time as well.

And what's the point of that.

Second there are those

entrepreneurs who are not

successful yet and

also very unhappy at the same

time.

And that raises a very

interesting question.

Why bother with something like

that? Then number three,

there are those who seem to be

happy but they're not very

successful at all.

So perhaps they're still on

their way to success.

Then number four,

the one that I like most,

is when you find a successful

entrepreneur who is also

happy at the same time.

Now for most folks,

if they just go and follow the

advice to go and hustle,

I think it's actually valid

advice for getting some success

through sheer will.

But if that hustle

is based on something that

you're not actually gifted or

suited for,

you can actually do a lot of

damage and end up ruining,

perhaps even killing yourself,

literally. For example a few

years ago I started the new

business and I was

hustling like crazy.

And yes I became successful.

We made over

a million dollars within our

first official calendar

year and that was great.

But it didn't take long for

me to actually burn out.

And when I mean burn out I

really mean burn out

like, relationships going down,

my health struggling,

gaining weight,

I started to lose hair.

And I mean,

nobody touches my hair.

Seriously.

That was just the last straw.

And I think that was actually a

really good example of me

working in an area that I

wasn't gifted for

but applying a ton of sheer

will power to be able to

move towards this goal that I

set for myself and "hustling"

in the process.

But you know that almost killed

myself.

But luckily I think

I came up with a much better

way in the process over

the years. So here it is.

Why not first find

the KIND of actions that you

are just 100 percent suited

for?

And then once you figure that

out,

and only then,

you start applying those

actions in an area of

interest, an area that you

truly love working in.

I mean that just makes sense

right? But I think for me I got

caught up in that dream,

this dream of building a

successful start up the dream

of finding freedom.

The dream of being the next

Steve Jobs or Elon Musk.

And while these kind of dreams,

are there's nothing wrong with

them. I think what happened was

that they were really driven by

my ego - something that my ego

wanted. And I started ignoring

what my inner true gifts and

talents were.

And that started to sidetrack

me a ton.

So now of course things are a

lot different for me because

I've found a lot more alignment

and better alignment with how I

do things. First of all,

I only do, I try as much as

I can, to only do the kind of

activities that I really love

doing. Activities that give me

energy as I do them.

Secondly,

I apply those sort of

activities in an area of

interest - an area that I'm

just really,

I guess which you could call

passionate about,

but it's an area of interest.

And thirdly,

I apply some purpose

or a reason why,

for why I'm working in a

particular field in the first

place and ever since I've

started getting that sort of

alignment it's been

really amazing because it

doesn't feel like I'm hustling

anymore. It doesn't feel like

I'm working hard anymore.

It sort of comes effortless

in a way. I'm still working.

I'm still putting in the time

but it doesn't feel like work.

And I think that's the big

difference. You know,

now I don't have to push myself

anymore like I used to when I

have that big goal and I was

totally out of flow.

Now it's more like I'm getting

pulled into a certain

direction and it feels

like I'm just naturally

following my path.

And that makes a massive

difference in not just how I

feel but also

in the kind of results

that I get in my life but

also for me as an entrepreneur

and my business as well.

So yeah, you got to do the

work. Now as Gary says you know

nothing happens unless you do

the work.

I'm not sure if he says that

exactly but he says something

along those lines.

So you still got to do the

work.

But you might as well align

your energy so that you doing

the kind of work that you love

doing.

And that gives you energy as

you do that work.

And this my dear friends I

think is what it takes

to be able to build success,

to build a successful business

and to be happy and get

fulfilment from that at the

same time as well.

So in summary here it is...

First of all,

find those actions that

you just absolutely love doing.

It's the kind of actions that,

as you do them,

they give you energy - they

don't drain your energy. That's

really important.

Second,

start applying these actions in

an area of interest,

a topic of interest something

that you were truly interested

in. Some people would call this

your passion I guess.

And then finally, figure out

your reason why

- your purpose for why are you

doing this in the first place.

You know Steve Jobs once

said... "The only way

to do great work,

is to Love what you do".

So how about you?

How will you change how you

"work" or how you "hustle"

during the day.

