Hello everyone.

This is my version of Harissa paste.

Lightly dried chili pepper.

Add sugar (100g/3.5oz).

Leave to ferment for a few days.

Stir everyday during this time.

Close the jar and open it only when you need to stir.

I stored this Harissa paste for 2 months at room temperature.

I hope you enjoyed my recipe. Until next time!

Analog Lessons 2: How to use the film leader retriewer - Duration: 1:57.

If we use a reflex camera it is relatively easy (especially if it is

manual), leaving the roll with the tip off, just when we started

to rewind it. In this way we can put it more easily in the tank or

or reuse it (if we have only shot half of it).

We'll talk about that in the next video.

But if we use a compact camera like this one,

the reel generally rewinds completely.

It is in these cases,

when the film leader retriewer allows us to reuse the reel if we have only half shot,

or remove it to be able to load it in the tank.

To use a film leader retriewer, we just have to do this:

the reel when it is winding is going in this direction.

In this case, with this,

we have to put it in, pressing here with the index finger,

the three flaps, here inside.

Once this is done, holding it on this side so that it does not wind back,

we have to give it in the same direction that

it would be rewound.

Here is the first one.

1, 2... and 3.

And then, we push the first part called "A".

Do not stop holding it.

3 again.

1, 2 and 3 clicks. And we put the second part.

Without let it go.

And now we can release it, and we throw away all the

roll.

Formula 1 Pull Apart Cupcake Cake -ENGLISH SUBTITLES - Duration: 13:46.

Put baking paper on top of the printed template.

Fill a piping bag with melted compound chocolate or melts.

On a thick straw make a mark of 4cm with an edible ink marker. Cut 2 equal pieces.

Cut a tiny tip from your piping bag.

Fill the straws. And draw the pieces with the chocolate.

Use a toothpick to release the air bubbles from the straws.

And to smooth and draw the outlines of the pieces.

Don't worry if you can't make perfect lines, at the end of the video I will teach you how to smooth the edges.

I don't know if you already had seen but my straws were "falling" in love, a big "falling", by each other.

Specially the one on the right by the one on the left.

Now look

Stage 1 The Attraction

Steady...

Steady...

Steady...

Of course each time they fell I had to fill them up with more chocolate.

Stage 2 The Fainting

Fill them up and pop the bubbles with a toothpick.

Stage 3 The Kiss

Stage 4 The Fainting ( After The Kiss)

Attempt of support

AND SUCCESS!

In order to this doesn't happen to you, be sure to make first the base inside the straw, and only after it has set a little you can fill them up to the top.

THE END

Back to the drawings. Change your 1st template for you 2nd template and put another baking paper on top of that.

Shake the baking paper to uniform the chocolate.

We need 2 of these. So pull the paper up and draw another one.

Let the pieces set.

Gumball

With the same edible marker draw some kind of spoiler like the one we made before.

4 Cream Crackers Biscuits

Now with a serrated edge knife we are going to cut them very gently. 2 like this image

And 2 like this.

Ziplock bag + sugar

Let's colour the sugar with yellow liquigel or gel food colouring and some drops of red liquid food colouring.

Clear piping gel

Cover all biscuits and let them dry.

This number can be the birthday boy's age. I'll leave the link below to print out the numbers.

Let it set.

You will going to need 19 cupcakes.

Cover all of them with buttercream and dip the indicated ones in the coloured sugar.

Toothpick

The wheels cupcakes don't have sugar on top of them.

With the help of a scissors push the toothpick.

2 big donuts for the back wheels. Place them against the cupcakes in order to make a mark so you know where to put the chocolate to secure them into place.

And 2 small donuts for the front wheels.

Use a bit of buttercream on the base of these cupcakes to hold them into place.

Use more chocolate to stick the crackers.

The larger ones on the back wheels and the narrower ones on the others.

X acto knife

Push the tubes against the cupcakes to mark them and then make a cross cut with the x acto knife.

My spoiler was a little smaller so I did an increasement. You can use a ruler to make it easier.

To smooth the edges heat the blade of a long knife on the stove or in hot water.

And slide it close to the edges you want to smooth out. In case you use water dry the blade first.

Use chocolate to stick the spoiler.

This piece divide it in 2.

Be careful we don't want to break the pieces.

Now just put the pieces.

Thank you for watching.

Do for 5 years What Others Won't - Duration: 4:54.

Hey everyone, David here from Freedom Founders.

I want to talk to you today a little bit about getting

a head start leveraging your fast start to financial freedom.

And I'm speaking primarily to the younger people today

that you're maybe looking at getting out of school.

