question of something that someone had

as I can and the question was how was I
able to stay on my journey for eight
months and lose all the weight that I've
lost now let me just say this to you
always remember this is why we call this
a journey because we're not gonna always
on the journey be perfect there's gonna
be days when you're gonna splurge from
one to four days the problem with people
on journeys these days is that you could
be on a journey for six months and as
soon as you crash a one day or two days
you wanna say that the journeys over
with um not knowing that that's why they
call it a journey because you're gonna
have your ups and you're gonna have you
downs every day is not gonna be a sunny
day there's gotta be rainy days there
gonna be days that you're gonna want to
give up there's gonna be days that
you're gonna want to eat that pizza or
those lemon squares that's me lemon
squares yes there's going to be days
that I just fixed the lighting that I'm
not gonna be good days and that's okay
embrace them accept them and move on
from it keep going on your journey and
don't let anyone else tell you anything
different because it's going to be days
that are not gonna be good days that
doesn't mean that the journey is over
with that means that you're gonna have
to pick up from where you left off and
continue the journey and always remember
even when you were making a mistake your

journeys over with oh I'm gonna stop the
journey all the way over again if you
continue to keep starting the journey
all over again or if you make a mistake
and eat something that you don't want to
eat I mean that you want to eat that's
not good for you and you quit the
journey full in a while then all of your
hard work that you put in is gonna go
out the window because what usually
happens when you stop your journey you
gain more weight or you gain all the
weight that you lost while on the
journey so key to losing weight and
being successful while on the journey is
staying on the journey even if you have
four days for an example because we have
days that are really bad and they can go
on for a really long time we can get
stuck there but the importance to a
journey is that you still stay on the
journey even when you make a mistake
it's okay as long as you get back up and
continue on your journey you will lose
the weight and that's all I really need

guidelines this I agree with not just big point cryptocurrency and all taxes
and cryptocurrency you don't want to get caught by the IRS obviously not paying
taxes I don't recommend that whatsoever that's a terrible idea it's a terrible
thing to try and do avoid paying taxes but without clear guidelines it's very
hard to happen now this is specifically in the US I would love to know what the
exact guidelines are so that they can be followed because if there are no
guidelines it's very hard to follow them and eventually you can't really blame
the person for not paying their taxes so I'm not gonna obviously give anyone tax
advice I'm not a tax attorney that's not my job here I'm just doing this for

you become addicted to the other person
he or she acts on you like a drug you're
on a high when the drug is available but
even the possibility of the thought that
he or she might no longer be there for
you can lead to jealousy possessiveness
attempts and manipulation through
emotional blackmail blaming and accusing
fear of loss if the other person does
leave you this can give rise to the most
intense hostility or the most profound
grief and despair
in an instant loving tenderness can turn
into a savage attack or dreadful grief
where is the love now, can love change
into its opposite in an instant was it
love in the first place
or just an addictive grasping and clinging
why should we become addicted to another person
the reason why the
romantic love relationship is such an
intense and universally sought after
experience is that it seems to offer
liberation from a deep-seated state of
fear need lack and incompleteness that
is part of the human condition in its
unredeemed and unenlightened state there
is a physical as well as a psychological
dimension to this state, on the physical
level you're obviously not whole nor
will you ever be you're either a man or
woman which is to say one half of the
whole on this level the longing for
wholeness the return to oneness
manifests as male-female attraction
man's need for woman , woman's need for man
it is an almost irresistible urge
for union with the opposite energy
polarity the root of his physical urge
is a spiritual one the longing for end to
allottee a return to the state of
wholeness sexual union is the closest
you can get to this state on the
physical level this is why it is the
most deeply satisfying experience the
physical route can offer but sexual
union is no more than a fleeting glimpse
of wholeness an instant of place as long
as it is unconsciously sought as a means
of salvation you're seeking the end of
the allottee on the level of form where
it cannot be found
you are given a tantalizing glimpse of
heaven but you're not allowed to dwell
there and find yourself again in a
separate body
on the psychological level the sense of
lack and incompleteness is if anything even
greater than on the physical level as
long as you identify it with your mind
you have an externally derived sense of
self that is to say you get your sense
of who you are from things that
ultimately have nothing to do with who
you are your social role possessions
external appearance successes and
failures belief systems and so on this
false mind made self the ego feels
vulnerable insecure and is always
seeking new things to identify ways to
give it a feeling that it exists but
nothing is ever enough to give it
lasting fulfillment its fear remains its
sense lack and neediness remains
sense of lack and neediness remains
but then that special relationship comes along
it seems to be
the answer to all the egos problems and
to meet all its needs at least this is
how it appears at first all the other
things that you derived your sense of
self from before now become relatively
insignificant you now have a single
focal point that replaces them all gives
meaning to your life and through which
you define your identity the person you
are in love with you are no longer in
disconnected fragment in an uncaring
universe or so it seems your world now
has a center the loved one the fact that
the Saintes outside you and that
therefore you still have an externally
derived sense of self does not seem to
matter at first what matters is that the
underlying feelings of incompleteness of
fear lack and unfulfillment so
characteristic of the egoic state are no
longer there, or are they, have they
dissolved or do they continue to exist
underneath the happy surface reality
if in your relationships you experience
both love and the opposite of love
attack emotional violence and so on then
it is likely that you're confusing ego
attachment and addictive clinging with
love you cannot love your partner one
moment and attack him or her the next
true love has no opposite if your love
has an opposite and it is not love but a
strong ego need for a more complete and
deeper sense of self and need that the
other person temporarily meets
it is the ego substitute for salvation
and for a short time it almost does feel
like salvation

