Waters Spreads Disgusting Lie About Trump, Sanders Shuts Her Up With Brutal Reality Check.

Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) has been going around to every news station that's willing to

give her airtime to spread a disgusting lie about President Donald Trump.

So, naturally, White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders decided to shut her

up with a brutal reality check.

During an appearance on MSNBC's All In with Chris Hayes, Waters decided to do everything

she could to spread a fake news story about Donald Trump.

"Well, Deutsche Bank emerges as extremely important because they're known to be a

money-laundering bank," said the California Democrat.

"They have been fined over $600 million between the U.K. and the United States for

money laundering," she added.

"They do not have the kind of operation in the bank that would keep up with what is

going on and we can follow what is going on," said Waters.

"But they have been known to basically get around the kind of controls that they should

have," she added.

"In addition to that, they're the only bank really that will lend money to Donald

Trump," Waters went on, telling a blatant lie.

"Donald Trump has sued them.

They have sued him back.

But yet, they continue to lend him large sums of money.

Donald Trump owes them $300 million; $170 million of that for the Trump Hotel that they

have to finance in Washington, D.C," she said.

Watch The Video :

Waters was speaking in reference to a Tuesday morning "fake news" report by Bloomberg,

which claimed that special counsel Robert Mueller was taking a look at President Donald

Trump's finances.

Specifically, the report said, "Special prosecutor Robert Mueller zeroed in on President

Donald Trump's business dealings with Deutsche Bank AG as his investigation into alleged

Russian meddling in U.S. elections widens."

The report continued, "Mueller issued a subpoena to Germany's largest lender several

weeks ago, forcing the bank to submit documents on its relationship with Trump and his family,

according to a person briefed on the matter, who asked not to be identified because the

action has not been announced."

It should be noted that Chris Hayes, as a journalist, should have called Waters out

for spreading these incendiary lies on his program.

After all, allowing a U.S. Representative to disseminate false information only serves

to delegitimize him and MSNBC, something neither one needs at the moment.

Since Hayes refused to put Waters in his place, Sarah Sanders did as much when a reporter

asked her a question regarding the same narrative.

"If Robert Mueller ends up looking into the president's finances, or if he has already

looked into the president's finances, does the president, does this White House believe

that is a 'red line,' and if so, why?" asked a reporter during Tuesday's press

briefing.

"Look, I think it's important to note, and hopefully, you guys have seen this statement

that Jay Sekulow, a member of the president's legal team, has put out within the last hour,"

said Sanders.

"That they confirmed that the news reports that the special counsel had subpoenaed financial

records relating to the president are completely false, no subpoena has been issued or received,

we've confirmed this with the bank and other sources," she added.

"I think that this is another example of the media going too far too fast, and we don't

see it going in that direction," Sanders concluded, taking a direct shot at the shoddy

"journalists" who apparently do no fact-checking whatsoever before reporting a story.

"Completely false" was the key phrase in Sanders' statement.

In other words, there was no substance whatsoever to the fake news report surrounding Trump

and Deutsche Bank.

Of course, that didn't stop Democrats like Waters from taking the story and running with

it, though.

Coincidentally, neither Waters nor her colleagues have apologized for spreading lies about the

president nor have they taken back their statements.

Isn't it ironic that these are the first culprits to cry "fake news" when a story

surfaces which makes the Democrats look bad, yet they are also the worst purveyors of fake

news themselves?

Looks like another classic case of Democratic projection to me.

TOP 10 MOST DANGEROUS JOBS IN THE WORLD! - Duration: 10:19.

Every year there are in America, an average of 4,500 people in their work.

Of course, most deaths are not in a normal office job, but during special

activities.

Such as working at great heights or deep underground.

There are, moreover, have advantages linked to this dangerous occupations.

For, because the risk is high of accidents, many people do not do the job.

And if the supply is low, the salary will skyrocket.

in case there are also many systems that keep you from

an accident is covered by insurance.

You will receive a monthly allowance, or in the worst case, if you perish, receives

your family a large sum of money.

Such compensation may be up to € 100,000, though the question is whether all this money your emotional

can remove grief.

Have fun watching, and maybe there is an action between that suits you!

Let us know in the comments!

Tell us what hazardous occupations you still know, that are not in this list.

On the tenth place is the professional electrician.

If you work with electrician electricity all day and you have to be very wary.

To prevent accidents there also taken a lot of measures, such as

wear special shoes or gloves.

However, with high voltages is a crash course in a small corner.

The higher the voltage is in fact, the sooner you can die of shock.

Fortunately, the accident rate is still nice note for electricians in homes

to work.

But when working at high altitude, the number of accidents increases considerably.

Upon application of power lines is because working with Stress

more than 50,000 volts, so one little mistake and it's over.

In addition, there is also another often working from a helicopter.

This helps prevent or electrocution, but if you crash helicopter you can do it

Shake course.

The risk of death is great there.

On site are the nine truck drivers.