Maybe, you're still in school

or you're relatively new out of school.

You're a young practitioner, young in business.

Now this can apply to you if you're older as well

but just realize it's harder to make changes in your life

and financial future, the further down the spectrum you get.

So, wherever you are, listen to the message -

but there's huge application at a younger point in life

because of the compound effect.

The things we do when we're younger and set up

some behaviors and disciplines have this massive

time component to really ramp up.

Too many doctors, too many professionals I see

wait way too long in career in life to figure out

they're behind the 8-ball, and aren't even close

to having what they need

or the confidence to orchestrate

their retirement passive cash flow.

Why? Because they default to Wall Street, 401k's.

It's about all about accumulating

as much as you can accumulate,

and it's hard to accumulate today.

It's very hard to accumulate with tax rates

and the high overhead and decrease in profit margins.

It's hard to accumulate what the financial advisors

want you to accumulate.

They want you to have five or six million bucks

stashed away somewhere.

For most of you, that's going to be really hard to do.

Most of you and including myself,

that's like a far-off dream somewhere

because accumulation is a very slow way to grow wealth.

Can you do it?

Yeah, if you start when you're like ten years old

and you live really a tight lifestyle.

Yeah, could you do it? Yeah.

But most of us aren't going to do that.

I didn't do that.

Now, what I found was leveraging, leveraging,

not just accumulating

but leveraging what I could take off the plate

after taxes and lifestyle.

That's what made it work for me,

and leveraging the right way is the quick way to go.

So here's my point to wherever you are in life,

but particularly if you're younger.

A lot of young docs get out of school after going through

college and dental school and maybe a residency program,

and now you've got debt.

Most of you come out with debt,

high amounts of debt today,

a quarter million dollars or more,

and you're just sick and tired of having to just

sacrifice, sacrifice, sacrifice.

And so, you feel like okay, it's time to live a little bit,

and if you're married, your spouse is probably saying,

yeah come on can we live a little bit now?

Can we actually enjoy the fruits of the labor?

You're a doctor now.

Aren't we supposed to start having the good life?

You want to do that.

I get it, and I'm not saying to live

like a miserly student forever.

But if you can tamp down your lifestyle a little bit longer;

by a little bit, I'm talking about five years.

Now, that doesn't mean you can't live in a house.

Just don't go gargantuan.

Don't go out and lease the latest, greatest car.

Don't buy the boat, don't join all the country clubs.

Don't be extravagant.

Keep it down. Enjoy life, but keep it tamped down.

Here's why.

Because you'll start a disciplined plan and again,

I don't like 401k's or the stock market.

If you learn how to invest in capital assets the way I've done it,

especially in real estate in small deals,

you can leverage and move the needle immensely.

Realize that building a wealth platform

if you do it the way I'm talking about,

it's like a hockey stick.

You know the hockey sticks are relatively flat

at the beginning, and then you hit that curve

where all of a sudden,

it starts to take off and goes like this.

That's the way, what I did, and it works.

Now, with the stock market and Wall Street,

it pretty much is like this.

There's no curve point.

It just goes like...there's a little bit of curve, maybe.

But the problem with Wall Street is it goes like this,

goes up, and then what does it do?

It goes down and it goes up and it goes down.

See, that's not the program you want to be on.

You want to be the hockey stick.

Five years... and bam, you hit the curve

and things go like this.

I promise that's the way it works,

but you've got to be disciplined.

So, you're younger, stay focused on a plan.

Get a plan.

Don't let your lifestyle grow too quickly

because then you lose that opportunity

to compound those early returns -

strike early while the opportunity is there.

Then you can start living a bit more

once you get that nest egg started.

That's what I did when I was younger when I was out of school,

I got that nest egg started

and I compounded that nest egg.

I took $25,000 from the first deal that I did with my dad;

sold it and had a $25,000 capital gain.

I took that $25,000 and I parlayed it into multiple houses,

leveraging, leveraging, leveraging.

15 years later, I had $15,000 of net, not gross, net

passive cash flow coming in from the properties

I had acquired through leveraging.

So that period of time where we sacrificed,

we didn't buy a house for five years after I got married.

Did not buy a house.

We had rental houses.

We had rental houses but no house of our own.

Five years.

Was it tough? Yeah, but did it pay off?

In spades, in spades.

Point is, do for five years what others won't

so you can live your life like others can't.

Keep that in mind.

It's what you do early in life that compounds

and lets you get what you want.

Alright, remember always stay focused on your freedom.

I'll see you next time.

Rand Fishkin Interview at MozCon'17 - Yigit Konur - Duration: 18:55.