Is it still worth creating

FEBRUARY FAVORITES - GAY ROMANCE MOVIE, PRISON OF YOUR MIND, FUNNY SPEECH, MORPHE ETC - Duration: 7:48.

Hello guys, this is Heidi.

Thank you for tuning in to my monthly favorites series once again.

In this series,

I share about anything which has made a

positive impact in my life over the past month,

be it for the long term or short term.

These favorites can include books, quotes, films,

food, skin care products, make up, household items,

and just anything under the sun

which i feel is worth sharing!

My first two February favorites are these two

Morphe pro eyeshadow palettes.

The first palette which I got is this 35 Color Warm Palette.

This palette has almost all

of my favorite eyeshadow colors,

which are all shades of brown,

golden, pink, purple and black.

Since there's such a huge array of everyday colors,

you can definitely create both natural

and dramatic looks with just this palette alone.

The second Morphe palette which I got

is this 35 Color Glam one.

Clearly, this is not your to-go palette

for everyday natural looks,

but since it has all the rainbow colors

in both matte and shimmery shades,

and they are super gorgeous as well.

I think this is the perfect palette for beginners

who want to just experiment with bolder looks.

I bought these two palettes for twenty-three dollars each,

so they are definitely on the more affordable spectrum.

Their eye shadows are very long wearing,

and they blend pretty smoothly.

However, the pigmentation depends on the shade itself.

For example, i love this golden shade

because it's super pigmented.

In contrast, these few colors are not very pigmented.

But overall,

considering the price, as well as the number of shades available,

I would definitely recommend the Morphe palettes!

The love of Siam

has successfully entered my list of ultimate favorite movies.

As you can tell from the title, it's a Thai movie.

But i watched it on bilibili.com,

which was introduced to me by my roomie, Nicole,

so thank you so much!

I just browsing through the list of movies

because i had no idea what to watch,

when I saw Mario Maurer (oh my god, he's so cute).

So anyway, I saw Mario Maurer,

and I immediately clicked on the movie,

not thinking much into it,

because i thought it's just some innocent, cliche, teenage romance movie.

But who knew,

I got increasingly confused as the movie progressed.

It turns out that this movie is about universal love:

love within the family, love among friends,

and love regardless of gender.

i'm just going to provide a really short summary of the movie.

So there (are) these two little boys,

called Mew and Tong.

The two of them were neighbors,

but they became good friends when Tong saved Mew

from a group of bullies who were teasing Mew for being feminine.

Unfortunately, Tong's family tragedy began

when his sister, Tang, went missing

during a hike with her friends.

The father took all the blame,

and developed alcoholic depression.

Tong's family then moved away, leaving Mew broken hearted.

Mew eventually became the main vocalist

for a pretty well-known band,

and the two of them -- Mew and Tong --eventually met.

Okay, so meanwhile, Mew has a female neighbor

who is madly in love with Mew.

But Mew has absolutely no interest in her.

On the other hand,

Tong's relationship with his girlfriend was also pretty unstable.

So in this movie, we witness

how Tong's family dealt with the father's alcoholic depression,

how Mew and Tong

coped with their feelings for each other,

as well as how Ying eventually accepted reality,

and decided to help Tong, her supposed rival.

Okay, at this moment,

I'm going to tell you that the ending of this movie

isn't the happiest,

but I wouldn't say that it's sad.

It's the kind that's neither sad nor happy,

but I would say that it's pretty positive.

This is a really touching movie that put me to tears for the longest time ever,

especially with the family drama,

sacrifice on Ying's part,

and the hopeless love between Mew and Tong.

I swear I didn't expect it, so I was on my bed,

without any tissue and mental preparation.

When it came to the scene

where the father started developing alcoholic depression,

which was barely 30 minutes into the movie, I started bawling.

And because I watched it at 2am in the morning,

I was so tired, so sad,

that I cried myself to sleep.

I'm a real sucker for movies that include touching scenes

involving parents, old people, and...

okay, I'm just a real sucker for touching movies.

There are a lot of innuendos,

and I love innuendos, so

if you are unsure of where or what they are,

feel free to ask me!

