Youtube daily report w Dec 9 2017

Today, we're going to be working on Dolly again, my Prusa i3 MK2 "clone".

And I hear you, I know I should be fixing the wobbly Z-axis or installing the MK42 heated

bed, but first, we're going to turn it from this: [sound sample A4988] into this: [sound

sample TMC2130].

So today, we're actually going to take one of the best features from the original Prusa

MK3 and port it back to my half-assed MK2.

And if you looked at this video's title at all, you'll know what I'm talking about:

The Trinamic TMC2130 intelligent stepper motor drivers.

This is a great little upgrade that you can do on your own 3D printer as well.

So get your nerd on and follow along, I'm going to show you why you even want these,

how to wire up the hardware, how to configure everything and how to make best use out of

your 3D printer's new super powers.

Thank you to Trinamic for sponsoring this video!

Not are they the makers of the TMC2130 we're going to be using today, but they also have

a huge range of motion control products for almost every application, such as their cDriver

family of drivers, which are ideal for simpler linear motion jobs.

You tell it where to go and it literally does everything else from handling acceleration

all the way to step control.

So check out their full family of products in the link below.

This is Dolly.

It's my attempt of building an i3 for bottom dollar, and you can definitely tell by all

the corners that have been cut.

Or just cut square, because that's less work.

I love these cheap DIY printers that are based on the most widely available parts, because

they are great platforms for experimenting and learning about what makes these things

tick.

Most importantly for what we're going to do today, Dolly uses a bog-standard import

Ramps 1.4 and an Arduino Mega 2560 clone, which is pretty much the worst hardware combination

you could use, but it is what almost all other 8-bit boards are based on, so this guide is

also going to work for all of those printers that use a vaguely similar 8-bit board.

But before we get into the nitty-gritty tech details, let's actually go through why we're

even doing this.

You might have seen my older videos on the Trinamic TMC2100 drivers on Watterott's

SilentStepStick.

If all you've been using is Allegro A4988 or Texas Instruments 8255 drivers, then these

will positively blow your mind.

Whatever magic Trinamic has put into the control algorithms of this chip is just so much better

than everything else, it makes your 3D printer's motors run smoother, cooler, quieter, more

reliable, and I find that the Trinamic drivers actually produce more torque than the beefy

Texas Instruments drivers even though they are rated for a way lower current.

And this isn't stuff that Trinamic wants me to say, I am just genuinely in love with

these things.

So that is the TMC2100, but what we'll use today and what the Prusa MK3 is using is the

TMC2130.

It's the same basic chip and you're getting all of the advantages of that, but on top

of the TMC2100, the 2130 adds a communication interface that hooks up to your controller.

This allows the stepper driver to report things like whether it thinks the motor its driving

is about to lose a step and it lets the controller set motor current and many details about how

it drives the motor.

And this means a few things: Your printer's firmware can auto-tune how

much current your motors need to run as cool and quietly as possible without losing steps,

so no more fiddling with those tiny potentiometers.

It means you don't need endstops for the X and Y axes as you can just ram an axis into

the end and the driver will sense that resistance once it touches the end, and that totally

works.

You can have the drivers reduce their current when they're idle, so when an axis isn't

moving, it's using as little power and making as little noise as possible.

You can even switch between the silent "StealthChop" drive mode and the more powerful, but noisier

"SpreadCycle", mode on the fly - or - have your drivers automatically switch to the more

powerful SpreadCycle when going faster.

Unfortunately, the coolest feature, automatic rehoming when an axis loses a step during

a print, isn't there yet in the official Marlin versions, but I'm sure we'll get

that very, very soon with an update, so keep your eye out for that, but for the time being,

the smoother stepper motor control should already make your printer a good bit more

reliable.

But there are some other advantages of going with the TMC2130 over the simpler TMC2100

that aren't apparent on first sight.

You don't have to set the motor current with that tiny, fiddly potentiometer anymore,

instead you can just enter and tune the exact value you want instead of relying on half

guesswork and half reference voltage to current conversion formulas that are different for

every driver.

With the TMC2100 I noted that the silent StealthChop mode wasn't reliable enough for day-to-day

use, with the TMC2130 and being able to control it so much more precisely, StealthChop is

a whole different story, all the sudden it worked flawlessly for me out of the box.

So enough of that.

At this point you probably know you want some of these, and if you're looking to upgrade

your 3D printer, this is definitely one of the best things you can do to it.

To follow along, you will need the following things:

A 3D printer that can run Marlin, obviously TMC2130 SilentStepSticks - you can get these

directly from Watterott in Germany or from Filastruder in the US.

These are made-in-Germany boards, a full set of four drivers will run you about 45€ or

$55, but the thing is, you don't have to swap out all four drivers, if you want to

save some cash and still get, like 90% of the benefits, you can also just swap out the

X and Y-axis drivers, which are the ones that are typically working the hardest.

And you'll also need some breadboard, I love these mini ones, and some male to f…

uhm, plug to socket jumper wires.

Don't assume genders, kids.

I've linked these in the description below, this stuff literally costs pennies.

For tools, you'll need a soldering iron and solder, and some side cutters, that's

it.

Okay, let's get started!

First things first, we're going to solder up the driver boards: The SilentStepSticks

are all laid out with the driver chips on the bottom side so that you have this nice

big surface for heatsinking that has an all-metal connection to the actual silicone inside the

chip instead of having to go through the chip's plastic casing, which is basically just a

thermal insulator if anything.

So keep that in mind, as this driver board gets plugged into your printer's mainboard,

the components are going to face away from you.

Now, typically, you'd just solder the two sets of 8-pin headers to the driver and you'd

be done, but with the TMC2130, you've got the communication pins that we don't want

plugged into the board, but instead facing upwards so that we can hook them up with jumper

wires.

So on the side with the motor output, we're going to solder in the full 8 header pins

facing down, but on the other side, I've snipped the pin strip into sections of 4 and

2 pins and two single pins.

Facing down, you've got the direction and step pins and the enable pin on the other

end, and facing up, you've got the four communication pins and the diagnostics 1 pin,

which is the one down here.

Don't worry, this one with the Open Hardware icon isn't used for anything, so that one

is not getting a pin.

Cool, done!

Rinse and repeat for all of your TMC2130 SilentStepSticks.

