Especial Misión Roraima - 19/02/2017 - Duration: 27:19.

I know that many need the simple words

so that they can understand

and engage themselves to the task of rescue of the Divine Messengers.

Many prefer not to believe Our words and in Our presences

when we reveal to you something you do not understand and that do not adjust itself to what you already know.

However, I ask you not to try to reduce the greatness of God to the understanding of the human mind.

Do not try to compare the Love of the One and Only with your own ability of loving.

And do not expect that the Creation of God

restrict itself to the existence of this small planet, when so vast is the universe.

What for would exist so many stars and galaxies

if not for the different expressions of the Love of God in His creatures to inhabit in them?

Or do you think by any chance that the stars exist

so that they can be contemplated by the humankind in the sky of Earth?

Roraima, a Brazilian state located in the North of the country, in the Amazonia,

has border with two countries: Venezuela and Guyana.

Its capital, Boa Vista, is thoroughly located in the Northern Hemisphere of the planet.

Since the first days of November of 2016,

the city has become the base of another mission of the Fraternidade International Humanitarian Federation,

the Humanitarian Roraima Mission.

With the Voice of the Consciousness of God,

I come on this day to ask for collaboration in an important humanitarian mission for Venezuela.

Once again, love must heal all pain

I expect, dear children, that in the month of November My missionaries of Fraternidade

will carry out this humanitarian mission together with the collaborators of the north of Brazil;

this mission will have the purpose of receiving many brothers and sisters

and of relieving the suffering that is generated in the nation of Venezuela.

Embracing this divine task, as humanity,

through this mission you will draw forward the opportunity of reversing the evil

that Venezuela is facing today.

Once again, love must heal all pain

Dear children, under the support and protection of all the angels,

the city of Boa Vista, in the State of Roraima, will become a refugee camp;

refugees that will, each time, come in greater numbers,

expecting to relieve suffering and to cover basic human needs.

Fraternidade International Humanitarian Federation

will have the Grace of gathering servers from the different nations of the Americas

that will participate in this sacred mission for the relieving of suffering of the brothers and sisters of Venezuela.

Once again, love must heal all pain

The Venezuela that I lived in my childhood and adolescence, in the 70's,

let us say it was a Venezuela, a golden chalice;

really a very prosperous, joyful, exuberant Venezuela.

And we began to perceive that things were changing very rapidly, in what concerns prosperity

here was not this prosperity anymore, even the joy began to decay,

and this was something typical of the Venezuelan,

a moment came when things began to descend very rapidly

and this last year has been devastating, 2016, devastating.

People would tell there was much delinquency, much assault, and this frightened them,

and what they testimonied the most is that there is no place where to buy food.

After many months in this situation where apparently there is no solution

or there has not been an apparent solution, they decide to migrate,

then we somethow try through this hope,

this humanitarian help, to return them this condition that there is always a solution that is awaiting us.

Many Indigenous people of the Warao ethnic group, for example,

walked immense distances from the Northeast of Venezuela to the Brazilian territory,

descending along the Orinoco River and entering the Brazilian territory through the state of Roraima.

The groups stay in the traffic lights asking for alms or selling something.

At the end of the day, they gather near the bus station of the city or in the Fair "of the Passarão",

a place of popular commerce to spend the night.

There, women and children live in awful conditions of hygiene and shelter

We did not know where to begin, we began on the street actually, on the streets looking for the Venezuelans,

the groups told us that in the "Passarão", in the fair, in the city market there were Indigenous groups.

The attendance is taking place on the street, on the sidewalks, on a bench.

This is a great task for the first group that arrives.

Trying to establish a rhythm, an adequate place and a standard so that we may try to instruct them,

for the health situation to improve a little.

Day be day, we gather

organize ourselves to meet the needs of this situation in a more equanimous way,

a more balance way, without our emotional envolvement,

also without generating any expectations in them.

Always organizing ourselves so that the mission can run in a balancing way.

At first, when we drew near them,

they looked at us with a certain fear because above all the Indigenous people

have suffered so much both in Venezuela and here,

this group of Venezuelan Indigenous people who are here, in Brazil,

they are used to being rejected, to not being helped,

or to be given food like this, from afar and then being left,

not this direct contact that the Fraternidade and the missionaries keep,

which is not just to help but is love.

Indifference is one of the great evils of humanity,

even worse than ignorance, because the one who is indifferent

already has a certain degree of instruction and, however, keeps thinking more in themself

and in their own needs.

Child, it is indifference which will lead you

to the abyss of the planetary consciousness.

Take care not to be taken and led by planetary indifference.

Do your best to follow your consciousness and your heart and, when you know that you must do something

do it promptly, do not ignore the necessities.

When you see that someone needs you, offer help without fear.

In all other missions, we arrived to support an institution that was already installed and working.

In this one, on the contrary, we arrived in a situation of chaos, and then we began to act.

And this mobilized the State Civil Defense, the public institutions.

The Fraternidade usually came to help someone,

this time it entered beginning an activity

and the public institutions came to support the whole activity of the Fraternidade.

The CRI was created by the Brazilian authorities to concentrate the help to the immigrants in a single place.

The idea for the Center arose after the Fraternidade began its works in the city and made contacts with the authorities.

The missionaries make medical and dental attendance services,

conduct hygiene activities in children and adults, serve daily meals at lunch and dinner,

distribute clothes and footwear, and conduct recreational activities.

It involves much more than just to serve, than to bring a plate of food, than to give clothes to people

because it is also to host them in the heart,

to listen to the brothers and sisters, to listen to their stories, to understand what is happening

and that suffering that suddenly is of a whole nation

or suddenly is the millenary suffering of the Indigenous Consciousness

and who, upon arriving here, in Brazil, and upon being hosted with warmth, with love,

feels that something is healed, little by little.

To draw near the Indigenous people, at the beginning there is a lot of difficulty,

because they have much resistance, it seems that they are very afraid.

We conquered slowly, slowly, then it became an addiction,

they did not want to loosen us, they gave that delicious hug.

It was beautiful to conquer them, or they conquer us.

On the mission, I woke up in bed and woke up with a smile, full of love,

at remembering the Indigenous that we suddenly saw on the streets and who recognized us and came running to greet us,

and how this, this image will always remain with me.

Even sometimes you find an Indigenous person

or some person from Venezuela who arrives now for the first time

and you feel in the heart as if you had already seen this brother,

you had know who knows from where,

and, as we say, it is something much deeper and more spiritual

that is being gestated and is being developed in this place.

When Mary talks of the Love of the Heart, it is just a matter of looking at these children here,

how they open our hearts, even by force, only with their look, it is too beautiful.

The spirit is passing by,

and when it passes everything changes, joy comes, sadness goes.

It is very difficult for you to create a bond of trust, because they are very marginalized.

So, when they create a bond of trust, this bond is steady. You see?

Because this place that will arrive, new, will arrive already with their participation.

On December 27, 2016, the CRI changed into a new place,

bigger and with a better infrastructure: a gymnasium with a great terrain around it.

The Venezuelan criollos that come now, are they going to enter here too?

What is a criollo?

Those non-Indigenous.

Those who are not Indigenous, if they need they will be able to come, too, if they need to.

If they create problems, the law is the same, you see?

If they come and create problems.

I know that among the Warao, if a criollo comes, we say there in Venezuela a criollo, there is always a problema,

there is always a problema,

better if this space f for the Warao, it must be only Warao.

When we are sick, when we are hungry, feeling cold, when we have a sick child,

we are all alike, we all cry, we all suffer.

Criollo, Warao, Brazilian, Uruguayan, Colombian, we all have a problem

and at the moment we have to unite. See?

it is what Mary asked us.

It is the refugee camp that has arrived but it is not the refugee camp that there is in the world.

It must be something that can become a seed of the New Earth, where there is no border.

You have arrived, from the gate inside there is no nationality. We are all brothers.

After all only God will be able to solve the situation, only His infinite Mercy

will be able to revert the situation, rescue these souls and give them a new opportunity.

Maturity when you are serving arises from the understanding

that a service that is provided responding to a request of God

transcends matter and has its true purpose in spirit.

When the Creator sends you to serve, you must be conscious

that you are mere instruments in His hands, since in order to balance he great human karma

it is necessary to be the members of humanity themselves the ones acting

and interceding in this act of balance.