I can be really nerdy, and I'm a huge fan of Tedtalks,

so I have two Tedtalks favorites to recommend to you guys.

The first one is called "Prison of (your) mind,"

which Daniel showed me,

so thank you so much Daniel,

I'm not sure if you're watching this,

but if you are, thank you.

This talk basically tells us

how everything is in our head,

and describe how we are the ones who trap ourselves in our minds,

also known as the prison.

The second Tedtalk which I absolutely loved

is called "What happens when we reply to spam email."

This talk isn't that much of a

deep and meaningful talk,

it's just plain hilarious.

Seriously, it's super funny!

I watched it in the morning, and it's seriously made my day,

it had me lmao-ing throughout the whole video.

I will not touch on the details for these talks,

because they're pretty short,

so you can just watch if you are interested.

I also have two favorite habits as of now.

The first one is watching Tedtalks

in the morning while applying make up,

since you don't really have to plant yourself

in front of the desk in order to absorb knowledge.

I will usually alternate between

listening to music and watching Tedtalks

in the morning.

My second favorite habit is actually tracking down my mood.

I briefly mentioned this in my February Favorites,

bleh?

in my January Favorites video before.

It's recommended to me by my counselor.

There's no particular reason for doing this,

I feel like it just helps me

to be more aware, and...

also adds a closure to the day.

I only have one fashion favorite of the month,

and that's this choker.

I've been rocking it almost everyday,

because I feel like it just kicks your outfit up a notch,

even though all you did

is really just to put on this necklace.

Like the rest of your outfit

can be really minimal, can be really simple,

but once you wear this, you look hip!

I've gotten a lot of compliments for this,

so thank you so much everybody.

And my last favorite is a shop, which is...

deng deng deng, Goodwill!

I've never be the Goodwill before, but gosh,

it did not let me down at all.

i just uploaded a Goodwill Try-On Haul,

so I'll include the link over here,

it should probably slide out,

so you can just check it out from there.

That's all of my February favorites.

Feel free to share what are your favorites of the month,

I'd love to know more movies, or books,

or whatever that you guys are loving.

As usual, I hope you enjoyed this video.

Have an amazing month ahead! I love you guys,

and I'll see you soon! Bye!

How to sell Personal Training and create $2000+ a week - Fitness Marketing - Duration: 11:57.

Hey guys and girls Joshua here from

SmarterPT the fitness business agency.

I'm a fitness business coach, and I help trainers get

more clients, more sessions, more income

and more success in their business. So in today's

video, I wanted to talk about something that I coach

personal trainers and fitness business owners on

every single day, and that is becoming

a 6-figure, multiple 6-figures, or how to leverage

their business to strive towards that 7-figure mark.

Look, I know what you are thinking, 7-figures... from

personal training... yeah right!

Here is the thing before I get into today. Once you start

making multiple 6-figures in your business

There is a transition point where

you're personally making the 6 figures to when it becomes

that the business is making that money since

you are leveraging off trainers

staff, multiple locations or even online

programming. You're not going to to be able to manage holy

and solely a 7 figure business by yourself

and profit every since cent.

you would need to be charging

clients $500 a single PT session if you want to do that

I just wanted to clear that up, as I find

a big huge barrier of self-belief

and limitation for many trainers to wrap their heads around the

concept of what a 7-figure business is

We even get many trainers who can't figure out 6-figure

because their belief of if it is possible is

their limitation as for the median wage for most

people around the world is 65-80K a year.

But a 100K

fitness business when it's done right

It's easy! In this video, I'll share the

key components on how you can personally achieve that as well

Now me personally and my business, we are coaching personal

trainers worldwide on how to grow their business

We do exactly what we promise, and that is to

help them get more clients, more sessions

more income and more success in their business by

providing trainers with EVERYTHING they need

to be successful

So lets, dive into this as I want to help you identify

what you need to be doing to take your business

next level. As you got to remember this, you are

captain, the president and CEO of your

business and life and me personally and my business we

the compass to help guide you in the right direction

So the first lesson or the first

key element is WHAT!

WHAT is your outcome. WHAT is it that you

want to achieve. WHAT is is that you want

and for this WHAT it all comes down to Dollars and Cents

How much money do you want to make in your business?

