[music]

The deepest feeling of solitude is born when people closest to me do not understand me.

Yes.

The fact that a Mr Neighbour

thinks I am a weirdo

because I go to church and have certain beliefs,

is of little consequence.

But if people closest to me

do not understand

my deepest needs,

my important wishes and plans,

well, this is truly painful and can lead to the deepest feeling of solitude.

But do not play a drama queen as you are not alone.

Today Jesus tells to His disciples:

- You will abandon me.

Even He says that they we will abandon Him.

But soon after He adds, as if he realized: - But I am not alone, Father is with me.

And this is a very important truth.

Even in the depth of loneliness, when the closest ones do not understand you,

you are not alone.

The Father is with you.

The Father who accepts you in the deepest way.

The Father - the source of all your best ideas,

the source of you.

This intimacy with your Creator,

One, who is the source of all your inspirations, is always within your reach.

And you can always find Him and never have to feel alone.

Small Bookstores Are Making a Comeback - Duration: 5:29.

Once overshadowed by the rise of mega book chains and online bookstores, small bookstores

are making a comeback with a strong sense of identity and warmth that big businesses

don't possess.

What made them survive a David and Goliath style battle against chain bookstores?

This store is located in a trendy neighborhood in Seoul that is popular with young people.

At a glance, the place looks like any other cafe.

But the walls are covered with bookshelves full of interesting reads.

At this bookstore, visitors need to first purchase a book to sit down and read it.

They can also buy coffee or beverages to enjoy while reading.

"I like that I can buy and read a book I want and enjoy beverages at the same time."This

is another bookstore located at the heart of the Gangnam area, Seoul.

Friday night at 10 p.m. is when most bookstores close.

But here, it is when the fun starts.

"I saw a post on BOOKTIQUE's social media account about the "Midnight Bookstore" program

on Fridays.

I came with my boyfriend to stay up all night reading."

The "Midnight Bookstore" program runs from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. the next morning.

At a 10 U.S. dollar admission, visitors can pull an all-nighter reading books in peace

and quiet.

They can also help themselves with soft drinks and beer.

"There are many office workers in the Gangnam area.

They deserve a break after a busy week of overtime work and company dinner.

We wanted them to indulge in books instead of alcohol on Friday nights."The bookstore

has been trending on social media as a must visit in the Gangnam district, where small

bookstores have become a rarity.

In addition to selling books, the store hosts book readings, reviews and discussions.

"The selection of books is important, but we are focusing more on the readers, the people.

We have the space to coordinate different activities to help them create a community

and involve non-readers."

Following the advent of online bookstores offering generous discounts and the decline

of the publishing industry in the 2000s, brick and mortar bookstores have been disappearing.

The number of bookstores in Korea plummeted from about 5,500 in 1995 to 1,500 in 2015.

Small bookstores were the hardest hit.

The share of small bookstores operating on less than 66 square meters fell from 51.9%

in 2005 to 32.4% in 2015.

What small bookstores needed the most was a unique sense of identity that would set

them apart from book chains."Small bookstores in the U.S. or Europe organize a "buy local"

campaign.

They attract customers with a specialized collection of books.

Above all, they focus on their role as community cultural centers to stay competitive."Small

bookstores are enjoying a revival, thanks to their warm and friendly atmosphere that

is often hard to find at mega book chains.

They serve as a community gathering spot for author events or book discussions.

Instead of focusing solely on bestsellers, these stores offer thoughtfully selected titles

that reflect the tastes and preferences of the owner.

Hidden in a dark alley in Seoul is a small independent bookstore owned by Kim Jong-hyeon.

The store sells both books and alcohol.

About 80 percent of the store's selection is titles published by small presses or individuals

like Kim himself.

The remaining 20 percent is books that Kim wants to recommend to potential readers.

There are no bestsellers in sight, but the cosy bookstore has created an intimate community

for neighbors who share the same interests as the owner.

The long table in the middle of the store is a symbol of this place.

"People who come here share similar tastes, so I like interacting with them in events

organized here like movie screenings or book discussions.

I like how this place has something that you can't find elsewhere."Kim's store is among

the growing number of independent bookstores that offer rare titles and a themed collection

of books.

Their number has doubled in the past two years.

Some believe these stores could bring a renaissance of small mom-and-pop bookstores.

"For the latest independent bookstore boom to take root as a culture, we need the places

that sell independent publications and where readers can interact with one another.

This could create consumers and content producers.

This virtuous cycle can help lay the foundation.

Independent bookstores are springing up, but I don't see them as competition.

It's a great sign that we can start a culture."Small bookstores have transformed into a cultural

space with personality.

It would be interesting to watch if they can provide just the boost that the publishing

industry needs.

Real Scary Stories From Reddit About The Hat Man - Duration: 8:01.

Many people have reported that they had an encounter with a frightening, dark shadow

man who is wearing an old hat.