First of all, thank you for accepting our interview request Rand.

It's always an honor to speak with you.

Today I have some questions for you,

actually we will also publish this

interview, with tags on some Turkish

magazines.

I'm sorry my Turkish is so

terrible. Do you remember some Turkish words?

like hoşgeldiniz, selamlar?

Yeah, you taught me how to say 'thank you'- Teşekkür ederim.

Yes, It's so similar.

Most people love to hear about

your story, how you started this

successful company and also

how you created the community-

If you have any stories to tell, please share.

Yeah, so my story is pretty

random, I dropped out of college, I

started working with my mom Jillian and

you know I was doing web design at the

time for some of her small business

clients and we went deeply into debt, we

weren't really able to make a good go of

the business and when we stopped

being able to pay our SEO subcontractors,

I had to do SEO myself. So I was learning

SEO, and I got very frustrated about the

information that was available on the subject.

This is in 2004? Yeah that's about right,

In 2003. So I started this

blog called SEOmoz, that was sharing

just all the things I was learning and

you can go back and read the early

days of the blog. I mean, it's just

silly stuff, like 'oh I saw this guy

Barry Schwartz write about this thing',

you know that kind of stuff.

But eventually the blog started building a

business for us, it got a lot of traffic,

got a lot of interest and so we were

able to turn the company into an SEO

consulting firm and then in 2007 we had

this idea, we had built some tools

in-house, with many consultants.

The first one was a free tool, right?

Yeah, we had some free tools, but we had

more tools that we wanted to make

available to people, I wanted to share

them with everyone. But our developer,

Matt, he's like 'no, it'll break all of our

servers, we don't have the bandwidth'.

So I was like 'okay', what if we charge just a

little bit of money every month for

people to use it and then we can use

that money to pay for the server.

This service is not such a common business module.

Yeah, we don't know anything about it.

We've never heard the term 'software' as a service, I don't

know anything about venture

capital or Churn or Lifetime Value,

but I just want to share my tools.

So we launched the tools and

six months after we launched, the

subscription revenue from the software

was getting as much revenues as we were

getting from all our consulting clients.

So that's when we sort of had this

'oh wait a minute, there's a real

thing here, this is exciting, we

should do something with it' and that's

when Michelle Goldberg from Ignition

Partners reached out to me and she said

'hey, have you thought about raising

money and you know taking this somewhere else?'

We raised 1.1 million in November of

that year and became a software company

and over the next few years we

got rid of the consulting business and

we grew tremendously. Seven years

later in 2014 I stepped down as CEO and

for the last few years I have been

contributing in individual kinds of

ways. And Moz, when I stepped

down, Moz was probably doing right around

thirty million dollars a year in revenue and

now it's up to 42.

It's really tough to get this much money in the

service business, because it's not very

scalable, so it's a good business,

congratulations. When did you shut down the service business?

In 2009 we closed.

How do you feel about that?

Because you started Moz

and earned your first amount of money

through your service

business and it's like all the agencies

right now are dreaming about starting a

software business, it's always the

neighbour's garden is better than yours.

I'm also on this side and we are also

trying to develop some kind of

product, using machine learning

and then saying, okay the service business

is great and we love our clients but

maybe the software business might be

more interesting- how do you feel

about shutting it down?

I felt good about it as far as Moz

went, once you're a venture-backed

company, services revenue is just not

that valuable to you and it doesn't get

evaluated the same way by investors and

the same way by public markets or choirs,

so I think it made sense for us, but

I've talked to many consultants and

agencies over the years and actually you

can build a very exciting business in

consulting and you can generally build

it with decent margins, you can build it

in such a way that you own everything,

you don't have to give away

portions of the business.

I look at friends of mine

whose companies are doing

140th the revenue that Moz is doing,

a million dollars a

year,

that's a lot more money, right? Because

personally, if

they make a million dollars a year but

they only have

to spend 650,000

dollars on a couple of other

consultants who work with them.

It's so profitable.

It can be hugely profitable

and they get to take those profits

in addition the salary, you know

a software company like Moz

has a nice salary, but that's it.

So Geraldine and I rent an apartment,

and walk to work,

I don't have a car, but we have a fine life,

we have enough money absolutely,

but it's a real different thing,

so I think you have to decide what

you want, because the software

path and the venture path is a moonshot,

you might make it, you might be huge

or it could also fall apart, it's still a possibility.