Next up, we're going to wire these up.

Replace your stock driver board with the SilentStepSticks, making sure you've got the stepper motor

outputs on the board facing the motor connector or the labels on your mainboard.

Now we can hook up the communication ports.

The SPI bus we're using here is a master-sla… subscriber bus - which means you have one

device acting as a bus master, and all others as subscribers.

In our case, the master is the AtMega chip that's on the Arduino, and all our TMC2130

chips are subscribers.

So we have a few pins here: Serial clock, serial data out and serial data in.

Each of these signals gets wired in parallel from all of your drivers, so grab your jumper

wires and your breadboard and hook them all up.

The fourth pin is the chip select pin, which the master uses to tell each subscriber which

one of them it's talking to at any time, and each of these is routed to its own pin

on your printer's motherboard, just like the diagnostics pin, which the drivers use

to signal step loss back to the controller.

Ok, so let's do that!

Figuring out exactly which pins on your motherboard to connect to is a bit involved, so I'm

not going to go into the full detail here.

But on the RAMPs and on many other boards that have evolved from the RAMPs, the pinout

is identical.

What we'll need to use is the AUX-2 and AUX-3 connector and yes, one of those is already

used up if you're using an LCD, but you can also configure it so that you can use

other pins.

I'm going to show you how in another video.

Connect the shared bus signals and the individual chip select and diagnostics pins like this:

[graphic] Ok, that's the last time you're going

to need to touch the hardware.

Again, the potentiometer on these drivers is not going to be used; from here on out,

everything's going to be software.

So how about that?

On the firmware side of things, you'll need a fairly recent version of Marlin, since the

features that we need for controlling the TMC2130 have only been added relatively recently.

I'm using 1.1.6, which, as of December 2017, which is when this video came out, is the

most current version.

You can always check for updates at marlinfw.org.

Don't forget, whenever you download a fresh firmware you'll need to transfer your existing

printer configuration to the new firmware or completely configure it from scratch.

I think the video on how to do that will also need to be one that I'll need to reshoot

sometime soon for the new Marlin versions.

Opening the Marlin.ino file in Arduino, you'll find all the settings for the TMC2130 in "Configuration_adv.h".

If we search for 2130, that's going to take us right to the part we need, so let's just

walk through what we need to do here.

"Enable this for SilentStepStick Trinamic TMC2130 SPI-configurable stepper drivers."

- that's a mouthful!

So let's do this.

You enable any line in the code by removing the double-forwardslash at the beginning of

the line, or disable the entire line it by adding it back.

Technically, this turns the line into a comment, which is not part of the actual program code

anymore.

So, enable "#define HAVE_TMC2130", because we do definitely have TMC2130.

Next up, quote, "You'll also need the TMC2130Stepper Arduino library", and you can get that,

obviously, at the link right there and do the manual installation and all, but the much

easier way is, in the Arduino IDE, to just go to Sketch -> Include Library -> Manage

Libraries, then search for 2130 and hit install on the most recent version.

This is 100% foolproof and it will even remind you to keep your libraries up to date when

new versions come out.

Alright, next!

We already connected the hardware, so we can keep moving forward in the firmware configuration.

In this next section, you'll need to enable each motor that you're running with a TMC2130.

In my case, I'm doing X, Y, Z and the first and only extruder, but of course you can use

a many or as few as you like.

If you're also using a TMC2130 for your extruder, you'll need to enable that in

this next section, right here.

Let's start from the top: The sense resistor value is preconfigured for the genuine SilentStepStick

from Watterott, so that's fine, next up, the "HOLD_MULTIPLIER" allows the stepper

driver to reduce its current while it's not moving, and typically this a feature to

reduce the heat output on the driver and the motor, but what I really like it for is that

it allows you to get rid of any idle whining that some combinations of supply voltage and

some specific motors produce, you can play around with these values if the defaults don't

work for you, but keep in mind that this applies to all axes on your printer that use the TMC2130.

You can probably go as low as 0.2 without any issues, on the other hand, if you want

to turn off this current reduction feature, just set this multiplier to "1".

Next up, "INTERPOLATE", this tells the driver to create 256 fine microsteps from

the coarser steps your controller sends them, definitely leave this on, there are no real

downsides on a 3D printer, and it's going to make motion smooth, quiet and really silky.

Then you can configure current for every axis individually.

Now, as I've noted in my review of the simpler TMC2100, current on the Trinamic drivers isn't

really comparable to the current settings on the Allegro or TI drivers, the Trinamic

drivers manage to run quite a bit more reliably at the same "nominal" current in my experience,

so you shouldn't try and get to the same current that your previous drivers needed

to work smoothly.

The default is 1A RMS, so 1.4A peak, you can set them to up to 2A RMS, which gives you

about 2.5A peak, and that is a lot of current for these tiny drivers and definitely a challenge

to keep cool.

Watterott recommend 1.2A as a safe RMS current limit with the tiny Pololu-size boards they

come on, if you add a bit of cooling you might be able to push them a bit past that, but

usually, 1A or 1.2A are totally fine for a 3D printer, even if it doesn't sound like

a ton of current at first.

Ok, MICROSTEPS, we'll just leave those, next, "#define STEALTHCHOP".

This is probably one of the most fundamental choices you have with Trinamic drivers.

They basically give you two completely different drive modes, first, StealthChop, that is going

to be incredibly smooth and almost completely silent.

It's fascinating to for once hear the linear rails making noise if you don't have any

fans spinning on your printer.

However, it also makes your motors a bit weaker and isn't great for high-performance use.

So for that they have Spreadcycle, which drives your motors harder, it's also louder, but

ultimately you can also go faster with it, and this mode is more in line with how other

stepper drivers work.

Depending on your exact setup - that is supply voltage, the exact type of stepper motor you

use and even things like the wires you use for the motors - can influence how well StealthChop

works.

I'd suggest trying it out StealthChop first and if it doesn't work for you, you can always

fall back to SpreadCycle.

Or if you want a compromise between the noise level and driving motor performance, you can

either run Spreadcycle with a relatively low current or check out this feature down here,

which can put the drivers into a hybrid mode, running in the silent StealthChop for slow

speeds and the more powerful SpreadCycle once it passes a certain speed threshold.

