Milton William Cooper On July 2, 1989, the former Navy member revealed

highly classified material about a secret agency known as MAJIC 12, or MJ-12, while

at a conference in Las Vegas Nevada.

His source for the information was an ONI (Office of Naval Intelligence) counter intelligence

operation unwinded by the Navy in order to discover what was going on behind their backs.

At that time, the Navy felt like it didn�t receive a fair cut of the overall share, so

� AQUARIUS � a project containing the known history of extraterrestrials on Earth,

as well as their interaction with Homo sapiens for the last 25,000 years and culminating

with the Basque people who live in the mountainous country on the border of France and Spain

and the Syrians.

� POUNCE � was a project designed to recover all downed or crashed spacecraft and their

load, including alien beings.

� REDLIGHT � a project aimed at flying recovered alien crafts.

It was conducted at AREA 51 in Nevada.

It received a boost when aliens gave us �saucers� and helped us fly them.

The initial project was somehow successful in that we flew a recovered craft but it blew

up in the air and the pilots were killed.

� LUNA � is the alien base on the dark side of the Moon.

It was seen and filmed by the Apollo Astronauts.

A base, a mining operation with massive machines and a very large spacecraft described in sighting

reports as a �Mothership� exist there.

� EXCALIBUR � a weapon used to destroy alien underground facilities.

It is a missile capable of penetrating 3,000+ feet of hard packed soil such as that found

in New Mexico with no operational damage.

� ALIENS � there were 4 types of ETs described in the papers:

The GREY reported in abductee cases that work for the Large Nosed Grey.

The blonde humanoids described as the NORDIC.

The red-haired humanoids called the ORANGE.

� EBE (Extraterrestrial Biological Entity) � is the name given to the alien held hostage

after the 1947 Roswell crash.

It had later died in captivity.

Recovered alien body illustration � KRLL or KRLLL � was the hostage left

with us at the first Holloman landing as a pledge that aliens would carry out their part

of the basic agreement reached during the meeting.

KRLL became sick and was nursed by Dr. G. Mendoza who became the expert in alien biology

KRLL later died.

� RELIGION � Extraterrestrials claim to have made Homo Sapiens through hybridization.

The papers said that RH negative blood was proof of this.

They further claimed to have designed all of our major religions.

They displayed a hologram of the crucifixion of Christ which the Government filmed.

They claimed that Jesus was created by them.

� ALIEN BASES � exist in the four corners area of Utah, Colorado, Nevada and New Mexico.

Six bases were depicted in the 1972 papers, all of them found on native reservations and

all in the four corners area.

� CRAFT RECOVERIES � The documents stated that many craft had been recovered.

The early ones from Roswell, Texas, Mexico and other places.

� ABDUCTIONS � were happening long before 1972.

The document read that humans and animals were being abducted and/or mutilated.

Many disappeared without trace.

They were collecting sperm and oval samples, tissue, performed surgical procedures, implanted

a spherical device 40 to 80 microns in size near the optic nerve in the brain and all

attempts to remove it resulted in the death of the patient.

The document estimated that 1 in every 40 people had been implanted.

The implant was said to give the aliens total control of the unaware humans.

William Cooper wasn�t exactly a forerunner of whistleblowers.

In fact, many other military and governmental personnel had been terminated before their

attempt to divulge this concealed reality.

Cooper was lucky enough to live and tell the tale, at least for a while, but he was eventually

killed on November 5, 2001, inside his house in Arizona by the Apache County Sherrif Department.

UFO report in Troy, Michigan - February 2nd, 7:11 PM, witness testimony:

Quote: "She was leaving work to go to her second job when she noticed an oddly intense,

firey bright light in the sky to the south-east of her.

she was standing on the north side of 14 miles, just east of john r rd, facing south.

to the far west of her, she could see planes in the sky... with their blinking multicolored

lights as expected... nothing unusual.

but this abnormally placed fire orange/red light in the east sky, grabbed her attention...

she couldn't stop staring at it when she first noticed it because it had struck her so odd

... the color, the size... and it's placement.

she could visualize it in the distance, looking past/through the power lines draped along

14-mile rd,... it started off hovering in one spot and she questioned if it was just

a close, bright planet?

What facts does her video recordings contain?

- Two orange lights appeared in the sky - She's in a vehicle

- She don't leave the vehicle - It is dark

- Two orange street lights - White lights in the background

- It is raining or snowing - The video material is not technically manipulated

- She used an Iphone to record the sighting - and she moved her Iphone while recording

on a regular basis I regret the fact that the witness has not

left her vehicle maybe because it's raining or snowing outside or she did this intentionally.

What do the UFOs have in common?

Look to the left.

The orange UFOs match the orange street lights on the left.

Even the light streaks are mutual.

You wonder, how do you get two UFOs up in the air?

The UFOs are not in the air, the UFOs are in her vehicle.

