When called by a marketeer offering stuff 'as seen on TV', a bargain and inviting to buy cookware,

vacuum cleaners, etc., I switch into the questioning mode. 'Well then, but what happens if I go there? What it will imply?

What' ll that involve? As I know it has its implications.

There's something wonderful about Mary confronted with the decision by the angel, she poses

a very wise, mature question, ' 'What does this mean? What does this mean for me?'

So what does it imply for me? This is a very good question.

When I read the Gospel, when I hear a word of God addressed to me,

when He invites me to something, when I'm shown a decision by Him who calls me by the circumstances of my life,

when I'm on the verge of a decision, then it's worth asking this question, 'What will it imply'?

This question is posed by responsible people, people who know certain choices are followed by certain consequences.

This is a really good question as then the Holy Spirit will come at once and tell what it will imply.

And this will always be connected not only with a certain hardship but also with incredible beauty,

that will change our lives and the lives of others.

Mexican Meat Great For: Tacos, Burritos, Enchiladas, Nachos Tostadas, Many Mexican Dishes - So Good - Duration: 4:20.

Hi this is Larry of Grandpa Can Cook

look today we're gonna make some Mexican meat I don't know what

else to call it that's a meat you use in a lot of Mexican cooking you can use

this it fits perfectly and tastes good with tacos also burritos you can even

use it with Mexican Mexican omelets make a Mexican pizza out of it use it with a

quesadilla this stuff is really nice and you're gonna like it doesn't take long

to make it all you make it up in Oh half-hour let it cook for a half hour an

hour if you want, or do it in a slow cooker and let it cook all day while your gone. You're gonna love it

I'll be back in a few minutes .. we'll get to making it.

now the ingredients the meat I'm using half beef and half pork but you can use

all beef if you want or pretty much any combination of me as long as it's ground

meat or minced the first secret ingredient roasted red pepper strips

they just add so much I'll drain them and rough cut them before adding

garlic peeled and chopped roughly dice up a medium to a large onion now the

next secret ingredients peel and grate a carrot

they had smoothness and mellows out the tomato paste

you'll need some chili powder if you're in the US use your favorite brand if you

live elsewhere see the link regarding chili powder it's at the end of the

video and in the description below.

You may need some sugar to sweeten the tomato paste

but wait until it's been cooking a while before you taste if it is

A bit of olive oil for cooking the onions garlic and carrots

some pepper and salt to take taste and you're on your way let's go cook

well now the carrots are grated the peppers are drained and roughly chopped

onions are diced, and the garlic is sliced. To make it easier I mix the chili

the salt and the pepper. My pots heating on the medium heat now add some olive

oil and let it heat up until it starts to shimmer when the oil is ready add the

onions and remember you're just cooking them until

become translucent you're not trying to brown or caramelize them just sweat them up a bit

when the onions are ready put in

The garlic don't let it burn just cook it for a bit maybe a minute or two next the

shredded carrot and the spice mix are added and you're just starting and

really good and let it cook for a minute or two add your meat and mix it up and

let it brown when the meats browned I add the peppers to it and give it a stir

I put in the tomato paste and I filled with tomato paste container about

halfway up with water and add that to the pot bring it to a boil then lower

give it a little stir lower the heat to a simmer

I leave the cover on for the first 15 minutes or so it's a good idea to check

and give it a stir down then after 15 minutes I take the cover off I give it a

stir check to see if there's enough salt and

other spices I might add some Worcestershire sauce and then check to

see if it needs some sugar because when using canned tomatoish things they can

be a bit acidy tasting but it's nothing a teaspoon or three of sugar won't

handle when I see that it tastes super I let it simmer for about 15 minutes

uncovered well it's done and looking good you can eat it right now

and it'll taste great but this is one of those things that tastes even better the

next day actually right after I made this how grandson came by and made up a

few tacos they were basic but he really enjoyed

them the next day Helen and I used to me to make this Mexican scramble next week

I'll post a video on how we made the scramble.