By default, it's enabled, so even if you chose StealthChop above, it's still going

to dynamically give your motors a bit more juice when they need it.

I personally prefer a more consistent noise level even over one that might be quieter

on average, but keeps changing in volume, so I'd set the drivers to run in either

mode all the time, but if you like the switching behavior, you can play around with the thresholds

and find one that works for you.

Before we can upload the firmware, there two more things we need to enable and those are

the automatic current tuning and the sensorless homing.

Again, those two are turned on by removing the double-forwardslash here and here.

For sensorless homing, the default sensitivity setting should be ok for most printers, but

of course you can play with it if it is too sensitive or not sensitive enough.

It's also a good idea to add these two lines [home bump] right after the sensitivity settings

to keep the printer from bumping into the axis ends too often.

And now we can upload your freshly configured firmware to your 3D printer!

Give it a quick test and check if the movement is working smoothly.

You can adjust the motor current for each axis by sending, for example M906 Y800 which,

in this case, setw the Y axis to 800mA RMS or have the firmware autotune your drivers

by sending M906 S1.

When you find your perfect current settings, don't forget to copy them into your firmware

configuration and reupload the entire thing to make it permanent.

And there you go, your 3D printer with silent motors and a bunch of new, cool features for

its linear motion.

Again, I fully expect the MK3's auto-rehoming feature to become available in standard Marlin

soon, and that's going to be just one firmware upgrade away.

So I hope this guide was helpful for you - I know it was as long one, but it should have

covered all the important bits.

ALARMING: Whistleblower REVEALED Mueller Lies In Front Of Senate For FBI Illegal Surveillance! - Duration: 2:54.

ALARMING: Whistleblower REVEALED Mueller Lies In Front Of Senate For FBI Illegal Surveillance!

As Mueller's status gets lower and lower as time flows, some agents of his Investigation

Bureau started to talk against him and stand for the truth instead of their own politics.

It turned out that a longtime FBI agent has decided to speak against Mueller claiming

that the special counsel has actually lied to the Senate Intelligence Committee about

the FBI's mysterious surveillance program.

Chuck Marler became a whistleblower to protect the truth.

Via Big League Politics:

"In the Summer of 2005, two FBI employees in the SSG Program wrote a letter and mailed

it to every member of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI).

The two FBI employees were notified by Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison's office of receipt

of the letter.

Those same two FBI employees and two additional employees wrote another letter and mailed

it to the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM).

That opening letter to the OPM was very generic because their work is considered Secret due

to their undercover status conducting Counter Terrorism and Counter Intelligence work.

[…]

The two employees involved in the SSCI letter were informed by staff at Senator Hutchison's

Office of Mueller's response to the letter which the two employees knew the response

was not truthful.

OPM opened a routine complaint/inquiry based on the letter that they received from the

four FBI employees.

The OPM officer that had the misfortune to be assigned the job, sent an initiation letter

to FBI Headquarters to gain security clearance to begin her assessment.

She was immediately threatened with arrest by FBI agents.

Subsequently and because of the letter, the four FBI employees were threatened with arrest,

imprisonment, raids of their residences and loss of their job."

This story grew concerns in the general public about Mueller's credibility and his real

motives about the bureau's actions.

This comes at a time when Russia probe under hard pressure after the newest revelations

showed anti-Trump claims that got key investigator Peter Strzok removed.

Via The Gateway Pundit:

"In an email obtained by conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch, Andrew Weissmann, special

counsel Robert Mueller's right-hand man, praised then-acting attorney general Sally

Yates for standing up to President Trump's travel ban order.

GOP Rep. Matt Gaetz is among the most vocal Mueller critics on Capitol Hill, has called

for his resignation in a rousing House floor speech in November."

Looking from this perspective, we can conclude that Mueller as well as other crooked politicians

are constantly losing their battle and are ever closer to their final destination, out

of here.

How Ryan Reynolds Got Ripped To Play Deadpool - Duration: 4:26.

Ryan Reynolds has always been a fun-loving, good-looking guy.

But if you compare his early days in Hollywood to his more recent outing as everyone's favorite

foulmouthed superhero, you might notice that he hasn't always had the beefed-up physique

that looks so good in red spandex.

How did this former child actor turn his body from lean to mean?

Be warned: there aren't any tricks — just time, energy, and dedication.

It all began with Blade

Reynolds' big comic book movie breakthrough came over a decade ago, when he played vampire

hunter Hannibal King in the 2004 film Blade: Trinity.

"The trainer before we started the film wanted to pack on about ten pounds on me and muscle

up"

In the three months before filming began, Reynolds was whipped into good enough shape

to occupy space in a superhero flick, if not headline one himself.

The secret?

Long workouts, heavy weights, and zero cardio — because believe it or not, before he packed

on the muscle to play this role, Ryan Reynolds was kind of a noodle.

Every day is a gym day

Wanna be a superhero?

Prepare not to slack off… ever.

"Mmmmmaximum effort!"

Some of the routines Reynolds has to follow border on the sadistic.

For instance, when he first had to bulk up for Green Lantern, the actor worked out seven

days a week, 90 minutes a day, and never did the same workout twice — for six straight

months.

Even his rest days just involved a less intense type of exercise, like Pilates.

But don't worry; for those of us who aren't putting our abs on display for an audience

of millions, 20 minutes of moderate exercise daily and three gym sessions per week will

be more than adequate to keep you fit.

He eats all of the food

When it comes to playing Deadpool, the first time Reynolds suited up wasn't in his own

stand-alone film — it was in 2009's X-Men Origins: Wolverine, a regrettable outing that

would eventually become the butt of Deadpool's best marketing jokes.

"But, the movie, that was a career low for me, you understand."

But back then, the actor wasn't going to pass up the chance to bring Wade Wilson to life

onscreen, and he had to bulk up fast — which meant consuming enormous amounts of food.

Reynolds said that he had to eat live children in order to put on so much muscle in so little

time — but he was kidding, of course.

Probably.

He focuses on nutrition

The theme of any good superhero diet?

Protein, protein, and protein — and if you're Ryan Reynolds, plenty of carbs, too.

The actor says, "I really don't believe in that no-carb stuff.

It's probably not good for you — and it makes you pretty cranky."