Here is an example what light reflectance can do once it is dark outside.

Her situation was cheating her eyes.

Back to the UFO, I do not know what is behind the witnesses, more street lights?

But this is just the reflection of the orange streetlights.

But the UFOs emerge and disappear?

How do you explain that you might think?

It's raining or snowing outside.

A raindrop or water on the windshield works as a reflection and as a magnifying glass,

and it bends light.

How does water behave on the windshield?

It slides of the windscreen, a windshield is designed to do that.

Just notice when it's raining and you're in a vehicle that does not move.

Pay close attention how it slides of the windshield.

Strange formation over Florida - February 25th, 2016, 6am, witness testimony:

Quote "This happened in homestead fl in 2016, multiple reports suggest it was witnessed

by a large number of people.

The witness is an aircraft mechanic and he can't explain this video with his years in

aviation."

What facts does the video recording contain?

- Five light orbs in the sky - Five light orbs move horizontally

- Five light orbs move vertically but only downwards

- Five light orbs move downwards in a slow tempo

- it is dark - IN THE BACKGROUND YOU HEAR IT'S RAINING

- And one more that I'm not going to tell yet.

Do you have any idea?

I am very disappointed that a witness of this caliber publishes this on the MUFON website.

The witnesses is an aircraft mechanic.

I'm gonna tell you the following fact.

What sound do you hear Besides rain?

Listen.

Right, a sound of a flying aircraft moving away from

the witness.

Aircraft sound plus UFOs that only moves downs slowly are .... ??

Skydivers!

The claimed UFOs are skydivers.

Even better, the area is a hotspot for skydivers.

A UFO sighting in New Mexico, 1978 This report contains no evidence material,

no videos or pictures of UFOs but a story.

38 years ago, on August 18th, 1978, the witness had a "life changing" experience, defines

the witnesses.

Witness saw in 1978 a cigar-shaped UFO in a size of a football field.

The witness claims that there is a total of 6 Witnesses.

All family members.

The witness strongly believes that the elongated UFO is not of this earth, I quote "the shape

was too large to figure out but we did agree on seeing white lights in a row as if the

side of an airliner of the end of the craft leaving.

it could have been the triangle shape seen on tv"

According to the witness statement, his niece was very traumatized.

Even his uncle did not spoke about it for 10 long years.

It happened around dinnertime.

His aunt was in a panic and run back inside over a loud rumbling noise coming down the

canyon.

It was getting louder and louder and the house was shaking.

Two of his family members ran in fear in their bedrooms, they were scared and were crying.

Whether the witness is speaking truthfully is unknown, did they witness this..........

or this?

The story will always be a story, the truth can never be proved.

UFO Sighting in Conway, Washington on September 19, 2016

The witness went back to the location where the witness have previously observed a UFO.

At the same location, the witness has seen UFOs again and made pictures.

I quote: "first photograph shows first object approximately

1° below horizon.

craft is later seen 4-5° above horizon with an estimated distance of 2-8 miles.

shortly after first observation, a smaller light emerged from the first, and took up

position near it.

then, a second did the same, along with a 3rd. emerged lights seemed to orbit in irregular

patterns around original object, as the larger one slowly seemed to move to a heading of

180° after roughly 10 minutes of observation, the 3 other objects seemingly rejoined the

original, as though they were docking.

(witness reporting is a pilot, and states that helicopters are incapable of docking,

and that these craft, including craft from previous sightings in same location, behaved

in ways impossible for even the most advanced military aircraft.)

the 4 objects were completely silent, and operated in a manner resembling spacecraft

in orbit, though the objects maintained geological position ± 5° for 45 minutes, unlike an

orbiting craft.

unfortunately, it was dark, and any surface details of the objects were impossible to

see. at 9:29pm, craft was last photographed before

disappearing in the following 5 minutes.

craft was observed to 'fade away' instead of departing.

(witness states that standard night-flying procedure involves the constant use of lights

to display location to local traffic.

to turn off lights at 9:30 pm would be unsafe.)"

The problem with such observations in combination with photography, it can be basically everything.

I have to believe the word of the witness's accuracy and truth.

These photos are not enough to put my fingers on.

The next three UFO reports are classical misperception.

Planets and stars that are falsely identified as UFOs.

This observation is seen in Glogovac, Kosovo.

The witness does not even bother to explain.

My advice is to make several shots, using different zooms.

People are labeling too easy unfamiliar things as UFOs.

This is not a UFO but the star Betelgeuse, 642.5 light years from Earth in the constellation

"Orion".

This star is recognizable by its bright orange light.

This one is taken in Chiclayo, Peru.

This is "very likely" the star Sirius.

You can recognize this star to its enormous crisp white light with a blue glow.

The quality is very bad because the camera is not held still and this guy keeps on zooming

in which destroys the quality.

Sirius is 8.611 light years from earth.

The witness claims that this is a diamond shaped UFO.

