Youtube daily report w Dec 10 2017

If there's one series that I like besides Ace Combat and Yukikaze it's The Sky Crawlers.

If you heard about this series then you probably have watched movie released in 2008 which

features stunning dogfight scenes but at the same time is slow and boring as hell -

because seriously, who takes forever to get inside a car???

But apart from the movie, there's also the Sky Crawlers book written by Hiroshi Mori

and the game - The Sky Crawlers Innocent Aces that was also released in 2008, just like

the movie, for the Wii and was also created by Project Aces.

I will be using these three works as the sources to this video and although there are some

contradictions between them, I will show you all the major variations.

If you look from the outside The Sky Crawlers looks like a typical series about young people

in the military living a life of adventure and dogfighting - but there's more to the

series than just the dogfight!

I personally think that The Sky Crawlers has a great story, however the problem is that

its story isn't well explained - especially in the movie - and so my goal with this video

is to explain The Sky Crawlers series with a timeline so I can unveil the dark story

behind The Sky Crawlers.

Unlike the Ace Combat series, The Sky Crawlers doesn't take place in a different planet like

Strangereal, instead it takes place in Earth, more specifically in Europe, as we can see

in these maps from the game and from the movie as well.

This means that at some point there was a split between real life history and the history

of The Sky Crawlers universe, and judging by the book this happened in a time frame

that starts prior to World War I and ends after World War II since we know for a fact

that the two world wars happened in this particular universe.

After World War II, there were two huge corporate conglomerates in Europe: Rostock, our protagonist

corporation, and Lautern, the enemy corporation.

Rostock is known to have a very powerful genetics division and sometime after WWII they conducted

experiments with genetic control agents for its new product called "Kildren".

However something in this experiment went wrong and so the "Kildren" were created.

The Kildren are genetically enhanced teenagers who don't age and are very resistant against

diseases, as a result they can't die from natural causes, they can just die in battles.

As a matter of fact, their abilities surpass the average human being because they react

and think faster, making them perfect fighter pilots.

The last thing left to mention in the purple area of the timeline is that at a certain

point a war erupted between the two companies, Rostock and Lautern, and everything I have

said so far can only be found in The Sky Crawlers' book.

Now that we are finished with the purple section let's go into the next section which covers

the events of The Sky Crawlers Innocent Aces, the Wii game.

During the beginning of the conflict between the two corporations Lautern was winning and

the player of the game has the task of changing the tide of the war by playing as Lynx, a

young male adult who just joined the Cougar Squadron of Rostock's air force.

Still in the beginning of the game, five young recruits join the squadron and they are all

Kildren, with Orishina and Ukumori being the most important of the five.

Rostock was now deploying Kildren to serve on its air force under the supervision of

Deputy Chief of Intelligence Mozume who was responsible for them and in addition to that,

Rostock was also developing a superweapon to change the tide of the war: Wolfram, a

giant armoured airship.

Continuing with our timeline, Captain Yamasaki, leader of the Cougar Squadron, is eventually

shot down and Lynx is promoted to squadron leader.

Later on, the squadron members even change Lynx's nickname to Cheetah given that Cheetah

sounds more aggressive.

For all this time, the Cougar Squadron, including Cheetah canonically, had been flying the Suiga

which was Rostock's main fighter, but Rostock was already developing a new one: the Sanka

- the one we see in the movie.

In one mission of the game, Cheetah is asked to perform a mock battle against Orishina,

who was the best pilot amongst the Kildren, in order to collect data on the Sanka prototype.

In the game that particular model is called the Sanka Mark II, but in the book it is called

the Sanka Mark A, however that is not the same Sanka that we see in the movie, that

one is the Sanka Mark B. Anyways, Cheetah and Orishina start the mock battle but shortly

after they are interrupted by some Lautern pilots.

After shooting the Lautern planes down, the mock battle is cancelled however Orishina

got very upset because she was having fun fighting against Cheetah.

It was because of this rivalry between Orishina and Cheetah that Orishina defected to Lautern

and became their ace pilot since she wanted to battle against Cheetah again.

Sometime after it is revealed that Mozume was rebelling against Rostock and he attempted

to defect to Lautern together with Wolfram, Rostock's new superweapon, and the Kildren

technology.

Cheetah was sent to intercept and Wolfram and as result Wolfram was destroyed and Mozume

died in the process.

The last mission of the game is a large scale aerial battle between Rostock and Lautern

and in that battle Cheetah faces Orishina once more on a duel.

Despite Orishina's skills, she is shot down by Cheetah and the mission is over.

On the last cutscene of the game it is revealed that Cheetah won a new nickname - "The Teacher",

and if you watched the movie you should know what this means.

Before we proceed with our timeline however I need to explain the Kildren cycles since

this is a key factor for you to understand the story.

In the beginning of their cycle, the Kildren are assigned to a squadron belonging to Rostock's

air force until they eventually die in combat, because remember that their body doesn't

age and they don't die from diseases.

As time passes, the Kildren will eventually die in combat and another Kildren will be

sent to take the place of the dead Kildren.

The interesting thing is that, the replacement Kildren is almost identical in terms of appearance,

behaviour and skills when compared to the previous Kildren, indicating that they are

clones - although the replacement Kildren always as different name and only a few differences

when it comes to appearance.

The first complete Kildren cycle we can see is about this Kildren here (his name is either

Hagami or Rokuroh), he is shot down in mission 4 but in the cutscene after mission 4 we see

see his replacement clone which is called Hiroto, that is when we start the second cycle

for that Kildren and I believe that eventually Hiroto will get killed and will be replaced

by Tokino from the movie.