In Washington, D.C. where careers can be as notoriously short-lived as the memories of
some of the American people, or as long as those beltway lifers you are willing to climb
into bed with, certain milestones stand out.
White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders reached a milestone few thought she
would reach, and ironically enough was acknowledged by none other than a single lone reporter
from the press pool themselves.
With the usual standing room only in the White House Briefing Room, the 36-year-old mother
of three presided as unruffled as always, over her 100th formal session before the shark-infested
waters of the mainstream media propaganda mouthpiecesand a handful of legitimate reporters.
Jake Turx said, the senior White House correspondent for Ami Magazine, stated – "Thank you,
Sarah.
I would like to congratulate you.
This is your 100th briefing, and there's no way what you do every day is easy."
Sanders gave a gracious smile and then offered a small thank you to the reporter before allowing
him to continue with a question.
CBS News reports – She began with a few announcements, telling
reporters that President Trump had been briefed earlier in the day by Homeland Security Secretary
Nielsen on the looming threat to Hawaii of Hurricane Lane, now a Category 4 storm.
It was her first briefing in a week and came a day after the convictions of former Trump
associates Paul Manafort and Michael Cohen, the subject that dominated questions from
reporters.
She was prepared, and responded by saying again and again that "the president has
done nothing wrong and there are no charges against him."
Other questions on the subject that she was not prepared to answer, and she referred reporters
to the president's outside counsel.
It was the usual level of toughness as her briefings go, not that any of her briefings
are tiptoes through the tulips.
"It depends on the day," she said in an interview Tuesday when asked if she has come
to view her press briefings as an unpleasant chore or with dread.
Her answer is the same when asked if the press briefing is the best or worst part of her
day.
But there are clear indications she prefers fewer and shorter briefings since conducting
her first one as White House press secretary on July 26 of last year.
t first, Sanders held 2-4 briefings a week, averaging 24 minutes in length.
In recent weeks, the frequency has diminished to 1 or 2 a week, averaging 19 minutes in
duration.
Her 99th White House briefing was Wednesday of last week.
Her predecessor, Sean Spicer, conducted 58 formal White House Briefings during his six
months as press secretary.
They averaged 41 minutes in length.
"We get information out in a number of different ways," says Sanders, defending the diminished
frequency of her briefings.
She cites social media, which includes frequent avalanches of tweets by President Trump.
"We also have a president who's extremely accessible and engages with the press a lot
more."
He's certainly accessible to Fox News, who Wednesday has its 30th interview with Mr.
Trump since he took office, many times more than any other news organization.
Of the adversarial and sometimes combative tone of some exchanges at her briefings, Sanders
says "it certainly has its moments."
"My job is to answer whatever the questions are," though reporters are often dissatisfied
with her responses.
It is balanced out by her dissatisfaction with the "gotcha" and occasionally accusatory
questions she faces.
"My goal is to go out there and do the best I can to represent the president and to communicate
his message and his policies," she says about her objective in the briefing room.
She says some reporters "are doing more to perform and get a clip for a news segment
than they are to actually get information."
She mentions no names.
"I think if we could focus on pushing out information, versus just trying to have either
a 'gotcha' moment or a heated exchange they could play on their nightly news, I think
everybody would be better served."
At the same time, Sanders says her criticism does not apply to all reporters at her briefings.
She volunteers that some "are working hard to just get information so that they can report
on it."
But she's quick to add, that "there are certainly some I think are a little too focused
on the wrong things."
She says Mr. Trump sometimes watches her briefings, 'if he has a chance…but does not watch
every time.'"
Sanders has certainly proven herself an asset to the Trump