A profession that is essential in the Netherlands, since 90% of all goods in the interior

with trucks on the highways is transported.

But through all this long and tiring journeys, drivers get distracted and their response

very reduced.

In addition it also agree that you are in a truck much less see from you

environment and brakes is much slower by the enormous weight of the trucks.

Besides, when a truck was involved in an accident, the trucker gets

Always, whatever the situation, the blame.

So very unfair.

What is a mini-benefit for truckers, is that they often remain unharmed in an accident.

Most victims are in fact coming from the cars involved in a

accident.

A small car does not stand against such immense truck of up to 10 tons.

Number eight on the list are construction workers.

A profession in which you, as the name implies, builds things.

Often these homes or small offices, but sometimes they can also skyscrapers or

build towers.

Especially at high altitudes covered most wounded.

Here, because the dangerous factors of the job, such as working with heavy

machines, combined with great depths causing an accident is in a small corner.

For example, many fingers instance accidentally sawed off, people come to get caught

or falling construction workers in the worst case down to their death.

a versatile box with many risks, combined with the poor reward 't

then a career that many people prefer to leave left.

In seventh place are farmers.

A profession that is often transmitted from generation to generation and in many cases

therefore, would not entirely free from being carried out.

We generally have two types of farmers in the Netherlands, these are ranchers and

Farmers engaged in growing crops.

Both professions are working with very large machines and toxic pesticides.

Almost all of our food is because sprayed with substances to kill small animals.

But this farmer, and indeed we get these substances also in which not

our aim.

There are a few months ago, millions of eggs destroyed because they were contaminated with

the toxic fipronil.

This material often leads to serious diseases like cancer or pneumonia.

Not so fine so.

Appeals garbage is on the sixth place.

During work because they come into contact with hundreds of types of waste and hazardous

machines.

The garbage men we know, driving even further behind on the trucks along without

safety, something that is not 100% safe to call.

The work is physically very hard, so much garbage often retire early

to go and end up on welfare, which costs us extra tax money back.

But this is obviously not long for any garbage.

For example, last year in America 39 garbage men came.

This is of course too many, but relatively the danger is that bad.

In fifth place is a profession that is not suitable for many of us.

You really work at very high altitudes and in combination with vertigo this profession

The worst that you can choose.

In the Netherlands, namely more than 15% of the population suffer from vertigo.

And you, you did this?

Let us know in the comments and tell if you have it!

But we go back to the profession, we are clear about roofers here.

A profession in which you - quite surprisingly - repair roofs.

These roofs are usually sloping, making it difficult to orient yourself and your balance

to keep.

Often working roofers also another ongezekerd, so when they fall, there is no rope

protects them from falling.

Of course, this is not allowed, but because it works much easier and more efficient have

many people at risk over.

The fourth craft shows again clearly see from the list that appeals to a great height

dangerous.

For fourth place are the cleaners.

Which, besides mutual fights, also injured while working at height.

Again the high huh?

Many cleaners working with ladders or standing in the gutter.

And that misfortune is also again clearly raised in a small corner.

Window namely getting injured regularly when they lose their balance and to

fall down.

Such a hard smack is never nice, but fortunately here keep overall

no severe injuries about.

Unless you really work at high altitude.

Besides cleaners who clean the houses, there are cleaners which flats or even

skyscrapers need cleaning.

They dangling hundreds of meters above the ground with a chamois and a bucket of water.

Very scary, of course, but also dangerous.

There have been hundreds of incidents that occurred worldwide in multiple Netherlands.

For example, last year was a 69-year-old cleaner died in Vlaardingen, when he

dropped his ladder.

And 10 years ago dangled two cleaner fifteen minutes to one cable deadly

height.

In short, a profession that many of us, and I count myself thereby, probably left

leave.

Many professionals from this list we can call modern.

Most applications were for several centuries ago still unknown because it

simply were not needed.

However, the top three includes professions traditionally known indeed.

This also shows once again that old occupations that require a lot of the body, the most dangerous

to be.

In third place is because professional lumberjack.

This is a job where you cut and carry the day in the forest trees with heavy materials.

Or, well, that's how it is nowadays.

Previously loggers had to do everything by hand.

So did the felling of one tree more than three hours.

Then the tree had to be felled and cut into pieces for transport.

This transport was done mainly working animals like horses.

A lot of work so, but fortunately everything is now much faster.

With special equipment it is possible that this whole process in less than 10 seconds

to proceed.

Because everything goes so fast it costs less money, and we can buy cheaper wood.

However, here it is a very big disadvantage attached.

Because of this huge caps shrink the woods so fast that they do not have enough time to return

grow.

This creates a large deficit trees on earth which in combination with all CO2 emissions

is dangerous.

So a tip for yourself and everyone else, try to use as little as possible wood!

In second place are the fishermen.

Something relaxing and innocent, you would think, but in reality it 's a very intense

and dangerous profession.

You must clear the great sea where waves over 15 meters high and there

almost always bad weather.