And that doesn't mean that Tokino is the third cycle, he could be the fourth, the tenth,

the twentieth and so on.

Now let's take this logic and compare to other characters, Ukumori will eventually

become Yudagawa, and once Yudagawa is shot down he will be replaced yet by another clone

called Aihara.

Now things get interesting when we talk about Maumi Orishina, because she was an incredibly

high skilled Kildren and after she gets shot down I believe that she is replaced by Suito

Kusanagi, maybe Kusanagi isn't her second cycle but eventually it will get there.

Now you know the Kildren cycles we can go into the green section of our timeline, the

inter-work period which serves as the bridge between the Sky Crawlers game and the movie

or the book, since the movie and the book cover the same period.

All we know from the inter-work period comes from the book, but there's one important

exception which is the first thing in our timeline.

According to the movie, reason why I wrote the text in blue, Kusanagi fell in love with

the teacher and they did those adult things if you know what I mean and as a result Kusanagi

became pregnant of Mizuki.

By that time Rostock had made a lot of progress in developing the Sanka and Rostock adopted

it as its main fighter.

Before this, Rostock's main fighter was the Suiga which canonically was the one being

piloted by Lynx, Cheetah or The Teacher (whatever you want to call him) as you can see in the

first mission and in all cutscenes of the game.

When the Sanka became the main fighter, Rostock also withdrew all tractor aircraft (aircraft

that have their engines in the front) from service in favour of pusher aircraft due to

higher efficiency, but guess who got really pissed off because of that?

The Teacher.

The Teacher absolutely hated this sudden change and its was because of this that he switched

sides and went to fly for Lautern.

Honestly, I expected a more elaborate reason for his switch to Lautern but that is what

the books says, it also mentions that pushers didn't really fit into the Teacher's flying

style since only a tractor aircraft could allow him to maneuver his plane during a stall

- something that had become his signature move.

After the Teacher had defected to Lautern, he once met with Kusanagi on a dogfight.

Kusanagi, who was an extremely good pilot, managed to shoot the teacher down first but

as the Teacher was going down on fire he managed to pull a cobra, fire against Kusanagi and

shoot her down as well.

In the end, both of them survived that battle.

Eventually Kusanagi got promoted to base commander and stopped flying.

Also sometime during the interwork period Rostock had introduced the Sanka Mark D. The

Mark D is only mentioned in the book and it is not flown by the main characters, they

are still flying the Mark B. Instead, the Mark D is only supposed to be seen during

the big aerial battle as mentioned in the book.

Talking about the Kildren, Tokino, Yudagawa and Jiroh Kurita were assigned to the base

during this period, but Jinroh's cycle didn't end because he was shot down, instead it ended

because Kusanagi killed him and the book leads us to believe that Kusanagi killed Jinroh

because of love.

♫Love is reason♫

And you are probably asking: Why the heck would you kill the one you love?

That is because we need to understand the Kildren's perspective, they only live to

kill, the are clones created to kill others and their live is just an eternal repetition.

They get assigned, they go on sorties to kill others until they are eventually killed in

this meaningless corporate war.

Of course I should mention that whenever they are not flying they are only smoking, drinking

or having fun (if you know what I mean).

The longer the Kildren stay alive, the more they realize that their lives have no meaning.

Kusanagi, who seems to be the oldest Kildren of the story and who had been alive for about

14 years, is the first one who starts thinking like this and she even attempted to commit

suicide a couple of times - but she failed in all of them.

Jinroh Kurita also started thinking the same, even though he had only been assigned to the

base for 7 months and he begs Kusanagi to kill him to end his misery, Kusanagi agrees

and does so.

As you can see, the story of the Sky Crawlers is pretty dark and all of this happened before

the events of the movie and the book.

Now let's continue with the timeline, four days after Jinroh Kurita was killed by Kusanagi,

Yuichi Kannami is sent as Jinroh's replacement and this is where the story of the book and

the movie begin.

There are some minor and major variations between the book and the movie and because

of that you can see two timelines in different colours.

I'm not going to talk about the minor differences but when it comes down to a major one you

will see that there's a split in the timeline.

Which one of them is canon?

I will leave that up to you to decide but I will explain both of them here.

Three days after Yuichi's arrival we have the scout mission over the dam, the drive-in

dinner and we meet the two girls, Kusumi and Fuko, all of this in the same day.

Sometime after we have the first major split in the timeline, according to the movie Yuichi

handles the tour of the airbase as asked by Kusanagi, and according to the book Yuichi

has an oil leak problem with his aircraft, however this doesn't mean that there's

no airbase tour in the book, it still happen but only later on.

After that we come back to the same timeline, we have that scene where Lautern's bombers

attempt to bomb the base but end up missing it.

Because of that, Kusanagi gets angry and drives together with Yuichi to talk to Rostock's

high command since they didn't issue an early warning on the bombers.

After that there's another split in the timeline, in the movie Kusanagi takes Yuichi

to the guesthouse immediately after the drive to talk to Rostock's high command.

In the book, the airbase tour happens in another day and Kusanagi takes Yuichi to the guesthouse

as her thanks since she hated doing the tours.

I should mention that by reading the book, Kusanagi's cooking sucks and they end up

eating frozen food.

After that we have the patrol mission when Yuichi flew together with Yudagawa, callsign

"Westy".

In both versions Yudagawa gets shot down but guess what?

There's another timeline split!

In the movie this scene is the first encounter with the Teacher.

Yuichi sees him and then quickly dives into the clouds to escape.

On the following mission, Kusanagi sorties instead of Yuichi, sees and pursues the Teacher.

