Youtube daily report w Jan 6 2017

Ciao everyone, here it's Marchettino and today we're gonna play sideways with Great Smurf!

DORIFTOOOO!!

I've been waiting for this moment since a long time!

Driving sideways with the GTR! I think this is one of the most fun things you can do with this car!

Winter season hasn't been very good this year because temperatures have always been pretty high

and not much snow has really fallen and since when

That's ice.

And since when I fitted my new Pirelli Sottozero winter tires provided by Euroimportpneumatici

I didn't found yet the ideal situation to test the real potential of these tires but finally I found in the alps

this snowy racetrack, hopefully it was open! There's a lot of ice mixed with the snow and this makes it quite hard to drive but

with the AWD system of the GTR and these fantastic tires

Again!

But with these tires - I was saying - it's possible!

I'm feeling like a rally driver but

no, in reality I look like an idiot with a condom on his head getting sideways with Great Smurf!

What I love about the GTR is that even in these conditions it's so easy - also with proper tires - to have the control of the car!

Obviously i'm driving with the electronics off

and with 550hp you may imagine that getting sideways is not that hard!

You really need to be good to play with the throttle in order not to make the car just understeer like I'm doing now, can you see that

and playing also with the weight in order to be able to slide.

You have also to be careful with the throttle and not to smash it otherwise you're gonna spin out!

And you know, driving in the snow is very helpful also to learn about the control of the car, to learn how does

it behaves in certain conditions.

I think this is something that a lot of people should do like a driving course to learn to control the car

and know how does it would behave when there's low grip like today!

You know lap after lap I'm starting to build up more confidence with the track and the car!

You know what, I nearly broke my right arm a couple of days ago while skiing and I'm really trying to be careful 'cause it still hurts a little bit.

Mom look at me, I'm driving sideways!

Oh this is a good one!

Yeah, it hurts!

I know that a lot of people doesn't really fit winter tires on their cars on winter and this is absolutely wrong, well depends

where you live but in Italy on winter the temperatures get pretty low, especially in North Italy

and when the temperatures get pretty low, the summer tires doesn't really perform anymore, they don't offer grip so the winter tires are very useful because

at low temperatures they're able to offer a lot more grip and stability.

So today driving the Great Smurf around this snowy track, I've really found out the importance and the utility

of such kind of tires, especially on a supercar!

Euroimportpneumatici, you know what? These tires are remarkably good!

Let's do it with one hand!

Driving sideways with the GTR, I think this is definitely one of the most fun things I have done with this car so far!

The tires, as well as the AWD system have done a really good job today!

What a way to start the new year!

And guys, did you see that? Now on track a Fiat Panda 4x4 is driving!

What a style!

I hope you guys did enjoy the video and make sure to subscribe to my YouTube channel for more

and as always thanks for watching, ciao!

Introducing the Democracy Foundation - Duration: 4:53.

Humanity has a weakness.

That weakness is evident in every part of our lives.

Every time you hear about war, every time you hear about environmental destruction,

terrorism, corruption, propaganda or conspiracy; it is the weakness that is at play.

Almost every aspect of today's problems is linked to it because it created and nurtures

the current system.

Our failure to fix it, lies in our failure to recognize it.

This weakness is our physical inability to collectively take decisions in our societies.

Historically, whether by poor proximity, lack of time and space, or poor organization, humans

were not able to collectively take decisions.

This has led to the creation of the role of the ruler, the person responsible to make

decisions for the rest of the population.

This role still exists today, but instead of being inherited or taken by force, it is

elected.

However, assigning the decision making process to one or a small group of individuals, is

a poor solution and it has repeatedly created massive problems with corruption, abuse and

greed.

The time has come to bring a new way of dealing with this limitation.

A way never tried before.

Imagine a world where we don't have to rely on a single person to govern, but instead

every single member of a society will not only be able to vote but propose new solutions,

ideas or issues that affect them.

Imagine a world where every voice can be heard and evaluated not its power, but for the quality

of its ideas.

A world where those who vote are directly affected by the result, and not immune to

disasters and crises.

Where the voices of minorities are heard equally and differences are taken into consideration

rather than expecting everyone to conform in a singular way.

Imagine if we could sense issues rapidly, and upon their discovery, millions of minds

to combine their capacity for problem solving.

Where we come together to improve upon each other's ideas to build a better tomorrow.

Where intentions and incentives are only in favor of the population.

To have no middlemen prone to corruption but instead a society of diverse individuals contributing,

each in their own uniqueness, and collaborating for the improvement of their futures by collectively

solving issues that arise.

And in such a world, day after day we could improve everything around us.

We could remove the weak link in the chain of trust that allows corruption and greed

to corrode the decisions.

We could harness the intellect of millions of minds to solve our problems, independent

of representatives or rulers.

We could have a system both truly transparent and 100% representative.

We could break the bottleneck of single individuals in authority, that slows down or even rejects

beneficial progress and innovation.

It is time to upgrade the way we take decisions.

The next step of humanity.

There is, however, a lack of reliable methods for such a vision to manifest.

For that reason, we are creating instruments that will allow societies to evolve.

Instruments and resources that will dematerialize, decentralize and digitize decision making.