Also you know I read some of your answers

on Quora, where you said that

creating my Claymation, which is

powered by the community and

most of the marketing nation-

you are generating lots of ways by

generating a great amount of content which

people love and learn the most, by just

reading your content most of us

learn SEO, also by your videos and etc…

So, how do you feel about the

community's creation, because at this time

you have started to create your own community, in

2003 you were writing posts,

It's an amazing thing but at that time

there was no Facebook, no Twitter, no

distractions for

community creation. So, what do you feel

about creating a community in 2017, is it

still possible to create some kind of

community and powerful community like

Moz by just using the power of content

and blogs or maybe we should

focus on other social media channels?

Yeah, I think that

nowadays you have many more

channels and opportunities, I do think I

would say that for every business and

every person who's looking to build

their community in their marketing

machine different channels are going to

work and not work, so this is not

a one-size-fits-all type of thing, you

need to figure out the people

who care about my topic, are they on

Pinterest, are they on Facebook, are they

on Twitter, are they on Instagram, are

they on LinkedIn?

Do they have forums they participate in,

are they heavy in subreddits?

Wherever they are, you need to use those

platforms to drive the traffic back to

yours, I think the dangerous thing

is relying on someone else's platform to

build your community. So if you say

'hey I'm going to build my

community and it's all going to be on my

Facebook page', you don't know what

Facebook is going to do next week, it

can change the way those

updates are received, they can change how

the notifications come in, they can

change the newsfeed and maybe you'll

lose 20, 50, 60 percent.

The government's policies could even change.

Absolutely, I mean there's

countries where Facebook is not

permitted and China has been cracking

down on what is allowed on there

and what's not, so it's pretty dangerous

to build your platform on someone else's.

You always have to think of any

other platform that exists; social media

forums or whatever, as drivers of traffic

back to you.

That's a great answer.

You are coming from the year 2003, when SEO

was just born and you have lived through

it's history, and also written its history,

so according to

your own experiences and the industry's

growth, how do you feel about the next

five years of SEO, what will happen

to our industry and what is the current

SEO analyst or executive will do in

the next five years?

So to my mind, I think that SEO is still extremely

Google centric, I think that there is one

potential player in the market that

could change that and that's Amazon, I

think for many ecommerce types of

transactions it is possible that Amazon

will become a true driver of a

significant amount of search and browser

and commerce traffic in such a way that

actually infringes on what

Google loves today. That's happening only

a tiny amount, and we can see that

in the data

that Amazon drives maybe 2 or 3

percent of all referral traffic on

average, versus Google's 58 or

60 percent, so still they are

tiny compared to the behemoth of Google

but I think that could change. I think

that voice search is also something that

in the long term future, I don't think

in two years maybe not even three, but

in five years

I could see voice search cannibalizing a

lot of what happens with web search now,

so voice search is no

problem at all, it doesn't change

anything for us in terms of SEO.

But voice answers,

voice answers change the whole game,

voice answers are not attributed, they don't

drive traffic to your site, they don't

give you a brand impression, you can't

re-target to the people who hear those

answers, you don't get to control the

user experience, you don't get to capture

an email address, everything is gone,

everything's taken from you, I think

that's a dangerous game to play.

Do you have google home?

Yes, Google home.

I imagine that your interactions and your

questions,

the things you are

mentioning on your presentations, the number

of queries we are searching per

month,

are really decreasing in the amount of

searches made,

If there is an actual search answer

directly from Google, it means for

the marketer there is nothing.

It's not our job and Google

is answering some of the queries, that's all.

It's pretty tough and Google's

answering those queries

based on content we create, they're

taking our answers and providing them

with no attribution, so it's pretty scary.

What I will say though, you know I

was just presenting on this, the jumpshot

data, and it was showing 2017's

total search volume in desktop and

mobile type search, because they don't

monitor voice search and they don't

monitor Apple devices, so it's all

Android and desktop, but mobile and

desktop in 2017

has more Google searches, about 10

to 15% more than 2016 did, so I think we

are not yet in a phase where voice

search and voice answers are

cannibalizing our opportunity, but we

might be there in five years.

It changes on the search,

what about the algorithm changes and all

the changes and queries

that are not answered by the search

engines, how do you feel about the

features for content marketers,

what kind of changes will occur in our daily

routine?

Maybe it's a tough question to forecast

that many years ahead.

I think we're seeing a few things in terms of

Google's algorithm favoring content that

does the best job of answering the

searchers query fully and taking them

through search or task accomplishment

and we're seeing signs of a few

search results, even competitive search

results where the guy with the most

links is not winning, it's the one that

answers the query the best and so I

think that part of SEO's changes over

the next few years might be a little bit

less worrying about keywords, worrying

about links, worrying about metadata,

worrying about technical optimizations

and a little bit more worrying about how

does my content compare to everyone

else's content and does it do a vastly

better job of engaging the searcher,

solving their problem, taking them all

the way through the task, and

answering the next query that they have

after this one.