You see that it goes much beyond distributing material, distributing food, distributing clothes,

it goes way beyond his, doesn't it? It goes way beyond.

All this are necessary elements for the work, but the goal absolutely is not this.

The finality is to develop the inner principles of each one,

to help them find those inner points of theirs, that they have to develop.

This would be, or are indeed, our missions.

With the new CRI, tens of families left the bus station

and the fair "of the Passarão" and began to live in the new place.

Many refugees that used to stay on the streets during the day asking for alms,

also began to stay in the CRI and to dedicate themselves to other activities.

Then we organized the teams for the kitchen, for the toilet and the Indigenous people were very participative,

the Indigenous women in the kitchen, the men harmonizing the toilets, the external area,

These things that seem to be so simple, which they are assuming, such as the tasks,

today, for example, they made a group service and removed all the trash that was in front of the kitchen,

all that mountain of trash; so, these things that seem so simple,

this means a change of something inside them.

But right in the first weeks in the new place,

the missionaries notices that not all were satisfied to be there and to follow the rules of the place.

We had warned them that nobody could drink there, nor smoke nor use drugs,

but we found out that from the night of the 31st to the 1st of January, more than 80 or 90% of the adults drank

so it was a very very sad scene.

We arrived in the Nucleus and entered a prayerful state,

all the group in prayer and adoration to the Most Holy, really surrendering this situation.

Seek a closer contact with God in the solitude of the heart

and strengthen the purity of your interior there.

The more moments of union with God you have on your day, the more easily you

you will keep yourself in the purpose, and will resist the temptations that present themselves before you.

The missionary is here to serve.

So he has to be permanently confirming this to themselves.

So when something happens that they are in difficulty, let them remember: they are here to seve.

That's it, the difficulty is gone. Go serve!

And will give a solution to the subject,

so that when a situation to which you are not used arrives,

there you have to have service present.

And still give Thanks to God, to remain very grateful,

for a situation to have appeared which will teach you to serve better.

If it were only for my human aspects, I would have gone away, on that first of January.

would have said: "No, it is not possible to fulfil a task of the Plan in such a place", you see?

But we calmed down, became serene, we listened to our inner side.

And what the inner side said was: "Do not judge.

And we began to work, all day long.

To do what God asked us.

We went to the kitchen, without anything, we said nothing.

We worked with the same joy, with the same willingness,

we removed trash, many bottles and many cans of alcoholic drink and in this way we worked all day long.

And we perceived that it was not the moment to talk, to talk about anything.

The repercussion in their inner beings of our not having judged,

our not having abandoned them, this for them represented the step they took afterwards.

Because from this first of January until the day we left, on the 12 of February, it never happened again.

After many meetings, the transportation to the border

the transportation to the border with Venezuela that was unsatisfied, so that they could return to their country.

A crowded micro-bus left to the border with Venezuela,

and only those really willing to live in the new place remained in the CRI.

From the request of Saint Joseph, for a house to exist there, where this mission could be permanent,

When we went for the first time and entered the house, we perceived the simplicity there,

touching, which is a keynote of Saint Joseph.

We are still anchoring the energy.

First it would be our base, while we are in this task of help to the refugee brothers

and sisters and also our task of prayer there, of being prayerful, of keeping the place with an order,

with all this ceremonial, which Saint Joseph inspires us so much and which we have learned for so many years.

So when a house manifests and some other place, we have to take these codes,

which we have worked here so much, of order, of harmony, of ceremonial, of silence.

The atmosphere soon became calmer and several activities began to be organized with higher intensity.

The health assistance, with medical and dentists,

began to have the help of professionals of the Secretary of Health of Boa Vista.

Also the recovery of the Warao culture was stimulated,

by means of classes and stories in the original language of the Indigenous people.

Warao means People of the River,

so they come from a place where it is the Amacuro River Delta, the Orinoco River Delta,

so they are a people of the water, and we gradually understood the suffering of this people.

Because we at first found them, in the fair of the "Passarão",

dirty, with lice crawling on the head, everywhere, wounds over the body, smelling bad.

When they arrived in the CRI, they took more showers than we did.

They grab the buckets and they take such pleasure with the water, because it is their element.

And it dawned on us that who looked at them from outside, and saw "this dirty people",

"this people full of wounds", "this people", does not know that the water is their element

When it rains they thank the rain, this they learned with their grandparents.

SO they have a relation with the element water.

So they also have an emotional side that emerges very much in the personality.

We feel that the work of unity is being developed, both in our group with the immigrants

and among the criollos and Indigenous immigrants and little by little, amidst the daily tasks,

we gather, facing the daily tests.

One day we were in a meeting with the Chiefs, to touch on other subjects

and they came to tell us that a "criollo", a non-Indigenous man,

had fallen in love for an Indigenous woman there, and she was the daughter of one of the Aidamos, one of the Chiefs.

He looked for her father and told his intentions and asked her in marriage.

They gathered that night, the eight Chiefs, and review the poor one, they reviewed the young man.

According to what they told us, it was almost four hours of interview.

All making questions about his intentions, about his family, in short…

When they perceived that his intention was true, and that he really had a sincere intention,

they authorized and they got married there inside the CRI

So we had there the first union between a non-Indigenous man and an Indigenous woman.

So I think that this seed remained on all levels, not only for the public institutions,

even for the refugees. That is, how this must be well done,

how we can harvest in an adequate way and this could be multiplied in modules.

There was a moment when this withdrawal was necessary. It was not a possibility anymore, it was real.

We had to leave and a notice was made to the State Civil Defense,

through an office, leaving it clear that what would leave would be the part of management.

But that the Fraternidade International Humanitarian Federation would always be giving this support,

while the situation with the Venezuelan refugees continued,

there would always be a group of ours there.

Eu acho assim, são duas coisas, a gente acha que não está preparado.

Then you arrive there, you connect with some place, I don't know, you connect a wire

you become physically apt, so much so that you work for 15, 18 hours a day

and you reach the end of the day, take a shower and if necessary I return there, because I am ready.

I leave here with a lot of joy, with a full heart, and grievous too,

because the need is so great that we would like to remain here to help more.

If you are strengthened by the hope of a spiritual and divine goal,

you will be able to persevere and keep yourselves firm to overcome the obstacle with love,

forgiveness and braveness.

And, when it is time, you will be able to reconstruct the world

with the proper courage and with the principles of the spirit.

How to Build BIG ARMS with Calisthenics - Duration: 5:12.

Building big arms that fill the sleeves of your T-shirt

consists of two main factors – developing your biceps

and developing you triceps.

These two muscles are responsible for the volume of your arms

and decide whether you look like a superhero or a wimp.

Which of these two muscles is more important?

The triceps is actually the bigger muscle and adds more bulk to the arm,

but both muscles should be considered equally important.

With that being said, let's get to the main question of the video –

how to build big arms with calisthenics.

Before I start talking about the exercises,

first let's go through some basic rules of building muscle.

First of all the diet –

you want to be on a caloric surplus, meaning eating more calories then burning.

You also want a decent amount of protein in that diet.

Now as for the training, to build muscle optimally

you need to do exercises, that allow you to do between 6

and 12 reps maximum.

Having covered the general rules, let's get to the exercises.

I'm gonna start with the triceps.

One of the best bodyweight exercises using triceps are dips.

Every variaton of the dip uses triceps to some extent, but we need get more specific.

There are two main ways of doing dips – with the body tilted forward

or kept vertical.

The former engages your chest and front parts of the shoulders a lot,

making it easier for the triceps.

So with the goal of building that muscle, you want to choose the latter.

Trying to keep your body vertical makes your triceps do most of the work.

To stay in this position all the time, just squeeze your abs

and keep your feet in front of you.

The position of elbows is also slightly different.

Instead of keepig them close to the body

you need to let them go outside, away from your waist.

Another great exercise, that targets your triceps is triceps extensions.

It can be done on a low bar, table or even a wall.

However, the best choice is using rings,

because they allow you to do the exercise with the full range of motion

Another advantage of using the rings is that you can change the difficulty of the exercise

by changing the height of the rings.

The lower they are the harder the exercise.

Remember to set them in a way, that allows you do between 6 and 12 reps.

You should keep your core tight during the exercise

and focus on using only your triceps to perform the exercise.

My last proposition for the triceps is diamond push ups.