After battling the teacher alone she is shot down but manages to stay alive even after

crash landing her Sanka.

Fuko ends up finding Kusanagi by a chance, rescues her and brings her back to base.

When Fuko arrives at the base she talks to Yuichi and then there's the flashback of

Kusanagi and the Teacher that I mentioned before.

But do you want to know what happens in the book?

Nothing of this happens because the Teacher just wasn't there - at all.

After all of this, the squadron is ordered to move to another base.

This is when we get introduced to Mitsuya, the ace squadron of the new base.

Sometime after arriving at the new base there's that large aerial battle between Rostock and

Lautern.

Rostock was going to attack Lautern with over 100 aircraft including light and medium fighters,

attackers, medium and heavy bombers.

In the book it is mentioned that the newer model of the Sanka, which I believe is the

Sanka Mk D, was present in that battle.

Again, there's a split in the timeline about this battle.

We know that the Teacher was present in that battle but in the movie we only hear about

him during the debriefing.

In the book however, Yuichi and Tokino face the Teacher initially.

At that moment the battle was balanced but when Mitsuya's squadron arrives to help

them fight the Teacher, the Teacher manages to escape into Lautern's territory - and

that is the single and only appearance of the Teacher in the whole book.

After the huge air battle, Tokino, Yuichi and Kusanagi go explore the city of the new

airbase.

They first play bowling but then Tokino ditches Yuichi, so Yuichi stays alone with Kusanagi.

After the bowling, the two go to a restaurant and have a very philosophical talk.

Two weeks after that they are ordered to return to the original base together with Mitsuya's

squadron.

In the movie, when Yuichi arrives at the base he sees a new pilot - Aihara.

Aihara had just been transferred there and this is the first time in the movie that we

see the complete Kildren cycle since Aihara looks very similar and fold the newspaper

in the same way when compared to Yudagawa.

At the original base, there's a very important conversation between Yuichi and Mitsuya, Mitsuya

only now realizes that she is a Kildren and that her life has no purpose, instead it's

just a meaningless repetition of the present.

The person watching the movie or reading the book can only now understand that the Kildren

are basically clones that are replaced one after the other and that they come from a

failed genetic experiment after WWII.

As a matter of fact, the memories that they Kildren possess had been apparently implanted

into their minds, that is why they can barely remember their childhood or how they joined

the military or how they even learned how to fly - instead they were created with these

fractured memories and abilities within them.

Up to this point there is one additional section of the timeline that I haven't showed you

because it pertains only to Yuichi's memory.

According to his memory, and you can only know this if you read the book, his mother

and elder sister had passed away, he had been a pilot for five years and some of other stuff

- but the thing is that this an imaginary timeline created only in his mind because

all that stuff didn't actually happen.

After talking to Yuichi, Mitsuya finds out that Kusanagi killed Jinroh and goes on to

face Kusanagi in order to kill her.

Mitsuya was emotionally shocked and couldn't aim the gun at Kusanagi but she fired one

bullet.

Yuichi hears the bullet from his room and goes to Kusanagi's office and asks what

is going on.

Mitsuya tells that she is going to kill Kusanagi and Kusanagi agrees to it because during all

that time Kusanagi wanted to die, Kusanagi was actually pointing a pistol to her head

just in case Mitsuya didn't kill her.

As a matter of fact, Jinroh and Kusanagi had made made a deal to kill each other, and since

Yuichi was Jinroh's next cycle, it was actually Yuichi who was supposed to kill Kusanagi this

time.

Yuichi convinces Mitsuya not to fire and to hand him the gun saying that he is the one

who is going to kill Kusanagi and so Mitsuya agrees and hands the gun to him.

Right now we have arrived at the final split of the timeline.

In the book, Yuichi aims and fires the gun at Kusanagi's heart, killing her instantaneously

- and that is where the story ends.

The movie however has a very different ending.

Instead of firing at Kusanagi, Yuichi saves her and convinces Kusanagi not to commit suicide.

He tells Kusanagi that she has to find a way to break these repeating cycles of life and

death.

The next scene on the movie is when Yuichi encounters the Teacher during a mission and

faces him alone.

Yuichi mentions that the Teacher is his father - and I honestly still didn't understand

why or how the teacher is his father - and in the end he ends up being shot down and

killed by the teacher.

Kusanagi waits for Yuichi's return at the base but that doesn't happen since he died

and the movie ends.

But not really!

After the credits there's another scene!

A new pilot is assigned to the base, his name is Isamu Hiiragi and he is the replacement

of Yuichi and therefore the replacement of Jinroh thus continuing the Kildren cycle and

repeating the story.

So this was the story of The Sky Crawlers series, obviously there are significant differences

between the book and the movie, but that is something I will cover on another video.

I hope you have enjoyed and understood something of this very complex series and if you have

enjoyed please like the video because this video took a lot of work including reading

the book twice and doing the editing.

Also before you go, let me know which ending you like the most, the book or the movie,

and if someone knows please explain to me how the teacher is the father because I honestly

have no idea how that happened there!

It´s just the same tent but smaller

Hi, good morning from Melon Bites

front part

attachment points for wind ropes

the corners of the tent

aluminium 7001

upper aluminium cross

tight, so water don´t stay on top

it´s a good size

barely 70 cm wide

the problem, as in Taga 2 is that walls have an angle

so it feels a bit small

let´s go with the Taga 1 positives

volume is a bit smaller

the Taga 2 is a bit taller

the weight

1060 grs

without stakes and wind ropes

the Taga 2 is just 1200 grs

what else?

there is no diference in form factor or entrances....

is just the same tent

even the aluminium poles, I think are the same in Taga 1 and 2

If I had to choose one.....

