Christmas Colours - Duration: 0:58.

It is Christmas, such a special time of the year when we get to spend time with the family.

But we can also take it as a chance to remember nature.

White, red and green remind us that nature

should also be present during Christmas

We need to remember that these animals need protection.

Katandra Treetops is the best place to find

all the different Christmas colours here at Loro Parque.

We can find red on the Eclectus parrots, whose females are deep red.

Eclectus males are bright green.

We also have Ducorps' cockatoos, white as snow,

or Rainbow Loris, with all the different colours present in nature.

This is the best way to find the colours of Christmas.

all about my africa trip! - Duration: 11:04.

Hey, you guys! And welcome to my channel.

How are you doing? I just came back from my Africa trip.

#Hu-hu. Hu-hu-hu-hu.#

So on the 17th of November, I flew to Moshi which is a small town on the foothill of Mount Kilimanjaro.

I was there for two weeks for a volunteering program with this organization called African Impact.

I was doing an education project.

So at 9 o'clock my placement was with the Maasai tribe, which is one of the biggest tribes

out of... 122, I believe, tribes that exist in Tanzania.

I was assigned to this particular student called Amosi. So we did a one-on-one thing.

He was very very quiet, very sweet. And before I left I got him to memorize A to N alphabet-- which is fantastic.

Afterwards, I was tasked with the primary kids which was just...

*dramatic sigh* part of the highlight of my trip were how cute these kids were, and how loving they were

and I loved them so much.

I knew we weren't supposed to choose favorites, but I had mine.

I love this kid called Junior. Patrick. Lisa, who's always so so affectionate and also really smart.

And then these two other kids who were not actually in my class called Brian,

who's just learning to speak so he's really really quiet.

And also this other kid called Colin.

We also got to see their graduation which was really really special since it's the end of the year.

So not all of the volunteers who came got to see this.

They all were wearing like party hats and we had a little ceremony,

where they introduced themselves to their parents and got a bunch of presents.

And the evening time, after lunch, I would go to this old folks home called the Wazee.

Where there are 17 elderlies who are basically just abandoned

by their families or they went through some sort of tragedy in their life that just left them alone.

We also had Swahili classes in our volunteer place twice a week,

after lunch which was really really cool.

I can speak a little Swahili now. So, hello is Mambo and you reply with Poa.

For someone older, you say Shikamoo which they will reply with Marahaba.

You can say how are you, which is Habari Gani or Habari Yako.

Your girl, just /acin'/ these Swahili classes.

And then you say very good which is Nzuri or if someone says H'jambo which is also how are you.

You say S'jambo, which is I'm fine. Jina Langu Natasha.

Nina Toka Indonesia or Nina Toka Australia. Depending on my mood.

One of the first words that I learned was Pole Pole which means slowly.

That is essentially the banner of life in Moshi. I feel like Melbourne is generally pretty chill.

But this is like a /whole/ new level of chill, guys.

If someone promises that they're gonna come at 4, it means they can either come between 3:30 to like 5-5.30.

After the three classes, the rest of the day would usually be free.

The volunteers that I had was Ish from Egypt, who we was very very knowledgeable with worldly stuff.

We played this pop quiz during one of the nights, and he... basically trashed my team.

I'm still like trying to swallow the defeat. But it's okay, it's cool.

And then there's Kasia, who's at the moment climbing Mount Kili which is insane.

She's also super spiritual,

which means my hippie self was very very fulfilled based on our interactions in the morning over coffee.

And then there's Julia who is my Swedish roommate, who is obsessed lion, chocolate, and Harry Potter.

That basically sums her up.

There's Anthony who laughs a lot. Like... A LOT a lot. He also reads so quickly.

I get so intimidated by people who read in an inhuman speed because I semi want to be them.

And I'm just like low-key jealous.

And then last but not least, there's Abbie. She was... a bit of our mom.

Every time we didn't understand anything, every time we needed someone to translate something,

we were just like Abbie help, Abbie help, Abbie helphelphelp.

And then there were the rest of the African Impact team who lived there.

There's Sarah who's just absolutely amazing. She basically organized everything.

There's Kaso who's such a great singer it's actually disgusting.

There's Elieza who just has the biggest most wonderful smile always, who drives us from place to place.

And he's also a fantastic teacher.

And then there's Amos who I worked with most closely, because we spend the whole day together.

The one thing that I remember about him is that he runs really funny, and he's also very very wise.

There's Bertha. She reminds me so much of my nanny.

So the first time I saw her, I just-- like, I immediately loved her. She was so sweet.

And then there's Edi, who was my closest friend while I was there.

We just turn into five-year-olds whenever we hang out with each other.

Just doing the most stupid things. She just makes me laugh all the time.

I miss her like crazy.

During the weekends, we get to go on trips and the first trip that I went to was to this waterfall.

So we hiked up the mountain... oh Jesus Lord, one of the things that made me so excited about the trip

is that I got to see a chameleon.

I've never seen a chameleon up close in my life, ever. Let alone having it crawl on my arm.

After seeing the waterfall, which was huge and great and I ripped my pants.

We got to see the making of coffee from the beginning until we got to drink it

and there were a lot of dancing, a lot of singing involved.

If I had to describe Tanzanians or people in Moshi in one word-- it's like, they're so warm.

They're so welcoming to you. I don't think that kind of generosity with their time and kindness

is common anymore in the first world, you know.

You can't just walk down the street and say hi to everyone-- which is what happens there.

For the next weekend, I went to the Safari.

#Animals - Hi 5#

#It's the circle of lifeeeeee# JULIA: oh my god.

Is that not the right song?

That safari trip consisted of just hours upon hours on the road.

My phone didn't work there so there was no wifi, no data.

I only basically used it for flashlight and for songs because power goes out there almost everyday.

Here in Tanzania, we have power outages and tonight... it's one of them.

Thoughts? Comments? JULIA: Lord have mercy on us all.

The day after, we visited Ngorongoro Crater-- I hope I'm pronouncing it right.

In my 21 years of living, I've visited 5 continents, 16 countries

and I have never... EVER... seen a view like that.

#Run Away - Chase Atlantic#

When you're in such an open space and you're in the road for such a long period of time...

it gets you reflecting a lot.

Especially since it's that time of the year, it's December.

There are people that I really thought I would miss, and I didn't.

There are people that I didn't think I would think about at all and I did.

It was just really interesting to kind of solidify all of these thoughts,

that you usually can't really focus on because you're always so distracted and everything just moves so fast.

By the end of this year, I would be graduating. I would be a full-fledged adult.

I just started my first 8-hour work day today. A lot of my friends are leaving and I'm moving to a new apartment.

They're all such emotional things and I didn't let myself process any of them before I left,

because there was just no time.

The week before I left, I also had this beautiful wonderful dinner at two separate places.

So the first one was with a group of ladies

who some of them have suffered domestic violence, some of them are single moms,

and they worked together to create sort of arts and crafts things to sell to tourists--which was amazing.

They cooked for us and we all danced and sang-- of course.

Dancing and singing is just such a big part of their culture.

There was also this really cute baby there that I really really wanted to smuggle into my suitcase but I couldn't. (DUH)

They also made us this avocado passion fruit juice. It basically changed my life.

Just one extra reason to come back, you know.

And there's this one pastry that's called Mandazi. If you slay that thing with peanut butter...

I--

I can't talk about it without just... getting emotional.

I also went for a tour around the village that we were staying in.

We tried some maize beer, some banana beer.

I'm like a spirits, champagne, rosé, Moscato girl.

It's definitely better than regular beer though, because it smells like bananas

We got to see a bunch of remedy herbal plants that people use to cure themselves.

There were dancing and playing with drums-- of course.

We also got to see this guy-- oh my god-- he was amazing.

He makes jeep cars from recycled objects but he's just so crazy talented and so generous with his knowledge.

He basically did a rundown for us, of how he did it, the kind of tools that he used.

And at the end of the night, we went to Elieza's house, our driver.

He was telling stories about his wedding day which was very very sweet.

And his wife was teaching us how to cook Chapati, which I miss with my entire soul.

I loved every minute of it and I was just so so grateful to be there.

I'm like this close to just breaking down into a pile of waterworks.

