Hi folks and welcome to my channel: Cuddling Food!
Today I'll show you another super simple recipe.
It's a creamy soup of cauliflower and potatoes.
As you know, in order to make a creamy soup you need few essential ingredients
such as potatoes and onion or shallots. Then you can choose your favorite and seasonal vegetables.
I've chosen a pink cauliflower and some purple potatoes to make a colorful soup.
I'll complete it with a nice spice to give this soup an ethnic flavor!
Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into cubes.
I add also 2 small yellow potatoes.
While I'm chopping the cauliflower, I'm going to fry 2 shallots into an oiled big pot.
Once you've cleaned the cauliflower, chop it into small pieces.
If you want to avoid to break the cauliflower, cut it from the bottom and then open it by hands.
Let's move to the stove with all the ingredients.
Once the shallots are quite translucent, add the potatoes and fry them for few minutes.
Then add the cauliflower.
Add water or vegetables stock to cover all the vegetables.
Finally add a nice laurel leaf.
Cover the pot with the lid and cook at low heat, checking once in a while the water's level.
Cook until the vegetables are soft and tender.
Remove the laurel leaf, turn off the heat and blend all the ingredients.
It's spices time: usually I salt my creamy soup at the end.
Add also some black pepper if you like.
Now I add the min spice: the garam masala.
If you don't have it, you can use a mix of curry and cumin.
I add 2-3 teaspoon of garam masala.
It's time to serve our creamy soup.
Complete it with a tablespoon of sour cream.
You can substitute it with some greek yogurt as well.
And some fresh coriander finely chopped.
As always, I'm getting ready to taste it...
I'm mixing well the sour cream...
The sour cream gives it the right acidity (ndr. ^^) and balance with the warm notes of the garam masala.
Finally, I love fresh coriander and I think it pairs nicely.

How difficult has become today to live for an unemployed
Yeah I know I discovered hot water but keep listening
it could be that I'm never satisfied and I always look for a better place, but
either you specialise on a subject, like a degree or in the clothing industry and it's not said for sure that you work
or you work for someone else, or
you start working in a call center
have I been reductive?
well, let's see what else is out there
a common person that wants to start to work today
go abroad, learn a new language and work there
done. I even have friends that work like this in the human resources and like laborer and "bravo" to them that are able to do it
two: to work in a hotel or in the dining
and even here: check, done
but last time I found out that even to do this kind of jobs you need a diploma or a certificate
and I didn't feel like stealing something to someone who studied for this
*say it you don't like working!*

Remove the laurel leaf, turn off the heat and blend all the ingredients.
It's spices time: usually I salt my creamy soup at the end.
Add also some black pepper if you like.
Now I add the min spice: the garam masala.
If you don't have it, you can use a mix of curry and cumin.
I add 2-3 teaspoon of garam masala.
It's time to serve our creamy soup.
Complete it with a tablespoon of sour cream.
You can substitute it with some greek yogurt as well.
And some fresh coriander finely chopped.

The sour cream gives it the right acidity (ndr. ^^) and balance with the warm notes of the garam masala.
Finally, I love fresh coriander and I think it pairs nicely.