This is the variation, where your hands are very narrow.

Ideally your index fingers and thumbs should be touching each other,

creating the shape of a diamond, thus the name of the exercise.

However if this makes the exercise too difficult,

you can put them a little wider.

Keep your body in a straight line throughout the whole movement.

Now, let's move on to the biceps.

Chin up is a great bicep exercise, especially when done slowly

and in full range of motion in the upper part of the movement.

This exercise is commonly considered as back exercise and it's true.

To exhaust your biceps, you need a very strong back,

that can outlast the biceps's endurance.

This is pretty big disadvantage, but nevertheless

chin ups should be a part of every training plan aimed at developing huge arms.

After your back muscles fail and you can no loger do chin ups,

you should isolate the bicep.

This can achieved by doing bodyweight biceps curls.

They can be done on a low bar, but again using rings is more beneficial,

because you can easily adjust the height and thus the difficulty of the exercise.

The most important thing in this exercise

is to try to move the elbows as little as possible.

Ideally, they should be kept in the same place, in regard to your body,

throughout the whole movement.

This way you're sure that you're only using your biceps and not your back muscles.

Doing those exercises and obeying the general rules of muscle building

will definitely make your arms become massive.

Let me know if you have any other favourite triceps or biceps exercises

that I didn't mention in the video. See you in the next one.

British Slang For Dummies | Keleigh Lynne - Duration: 10:23.

ah what's up guys my name is Keleigh and

today we're going to be translating

British slang now I have a couple of

American friends and when I say some stuff

they get quite confused so that gave me

the idea to create this video on

translating a British slang now warning

before any of this starts because I swear it some of

these words will be considered as swear

words or foul language so there is a

warning

even though I probably put warning at the

beginning of the video okay now first

off the bat that's going to be swearing

this I'm just warning you again fat free

warning and the first one is are you

taking the piss a lot on my American

friends don't know what this is and it

means it means are you mocking me or are

you taking the mickey you probably will

not believer if you're American or from

a different country other than in it

then England um it means are you mocking

me like yeah it means are you mocking me

basically that's what it means okay now

this is one that I found out only a

couple weeks ago and I found it on the

post on Facebook for you and Tumblr

things and it's got web that partly this

one most people don't know what it means

pop from us British people and that is

for tonight if you don't know to for

tonight is its two-week so you get to

fortnight's in a month and I'm pretty

surprised but um everyone knew that but

apparently they did it they just call it

two weeks like normal people but no we

have to be different okay now the next

one is pain I don't use this one

personally but pega means are like sexy

you know or boys sometimes called girl

it when she's looking sexy nice

attractive or sometimes girls use it

when they think boys look attractive or

you know whatever Flint's they're both

okay now this is one that put the Bible

literally like two years ago three years

ago and it's called a cheeky nandos now

if you don't know what this is it's as

saying I don't know who they are and I

really want to learn out who because I

just want to congratulate them on

creating a worldwide trend of UK trend

sorry basically a cheeky nandos is okay

so let me put this in a phrase in a

sentence so basically you'll be like are

going up for cheeky Nando's with the

girls I've never said that in my life

but you know that's a context something

to do them so and that means it's

basically Nando's is this restaurant and

if you watch any British vlogger that's

like you know remotely healthy and odds

go with it out there we go for a cheeky

Nando's than that you know okay

it's like then oh let's go for a cheeky

with dolls I don't know why they put

cheeky in there but you know apparently

going for a cheeky Nando's is a lip

thing okay now when I say this I used to

as you know I've probably mentioned

about six times in this video I speak to

a lot of friends on PlayStation 4 don't

play the PlayStation 4 much anymore they

speak to a lot of them and you say oh

what's that bloke doing like because

there's like I used to like all the

juniors like there's always do that one

not that we just run around and not

cooperate with the team so easy to say

oh that's what we're doing least say

what a nice flip a bloke never like

what's the bloke Kenobi like it's a man

it's a boy and they'll be like oh okay

and I got really completed so you know

all these loads are use and a curlicue

ilysm GCSE English technique I thought

that everyone knew what a document but

apparently they don't the next one is

when you've got no money and basically

you're broke this is like I believe

Americans they broke like oh and broke

or I've got my money today this is like

the English version of that and it's

called skipped it's a bit of obvious

names or something but if you say I'm in

like I'm skint like you haven't got no

money for this week or unlike you run

out of money that's what it means you're

running out of money

okay now this one is a bit weird I

thought everyone knew what this meant by

obviously not basically an America

is going to be rude I know this is the

only way of explaining it to something

it's just going to be obvious to work on

my way around it quite you know

carefully in America they think a fag is

a gay person but over here we call a fag

a cigarette most of the time people call

it fag and it's not a lot of people

could have cigarettes aquaeden

cigarettes because I don't know just

besides cool in cigarettes it's just

like you know casual language for me now

but some people call it fag and in

America they think a fag is a gay person

and yes that's another British slang

thing we use we also use the phrase stop

milking it

this means basically stop taking the

piss it's basically the same thing as

stop taking the piss is like stop being

extra cheeky stop being like stop trying

to get get like getting away with things

basically that's what it means

okay now this one I've heard my dad say

I never knew Whitman into like last year

when I fell off the curb have you even

thought off a curb I don't know but I

did and I choose it and let me tell you

I look like a boss while falling off

that curb if I saw myself in like third

person I tell you I would have been good

at falling off that curb what ablaze and

girdles about anyway the next time is

fact it basically what that means is

you've fallen over really bad so you

literally great today you've cracked

your bones so if you fallen over and

they're not so you makes laughing at you

bit of banter

you know actually American wonder what

that is that's going to be my next on

but if you're falling I bet and your

friends are laughing at you they can

blow you - stacked it I think it's a bit

more and oldest saying rather than and

Noah saying because my dad said it in my

dad's p9 but as for in the age of 35 so

the next one is banter now this is when

you having a laugh about you mate you

know ah that's better like that's sick

up let you like stuff like that I don't

really use my three tonnes

I don't do some of it sometimes but I

don't really have any friends to say

them to so you know okay now the next

one is bollocks now this is a swear word

I don't know whether you see it as a

swear word or not

got my

ankles when she's about to say that word

she calls it spherical objects so when

one gets angry she says spherical

objects instead of bollocks and this is

because her mum didn't want her saying

bollocks but you know I'm set I've said

bollocks about three times four times in

this video so basically what that word

means

is it just means almost like bullshit

that's that's just out of Olga and I

don't believe that it's something that

you say when you don't believe somebody

basically so it's somebody went yeah and

it's my own replacement America in the

past 24 hours you just go now bollocks

so that's the context that you would use

it in and yeah now the next one is an

insult so it is dead end I flipped it a

couple of times to people that aren't

English English from the UK and I said

all just to defend and they go what is a

bellend

and unlike it is an insult and basically

it's the end of a penis warnings have

been given throughout this video if

you're offended into sign language that

I don't usually use actually that's the

life then click off the video give a

dislike this we hire in the ratings

anyways give me a dislike so okay now

the next one is Chuck so it's really

hard to explain this because most of it

to people that live in Britain is just

more like common knowledge like you just

pick up as you grow up some people say

just it's like when you're like proud of

yourselves and your loss

I just feed back and well chuck Scott

it's quite same but people do use it and

what is the use is it sometimes okay now

the next one is a tosser so this is a

person who passes I think it's just a

general insult as well another one's

flat from that's just general insult as

well there's a lot of general insults

that really don't make sense like in our

slang dictionary my brother literally

won't shut up and now he's going to get

satisfaction of being in my video sorry

if I'm sweating or my hair looks greasy

nice because it's boiling in England

right now and I've got two studio lights

on over there even though it doesn't

look like it but you know trust me I

have look

reflection was also Sargon and I don't

know why I'm wearing a t-shirt because a

teacher I don't even know why I'm

wearing a teacher I'm investors trip on

camera joking you go to different

websites for that sort of stuff and you

shouldn't even be visiting them websites

really I don't know why I'm wearing a

jumper when it's boiling so 60 degrees

outside like okay now this is going to

be the last one and this is like a money

short-term basically you have three

words a tenner of fiber and a quid a

quid is a pound which is you know a

dollar a five R is five pounds which is

five dollars and a ten and a tenner is

ten pounds and it's just ten dollars

basically so I personally call quiz

which is a pound switch that goes well

that's nice with I don't know if anybody

else uses that terminology for this you

know whole subject of naming money but

apparently I do sighs there you go thank

you everybody for watching this video

can you I make sure to leave a like and

PERIODS! | Mind and Body - Duration: 4:51.