If there's one thing that I can tell you about traveling solo, it's just Don't be Afraid.

I knew deep down, I could travel wherever I wanted, and do whatever I wanted to do

and learn a lot of things in that trip, and meet a lot of incredible people

and I could sort of freefall-- so to say-- to a country that I've never been

and kind of trust that everything will work out as it is. And I believe that very strongly in my gut.

It's my goal to come back there like stat.

That's my Africa trip. Thank you so much if you stayed all this way.

I hope you enjoyed it. I hope you're intrigued to actually wanna research

and want to find a project that may suit you.

I will leave the link for African Impact down below. They are an absolute gem.

Why You Need A Porsche 944 part 1 - Duration: 5:35.

Why You Need A Porsche 944 part 1

Say you're looking for a classic, cheap rear-wheel-drive sports car for cruising in the countryside over the weekend, or even whip out for the occasional track day session.

You could get an old British roadster, but the headaches that come with those cars have pretty much turned you off by now.

And besides, you're not a goddamn mechanic, but an average human being with a normal life, maybe a few kids and a mortgage to pay.

All you're looking for is a cheap way to let off some steam behind the wheel of a machine.

You need a Porsche 944.

You could default back to the tried and tested Mazda Miata formula.

But that's the easy route, the obvious choice, the Japanese reliability safety net where all your drives will end up being a carbon copy of one another from lack of drama or worry.

You're looking for something a little spicier.

Something with some kind of challenge, but not too much of a risk.

You want to at least brag to your homies that you "tinker" with your ride.

You need a Porsche 944.

The car also needs to have some kind of exotic flair, something with pedigree, a car people will ask questions about the moment you'll pull the key out of your pocket at the local bar, something a Miata can't brag about.

You need a Porsche 944.

But there's a catch: you only have about six grand to spare.

Guess what? You're still good.

So go out and get a Porsche 944.

You'll even get pop-up headlights thrown in there as an added bonus.

I took one out for a drive, as I typically do.

And I'm here to tell you why the 944 is the classic, mid-eighties German sports car you need in your life.

As long as you get yours in beige.

Sold between 1982 and 1991, the Porsche 944 was the replacement to the 924 that came before it.

The 924 was a lightweight, front engine, rear-wheel drive sports car powered by a Volkswagen/Audi-sourced four-cylinder, intended to replace the 914 as Porsche's entry-level car.

But the 924 didn't do too well for Porsche.

Plenty got sold, but it was slow, and got lukewarm reviews from the automotive press.

And new Japanese competition from Datsun and Mazda offered more power at a much more affordable price.

Porsche enthusiasts also gave the car a bad rap for not being a "real" Porsche due to its shitty, underpowered 20-liter engine which, on top of only producing a measly 110 HP (in North America), could also be found under the hood of an Audi 100, Volkswagen van and even a variant of the AMC Gremlin at the time.

This forced Porsche to bring the car back to the drawing board.

Instead of scrapping the thing from the shame of failure, Porsche did what it does best, which is not admit defeat, and gave the car a total overhaul instead, hence the birth of the 944.

Still using the 924s platform, but heavily reworked through chassis stiffening and improved suspension tuning, Porsche dropped an all new and larger 2.5-liter four under the car's hood.

This time, the engine was all Porsche.

And some say this engine was actually half of the 928s 50-liter V8.

The math certainly adds up.

Horror Poster Advent Calendar - Day Nine - Duration: 1:11.

Welcome back to dark Corners Advent Calendar of Horror.

Here in the vast limestone caverns under DCHQ we keep our secret horde of great horror movie posters

and we're sharing one a day with you through this advent period. Day 9

Designed by artist Matthew Peake this is a poster that succeeds on the big and the small scale.

Its overall impact is immediate but the closer you look, the more you notice -

the light flare draws your eye to the blades but also suggests the supernatural,

the bars at the top (one of which actually passes through Freddie's head) are clearly part of the bed

but also suggest being trapped,

the girl's hand holding the blankets across her is defensive both of her life and her nudity,

the staring eyes are of someone too scared to sleep and act as a repetition of Freddie's eyes above.

It's an iconic poster for an iconic film, featuring our first sighting of a soon to be iconic character.

Join us again tomorrow for another horrific advent poster.

And don't forget to subscribe to our channel. Please.

Father Victory - Georges Clemenceau I WHO DID WHAT IN World War 1? - Duration: 9:40.

Georges Clemenceau, French Prime Minister during the final stages of the war, was already

a major political figure before the war, but he is certainly best remembered today for

his resolute wartime service as "The Tiger" and "Father Victory".

I'm Indy Neidell; welcome to a Great War bio special about Georges Clemenceau.

He was born in 1841 in Vendée in the West of France.

His father, Benjamin, was a doctor and a Republican, and participated in both the 1830 and 1848

French revolutions.

This came back to haunt him during the Empire of Napoleon III, and he served time for his

beliefs and remained under police watch.

Young George also studied medicine, and helped publish a newspaper called the Labour in 1862.

It was critical of the regime and George also spent a couple months in jail for his beliefs.

Frustrated with his nationc's political climate and having finished his thesis, he

spent the late 1860s in the US as a journalist and French teacher.

It was there he met his wife, Mary Plummer, but when the Franco-Prussian War broke out

in 1870 and the French empire was on the verge of collapse, Georges returned to France.

He was there when the empire fell September 4th.

The new government chose George as Mayor of Paris' 18th arrondissement, but he was in

a terrible position.

The city was under siege and couldn't be supplied or relieved, the two main French

armies having surrendered at Sedan and Metz.

The peace that was signed in January 1871 infuriated Parisians and eventually led to

the Paris Commune.

Georges tried to conciliate both Paris and the national government and was dismissed

in March.

That's the real short version.

Thing is, Georges was trying to avoid a civil war, but if he could not do that, he could

at least defend the Republic.

He was elected Deputy of Paris in 1876, pledged amnesty for the Communards, warned against

a return of monarchy, and championed separation of church and state 25 years before it happened.

A decade later, it was Clemenceau who was instrumental in preventing a coup by Georges

Boulanger, the popular Minister of War.

He was one of the few deputies that were opposed to French colonial expansion and believed

the national forces should remain in France and prepare for a potential war against Germany,

though he never actually called for such a war.

His career was derailed for a decade in the 1890s when a large-scale press attack by his

opponents accused him of corruption.

He even fought a duel over it - one of many duels he fought, but though he was proven

innocent, his reputation suffered.

It was another scandal that brought him back to politics, the Dreyfus Affair.

You'll have to look up the details yourself, but during the scandal, Clemenceau wrote 665

articles defending Dreyfus, who was finally declared not guilty in 1906.

That year, Clemenceau became Minister of the Interior in March and Prime Minister in October.

As Interior Minister, he reformed the French police and cracked down on striking workers,

notably the miners' strike after the Courrieres mining disaster, but there were several other

strikes as well.

Although he was the most leftist Prime Minister the republic had had, this anti-worker action

alienated the Socialist Party, the SFIO, but Clemenceau saw his main goal as PM as restoring

order and confidence to the republic, and called himself "the First Cop of France",

though to the socialists he remained "the Strikebreaker".

Most of the press called him "the Tiger".

It was he who introduced the scientific police, mobile brigades - Tiger Brigades - and water

cannons instead of guns to deal with rioters.

He also created cheap accommodation for the poor.

His end as Prime Minister, though, had nothing to do with domestic policy.

In 1909, he signed a treaty with Germany over influence in Morocco.

Dealing with the enemy was very unpopular.

In July, during a discussion on the state of the 0navy, bitter words were exchanged

between Clemenceau and Theophile Delcassé, former President of the Council, whose downfall

Clemenceau had helped.

Georges did not respond to Declassé's questions and said he'd negotiated with the Germans

because France could not begin a fight with them.

By publicly claiming France's weakness he compromised himself and the assembly voted

his cabinet out 226-176.

He spent the next three years travelling in South America and then returned to France.

Worried about the rise of national tensions in Europe, he founded the newspaper, "The

Free Man" to articulate his views.

When the world war broke out, he was determined to see France victorious, no matter the cost.

He believed that if France lost it would become a simple satellite of Germany with no army

and no power.

He spoke out actively against pacifists and defeatists, and accused Louis Malvy, Minister

of the Interior, of sabotaging the war effort.