This is really important as a few months back,

I had a chat with a trainer over Facebook

and he said he wanted to make 6 figure business, and

I asked how much a week is that for him

he said $1000, now thats a $1000 short of

6 figure income. Now the beauty of PT is

that it's not a one-off product. It's not like you have

1 client, for 1 session. Where you have 40 clients 1 week

and then next week you have 40 new, different clients

You sell as a personal trainer an

ongoing service, You build your business up

with every client you create more and more recurring income

Now Some trainers might be thinking

well that's my problem, I don't do well with

keeping clients (retention) and thats why it's a stuggle

To hit the 6 -figure mark. Well then we need to think

WHY is that happening? Is it lack of systems, lack of

knowledge, accountability, poor

session, not using PT software

Or EFT

Now EFT

is a huge one, you need to have EFT, this means

means a direct debit company that is debting

the client before their week of training

or month of training with you are doing with them

Speak to anyone who is making 6 figures, and

they will tell you, that there is no way to

make a 6 figure business on just cash payments

So if you're wondering why clients are leaving

why you are owed money, why you have inconsistent

income, and you are not using a EFT

system, this is a simple solution to help

I know trainers that implement EFT

and in a matter of weeks, their business is making

consistent income and several hundred more

without doing anything else

So once you have an EFT system in place, every

week you will get a predictable consistent income

So if we look at 100K business

that is $8,333.33 cents rounding up

to $8400 or weekly $1923

and we round that up to $2000

And as the video suggest, this is all about making a 6

figure personal training business. If you only have a

few clients and you are making on EFT

$1000 a week, then we know that you need to be

making another $1000 to make that gap to $2000

Simple maths right...So in our coaching program

we teach you how a client and how you can

sell PT for about $99-$198

a week. You can charge that amount because

you have the tools, you have the services, you have the systems

that you can provide to your members. Now if you need

make an extra $1000, All you need is 2

clients a week for the next 5 weeks to make that

extra money depending on how many sessions they are doing

2-3 sessions or not. It might be even higher you are making

So how can you get those 2 clients, that's the next part

part of the equation every single week, we then need to workout how

many people you basically need to get in front of

how many consults you need to be book, how many leads do you

need to be generating

Everyone is going to be different

but saying that maybe you're not the best at

selling, but you know that If you generate 15

leads, you can sell 2 members on average

then generating 2-3 leads a day

will turn into 2 sold client a week

And also with our PT software that

we give to trainer trainers, you can leverage off

80-90% of all the consults you talk to

be sold into something, whether that be PT

or a low end online personal training program

workouts or meal plans

Then once those clients who are online PT

clients build that trust within you

then you can set that opportunity again with them

Maybe be sold into Personal training later for better results

So this is where it all comes

of a 100K

Fitness Business

Now a few of you are going to be thinking

but you find it hard to compete

with other trainers

Look I don't like selling just personal training. I don't

like saying hey for $99 you are going to get

2 PT sessions. When you sell PT

that way or sell sessions that way, you're competing

with every other trainer out there.

If you have ever had someone ring you up over

phone and they are interested in PT, they will ask

"How much is it" and 90% of this is because they

are shopping around based on sessions and not the value

you provide to them.

So apart of this being a 6-figure business

Remember your clients don't wake up and say

I want a personal training. It's the emotional

connection that drove them to the idea of

personal training

So like we

Knew we wanted a 100K fitness business. That's your

WHY, your outcome... What is their

Why and their OUTCOME, of what they wanted

Well, they want, for example, they want to lose weight

they want to shed 20 kilos of

weight, they want a Flat Stomach... So a big thing

you see me focusing on with the personal trainers

that I work consistently every single week is

setting them free from the over-crowded space of

just personal training and training sessions

Look! Your clients don't want personal training sessions

They want a service and a solution that's going to get

that weight loss, strength, inches off their belly

flat stomachs, bikini bodies, feeling better

And this is where most trainers

get stuck... They advertise, their weight

loss PT package which includes 2 PT

sessions, a towel and bottle of water

All I see, and all your clients see

2 sessions, as this is the (VALUE)

You're providing. Your clients have at towel at home, they have

bottle of water. So while it's a nice gesture to give

that stuff it's not actual VALUE.