hey guys

today I'm going to talk about periods

because why the hell not

I am a person with a uterus

therefore I bleed

on a regular basis

I used to think

my cycle was really irregular

because it didn't come every month

but then I

started tracking it with clue like six months ago maybe

when did I first start

using clue yes about six months ago

and I guess my

period is a little on the irregular side

but it's not as bad as I thought

it turns out that I just have a very long cycle

which is kind of nice to be honest

because I don't have to deal with my period every single month

it's more like

every 40 to 50 days

I did not start my period until I was about 16 or 17

I forget

but I was almost done with high school which was very odd because I

developed breasts and pubic hair in about fourth and fifth grade so yeah

that was odd puberty is weird it could take a really long time or you can have

everything happen all at once and then you are just screwed

like most people

with uterus I don't like my period at all though I am on the lucky side

my periods usually lasts about 3 to 5 days very very rarely do they last a whole week

on the first and second day I get terrible terrible cramps but again I

only get them for about a day so I can handle it I also tend to break out when

I'm just about to start my period and by break out I mean I get maybe four

zits on my face

I always get one right here and it hurts so much

of course I complain about it and my sisters are like shut up because all of

my sisters have experienced really bad acne in their teenage years and a couple

of them still have pretty bad acne I know I'm lucky I only break out like

once a month so

I really shouldn't complain but like I said it hurts and then there's the

fatigue oh my god the fatigue I am so tired all week and I

you notice how I said all week even though my periods rarely last a whole

week yeah, no I'm exhausted from like a couple

days before my period starts to a couple days after it ends because I have low

iron as stated in another video so it's not a fun time

part of me wants to go on

the pill or some other form of hormonal birth control so that I can regulate my

periods and they happen when I know they're going to happen at the same time

though if I do that my periods will come every month

no thank you and also my flow is not super heavy and my cramps do not prevent

me from going out and doing what I need to do so I can deal with it for now as

for period products I use exclusively pads and panty liners because tampons

are a pain literally and figuratively they are uncomfortable they are messy

and overly complicated and I just prefer using pads I thought about getting a

menstrual cup but if I can't handle tampons I sure as hell can't handle a

silicone cup in my vagina so that's out of the question

I would however really like

a pair of period underwear for like the first and last day of my period where my

flow is just really really light but they're hella expensive and I'm broke

I really wish that it wasn't so taboo to talk about your periods although I have

found you can talk about it with other people who have uterus and they get it

they don't care they don't think it's gross or weird that you're talking about

bleeding out of your vagina but if you've never had a period you just don't

get it and our society kind of shuns you for talking about it and I think

that's silly and stupid because it happens to approximately half of the

population for a good portion of their lives

so by all means please talk about your periods let's break that stigma a little

bit if you have a period let me know about it down below if you would like to

help me improve my videos please consider donating to my patreon or my

paypal I would really appreciate it and don't forget to hit like and subscribe

and share this video and all that good stuff and I will see you next time bye

Worst 5 Computer Keyboards | Nostalgia Nerd - Duration: 9:52.

Keyboards...

Where would we be without all those keys.

Numbers.

Graphical Symbols.

BASIC commands....

I for one.

Do not know.

Because like it or lump it, we've had keyboards and their descendants for a long time, and

as input devices go, they seem to do the job pretty well.

But some keyboards just do the job better than others don't they? and this was particularly

true whilst the home micro was emerging, cost cutting was paramount and frankly, where in

the absence of knowing better, we just liked it or lumped it.

I hear people these days complain about not having cherry switches on their keyboards.

I've even had comments blasting me for using a non mechanical keyboard in day-to-day use.

Well, let me just say this.

If you've grown up using a ZX Spectrum keyboard, then a polished brick feels like luxury, and

as long as I can type without breaking my fingers or hitting the wrong keys, then I

am as happy as a pig in the filthiest of sh..[static hiss].

But that being said, the keyboard was our main connection to this wonderful and fascinating

world, and for me, the look and feel of the keyboards I've used over the years, is a strong,

nostalgic memory.

From the raised keys of the spongy, yet clunky Commodore 64 to the marshmallow like bounce

found in the Atari ST and even the clackety, yet responsive half keyboard of the Amiga

600.

Placing these blissful memories aside however, it's easy to take a subjective view of how

poor some of these data entry devices really were, and many just felt like an after-thought.

So, here then, from a general usability point of view, are the worst 5 keyboards I've used

in my life.

Number 5.

The ZX Spectrum+

During 1984, a lot of things were happening with the home micro scene.

Amstrad launched their CPC, Commodore were gaining traction with their 64, and many companies

were falling by the way-side.

With this in mind, Sinclair thought it was time to revitalise their Spectrum model by

gifting it a "real" keyboard.

This was the result.

On the outset, it seems pretty nice.

Each key has a finger shaped molding, everything is laid out clearly, and there's even a reasonable

travel distance on key press.

Underneath the plastic keys, is a rubber switch mat which then depresses onto a membrane,

all held in place with a metal back plate.

It was a quick, cheap and cheerful solution for improving the existing Spectrum keyboard,

and an improvement it indeed was.

But I have a few gripes.

First is that the keys are very close together, making touch typing, a touch difficult.

Second, the keyboard itself is raised considerably off the ground, and there's no wrist support.

Given that the electronics are stored below, it's part of the parcel, but even with the

support legs extended, it makes for a very tiresome typing position.

Third; the keyboard is just so flat.

It's hard to press a key without pressing any other keys at the same time, and this

is especially true if you have fat fingers.

The keys themselves require reasonable pressure, and once this pressure is met, they give instantly,

popping back up like a character from those arcade bashing machines.

If you're using 48k BASIC, then the built in key commands do take some of the typing

chore out of proceedings, but this is a learning curve in itself, and I have only admiration

for those who used one of these models to code on in a professional sense.

Number 4.

The ZX Spectrum

This might seem like I'm picking on Sinclair, but regardless of how much I love Sinclair

machines, it's a sad reality that their keyboards, although somewhat innovative, where an upsetting

misery to use for any extended period of time.

The original Spectrum's keyboard used the same principle as the plus, just without the

plastic keys on top.

Instead we have rubber keys which make contact directly with the keyboard membrane underneath,

making for a somewhat squishy experience.

If you've ever used one of those crappy electronic musical keyboards, with the feature select

switches, then you know what I'm talking about.

Typing on a Spectrum keyboard is a bizarre experience.

You feel like you're using a data entry point for a door.

Some kind of electronic product you just tap a few buttons on and leave.

But no, if you're programming on this thing, then you're in for a distressing time.

Apart from the obvious rubber key situation, there's the issue of accessibility.

Half the keys, including the directional arrows are tucked away under other keys requiring

combinations of Caps Shift and Symbol Shift to access them, and if you want to use the

space bar, you either have to grow an extra thumb on your right hand, become amazingly

adept with your little finger, or just move your entire hand.

We know why Sinclair did it, we know Rick Dickinson's design looks beautiful in it's

construction, but flipping 'eck.

It's a pain to use.

Number 3.

The ZX80/ZX81

And so we peel back yet another layer on the Sinclair machines.

This time, the rubber layer disappears altogether.

Allowing the user to type directly onto the keyboard membrane, perhaps allowing them to

feel more at one with their digital device.....

No.

This very basic method introduces the least responsive tactile experience you're ever

likely to have with a computer.

The layout is fairly similar to the Spectrum, but at least you have something squishy to

squish with the Spectrum.

With this, it's just like pressing on a desk.

The only way you really know if you've been successful with your press is the corresponding

output on the television.

Sinclair did manage to produce a home micro for an unbelievably low price at the time,

and unfortunately this keyboard was just one sacrifice to make it possible.

Still, we didn't care at the time.

We had a frickin' Computer man!

Number 2.

The Philips Videopac G7000

Known in North America as the Magnavox Odyssey 2, or Magnavox Odyssey Squared, this is really

a console more than a computer, but it does have a keyboard and you can indeed run BASIC

on it.

So in that sense, it makes perfect sense of include it here.