Malvy did not share Clemenceau's view that all socialist activists should be jailed.

Actually, it was Clemenceau whose relentless propaganda against Malvy led him to resign

in 1917.

He had accused Malvy of treason - providing information to the Germans - and of supporting

the army mutinies.

Malvy was cleared of treason charges but was, in fact, exiled for "disregarding, violating,

and betraying the duties of his office".

As an editor, Clemenceau was anything but silent.

in 1914, he heavily criticized Josef Joffre's leadership of the French army, and - as a

doctor - questioned the quality of medical treatment.

He saw wounded soldiers receiving no treatment, men getting tetanus from traveling in the

same wagon as sick horses, and his newspaper outlined these and other problems.

The government accused him of not supporting the war effort and seized "the Free Man".

So he published another paper called, "the Chained Man".

See, Clemenceau agreed with military censorship, but not political censorship, and he certainly

didn't believe that pointing out medical or military insufficiencies should be punished.

After a few years of the war, Clemenceau's legendary inflexibility and rabid nationalism

turned him into the "solution" for the war.

He was very much supported by public opinion and indeed; many thought he was the only chance

to win the war.

In November 1917, President Raymond Poincaré called for him to take up the post of Prime

Minister once more.

Clemenceau planned to run things by himself.

He chose unknowns as his ministers and only met with them once a week.

The army was his main focus and he named himself Minister of War.

His first speech in the assembly outlined his policies for the coming year, "Foreign

policy and domestic policy, it is all one.

Domestic policy, I make war.

Foreign policy, I make war.

I always make war."

The 76-year-old Tiger was certainly active in that respect.

He spent 90 days at the front line in the last year of the war, and even taunted Germans

from a frontline trench opposite them.

German Quartermaster General Erich Ludendorff not only admired him, he said he wished a

Clemenceau had emerged in Germany.

The challenges, triumphs, and defeats the French would face in the field are covered

in our regular episodes, but some of the machinations behind the lines are worth mentioning here.

Clemenceau believed that all of the armies on the Western front should fall under French

command.

Most of the enemy troops were in France; France had deployed more soldiers than the other

nations, and had been fighting the war since the very start.

In December 1917, he proposed that France take leadership of the new Supreme War Council,

but no commander was yet named.

The seemingly unstoppable German advance in March 1918 changed that.

If Amiens fell, the French and British armies would be split, so it was decided that the

British would be under French command for its defense.

For Clemenceau, this wasn't enough; he wanted unified command for counterattacks as well.

Finally, he got his way and Ferdinand Foch was named Supreme Commander of the Allies.

The reasons for Foch over, say, Petain, the final days of the war, the decision whether

to sign an armistice or invade Germany, the Treaty of Versailles, all of this will be

covered in our weekly episodes.

Post war, Clemenceau considered retiring, but many wanted him to run for President of

France.

He had his enemies, though; certainly the socialists, but also many Catholics, who held

him responsible for poor relations with the Vatican, and many who simply associated him

with rabid militarism.

He lost the election in January 1920 and then resigned as Prime Minister.

He spent his last years traveling all over the world, and wrote his memoirs and a philosophical

work.

Father Victory died November 24th, 1929 at the age of 88.

He was unbending, unyielding, and totally determined, qualities that are often quite

negative, but in time of war can be valuable qualities indeed.

What can you find in a japanese library?

a bit of everything, cat toys

tea, ornaments, some bear shaped cookie cutters,

keychains

some spins, that transforms your nose in a little nose

some head masseurs, and so on

when I said everything, I meant everything

and yes also books

the most requested ones are hair magazines

and manuals on how you can earn more at work

or books that speak about the blood groups.

All different kinds of parfumes, some glasses,

this is basically a mask, so that you can have a smaller nose

do you believe?

above of that their selling it with a small booklet, it's a bit funny.

This... oh my the drawings are bad!

it kind of reminds me the human centipede

that horror movie

did somebody see it?

This is make-up for the eldery women,

Nowadays there are less younger people that read books, because of internet, so they point on a older age

so, we have books for all ages.

There are a lot of magazines about hair style

do you need this type of magazines?

you can also find some hairbrushes!

a lot of!

I wanted to show you a Manga that a friend of mine did,

it's called Nihonjin no Shiranai Nihongo

first thing is they did a show based on this manga and I was like one of the main characters

but I can't find it...

it's unusual, because it's a best seller

In the first two Volumes there was a french character, but they changed it to an italian character in the show, I did him

but in the third Volume they changed it and they put me as character

he is called Sebastiano Serafini

they also sell bags...

we have here a lot of stuff!

this is like the last department... what are there? some coasters

this is a magazine that speeaks about frying.

oh, a nice mini xmas tree!

This one looks like a korean character, but I don't want to say something wrong!

I really want to buy this! aren't these cookies cute?

I'm a fan of this character, you maybe saw that in some of my cooking videos!

see, I already caught up attention

because when you look at something, you catch up attention.

How to Get Private Language Students through Facebook - Duration: 6:30.

- Hello, this is Jack from teachingeslonline.com.

And in this video I'm going to talk about how you can use Facebook to get more private

students, or more people to sign up for your online courses, or whatever it is that you

offer.

So I have been teaching online since 2011, and Facebook has played a huge role when it

comes to getting new private students, and also getting people into my paid courses.

But I know a lot of people struggle with this.

I get a lot of emails from people saying, "I've got all these people liking my page,

"but no one is clicking a link, "or no one is downloading my free guide," or no one is

taking the action that we want people to take.

And the reason why this happens is quite simple.

If you post a link to your booking page for online lessons, this isn't really engaging

content.

People aren't liking this.

They're not sharing it.

They're not clicking it.

And that tells Facebook that this content isn't engaging.

Therefore Facebook is not going to push that content and put it in front of people.

Facebook wants people to use their platform.

They want people to spend time on their platform.

So they put the most engaging content on people's newsfeeds.

And if you go through your latest post and look at the engagement rates, look at how

many people these posts are reaching, I'm sure you'll find that Facebook push things

like life lessons or shock videos or pictures or anything that gets people interacting with

their content.

But when it comes to sign up for my lessons, that reach is really low.

So we have a problem here because you want people to take action.

You want people to get on Facebook and to book a lesson with you.

Now what I'm going to do here is share three ways that you can do this, three ways that

you can get private students from Facebook.

The first way is to create content that is engaging, but also include a call to action.

So for example let's say you do a live lesson, where you're teaching about any kind of subject,

and people are engaged with this content, they're commenting, they're liking, they are

sharing it.

Well you can also include a call to action within that live lesson.

And this might be download my free PDF, or book a trial lesson with me, or check out

this offer that I have at the moment.

So what you're doing here is you're giving Facebook the type of post that it wants to

promote, but you're also including a call to action for what you want people to do.

An extra tip here is to make the call to action relevant to the content that you are promoting.

So for example let's say that you invite people onto your live Facebook lesson, and you're

talking about a specific subject, and you're interacting with that learner, other people

will watch that and think, "I want to do that too."

And what you can say is, "Hey if you want to take a private lesson with me, "why not

take a trial lesson first?

"Here is the link to do that."

So blend content with call to actions.

Tip number two is to use a feature that most people shy away from, and it is this, Messenger.

Now I'm not talking about your private personal page messenger app, instead Messenger for

business.

If you go into your business page, you'll see inbox and in there that's where you receive

messages from people who follow you on your page.

Instead of shying away from it, try to get people to use it because once you get people

chatting to you and you're helping them through Messenger on a one-to-one basis, you can tell

them, "Hey if you want to learn more with me, "why not do this, why not have a look

at this course, "or why not take a lesson with me?"

You're most likely thinking that, that sounds like a lot of work, and it is a lot of work

but it is worth it.

People who you engage with one-to-one are more likely to buy something from you because

you open up that conversation to get to know, like, and trust you.

And if you do this with enough people, then it's just a numbers game.

Personally I spend about two hours a day interacting with people on Instagram, on Snapchat, on

Facebook, in the Comment section on my YouTube channel.

It's overwhelming but I know that it's worth it in the long-term.

But think about how much time you can and want to spend on something like this.

Tip number three is paid ads.