If it again is very cold, and icicles form on the boat, you also stand a chance to

turning your boat.

And when you end up in the sea with waves higher than 15 meters and temperatures below zero,

it is certain that you do your last breath will blow.

Because this job is so dangerous, there are many people interested.

This, like 'Deadliest Catch' have even taken over complete TV programs,

a true classic on the Discovery Channel has millions of viewers daily.

In this program, several boats are followed to take the fight against each other for many

possible to catch crabs in the dangerous sea world.

But these perilous scenes or throw off fruit.

In a good season because you earn up to $ 50,000 as a sailor.

What earn masters is unknown, but this will undoubtedly be many times higher.

So remember next time just to process what has taken place before a

fish on your plate, because that is actually quite fat.

And we have arrived at number one on this list.

And the number one ridden by the miners.

A profession that is primarily performed by children in third world countries.

Every day deadly accidents happen and when mine collapses come in one

time dozens of people.

In addition, the income of these people is also much too low.

Their bosses pay insufficient wages and therefore themselves have sometimes up to several million

euro's.

The worst of it is perhaps that we all encourage this.

The stone granite, for example, mainly extracted from this kind of illegal mines.

And since very many people granite house this is a multimillion business.

As Netherlands only managed to import all of last year to 300 million euros in granite,

most of which came from child labor.

Fortunately, many companies do in the Netherlands as much as possible to stop this.

So if it's good, you can buy a new kitchen counter with confidence.

Without that 12-year-old children 100 meters underground, without fresh air in perilous

circumstances have worked for.

Remember to leave a comment in the comments which tells you what profession

would you choose if you had to choose!

Explain why and maybe you get or a shout-out in the video next week!

Drink This Tea Every Day to Lose Weight Naturally - Health Benefits of Hibiscus Tea - Duration: 2:49.

Did you know that drinking hibiscus tea can help you lose weight?

Hibiscus tea can really help anyone who wants to lose weight, due to the fact that it can

enhance the effects of a good diet and regular exercise, and get rid of the fat around your

hips and waist.

The hibiscus flower is rich in mucilage, a complex mixture of polysaccharides that transform

into a gelatinous fiber, when they come in contact with water.

Hibiscus tea helps reduce fat, aids digestion, makes bowel movements regular, and fights

liquid retention, which makes it easier to lose weight.

Furthermore, hibiscus is full of flavonoids and rich in antioxidants which fight free

radicals, protecting your heart from diseases and your skin from aging.

Apart from helping you lose weight, hibiscus can:

- help control diabetes; - help control high blood pressure;

- detoxify your kidneys and liver; - help fight anxiety and depression.

You can buy dried hibiscus flowers in specialty stores and some grocery stores.

If you want to lose weight, the best thing for you to do is add some other ingredients

to your hibiscus tea, that will quicken your metabolism.

Take a look at this recipe.

Ingredients

- 1 liter of water; - 4 dried hibiscus (or 1 tablespoon if in

a powder); - 1 stick of cinnamon;

- 2 cloves.

Instructions

Boil the liter of water.

Once it starts to boil, add the ingredients and wait 3 more minutes.

Other important tips:

The best thing to do is start by drinking a cup a day, and gradually drink it more often,

up to 3 times a day.

Drink this tea between meals, especially whenever you feel like raiding the fridge.

It will trick you into believing you aren't hungry anymore.

Try not to sweeten the tea.

Hibiscus tastes nice, kind of like raspberry, so it shouldn't be hard to get used to its

flavor.

Avoid eating a lot of salt, since it causes liquid retention.

Use other spices such as oregano, parsley and rosemary.

Don't eat lots of refined carbohydrates (white rice, bread, pasta, desserts made with white

flour).

Try and use the whole grain versions, that will make feel full for longer.

Normally, hibiscus tea doesn't have any side effects.

However, people with hypertension, and pregnant or breastfeeding women, should talk to their

doctors before drinking this tea.

3 Ways to More Powerfully Attract What You Want Using the Law of Attraction - Duration: 10:29.

hi this video will show you three ways to more powerfully attract what you want

using the law of attraction i'm going to share with you processes and

perspectives that I've used in my own life that has radically changed

everything

welcome back to another video my name is Aaron I help people

expand their consciousness now in this video I'm gonna be sharing with you some

processes some perspectives that transformed my life when it comes to

understanding how to more powerfully attract what I want now the first one

has to do with understanding our vision for what we have and how powerful and

how strong that vision is so normally what we want to do is we want to have

such a strong vision in the direction that we're going that we feel like we

are being pulled towards it you see most people are intending to use

the law of attraction by tailoring their focus but they don't actually have a

strong direction they're going in they're just very general about

everything I want more money well the idea is even if you had a couple dollars

or even if something small happened you're getting what you asked for but

the idea is to become more definite on what you want to have more of a purpose

behind what you want and to really make that vision brighter and brighter

you know I share this story a lot but it's just simply what really changed my

life as I asked myself the question that about five six months ago or whatever

maybe it's even longer now back in February I asked myself the question

what is the one thing I could do every day in order to profoundly change my

life over the course of the next year for me that was creating a video a day I

made that vision very strong I made that vision much brighter and as I did that I