The so called Hat Man always seems to invoke intense fear and fright when seen by witnesses.

In this video, we want to take a look at some real accounts of Hat Man sightings from reddit.

I only just found out about the hat man yesterday and at first I didn't react so much to the

story's I read.

but then something came back to me that happened to me as a child.

I was 9 or 10 years old and a very lonely child and I used to walk around my neighborhood

on my own just admiring nature.

So one day in broad daylight I was walking down the street and for some reason I stopped

outside one of the apartments basement window because I noticed something in the corner

of my eye.

So I turned to look inside and there stood a tall, thin old man with a black top hat

and all dressed in black.

At first I could only see him in profile but he must have known I was looking at him, because

he slowly turned to me and looked up and all I could see and remember was the creepiest

smile I've ever seen and big hollow eyes staring at me.

He looked so evil and unreal.

I freezed at first to afraid to move but then I just ran as fast as I could down the street

crying my eyes out.

I never walked past that window again I was sitting on my couch watching TV and

dozing.

I felt like someone was watching me so I opened my eyes.

There was a black figure wearing a long trench like coat and a hat reaching out his arm with

his index finger pointed toward me as if he was going to touch me.

Then he disappeared.

I wasn't afraid of him.

He just seemed curious.

This happened while I was in the process of moving out of my first apartment about 30

years ago.

It was the first place I rented all by myself and I had lots of odd experiences there but

that's another story...

I remember I was there moving the last boxes out by myself one night and I swear I had

been seeing things out of the corner of my eye all day, like shadows or silhouettes.

I have always been skeptical though and just assumed my eyes are playing tricks on me.

Anyways, I remember I knocked over this old German sword that I had stored in my bedroom

and when I bent over to pick it up its like I felt this presence behind me.

You can tell when someone is directly behind you and that's exactly how it felt.

At the same time I recall I felt cold all over, It could be that I was just freaking

out for no reason but I swear the temperature dropped like people say, "cold spots."

I turned around but there was no one there.

my kitchen still felt very cold.

For some reason, I saw a disposable camera that I had left on the counter and thought

that I would snap a picture of my bedroom doorway where I had just been standing, I

don't know where I got the idea, I must have seen it in some scary movie or other at some

point.

Anyways...

When I developed the film I nearly shit myself.

I hadn't heard anyone talk about the "hat man" until much later in the mid 2000s but

I believe that is exactly who I met...

Here is the Picture in question.

A while before my grandmother passed away she decided to stop taking all of her medications.

She ended up in the hospital and hallucinated quite a bit.

So, maybe this was just a hallucination but she told me she saw a tall thin man with a

top hat in the corner of her room.

She said his hat would slide up and down the wall.

Maybe this isn't paranormal but I've heard others describe similar encounters

I had a long, involved bout of sleep paralysis in my early 20's (41 now).

I had been experiencing sleep paralysis pretty often and had seen the shadow people on several

occasions.

One night, I "woke up" (to sleep paralysis) to them circling my bed.

They moved faster and faster until they became a blur.

Then I saw one that was not moving within the circle, but he was hovered over my bed

wearing a top hat.

When he saw that I saw him, he aggressively "got in my face" and moved his head around

mine like he was trying to smell me or something.

I struggled and struggled to wake up, then I suppose you would say "came out of my body"

but I felt as heavy like my "astral" body was made out of lead, so I rolled and fell

onto the floor.

I saw, sitting in the floor cross legged, what looked to be an apparition of myself,

when I was young.

It was full color but transparent.

Sort of like a hologram.

My younger self or holographic apparition said to me "be careful" or "it's going to

be okay" or maybe both?

The message was unclear.

I crawled into my Mothers room and she was laying in the bed, propped up on a bunch of

pillows but my Dad wasn't in the bed with her.

I told her I was scared.

She said "me too".

I said "I had a bad dream".

She said "so did I" I said, what did you dream about?

At this point she lifted the covers on my Dad's side of the bed.

I got in the bed with her and she lifted my arm into the air.

At this point I actually woke up from the sleep paralysis and my arm was in the air.

I stayed up the rest of the night freaking out because I knew that dream must have meant

something.

About a week later, early one morning a neighbor woke me up and told me my Father was outside

being taken by ambulance because he was having a "bad dizzy spell".

I got dressed and went outside.

They were loading him in at this point and all I saw were his feet.

As soon as I saw his feet I knew he was about to die.

Everyone else said "no he was just dizzy " We got to the hospital and about a half hour

later we found out a blood clot hit the back of his brain stem.

Choices were ,allow him to live the remainder of his life as a vegetable or cut off life

support.

We cut off the life support.

Was this all a coincidence?

Who can say?

My only experience so far with a shadow figure was a few years ago at a friend's house.

I was on the couch watching TV, with the lights on and my friend was in his room doing something.