Using Facebook ads to put a certain message in front of certain people.

Now before you just dismiss this straightaway because I don't want to spend any more money,

know that you can start with a very small budget, and you have to be smart about it.

The best way to get started is re-marketing.

Now remember the example I gave before of having an online interactive lesson and teaching

people on a live Facebook ad?

Well you can re-target the people who watched that with a specific offer, and you can decide

which countries are going to see this ad, what age group is going to see it, what financial,

it's crazy, Facebook ads can get really crazy but the key is that you can get very specific

about who sees it.

And if they've already seen something from you before, if they've already experienced

you teaching one-to-one, then this is like a reminder to say hey I'm here if you want

private lessons.

Now you can't just throw up anything and expect people to respond to your ad.

You'll need a good image, a good headline, a good call to action, and also a good landing

page too.

But like anything, the more you put into it, the more you'll get out of it.

So in summary, to make Facebook work for you, create posts that have great content but also

a call to action, don't overlook Facebook Messenger to get that interaction started,

and also consider using paid ads.

If you want to learn more about how to get private students and how to start your own

teaching business then click over here and start my mini-course - it is free.

And also check out the description for more links and resources.

Thank you so much for watching.

Wendys / Mukbang #19 / Eat a Taco Salad, Junior Bacon Cheese Burger, and a Double Stack from Wendys - Duration: 23:29.

yo yo yo CPA strength here with my 19th straight Saturday morning Mukbang I

hope you're having a great Saturday morning if you're watching a Saturday

morning whenever you watch dope we having a great time but I do these on

Saturday morning I know I should probably start eating a breakfast but

anyways it's a CPA strength this is my Saturday mukbang this is my favorite

video of the week I was super excited to do this one cuz it's really just the

free flow sorry about that I got the taco salad from Wendy's we did Wendy's

we're doing Wendy's today we're doing Wendy's whoo I love me some Wendy's

Wendy's probably my favorite fast food place although look they did not give me

a fork I got the taco salad mmm taco salad was my old favorite I believe they

took it off the menu for a little while like why are you eating with us my knife

because they forgot to give me they gave me oh this is gonna work fine a spoon

mmm okay I thought that was give me a big problem with not the spoons working

fine see should noise complaint JD only that cheese melted a melty cheese come

on oh look at that yeah it's a tasty motives I'd be watching some MOOC

bloggers hmm I can get this out of the way so this is Phi FYE Phi a taco salad

yeah I think it was like six dollars though then of course I got a junior

bacon cheeseburger and a double stack and you'll see them you'll see them in a

minute you'll see them in a couple minutes let me get down oh this is

freaking awesome I'm in the cut two I'm in the cut

and when I'm filming from it's like a parking lot

I mean it's not very sunny today where there's a bunch of trees there's like I

think three or four other cars here but that are like all workers damn this is

good

mmm so the taco salad was my favorite when I was a kid I used to get us all

the time my dad would work at Kate I was working

at Kmart at that certain time at night she was working nights at Kmart and yeah

I remember like in high school and he would stop there's a Wendy's on the way

home from when he was coming he come on like nine or ten and then there was a

Wendy's and he would stop and get me a taco salad and I'm like a burger

I don't now I do a salad and two burgers this is delicious mmm

it was only um like 600 some calories too so it's pretty good for a diet but

it's just delicious it was just a quick there's light there's a little there's

lettuce there's lettuce tomato and cheese and there's lettuce tomato and

cheese and I think yeah that's it but a nice full salad a nice full salad worth

and mmm just so good then give you a thing of side of chili a nice big side

of chili here it is nice big sided chili it's delicious

so he dumped that on I did that before before we started the MOOC bong and then

there was two little things of sour cream little things sour cream so it's

just really good so I believe now the sun's making this weird sorry guys what

are you gonna do right capi strength you're fired just winding

Cody around Cody's you don't want your car bang but like Cody we're gonna do a

car bang he's like Cody was not down with the car bang

I don't even ask Regina I knew she would be fun

but uh yeah it's delicious so holding that melty cheese is a nice

bite right here mmm

I don't know why I looked at that hmm so I wasn't about going to chick-fil-a

today I just feel like chick-fil-a is too expensive like they don't have deals

they're not further like the poor person which is me they're not for the common

person I just don't like spraying all that money so my opinion there's like

three burger places well then I grew up on that are around here in South Florida

Wendy's Burger King and McDonald's

overall I give Wendy's one Wendy's the best one on that but I like them all

three I crave McDonald's the most but I think

McDonald's is the worst food like nutrition-wise

I feel like this is super nutritious like this lettuce the lettuce tomatoes

the cheese everything everything is so fresh on this I feel like I'm actually

giving a food review this time remove doing a mukbang talking about the food

anyways they used to have with taco salad back in the day they changed it

like tortilla salad like seven or eight years ago

I don't know what they brought this back then

Wendy's bringing the taco salad back me and Justin Timberlake bringing sexy back

so yeah roasting and chick-fil-a cuz actually I was I want to go over

McDonald's again but I was like they're they're not gonna want to watch the

McDonald's again I was like switch it up JD so I thought well chick-fil-a that's

that serves ah wow that's not my way to my office chick-fil-a when I was like

not too expensive then I was like I'll go to Wendy's almost like you guys go

where nice I was like you haven't got a salad on a mu pong yet you know we're

gonna salad in total in a while and mm

couple negative things happen that's the white trash on me right there

don't ever forget that I'm white trash okay don't ever forget that shit you're

like why would you do that cuz I'm a motherfucking white trash welcome to the

south and that was another comment they're like why would you call that

person I feel bad for calling someone else white trash you know kind of like

maybe they don't like it but I was like yeah that dealer leaves white trash and

the comment was like why would you call that person white trash and then another

and then comment on that comment was like welcome to the south bro like yeah

dude like come on man she's dirty

hmm so anyways we ended up going to Wendy's for salad hmm a little a smart

for you something just hit my car I probably a big dent in all my look no my

bad karma lot of stuff on talk about but talk about my aunt Lynn Helen might or

might not be watching this uh I think I might label it I don't know I don't like

labeling really but my aunt Lynn I believe I'm her only nephew so choices

on her favorite nephew which is pretty cool and then I have lots of aunts but I

just say you're my favorite aunt cuz she is so she just always seems to know what

to say to me call me down like she was really the only one who could deal with

my mess fueled rage like she liked everything off Ally I tried to just I

don't know whatever whatever she was just different than anybody else so I

don't know it's just her specialty was you know she kept me calm and I'm but I

mean beside besides that we just get along she she goes really hard I mean I

should always worked hard like and she always had that like like you know she

has that like I can do all things attitude

no I'm saying like he do this oh sure never done in her life um so I have a

feeling she's probably gonna well maybe hopefully she'd come to tired down in

Florida because she lives in Pennsylvania or the border up there it's

like New Jersey Pennsylvania New York it's like a weird little try thing but

it's not weird it's just four states intersect it's not weird but yeah she's

she doesn't like the cold weather and stuff and she wasn't seeing Thomas

working with a Margaritaville when it got battered by hurricane

so whole island doesn't have any power or anything

um but yeah she's like you know it's the real go-getter wherever she goes she's

always working hard providing for family and just doing things that you'd say how

did you know how to do that and she said I just did it and I get a lot of my like