Your clients know that their eating

is not great, so help them with that, included tracking

ogging, reference menus. This helps

and is a part of the value and service you offer

So besides personal training, we want to focus

on not price, not sessions, but

what is included value, what value are the clients

going to get. So you can transition from

a trainer who just offers sessions and training

sessions. To someone that offers an outcome

and results and a service to all your members

This is all adding to being that 6-figure

business. So what other value can you include?

In our PT coaching, we talk about adding

40+ included value items. This is

perceived value in your programs.

You can workout plans

which we can send direct to their mobiles. No pieces

of paper fumbling around, food logging, tracking

Custom meal plans, accountability, coaching

A Community you can run even monthly events

where they can bring friends, Supplement assessments

supplement guides, maybe protein after

after every single session, gift cards to their friends for example

But also remember to include a crazy promise.

Include a '100% money back guarantee'

Now you're not going to have to pay

this out as it's based on results... Your clients are going

to see some type of result, and if they are not

then clearly they are not working or logging

their foods to your standards to which you agreed

Which is all a part of the agreement which I teach you

But remember you want to create value

that you offer so much that you then have a service and

they can trust you. Nothing says more than trust

Than a money back guarantee on your services as well.

Look, with everything we are talking about

it's about not doing the same as everyone

else. Its about being different, about

being different in a way that you become the competition

Also I know

you would rather have 20 loyal clients personally

staying 8-10-12 months in your business, who are

getting amazing results, who are walking testimonials

For you and your business. Than being

like other trainers who every couple of weeks are

struggling to make money

And finally, remember level upon the experience

that the client is getting. Offer stuff like free boot camps

Wall of fame, Extra video training

that you can send them. Offer them online personal training as well

Provide supplements for your clients to purchase

This is all about adding to that 6-figure

Hope this really helps

you guys and girls to achieve more success in your business

Ace Combat 7 Theory - Is ISAF being replaced by Osea or the IUPF? - Duration: 5:20.

Hello Aces, welcome back to another Ace Combat 7 theory, and this one is quite simple: Is

Osea (or the IUPF) replacing ISAF?

The Independent States Allied Forces, or ISAF for short, was a military alliance in Strangereal

formed in the continent of Usea just after tensions between Erusea and the members of

the Central Usea Treaty Organization started to rise in he year of 2003.

Still in that year, the war between Erusea and ISAF started.

From the very beginning Erusea seemed unstoppable when they almost conquered the entire continent

of Usea.

In September of 2004, when ISAF was facing its darkest hours, they unleashed their best

pilot, Mobius 1, who managed to change the tide of the war.

In September 2005, ISAF forces were already in Erusian soil and managed to conquer the

Erusian capital city of Farbanti.

Following the loss of their capital, Erusian forces surrendered and the war was officially over.

In the aftermath of the war, ISAF imposed a new government under its guidance to Erusea,

but in the year of 2006, members of the Erusian military rebelled under the Free Erusea movement

which had the goal of restoring Erusian independence.

This time, ISAF sent Mobius 1 alone to deal with the rebel forces and in the last battle

against Free Erusea, Mobius 1 faced some X-02 Wyverns.

After the destruction of the Wyverns, Free Erusea was officially defeated.

The X-02 Wyvern and its technology fell into ISAF hands and the X-02 was later exported

to Osea as we can see in this cutscene from Ace Combat 5 and in the airshow over November

City in the year of 2011 as I've mentioned in my History of Osea video.

So far these were all facts but let's dive into the theory part now.

When Mobius 1 defeated Free Erusea there were already talks about his retirement.

So what if Mobius 1 did retire?

Would ISAF even be able to fight without Mobius 1?

More importantly, if ISAF's goal was to counter the Erusian aggression, and they did

manage to win the war against Erusea, is there a point to ISAF's existence now?

They surely kept on existing one year after the war, when they fought against Free Erusea,

to guide Erusea's political transition but what about in the long term?