No amount of exercise will make up for poor nutrition.

Eating the right foods in the right amounts — and at the right times, if you're being

really intense about it — is key to building a physique like this one.

That said, even superheroes get the occasional cheat day to indulge in some not-so-healthy

foods like...

"It's a chimichanga"

But actually, Reynolds prefers to gorge on pizza when he doesn't have to look ripped

onscreen.

He keeps it tight

Ryan Reynolds might shed some muscle or change up his workout between superhero flicks, but

he's basically been in battle-ready shape for the past fifteen years — which makes

it easy to ramp things back up when he needs to slide into a spandex suit.

According to his longtime trainer Bobby Strom, "For [action films] he was 200 pounds and

8 percent body fat.

For rom-coms, he's about 180 and 11 percent body fat."

But even then, Reynolds is a gym regular; says Strom, "When he does a comedy, he probably

goes to the gym to do cable work every other day."

He sets challenging goals

Reynolds has said that getting in shape for movie roles left him astonished at what could

be achieved with a solid workout regimen — and now, he keeps himself motivated by giving

himself new goals to strive for.

Of course, for someone as fit as Reynolds, those goals have to be pretty intense.

Among the items already crossed off his bucket list is running the New York City marathon

in under four hours.

Next up?

He wants to climb Machu Picchu.

He has fun with it Ultimately, Ryan Reynolds approaches fitness

the same way he approaches… well, everything: by not taking himself too seriously.

Sometimes that means finding motivation in unusual places — like a friendly rivalry

with his Deadpool 2 co-star Josh Brolin, who got even more muscled up than Reynolds to

play the character Cable.

But the actor also knows his limits, and isn't afraid to point out when another superhero

star has surpassed him in physical achievement.

When asked how his own regimen stacked up against Hugh Jackman's, who would wake up

at two o'clock in the morning in order to eat enough to fuel his Wolverine workouts,

Reynolds said, "Hugh Jackman has a dedication to his craft that I'm afraid I don't share.

If I'm up at 2 in the morning, it's because something has gone terribly wrong."

That laid-back attitude keeps the actor sane, and it doesn't hurt that it's totally in character.

"Superhero landing!

You know, that's really hard on your knees.Totally impractical they all do it."

Top 10 Facts About Sonic The Hedgehog - Duration: 4:53.

Facts About Sonic Hey guys!

Welcome back to Top 10 Gaming, I'm Ron McKenzie-Lefurgey.

Make sure to like and subscribe to the channel down below if you enjoy this video!

It's no surprise that we like our Sonic up in here, and it seems you guys do too!

But somehow, despite the alternate versions videos, we haven't actually talked much

about Sonic himself!

So let's do it!

And after this, feel free to check out our other Sonic videos on the channel!

Now get ready to go fast, because it's time for the Top 10 Facts About Sonic!

Number 10: He wasn't always so blue and speedy.

In Fleetway's Sonic the Comic, the guy looked significantly less impressive in the beginning.

The brown, spindley hedgehog turned blue and had his speed enhanced by the good doctor

Ovi Kintobor.

Yes, that's Ivo Robotnik backwards.

Here, through a series of experiments and a sweet pair of kicks, Sonic went from a pretty

fast brown hedgehog, to a crazy fast blue one.

And he looks so much better.

If you look at blue then brown Sonic, it looks like before and after photos for a meth addict.

Number 9: He originally got all his speed from his shoes.

While in most forms, Sonic is naturally speedy, when he was first introduced his powers came

from his power sneakers.

In the game's manual, it said "It's Sonic, the real cool hedgehog with the spiked

haircut and power sneakers that give him super speed.

Oh god.

Now I'm picturing Sonic with frosted tips because of that haircut thing.

It's horrifying.

Number 8: The SEGA chant took up an eight of his first game.

Yep, we all know that early games weren't exactly the most hardware-intensive… mostly

because the hardware at the time was, well, pretty soft.

Damn, the wordplay, call me James Joyce!

As it turns out, the short little Seeeeegaaaaaa at the beginning that takes 3 seconds took

up an eighth of the space on the entire game, even more than some of the levels.

Really puts things in perspective.

Number 7: Michael Jackson might have written some Sonic tunes.

Yep, even the King of Pop couldn't stay away from the blue guy.

During production of Sonic the Hedgehog 3, MJ was asked to write some music for the game,

and apparently did.

However, he was later taken off the project, partly due to his not liking how the music

sounded on the machine, and partly, ya know… the child-related accusations.

Many believe, however, that some of his music did end up in the final game.

Sony refuses to comment on this though, so we're stuck wondering.

Number 6: Sonic loves to breakdance.

Comic readers are probably super familiar with Sonic's propensity to get down, but

while the whole breakdancing thing started in the comics, it's made its way into a

bunch of different games too.

For example, one of his taunts in Smash Bros Brawl is a breakdance, plus pretty much all

his fighting in Sonic Battle was breakdancing.

The guy feels the rhythm and he has to move.

Not his fault!

Number 5: Record Breaker.

The Sonic Archie Comics have been around for a long time.

24 years.

That's almost one whole Ron.

This incredibly long series makes it the longest running comic series based on a video game.

And there have been a lot.

So good job Sonic!

Number 4: Sonic's skid effect is from OutRun.

As is fairly common in games, certain sound effects were pulled from other games to be

used in Sonic.

Turs out his skidding sound was taken from another SEGA game, OutRun.

This would be so weird for Outrun players; personally, I notice every time they play

that scream from the Starcraft Academy.

It's used all the time and I love it.

Number 3: On-screen Debut.

While most people were first introduced to Sonic in his first game, he actually made

a super random appearance in Rad Mobile… as an air freshener.

Yeah.

I don't even know what scent he would be.

Hedgehog?

Evergreen?

The smell of speed?

Let me know what you think int he comments.

Number 2: He may not be as fast as people say.

We all know that Sonic is super quick, often able to break the sound barrier in the comics.

But the nerds over at The Escapist's Game Theory actually did the math based on the

games, and… well, his speed isn't exactly impressive.

Turns out when you look at how quickly he can go along the track in the games works

out to roughly 10 metres per second.

While the speed of sound is 340 metres per second.

Still faster than me, but not exactly the stuff of legends.

Number 1: He actually SHOULD be able to swim.