You said that we will begin to research the market as

SEOs, finding opportunities and finding

inspiration by using our tools to

create content according to people's

needs, because we can reach and

understand their reach by using the

old keyword based data and

clickstream data, and maybe then we will be

the data-driven content marketers.

Yeah, I think that is where SEO is

heading a little bit right now,

that's not to say that technical SEO isn't

important, it still is, not to say link

building isn't so important-it still is,

or that keyword optimization isn't

important- it still is, so these three

things that we've always done, we still

have to do that,

but also now in order to compete, we

often have to do this data-driven

content optimization and I think that's

going to be the future of a lot

of SEO work. It's amazing,

we are going to see the new tools

and the new software that is focusing

on the same business,

I was talking

with my friend last night and what

we've really learnt over the last 2 years

is SEO carrier and mostly that

things are changing so fast but the

essentials are still the same.

So, we need to change ourselves

to become more data oriented, we need to

understand the essentials of data

science in order to understand the big picture

and according to your answer we

can use those skills for content creation.

I think there's also an element of great

content for searchers that can't be

solved only through data, it's

really very human and very empathetic,

it's about saying, 'can I put myself

in the situation that this searcher is

in', I'm a mom and my kid

has just come home from Boy Scouts and

he was playing with a dead bat and I'm

worried that he might have rabies

and so now I start doing Google searches,

and being able to be in that

mindset of that searcher and to

say, 'what do I need, what do I need to

understand quickly, what do I need to

understand fully, what are the

recommendations?' Which by the way,

you have to go to the doctor right away

and get a shot even if he doesn't have

rabies, because once you still show signs

of rabies- you die. But you know, this

type of ability to put yourself

in the searcher's shoes and have great

empathy to serve all of their needs

well through your content, I think it's

tough to do that purely with data,

that's a that's a very human, creative,

empathetic practice.

Being empathetic whilst using data?

That's the wonderful part about SEO, it's always

been creative and technical.

It's a favorite part of mine as well.

You get to exercise both parts your brain.

I think I've asked all the questions I need to about this topic,

but maybe for our

Turkish video viewers

I can ask you about your trip to Turkey,

what have you liked most, like Cappadocia?

Yeah, that was incredible, we

really had an extraordinary time,

I think we took God knows

thousands of photographs and truly

got this sense that it was the

people, I mean the setting is

lovely, but the people are…

like in many places we travel, just kind and

thoughtful.

We're just hanging out in little places around Cappadocia,

or you know in a market in Istanbul or

in a cafe or whatever

and people just treated us wonderfully,

everywhere we went. I think

there's this weird idea

that there's some sort of tension

between Americans and Turkish

people or between the Western

world and the Muslim world or something,

but no, there was none of that, it was just

friendship everywhere we went,

so that was great and and we did

see some awesome sights, you know we had

some adventures or we went to some ruins,

there was a one time I was carrying Rio,

Wil's little son and I'm like

'oh look Rio, let's go check that out up there'.

then we walk up these stairs and

then I suddenly realize,

'how did we get up there?

how are you going to get down from there?'

What are you doing with

their son?' Oh no, I just put their son's life at

risk, through all these cracked

ruins and on top of cliffs, but you

know it was real fun, I had a great

time.

I really appreciate that you enjoyed your experience.

It was amazing. We would love to come back,

I mean Istanbul was just an

amazing city.

I thought you stayed in Istanbul for 2 or 3 three days?

I think I was in Istanbul for 5 days.

Amazing, thank you for answering all my questions.

It was my pleasure.

How to Get Out of the Cleaning Business - What Do You Say? - Duration: 7:18.

How do I get out of the house cleaning business?

That's an excellent question and we're going to talk about that today.

Hi there, I'm Angela Brown and this is Ask A House Cleaner.

This is a show where you get to ask a house cleaning question

and I get to help you find an answer.

Now if you're looking for a house cleaner where do you go?

You go to HouseCleaning360.com

It's a perfect 360 view of the perfect home, and this is where you go to find house cleaners,

and housekeepers, and maids, and professional organizers.

Interior decorators, and people that can help you with interior and exterior painting, and

a whole slew of other things that service the home.

HouseCleaning360.com

Alright, today's question.

Speaker 2: Hi, I have a questions for Angela.

I've been a cleaning lady for a long time.

I have a good reputation.