I will keep the Taga 2

the difference in price, weight and space is worth it

for me is worth even going alone

Making GERMAN CHRISTMAS COOKIES!! (Spritzgebäck with Mr. German Man) - Duration: 9:16.

Hey everyone, Dana here! - And Stefan.

And today we're making German Christmas cookies. - At least we're trying.

What are they called again? - Uh, Spritzgebäck mit Mürbeteig.

We're making that. - We're making that.

So Stefan, what are Spritzgebäck? - Spritzgebäck is Christmas cookies.

I don't know if they're traditional but at least they were traditional in my family.

And we use a, the dough is called Mürbeteig. - I can't say that word. - I hope I get that right.

Mürbeteig. And it's a recipe that my grandma always used.

We don't use the exact recipe because it was never written down. She had it in her memory.

What you do with it...so you make the dough.

You use this funny little thing. - Yeah. - What is it called?

Uh, it reminds me of those things I did with Play-Doh when I was little.

So what you do is you put the dough up in here when it's, when you made the dough.

And then you... - crank it. - crank it.

And then it comes like a little sausage out. - But there are different shapes.

We have a round flat thing.

We have a round star thing.

We have a round flower thing.

And we have a round, no flat... - I don't know, it looks like a comb.

Like a hair comb. That last one. - A hair comb thing.

So the ingredients that we need for this...are or is?

The ingredients we need are. The ingredients we need is. The ingredients we need are.

The ingredients that we are using for this are: flour.

Speisestarke. - Speisestärke. - Stärke. Sorry. Speisestärke. - Everyone's complaining

that I'm not teaching her English. - German. - English. - German. - English. - German.

Cornstarch. - Sugar. - Little bit of salt and baking powder. - Butter. - Two eggs.

What do we need to do first?

Put it all in the... - That's it? We just put it all in the bowl. - And. - Mix it.

Ta-da! Ta-da! And. - You mix. - Watch out. Watch out for my face.

I hold, you mix. - Okay.

So in the U.S. you said they only have this kind.

You only have used these kinds. - Yeah.

I mean, I'm sure they also have this kind of beater thing, but

that's what came with my machine.

You wanna take a turn? - I will take a turn. - And he's gonna stand up to do it?

I'm standing up to do it. - Okay.

Can you say the name of this dough again? - Mürbeteig.

I don't think I can say it. Mürbeteig.

Alright, so we have to put it in the refrigerator now, but the instructions did not say if we

should put some sort of plastic wrap on it or whatever so...

I think, I think we do a joker.

What does that mean?

What does that mean, do a joker?

We have a joker. - What is that, like flip a coin? - Flip a coin, like, um, you phone a friend.

You phone a friend! We're gonna phone a friend. - We're phoning a friend. - Okay.

Hello, Mama. Tag. Eine kurze Frage.

Den Teig, den Mürbeteig...um in Plastik...uh in Cellophan in Kühlschrank, oder einfach

nur so in Kühlschrank?

In Folie komplett packen.

OK, wunderbar.

Dann machen wir das jetzt.

Which one do we start with? - Let's start with the star.

Because that seems pretty standard. - Okay, the star. - Okay.

And we have to, I think with this. - Okay.

Now we have to find... - Find the right way, okay. - direction.

This is the right direction.

It's not the right direction. - There is the direction. - There it goes. There it goes.

You should be with your hand in front of there. - Okay, okay. I'm ready.

And then with a knife, you cut off the length of the cookie.

So we could have a really long cookie if we wanted.

I think you're going the wrong way. - Wrong direction going. - No. Now I'm confused.

No, I was going the right direction. - Okay, you're going the right way. I'm sorry, I'm sorry!

Ooooh! So... - Does it come? - Yeah, it's coming.

So you go nice and smooth. And you try not to destroy the... - Yeah, the thing. - shape.

So I think there you cut it off. - There, good? - Uh-huh. So you cut it off. Yeah?

And then. - Like a worm! - Yeah, you put the worn on it. - It's a worm!

You leave it straight or what I did because... - You can curve it. - it's Stefan.

I make a little S. So there.

Cute! - That's the first cookie. - Can they see it? Yeah. - I think you guys can see it.

Oh, I'm, I'm pushing already. - Oh my gosh! - Oh my God!

Hold on, hold on. No, we don't want this one, it's messed up, no put it back in. - Okay. - Okay.

You get some more dough in there. Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. - It's not good.

Not a good one. - Okay. - Ready? - I'm ready. I'm ready. - Okay.

There we're going. - I wanna make a D. D for Dana.

Oh no, I don't think I can make a D with that.

You can make an O. - I can make an O, but what do I want with an O?

Okay. Oh, I think I'm going to need help here. It's gonna flop! It's gonna flop!

Okay. - You can do it.

Let's just make a bigger O. I'm so creative.

Ooooh! That's cool! - There you don't want it that long. - Okay, stop.

We won't make you watch all of this in real time.

Oh! Oh! I have an idea. What if I twist it. And then... Oh, that's beautiful.

He goes much quicker than me. - We are more efficient here. - Oh, but yours are boring.

Mine are efficient. - But mine are so interesting.

Like, did you see this one? - Keep cranking! - Keep cranking!

That will not work. - That won't work? My ring? - Keep cranking.

You come here? - I'm coming. - Come on. I want to say something. - Oh, he has something to say.

He has something to say. Okay. What do you have to say?

So now that we are done...took you a while.

No, she was really great.

Um, my grandma would be proud of you.