Fans of the Sonic games may know that the guy is not the best swimmer.

And by that I mean, if he goes in the water, he dead.

I and many others always assumed it was just supposed to be a little quirk of his to make

levels more interesting, but it turns out the explanation is way funnier.

According to one of his creators, Yuji Naka, he just assumed hedgehogs wouldn't be able

to swim just from how they look.

Turns out: They can!

And it's adorable!

So Sonic, no more excuses, get in the pool young man!

That's it for today!

Hope you guys enjoyed, if you did please smack that thumbs up button and subscribe to Top

Top 5 Cutest Animals That Could Kill You - Duration: 3:36.

Top 5 CUTE Animals That Could Kill You There are so many cute animals out there in

the world- but you know what they say never jusdge a book by its cover… just because

something's cute that doesn't mean theyre nice- and that's what were going to be talking

about today.

Hey youtube im court mcginley and welcome back to the most amazing top 5.

Before we get started I want to know- what animal so you think is the cutest?

Let me know your answers down in the comments.

Also make sure subscribe to our channel if you havnt already and give this video a big

thumbs up.

Alright lets get started on out list of t he top 5 cute animals that could kill you.

Starting off at number 5--Dingo- im sure you all hear the phrase – A ding ate my baby.

And your probably like what the hecks a dingo…well that my friends is a dingo.

Cute arnt they?

They are a type of feral dog that's native to Australia.

Basically they are half dog- half wolf.

The reason people don't take in dingos as pets is because for one they are wild animals

and 2 they are naturally very aggressive.

They will often bite humans several times if approached in the wild.

However if unprovoked they pretty much keep to themselves.

At number 4--Bears- theres a reason teddy bears are still to this day the most popular

stuffed animal- and that is because they are so freaking cute.

My favorite childhood bear memory would have to be the Berenstain bears- little bear and

Wally bear from the teddy bears picnic.

But the bears im about to talk about are nothing like those bears.

Out of all bears Grizzlies and Polar bears are the most feared.

But really all large species of bear can potentially be dangerous if provoked.

Researches also found that male bears that are hungry and travelling without their young

are usually the ones that will kill.

But luckily in general you dot need to fear bears.

On average there are just under 3 fatalities a year.

But they still could kill you so watch out.

In at number 3--Leopard seal- Now most people find leopard seals cut but I never have- watching

pebble and the penguin as a child scared e for life.

Editors I put link can you insert 1 min 2 seconds to 1 min 10 seconds.

Yeah not about that.

As you can tell from that clip Leopard seals are at the top of the food chain down in the

Antarctic.

There are powerful and curious creatures that have been known to hunt people.

But as you now know from that clip I showed you they usually target penguins.

But theres been reports filed of these guys attacking humans.

Back in 1985 a Scottish explorer was bitten twice on the leg when a leopard seal tried

to drag him off the ice and then into the sea.

And more recently in 2003 a biologist was snorkeling when a leopard seal dragged her

deep underwater to her death.

at number 2--Elephants- elephants are my favorite.

I love them.

But even they have a bad side.

If elephants are agitated or abused they can become one of the most dangerous creatures

in the world.

Did you guys know that elephants experience unexpected bouts of rage?

Yep its true- and they are known to be quite vindictive.

In India alone hundreds of people are killed by elephants each year.

But this only happens in cases where the elephants are being mistreated.

So the lesson learned here- you be nice to the elephants and the elephants will be nice

to you.

Coming in at our number 1 spot--The slow Loris- these guys are super cute just look at that

face and those big beautiful doe eyes.

Normally these little guys are pretty chill and that's a good thing because the last

thing youd want to do is get on their bad side.

They are often taken for illegal pet trade but If they feel threatened they can actually

release venom from the side of their elbows. and when this venom is mixed with saliva it

can cause death by anaphylactic shock.

Geez.

The loris warns off predators by biting- hissing and raising its arms above its head.

Some people believe they have evolved over time to mimic the cobra.

And there you have it that's our list of the top 5 cute animals that could kill you.

Looking from this perspective, we can conclude that Mueller as well as other crooked politicians

are constantly losing their battle and are ever closer to their final destination, out

of here.

What do you think about this?

Simon Mignolet warns Liverpool only their best will do against resurgent Everton ● News Now ● #LFC - Duration: 2:15.

Goalkeeper Simon Mignolet insists Liverpool have to "deliver the total package" to maintain

their winning run in the Merseyside derby.

Everton arrive on Sunday having failed to win at Anfield since 1999 and not won any

of the last 13 Premier League matches at either ground since the 2-0 success in 2010.

The Toffees have been rejuvenated since Sam Allardyce was brought in as new manager last

week with three back-to-back wins but Liverpool are currently on a different level.

Their 7-0 Champions League demolition of Spartak Moscow on Wednesday made it 32 goals in nine

games in all competitions since the loss at Tottenham with five Premier League wins and

a draw during that time.

Liverpool's front four of Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane, Roberto Firmino and Philippe Coutinho

are all in top form but Mignolet said they need to maintain that this weekend.

"We are in a good moment.

We had a good result in the week but that was only about getting ourselves qualified,"

he told Press Association Sport.

"We have to prove ourselves again to try to win the derby.

We've always had good results at home against Everton but now the fact Sam Allardyce has

just arrived means it will be a different fixture.

In addition to the goals raining in at one end Liverpool have shored things up at the

other, conceding just three in the league since shipping four against Spurs in late

September.

Their record at home is even better this season with five clean sheets and just two conceded

in seven matches at Anfield.

Mignolet believes that is testament to an all-round team effort, starting with the men

up front.

Food Ingredients that are a Recipe For Depression - Duration: 6:45.

6 Food Ingredients that are a Recipe For Depression

There's been a lot of discussion lately about the gut/brain connection, and along

the same lines, experts have already identified foods that could be making your depression

worse.

You may not even be paying attention to your diet as a factor in your mood, but this may

change your thinking.

Some of these foods can have other health impacts other than mental health, but for

the purposes of this article, we'll focus on how they can negatively impact your sense

of well-being.

Cutting out these six food contents could be a step towards becoming a happier person…

1.

Alcohol

Many people turn to drinking as a way to self-medicate, but the irony is that alcohol is a depressant

– so while you may feel good for a short period of time, you're not doing yourself

any favors in the long-term.