I can do it I do all things you know like well so

I visit her a lot of jobs she had jaw you know like I remember I

went to New York City and visitor she still works just in New York City in the

country she relocated for work and I just really find her grind a nice

extraordinary motivational for me and

hey what up now we got two burgers I'm gonna tell you my England story which is

why I came here water for super health not even diet so yeah what is this one

this is gonna be the junior bacon junior bacon cheeseburger with the Bacon's

really good at the Wendy's so mmm good let you guys get the first bite there

you go was it yummy that was some bacon that just fell why

don't you guys use the bacon I'll give it to you first

yeah mmm okay

learner who this is this passing me all back and forth I'm a fucking hater I bet

hmm y'all remember when um y'all remember when Wendy's had a salad bar

well anyways in the 80s or 80s maybe early 90s Wendy's some Wendy's did have

a salad where they try to sell a bar thing I don't have the salad bar anymore

they're not the ones that I've been to lately maybe some do they had a salad

bar - Wendy's he was you know that all-you-can-eat buffet and they had you

know other stuff besides salary a normal a buffet I guess um so I remember being

pretty young 6 7 probably had to be like when I was growing up about when I was

still like living in Vermont we lived in the country and I mean to go out to eat

to fast food or to anywhere was just like awesome for me because it was

always eating at home I mean I remember body bodies the welfare series just you

know I loved going out so we were at the we were out of Wendy's salad bar with my

aunt and

one of the born of the workers started putting the salad stuff away my aunt was

like what they're not clear not closin frogurt cold for a while and then in and

now and my aunt was like well I'm not done you're not done and I was like no I

don't care like they're closing it down I don't care cuz I was always like shy

even then like I just I never wanted any attention on me because whenever any

attention was on me it was always negative like nothing was anytime

attention was ever on me it was like because you're doing something bad so

even at Wendy's I didn't want the worker to like look at me and then of course

you know cuz I would have to hear it from you know my family like why were

you talking to that person why that person looked over at you why what you

know so just and

my aunt wasn't having it man my dad wasn't having it and she was like nobody

right that's uh you know um you don't you have it you have a sign up it says

the buffets open to all ten o'clock and I just shutting down at 9:30 and we're

not done we're gonna eat till 10:00 guess what the sign says and then she

like yell or anything but she just stood up for herself in a calm fashion and uh

you know so we and we and we got to eat there of course because there you're not

gonna tell my aunt Lynn no I mean but uh you know I I was sitting there worried

about who everyone hates us in here Natalie cuz they were gonna clean up and

I just remembered being like that and um

it was just like the first it's just like the first time I remember like

being like you know what's what's right is right and like fuck them like oh

they're not gonna like me cuz they want to clean up early but their sign says

this look if they don't like it they can go fuck themselves and that's that's my

you know that's the attitude I just for some reason that always stuck with me

that she was like I was so embarrassed I would have never said nothing and I

still pretty much get ran over by everybody cuz I just don't I just don't

want the drama I don't want people to hate me I want everyone to like me even

you know so I always remember that that she

you know if you wanna do you want to sit there any any and and get full your

feelings because your sign said this and that but you know I just always remember

that about her that you know what's right is right and you know I always

remember that about her goddamn that's that same Jeep I'm fucking hater

talk if you want an autograph just ask player don't be scared gillo double get

a little double stack in your life people's oh baby double baby stack yeah

so another thing is like I always knew that my alien love loved me a lot and I

don't really know that about a bunch of people help no one ever no one ever

really told me it so yeah I feel like when mice is long enough but I have

another good story with my um with my grandpa from Texas and then well my aunt

was living in Texas too so if anybody wants to hear that story

comment down below you want to hear the story about my grandfather in Texas in

my aunt land in Texas

but anyways it's a little longer move on than usual I love doing these our

YouTube channel just hit 34 thousand subscribers from the bottom of my heart

I appreciate each in every subscriber I think you guys can really know that too

because i an't I tried it out some sometimes the comments coming hot and

heavy I can't keep up but I try to answer every comment which is super hard

now watch I don't even I don't get to all of them anymore you know um I

definitely look at every single one and I just I just really appreciate each and

every subscriber it means a lot to me on the road to 100 and then a million but a

hundred I'm doing the name reveal for my friend and and anyways um like comment I

was gonna say share we gonna share who you gonna share this one video some

weird gate and Taco Bell in this car or Wendy's in this car you don't have to

share this place if you did like it that you have 18 other MOOC bongs idealist I

do a mukbang every Saturday at 8 a.m. for this 19 straight week so I'm gonna

plan on doing this till the end of YouTube every Saturday 8 a.m.

excuse me I hope you liked it I try to get better each one the only way I do

lots of practice a do daily I do daily videos at every every day I do daily

videos 8 a.m. but Saturday is a mukbang Saturday I figure you know everyone eats

just kind of supposed to be relaxing tell you a little bit myself the food

and it's something for every single one of my subscribers or new people that

could watch this I guess I could make it more family-friendly without the cursing

I don't even know if I want you know anyways

I feel like I'm done anyways until next time to see

Kim Jong-un controlled the weather as he climbed sacred mountain, North Korea claim - DAILY NEWS - Duration: 3:26.

Kim Jong-un controlled the weather as he climbed sacred mountain, North Korea claim

NORTH KOREA have claimed Kim Jong-un can control the weather in a bizarre press release from

the country's state-controlled media.

The rogue state claimed that their leader was responsible for improving the weather

during a trek up Mount Paektu.

North Korea has long associated the mountain with their national identity and have previously

made up other stories about the natural phenomenon.

This week the state's leadership claimed that the winter weather disappeared as Kim

Jong-un climbed the "mountain of revolution".

In their report state media said: "When Kim Jong-un ascended to the top of it, going

through thick snow, it showed fine weather unprecedented in the blizzard of December

winter, exposing its majestic figure."

The press release went on to say that the unexpected weather came about because the

mountain wanted to "give a warm welcome" to Kim Jong-un and "show joy at the appearance

of the peerlessly illustrious commander who controls the nature".

In a quote from the report, Kim Jong-Un even bragged about the visibility on the mountain

following his weather miracle.

He said: "The weather is so fine that we can see peaks on the shore of Lake Chon more

clearly as if they are before our very eyes."

The weather was said to be so nice that it was "rare to be seen even in spring".

Mount Paektu is an important part of folk law for both North and South Koreans, with

the nations considering the volcano and its caldera lake their spiritual home.

This is not the first time that bizarre stories about the mountain have been released by the

DPRK.

They have previously claimed that Kim Jong-il, the first leader of the hermit state, was

born on top of the mountain under a double rainbow and a glowing new star.

However, Soviet records indicate he was actually born in Siberia in 1941.

Other tall tales taught to North Koreans include the sighting of a unicorn, former leader Kim

Jong-il retiring from golf after his first attempt to play finished with 11 holes in

one, and Kim Jong-un as a "fashion icon".

The latest story comes as Pyongyang looks to build national pride across the country

for a future war with the US.

Fears of military confrontation between Kim Jong-un's corrupt regime and the US has

risen over recent months, with tensions running high between the countries following a series

of missile tests by the North.

Last month the Asian country bragged that they now had the ability to hit "all the

US mainland".

The spokesperson said: "As a responsible nuclear power and peace-loving state, the

DPRK will make every possible effort to serve the noble purpose of defending peace and stability

of the world."

Celebrity New : Jessica Chastain: I was told to calm down after speaking about Harvey Weinstein - Duration: 5:08.

Jessica Chastain: I was told to calm down after speaking about Harvey Weinstein

Jessica Chastain was told to calm down after she took a stand against disgraced producer Harvey Weinstein.

The 40-year-old actress took to Twitter in October to share a series of tweets in which she claimed she was warned about the alleged behaviour of the producer, who has been accused of sexually harassing over 80 women in a 30-year period.

And now, Jessica has revealed that after sending the tweets, she received an email from a well-known actor who told her to stop speaking out on the social media site.

Speaking during an appearance on The Graham Norton Show which airs on Friday (08.12.17), the Mollys Game actress said: I was tweeting a lot at the time and actually got an email from a well-known actor that said: Calm down.

I found that heartbreaking and can only think he didnt understand the movement that was happening..

In her tweets - which were sent on October 9 - Jessica revealed she had been made aware of 65-year-old Weinstein from the beginning of her career, and urged other men to speak up about what they may have witnessed.

She wrote: I was warned from the beginning.

The stories were everywhere.

To deny that is to create an environment for it to happen again.

Yes.

Im sick of the media demanding only women speak up.

What about the men? Perhaps many are afraid to look at their own behavior..

(sic).

It comes after the Zero Dark Thirty actress claimed in an interview last month that she had her own altercation with Weinstein after he tried to get her to set him up with her friend, and thinks that Hollywood as a whole have been complicit in letting his alleged actions slide.

She said: Yeah, he tried to get me to pimp out my best friend Jess Weixler.

Like very flirtatious, Oh Ive got such a crush on her - you got to help me. Hes incredibly friendly but also very volatile.

He normalised the abuse.

But everyone in this industry is complicit.

Were all part of the problem.

I heard the rumours even before I entered the industry.