Yeah, really efficient. Some nice shapes here.

I'm really excited about this ring.

Yeah, let's see if it holds together.

So they now go in the oven for around 8 to 10 minutes with 190° Celsius.

Um, really important, don't burn them.

Um, I think they burn quite easily. - Oh, okay, okay.

We'll watch them so that hopefully ours don't burn. - Exactly.

In they go!

So. - We're done. - We're done! And look! This long one came out intact.

I'm very excited about that. - I'm impressed. - However my ring, it fell in on itself.

But still kind of cool. - It's still pretty cool. - Yeah.

And we put some chocolate on them.

Do these, just by looking at them, remind you of what it's supposed to look like?

Yeah, they look like what they're supposed to look like. - Okay.

Cheers!

They taste the same. Yeah. - They taste like they should?

They taste like they should. - Yes. - Wooo!

Imagine showing up somewhere and being like: this is our Christmas cookie!

I made you a cookie.

We could do it like this.

That didn't work.

So our question for you is: What are your favorite cookies to make at home?

Please let us know in the comments below.

Thanks so much for watching, liking and subscribing.

Yes, thank you very much.

We really hope that you enjoyed this video.

Our patrons. - Our Patreons. Yes.

Because thank you guys so much for supporting us on Patreon. - Yes!

Thank you. - If other people would like to check out Patreon, there are links down in the description

down below. - Yes. Until next...What, sorry?

And there's probably a danke drawing right here or right there.

Oh yeah, so people want to know what's up with the danke drawing.

That's drawings that Dana does when she has free time, and she just draws on the iPad

some drawings. And some of them become T-shirts. - Yeah.

And some of them just become danke drawings.

And they're the say thank you to our patrons for supporting us on Patreon. - Exactly.

Little pictures that I drew.

Until next time, auf Wiedersehen!

So Stefan...okay, ready.

So...okay.

I'm professional here.

She's not professional.

No, I've never done this before.

I still can't say the name of the dough.

Mürbeteig. - Mürbeteig. - Yeah, it's okay.

Full Day of Eating - Life Update Vlog (Day in The Life) - Sarah Hyde - Duration: 9:57.

what's up guys welcome back to my channel today I'm going to be taking

guys through a full day of eating and this is all based around my current

health and fitness goals which is to increase my muscle maintain a relatively

health relatively lean physique over summer and also making sure and taking

care of my gut health so I thought I would film this one for you guys and it

might give you a little bit of inspiration and some tips on how you

guys could also structure your days and meal ideas as well but before we get

into that video I just wanted to give you guys a little bit of a life update vlog

so over the past few weeks I have been a bit m.i.a on YouTube and just in life in

general I've just touched a little bit and just take a step back and just kind

of get a little bit more clarity on my goals and where I've been going

so yes since doing that I'm feeling a lot better

I've also been looking into different courses and stuff that I can do in the

health and fitness industry we're going to be getting a few more certifications

for 2,000 2018 which I'm very excited about it means that I'm going to be

really stepping into fully living my purpose and also serving others through

my passion for health and fitness so really looking forward to that now it's

time to get into the video so first meal is coming atcha I am down in the kitchen

guys making magic happen so I'm just gonna show you guys on what I'm putting

together form a meal one this morning I also am about to go train my coach this

morning so I love this is a pre-workout meal we are gonna be focusing on my

compound lifts so obviously a lifting quite heavy for my lower body so this is

what I'm putting together I have my buckwheat porridge which I absolutely

love it's a really great alternative to oats it's actually gluten free as well

and it's so easily digested and it really fills me up I feel really good

after I eat that one and then I also add a little bit chokolate cinnamon scroll

dose and I'm putting on top and some organic stevia to get that sweetness

a little bit of protein powder I put about 10 grams of that one in also have

some blueberries I like to soak it in some water after because they do

sometimes spray blueberries so want to make sure I get any chemicals off them

as well and I'll show you guys what it looks like when I'm finished and here we

have it guys meal one so excited to ate this I'm also

putting a bit of physiques chef's cinnamon scroll dust on top so buckwheat

porridge a little bit of protein powder berries and cinnamon scrotus yes so

excited to eat this

I'm now back from the gym from my session with my coach I have hoped that

was an epic workout as I'm hitting PBS at the moment I'm lifting as heavy as I

can in each set so it really does take it out of your arm but I'm showing you

guys what I'm gonna have post workout meal so I have pineapple in there 200 grams and