found that it started to pull me more so it became easier and easier even though

at the time I was working a 40-hour a week job the idea is that vision was so

strong that it pulled me towards it because that's how bad and that's how

much a pleasure is show associated with that vision so what I encourage you to

do is to first off if you find that the process isn't going as well for you to

simply decide you're going to make that vision much more bright you're going to

really focus on it and you're going to start to know that you can head in that

direction so to do this here the process I want to share with you all

you do is what you do is every day right when you wake up if you have some type

of meditation practice or you have some type of mindfulness activity you'll do

or just a visualization what you do is you focus on a period of time maybe it's

six months out maybe it's three months out maybe it's a year out of something

of an outcome of what you want to experience so for me that was seeing

myself with over a hundred thousand YouTube subscribers with millions of

views on my YouTube videos that were impacting people in a positive way

I made that vision very strong I had the vision of me like the visualization of

me doing my this as my full-time so that I know how long I had to go to a job I

didn't care about and I made that very bright I made that something I could

really feel into I was very you know something very relatable for me now for

you find out whatever that is that visualization is and start to associate

it every day start to feel as if it is happening and as you focus on that

vision you're making it something that you actually get pulled towards so that

you really know that if you take action you will eventually get there so this is

something that profoundly changed my life this is something that allowed me

to take action every single day even right now as I make this video every day

I wake up I make three videos right when I wake up in the morning I edit those

three videos right after and then I go about my day and I do all the other

business stuff or whatever else I have to do

but the reason I'm able to do that is because I'm so clear on what my outcomes

are for the next six months to a year that nothing will hold me back from

doing that and even if I tried not to create three or three videos a day I

would feel like I wasn't doing something I would kind of feel like I'm missing

something so I've made it a part of my like autopilot it's part of who I am I

create two or three videos a day minimum and that's a part of the vision that I

have now the second thing we can do to make it a much more powerful process is

understanding first off the power of affirmations but doing it in a way to

where we feel more decisive so as I've said also on this channel you can use

your physiology this is something I learned from Tony Robbins you can use

your physiology and your tonality to feel more confident you want to feel

definite about the vision that you have or the visualization that you have over

the next like six months or a year you want to feel like you can do it now

imagine if when you think about it you're like oh yeah that would be nice

if I did that yeah that would be cool that is not definite that is kind of

wishy-washy that is very gray it's nothing you know it's not black or white

it's very neutral what you want to do is you want to be certain about what your

intentions are your intentions are to lose weight to be this perfect body

image your intentions are to get the perfect job your intentions are you know

to meet the right person whatever it is be definite about it even as I say it

right now my voice tonality goes down that is certainty so I know it sounds

funny but that is something you can do to wire

in this certainty and to use your physiology to feel that way stand in

what's called the power post for a couple of minutes day just to feel more

confident about it as you're saying your affirmations so that means put your

hands at your hips like this your chest out your chin level and then you can say

your affirmations doing this for two or three minutes a day has been

scientifically proven that you will reduce the amount of cortisol which is

the stress hormone and increase the amount of serotonin and dopamine so you

will start to feel more confident you will feel better just by doing this

posture for a couple minutes a day so align your body posture and your

physiology to what you want to experience by saying it in that tonality

by really having and matching your body language up to it because imagine if you

don't have that that's called in congruence and not being congruent means

that your energies in different directions you don't really know what

you want because you kind of want this but you kind of want this and even in

the voice inflection it shows that it's wishy-washy I encourage you to become

more definite about what you want you don't have to be attached to the outcome

you don't have to build resistance but know your intentions my intention is to

do this my voice inflection goes down you could say this also from the point

of view that your body language is good so you're not saying your affirmations

like this you're not saying it with your you know just kind of like you know that

would be kind of cool if I did that you're saying it with more definite

purpose and then you're going to feel once again with that visualization you

have you're going to feel pulled towards it because you are showing up with that

confident whay and in that way now the third thing

you can do in order to really become more powerful with this process is to

understand the power of gratitude how to incorporate into your daily life because