I look over to my left and there against the wall is a shadow figure of a man about 6ft.

tall.

I'm just looking at him and he is looking at me.

He turns his head away and starts seamlessly moving towards the hall.

I get off the couch to go after him and watch him disappear through the cracks of a door.

I'm only mentioning this because he had a hat on.

Not a top hat, or a fedora, it had a front bill but didn't look like a baseball hat.

Maybe a newsboy cap?

This is my first post on Reddit.

I've been reading paranormal stories for months after a friend said I should post my stories

here.

I've had many paranormal/very weird experiences in my life.

I find this interesting because while I've read many shadow figure stories, this is the

first with the figure in a hat and I myself had similar experience

Thank you guys for watching.

Europe can no longer completely rely on its allies: Merkel - Duration: 2:03.

German Chancellor Angela Merkel has said Europe can no longer rely on its allies and must

take its fate into its own hands.

She made the remarks on Sunday at an election rally in Munich after returning from the recent

G7 summit in Italy.

Ro Aram reports.

Speaking on Sunday after what she called 'unsatisfactory' G7 talks, Merkel said the EU can no longer

rely on its traditional British and American allies.

However, she did mention that Europe had to forge its own path forward in tandem with

friendly relations with the U.K., the U.S. and even Russia.

"The times in which we can fully count on others are somewhat over, as I have experienced

in the past few days.

And that is why I can only say: We Europeans must really take our destiny into our own

hands, of course in friendship with the United States, in friendship with Great Britain,

with good neighborly relations wherever possible, also with Russia and other countries."

There were renewed concerns at the G7 summit in Italy as President Trump, who was attending

the gathering for first time, was the only leader to say he needed more time to think

about committing to the 2015 Paris agreement on climate change.

He was also coming fresh off a NATO summit in Brussels, where he lambasted allies for

not paying enough for defense.

Soon after the G7 talks, Merkel described the results as "six against one," but didn't

mention Trump by name.

"Thirdly, and this was very difficult if not to say very unsatisfactory, there was the

whole discussion about the issue of climate . Here we have situation of six - or seven,

if you count in the EU - against one.

Back in Munich, meanwhile, Merkel instead turned her hopes to pro-EU French President

Emmanuel Macron.

She said Germany would help wherever it could because Germany will only do well if Europe

does well.

What is the Average Car Payment in 2017? [Should I Finance a Car or Buy a Car I Afford?] |MKCHIP - Duration: 3:57.

hey guys Mike here of MKchip super

short video this week because I'm in the

process of editing several other videos

and I got a lot of stuff going on but I

wanted to show you real quick what I got

in the mail today oh the lovely

pre-approval letter

have you guys ever wondered why there

are so many nice brand-new cars on the

road well wonder no more because these

letters are constantly every single

month

I must get at least one or two of them

from different credit unions from

different banks this letter is approving

me for up to $50,000 to buy a brand new

car at a two point three four percent

interest rate so basically anytime I

want I can go gladly put myself in 250

thousand dollars worth the card debt

which is just not a wise thing to do

guys so just because you get a letter

saying you're pre-qualified what it

really means is they're pre-qualified

their pre-qualifying you to get you into

debt and it's really not for your

benefit but it's really mainly for their

benefit so always remember that and that

is why we see so many new brand new car

isms on the road because I don't know if

you've been wondering why there's been

so many brand new cards on the road is

because of letters like this and in my

personal opinion because of this easy

money lending that is why we're seeing a

lot of these cars costing so much

because they said okay well the interest

rates lower so we're just going to

increase the price of our vehicles and

that's one of the debt is one of the

main reasons that the vehicle prices are

increasing on us and why course cost so

much more than they used to it's very

similar in my opinion back play in

2007-2008 with the mortgage crisis when

anybody just who who could fog up a

mirror could get a home loan and go buy

a four or five hundred thousand dollar

home and because of that easy money

the prices of homes just kept going up

and obviously there's other factors

besides that but debt is a huge part of

that and that's what I'm seeing with the

car loans so I just wanted to just

really encourage you guys if you can't

afford to buy a car in cash

I really discourage you from buying one

or just at at least promise me you'll

pay as much down as possible and keep

your your overall pain is very low

because the average car payment in

America today is around $500 a month

believe it or not I couldn't believe it

whew that hurts but I mean if you

seriously if you can't pay if you buy a

new car or at least a used car if you

can't pay it off in less than a year or

two years at the most

please do yourself a favor and don't buy

the car or buy a cheaper vehicle because

it's not worth the damage it's going to

do to your long-term investing strategy

and so your overall monthly budget so

that's so when you get letters like this

you know the best thing to do is its

shred the crap out of it

pria prove that I love y'all I'll see

you guys next week as you guys know the

goal of this channel is really to help

all of you and reach your financial

personal financial goals your career

goals and your life goals so until next

time I love you all if you have not