a massive joes shaker full of protein can't wait to have this so this is meal

number two what's up guys I'm now outside and I'm about to have meal

number three and I'm so so hungry so really looking forward to this one so

what I have is silver beet that I steamed chicken with a bow on top and

mashed potato because I am tracking my macros on MyFitnessPal I've allowed

myself to have some tomato sauce reduce salt and sugar just to give it a little

bit more flavor so put a little bit of that on top and I'm about to eat it all

up yeah oh my like mid-afternoon snack I'm having best of the bone bone broth

concentrate so they are using my cup if I don't know a little bit of herbs to it

as well and this author has tumeric in it as

well absolutely love it it's so good for your gut it's really really helped take

care of my gut health and improve my gut lining and heal my gut so I make sure I

have it every single day it's like an absolute staple

for me because it helps maintain my gut health now that I've healed it and it's

just really associating it's nice to have in the afternoon or later in the

evening absolutely love it so I have one scoop in the cup with some boiling hot

water and then just sip off it kind of reminds me of like a chicken noodle soup

or something like that it's got that same kind of feeling when you drink it

so definitely recommend that if you're just wanting to improve your gut health

and also this is very high in collagen so our bodies are made from collagen so

it's really important to actually make sure we're bringing into her body

because as we age our body doesn't produce as much collagen so by having it

every single day it's gonna really help improve your hair your skin your nails

and just your overall health so there you have it guys best of the bone bone

broth also how the discount code I'll leave in the description box below which

is Sara Hyde's guts and you will get 10% off I'm for meal number four I'm in the

kitchen and I just put all the ingredients that's going into my

spaghetti cannot wait to eat this I'm gonna show you guys what I'm seeing in

that so I'm using Sookie knees for my noodles I'm having tomatoes I've got

that smarter pasta sauce lactose free cheese I'm also using just a little bit

of pasta as well and then I have my mince there as well so I'm using gluten

free pasta and I'm also using lactose free cheese it just makes it a lot

easier for me to digest and I'm also intolerant to both gluten and lactose so

I realized just because I'm intolerant to lactose and gluten doesn't mean I

can't have pasta I just need to think outside the box

everything is currently cooking away I have my pasta sauce and tomatoes in

there simmering away I have my pasta in the pot and my Cikini

steaming away I'm so excited to eat this meal it's my special treat that I have

once a week and I love love love it I'm also tracking it on my fitness path so

I'll show you guys how I'm actually doing that so as you can see on there

guys it's like the breakfast that I had morning that I tracked and then my lunch

that I had in the afternoon I also included the pineapple and protein

powder there that I had and then this is the next meal that I'm making now so

I've got the gluten-free spaghetti in there with zucchini my tomato pasta

sauce cheese and the mints in there so really looking forward to eating this

one that's how I track all my meals guys highly recommend it

voila there you have it guys my dinner I can't wait to eat this get in my belly

I've just got back for amazing in yoga class which is so so relaxing it's like

a moving meditation where you kind of like later on and you hold different

positions and just kind of be in the present moment that's sir so amazing I'm

now having my last meal of the days we're going to show you guys exactly

what I'm having so here I've got a piece of fish that I'm grilling I have some

pumpkin dense teams and also some steamed carrots so these are gonna be

like my last my last meal of the day I'll show you guys exactly what it looks

like when it's done voila my last meal of the day

so excited for this one so good the grilled fish some carrots and some

pumpkin and some pink Himalayan salt and I will be adding a little bit of my salt

and sugar reduced sauce yum yum yum yep what's up guys is now the next day and

I've just gotten back from the beach it was absolutely beautiful and believe it

or not ever and they've been to the beach like three times since I've been

living on the Gold Coast and I've been here for ten weeks now that's

because I live about 45 minutes from the beach so it's an absolute pain

trying to drive down this I'm actually looking at moving a lot closer to the

beach so I'm looking forward to that but I did just come to a package from

massive Joes I'm gonna show you guys exactly what I got so excited I got to

crop totes love these they are so comfortable to train in also got a TMJ

your hoodie here and also came home to my subs so I use heads have got gold

vitamins and minerals they really hope as I train a lot as well so take my

vitamin C I'll show train of cranium max digestive enzymes they really help with

my gut health and the digestion of my food and it also got magnesium and some

alpha venus cuts as well thank you so much for tuning in and watching my video

guys I hope hope you guys got some helpful tips with my meals and a little

bit inspiration that you guys can also take away to your daily eating ritual

3 Blocks To Women's Sexuality And Power - Duration: 6:03.

hello and welcome to feminine success secrets the place women come to become

powerfully feminine from the inside out I'm Candice Oneida today I'm going to talk

to you about the three main blocks to women's sexuality and power

Esther Perel said that a woman's sexuality is the opposite to her social

role now we know that the social role is being broken down that has a lot to do

with what I'm training you here in this channel but I'm gonna give you these

three things that I see that are the main abstractions to your powerful

sexuality what has happened for women today is they end up trying to be

superwoman and they get stuck in this whole cycle of perfectionism being the

perfect mother the perfect employee the perfect partner but this is not exactly

what I'm going to talk to you about today in order to enjoy to feel free and

to really experience pleasure a woman has to learn to be able to let go so the

question becomes what are the blocks to letting go the first block to your

sexuality is being the caretaker now for a woman what turns her on is to be the

turn-on and to be the turn-on you need to make it about you and not them

this is the opposite of the caring for others conditioning that we have inside

of ourselves as women this conditioning basically says take care of everyone and

everything else first then you get to get your thing now what actually happens

is we take care of everyone and everything else and by the time it gets

to us we're exhausted we're spent not interested in sex or

anything very much put me to sleep wake me up in a year to turn this around

and to become the turn-on she has to put herself first it has to become about her

it will seem selfish or self-centered at first but this is what I call being self