with gratitude you are actually resonating with the kind of experiences

that you want so most people if they go through with the law of attraction

process what they do is they have resistance so the idea is that they're

blocking themselves from having that kind of experience because as much as

they say I want X Y Z they're reaffirming to themselves X Y Z isn't

here right now and they're basing their own happiness on the external

circumstance that that thing has to be in their experience but this is the key

feel gratitude for what you have every day maybe you don't have the million

dollars that you want or you don't have the amount of money that you want you

don't have a perfect job whatever it is still be grateful maybe that you have a

job be grateful that you have money coming in as you focus on what you

already have you will get more of it if you're you know maybe not grateful for

the kind of you want a certain relationship in your life be grateful

for the relationships you already have and if even if they're not romantic the

idea is as you focus on what you have you will start to bring more of that

into your life because whatever you focus on grows so the main point of this

whole point is the main point of this whole point is to understand that what

you can do is put gratitude into your daily life what I choose to do is right

when I wake up and I'm doing my morning routine and I do my meditation the other

thing I do is I feel gratitude for what I already have I focus on my heart space

you can it's also a powerful thing you can do what you do put the awareness

inside of your chest put your hands over your heart and feel into your body when

you do that you bring the awareness out of the head you bring it into your body

you start to feel more and then you can focus on the emotions that you have that

you prefer to feel anything that we desire in our life we can give ourselves

permission and say oh I will feel that when this thing comes into my life but

the funny thing is that we have the ability to generate the emotion that we

want right now in the present moment by giving ourselves permission it's just

that we give ourself rules in our mind we say when X Y Z happens I will feel

this way so because of that rule we then distance ourselves from the gratitude or

from the happiness simply decide that you're worth

the site that you can feel worthy that you can feel the emotion of whatever you

have and whatever you want to experience feel gratitude for already having it in

some capacity and as you do that you will resonate with the kind of

experiences you want and you'll find that things start to happen in a much

better way because you are allowing rather than resisting though remember

all you have to do to make this a much more powerful process is to first off

increase the vision that you have make it much more bright make it something

you can really feel into apply it to your daily routine by doing it at least

once a day become very certain as to what you want to experience secondly

become very certain with your tonality become very aware of your body language

and start to become more certain of the intentions you have and as you send your

affirmations in that way you'll feel it as much more powerful and you'll

actually start to get much better results with it as well and then the

third thing all you have to do is feel gratitude every day make it a must that

is something you do with your daily routine you will start to resonate with

new type of experiences you will start to align your emotions with the way you

prefer to be and that's where everything begins to change so with that being said

Esencia // Arista Ilona // Empowered Mother | mitú - Duration: 4:15.

- Of course, the pregnancy was unplanned.

I didn't plan that.

And then, didn't get my dream birth,

and then had to face going under the knife

and getting a C-section, getting the epidural.

I just felt like it was my rebirth.

Everyone prepares you for before the birth,

but what about after?

Hi, my name is Arista Ilona Spiess,

and Empowered Mother is

the title of all my workshops and retreats that I do.

So, it's a part of divine modern motherhood,

which serves to empower other mothers

to really help them handle the emotional tides

that they go through, especially in postpartum.

Becoming a mother has reconnected me to my roots.

My mother is Puerto Rican, Costa Rican,

and my father is Mexican, German, Spaniard,

and Yaqui Indian.

I grew up with a single mother.

My Costa Rican grandmother from my mother's side

is who raised me.

I grew up mainly with her

around her culture, her food, her beliefs.

She was so into like, the wellness part,

making sure that she would always have home cooked meals.

She was such a creative woman

and really helped people.

She did a lot of cleansings for people,

and that's what I was surrounded by.

I didn't really appreciate then, I didn't know what it was.

And, looking back at it now as I move forward

in empowering other mothers and women,

I see the value.

How she used nature to really help others,

and she tapped into her own intuition.

The power of prayer was something that I was taught

at a really young age.

And, I've used it more so now, than ever before.

My grandmother was 72 years old when she passed away,

and I was 15.

And, I fell into a slight depression.

I had to redefine everything that I was

and find myself again.

Becoming pregnant is what really sparked this idea,

because I never thought that I would be a mother.

And, I had these limiting beliefs and ideas around,

you know, can I do it?

And, how am I gonna grow a human in my body?

Like, this is crazy.

I knew that I had to go through with it for my own growth.

It was just that inner knowing.

It was really that moment of, wow, I'm gonna be a mother.

What do I want to teach her?

What are the things that I can show her from her roots

and her culture?

I began to tap into my spirituality after I had my daughter.

Because, my birth was traumatic.

I wanted a dream home birth,

to have a midwife and a doula.

Just really be in that space of honoring myself,

trusting that my body can birth a child.

But, it didn't happen that way.

And, after 72 hours of being in labor and being at home,

and really trying and trying,

I remember the midwife looking at me and saying,

"We have to go now to the hospital."

Here I was getting hit with so many fears

and all of my expectations being washed away.

Of course, the pregnancy was unplanned.

I didn't plan that.

And then, didn't get my dream birth

and then had to face going under the knife

and getting a C-section, getting the epidural.

I just felt like it was my rebirth.

I remember thinking,

"I can't be the only mom

"who has gone through these kind of feelings.",

especially in postpartum.

When I was crying out of nowhere,

I felt really alone.

Everyone prepares you for before the birth,

but what about after?

Those first three to four months

are such a sacred time for the mother.

It's a beautiful gift but it's also like a mourning,

because you're not gonna be that woman anymore.

As much as it was painful, there was beauty in it.

I am so passionate to inspire other women

to come up with their own rituals.

Find something that really speaks to your soul.