Would they still exist in 5, 10 or even 15 years, which is when the events Ace Combat 7 take place?

Did they keep on existing as a military alliance like NATO did after the fall of the Soviet

Union or were they like the allies of World War II who went on their separate ways?

(And yes, I know some of them formed NATO, but that was because of the Soviet Union,

not the Axis Powers)

Instead of keeping an alliance against no enemy running, why not just disband and if

those countries need help why not ask a superpower to intervene?

Because that's exactly what happened in 1997 when some Usean countries tried to form

a military alliance with Osea.

If things didn't work back then, why not do so now since it's peacetime and Osea's

government after 2010 was very into peace.

Having Osea, a Strangereal superpower, guaranteeing the independence of the small Usean nations

should be enough to prevent wars from happening there, after all, no one would want to mess

up with Osea.

Although something clearly went wrong with this idea because Erusea ended up declaring

war against Osea in the year of 2020 for an unknown reason.

Another point supporting this theory on the replacement of or cooperation with ISAF is

that ISAF soon exported the X-02 Wyvern, a product of cutting edge Erusian technology,

to Osea.

Another one is that in the arcade mode of Ace Combat 5, where we play as Mobius 1 fighting

against Free Erusea, the tanker aircraft is painted on the colours of the Osean Air Defence Force.

I know that many of you will say that Project Aces was only reusing the models because the

same thing also happens in Ace Combat X, and I totally agree with you but what if Project

Aces is using this small mistake as a hint to the story of the game?

What if Osea was helping ISAF fight with logistical support?

Of course we are only talking about a theory here so it's all about possibilities.

Perhaps it's not only Osea that is replacing ISAF, but the whole International Union Peacekeeping Forces.

The IUPF (which also happens to exist in the Joint Assault universe) could have been created

with the goal of protecting the ISEV, the International Space Elevator, which is also

conveniently located somewhere in the southwestern coast of Usea.

Having an international organization protecting that part of the continent should be enough

reason for ISAF to become obsolete, but of course that's only my opinion.

So this was my theory about the end of ISAF and the replacement of the alliance with either

Osea or the IUPF.

I hope you have enjoyed this video and as always, remember to leave your thoughts and

theories in the comments.

This was Ace Combat Fan and stay tuned in the channel for more Ace Combat!

I hope you have enjoyed this video and as always, remember to leave your thoughts and

theories in the comments.

underwater strikes on water wolf - ataques subaquáticos na water wolf - Duration: 9:33.

Hi guys

Welcome to another fishing video

In this video I took a little longer editing

Because I wanted to carefully analyze the behavior of the fish

with the Water Wolf

Since I was a little kid, I fish with my father from boat

And I always tried to imagine what the bottom would look like

What attracted or frightened the fish

What species there would be below, whether or not they would be in shoal

And all this information I will now start exploring

Technology changes

And if it is well used makes us better fishermen

And Water Wolf is something that caught my attention

Because it allows you to take away many of those doubts that I have always had

My fear that the fish were frightened by the camera was unfounded

However the lead hitting the rocks scared the fish

I never thought

When we are fishing the boat is always going up and down and when the lead touches the bottom it scares the fish

is strange

Next time I'll test with rubber-coated leads

I will experiment with new colors like red or white

And I will fish in a more traditional way

I'll use two hooks or even three

To understand how far I can use the camera and shoot better

For better presentation of the bait

the normal way to fish from boat

This video is a little dark

But it is because we are in winter, in winter the waters are darker

And I'm fishing 60 meters deep

I wanted to have the worst possible conditions

Because it can only improve the quality

Because this is the worst scenario we can have

In relation to the quality of the camera you decide

Look at the movie and think whether or not it's worth it

This will be the penultimate video made aboard Jokinha

A partnership with Fishing Magazine channel that I leave the link below

To subscribe, is a channel that I recommend

In the next video I will talk about the rig I used

How safe it is to use the camera without losing it

And the vertical fishing kit I'm using for the camera

So the camera does not rotate and I will explain the rig

I will show the attack and capture of two Pagellus bogaraveo

Which is a very appreciated fish from boat fishing

till there hope you enjoy