full as a woman now when a woman learns to become self full she gets plugged

into her inner power source which is her sexual energy this then turns her on

brightly so that she gets filled up plugged in

turned on and then filled up now the second main obstruction to a woman's

sexuality is self-criticism in order to put herself first she has to like

herself she has to stop the critical voice that says things like I'm not

worthy I'm not pretty I'm not a supermodel damn we're so freakin hard on

ourselves as women we're constantly trying to be superwoman and this leads

to perfectionism that is neither realistic nor compassionate to ourselves

we set goals like men that put more and more pressure on us we try to be this

superwoman and we're slowly dying inside killing ourselves heading to burnout

losing our relationships and it has to stop

I heard Esther Perel in an interview recently say before you ask a woman if

she will make love to a man ask her if she will make love to herself if she

doesn't want to make love to herself then she won't let anybody else either

yes this is about self-love at its core and in order for that to be real this

self-love it has to start with dropping the critical voices and the third main

obstruction to women's sexuality is getting stuck in man mode we have been

taught since we as women entered the workforce in the 1960s to behave think

and act like men especially during work hours but what this results in however

is that we've conflated our sense of value with this way of doing life and

work and it ends up spilling over into our relationships and subsequently our

sexuality yeah you can have sex like a man's sexuality direct and fast but this

is not what female sexuality is about it's way way bigger and more powerful

then when we imitate men or indeed imitate pornography now when we learn to

overcome these three things the caretaker the self-criticism and the man

mode way of thinking we're then able to put

ourselves first we're able to be so full and this being selfless what I call the

starting point of true feminine power when we love our bodies our turn on our

juicy powerful sexuality then everybody wins and the truth is when you are

really in your sexual power and sexual energy then trust me you're gonna blow

the head off a man you're gonna blow him out of bed blow him out of the water but

most importantly you're gonna blow yourself out of your own head if you

liked the video today give me a thumbs up I'd love you to comment below on

which of the three main mistakes you find yourself stuck in and what you do

to overcome that toward your own female sexual juicy emergence remember that

when you have the courage to go out there and shine you give others

permission to do the same so let's go out there and shine this week bye bye for now

EL SALVADOR- El Tunco/La Libertad Travel Vlog - Duration: 8:20.

Just got here in El Tunco, El Salvador.

This is the most stereotypical surf-town that you can possibly think of

I think 90% of the guys over here have got long blonde surfer here, and are just chilling

out in the hammocks.

So I didn't get much sleep last night so I am probably gonna crash for a little nap after

this, but first I need to go find some food.

This way.

Alright so I'm about to try out a papusa, which is what everyone that's been here has

been recommending.

But before I get to the food, just look at that view.

That's the river that goes into the beach where people go surfing.

And right here we have papusas..

which I guess is like quesedillas.

I see some cheese.

Got some pollo queso papusas.

They gave me ketchup with it and this thing, which I'm still not sure what it is.

Time to dig in.

This actually does taste a lot like quesedilla, which is not a bad thing at all.

But it is different.

I can't really tell you how.

I felt like it's a little more crispy than the quesedilla that at least I am used to.So

my favorite thing about El Tunco so far has definitely been the number of cute dogs that

you find on the streets.

Think I'm by the main beach area by El Tunco.

Apparently the waves are too strong right now (too surf) and the best time to apparently

get here is around 7 or 8 in the morning, which I am going to try to do tomorrow.

So can't get wasted tonight, or at least that's the plan.

Bruno let me get your reaction to the coffee.

If it's bad then it's Belgium's fault.

No it's super-nice.

They have the best beans in El Salvador.

El Salvador?

They are producing like have the coffee industry but most of the beans are getting roasted

in Europe or I think in Western countries.

Hows it going man?

Pretty good.

it's my 3rd day here in El Salvador and I'm trying out some tacos.

Fun story.

People told me not to carry any expensive electronics around here.

So I brought this 80 dollar action camera that I had from before and I went out surfing

for the first time ever today.

And it was really fun.

So I brought this camera and I put my 128 gig memory card in that action camera, thinking

it's gonna work and I'm gonna record the surfing.

But I found out later that this memory card is not compatible with the SJ4000.

So that camera is pretty much useless over here. But it still was a great experience.

Surfing was really fun.

Drinking a lot of salt water and whirling after getting wiped out is probably not the

most fun part, but it was still a great experience.

Don't touch it.

Be decent.

No touching I reckon.

Couple more.

Couple more.

It all makes sense now.

Oh my god, I won't even fit in there.

3 rounds 3 rounds.

At least half your body has to be.. drink!

Well, just made it through immigration.

Tips for San (El) Salvador.

I'd say that definitely visit El Tunco especially if you like to surf.

If you don't like to surf there's probably not a lot going around here except for the

nightlife if you're into that.

but if you do like to surf I think it is THE best place to surf in Central America.

There's Tazumal, the Mayan ruins that I didn't get a chance to visit.

And there's a few volcanoes like every other central American country I have been to.

Do be a little careful.

A friend of mine (here) was robbed at gunpoint and had his passport taken away.

And he was kind of in a mess.

But the Canadian embassy is figuring that out for him I guess so he's going to be fine.

But that's something you want to avoid nonetheless.

it seems like 95% of the people do fine but 5% of the people do get screwed if they are

not careful enough.

Even on the guided tours, I have heard that the tour (guides) go around with a machete

in case they have to deal with gang members.

Which I am not sure what 1 guy with a machete can do against a gang.

That sounded a little unsettling to me, but literally everyone I have met has been going

out and doing stuff and they have been fine.

You may have noticed that this video had a lot less educational fun facts or just a lot

less travel activities in general compared to my other travel videos if you watch them.

And that's really because I was trying to use this break as a chance to just chill and

have a good time and relax and take a break from my hectic schedule and just a meet a

lot of new people.

That's what ended up happening.

I met a lot of awesome people while I was at it.

I shared some thanksgiving traditions with them.

3 2 1 happy thanksgiving!

yeah Joe!

Joe's an animal.

and of course a lot of drinking games that they are probably gonna be playing

for the rest of their lives.

One fun fact that I am gonna leave you with is that on the way out of El Salvador, 2 of

the immigration officers told me that I probably am the first person from Bangladesh to ever

visit El Salvador cause they had never seen another one, and I don't know if that's true

or not, but pretty exciting if it is.

I hope I left a good impression of Bangladesh.

On a final note.

Don't forget to hit that subscribe button.