Because, that's what's going to

really, really be supportive

for where you're at in your life.

You're just giving back to you,

it's more of that self-love mentality.

Motherhood doesn't mean perfection,

it's about transformation.

Who do I want to embody now as a mother?

How do I want to move forward?

What is the kind of energy that I want to bring?

And, what do I want her to learn from me?

It's really really hard

but you'll be okey, I promise

I know it feels like you just hit rock bottom

but you just gotta learn how to swim

and keeping that everything inside

is gonna drive you

don't ever ever ever get the voices? get to you

coz if they do, they'll leave scars later on

don't ever stop trying to find that thing, that why you're different, why you think different, why aren't you like everyone else?

it's bothering you so much

and you're just searching for an answer

but just don't stop

I haven't harmed myself but I want to sometimes

and what's holding me back is that I've been 2 years clean and I don't want to mess that up

6 Common Indicators of Low Potassium - Duration: 4:56.

6 Common Indicators of Low Potassium

1.

How Much is Enough Potassium?

According to U.S. Dietary Guidelines, North American adults are hardly reaching the daily-recommended

amount of 4,700-milligrams of potassium daily.

This is especially concerning, considering a study from the Clinical Journal of the American

Society of Nephrology that linked potassium to the ability to ward off kidney and heart

disease.

Statistics from the Institute of Medicine found that most of us are getting about 50-percent

of the recommended daily allotment for potassium.

Even more troubling is the fact that potassium deficiency can't be detected via routine

testing.

2.

Ouch!

Charley Horse!

Whenever I got a Charley horse when I was small, my Grandma used to say, "You'd

better eat a banana"!

As funny as that sounds, many of us do associate the painful leg spasms with a lack of potassium.

Potassium belongs to the category of electrolytes, and if we perspire a lot, electrolyte levels

plummet and a Charley horse can often result.

Luckily, if you don't have a bunch of bananas on hand, you can sip a sport's drink with

electrolytes.

3.

You Have No Energy

Unexplained fatigue, muscle weakness, and an all-around sluggish feeling could indicate

low potassium stores.

If you've been sleeping plenty, but still waking up with zero energy, you should talk

to your doctor about vitamin deficiencies.

Thankfully, potassium levels can be brought back up to balance by eating a good variety

of potassium rich fruits and veggies.

Look to broccoli, spinach, Swiss chard, and potatoes with the skins intact to zap that

blah feeling.

4.

Your Heart Races

If your heart regularly skips a beat…or two, or three…you may be suffering heart

palpitations due to low potassium stores.

For most folks, heart flutters, throbs, a racing heart, or a beat that skips can occur

now and then without concern.

However, research from Harvard Medical School suggests that if potassium levels drop, heartbeat

can become irregular.

A physical exam can reveal heart palpitations and decipher between a faulty heart valve,

a thyroid issue, or a potassium deficiency.

5.

Your Blood Pressure Soars

High blood pressure can be caused by excess weight, it can be hereditary, or it can be

linked to the consumption of excess sodium—but rather surprisingly, it can also result from

low potassium.

In fact, a study conducted on lab rats by nephrologists at Brigham and Women's Hospital,

showed how low potassium contributes to hypertension.

During the study, rats were fed varying levels of potassium, but rats that consumed a low-potassium

diet ended up with hypertension.

Scientists conclude that humans who consume diets rich in salty foods, but hardly any

fruits and vegetables are likewise prone to high blood pressure.

6.

You Don't Eat your Fruit and Veggies

If you've gleaned anything from this article, consider that diets high in fruits and veggies

will ensure adequate potassium.

In fact, guidelines from the U.S. Department of Agriculture indicate that the brighter

and more various the colors—the better!

After all, a meal that's largely monochromatic suggests mostly starch and meat—while a

rainbow plate suggests a healthy, balanced, antioxidant-, and vitamin-rich diet.

WHAT'S ON MY IPHONE 7 2017?😍 Best Free Apps for iPhone X, 8, 7, 6, SE + IOS 11 - Duration: 7:10.

Hey what's up you guys, it's AnneMarie. Welcome or welcome back to my channel!

So in today's video, I'm doing a what is on my iPhone 7 video, because I love watching these videos, and they're super popular...

So I just decided to do one of my own.

So I'm just going to like slide on down so you can like see here what is on my phone, and that's just about it.

So with all that being said, and no further ado, let's get started.

So first you have my lockscreen, which is this really pretty picture of a plant on a pink background,

and I really like the pink because it sort of like matches my case on my phone.

So I really like that, and find it really pretty. I got that off of Pinterest, by searching simple iPhone backgrounds, I think.

And just really, really liked it, and made it my wallpaper.

So when you unlock my phone you have the same picture as my home screen, as was my lockscreen. Because it's really simple, and really pretty, and I again I like it.

On the bottom row, you have safari, camera, Snapchat and Instagram, cuz those are four apps I use all day every single day.

So currently on Instagram, this is the current theme that I am working on.