Released in 1978, this machine actually arrived before the ZX80, and for the most part you

could just use the joysticks to play games, but when you did come to use the keyboard,

you damn well wished you hadn't.

We have the same tactile issues as the ZX80 and 81, but this time, the keys are less responsive,

they're narrow and they're just laid out in an unpleasing fashion.

I mean we at least have a space bar at the bottom, but you're more likely to press it

with your fingers than your thumbs.

The layout just oozes unfriendliness for normal typing and the fact that the unit is quite

high off the ground just rubs salt into those bitter wounds.

It's also indented into the case, which just makes for an uncomfortable experience, and

a well deserved 2nd place on this list.

So...

Number 1...

The Oric 1.

Released in 1983, the Oric 1 is in many ways much like the ZX Spectrum.

It's small, it's got 48K of RAM, it's got BASIC, and it has a very strange keyboard.

Now, on first glance, you might think that actually this keyboard isn't too bad.

After all, it's got realistic plastic keys, and it even has a space bar front and middle,

just like all good keyboard layouts should have.

But christ on a bicycle.

It's like someone has taken a bunch of tic-tacs, glued them to the ZX Spectrum's rubber keys

and then gone; alrighty then, job done.

It's disgusting to use.

Not only are the keys small, knobbly and hard to hit.

They feel like they're balancing on a bowl of jelly.

Now, don't get me wrong, I like the Oric-1, and I can see how they were trying to try

and get one over on the Spectrum with harder keys, more like a proper computer.

But it just doesn't work, and its by far the worst keyboard I have personally used, in

my life.

Now there are plenty of other atrotious keyboards about.

Some I haven't had the pleasure of using, but you can just tell by looking at them that

they're.... urghhhh.

So if you have any unpleasant keyboard experiences, please share them with me in the comments,

as we all tend to our calloused fingers.

I also wanted to point out that I find these keyboards part of the charm of these old computers,

and I wouldn't change them for the world.

They're part of the nostalgia, they're part of what made them cheap.

They are part of history, and for that reason, I wouldn't change them for the world.

Thanks for watching.

Stay tuned for more keyboard babbles, but most of all, have yourself a great evening.

See ya!

InfoWars Vaccine Myths Debunked - Duration: 23:44.

So Infowars fucked up again this week, which shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone,

but this time they chose to fuck with medical science,

and I'm not about to let that go unanswered.

Many of us have known for some time now that Infowars sucks at science in general, especially the science behind vaccines.

I thought it would be possible, in light of the recent video,

to go back through their entire catalogue of videos, look for anything related to vaccines, and respond to it all at once.

It turns out there's over 90 videos.

So I'm going to pick the most recent three and just respond to those and save us all the major headache.

The first video we're going to look at is called "Forced Vaccination is A Big Line In The Sand".

[Jones:] Let's go ahead and talk to Ron of Vermont making some great points about his line in the sand.

[Jones:] I've said that medical tyranny is my line in the sand. I'm not a violent person. I'm not looking for trouble.

[Jones:] And California's passed laws to start forced inoculations and stuff. I mean this is getting,

[Jones:] they're getting rid of the exemptions, it's very very frightening. We've got to work harder.

[Jones:] Brother, if you've taken your vaccine for anthrax or whatever, that doesn't protect you by the way,

[Jones:] and all these other crap vaccines that are dangerous and their own inserts say could kill you,

[Jones:] then you're supposedly protected! Don't give me that bull, that I don't have my own body.

Okay, for starters, the anthrax vaccine is only given to people who may actually come into contact with anthrax,

so I'm not sure why this is the first one that popped into Alex Jones's head here.

But nonetheless, this is a great time to talk about the concept of herd immunity.

When most of a community has been immunized to a contagious disease it helps to prevent the spread, or "outbreak", of that disease.

However, there are some people that aren't able to get immunized by vaccination.

This can include infants, pregnant women, or immunocompromised individuals, meaning people who don't have a very well functioning immune system.

Because people like this are actually medically ineligible to receive a vaccine, they are forced to rely on the immunity of the people around them.

If the people around them can't catch a disease that means that they can't pass it on.

But as more and more people refuse vaccination, we've seen a rise in these contagious diseases,

which means that these people who are unwillingly unvaccinated are becoming exposed due to your ignorance.

So no, Alex Jones, it's not just your body that you're affecting.

Vulnerable people shouldn't be forced to live in fear of death every time they step out in public

just because there are dumbasses like you out there who think they somehow know better than the world's medical experts.

And you're right, you shouldn't be arrested for making your own medical choices.

But when you actively choose to deny someone like your children medical care through vaccinations, Alex Jones, there should be consequences.

This isn't any different from other parents who choose to medically neglect their children for whatever reason,

whether it's to pray away an illness, or to try to cure cancer through some weird alternative hippy therapy.

This isn't just about you.

This is about your belief system and how it affects the people around you.

[Jones:] We need to go back to the apothecary. That was just ground herbs, and oils, and essential cofactors that the ancients had developed. Every culture had them.

Ah, yes. We need to return to a time when medical care was so bad that 40% of people didn't even survive to reach adulthood.

[Jones:] You go look at the ancient formulas, they're similar because they found out it's what really worked.

[Jones:] And you always find some stuff that was superstitious or whatever but most of it was based in reality.

[Jones:] That's a whole other area of medicine that's just been walled off and lost. And it should be covered by your insurance. And so should having a nutritionist.

It's true that some parts of the traditional medicine that Jones is referring to here was useful.

The difference is that now, thanks to modern technology, we're able to isolate the active ingredients and do away with all of the extra junk.

You know, science?

And by the way do yourself a major favor and never see a nutritionist.

Because the term "nutritionist" isn't formally regulated by law, meaning that anyone can call themselves a nutritionist.

On the other hand, "dietitian" is a term that is regulated, so that means that they have to go through a formal education,

have an internship, and pass an exam in order to be able to legally call themselves a dietitian.

And that's probably why insurance companies actually do cover appointments with dietitians,

whereas they don't usually cover appointments with nutritionists.

Not that I would expect anyone at InfoWars to know the value of proper qualifications.

The second video we're looking at is titled "Migrant Measles Outbreak: Blame Vax Opponents".

[Knight:] There's the other virus that's happening right now. There is a measles outbreak that's in Minneapolis, Wisconsin.

[Knight:] And Washington Post and CNN are very clear about the fact that they want to blame people who have concerns about the safety and the efficacy of vaccines.

[Knight:] Here's the Washington Post headline: "Anti-Vaccine Activists Spark a State's Worst Measles Outbreak in Decades".

[Knight:] There you go, right there. And of course every one of these articles ties it back to Dr. Andrew Wakefield,

[Knight:] who we've interviewed here on InfoWars multiple times, and who was one person who actually did a study looking at the correlation of autism with vaccines.

Are we talking about the Andrew Wakefield that's been globally ridiculed by the medical community, who lost his medical license,

and who published a study that has never been reproduced, and has in fact been debunked dozens of times?

[Knight:] -- looking at the correlation of autism with vaccines, something the CDC does not like to do, we'll tell you more about that in a minute--

He actually means "something that the CDC did nine times."

[Knight:] Understand that as we go through this, they're telling people if you're born after 1957 you need to get vaccinated again if you're an adult. Why?

Because medical science has improved in the past 60 years?

[Knight:] Because the vaccines don't work.

[Knight:] People born before 1957 had measles. I had measles. It wasn't a big deal when we had measles.

[Knight:] Yes, a few people would get seriously ill, even fewer died, but that wasn't the case for most people.

[Knight:] Yes some people die from pneumonia, some people die from a cold.

The beauty of modern medicine is that we have so many diseases that are very scary, very contagious, but thankfully very easily preventable thanks to vaccination.

And no one should ever have to deal with a life-threatening situation just because people in the past have lived through it.

[Knight:] You can die from a lot of different things, but it was not a very serious disease.

[Knight:] Especially when you compare it to possible side effects like cancer and autism.

[Knight:] There's no disclaimer, of course. there is a piece of paper that they put into the vaccine list (ALSO KNOWN AS A DISCLAIMER),

[Knight: but there's no disclaimer like you get on all the pharmaceutical commercials.

Actually, there are disclaimers for vaccines.

They warn about side effects like redness at the injection site, swelling, fatigue, mild fever, maybe a headache, maybe some muscle pain.