Should be right here. (psych! check video ending:))

I have 15 subscribers now, including my mom and my little cousin, but I am still pretty

proud of that.

If you have any questions in general about El Salvador, as always, you can message me

or leave a comment.

If you do wanna see my other videos feel free to check it out.

I've some other ones from central America too.

Thank you and see you all in the next video.

Diet Hacks by DSI! Crave for Sweets? Here's the reason l DanoTV - Duration: 1:54.

DSI: Diet Scene Investigators

Hacks The reson for sugar cravings when you get stress

The reason why we crave for sweets when we get stress

Sugar is the nutrition our body absorb most quickly

So you feel better after eating sweets as it can quickly fulfill the need

But the problem is even though you're not really hungry

or you don't really lack of nutrition

but when you get stress

You know that the sweets you had when you're hungry

makes you feel better

your body just gets to find the sugar

So this is like habit

It's like you have to eat sugar only when you're hungry

When your mind lacks something

or when you get stress, you just get to depend on sugar

we're already accustomed to it since we're young

for example, when you reward something to child

we conventionally give sweets or sugars like tradition

so it's actually hard to break it

but if you give a try to break it fundamentally

When you get stressed out

Think the reason why you crave for sweets

for example, I need sugar because now I feel pressured

and where did stress come from?

you get to be aware of it

even though you anyway eat it

Whether you know the reason or

or you just get to eat by inertial reason

It's real big difference

It's because of your boss

you have loads of work to do

It would be better for you to have a think

you basically have to solve that problem

if you have too much overwork, then you need to get less work

if you have bad relation with your boss

you have to restore it or

you go to different department

I recommend first to replace sweets to dark chocolate or almond

Also if you have to find the fundamental solutions

Try to consider the real reason

This is how you have to cope with

That's very good

Keep Existing- Yousei Teikoku [Captions] - Duration: 3:46.

I'm desiring for tranquility that's beyond me

If there's such as real happiness,

Then illuminate all the negativity

In daily days, there's laughter

Continuing per day

Sadly, it keeps on fading

I would've known if I only had awareness

Its existence isn't irreplaceable

If significant thoughts surround,

I will bet the strength of the preparation that I haven't obtained

I'm desiring for tranquility that's beyond me

If there's such as real happiness,

I will recompense much for the oblation

To the place where you'll reach

A world where everything doesn't get eliminated

The future of despair and cruel truths

If you despise it, turn your eyes around

In order to escape from the reality

Yet I couldn't do it

My existence

Is just a miniature exertion

But I will keep fighting for a substantial perseverance

I'm desiring for tranquility that's beyond me

I keep on waiting for real happiness,

By counting how many futures are remaining

I saw the place that you chose

A world where everything doesn't get eliminated

What will I exactly be handed over?

Who will die or live?

While this infinite battle doesn't end

Is there anyone to protect?

Is there a justice to protect?

(Until the end)

I won't forget the words

Of this promising reunion

Misinterpretations won't be allowed by Fortissimo

Everyone wants to have a future

But do they want it beautiful or tidy?

I'm desiring for tranquility that's beyond me

Is there such as real happiness?

[Danish] They Call Me Mr. Glass | What's in the Box? - Box #4 - Duration: 3:32.

What's up!

Happy Sunday, Happy 2nd Advent.

And welcome to episode 4 of ...

Todays theme is gonna be ...

... sewing machine ...

... video camera and ...

... glass.

Let's get started and dive into it!

Some art for the wall!

It's a leather jacket!

Untraditionally decorated with studs.

Both ...

... on the shoulders ...

... and ...

... on the back.

I don't think it'll fit me anymore.

No, no it fits ...

... nope!

'kay, here we got a ...

... guitar bag here ...

... with no guitar.

unboxing, unboxing!

We got a ...

... guitar strap.

AAA batteries.

Looks to be in good order.

Gonna save those.

Lead to the guitar.

A composition report.

It's used when you wanna register a song with Koda ...

... so you can get paid, if other people use your songs.

Zen that's collected in on place!

Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes!

It's gonna go there!

I already know that we got ...

... some camera equipment in here.

Not because I've cheated ...

... but because I can ...

... feel and remember ...

... this bag!

Look at that!

A Handycam.

I've had this ...

... since I where ...

... 15 years or so I believe.

I might need to reconsider ...

... the strap on this, it looks like it begone ...

... to mould or something like that.

Not that great!

This is what I used to record music on with some ...

... of the first bands I played in.

The first where called 'Møf - Er Noget Gris' (Møf - Is Kinda Messy)

And then we where called ' Graveyeard X'

It where really damn fun!

Maybe I'll find some one here, when I go through it.

I don't even know if I can ...

... transfer the footage to my ...

... to my PC.

Or if it's too old, but let's see!

Yeah!

It uses tapes!

The hold about an hour maybe!?!

Well I need to rewind when I look into them ...

... just like in the old days!

Remenber to like and subscribe!

Thanks!

Cockta ...

... glass ...

... there are two of them ...

... beer glass ...

... six ...

... seve ...

... eight ...

... nine ...

... and an extra little ...

... glass.

Why do I have so many glass?

Some might already have guessed ...

... that this is a ...

... sewing machine!

And ...

... it's a really old ...

.. sewing machine.

I actually think it's older than me.

It's been given/borrow from you mother.

And she's used it herself.

That's all for this time!

We found the glass ...

... we found the sewing machine ...

... and we found the camera for sure!

Remember to subscribe if you are new to the channel ...

... otherwise leave a like ...

... or a comment.

I wish you a ...

... super awesome Sunday ...

... and a really sweet ...

... 2nd Advent!

Bye!