WebMD notes that about 33-percent of people with major depression also have an alcohol

problem (although to be fair, it also says the depression often shows up first).

However, alcohol will do nothing to cover over your feelings of sadness and hopelessness

– it will only make them worse.

Also, drinking can make your antidepressant medications less effective, adds the source.

2.

Caffeine

It's no secret that America is addicted to coffee and soda – both loaded with caffeine.

"There are plenty of experts who will tell you that even a modest amount of caffeine

can contribute to depression," explains EatThis.com, which adds that even moderate

coffee drinkers score higher on depression scales.

This could be primarily from disruption of quality sleep – which is important for mood

regulation – it notes.

In the spirit of presenting more than one view, we'll also tell you that MedicalNewsToday.com

has touted the benefits of caffeine for reducing depression.

It acknowledges the medical world is split whether caffeine is helpful for depressive

patients, but cites extensive research from China that shows "that the risk of depression

as a result of caffeine intake actually fell when individuals increased their daily intake

of caffeine".

Coffee also has antioxidant properties, which can battle inflammation and lessen symptoms

of depression, it adds.

3.

Refined Sugar

This is the kind of sugar you'll find in so many products on store shelves, from candy

bars to concentrated fruit juices.

While PsychCentral.com admits that a sugary treat "sure does taste good going down and

can provide us that pleasant rush of energy for 20 minutes," it also ultimately causes

your blood sugar to drop dramatically.

The end result is a "sugar hangover" that can lower your already-compromised mood, make

you feel tired and sluggish, and disrupt proper sleep, adds the source.

Don't try to replace sugar with the artificial stuff either – artificial sweeteners contain

aspartame, linked to lower levels of serotonin in the brain, one of the feel-good hormones.

4.

Hydrogenated Oils

You can find this in fast food as well as fried food (which often go hand-in-hand),

according to EatThis.com.

While these types of foods won't do anything to improve your overall health, they're

also linked to depression, according to the source.

It explains that many fried foods are doused in partially hydrogenated oil, often a source

of trans fats.

"Anything that is cooked with hydrogenated oils and contains trans fats could potentially

contribute to depression," it explains.

Meanwhile, an article from WebMD says having olive oil in your diet can have benefits – the

source explains consuming more than 20-grams of olive oil daily can cut depression risk

by 30-percent.

5.

Sodium

PsychCentral said avoiding fatty foods is good for certain health benefits (like losing

weight), but that fat-free foods can also be high in sodium (salt).

"The excess sodium in these products can disrupt your neurological system, contributing

to depression," it explains.

Meanwhile, there are arguments to be made on the flipside of the coin for salt: some

sources say salt it actually a mood enhancer, with ScienceDaily referring to it as "nature's

antidepressant".

Research cited by this source says we consume way too much salt and may crave it because

it makes us feel good – and it adds that the research shows that rats have a lack of

interest in doing things that are usually fun for rats when they are salt-deficient.

A problem may be that humans are addicted to salt, which produces cravings (and an up-and-down

cycle akin to drug abuse), it explains.

6.

Simple Carbohydrates

Livestrong.com says that foods that are white (which the exception of cauliflower) can intensify

depression and anxiety.

That's because most foods that are white contain simple carbohydrates that can show

up in white bread, white rice, and even pasta (with processed flour).

These foods can trigger your body to release too much insulin that regulates blood sugar,

also known as "insulin dumping," explains the source.

The feeling you get from the resulting low blood sugar (due to increased insulin) can

mimic depression and anxiety, it adds.

7 Foods that Can Help Reduce Your Risk of Colon Cancer - Duration: 7:11.

7 Foods that Can Help Reduce Your Risk of Colon Cancer

It may not get as much press as many other types of cancer, but colon cancer can be very

deadly, particularly if you follow a diet that raises your risk of developing it.

Unlike many other types of cancer, diet is a crucial part of colon cancer because the

part of the body affected is a critical part of the digestive process.

Some foods, such as processed meats, have been shown to significantly increase one's

chances of having colon cancer emerge.

That begs the question — what foods will actually lower my risk of developing colon

cancer?

The good news is that there are a wide variety of healthy and delicious foods that can help

you keep colon cancer at bay.

Let's take a quick look at some of those foods now.

1.

Tofu and Other Meat Substitutes

Regularly eating meat, and especially processed or red meat, has been shown to significantly

increase one's chances of developing colon cancer.

In fact, eating red meat on a daily basis could be one of the single greatest factors

in determining if you will develop this potentially deadly disease.

That's why anyone concerned about their risk of colon cancer — such as someone who

has a family history of cancer or specifically colon cancer — should consider reducing

their meat consumption.

To help with this, consider meat substitutes like tofu, which are made using plant-based

materials and are often designed to replicate the taste and texture of meat.

Even better, they're often significantly less expensive than the cost of meat.

2.

Garlic

Garlic may not be the best food to eat while you're on a hot date, but it can significantly

reduce your chance of developing colon cancer.

That's because eating garlic can unleash antibacterial properties that help prevent

cancer cells from forming or multiplying.

It's easy to add garlic to your diet, partly because it's affordable and partly because

there are so many dishes that benefit from its addition.

For example, consider adding fresh garlic to your next homemade soup, chili or spaghetti

sauce.

If garlic isn't quite your style, then scallions, leeks, onions, and chives can have the same

effect.

In the end, your colon will thank you for it.

3.

Berries

A key part of preventing the onset of colon cancer is to remove foods that pose a risk

— such as red meat and especially highly processed meats — and replacing them with

foods that help fight cancer.

So, what foods count as cancer fighters?

Berries make the grade because they're loaded down with antioxidants, which can help prevent

the formation of cancer cells.

Most types of berries have some antioxidants in them, but those most loaded with these

cancer-fighting agents start with blueberries, blackberries, and cherries.

Although healthy and delicious, raspberries and strawberries do contain slightly fewer

antioxidants.

4.

Leafy Greens

Wondering what to add to your diet if you start the process of cutting out red meat,

which has been shown to raise the risk of colon cancer?

Start with leafy greens like kale, spinach, swiss chard, arugula, and romaine.