it. And the reason I'm showing you two different ways is I've had some people
say, "Oh this way didn't work for me but this one did." So let's get into it now
Even though I'm gonna show you two ways, I strongly suggest you use the second
method because the first way doesn't work as well in some browsers, and I've
seen it completely fail on mobile devices. I'll show you what I mean by
that but I'll show you both just in case. The first one is the easier of the two
ways. You're gonna go to Google or anywhere that you can search Google and
you are gonna search for the name of your business. So I searched for name of
my business - this comes up, this automatically comes up over here on the
right because I've registered my business with Google Business. Hopefully
you've already done that. If not I've got a video on how to do that in the
description of this video, but I'm gonna come down and I'm gonna say "Write a
Review." This pops up for me to be able to write a review. Then I go up -
back to the top of my browser bar - it's got this super long long address but I
just want to copy that and then, of course I'm gonna want to put it into
some sort of link shortener before you send it out to a client, but
that way, theoretically if they click on it it will automatically - let me bring up an
incognito window here, i put in that link, they click on it, it automatically
populates with the ability to leave the rating. Google used to let it pre
populate where it had five stars and then they had to change it (which was
really cool), but they wised up and that is no longer available. So that's the
first way. The second way is more complex but I think you'll find that it will
work well in more places. The first method where the box pops up doesn't work well
on mobile devices where a lot of people do check their email and it doesn't work
well sometimes in other browsers other than Chrome. So instead of getting the
pop-up box they would basically just get this Google search result. Then they'd
have to come down here, find "Write a Review," which again on a mobile device is
not going to be as easy to spot. So let's learn the other method. What you're gonna
do is you're gonna look up the place ID for your business. I'll put this link
in the description of this video, but you go here and then you're gonna do the
same thing, type in the name of your business. It should hopefully come up in
the list. Click on it. Now if you look down here it says "Place ID" and then it
has this big long crazy thing. So what I'm gonna do is I'm actually gonna take
this link that they gave us here, I'm gonna copy that, put it in the address
bar, then I'm gonna come down here and copy my place ID and then I'm gonna put
that here at the end in place of where it says Place ID. Now that becomes my
review link. Tada! Pops up with the box, also works on mobile so use that method.
You'll find both of those links in the description of this video
Getting those reviews is important. Not only does give your brand social proof,
basically credibility for other potential clients and customers, but
getting Google reviews actually helps you in Google search results. If you have
a lot of reviews, and especially positive reviews, they see that as, "Hey, I should
show this brand to more people because obviously people like this brand." So get
those reviews. If you have trouble getting reviews from
customers I do have a quick video - three ways to get more reviews from your
customers and clients - so that's linked up here or you can get it in the