So we have to ask ourselves, why was it okay? Why are agents sending actresses to meetings in hotel rooms?.

Salman Rushdie - Revendo o "Choque de Civilizações" - Duration: 2:05.

I'm not a big fan of the Huntington thesis because I think it

oversimplifies. I think the…

The Huntington thesis essentially believes that there is

a monolithic culture, which is the West,

and there's another monolithic culture, which is Islam,

and that the two of them are in collision with each other.

It's obviously true that there's a kind of West,

which is in conflict with a kind of Islam.

There's obviously a certain kind of fanatical Islam

that's hostile towards the West.

And there has been a certain kind of

militant, or militarized western response to that.

So, that's obviously true, you can't deny it.

But the West is not one thing, the West is many different things.

And there are many arguments, and disagreements, and conflicts

inside the West.

Even about the subject of how it should respond to Islam.

And the Muslim world is also very fractured,

by no means monolithic. If you look at what happens

in terms of the conflict happening there,

most of the conflicts are between Muslims and other Muslims.

Most of them are between Sunnis and Shias, or

whatever it might be. So, I just think...

it's too easy to say that there are these two big blocks.

Like two giant bulls attacking each other.

The blocks don't exist. They're much more fragmented than that.

And to understand what's happening in the world,

you have to look at that fragmentation,

you have to look at it with more nuance.

That's my problem with the Huntington thesis.

I feel that it lacks a kind of necessary nuance.

Business bus line Poznan – Warsaw - Duration: 9:49.

Hi, today I am in Poznan and we will be on press breakfast

of new business bus route

that will run between Poznan and Warsaw.

Let's watch!

Platinum coaches run from December between Poznań and Warsaw.

First departure is at 6:30 am at bus station in Poznań

and return departure is at 16:30 at Metro Wilanowska bus station in Warsaw.

Busses on more than 310 kilometers-long route are not stopping anywhere else

and most of the route runs along A2 motorway.

This is going to guarantee

a travel time of 3 hours 40 minutes to a maximum of 4 hours under standard traffic conditions.

From the new year, second course will be performed by another coach.

According to plans, he will start at 6:00 am from Poznan

and return departure will start at 17:30,

although as operators representatives have pointed out, the schedule is not yet 100% set.

Final decision may be influenced by December experience with the line.

As part of the promotion until February 1, 2018

price of ticket even takes in account morning commute to station in Poznan by taxi.

As soon as the passenger arrives at the station,

he will see a new Irizar i8 coach in front of him.

Platinum coaches for Funclub from Poznan

were specially prepared by a Spanish producer.

Vehicle is from the latest Irizar family - i8.

In this equipment and configuration of seats,

only two coached of this type have been produced so far.

Design of the interior of 15-meters-long vehicle

and its preparation lasted over a year

and all work was covered by strict secrecy.

So which equipment of the bus will surprise the passenger?

Before entering the coach,

passenger puts his luggage in the hatch,

but first new element,

which he will probably pay attention to when getting in

is the hatch with a pull-out wardrobe near middle door.

Opposite the wardrobe there is a toilet with a sink

and stairs lead to the passenger space

divided into two parts in this place.

At front of the vehicle we have the Platinum + class,

you can associate it with first class,

while behind the middle door is the second class - Platinum.

At the back of the coach, a kitchen compartment is planned,

where meals and drinks are prepared by the staff.

A particular challenge for the manufacturer was primarily to supply vehicle with the necessary utilities,

especially in electricity,

because vehicle equipment is very rich in terms of energy demand.

In vehicle's kitchen we will see a lot of equipment known from our homes.

There are fridges, freezers, an ice crusher, a coffee grinder

and a coffee maker

and even ovens.

With such equipment, the coach is practically a mobile restaurant, café and bakery in one.

A passenger during the trip can take advantage of a special menu,

adapted to its conditions

and dishes and drinks are served by the cabin crew.

You can pay for everything by cash,

payment card, smartphone

or Blik

- payment for the first time implemented on board of a coach.

On screens, which are in passenger compartment,

image from front camera

or satellite TV can be displayed.

Passengers also receive tablets

with an on-board entertainment system.

If the vehicle will be late or we want to know its current location on the map,

thanks to the equipment with a module with GPS, the location of the bus will be displayed

on the operators website.

This is a well-known solution from a public transport, air or rail network;

although in coach transport this is still not so popular solution,

but equally necessary.

We will also see how it will be with access to Wi-Fi and telephone network,

because the use of mobile communication on A2 is rather troublesome

and if there is no amplifier on board,

we may lose coverage during the journey.

30 seats are arranged in two classes,

first of which - Platinum+

is only with 8 single seats

guaranteeing greater comfort and privacy of travel.

The seats are spaced approximately every meter and 10 centimeters.

The passenger seat is tilted

and from the bottom you can unfold the footrest, changing the chair almost into a bed.

There are also naturally armrests

and folding tables to facilitate work or eating a meal.

The service also offers tables with a cushion to put on your feet

and with this set you can work on your laptop.

The standard class - Platinum

- involves traveling in the usual arrangement of double seats,

although they have increased distances between the seats.

There are 22 places in total in second class.

All seats have USB sockets and 230V contacts.

The air conditioning in the vehicle is also dual-zone

and can be separately adjusted for the front

and rear passenger compartment.

Well, we already known a number of services provided on board,

this journey is certainly not cheap.

And indeed, we can compare the ticket price with the Express Intercity train category.

In the Platinum class, where we have a 2+2 seat layout,

the ticket costs 125 zlotys (30 euros)

and in the Platinum+ class with a 1+1 arrangement,

the ticket costs 180 zlotys (43 euros).

On the other hand, EIC trains,

respectively, for Class I and II tickets are more expensive for 19 (4,5 euros) and 14 zlotys (3 euros).

With air tickets, however, it happens differently, we find such for over 100 zlotys (24 euros),

if we want to get on a trip the next day,

then in the hours in which we would go by coach,

such a trip can cost up to 400 to 500 zlotys (95-120 euros).

However, the price is not the only factor that can be compared when traveling.

Despite the ongoing renovation of the Poznań-Warsaw railway line,

the EIC train journey can be shorter by several minutes

than the A2 coach journey.

LOT is unrivaled in this term,

because the flight takes less than an hour,

although it should include a longer time of arrival at and from the airport,

as well as check-in and baggage collection time.

Platinum connection from the beginning was also set for quick access to the office area

in the Warsaw Służewiec

- commonly called Mordor

and the possibility of a quick transition to first metro line.

The low-budget competition is still made by PolskiBus,

although it falls behind in the runaways,

stopping at the Fabryczna station in Łódź,

whereby the travel time between Poznań and Warsaw is over 5 hours.

Two carriers have already tried operation of business bus lines in Poland.

PolskiBusGold offered transfers from Warsaw to Krakow or Wroclaw.

The vehicles also had coach service and refreshments

and more leg room than normal between seats.

In the rest, the trip was not much different from the standard bus trip.

Slightly more amenities were on board the Lux Express

also in domestic courses

- for example, on-board entertainment.

After some time, however, both brands disappeared from the market,

apparently there were no passengers who were willing to pay more.

They sought higher travel comfort rather in rail or air connections.

Meanwhile, there is currently ongoing renovation of railway line on route from Warsaw to Poznan,

so it is a great moment to try to set up a bus connection.

Noteworthy is also the standard of travel,

which so far has not been demonstrated on board of Polish coach lines.

Will it survive for a longer period? We'll see.

In total, there is no need for many passengers,

because one bus takes up to 30 people on board.

Meanwhile, thanks for your attention and see you next time!

Bye!

Essence of Murli 10-12-2017 - Duration: 8:02.

Om Shanti !

( Today's Murli Date is 10th December 2017. Today we will listen to Avyakt Murli of our Dear Avayakt Baapdada. )

Murli Heading : All blessings are your birthright. ( 1st spoken on 5th April 1983. )

( Since Baba is blessing us, we must realize its importance and put into practice same. )

BapDada is pleased to see the meeting of the Father and the children.

( We are also pleased seeing Baapdada )

From the copper age onwards, all the meetings that take place in a special form take place on the banks of one or another river

and in the presence of one or another deity idol.