It's like this dark-ish, faded, kind of photography theme.

I like it, my followers really like it, so that is my theme at the moment.

So the first page on my phone is all of the basic apps I use like every single day, multiple times a day, that's really useful.

So I have twitter, mail, weather, facebook, tumblr, and waze.

Waze is one of my all time favourite apps, because it's more than just a GPS app, it tells you where the cops are parked, if there's traffic, if there are accidents.

And gives you the quickest way to get to wherever you wanna go...

so it's super useful, and it's free, so I love it.

Next I have clock and Spotify

Spotify is my go-to music app. Because I have the free subscription.

And it is just awesome, it has so much music on it, no limitations, make your own playlists...

Like just if you look at it, like I have some really random playlists like Christmas & Chill, and current playlist video, and Kelly Clarkson, and just stuff.

So yes, I love spotify.

Then I just have two more rows of the apple apps I use, like phone, messages, facetime, all that stuff.

and I also added in YouTube and Gmail, because I use those all day, every day

so when you slide on over, I have my second page, which is just all like folders, cuz it's way more organized that way.

so the very first folder is the apple apps that come with the phone, but I also added in whatsapp.

and then these are the ones I use, and these are the ones that I tend to not use as much.

but yeah, so that's the first folder.

The second folder is all of my social media apps. So messenger, Pinterest, YouTube Studio, Buzzfeed, weheartit...

Omnivox is my school portal to get my grades, talk to teachers, send messages to my classmates...

Then I have Whisper, and I love this app.

It's like people from all over the world make like random, anonymous confessions, and they're either funny or shocking.

but there's also like this nearby thing, so you can see who's confessing things near you.

So that's just really fun, and a fun app to be on.

Then I have TV time.

Which is really cool, because you just like add in a list of all the shows you watch,

and it tells you when like upcoming episodes are coming

so like on Monday, I have episode eleven of season four of Scorpion.

On Wednesday, I have episode nine of season 2 of Riverdale.

Just really cool stuff like that.

And of course it's free, so I love it.

My next folder is my photography slash editing folder.

So vsco cam is what I use to edit my instagram pictures.

then UNUM is what I use to like plan out my instagram feed.

It's not exactly what how i'm gonna post it right now,

but you get an idea of what it does.

then I have camera connect, which is what I use to transfer pictures from my camera to my phone. Just super easy that way,

so I dont have to connect it to my computer, and all that, and waste more time...

just straight through.

So then I have snugg which is basically the exact same thing as UNUM, so I dont know why I have two apps that do that, but I do.

Then I have Dropbox, which is to send pictures and videos between my computer and my phone back and forth.

Then I have phonto, afterlight and befunky which are for editing my thumbnails for YouTube.

And then picgizmo is this really cool app where like you pick a picture, so say I'm planning on posting this to instagram

you can like flip it different ways, or like upside down, or like backwards.

It's really useful for like if everything on your instagram feed is like shoved together

and you kind of want it flipped instead

that's what I use it for basically.

the next folder is all of my utilities.

So I have my account Telus, which is my service provider, so I can pay bills, check my data...

Then I have T-Zero, which is a countdown app.

So this one I can actually delete, because this is from when I was done school, which was two days ago.

so then I have fifteen days to Christmas, twenty-two days to New Years', a hundred and forty days till my 19th birthday, and a hundred a seventy days till my trip to Greece this summer.

Next app beside that is TD Canada, which is my bank.

And then I MP, and Flo which are two girl apps.

and I have no shame, so MP is basically MyPill, where you make sure that you take your medication, because I am the most forgetful person on planet earth.

and flo is basically so you can track when your cycle is, when your period starts...check a calendar, and stuff like that.

Just super useful.

Then I have Transit, which is one of my all time favourite apps.

So basically, what this does, is it sans your city and it'll tell you in how many minutes every bus comes to your stop exactly.

Because, schedules are not that accurate. This is super accurate.

Then I have Wish and Amazon, both shopping apps.

Wish I use way too much, because everything is super cheap.

And they have the coolest things that you really can't get anywhere else.

Like this Grey's Anatomy sweater,

Like how fricking cute is that?

So yeah.

And the final folder is my entertainment slash bored folder.

So I first have Netflix.

And currently on Netflix I'm watching Riverdale, Scandal, Fuller House...

And if you want to look at my list, which is super lame...

I have Friends, Once Upon A Time, Moana, Victorious, Brooklyn-Nine-Nine, Supernatural...

These are just all the things that i've saved that I wanna watch later. Or things that I am watching.

Beside that I have Cineplex which is just my local movie theatre.

So I can check movie times, buy tickets...

Then I have Shazam. Which basically is like if you're in a store, and you hear a song playing...you press the button, and it will listen to it and tells you what the song is...super useful.

Then the only two games on my phone are Wheel of Fortune, because me and my family compete in like games together.

Then I have 1010 which my friend Fabiana got me obsessed with.

