It's a common fucking phrase so one who gives a fuck, but two

I've been on YouTube a lot longer than her and I've always said hey bitches in my videos

So thank you very much teeny bopper children. She's copying

me out do not try to do the fuckin Beyonce hair flip with a

Fucking Santa Claus out because they're actually really fucking her fluff in my eye

but how fucking stupid is it that people will try to cause drama and

Controversy on people's channels over stupid things like openings to videos

It's not like I'm doing like a James Charles video montage thing where he's like

At the beginning of the fucking video because that's just dumb, but doesn't she say hey hos as well

So you know it's just so fucking stupid the things that people find to nitpick on YouTube I could do a fucking list of them

and really just read people - fuck you both, but I'm not going to so Danielle cache me outside bitch because you took my

Baradoom [Weapons pack mod for Doom] - Duration: 4:48.

This map, Excelsus.wad, was created specially to show the Baradoom's arsenal and stuff.

The Plasma Cannon is excellent, but it consumes ammunition like a camel drinking water.

Both shotguns look futuristic and feature altfires that charges their shots before blasting it.

The Rocket Launcher, in addition to the standard shot, can launch guided rockets with its altfire.

As I said in the video's intro, you can play the mod with ZDoom (2.8.1), but this map gets a bit bugged.

The revolver is considerably more powerful than the vanilla pistol and its animation is awesome.

I'll summon a Berserk Pack so you can see what happens when you pick one up...

The HCF3000 has a powerful blast that cripples anything on its front, but it also spends a lot of ammo.

This Minigun is very efficient. It can quickly wipe large infested areas infested by tons of monsters.

have to have an animatronic so I don't know but anyway we're back here with

$713 and we're going to go shopping and I guess out of the dumpster diver

okay I already got that can we because we could get that yay I can get the mid

through the game I I don't know so I'm having a whole trouble understanding

and start pursuing your higher self.

Vibrational Flu

During our lifetime, we accumulate a lot of Spiritual debris on our spiritual self.

This is all negative emotions and feelings which we have been storing inside us over

days, months, years.

They are harmful because they don�t just malign our soul, but also block our Chakras.

All this debris is flushed out of our system, when the levels of life energy or Chi in our

body suddenly fluctuate highly.

All the excess Chi acts as a great gush of water which takes out all the waste which

gets collected on the crevices in its path.

These blockages from the negative debris are harmful for us as it doesn�t allow the free

flow of energy between chakras in our body.

This deeply intense and powerful change in the energy levels in our body can cause the

Vibrational flu as our body is not prepared to assess so much Chi.

How to recognize Spiritual Awakening

The first change that you�ll experience is that you�d finally be aware of what matters

and what doesn�t.

Superficial and material things like jobs and people and meaningless relationships would

all lose their charm.

You�d slowly disentangle yourself from your old acquaintances and company which kept you

down and instead would be focusing on your true destiny in this world.

When you undergo a Vibrational flu you�d also be experiencing a lot of physical pain.

When the flood of energy is battering to dislodge the emotional grime from your chakras, their

corresponding body parts would hurt a lot.

Headaches are expected but you�d be out of your misery soon and step into an enlightened

existence.

He COULDN'T Shoot Normally in High School Basketball But Became an NBA Star - Duration: 4:20.

Stephen Curry is one of the greatest shooters of all time, but he wasn't always like that.

In fact, every major D1 college rejected Curry.

Why and how did he make the NBA?

What is up dudes, dudettes, ballers, players.

It's ya boi MJ.

Today I wanted to talk about the time Steph Curry was in high school when he couldn't

shoot normally and was rejected by colleges.

Y'all been killing it with the support for these stories so let's keep it going.

Alright let's get into it.

Stephen Curry was not the star high school basketball player.

He was far from it.

At the end of his sophomore year, Curry was 5' 6", 125 pounds.

In other terms, he was a pipsqueak for basketball.

Curry had this goal of making the NBA and was willing to put in the work, but it just

seemed like he was too small.

On top of that, he couldn't shoot normally.

Basketball players are supposed to be shooting from their head up.

Curry didn't have enough strength to shoot it from there and so he would shoot it from

his waist.

That means Curry could easily get blocked and because he was so small, he could also

easily get bodied.

Dell Curry, Steph's father and one of the great NBA 3 point shooters, told Steph that

it was necessary for him to shoot from his head up so for the entire summer before junior

year, Steph worked on his shot.

Steph's brother would say that Curry would work day and night on his shot.

His shot was broken down to the point where he couldn't shoot 2 feet in front of the

rim.

He would cry some nights, frustrated at his inability to correct his shot.

But something was happening to Curry.

He was growing.

In his junior year of high school basketball, Curry showed off his new shot and new height.

He was finally shooting above his head and stood at 5' 9".

He averaged just under 20 points per game, but it wasn't enough.

No division 1 college was sending offers his way.

Being in Charlotte.

