Lentil Stew (Guiso de Lentejas) | Felicitas Pizarro - Duration: 3:59.

Today, a classic. Lentil Stew.

Chorizo, smoked bacon...

Super spicy, full of flavours, lovely!

Ideal for national dates.

Super hot pan.

Let's add some olive oil.

This stew is super simple...

as all stews should be...simple & delicious.

So, few ingredients.

1 ONION & 1 RED PEPPER

Cook it till they are soft and a bit golden.

They will develop interesting flavours.

Let's add 200 GRS. SMOKED BACON.

In small pieces.

And...a stew can't be call a stew if it doesn't have red chorizo.

1 RED CHORIZO. In slices.

Let them get a bit golden.

And now it's time for the lentils.

So 500 GRS. LENTILS. They are soaked in water since yesterday.

Add them to the pan.

Good.

Add they together with the water they had been soaked in.

What else?

Time to spice things up.

I will use salt, pepper, chili flakes & paprika.

And then...

when my stew is almost ready,

we will spice it again.

So now is just a bit of spices.

SALT & PEPPER.

Do you know why the stew end up with this red lovely colour?

Have you realized this argentinean stew is a bit red?

Red as...

our moms heart.

Oh my god, I'm such a poet today.

I think is the effect of maternity.

Well, let's go on. Paprika.

Sweet or spicy.

and chili flakes.

Just a bit of both.

Good, and of course this stew

is missing...

some liquids, some stock.

I have 750 ML. HOMEMADE STOCK.

All of it inside my pan.

Perfect!

Close the lid.

Let the lentils get soft and tender.

Then we will add some sweet potato and we are done.

MEDIUM HEAT - 1 HOUR

This is ready, super tender. Let's turn the heat off.

Let's add 3 SWEET POTATOES.

And before finishing, let's spice things up again.

SALT, PEPPER, CHILI FLAKES & PAPRIKA.

Close the lid.

And with the heat that our stew has inside,

the sweet potatoes will cook and we are ready to eat!

20 MINUTES

My stew is ready, look at it.

Look at this colours.

Oh my!

Time to eat!

Finish it up with some CHOPPED PARSLEY.

My name is Felicitas Pizarro

remember we are what we eat...

and what we cook, today we are Lentil Stew.

Best stew ever!

U in 90 Seconds: Disable Debit Card - Duration: 1:30.

Hey everybody, my name is Mike

and I work in the digital group here at the bank.

We're here to help you get the most

out of U by BB&T in under 90 seconds.

So today we're going to talk about what to do

when you lose your debit card.

So, I've misplaced my debit card.

What are my options?

Option A: I could panic.

Could be fun.

Option B: I could call to cancel and order a new card.

Less fun.

And option C: I could use the U BB&T app

to temporarily disable the card in case I find it again.

I'm kinda liking option C.

Kristin, how does option C work?

It's simple!

From the U mobile app,

select your checking account.

Tap 'more'

then toggle the first switch

to temporarily disable your card

Just like that, your card is instantly disabled

and unusable.

Ok, cool Kristin, thanks.

ahhhhh, but here's the thing

while you were talking I

actually found my card.

How do I turn it back on?

After you find your card

return to the manage account page

within the app.

Simply toggle that same switch

to enable your card once more.

If, however, you lose it again

and don't find it

it's easy to order a new card.

Select card settings.

Then, select order new card.

Your new card will arrive

in 3 to 5 business days.

Thanks Kristin.

If there's a U by BB&T feature you'd

like to know more about,

let us know.

You can leave us a comment,

talk to us on twitter,

or send us an email.

We'll use your feedback to choose topics

for future episodes.

Thanks so much for checking out the episode

and have a great day.

May Book Haul! (CC) - Duration: 11:15.

Hello everyone! Welcome to this month's/

season's book haul! I just wanted to let

you all know up front that today's video

is a paid promotion with Disney Hyperion.

So if you're not into sponsored content,

I will see you next time.

But as always, all opinions are my own.

Today I just wanted to put a

spotlight on a new book coming out that

hopefully a lot of you will enjoy. The

book that Disney Hyperion asked me to

promote is Kill All Happies by Rachel

Cohn. This book is already in stores. It

came out on May 2nd, which is just, like, a

week ago. Rachel Cohn is the co-author

of Dash and Lily's Book of Dares and that

was one of my favorite books of all time

back when I first started booktube. So I

heard about Rachel's new book coming

out and the cover just looks awesome. So I

decided that I did want to give it a

try. This book follows a girl named Vic

who lives kind of in the middle of nowhere

in a desert town, and she's just about to

graduate. So for graduation, she decides

that she wants to throw this massive

party with a couple of goals in mind.

There's this restaurant that her town is known

for called Happies, and she decides that

she wants to send them into bankruptcy

this night. Those crazy teens! She also

wants to hook up with her crush, Jake. And

all that she needs to do in secret from

Mrs. Thropp who is one of her teachers

but also a councilwoman who would shut

the whole thing down if she found out

about it. The entire night gets

progressively more and more interesting.

Certain people show up to crash the

party, it ends up that they all go to a

theme park behind Happies and start

messing around, being crazy. And this

follows that night and what happened, all

the drama and events. I think the design

of this book is just darling. All the

graphics in it are so nice. Like I said, the

cover looks great. I didn't know there

was a design under the dust jacket. I

don't think I'm ready for this.