peep this out guys it's Ian K back again with another one for ya

cheaters cam style after hours headed into jack-in-the-box right now to take a

look at the latest addition to their brunchfast menu and hey this one's

looking to bring a little name-brand breakfast sausage along for the ride so

let's hit that drive-thru and scoop this one up yes hi peep this out lemme go

for that country scrambler plate please and that'll be all let's go with the

Jimmy Dean sausage please great thank you now truth be told this new country

scrambler plate looks a lot like the Southwest scrambler that I reviewed as

part of the brunchfast menu a little over a year or so ago but obviously this

one with Jimmy Dean sausage is a major step up in the protein department hey

how 'ya doin' you got it great thank you how you doin' tonight good good good no I'm

good I'm good just a fork if you got one thanks awesome thanks so much appreciate it have a good one alright we'll see ya

alright guys it's a little late night breakfast fun after hours here at

jack-in-the-box let's peep this out

brunchfast is served have a look at the country scrambler plate here at

jack-in-the-box as part of brunchfast guys let's get right up on one of the

main events here clearly the omelet is looking fairly decent looks like we've

got some eggs it's mixed in with some ham some bacon and some cheese we've got

some homestyle potatoes here mixed with a little red and green pepper is looking

fairly crispy and then the major star of the show the addition of Jimmy Dean

sausage links which is the first time I've seen that actually over here a

jack-in-the-box to round out a pretty nice-looking fast-food breakfast for the

money guys it really looks pretty great and I'm really hoping it's gonna deliver

some nice flavor to match the great looks but there you go it's the country

scrambler play brand-new here for brunchfast here at jack-in-the-box let's peep out

this flavor

one more quick look of all these breakfast treats before we get into a

guy's very very nice presentation let's do this hey it's always nice when what

you get kind of looks like the poster when it comes to fast food here and I do

have to say this is definitely looking great let's try this omelet first real

fast a little bit of ham bacon and cheese here we go hmm I've said it many

times in the past and is very hard to mess up eggs guys and this is actually a

very very tasty little omelet they've got going here the bacon is nice and

crispy and the ham is really comin' through a little on the salty side but

then again it does have bacon and ham together but very tasty either way mmm

very good very very good yeah I know they're just eggs but for fast food eggs

they are nice and fluffy and the awesome combo of the crispy bacon and the ham

along with that melted cheese just takes it to another level very very tasty hmm

I think I'm gonna be saying tasty a lot during this review lemme grab some of

these homestyle potatoes here these are very meaty potatoes guys really really

nice and crispy on the outside a little bit of the peppers over here as well

lemme grab one of these peppers little red pepper action here the homestyle

potatoes as part of brunchfast mmm that is awesome and not too overly oily

either guys it's a really really nice flavor a little buttery in fact it's

actually really really good mmm let me give you another close-up look so

you know what I'm talking about here guys nice meaty potatoes very crispy and

of course you've got the red and the green peppers in there as well a nice

country flair when you have potatoes like this and it's a great addition to

this breakfast so far very very tasty as well

hmm I love me some breakfast potatoes alright and now for the main ingredient

for what they're promoting with this breakfast plate guys the Jimmy Dean

breakfast sausage now many of you have probably had Jimmy Dean countless times

in the past I know I have for sure but let's just see how the fast-food version

of it is as part of the country scrambler plate here at jack-in-the-box mmm that is a

major step up from their regular breakfast sausage here guys it's

noticeably richer almost like a more full-bodied sausage flavor it's got a little bit

of maple in it as well but very meaty and very hearty I'm really diggin that

hmm alright now like the eggs I know it's just a breakfast sausage but it's

Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage and the quality is definitely up there guys

along with it being the first time that it's offered here as part of brunchfast

here at jack-in-the-box really really good choice in terms of the protein with this

one and if you're a fan of breakfast sausage and Jimmy Dean's in general you

already know you got a lot to look forward to with this but of course

that's just my opinion what do you guys think does this country scramble plate

deliver for you cuz I gotta say guys for what you get for five bucks it's not a

bad deal at all and it definitely tastes pretty awesome in addition to looking

pretty great but you guys drop those comments down below and definitely let

me know and as for my overall score I'm gonna have to give the country

scrambler plate brand new on the brunchfast menu here at jack-in-the-box

are very solid

9 of 10 this is definitely a pretty solid value for the

money guys and for a brunch-like breakfast at a fast food spot I gotta

say I'm pretty impressed with that aside from the addition of the Jimmy Dean

sausage it definitely elevates the street cred because of that brand name

along with rounding out just the overall awesome flavor of it and those are my

thoughts on one of the latest items here at jack-in-the-box after-hours cheaters

cam style as we close out another episode of peep this out guys and like I

What Is Choiceless Awareness? | J. Krishnamurti & Alan Watts - Duration: 8:27.