No, this is caused by the witness himself by zooming in to aggressively.

You also see that the star changed shape the moment he zoomed in.

Last and not least, the diamond shaped UFO in Lynchburg, Virginia.

Exact the same as the one take in Peru.

Here is my picture that was taken on February 6th in Marbella.

Stars don't impress me much, but this star was so violent that I had to take pictures

of.

I made four pictures, two with my phone and two with my digital camera.

I showed this to someone who has pretty much knowledge of stars and planets.

He explained to me that it is the star, Sirius.

It's Monday March 6th 2017 and this is your weed news of the week.

Our main story tonight is legendary actor Sir Patrick Stewart admits to using cannabis.

But first our other weed news.

In "Don't Copy My Data" News...

Oregon lawmakers worried about a nationwide crackdown on legalized marijuana are rushing

to protect the personal information of pot customers.

A bipartisan group of lawmakers is introducing legislation that would require pot businesses

to destroy internal logs of their customers' names, addresses and birth dates within 48

hours.

Currently, Oregon dispensaries have been keeping the data for marketing purposes.

Lawmakers from other states would be doing their constituents a solid by jumping on this

type of legislation for their home states and protecting those currently listed as legal

cannabis consumers.

In "Let My Cannabis Grow" News...

Starting March 1st in California, PG&E customers growing medical cannabis can apply for reduced

electrical rates and cost savings.

A PG&E spokesperson said quote: "Cannabis is a legal crop in our state, like almonds

and tomatoes.

Agricultural growers now will be eligible for the same rate and energy efficiency programs

as farmers of other crops, now that cannabis is in California's future, our next step

is to work with these new agricultural customers and make this industry as energy efficient

as possible."

The agricultural energy rate applies both to customers who grow cannabis outdoors as

well as indoors.

While recreational cannabis cannot be sold in California until January 2018, existing

medical cannabis growers and future recreational growers are eligible for the program.

PG&E's agricultural energy rate does not apply to residential customers who under Prop.

64 can legally grow up to six cannabis plants inside a private residence.In "Is This Organization

The United Nations International Narcotics Control Board (INCB) issued a stark warning

to the U.S., Canada and other countries where marijuana legalization is being considered

and enacted.

According to the UN mandate, countries are prohibited from legalizing cannabis -- except

for medical and scientific purposes.

Eight U.S. States have moved to end marijuana prohibition.

Uruguay has completely legalized it and Canada's government has pledged to legalize marijuana

by the spring.

As I reported a couple of months ago the INCB was in fact taking up the debate as to if

they should move to accept a country's decision to legalize marijuana.

But while currently opposing legal regulation of marijuana markets, INCB is now on board

with simple decriminalization.

While the U.S. can argue that it is still in compliance with INCB because marijuana

remains illegal federally Canada's national legalization plan will put the country in

direct conflict with its obligations under the conventions.

So Canada has a couple of choices.

First, the country could withdraw from the treaties.

Second, the government could argue that moving marijuana out of the criminal market is a

harm reduction measure and therefore the legalization of cannabis for all adults falls under the

medical and scientific exceptions.

Third, the country could collect data on legalization outcomes, in effect framing the end of prohibition

as one big scientific study.

Either way, the U.S., Canada and Uruguay show no intention of stopping the march toward

legalization simply because the INCB isn't happy.

In "You Can't Just Give The Shit Away" News...

In Springfield Massachusetts, The owner of "Mary Jane Makes Your Heart Sing" - yeah

that's the name of the store - was issued a cease and desist letter by police for violating

the state's recreational marijuana law when the shop offered patrons free "gifts"

of marijuana after paying a $20 cover at the door.

Customers could opt for a $50 VIP pass, which would ensure them three free samples of different

strains of marijuana.

In Massachusetts, stores cannot sell the drug until 2018.

Mary Jane's website advertised "a marijuana infused chocolate bar upon every visit to

the store" or "a complimentary gram."

There were no arrests or citations given when the store was shut down.

Sir Patrick Stewart icon of the Star Trek and X-Men franchises has revealed he uses

a medicinal cannabis spray to help with his hands.

He says quote: "My main problem is my hands don't work

very well.

But thanks to cannabis they work much better than they used to.

Thanks to the law in California now, it's just a spray that I put on."

Now you might be saying to yourself is that really worth the top news story.

Well, let me explain why it is.

As I've mentioned many times, we are about to take on a fight between states rights and

federal rights around the subject of legalizing marijuana.

The key to winning these fights is organization and communication.

We must communicate the message that Cannabis heals.

And there is no better way in an entertainment obsessed culture than to have a huge star

like Sir Patrick Stewart explain that he uses cannabis for medicinal purposes.

We must actively fight against the stoner persona.

So when an individual like Sir Patrick Stewart who has the ear of the media comes forward

to explain that he too use this medicine, it is vital we push those details forward

to the top story.