I'm wanting to get out of the business and I keep getting calls.

People still want me to keep cleaning for them, and different clients.

It's a good thing but I'm ready to get out the business and I'm looking for something

that I can tell them, that I am out of the cleaning business for good and I don't want

to do it again, without being rude.

Then, once you're done with the cleaning business entirely and maybe you're not ready to get

another job yet, how do you get out of the cleaning business?

Thank you for your show, I love it!

Angela Brown: This is an excellent question.

For as many people as are getting into the house cleaning business, there are as many

people getting out of the house cleaning business.

Believe it or not every year there are people that age out of the business and the aging

out could either be they take another job, it could be that they just get too old, or

that they get burned out, or that they wear out.

By that I mean their shoulders, their knees, their back, different parts of their body

just give out on them and they are no longer physically able to do the manual labor that

comes with house cleaning.

Every day there are people getting out of the house cleaning business,

and we forget that.

We think people are only getting into the house cleaning business,

therefore we think the market is saturated,

but for everybody that gets in there are also people getting out.

Alright, how do you get out of the house cleaning business?

This goes for everybody everywhere.

You need to know these things because you may get out of the house cleaning business

and then later decide to get back in, for a variety of different reasons.

Now, I know lots of house cleaners that have left the house cleaning business only to return

two years, three years, five years, 10 years later, when their money situation changed

or their lifestyle situation changed.

Or they had to go from working a full-time job back to a part-time job, or having the

flexibility that comes with owning your own business.

As you get out of the house cleaning business the very first thing that you want to do is

you want to set a deadline.

On such and such a date I'm going to be retiring from the house cleaning business.

If you're not sure you're retiring, don't use the word retiring unless this is 100%

you know you're never coming back.

You might say, "I'm pivoting my business and I'm going in a different direction, so after

this particular day I will no longer be cleaning houses."

Customers may still call you and they may still say things like, "Oh, you were the best

house cleaner we ever had.

We can't live without you.

We can't have anyone else.

It must be you."

You have to smile and say, "Oh, thank you so much.

I'm such a fan of yours.

I'm really blessed you allowed me to come to your home and clean.

You did a great job providing for my family, thank you so much but I do have to move on."

You have to be very firm about your moving on and the reasons why.

Because if your reasons are not firm, a customer who really appreciates you,

they're going to suck you back into the game.

If you're getting out of the business for a particular reason you need to be 100% clear

about those reasons why.

If those reasons merit you leaving forever, then you leave forever,

and here's what you're going on to.

Then you have to paint a picture with that customer.

You have to say, "I know.

I've been cleaning houses for however many years but I decided I'm going to become a

professional artist.

On the side, while I was cleaning houses, I started painting, and I started painting

on the evenings and the weekends.

I had a few gallery crawls, then I had a few art exhibit openings, and now I've just sold

my first painting for $2,000,000."

Or whatever it is.

"Now I'm focused and I'm moving in this other direction.

This is the time where I say goodbye to my house cleaning and I'm moving in this direction."

Okay.

Well, guess what?

They're going to be very supportive of you.

Maybe you're not an artist, maybe you're pursuing something else.

Maybe you're starting a different business, who knows what you're doing but they're going

to be supportive of your new endeavor.

If this was a friend, if this was somebody that likes you, if this is somebody that believes

in you, they're still going to like you and they're still going to believe in you even

if you move on.

Okay, so the relationship changed.

You're no longer cleaning their house and you probably won't see them as often.

You're going to have to decide, are you really friends?

If you're really friends that means you're going to have to carve time out of your schedule

to meet them for lunch, or to hang out with them on occasion, or to grab a cup of coffee,

because yes, you will not see them as frequently as you once did.

The reality is pick a date and be firm about it, and be firm about your reasons why.

After this date you no longer clean houses.

There is nothing anyone can say that is going to suck you back into the business, because

you've got a gallery showing, or whatever it is that you're going to be doing.

You have something else going on that is taking a higher precedence for you, or a higher level

of importance in your life.

At this particular moment that's it, bye-bye house cleaning.

No more cleaning houses.

And that's your story.

Now, if people get upset and they get offended you can say, "Listen, who knows, who knows

where this will head.

I'd like to keep the doors open.

If I ever come back into the cleaning business I would love to give you a call."

I cannot tell you how many times, five, 10, 15 years later, after I've said goodbye to

a customer they'll come back and they'll say, "Hey!

Any chance you could still come clean my house?"

"No, no, no, no, no.

I moved six miles away.

I am not coming six miles to clean your house when I only work in my neighborhood.