Instruments not restricted to nations, but freely available to any community.

Universities, organizations, unions and every form of group will be able to be self-coordinated,

through participation of their members in the decision making process.

A synchronization of thoughts to guide and orchestrate the community.

Join us in the creation of instruments to lead our societies to a better tomorrow for

all.

We invite everyone, to come and learn more about our journey towards freedom and independence,

and participate in the conversation with their ideas.

Working at e-Core: How teamwork builds an engaging environment - Duration: 1:39.

For e-Core, support means going above and beyond to help the client not just with one problem,

but to find a solution to the overall root of the issue that they are having.

Support means building successful and long-lasting relationship with our clients.

It means helping them to be successful by resolving their problems, so they can get their job done.

Our values are really rooted in people. It is not just about a technical problem,

but it's about the people behind the problem.

And our customers can feel it. They're not alone.

They're working with the team that is working with them, and not just shooting answers at them,

but actually building a partnership. I think that is the part that support means to e-Core,

to me personally, help people develop themselves and achieve something greater than

just what someone would want on.

We are 100% dedicated to solve our customer's problems.

We are very customer-focused, so we're actually thinking what is better for them,

and not just closing a ticket or whatever.

Our teams like to have fun. They really put their heart and soul into their work.

It's all about, you know, working together as a team, building long-lasting

and successful transparent relationships.

Whenever we solve a customer issue, it makes me like really, really happy!

Every day, for the past 5 years, I've learned something new.

That's what I like so much about this job. You're always challenging yourself.

You're always developing yourself and your colleagues.

Hi, welcome back to the Gartzman Law Firm Youtube channel.

most recent blog posts.

So, without further ado, Robert, take it away.

Thanks Jennifer, and thank you for watching our video about the variations of modern day

tax fraud.

Tax fraud can take on many forms and types in today's world.

For example, tax fraud can be considered to be that which is triggered

under a number of different IRS tax laws.

When a taxpayer shows intent to defraud the US government by not paying this is known

as lawfully due taxes that have not been paid.

It is important to note that tax related fraud could indeed be addressed in both a civil

as well as a criminal arena.

In short, tax fraud can result in civil penalties by way of monetary fines

or can be dealt with from a criminal aspect in terms of receiving prison time.

Penalties vary widely depending on each individual case.

However, one of the best ways to avoid a confrontation with the IRS is to simply seek

out the advice and assistance of an experienced Atlanta IRS tax lawyer.

A história de Diego – 1º Cochlear Day Brasil 2016 - Duration: 1:22.

He was born on a Saturday.

There was a room full of people,

and after everybody left, my wife said to me:

"Fabiano, I don't think Diego can hear

because it was very noisy and he was so calm".

And then it took six months chasing after a solution,

looking for the best things out there.

During this period we met a family who had a child who was using an implant

and my wife really wanted to meet their child

so we could see what results an implant could achieve.

And when she saw the child talking, joking,

doing activities that a normal hearing child of that age would do,

she was certain that that was what we wanted for our son.

When he was seven months old, he had the surgery,

at eight months it was switched on,

and since then we've been going through a process of three or four years

of weekly speech therapy, games and more contact.

My dad really helps me to hear.

I like hearing the noise of people chatting!

A história de Lara – 1º Cochlear Day Brasil 2016 - Duration: 1:48.

Our daughter is called Lara.

We found out about the implant, well, not the implant,

but about her deafness, almost as soon as she was born.

It came as a shock to us. We didn't know how to deal with it.

It was a whole new world.

Then her mum came across the idea of implant technology.

She found out that there was an implant,

that there was a chance that we would be able

to communicate with her through sounds, and so that was our hope.

She had the surgery at ten months

and they managed to fit bilateral Cochlear implants.

They were switched on a month later.

And we can actually see a big improvement with the Cochlear implant.

Her behaviour has changed since she received the implant.

You can see now that she is much more communicative.

She has speech therapy twice a week.

She isn't talking yet, it's still early days,

but we can see that she is already trying to identify where sounds are coming from.

She's starting to recognise our voices.

She understands things well, doesn't she?

She does, she understands things well.

Sometimes we say, "Lara, hold my hand" and, without really holding out our hands,

just by saying "hold my hand", she looks for our hands.

So the implant has really helped. And she is still very young,

so we know she has a long road of speech therapy ahead,

but we are very hopeful and we know the technology is excellent.

We are very grateful that this technology exists

and we have access to it, and everything is turning out OK. Isn't it?

It is!

Teaching Baby Sign Language | Nyle DiMarco - Duration: 2:43.

Hello, before we begin. I actually wanted to give a gift to you, my Peta.

First off, congratulations on becoming a mother!

Your baby is so fortunate to have you and Maks.

I love that I knew that your baby was also dancing in your tummy

when the two of us were dancing to our final our final freestyle.

Why would you teach your baby signs?

Did you know that research has proven that if you teach your baby how to sign

it would improve their cognitive and emotional development.

You teaching your baby how to sign

will also increase their rate of verbal development

and also at the same time it will help you two bond

and make that bond even stronger.

So now lets begin!

We are done here.

I wish you the best of luck moving forward!

I love you!