So you basically get these like pieces that you have to move around, and you have to try to finish off rows,

and if it gets too full, you lose. So you're just basically trying to get more and more points.

Then I have SoundCloud which I use to sort of find music for my YouTube videos.

So if i am watching a YouTube video and a YouTuber I really like is using a song I find interesting,

I'll go on SoundCloud, to listen to it, and to see if I want to use it in my own videos.

And the final app on my phone is IMDB

which is basically this app where you can look at what movies are coming soon.

And if let's say you're watching a show like grey's anatomy.

That's not how you spell it.

Let's say you're watching Grey's anatomy.

Yes I am an addict, as you can tell.

And, you are watching season four, episode...6.

This is like all the information about it, and you can see like the cast list, and you can see the rating it got...

It's just like really cool.

Alright you guys, that is everything that is on my iPhone, I hope you guys enjoyed. Give it a thumbs up if you did

If you want to see more videos like this, then hit the subscribe button down below. and you'll be notified whenever I post a new video. And I'll see you in my next video!

【Pressed Juicery】Matcha & Vanilla Juice Freezes - Duration: 4:37.

Hey everyone! Today i'm at Pressed Juicery for some frozen yogurt.

Let's goooo

Here i have the matcha one. it's matcha almond. for topping i have raspberry,

blueberry, and honey. And here I have the vanilla almond. On top I have chocolate

drizzle, granola, and Himalayan salt. First I'm gonna try the matcha one.

hmm the matcha is not really strong. it's pretty subtle you can definitely taste

that it's almond based. I do suggest adding the honey which I did because

it's not very sweet so adding a honey it matches it really well. all right let's

try the next one which is well the vanilla almond one

okay I don't taste much vanilla in this it

It tastes a little bit like cinnamon I don't know if you can tell but it have

specks of brown dot on it like it looks like it's cinnamon and it tastes like it too

even though it's supposed to be vanilla

I definitely like the matcha much more

hmm it's taste it does have a little bit of the greens flavor if you had

the bottle of greens at Pressed Juicery, it tastes a little like that.

I would say a little bit like matcha, a little bit almond, and a little bit of

the greens all together mm-hmm I really like this one

so here are the two of them that I got they also have a strawberry flavor and a

chocolate flavor but here is the vanilla and the matcha one, I do believe that

they change pretty frequently because before they didn't have the matcha one

until the matcha juice was released before they had the greens 3 freeze

so hopefully when you come they'll still have the matcha flavor but they always

do have the chocolate one and the vanilla one and a fruit flavor one so

hope you get to try it when you come thank you for watching my video and

6 Emergency Signs of an Appendix About to Burst - Duration: 4:14.

6 Emergency Signs of an Appendix About to Burst

1.

Abdominal Pain

According to Dr. Michael Payne, a gastroenterologist at the Harvard affiliated Cambridge Health

Alliance, appendicitis is difficult to diagnose by doctors.

Dr. Payne explains that although appendicitis is "a very common illness…many people

don't have classic symptoms" aside from dull pain in the abdomen.

This pain is also often described by patients as sharp pain that's located near the navel

and moves to the lower right abdomen and intensifies very quickly.

This pain often worsens with jarring (i.e., coughing) or movement.

Medical professionals usually diagnose appendicitis by placing hands on the patients belly.

2.

Gas and Bloat

Appendicitis often causes unexplained abdominal boat as well as difficulty passing gas, which

can cause a painful and severely swollen abdomen.

This gas and bloating is similar to indigestion, but without reason (i.e., no meatball subs

in sight).

If the bloating and gas cause bowel pain, lower-right abdominal pain, difficulty sleeping,

and gradually worsen rather than improve over a day or to, consider that you may be suffering

from appendicitis.

3.

Appetite Loss

Loss of appetite will often accompany discomfort from gas, bloating, and abdominal swelling.

After all, who wants to chow down when they're experiencing abdominal pain, right?

However, if you're also experiencing mild diarrhea containing mucus, along with pain,

bloating, gas, and nausea, you may be experiencing appendicitis symptoms.

4.

Nausea

With gradually increasing abdominal pain, appendicitis often causing mild nausea with

vomiting sometimes close behind, very similar to a stomach bug.

However, unlike the flu, appendicitis will not improve in a few day's time.

If the pain, nausea, and vomiting worsen with time, it's time to seek out emergency attention.

5.

Low Grade Fever

Appendicitis can also cause a flu-like, low grade fever that can reach between 99-102

degrees Fahrenheit.

The fever is often accompanied by chills, clammy skin, nausea, and stomach pain so severe

that you can't stand upright.

6.

Rebound Pain

According to Health.com, many patient complain of rebound tenderness in their lower-right

abdominal region with appendicitis.

For instance, rebound tenderness results when pressure is placed on the abdominal area and

then released.

If you feel pain upon release, this medically known as "rebound tenderness".

This appendicitis-related pain is often accompanied by the other symptoms—such as chills, bloating,

fever, nausea, and vomiting.