Thank you so much, if I ever move back to that area or if we ever expand into that territory

again I will give you a call."

You have to be very firm about what it is you do and why you're doing it.

Congratulations on deciding that you're going to get out of the business.

Like I said, it happens to every house cleaner.

At some point every house cleaner gets into the business and at some point every house

cleaner gets out of the business.

It's not something to worry about, to stress about.

What are the right words?

Be authentic, be you and your customers that love and support you are still going to love

and support you.

Alright, that's my two cents for today.

Until we meet again,

leave the world a cleaner place than when you found it.

Samantha Fitzpatrick: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know | CaCao TV - Duration: 8:53.

Samantha Fitzpatrick: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know

A Wisconsin high school teacher shared 67 phone calls with a 17-year-old student as well sending a bunch sexual role playing Facebook messages, according to police.

Samantha Fitzpatrick, 28, appeared in court in Fond du Lac on December 6 to answer to charges of sexual assault of a student by school staff, child enticement, exposing a child to harmful material and obstructing an officer.

Fitzpatrick left her English teaching job at Ripon High School in Ripon, Wisconsin, in May 2017. The town is located 70 miles south west of Green Bay.

Officials said that Fitzpatrick left her job over issues surrounding her attendance. Fitzpatrick was bailed on December 6 after posting a $1,000 bond. The disgraced teacher will appear in court again for a preliminary hearing on January 5.

Here's what you need to know:.

Authorities Allege that Fitzpatrick & the Student Had a 6-Month Affair. WBAY reports that cops in Fond du Lac were first tipped off about a rumored affair between Fitzpatrick and the student in April 2017.

Another teacher told investigators at the time that she had "noticed" the alleged victim being Fitzpatrick's class room regularly and that he would sit next to here during class time.

A different student had apparently told that teacher that Fitzpatrick had sex with the victim at her home, reportsWBAY.

While NBC26 reported that "multiple teachers" told investigators they were suspicious of Fitzpatrick. The Fond du Lac Reporter reports that teachers said the pair were both missing from school on the same day.

While another student told investigators that that he had given the victim a ride to a gas station where Fitzpatrick was going to picking him up, according to the WBAY report.

The victim told that student that he had "done stuff" with Fitzpatrick inside of a Comfort Inn and Suites in Ripon.

The Fond du Lac Reporter says that the student told authorities during that meeting, Fitzpatrick was drunk while the victim was using marijuana.

When Fitzpatrick was questioned about this, she told authorities that she put the victim up in the hotel because she had seen him in smoking marijuana and she didn't know what to do with him, according to the Reporter.

When the victim was first questioned he said that Fitzpatrick had given him a ride home on numerous occasions and that he had joked about having sex with her among friends, reports WBAY.

After further investigation, cops found there had been 67 phone calls between the victim and Fitzpatrick. That was in addition to numerous "sexually graphic messages" that were send via Facebook Messenger.

Those messages were sent between November 2016 and May 2017. The content included sexual role play and fantasy.

During one conversation, Fitzpatrick declared her love for the student. When first confronted with the allegations by police, the documents said, "Fitzpatrick laughed it off and stated 'I could see how they would say this," reports the Ripon Press.

Fitzpatrick Resigned in May 2017 Amid 'Rumors,' According to Local Media.

Fitzpatrick resigned from the school district on May 3, 2017, five weeks before the end of the school year. The Fond du Lac Reporter reports that "rumors started circulating" upon her resignation.

In response to the rumors that appeared at the time of her resignation, the school district released a statement reading:.

The Ripon Area School District does not typically comment on personnel matters. However, under the circumstances, we think it is important to address some of the inaccurate information and rumors about the recent resignation of Samantha Fitzpatrick from district employment.

She voluntarily resigned from employment effective May 3, 2017, after the administration addressed concerns about her unreliable attendance. Any suggestion that her resignation was based on another reason or that she was fired is simply inaccurate.

The Ripon Press reported that the district released a second statement reiterating that Fitzpatrick had left her job over absenteeism. In October 2017, the victim went to a party in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, that he was late for, according to a student.

That student told authorities that the victim told him his tardiness was because "he was at Fitzpatrick's and just had sex with her," reports theFord du Lac Reporter. An initial investigation by school officials was abandoned due to a lack of evidence.

Fitzpatrick Was Married at the Time of the Alleged Assault. The Font Du Lac Reporter says that Fitzpatrick was married at the time of the alleged abuse. The newspaper says that Fitzpatrick lives Oshkosh, Wisconsin.

A friend of Fitzpatrick's told the investigators that the teacher had spoken to her about her marital problems. That friend added that Fitzpatrick confided to her about having sex with someone who wasn't 18 yet.