Hello everyone, my name is Andrew and welcome to the video.

So today I'd like to talk about choiceless awareness.

Now what is choiceless awareness?

Isn't awareness... to start simply, isn't awareness something total?

Not limited down to words, thoughts, definitions or meanings?

So therefore, choiceless awareness, I feel is simply another term used to point to what

awareness actually is.

And this term does this by indicating what awareness is not, which it is saying awareness

does not involve choices.

It does not involve a "chooser" and the "objects of choice" right?

So understanding this, I want to go into what is the state of mind that is involved in the

choosing process?

And also what keeps this state of mind ongoing, continuous.

Now growing up we've been told most of our lives to have choices.

We live off of making choices, making decisions.

And we've been told that this is freedom, hence the term we use today, freedom of choice.

However, I question if this is actual freedom, because isn't actual freedom not fragmented

into this or that.

Actual freedom is clear, it just is.

Now what is implied in this?

So throughout our culture and tradition, we make choices based off of the idea of punishment

and reward.

If there wasn't no punishment and reward involved, then what is the point of these choices that

we make?

So we are trying to make a choice in order to get a reward and to avoid punishment.

So therefore the state of mind is trying to find out, what choice should I make? which

direction should I go?

So it must involve a center, a point that moves in a particular direction.

And whenever there is a point, it is established in the past, because that is the ego, that

is thought right?

And therefore, when it is moving in a particular direction, then it is acting according to

the past, based off of past experiences.

So we are trying to find out which is the right choice to make based off of our past.

However, how does the past know which is the right choice?

The past cannot know what is going to happen next.

It does not know this present reality, this ever-changing now… what's actually happening.

So therefore it is unclear.

It is trying to decide for itself and therefore isn't this state of mind confused, uncertain

and therefore, this confusion and uncertainty also brings about the conflicts of doubt,

fear, anxiety, right?

So what is keeping this state of mind ongoing?

Now because we've been taught to make choices, to come to decisions, these decisions are

also posed as answers to solve our problems.

So answers, decisions and choices are pretty much all the same.

So we try to get out of this confused state of mind by coming to a conclusion, a decision,

a choice, and therefore, this choice is the cause, which we choose in order to bring about

a desired effect.

So there is this endless cycle of cause and effect going on right?

Because I make a choice, which is the cause, and in order to bring about a desired result

or effect.

And that effect then becomes a cause, which brings about another effect, which also becomes

a cause that brings about another effect.

So this state of mind that is confused and uncertain is kept ongoing and continuous through

our past conditioning, programming of solving problems, of cause and effect, of getting

a reward and avoiding punishment.

So what do we do when most of our lives, we are taught only to act from the past?

When we are taught only about the past and all we know is the past?

So therefore, is there any way out of this for the "chooser" that is choosing?

And also is there a way to watch all of this going on without a "watcher?"

Because when the "watcher" or the "chooser" is there, then all of the prejudices, the

preferences, the particular beliefs, and attachments that come along with the center are there.

So therefore, can we watch this going on in our daily lives?

Watch this without the one who is watching, which is still not defined as awareness, but

is pointing to that living, moving thing that we call awareness.

So yeah, that's all I wanted to talk about in this video.

vacuum cleaners, etc., I switch into the questioning mode. 'Well then, but what happens if I go there? What it will imply?

What' ll that involve? As I know it has its implications.

There's something wonderful about Mary confronted with the decision by the angel, she poses

a very wise, mature question, ' 'What does this mean? What does this mean for me?'

So what does it imply for me? This is a very good question.

When I read the Gospel, when I hear a word of God addressed to me,

when He invites me to something, when I'm shown a decision by Him who calls me by the circumstances of my life,

when I'm on the verge of a decision, then it's worth asking this question, 'What will it imply'?

This question is posed by responsible people, people who know certain choices are followed by certain consequences.

This is a really good question as then the Holy Spirit will come at once and tell what it will imply.

And this will always be connected not only with a certain hardship but also with incredible beauty,

that will change our lives and the lives of others.
