emotions, how to apply mindfulness techniques that I've developed over the years for reducing

The most important thing to learn is how to break the habit of identification with reactive

thoughts and emotions.

Typically, an emotion gets triggered by an event or something that someone says, or by

thoughts internally, and then we become completely identified with that reaction.

We become overwhelmed by it, we become consumed by it and we simply proliferates more reactivity

which in turn feeds the habitual emotion.

So the key to making successful changes to anxiety and depression is to learn how to

break this cycle of reactive identification so that we no longer feed the underlying anxiety

or depression.

This is what I will teach you during the online Skype counseling sessions.

Most people see quite significant improvements after as few as three to four sessions.

And this is because the approach using mindfulness is very direct, it's very practical and it's

something that you can practice yourself at home between sessions.

So after three or four weeks you will have developed a tremendous experience and sophistication

in this mindfulness process for preventing reactive identification and the results will

be a very significant reduction in the intensity of anxiety or panic attacks or depression

as well as reducing the frequency of these emotional reactions.

Feels like ABS, but is PLA - Polymaker's Polymax review! #Filaween - Duration: 1:30.

For a PLA, this stuff feels remarkably like ABS - but there are a few giveaways.

Polymaker's Polymax is an impact-modified PLA that sells at around 70€ per kilogram.

This is the True Orange color, which matches up quite well with the printed parts on the

Original Prusa i3 MK2 i use for all Filaween tests.

I printed Polymax PLA at 205°C onto a heated bed at 55°C and got good prints on the first

try.

The parts looks great, and if i didn't know better, i'd be convinced they were ABS.

The filament itself doesn't snap like PLA and printed parts can be carved and cut, one

of the things I love about real ABS.

Polymax shows barely any stringing and solid performance on overhangs and bridges, so it

earns a combined quality score of 18 out of 20, which is top of the class for PLAs.

In the strength tests, it again shows a more gradual deformation before failing, while

still providing very good rigidity.

It nets itself a combined rating of 60.5kg, which again is in the very top group of PLAs.

But one thing where all PLA are the same is the low temperature resistance, which does

limit where you can effectively use them.

But if that's not an issue for you, and if you can swallow the steep price, then the

Polymax PLA is the closes thing you can get to ABS without actually buying ABS.

Varbage Antarctica is considered one of the most mysterious

places on Earth and many experts and researchers claim that the cold continent was home to

an unknown ancient civilization.

There are some curious ancient maps that depict Antarctica as an ice free land.

One of these maps is the 16th century composed map called "Piri reis", which was created

by a Turkish admiral.

Strangely, the continent of Antarctica was supposely discovered in the 19th century,

so the 500 year old Piri Reis map is mind-boggling.

There are many satellite images featuring regions of the continent that show suspicious

structures, which could hint that an ancient civilization could have actually existed in

the distant past.

There's one particular image that has baffled experts.

It shows a wall surrounded oval structure that couldn't possibly be made naturaly.

It has been thought that the formation was a result of Sastrugi, which is created by

wind erosion.

But the structure isn't so random to be considered a natural formation.

An article in the weekly magazine Jane's Aviation Weekly, which claimed that the B-2 Secret

nuclear bomber is, in fact, using an electro-gravity propulsion system.

Paul A. LaViolette has made a considerable study of the use of electro-gravity technology

by the US Air Force, which has led to an investigation into the Black Secret Project in the field

since late 1954.

LaViolette claims that the use of electro-gravity may have been implemented in the advanced

technology of the B-2 Bomber, to provide an exotic auxiliary mode of propulsion.

This conclusion is based on the recent access to the public that loads of the main wing

edge and the jet exhaust stream of the B-2 runs at high voltage.

Positive ions, emitted from the main edge of the wing would produce a positively charged

parabolic envelope of the ions in front of the ship, while the negative ions are injected

into their exhaust stream, they would give a negative charge of the trailing space, with

a potential superior difference To 15 million volts.

According to the electro-gravity investigation conducted by Tesla and T. Townsend Brown,

such a differentiated charge of space would install a force without reaction on the ship,

in the direction of the positive pole.

An electro-gravity drive of this kind could allow the B-2 to operate with an over-drive

propulsion efficiency when crossing at supersonic speeds.

On March 9, 1992, the weekly magazine Aviation and Space made a surprising uncovering, that

the B-2 electrostatically charges its exhaust stream, and the main edges of its body, similar

to wings.

Those familiar with Tesla's research in the early 20th century will quickly realize that

this is equivalent to indicating that the B-2 can function as an anti-gravity plane.

Aviation magazine obtained its B-2 information from a small group of renegade West Coast

scientists and engineers who were previously formally associated with black research projects.

The Curious Case of Cocklebiddy Time - Duration: 1:45.

I'm here at the Cocklebiddy Roadhouse in Western Australia,

about 280 kilometres west of the South Australian border,

here on the Nullarbor plain.

This is an isolated place. Apart from these roadhouses

about every hundred kilometers down the road,

there is nothing out here.

Now, when I crossed over the border from South Australia,

I technically should have gone back in time

about two-and-a-half hours.

Part of that is because it's summer here

and South Australia does observe Daylight Saving time and Western Australia doesn't,

but even in standard time,

one and a half hours is a big difference just for crossing a state line.

So, the residents of this area

(and there's only about 200 of them)

have up with a solution. And they call it

Central Western Standard Time.

It splits the difference between Adelaide time and

Perth time, placing it in the slightly

awkward position of UTC plus eight hours

and 45 minutes, but it means that the Sun

rises and sets at a somewhat sensible

time here, and that people staying

overnight don't get jet lag traveling

through their own country.

Now, it's not an official time zone -

the government doesn't recognize it and my phone doesn't even know it exists,

but from the last roadhouse in South Australia to one about 100km

down the road that way,

it's just the time.

The restaurant here opens for brekky at 6am on the dot-

45 minutes after Adelaide, and 45 minutes before Perth.

But, looking at my watch, it's about time for lunch.