But why don't they list "side effects" like cancer and autism?

Well, that would be because the side effects that I listed have been proven in clinical studies,

and the side effects that you listed have been disproven in clinical studies.

[Knight: ] This is suburban housing, a state that's near Stockholm. This is a report from Zero Hedge that goes back to the end of March.

[Knight:] They say Swedish welfare state is keeping a large number of unassimilated migrants, and that's the key, they stay "unassimilated" there.

Yes, that is the key, isn't it?

People are immigrating from Somalia, a poor country with two decades of civil war that has destroyed its healthcare infrastructure,

and they aren't knowledgeable about modern medical practices.

But you know what the solution to that is?

Education and outreach.

And you know what the solution to that isn't?

Filling the internet with so much misinformation about vaccines that you scare people away from medical treatments recommended by their doctors.

[Knight:] --where they talk about the fact that up until 2008, the Somalis who were coming in had the highest percentage of people being vaccinated.

[Knight:] And then they started noticing that they were getting--

Misinformed by the growing anti-vaccine movement?

[Knight:] -- they were getting autism.

Fuck.

[Knight:] And they had "Doctor" Wakefield come in and talk to them, and so then they put this outbreak on "Doctor" Wakefield,

because six years ago he started telling people. When they noticed that there was a massive increase in autism, he told them about his study.

Wait, so you're trying to argue that anti-vaxxers did not cause a decrease in vaccine usage in this Somali community,

but you also know that Andrew Wakefield, like, the prominent anti-vaxxer,

visited this community and fed them his bullshit around the same time that they stopped using vaccines.

So which is it here?

[Knight:] Let me point out, before we get any further, that not everyone who has come down with measles is unvaccinated.

[Knight:] They've had people who were vaccinated come down with it as well.

Are you telling me that medical treatments aren't 100% effective?

But to be fair, he's not wrong. (The) Measles vaccine is only 85 to 95 percent effective and yes, in a perfect world all vaccines would be 100% effective.

But to put it simply: everyone's immune system is slightly different due to natural genetic variation that we all have.

So sometimes, for whatever reason, the treatment just won't work for a small number of patients.

Which, to answer a question from earlier in the video, might be why doctors recommend

that people vaccinated for measles before 1957* (see note in video) get the vaccine again.

Because the formula has changed, the new one is more effective, and maybe we can catch some of the people that we missed last time.

And keep in mind, just because the measles vaccine is not 100% effective does not mean that we should discourage people from getting vaccinated.

Because even though a small number of vaccinated people do get the measles, the majority of people who catch measles are unvaccinated.

In fact, measles was completely eradicated in the United States before the anti-vaccine movement sprung up.

So thanks for that, I guess.

[Knight:] When we look at what's going on here, they had the University of Minnesota do a study,

[Knight:] and what they did was they compared the autism rates of people who were Somalis versus people who were not, the white community,

[Knight:] and they said the same, we have the same rate of autism there.

[Knight:] What they did not do was compare the rate of autism with people that were not vaccinated in Somali versus the Somalis who were vaccinated here in America.

When your health care system is in shambles,

your priority is not going to be diagnosing autism.

There is zero reason to spend vital funding on diagnosing autism in Somalian children when one-fifth of them are dying before they can even reach adulthood.

I think Somalia has some bigger problems right now,

and I don't think that they have the resources to look into a "link" that's already been disproven many times.

[Knight:] But other people have done this and we reported this.

[Knight:] This article, that was at InfoWars on April the 24th from Robert F. Kennedy Jr.,

[Knight:] said infants with DTP vaccine were five to ten times more susceptible to dying from multiple versions of causes, okay,

[Knight:] because the immune system was damaged.

[Knight:] This was a study that was done on African children.

[Knight:] And they had a test case of the same population, some of them vaccinated some of them unvaccinated,

[Knight:] and they could see that the health issues were five to ten times greater for those who had been vaccinated.

For one, that's the DTaP vaccine. It protects against diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis... not measles.

For two, this study looks at resulting deaths not resulting autism.

And for three, well, let's just take a look at this study here.

For starters, the researchers don't know if it was due to a "damaged immune system" like you claimed.

The study itself says that it is a nonspecific negative effect in infant mortality.

More to the point, I find it very interesting that you left out all of the studies showing the DTaP vaccine only has negative effects if it is the most recent vaccine administered.

For example, giving the BCG vaccine non-specifically lowers infant mortality rate enough to reverse this effect.

And you know what else reverses this effect?

The measles vaccine.

This is why we have a schedule for infant vaccinations.

Is it concerning that the DTaP vaccine has this effect? Yeah.

Is it something to be improved upon? Absolutely.

But is it something to be really worried about in light of all the information we have?

Not really.

It's just something to be aware of and to work around.

[Knight:] This is what the Somali migrants understood.

[Knight:] They came to this country, they said autism did not exist, and all of a sudden, boom! It hits them.

Yep, you're right.

Autism doesn't exist in Somalia.

[Knight:] Take a look at the articles we put on InfoWars just the last couple of days.

[Knight:] "Unvaccinated Children Far Healther, Have Fewer Disorders"

[Knight:] Very large article, do your own research!

Another great study!

Or at least it might be, if it were based in anything like medical reports, or number of doctor visits per year, or basically anything but

except for reports from an anonymous online questionnaire filled out by the mothers of homeschooled children.

Is it possible that anti-vax parents are prone to confirmation bias?

Is there a reason that this isn't mentioned in the InfoWars article?

Is it because you know you're full of shit?

But that's okay, because they included multiple studies! So let's check out the second one.

Holy shit, look at those error bars!

Look at these probability values!

For reference, you can't even begin to claim conclusive results unless your p-value is less than 0.05.

And the only chart with data meeting this criteria from this study is this one,

showing that vaccinated German kids were much less likely to get pertussis, measles, mumps, and maybe not really rubella.

I think this might be the opposite of what Infowars wanted.

But that's-- ignore that, because they have a third study.

It's an ongoing self-reported survey on a website called "Vaccine Injury dot Info",

and really that should tell you all that you need to know,

but if you would like to take a look at the survey yourself I'll put a link in the description.

Now remember, this is a highly scientific study that is critical to Infowars's understanding of how vaccines affect children's health.

So you definitely should not use it to fulfill your daily shitpost quota.

And the final video we're looking at today is called "Bombshell: Study Reveals Unvaccinated Children Are Healthier".

[Group:] I mean to me it's hard to understand why people are still watching the nonsense out there,

[Group:] because you can-- you can find the truth if you look for it online, and you search for it .

Okay, this is good! They brought in an actual doctor to talk about vaccines.

So let's learn more about this "Dr. Ed Group"

"Meet the man behind global healing center: Dr. Edward F Group III, DC, NP, DACBN, DCBCN, DABFM,"

The Unburnt, Khaleesi of the Great Grass Sea,

Breaker of Chains, and Mother of Dragons.

"I feel my purpose in life is to teach how critical it is to engage in body detoxification."

"Internal purification is the first crucial step towards achieving maximum health and vitality."

"By cleansing your body on a regular basis and eliminating toxins from your environment,"

"your body can begin to heal itself, prevent disease, and become more strong and resilient than you ever thought possible."

Oh, fuck off.

Any biology undergrad can tell you that the body can "detox" itself.

You don't need any special supplement or cleanses to be healthy.

Did I mention that Dr. Group just so happens to sell these "detox cleanses"?

That's right, for the low, low price of $479.95,

you, too, can experience the placebo effect!

But let's check out those credentials. Harvard, MIT...

Texas Chiropractic College...

Natural Healing Institute of Naturopathy...

Oh my god he's a fucking nutritionist.

(sigh)

[Group:] You ask yourself the question, why are these people, why do people believe in all this stuff that's going on?

[Group:] I mean why aren't people doing their own research?

[Group: Why are they believing everything that they hear on CNN?

[Group:] A lot of it has to do with the way that they've been manipulated through commercials, and through media, and through pharmaceuticals,

[Group:] and through the fluoride in the water, and the chlorine,

[Group:] and the vaccinations, and the flu shots, and the fear that they're under.