It is only Shiv Ratri that is celebrated in memory of the Father.

However, they don't have His introduction.

The meetings of the copper age are of devotees and deity idols,

but this is the meeting of the Father and the children on the banks of the great river and the Ocean.

( Great river is Brahma Baba. Ocean is Shiv Babab )

( Which meeting ? Meeting of we souls with Supreme Soul in this confluence age )

Such a meeting cannot take place at any other time throughout the whole cycle.

( It is only at the confluence age, when Supreme Father arrives, this meeting of Soul with Supreme Soul takes place. Not in any other age.)

You witness a double meeting in Madhuban.

One is the meeting of Bap and Dada, the Ocean and the great river,

To all those who experience spiritual love and a spiritual meeting,

to the imperishable, elevated, fortunate souls who are filled with blessings at the moment of their birth,

to such great renunciates who attain fortune through renunciation,

to such multimillionfold fortunate children, to the children from everywhere who are thirsty for love,

BapDada's love, remembrance and namaste.

We spiritual children convey to spritual Baapdada, our love our remembrance, our good morning & our namaste namaste

Blessing: May you be an easy effort-maker and make the specialty of your Brahmin birth your natural nature.

When someone is born in a royal family, he or she brings into his or her awareness again and again, "I am a prince/princess".

Their actions may still be ordinary due to some interest, but they do not forget the speciality of their birth.

Similarly, the Brahmin birth is a special birth.

So, your birth is elevated, your religion (dharma) is elevated and your actions (karma) are elevated.

Let the greatness, that is, the speciality of this life stay in your awareness in a natural way

and you will become an easy effort-maker.

Souls with a special life can never perform ordinary actions.

Slogan: In order to remain double light, become a conqueror of obstacles.

Om Shanti !

Mănăstirea Doamnei - The Lady´s Monastery (Toplita, Transylvania, Romania) - Duration: 7:28.

The Lady´s Monastery is situated in the right slope of Mures River, near the village of Moglanesti, 3.5 km east of Toplita

Within the monastery there is a new church under construction

Behind the new church we see the tower of the old wooden church, the Lady´s Monastery, to which we head

According to one established tradition, the old church was built in 1658 trough the donation of the Lady Safta

She was the wife of the prince of Moldavia (1653-1658) Gheorghe Stefan, the persecution of the enemies bringing them in these places

From the money given by Lady Safta to local boyars, a stone monastery similar to the ones in Moldavia should have been built

It is said that Lady Safta returns here and seeing her establishment only a simple wooden church, would have died of bad heart

We are welcomed and we receive explanations from a very kind, erudite nun

On the left side she shows us the miracle-working icon of Our Lady (a copy of the icon from Nicula Monastery)

She also tells us that the services are kept in the chapel of the new church's basement,

the old wooden church being used only for the confession of the nuns

According to some data, Lady Safta built this church in 1658 in the area of the remains of an older monastic settlement

The old ruins, still visible in the middle of the 19th century, descend monasticism here until the 12th century

Initially it functioned as a monastery of monks having the patronage "The Entrance of Our Lady to the Church" (November 21st)

Next to the monastery, one of the first Romanian schools in the upper Valley of Mures functioned

The church was restored in 1710 and 1747

We review the miraculous icon of the Mother of God, a copy of the icon from Nicula Monastery

Although by a trick or a wonder in 1762 the church escaped the wrath of Austro-Hungarian general Bukow,

the one who destroyed more than 150 Orthodox churches and monasteries in Transylvania,

the church has been abandoned for two centuries, being desolate and left in ruin

In 1958, the church was restored and resanctifyed through the care of St. Elijah Monastery in Toplita

In 1973 the church was restored

During the period 1981-1984 the church was completely repaired and the new body of cells and bell tower was built

At that time, the Communist authorities would not have accepted the extension of the monastery but,

as the father confessor Onasim Banu told me, the authorities were tricked,

pretending that on work here only for the farm serving the St. Elijah Monastery in Toplita

After the fall of Communism (December 1989), until 1999, it served as hermitage subordoned of Toplita Monastery

In 1994 the Romanian Orthodox Episcopate of Covasna and Harghita was established

In 1999, the Blessed Ioan Sălajan, the first bishop of the new diocese of Covasna and Harghita,

transforms the hermitage into a monastery with a nuns community

The abbess is Ecaterina Murariu, and the father confessor is Onasim Banu, ordained at the Fagetel Monastery (also re-established by Ioan Salajan)

The nun tells us that the summer altar (in wood) is also the work of Ioan Salajan (the former bishop, now Metropolitan of Banat)

The nun invites us into the chapel and shows on the front wall the other miracle-working icon of the Mother of God

The icon dates back to 1880 and reached the Lady´s Monastery in 2011 through a wonderful story

This chapel is dedicated to Saint John Maximovici, Archbishop of Shanghai and San Francisco, and to the Holy Martyrs Fotini

The services are kept only in this chapel because the great church has not yet been put into use

The nun shows us the chapel and then tell us of some holy monks (I did not remember where), artists with divine grace

These monks decorated the Koliva (saint boiled wheat cake) with faces of saints using bread crumb colored with natural essences

There have been cases when the believers confused these faces with icons and wanted to kiss the Koliva

The nun still presents us a disturbing story about the martyrdom of 11,000 Russian monks during the Stalinist period

It is the image of the Lord Jesus called "Jesus the Martyr", appearing on the wall of the Saint Samson's cell (1898-1979),

at the Oranki Monastery in Siberia, transformed by Soviets into one of the most crushing extermination camps

There, between 1919 and 1920, as many as 300 per day, 11,000 monks were shot who did not want to collaborate with the Communists

These paintings are brought by the abbess from Ukraine and can be requested by those interested

In the altar, we see the father confessor Onasim Banu, the one who would tell us from the history of the settlement

In the corner of the chapel is a beautiful reliquary, which probably also has the small part brought here from the relics of St. John Maximovici,

the saint whose patron has the chapel

On leaving, this wonderful nun insists on giving us some small souvenirs

We will continue to visit the monastery

In the distance, in front of the monastery, the Mureş Valley opens, and on the horizon are the Gurghiu Mountains

The foundation stone of the new church, built in Moldovan style, was put in 2013

We see again the summer altar (chapel), the work of the Blessed Ioan Salajan, the first bishop of Covasna and Harghita

As we have already said, the old church has the patronage "The Entry of the Mother of God in the Church" (November 21st)

but the patronage of the monastery (and of the new church) is September 8, the pilgrimage day, the feast of the Nativity of the Virgin

After the transformation of the monks hermitage into the nuns monastery in 1999, the settlement had a beautiful flowering

Thus, during the period 2001-2008 a kitchen, a refectory, the house of the confessor, a attic with 15 cells and several annexes were built

The construction of the new church since 2013 completes the Lady's Safta dream after three centuries and a half years,

namely to have here a monastery built in stone, similar to the ones in Moldavia

15 Dark Secrets About WCW You Had No Idea About

15 WCW WAS UNBELIEVABLY RACIST There have been so many claims of racism in professional wrestling over the years that you're probably immune to the mere mention of them at this point. The very word has probably lost some meaning. However, you need to believe us when we tell you that WCW was quite possibly the most racist professional wrestling promotion ever.

Even if you look past stories like the creative team's desire to book Harlem Heat as wrestling slaves – yes, that happened – you're left with more serious allegations regarding how WCW held many non-white wrestlers back over the years. They fired most of their Mexican talent at once with no reason and treated visiting Japanese talent so poorly that they basically burnt every bridge with the company. It's no wonder they were sued by nearly every minority wrestler that worked with them as part of a class action lawsuit.

14 WRESTLERS WOULD TRY TO HURT EACH OTHER FOR REAL (AND OFTEN WEREN'T PUNISHED) You can't expect people who work together to always get along. Anyone who spends that much time together is bound to experience differences. However, these differences don't usually add up to much more than a few verbal disagreements. That wasn't the case in WCW.

The history of that company is filled with instances of wrestlers physically attacking each other without anyone getting punished. There are even times when wrestlers tried to kill each other. For instance, Scott Steiner once tried to blind and maim DDP over a backstage disagreement involving Paige's wife. No real punishment was doled out. Arn Anderson was stabbed by Sid Vicious with scissors, and Sid wouldn't have even been fired if several wrestlers didn't threaten to walk out of the company.