Steph would say that you want to play for the Tar Heels, Duke, Wake Forest but Curry

would never get that chance.

Still, Curry was pretty optimistic, but then he got hit with a big blow.

The only college that recruited Curry was his father's college, Virginia Tech, and

they told him that he would have to play as a walk-on or basically they have an open roster

spot for people who try out and if he does good, he might make that spot.

There's no guarantee.

That hurt Steph.

Curry worked harder in the next summer and grew to 6 foot.

Finally, he got an offer his senior year, from Davidson College.

Davidson coach Bob McKillop thought he had found a player that could change the whole

program around and man was he right.

Curry would have games here and there his freshmen year of college, but Steph became

a household name his sophomore year of college where he led Davidson on a Cinderella story

to the final 8.

He led a sort of no name division 1 school the final 8 of the NCAA tournament.

His junior year of college basketball, Curry led the whole nation in scoring and eventually

declared for the draft.

Curry changed his whole life around with hard work and some great genetics that allowed

him to grow.

It's funny how Curry couldn't shoot normally in high school basketball and now is possibly

the best basketball shooter that ever lived.

But you know there's going to come a day sooner or later when you have to sell your boat.

So, today, let's talk about three maintenance tips that will help you get more money for

your boat when you finally do have to sell it.

Here's tip number one: Every time you use your boat, give it a thorough washdown with

a microfiber cloth and some boat soap.

Because, truth be told, the way your outboards look on the outside is every bit as important

as the way they look on the inside when you go to sell your boat.

These motors here, they actually have eight years and over a thousand hours of use on

them, but you wouldn't know it by looking at them.

And by the way, every couple months, make sure to treat them with a nice coat of paste

wax, too.

Here's tip number two: Of course you want your outboards to run as good as they look,

right?

So, after each and every use, make sure to give them a thorough freshwater flush.

Most outboard mechanics will agree that this is about the most important thing you can

do to maintain your engines, along with regular oil changes.

And you freshwater guys, you keep this in mind, too, because while it's true that this

is most imperative for saltwater boaters, running your motors in lakes and rivers will

end up putting mineral deposits inside those engines.

So make sure you give them a flush.

For tip number three, we're right back here to the seat because one of the items on a

boat that deteriorates and gives it a really awful look quite often is the vinyls.

The most important thing about keeping your vinyls in good shape is simply again to wash

them down after each and every use.

The dirt that gets into the vinyl is what the mildew actually attaches to.

Now, I hate to admit it, but as you can see, in this case, this is where I've fallen down

flat.

And when someone comes to look at this boat, this mildewed vinyl is going to be a real

turnoff.

You may have noticed a them here, folks.

The use of lots and lots of freshwater and keeping your boat really, really clean are

the most important things you can do so when you go to sell it, it brings top dollar on

the used boat market.

but how fucking stupid is it that people will try to cause drama and

So you know it's just so fucking stupid the things that people find to nitpick on YouTube I could do a fucking list of them

and in this video we're gonna be doing a quick sweat fat burning workout

all right go ahead and start your clock in three two one

so this was a super-fun quick sweat fat-burning circuit guys we're only doing two

movements and they kind of compliment each other all right so it's

gonna be done in a ladder style of 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 of burpees yay and

sit-ups all right so we're gonna attack the burpees first okay how I want you

guys to do this obviously you can only do burpees one at a time is exactly

that just focus on one rep at a time I know that they're kind of nasty but

they're also probably the most effective bodyweight movement that we use here at

Newbie Fitness Academy that's why we use it a lot okay and then we're gonna

compliment the Burpee with you know with with an ab movement alright so we're

just gonna do some situps you know same amount of reps as the

burpees alright so this would be your so called active recovery for this workout

and then you know you just want to attack the burpees once you're doing

them alright as you can see I'm not going too fast on the burpees because I

have to do like 50-plus reps of it right I'm just gonna go in a nice and

consistent pace and that's kind of how I want you guys to do it as well

also anytime you do this type of workout where it starts at 10 and it goes

down to one you know you're doing basically half of the workout during the

first three rounds right the ten nine and the eight after that even the seven

right? and then after that I mean it gets pretty easy real fast it gets you know

very manageable at that point all right we're also going to show you some

modifications for this workout right you can also step down and step up on your

burpees it's a little bit easier on your knees it's definitely a little bit more

low-impact which is awesome

again just go nice and steady on this

and if you need to take a rest on your situps go ahead and do that again you

guys if you need more scaling options and modifications for any of the

alright so that was the round of seven it gets a little bit more manageable now

at this point right your sets are smaller so you can kind of move a little

bit faster here

alright the burpees aren't so bad anymore

all right round of five here again when you're doing your burpees guys make sure

that you are going chest to deck on it and then little jump at the top and then

for your sit-ups shoulder blades touch the ground fingertips touch the ground

and then touch your shoelaces at the top that would be the standard that we want

to use for this but hey if you can't do that just yet again you can modify these

movements so you can make them work for you