to interview people I admire on the run. Today I'm gonna go meet up with Amy Padnani,
she is the New York Times digital obituary editor and she is responsible
for this incredible project that they've been doing called Overlooked, where they do
obituaries for women from the past who never got their just dues back in the
day. She's also a runner, so let's go.
Up here in The Heights
Yeah, have you been?
Yah, I love coming up here.
It's always Lin-Manuel Miranda territory. I always think of 'In The Heights' and all of
the great films that are set up here, West Side Story, and all that jazz.
Yeah, that's so true. There's a lot of history up here.
I wanted to meet you because I've been
kind of silently a fan, or not really silent because I think I did I tweet
about the incredible Overlooked project so I've been like oh my gosh,
who's this Amy Padnani? She's amazing
It's such an incredible idea, first of all, to give women who didn't have obituaries
back in the day their dues.
It's funny, a lot of people, tell me, 'gosh, this idea is a no-brainer'
But it took how many years to - I mean, like 2018, for it to be rectified.
That's also a really funny thing, right?
When I started on the Obituaries desk, I was thinking a lot about diversity.
And had gone to this workshop, it's called the Executive Leadership Programme.
And they teach you that leadership is a behaviour. Not a goal.
So, no matter what you're up to - whether you're a manager or the boss
or just an employee, you can make a difference.
We also talked a lot about diversity in newsrooms and in our
coverage and it really inspired me to think about what I could do differently.
I decided to look into ways we could change our process going forward
but, in my day-to-day research, I came across all these really interesting people
in the past
and I would check our archives
to see if they had a New York Times obit
A lot of them didn't, so I was really surprised.
There was the poet Sylvia Plath,
That - Sylvia Plath - really surprised me
that she didn't get
recognition when she died.
Diane Arbus, brilliant photographer,
she didn't have one.
How's the reaction been?
I mean, how fulfilling has it been
for you to see it actually take flight now? It's been a few months right?
Yeah
It's amazing to me, how meaningful it's been for people.
You know, I knew it was a powerful project, but
when I got into work the next day, I had hundreds of emails,
from readers, saying 'thank you for doing this,'
and even more surprising to me were emails I got from my own colleagues
Some of them were people of colour who said,
'you know, I never thought
a woman of colour at the New York Times could be allowed to achieve something like this'
and one of them said, 'I cried
reading this on my way to work because it felt so good to be seen in that way.'
It was really heart-warming for me.
I knew that people really needed this.
That's what I just love about this idea, you know. The woman Grandma Gatewood who
crossed the Appalachian Trail for the first time alone, you know?
That's one of my favourites.
That's one of my favourites too.
What runners have not been adequately -
I have one.
Oh, you do?
It's a surprise.
It'll probably run around the week of, I'll publish it around the NYC marathon.
Oh, it's coming out?
I will be eagerly waiting to see that.
I got really extra excited about you when I so that you're a runner as well
and you're training for New York City.
Have you always been a runner?
I always thought running was neat, but it wasn't until like ten years ago
when I ran my first race.
I was working at the Staten Island Advance
and it was a race called the High Rock Challenge
A trail run.
That's in the park there, right?
That beautiful Staten Island park.
It's like 2,400 acres of trails.
Most people don't know about it.
It's like a hidden secret of Staten Island.
So fun. I've done it maybe six or seven
times and there are mystery challenges like every mile or so.
So a bunch of my
co-workers we're doing it and it was just this fun camaraderie.
And since then, I've been doing it pretty regularly.
A few years ago, I convinced my dad to start running.
In 2016 we ran the marathon
together
so we're doing it again next year together
That's so great.
In a sense, running has taken on a whole new meaning.
I see it says the New York Times Running, I know obviously the New York Times has a great running blog
but are there a lot of friends, colleagues that run as well?
Yeah, I'm actually co-captain of the running club. We have something like 150 members now.
Which is, I think, bigger than previous years.
But it's one of those things where, especially journalists, you're always working.
It's almost kind of like your brain never switches off, so it's hard to
to fit it in but I guess it's essential, isn't it?
I mean, what does running give you?
Yeah, you can't shut off your mind and even during running, I think about work.
But probably, less so than I do about other aspects of my life.
It's really the perfect time to think.
Some people get their best ideas in the shower, I probably get my best ideas while I'm running.
It just clears your head and recirculates everything, so you can think with a fresh, clear head.
For me, it's really needed.
Do you think of obituary ideas as well?
Or do you switch off, or try not to think about it, or take a break from?
It's probably the one time I don't have to think about work, which is true, I hadn't thought of that before.
It's time I can think about other problems, not work
or good things
I actually catch myself laughing a lot when I'm running.
From just processing thoughts in my head, and I'll joke around, or I'll remember
some funny moment
If there's a really good song.
That's a skill I can't, no, I'll fall.
How do you push through? How do you get through those moments where it's like %$^&%ghd^?
I think it's just one step at a time.
When I'm going up it hill, l try not to look at the top of the hill I just focus on one step at a time
and before I know it, the hill is gone.
If you want to get past it and keep going, you've got to get over it.
Has it helped you get through anything
particularly in life, when you look over where you are, where you've come to?
Last year was sort of an awakening for me. That women and people of color here in America
really do
have a lot of challenges.
You can choose to accept them or not.
To face them or not.
I think for a long time, I just sort of ignored it.
I didn't like to believe
that we might be regarded differently or that
we may not feel that we have that strong a voice,
whether it's, like, a meeting at work
or in a bigger societal issue.
So, for me,
it was difficult accepting that there are ways
that I need to present myself to get ahead
and to help others.
I guess in a sense, running is, now for me, I love it because
it's an independent sport.
So it's almost the opposite.
You asked me if running helps me
come up with ideas for work, and I said no
it's the opposite, I don't think about work,
and I think part of the reason is, you're on your own.
And it's one time you can just be free
be yourself.
Not worry about any of those people around you
and how you have to be,
so maybe that's what I really love about it.