[Group:] I mean we're dealing with a society right now that is under a tremendous amount of stress,

[Group:] and stress will reduce your immune system automatically by 50%. (CITATION NEEDED)

[Group:] We're dealing with a society right now is, who is extremely toxic. We're seeing cancer, the epidemic rise. (CITATION NEEDED)

[Group:] We're seeing microbes rise. (WTF DOES THIS EVEN MEAN?)

Okay, uh, for the sake of staying on topic here we're just going to skip forward to where they talk about vaccines because... wow.

[Jones:] Look at this article, "Boston Herald Says People Should Be Hanged to Death for Vaccine Choice", you can pull that up.

[Jones:] They're getting desperate because they know we're reaching the tipping point where people are waking up,

[Jones:] And then I pulled up the articles, "Pattern: Premature Birth, Vaccinations, and Neurological Development Disorders",

[Jones:] a cross-section study of six-to-twelve year old vaccinated and unvaccinated children. And it's all coming out.

This is the self-reported survey of the mothers of the homeschooled children that we discussed earlier,

which by the way, apparently cost half a million dollars to complete... yikes.

[Dew:] Well Alex, here's there's the interesting thing. After those studies came out, within 48 hours they were pulled by open access texts.

[Dew:] They were being pressured by the vaccine industry, from what my sources are telling me.

[Dew:] If you go to the article "Bombshell: Study Proves Unvaccinated Children Are Healthier",

[Dew:] we have a breakdown breakdown of those studies.

[Dew:] And then also at the bottom, we have one of the archive links.

[Dew:] They've already pulled down another one that was archived because we had-- people went on and archived these studies,

[Dew:] But basically what it showed was that there was a 6.6-fold increase in neurodevelopmental disorders between vaccinated children and unvaccinated children--

[Jones:] So those are major studies being pulled off the study sites because it's scaring them so bad. Here it is.

[Dew:] Exactly. They've taken studies down like this before.

[Dew:] They don't want people to see this information that vaccinated children are unhealthier than unvaccinated children.

[Dew:] They want to shield this from everybody.

Oh yeah. It's super suspicious that junk science got pulled after it was widely ridiculed by anyone with two brain cells to rub together.

Come on now.

[Dew:] Because if people start learning this truth they won't get their kids vacc--

[Jones:] We've had nurses on from the preemie wards, it's been in the news,

[Jones:] where the babies all stop breathing when they're ordered give them the shots--

[Dew:] -- and they know about it. [Jones:] and they go and put them on respirators.

[Dew:] Yeah it's a big game, it's a big game for them, they go "oh we got to get the intubators ready so we can help the babies breathe after they get their shots!"

[Dew:] They're giving them these Hep B shots, there's no way these kids can get Hep B as a little baby.

This isn't hard!

[Group:] And one of the things that's not talked about a lot with the vaccines is the epi-epigenetic gene damaging problems that we're going to see when they're using all these different animal--

Hang on, let's replay that bit.

[Group:] epi-epigenetic... gene... damaging... problems

Does this sound like a person who has any goddamn clue what he's talking about?

[Group:] epi-epigenetic gene damaging problems that we're going to see when they're using all these different animals--

[Jones:] Oh, that's another thing. They admit it's jumping into our genetics.

[Group:] It can go from generation to generation to generation,

[Group:] three generations down you're going to have damages from these vaccinations in this in this generation.

[Group:] That goes for the endocrine disrupting chemicals as well, anything that damages the genes.

There's a lot of definitions out there for the term "epigenetics", but the simplest one is that

epigenetics is the study of biological mechanisms that switch genes on and off.

Epigenetics an awesome, exciting, and relatively new field that will definitely be providing us with some valuable information in the future.

But for now, I'm not able to find any studies that examine the effects of vaccination on heritable genes.

So I poked around on the InfoWars website to try to figure out what the fuck they're talking about,

and I found this article from 2015. "Mandatory Vaccination: California is Ordering Genetic Alteration".

"A Mother Jones article, 'Can Exposure to Toxins Change your DNA,' reports on the damaging effects of environmental chemicals."

"The connection to toxins in your vaccines, though not mentioned, is an obvious parallel."

An "obvious" parallel. Okay, buddy.

"Here are the quotes from the MJ piece:"

"The presumed mechanism of this unfortunate inheritance is not a mutation in the DNA itself,"

"but rather changes in the biochemical on-off switches that determine whether or not specific genes get activated -"

"- a field of study known as epigenetics."

"Most recently, researchers from Washington State University, led by a biology professor Michael Skinner,"

"reported last month that short-term exposure of pregnant rats to several kinds of chemicals caused ovarian disease not just in their daughters but also in two subsequent generations of females."

"Symptoms that paralleled those found in human polycystic ovarian disease and primary ovarian insufficiency,"

"both of which can reduce fertility, were identified in the descendants of rats exposed to a fungicide, pesticides, dioxins, jet fuels, and a mixture of plastics,"

"but not among the descendants of controls."

"We are talking about lasting genetic changes, from parents to children, down the line."

"There is every reason to believe that injecting chemical toxins in vaccines would have a still greater permanent effect than, say, breathing pesticides."

Even if we did accept the premise that vaccines do have harmful amounts of toxic chemicals in them (which I don't),

you can't just go and lump all toxins together like that.

This is like saying that we found a study that says that orange juice causes cancer, therefore oranges must cause cancer, therefore all fruits must therefore cause cancer.

But that's not how it works. Science is way too specific for that.

Just because two chemicals are toxic, and one of the chemicals is found to have an epigenetic effect on a person,

does not mean that the other toxic chemical also has an epigenetic effect on a person,

let alone the same epigenetic effect on a person,

let alone the same epigenetic effect on a person that can be passed on to their children.

You can't just go around asserting this shit based on vague connections. That's not how medical science works at all.

(whispers) And a real doctor would know that.

[Jones:] We'll be right back. Shame on everybody trying to block this information, it's a fact, we talked to the nurses.

Okay, I love this, I love this. Okay let me try:

Thanks for watching! You can follow me here on twitter and twitch,

and shame on anybody who dislikes this video, it's a fact, I'm a scientist.

OLIVE OIL AND HEAT [#08 Darm mit Charme] - Duration: 3:38.

Hi! I'm Lenus and this is a new video about health

on this video I'll talk about how olive oil reacts to heat

Giulia Enders says: However, putting olive oil into a pan isn't a good idea

since heat spoil a lot of things

it's not only with olive oil but with other foods

that's why I don't recommend to overcook your meals because the more you cook them

more structure damage it get and they lose their nutrients

that's why Giulia Enders says that it is not good to cook using olive oil

since olive oil is very sensible to heat and their structure could change easily

due to the heat

so the idea of using olive oil is good and very nutritive

but add it on salads or take 1-2 teaspoons for yourself

in case of having infections or kidney stones

olive oil is used a lot in those cases

especially as I told you, on salads, also it gives a great flavor

since it's very nutritive and a excellent source of fats, omega 3

other antioxidants and nutrients very good for our health

but..

it's very important to leave it aside from other foods that are being cook

for cooking the best thing is coconut oil because it retains it's structure

it's better for cooking foods although it would be better to don't eat..

actually to don't cook foods because they lose their nutrients

the best way to cook foods is through steam or baking

those are the best way to cook foods

after that you can boil them and lastly fried them

frying is the worst way of cooking foods, so..

to sum-up

the best way of cooking is steaming, then baking

you could even cook in a vacuum, then boiling and last frying

obviously there are other ways of cooking like cooking through the sun and in Perú that is called Pachamanca

where everything is cooking through the heat of the sun, this is also an excellent way to cook

but it's not common so that's why I don't add it

there are other ways of cooking, to the vacuum, etc, etc..

I'll not add those because these 4-5 are the main ones used in most homes

that's why I gave them that order and I want to highlight to try cooking this foods

essentially trough steam, or baking, if you don't have an oven then boil them with little water

when you use too much water, the foods will lose their nutrients too

so cook them with little water

those where my recommendations when you start to cook foods so they don't lose their nutrients

and let me highlight what Giulia Enders said

is better to use olive oil only on salads or to consume it directly

not for cooking

if you want to cook or eventually you have to cook, use coconut oil

that is much better for that

well that was the whole message, hope you find it useful

for your daily cooking, so..

don't forget to Stay Healthy! and to Subscribe!

see you on the next video

Weapon Loadout Guide for Crota's End Challenge Mode 390 Age of Triumph #Destiny - Duration: 5:44.