Fitzpatrick Could Face 35 Years in Prison if Convicted on All Charges.

If convicted on all charges, Fitzpatrick could face 35 years in prison in addition to a $130,000 fine, according to Wisconsin state law. Three of the charges she faces are felonies.

While out on bail, Fitzpatrick is forbidden from being unsupervised around males under the age of 18 as well as being banned from drinking, reports the Fond du Lac Reporter. In a letter to parents, the Ripon Area School District said:.

In May of 2017, the district shared the attached information with high school parents about an investigation regarding allegations of improper conduct by former employee Samantha Fitzpatrick.

We are sharing this information with all district parents today as we are aware the investigation involving former employee Samantha Fitzpatrick is complete and a criminal complaint with charges has been issued.

We have just received this information and will respond once we have an opportunity to review and understand the criminal complaint. Female Educators Make Up a Small Fraction Teacher/Student Sexual Assault Convictions.

Slate reported that female educators make up 4 percent of convicted rapists in teacher/student scandals in 2006. While in 2016, former Department of Education chief of staff, Terry Abbott, wrote in the Washington Post that teacher/student sex scandals were on the rise.

For example, in Kentucky in 2011, the state saw the number of teacher/student sexual relationships nearly double.

Julie Ewald from Impressa Solutions | Top Digital Marketing Tips for 2018 | Pubcon 2017 - Duration: 4:07.

Your agency, what's been the key step that's driven the success, where so many other agencies have been falling apart?

Sure, well we're a really small agency we've been around since 2012

and I think for us really you know our main driver was really kind of staying on top

of education and continual learning and development the digital marketing

landscape has been changing so quickly from the tools that we're using to how

we interact with people and we really need to stay on top of it so you're

attending conferences like here at PubCon or you know even from

taking webinars taking coursework sitting on top of

certifications it's really been helpful because we've been able to kind of

have an edge where a lot of other folks kind of rest on their laurels and

kind of you know miss out on the current trends. Okay, great.

What would you say is the biggest lesson you've learned in 2017?

Oh, gosh, I think you know probably the biggest lesson for me, for me personally for 2017

has really been to at least from an agency side,

you know is really around development, like team development and

really looking for people that not only have you know a high degree of skill a

technical skill but also passion for what they're doing and

a desire to learn I think really that integrated marketing environment instead

of a siloed approach you know has been really helpful so finding those those

people who care.

How do find content strategies have changed for

small to medium businesses over the past few years? Sure, I think one of

the main ways that, especially for small to medium businesses, content strategy

is actually become actual strategy a lot of times people are saying like, oh my

content strategy is, we're blogging four times a week, and it's like why are you blogging

four times, but it was just this add-on so a lot of small to medium businesses are

starting to get the idea that this is part of a big picture and it's this

greater marketing ecosystem that for these content initiatives to work they

actually have to do other things and look at that in terms of the other

marketing stuff they're doing as well. Right, what are you most passionate about

in the digital space at the moment? Right now I think you know really

it's about strategy and creating developing integrated strategies that

really kind of hold up because a lot of folks again that siloed

approach you know that traditional marketing, you know before it was marketing in

sales now it's all these different subsets of marketing, so I'm really

passionate about bringing these things together and trying to create

something that works especially for small business those medium-sized

enterprises they really need to budget effectively and they need to look at the

big picture so trying to create something that brings everything together, to reach

objectives it's really exciting when that really comes together so it's a

lot of fun, so that's been my kind of thing really.

What's a common mistake you often see clients making?

Oh, I think one of the biggest mistakes I

see clients making is really that,

they're looking for things

that convert but they don't do the steps to make them convert so they want to see

certain things happening and they're not they're not using forms, they're not

using CTA's they're not using visual CTA's they're not using the right kind of

language and they're expecting magic to happen so I think it's really the idea

that you know of best practices and looking at the fact that you know we did

one thing right you have to do all the things correctly to make it come

together so I think it's just a kind of that shortsightedness.

And what's next for Impressa Solutions?

Well, team Impressa has been doing a

bit of growing we're kind of changing the way we're structuring personnel were

shifting more from myself being really involved very in depth with our clients

so we're on-boarding a few more people promoting some folks into more project

management roles they've really done some

really great work so we're having them to go in and deal with deeper and we're

actually bringing more stuff in-house things we previously did

with partners say like say link building for example those are things that we

were able now to offer directly to our clients that's kind of kind of fun.

Well, thank you so much for chatting to us today.

Thank you it's been a pleasure.