We made... theories, spoiler free reviews, reviews with spoilers of all episodes
And I'm here today to bring you a theory about one of the characters, Lord Viren,
that will only make sense and be cool if you've watched the series
So... if you haven't watched it, I really recommend that you stop the video now,
go to Netflix, watch it, it's only like... three hours of content, with 9 episodes of 20 minutes
Then you come back, watch the video and comment here what you thought of it, okay?
Well, one of the most enigmatic characters of The Dragon Prince is clearly Lord Viren,
there's a lot of mystery about him, who he was in the past, what he's done
why the king didn't want him to use dark magic...
he's been plotting many things.
And there was an episode that brought doubts to the fans who were watching
and that's the beginning of the fifth chapter, when he opens that secret passage inside his room
and reveals many butterflies
and at first, it gives the impression that he uses the vital energy - he kills one of these butterflies
for his own benefit
Many people saw that and thought "oh, okay, he's using them to look younger"
Even I, at the time, when I saw that scene, thought that
But after watching the episodes that came later
I thought of something that makes much more sense and I wanna see if you'll agree with me
Later in the story, when Lord Viren uses magic to put Runaan inside of a coin,
his appearence changes completely, he gets a blueish/grayish look
and with a sort of demonic face
And then we were discussing in our TDP group on Whatsapp
(which is basically the people from Mundo Avatar who watched TDP)
and we were like "okay, that means that when you use dark magic, you become like that?"
and then
I... almost agreed
but then I thought of something that makes much more sense
so, let's go, I'll tell you my theory now!
My theory is that, in fact, that blueish/grayish appearence from Lord Viren
is his real appearence.
and that he actually uses those butterflies to keep his human appearence
It's like, if he used their pure magic to keep that human-like appearence
However, when he uses too much dark magic, he ends up getting tired
and then he ends up revealing who he really is, as if the spell broke off
Making a parallel with other universes that I really like,
it's like if in "Shadowhunters", a shadowhunter or a warlock couldn't keep their glamour
And - there will be a minor spoiler from GOT here, so if you don't want to know it skip a few seconds
just like when Melisandre takes off her necklace and reveals her true face
And, since TDP has a lot of pop culture references, I don't doubt that this was inspired by one of these
And then Edu said something that really makes sense, which is:
if he's only half human, his children should be half-human as well
And yes, he's right, but actually,
this happens to Claudia as well
'Cause when Claudia tries to use magic in the mirror and when she uses magic with the fireflies
her eyes get black, therefore,
Claudia's appearence also isn't 100% what she's showing
and now that I think of it, the fact that she has purple hair may also indicate some sort of dark nature in her
And taking it a bit further,
now we've come to a crazier part of the theory,
I think
that Lord Viren
may actually be the person who created the dark magic
You know? That guy who created the dark magic that controlled other things...
'Cause like... if what we see of him isn't 100% what he looks like,
this gives room for many things.
And if he's really a dark creature, he might have lived for all these years
And since the King talks a lot about the things he did in the past, and we don't know what are those things,
so, maybe one of the bad things he did was creating the dark magic?
Well, this is just a theory, so we don't have the answer for that!

Messing around with Doom Tournament [Combined mods] - Duration: 11:37.
This video shows some experiences I made with Doom Tournament, an excellent mod for
Doom created by Marisa Kirisame that brings, for this game, the Unreal Tournament's arsenal.
This WAD's differential is that it uses the original models from the 1999's FPS, which guaranteed
perfect visuals and animations for its weapons.
First, I loaded a Laz Rojas's The Original Missions (WolfenDOOM) map with TheCamaleonMaligno's Quake
II Stuff with a quick fix that allowed me to use only its monsters.
Damn... I hate this shielded robot prick.
It wasn't shown in this video, but Quake II Stuff had some bugs with this quick fix I quickly
made to record this here. To create a decent "just monsters" version of this mod,
I would need more skill and knowledge than I have.
I chose this Quake II mod to use its monsters, because I wanted something more or less of from the same
UT99 time that we have already presented in our channel, but you can combine with any other enemy
pack you want. If you have some with 3D models, maybe it gets even more interesting.
Now, to have more stuff for you to watch, I put the Nazis from Kriegsland Enemies Pack, a GAA1992 mod,
on the maps from Vanilla Chex Quest 1 & 2 in ZDoom, from scroton (using a patch of mines), to shoot them
down with the Unreal Tournament weapons.
All the mods that have been shown in this video are already present on the site and on the channel.