Hi Guardians , I have been having tons of fun lately playing the crota end raid.

However I did noticed that there are still some guardians that have never played this

raid before or that they were using the wrong weapons for each encounter, so this video

is for you guys where I give you suggestions on what gun to use in each section of the

raid.

If you are an experienced player stick around, you might see something useful or at least

you can add some suggestions in the comments below that I might have missed.

I am totally aware that some guardians might not have certain exotics, dont worry about

it , I will break down the gun loadout suggestion in each section of the raid split by legendaries

and exotics.

So lets start with the first section of the raid which is the abyss.

You will be facing a lot of low level enemies that will come at you and at the end of the

abyss you will find knights, wizards and ogres that you need to deal with.

The main purpose of your primary here is to deal with all of those low level adds that

will be coming at you, any gun with firefly or some crowd control perk will do well here.

Fatebringer or any scout or hand cannon with firefly will be the obvious choice.

As for exotics the Zhalo Supercell is very effective here, where you dont need to reload

as long as you have double kills and the chain lightning exotic perk helps as well with dealing

with large crowd of enemies.

Or you can use Nechrochasm which is also a lot of fun here since any enemy that you kill

will explode.

You want to use your secondary and heavy weapon slot to deal with the knights , wizards and

ogres.

So I suggest to have a shotgun or sniper as your secondary, and in the heavy slot use

a rocket launcher for maximum damage.

As for exotics gjallarhorn will be very effective as you can just shoot and the wolfpack rounds

will do extra damage to enemies around the impact area, alternatively you can also use

an exotic sword to deal with the knights and you can easily swing the sword around to deal

with adds as well.

Dark drinker will be a bit better here than the other swords since it can deal damage

all around you, so you wont be easily swamped by adds.

The next encounter is the bridge, depending on whether you are crossing the bridge early

or not you will need to stay at your platform and deal with adds.

So you will need have a lot of ammo since you can not easily step of your plate, therefore

I suggest to use either a scout or a pulse rifle, they are very effective against adds

with a minimum amount of bullets required compared to for example auto rifles, I dont

suggest to use a hand cannon since the ammo for it is awfully low even when you have the

bonus hand cannon ammo perk on, you will run out of ammo fast.

Your secondary and heavy will be used to kill your sword bearer or any knights.

So use a sniper , shotgun or rocket launcher to deal with them.

Your exotic choice will be gjallarhorn or an exotic sword, in this case the raze lighter

is slightly better than the rest because it can focus its damage on one target.

If you go for an exotic sword make sure to use a sniper in your secondary so you can

get your short and long range covered, the same if you are using a rocket launcher in

that case use a shotgun as your secondary.

Once everyone is across and the swords are spawning you can use R1 to swipe and R2 to

use the heavy slam.

To kill your gatekeeper you will need to use 3 heavy slams, and dont forget that you can

use your super as well once this is fully charged, it will do a heavy slam type of attack

around you.

Once that section is completed continue through the thrall hallway.

This section is not hard so I wont deep dive into this.

At the deathsinger if you are doing the challenge mode, it is so much easier if you have an

exotic sword, use the raze-lighter for the focused R2 attack, to kill a knight you will

need one R1 Swipe followed by an R2 heavy attack, if you dont have have a raze lighter

a dark drinker will do as well.

Since time is crucial for the challenge if you are using an exotic sword dont bother

to switch to your primary or secondary , to save time just use your sword to kill knights,

wizards, orgres and adds , the only time you should be using your primary or secondary

is to kill the shrieker in the room.

The full legendary loadout will be slower to complete the challenge but it is in now

way a blocker.

Use any primary that you want, as for the secondary I highly recommend a shotgun to

deal with the knights and wizards, and use a rocket launcher in your heavy weapon slot

for the ogres and knights.

For Crota the final encounter, you simply need two things... which is an high impact

sniper and a rocket launcher with tracking.

Use the rocket launcher to take down crota , and use the sniper to take down any unwanted

knights and the oversoul.

As for exotics you should be using the Gjallarhorn for Crota or if you are on Oversoul duty you

can use the sleeper stimulant to take that down.

As for the primary you can use anything you want to deal with the adds.

Once crota is finished hopefully you can enjoy the sweet loot and do this all over again

on another character!

So I hope this helps you out with your crota run, let me know in the comments below if

I have missed anything.

If you like this video I will do a similar gun loadout video as well for the other raids,

there will be a youtube card in the right hand corner linking to those videos when its

ready or you can find the links to those videos in the description below.

Subscribe to help me reach the 2000 subscriber goal, and obviously subscribe as well if you

want to stay up to date on the latest destiny news, and if you want to see more tips and

tricks, and weapon review videos.

About maturity (O zrelosti) - Lea Šćekić - Duration: 6:07.

Hello, wonderful people!

On this day, when I am celebrating 15th high school graduation anniversary,

15 years since I graduated from the best gymnasium in Novi Sad,

the Jovan Jovanović Zmaj gymnasium,

I can not help but talk about maturity.

Many people think

that when we turn 18 and graduate, we are mature

and capable of making decisions about our lives.

However,

the reality is somewhat different.

At 18, those of you who know what you want out of life, just continue down that road,

don't let other people's opinions to influence you,

don't let the fear of your surrounding's opinion reshape your desires.

But, the majority of you still don't have a clear direction in life at this moment,

you are not certain which university you want to go to, which direction you want to take in life.

Well, what I want to say to this majority of you is

that it is completely natural.

At the age of 18,

without knowing entirely what you want, you will most probably be directed by others:

whether by the company that surrounds you telling you to choose the next step

or maybe your parents might affect your decision.

We have some perfect examples here, real chances,

and one such example is Nikola Tesla.

His father wanted him to enter a seminary, while his mother was an extraordinarily strong and intuitive woman, who felt

that he was very talented in engineering

so she directed him towards that path, and she supported him in his intentions.

And it's from that direction, and that kind of support, that such genius has emerged.

If you are fortunate enough to have by your side someone who senses you so well and directs you, listen to them.

If not, again, then let this current,

whether of your good company that leads you in a certain direction, or

of your own gut telling you what is the best for you now, at this moment,

and listen to it.

Believe me, you cannot make a mistake.

This is what I want to tell you with this video.

Everything you go through, each step of your path,

will turn out to be ideal for you at one point in your life.

In my case, I graduated from the mathematics gymnasium Jovan Jovanović Zmaj,

and the fact that I had so many classes of mathematics during high school

helped me to get through the first two years of faculty with ease,

since I had such a good knowledge base.

And again, my choice to enroll the faculty for mathematics

brought me great advantage, since I learned how to think,

and later on, when I was faced with work assignments,

I always quickly found the algorithms on how to solve the problem at hand.

And precisely because of everything I experienced, it is easier for me to find connection in the knowledge that I acquire for my own pleasure.

The moral of this story is:

Trust me,

if you are at a certain point on your path now

and you realize after some time that you have other aspirations and desires,

know that that point there was to keep you as authentic as you are at this point,

i.e. for you – the you in that moment there.

It is also important to know that your own happiness

is in no way conditioned by the circumstances you are in,

or by the potential that you have.

Your happiness will be precisely the reflection of

how you maximally used your potential for your benefit in the given circumstances.

And this is maturity,

which, in my opinion, comes at a much later age than the age you are in.

Because, what does maturity really mean?

My definition of maturity is that it is

a period in life when you manage to accept everything that comes your way, whether you depict it as good or bad,

as something that will help your development, learning and something that will help you grow.

And so, even if you find yourself trapped in a situation that you don't find pleasant now,

bear in mind that this is happening so you don't go THERE –

where the biggest life contrast might be waiting for you.

Therefore, learn to appreciate all the life's moments,

knowing that they are ideal for you just the way they are.

This is the point of this whole story.

The point is also to enter every action from tranquility,

because it is scientifically proven that the result we get when we start any kind of activity with a certain vibration is precisely the vibration from which we started.

This is why I wish that you accept what is currently the next logical step,

and know that after a certain number of years, you will realize that this is precisely the step you needed.

So believe in yourselves, dear seniors,

and I wish you to celebrate wonderful 10th, 15th, 20th, 30th high school graduation anniversaries,

and be happy to have the opportunity to see your friends

to be who you are

and to know that you needed every step of your way.

Love you, and a big salute from me!