All of these leafy-green vegetables are loaded down with antioxidants that can help fight

the properties behind cancers like colon cancer.

Adding these leafy greens to your diet is easier than you may think.

All of them make great additions to a salad that could also include tomatoes, cucumbers,

nuts, and avocado.

That said, you can also add these leafy greens to a smoothie.

If you're not a big fan of their taste or texture, try putting them in dishes where

you're less likely to notice their taste, such as chili or pasta sauce.

5.

Olive Oil

Although we tend to use it when preparing just about any warm (or even cold) dish, we

don't always put a lot of thought into the cooking oil we use.

And there are so many to choose from: vegetable oil, palm oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, olive

oil, canola oil — the list goes on and on.

But what's best for someone looking to reduce their chance of developing colon cancer?

The answer, it would seem, is olive oil.

That's because olive oil can help reduce bile acid and assist in building up enzymes

that keep the lining of our digestive system, including the colon, healthy.

To get the benefits of olive oil while limiting your intake of fat, try extra virgin olive

oil.

6.

Selenium-Based Foods

Foods high in selenium like mushrooms, onions, fish (including salmon, sardines, halibut,

tuna), nuts and whole grains can help prevent the development of colon cancer by inhibiting

the growth of cancer cells.

Since there are so many healthy foods with selenium in them, it's relatively easy to

add them to your diet.

Of course, should you not be a fan of some of these foods, you can increase your selenium

intake by acquiring selenium supplements.

Also, consider that many of these foods can be added to dishes, like soups and sauces,

that limit how much you can detect their taste or texture.

Just be sure to increase your selenium intake somehow!

7.

Salmon

Salmon has seen a surge in popularity in recent years because it contains lots of omega-3

fatty acids, which have been shown to fight inflammation and improve brain and heart health.

By reducing inflammation, foods and oils high in omega-3s can help reduce the chances that

cancer cells will emerge and flourish in the body.

Of course, salmon isn't the only food with these omega-3 fatty acids — they can also

be found in sardines, mackerel, and cod.

If you're not much of a fan of fish, you can also find omega-3 fatty acids in flax

seeds, which can be found in several types of bread.

Of course, you can also acquire omega-3 fatty acids in supplement form.

6 Causes and Symptoms of Cytomegalovirus in Children - Duration: 5:26.

6 Causes and Symptoms of Cytomegalovirus in Children

1.

Cytomegalovirus is the Most Common Congenital Infection

According to HealthyChildren.org, cytomegalovirus (or CMV) is the most prevalent virus at birth

from infected mothers in the U.S.

As mentioned before, babies can get the virus through breast milk, but there are other ways

junior can wind up with the problem.

The source notes unborn babies can get CMV through the placenta, the source of nourishment

for the fetus.

Babies can also contract the virus during delivery from an infected genital tract, adds

the source.

Just how common is CMV?

One source, Medscape, notes, "At least 60-percent of the US population has been exposed to CMV,

with a prevalence of more than 90-percent in high-risk groups."

2.

Symptoms are Usually Mild

KidsHealth.org explains that symptoms for children aren't usually alarming, although

can vary from child to child "depending on the age and health of a child, and the

number of times a child has had it."

In babies, this can mean low birth weight, jaundice, or an enlarged spleen in relatively

rare cases, while in older children and teens, you might notice "mono-like" symptoms

from fatigue, fever, muscle aches and enlarged liver or spleen, adds the source.

The symptoms usually only persist in children for 3-weeks at the most.

3.

There are Other Ways to Contract Cytomegalovirus

While babies can get CMV from their mother, older kids and teens can get it from other

sources.

Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) note that major sources of the virus

include saliva, blood, and tears.

Teenagers experimenting with kissing (or more) may also inadvertently pass along the virus.

Infected children may also easily pass the virus to you as a parent, so be sure to wash

your hands often, especially after changing a diaper.

4.

Cytomegalovirus Can Overcome a Weak Immune System

If your child has a compromised immune system for any reason, the symptoms could be worse

news.

While we mentioned some of the common (milder) symptoms earlier, MedicinePlus.gov notes other

negative effects of the virus such as chest pain, hives, and even irregular heartbeat.

Worse yet, the source says this virus (that usually affects 10 to 35-year olds in the

U.S.) can cause shortness of breath, increased heart rate, and neck stiffness.

People who have had bone marrow or organ transplants are especially at risk, and in these cases

CMV can even be fatal.

If you contracted CMV as a healthy person, it can reactivate if your immune system is

weakened.

5.

Cytomegalovirus Isn't Always Treated

The Merck Manual explains that "mild" versions of CMV aren't often treated, and

are expected to subside on their own.

However, when the virus is causing more severe symptoms that can be life-threatening, antiviral

drugs can be prescribed.

These drugs include valganciclovir, ganciclovir, cidofovir, and foscarnet, and can all have

"serious side effects," according to the source.

However, in some cases side effects are much better than the alternative, which is a loss

of life or even eyesight, in the manual's example.

6.

CMV Can Survive Outside a Host

While there's a risk of contracting CMV from another person, a child (or adult) can

also pick it up from an inanimate object, warns the Public Health Agency of Canada.

The source notes this virus can live for up to 7-days on dry surfaces.

Aside from that, CMV can live on a blanket for 2-hours, and on plexiglass for up to 8-hours,

adds the source.

"Physical inactivation" can occur when the virus is exposed to heat (132F for 30-minutes

or more) or from UV light or from freezing/thawing cycles.

It can also be rendered harmless by certain disinfectants.

GTA V Online - Should you- Use Bride Authorities - Duration: 1:18.

[music]

Should you use Bribe Authority.

In most cases no.

What bride authority does is take away wanted levels from your entire CEO organization.

The problem is the cost.

It cost 15 grand to perform this action and it's just cheaper to call Lester and remove

wanted for $250-$1500 depending on your current wanted level.

If you are trying to make money doing Import/Export, Headhunter, Bunker Sell, Bunker Resupply or

whatever else, chances are that you don't want to spend money on something that you

have for cheaper.

Even if you have a 4 man team at 5 stars it would cost a total of about $6,000.

If your not in a rush you can also try just losing the cops for no money.

Just go into a tunnel if you're in the city and if you are outside the city you can outrun

the cops on dirt so you only have to worry about helicopters unless they're right behind

you.