13 SUBSTANCE ABUSE IN WCW WAS OFF THE CHARTS You may remember that WWE has gotten into quite a bit of trouble over the years regarding drug use. From steroids to recreational drugs, there have been many WWE stars over the years that have gotten into quite a bit of trouble over matters related to their drug use.

However, WWE never quite had the kind of problems that WCW did in that respect. Those who worked for WCW will tell you that the backstage areas were usually filled with wrestlers popping pills or doing coke in plain sight. WCW just didn't care. As for steroids…well, you can just take one look at Scott Steiner's transformation and figure out how they felt about that. At the end of the day, WCW just never bothered to keep their wrestlers under control.

12 ERIC BISCHOFF STOLE THE NWO IDEA FROM JAPAN Eric Bischoff wants you to believe that he was the guy that turned WCW around. In a way, he has a point. Before Bischoff, WCW was in dire straits. Not long after Bischoff took over, they slowly started to turn their first real profit in years.

Part of the reason why WCW did so well under Bischoff was because of the success of the nWo angle. Again, Bischoff wants you to think that was all his idea, but it's not quite true. His grand design came about not too long after a company in Japan ran a very, very similar "invasion" angle that echoed the nWo story quite closely. Now, there is no way to prove that Bischoff just stole the story from Japan, but you may notice it was one of his only good creative ideas.

11 WCW'S POWER PLANT TRAINING FACILITY WAS A HUGE RIP-OFF In some ways, the WCW Power Plant was actually quite innovative.

No other major promotion had ever dreamed of starting a training facility devoted solely to developing the next generation of wrestlers. You may notice that WWE stole that particular idea with the Performance Center. However, like so many things in WCW, the Power Plant turned out to be a good idea executed unbelievably poorly. With the exception of guys like Goldberg, the Power Plant barely produced anyone that would go on to be a WCW star. By many accounts, that's because the Power Plant was little more than a way for WCW to exploit some wrestler's hopes out of a little cash.

10 BISCHOFF SPENT MILLIONS OF DOLLARS ON THE DUMBEST THINGS We already talked about how Bischoff wasn't the creative genius he'd have you think he is, but it must also be said that he was a pretty awful executive to boot. Basically, Ted Turner gave Eric Bischoff access to his considerable personal wealth and let him run wild. Most of the time, Bischoff spent company money on his lavish lifestyle.

For instance, Eric loved to have expensive sushi dinners with "clients" that were usually just Hulk Hogan and his friends. He would also spend quite a bit of money so that he and the nWo could arrive in limos to most shows. That's nothing compared to the time that Bischoff spent millions getting musicians like Master P and Kiss to play live shows at WCW Nitro.

9 WCW SCREWED BRET HART OUT OF HIS INSURANCE Just because Bischoff and other executives loved to spend money freely doesn't mean that they always took care of their wrestlers. You'll hear a ton of stories about how WCW wrestlers received big money contracts – we'll have a few of them for you in a bit – but the truth of the not everybody received such beneficial treatment.

Yes, Hart received a big money contract from WCW – one of the largest ever at the time – but when Hart suffered a career-ending injury, WCW didn't exactly have his back. It turns out that Hart put out an insurance policy on himself that WCW disputed in court when it came time to collect. Apparently, they felt he was trying to take advantage of them.

8 ERIC BISCHOFF HATED RURAL WRESTLING FANS AND TREATED THEM POORLY AT HOUSE SHOWS No, we're not done with Eric Bischoff quite yet.

One other thing you have to understand about Bischoff was that the man let fame go to his head way, way sooner than it ever should have. It wasn't long before he saw himself as a corporate bigwig who was better than most. One strange way his attitude manifested himself was when it came to booking rural house shows.

See, Bischoff didn't think much of rural wrestling fans. He only cared about the big cities. As such, he would often run the same show time and time again from small town to small town. Some of these shows even featured title changes that weren't acknowledged on television.

Eventually, fans realized what was going on and stopped turning up to shows. 7 WCW'S HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT WAS A JOKE WCW wasn't always the best run company in the world, but they were still a major company.

That means that they had many of the same departments and overhead that regular companies had. For instance, WCW had a human resources department that talent were told to visit if they ever had any complaints about conduct.

Some years after WCW's demise, a small mountain of recorded – and ignored – complaints to WCW's HR department were uncovered.

It seems that WCW's human resources department was formed just so the company could avoid the legal headaches of not having one.

6 WCW RAN A SCAM HOTLINE FOR YEARS Anyone who watched WCW around the time of the Nitro era will no doubt remember the company's various plugs for Mean Gene's information hotline.

According to all the adverts, anyone who called into this hotline would get all the inside information. All you needed to do was pay anywhere between $0.99 to $1.50 per minute.

Anyone who remembers these hotlines from back in the day will recall that they were usually designed to keep the caller on the line as long as possible.

5 THE COMPANY FORCED THEIR WRESTLERS TO PARTICIPATE IN DANGEROUS STUNTS WWE has been criticized over the years for their independent contractor policies that allow them to "employ" wrestlers who don't actually get to enjoy the full benefits that most full-time employees receive.

As bad as they are about that – they are pretty bad when it comes to employee rights – that's nothing compared to the complete lack of respect WCW had for their employees.

Alongside the usual lack of benefits, WCW would often make their stars participate in dangerous stunts with little to no training or safety. British Bulldog's career was jeopardized when he was body slammed on a faulty trap door.

Goldberg almost bled out when he tried to punch a "fake" window that was actually real. Numerous wrestlers were injured by everything from junkyard equipment to horses because of poorly-planned gimmick matches.

4 HULK HOGAN SCREWED MANY WRESTLERS OUT OF MONEY Hulk Hogan was the best and worst thing to ever happen to WCW. Hogan's arrival and subsequent heel turn helped result in WCW's most lucrative years ever.

He was the driving force behind their success. He was also the guy that helped burn the company to the ground by way of his political backstabbing and poorly planned creative ideas.

While most people know that about Hogan, fewer people are aware of just how greedy Hogan was. Chris Jericho once insinuated that Hulk Hogan convinced WCW to give him a certain portion of the money made from merchandise featuring other wrestlers.

Jericho once bought a piece of merch featuring him and saw the receipt read "Hulk Hogan." Hogan's contract demands also forced WCW to cut down on other people's contracts.

3 RANDY SAVAGE'S BROTHER WAS EMPLOYED BY WCW FOR FIVE YEARS (AND NEVER WRESTLED A MATCH) Not too long ago, wrestling fans everywhere got to enjoy reading through the paperwork behind some of WCW's biggest contracts.

This paperwork revealed that WCW signed top guys like Hulk Hogan and Kevin Nash to some absurdly large contracts. As ridiculous as they were, they were nothing compared to the contract that Randy Savage's brother, Lanny Poffo, received in 1995.

It seems that part of Randy Savage's agreement to sign with WCW came with the stipulation that the company also had to sign his brother.

2 MOST OF WCW'S BOOKING WAS DONE AT THE LAST MINUTE There are many stories out there regarding Vince McMahon's fondness for changing storylines at the last minute.

While not all the instances of him doing that were necessarily called for, the best thing you can say about those late alterations is that they usually aren't done unless strictly necessary.

WCW, though, basically made last minute changes the new normal. Everything from house shows to major PPVs were always being booked at the absolute last minute.

There were many times when the talent didn't really know what was going to happen in a match until the referee told them the ending mid-match.

WCW's fly-by-night booking style may just be the thing that sunk the company at the end of the day.

1 WCW LOST AROUND $60 MILLION DURING ITS LAST YEAR When WCW finally turned a profit following the success of the nWo angle, they managed to make so much money that they made up for years and years of loss in just 12 months.

Make no mistake that the company was hugely successful from about 1996-1998. After that, though, WCW started losing more money than you can possibly imagine. Understand that it takes a concentrated effort to sink such a successful company so fast.

While it's rumored that WCW was always doomed from the moment that the AOL/Time Warner merger was announced, that doesn't change the fact that the company lost somewhere in the neighborhood of $60 million during the year 2000.

There is no way that any company was going to keep them afloat following losses like that.