But back to the main point, there is no good situation to use bride authorities.

It's just a waste of money.

If you like the video like it, dislike if you dislike and subscribe if you want.

My name been Sky and I hope to catch you in the next video.

9 Signs You May Have a Kidney Infection - Duration: 8:06.

9 Signs You May Have a Kidney Infection

A nasty and uncomfortable kidney infection results when bacteria enter via the bladder

and invade one or both kidneys.

Medically known as, Pyelonephritis, a kidney infection won't cause any serious kidney

damage if it's treated early.

Here are the 9 most telling signs that you've fallen victim to a kidney infection…

1.

Kidney Pain

Pain and discomfort on the side of the affected kidney is common with a kidney infection.

You may also feel a dull pain in your lower back as well as in the genital area.

Obviously, every patient with a kidney infection feels different degrees of pain (in fact,

some have zero pain) and different symptoms.

However, severe pain is common with a kidney infection with many patients complaining of

radiating pain in their sides and backs, just below the ribs where the kidneys sit.

Many also complain of pain that moves about, or travels from the lower abdomen into the

back, and even in the area of the groin.

Typically pain is radiating, which means it fluctuates in waves of sharp pain, followed

by throbbing pain and tenderness.

2.

Chills & Fever

With any infection, a fever can occur with temperatures soaring above 100-degrees Fahrenheit,

accompanied by the normal chills—so grab a blanket and warm up.

A kidney infection is caused by an over production of bacteria in the organ, as bacteria attach

themselves to the walls of the kidneys symptoms will flare up, including fever.

Often patients don't experience fever and chills until the kidney infection is present

for some time.

Left untreated, a kidney infection will cause a mild to high fever, accompanied by telltale

chills.

If you experience a sudden and unexplained fever, please see a doctor immediately.

3.

Fatigue

Lack of energy is also common with an infection of the kidneys with the patient often feeling

so weak or zapped of energy that all they want to do is sleep.

Rest is needed for the body to fight off the infection.

4.

Urinary Urgency

If your kidney infection worsens, and spreads to the urethra, you will often feel the constant

and sudden urge to urinate, even if you just emptied your bladder.

You may feel like you can't quite empty your bladder, like there is fluid remaining,

even right after using the washroom.

Your urine can also have a foul smell and appear cloudy as the infection worsens.

This overwhelming persistent urge to urinate is often one of the first signs of a kidney

infection.

The urge to go can be accompanied by pressure or heaviness in the lower abdomen as well

as a dull, throbbing pain.

However, keep in mind that this feeling of urinary urgency is also characteristic of

kidney stones as well as a urinary tract infection (UTI).

5.

Nausea

A mild nausea and even vomiting, may very well cause victims of a kidney infection to

suffer from loss of appetite and fatigue and weight loss due to lack of nourishment.

You may also feel nauseated due to dehydration, which is a common result as the body tries

to flush bacteria from the body with increased urinary frequency.

You may feel so nauseated from the infection that you become sick to your stomach.

The nausea and stomach upset can occur for a few reasons.

For instance, you may feel nauseated due to pain and pressure on your abdomen from the

infection.

On nausea and vomiting can occur due to improperly functioning kidneys.

Keep in mind that the kidneys are responsible for toxin elimination, which means vomiting

may occur to purge waste products from the body if kidneys aren't working fast enough.

6.

Jaundice

Many children with kidney infections that are not treated right away end up with jaundice,

which is a yellowing of the skin that's particularly evident in the whites of the

eyes.

Jaundice can occur when the blood contains an excess of bilirubin, a pigment that is

produced naturally when red blood cells are broken down and excreted through bile.

Interestingly, bile is actually green in color, however, when it reacts with bacteria in the

large bowel, bilirubin takes a dark brown or dark yellow colour.

Jaundice most typically occurs when the liver (the body's main elimination route) is faulty.

However, jaundice can also occur when waste products aren't excreted properly via the

urine (which is the responsibility of the kidneys).

7.

Flu-Like Malaise

Feeling sick, as if you have the flu, is very common to those suffering from a kidney infection.

So it's easy to brush off as routine malaise if you have a fever, headache, nausea, and

muscle aches that you would experience with a stomach bug or flu.

However, these tell tale symptoms are also common with urinary tract infections, which

are bacterial infections that can strike at any portion of your urinary tract (i.e., the

bladder, kidneys, ureters, and urethra.

A UTI can easily become a kidney infection when bacteria invade the urethra, multiply,

and move onward to the bladder (this is called cystitis).

If a UTI isn't properly treated, bacteria can continue to multiply, traveling up the

ureters an eventually taking up host in the kidneys.

A doctor typically refers to a kidney infection as pyelonephritis, which can spread to the

bloodstream, causing severe illness throughout the body.

Luckily, pyelonephritis is typical remedied with antibiotics.

8.

Blood in Urine

Those with a severe kidney infection often go to the doctor complaining of pus or tinges

of blood in the urine.

When red blood cells are evident in the urine, the condition is referred to as a Hematuria.

Hematuria can occur when a urinary tract infection (or UTI) spreads from the bladder and urethra

(the lower urinary system) to the upper urinary system (kidneys and ureters).

A severe kidney infection is referred to as pyelonephritis a this point.

Blood can appear in the urine when kidneys function is disturbed.

Healthy kidneys work to filter the blood and toxins.

The elimination of toxins is effective when the kidneys produce urine to emit waste from

the body.

If blood is not filtered property on route from the kidneys down to the bladder, urine

can appear blood tinged or cloudy with blood.

9.

Flank Pain

With a kidney infection, a patient can often experience a dull pain that comes and goes

in the flank (the fleshy area between the ribs and hip) and lower back on the side close

to where the affected kidney is located.

Flank pain is characterized by pressure, throbbing pain, or discomfort in the side, upper abdomen,

or back, just underneath the ribs and above the pelvis.

Typically, kidney flank pain will present more severely on one side of the body.

Sudden and chronic flank pain may be caused by a serious medical condition (i.e., UTI

or a kidney infection).

If severe flank pain occurs suddenly it can also be the result of painful kidney stones

or another kidney problem.

If you experience chronic flank pain, don't take a pain reliever and go to sleep, make

an appointment with your doctor immediately!