HONEY!! What?! So clearly this book is

gorgeous. I absolutely adored Rachel's

writing style and the works that I have

read from her. I have started this and I'm

not very far into it but I can already

tell it's going to be amazing. Thank you

Disney Hyperion for sending me a copy

of this and sponsoring this video! I

can't wait to finish this because I love

Rachel's writing style. Another book

that I received recently is also from a

company that was sponsoring me, but that

video's already up. This book is The One

Memory of Flora Banks by Emily Barr. This

book was already out in the UK but now

it's out in the US. This is about a girl

named Flora Banks who when she was 10 had a

brain tumor removed and so she has never

been able to make new memories since

that operation. So she goes through her

life with a tattoo on her hand saying

"Flora. Be brave." and she has to constantly

remember new things and write stuff down

so she doesn't forget. One night she

kisses her best friend's boyfriend and

she remembers it and it's the only

memory she has from after her

ten-year-old surgery. So it's a big

mystery about why that is and what's so

special about this dude and/or why she

is suddenly starting to feel and

remember things. I thought it was really

fascinating! I did finish this already and I

gave it three-and-a-half stars. If you

want to check out my review out for this

book, I'll link that video. And I'll

probably also mention it in a wrap up

soon. Another book that I was sent from a

publishing company is from Disney Hyperion.

They're just being so gracious to me

this month. This book is called Wildman

by JC Geiger. This book comes out at the

end of May, so this one's not quite out yet.

Disney Hyperion is serious killing it with

their book designs because can we-- this is

awesome. But wait. Honey!!! I've never seen a

book so gorgeous. Like, don't even give me

the dust jacket. Just give me this.

This is everything. There are men on the

roof of the band hall next door. Okay... Be

safe! Anyway, this book follows a dude. His

name is Lance, and as he's driving

through this unfamiliar town, his car

breaks down and he ends up kind of being

stuck there and this talks about his

adventures there. He's valedictorian, he's

first chair trumpet player, so he has his

life in order and this is about him

going on some adventures that day/that

time period that he's in that familiar

town, meeting people and finally coming

out of his shell, as one says. It just

sounds like a really good self-discovery

book. Once again, I absolutely love these

cover designs and this is just so great.

This is a debut novel. I'm really

excited to throw some support behind

this and thank you so much again Disney

Hyperion for sending this my way! Next I

received some books from a friend. I paid

her the shipping for these because

she said I could have them and they are

the most exciting things I could have

asked for. So I am a huge collector of

ARCs. If you didn't know, ARCs are

advanced reader's copies, and they're

released before books come out. For

certain authors they're really hard to

find, so if you're a collector of those

series, they're pretty much like

priceless things to have for your collection.

I got advanced copies of A Court of

Thorns and Roses

and Heir of Fire by Sarah J Maas. I'm not

going to sit here and act like Sarah J. Maas is the

most flawless author in the world, but I

am a big fan of these books, even though

they are problematic. And these are so

impossible to come by, so whenever she

said I could have these, I was weeping. I

just have these for my collection now

and they're my babies! Thank you so much

Sydney. I did another booksfortrade and

this one was for a copy of Alex & Eliza

by Melissa de la Cruz. I feel

like I don't even need to tell you what

it's about, but I know there's some of

you that have not listened to Hamilton,

which is sort of a crime. This book

follows their relationship because, if you

don't know, Alexander and Eliza are

goals. They're the biggest baes on

this earth and they're so lovely. It follows

their relationship: how they met, how

they ended up. I've read the first

chapter of this and was shook, so I think

it's going to be really good. It's just

going to follow it in, like, a story

format instead of a historical, boring

professor type narrative. Next my

beautiful love Karissa sent me some

books. But she sent me three books.

Two of these I've already read, and one of

them I am early anticipating. This first

one is Idiot Verse by Keaton Henson.

If you don't know, Keaton Henson is my

favorite singer and he has a book of

poetry, which is this. And so she got this

for me. I've already read it, I have a

review up for it, and I adored it. This is

just all about love and relationships

and heartbreak and it has his art and

here as well, which is pretty confusing

most of the time, but it was a really,

really good read. I gave this five stars.

Loved it. Again, go see my review if you wanna

hear more about it. Next she got me a

book I've already read but just needed

for my shelf because I loved it and

that was Love is the Higher Law by David

Levithan, which is a book that follows

three people during the 9/11 terrorist

attack in New York. I'm never going to

forget this book because this offered a

perspective on 9/11 that I never had

before, for two reasons. First of all, the

way it described it was so personal. Like

it describes the smell of even living in

Brooklyn and all the papers that were

just flying in the wind from all the

offices that were destructed. It was so

heart-wrenching. And also, there was a

scene where--one of these main characters

is gay--he tries to go give blood and

they say, "You can't give blood because

you might have AIDS"

and they wouldn't let a gay man give

blood, and I think that that was another

one of the most powerful scenes that I've

ever read, especially from David Levithan.

So this book just stuck in my mind for

all these years and I've really wanted a

copy of it so thank you Karissa! And lastly,

Karissa got me one of her favorite books

of all time, which is More Happy Than Not

by Adam Silvera. I know everyone loves

Adam Silvera, so I now I have both of his

books. Have not read them yet, but I

own them! I don't know exactly what this

book is about, but I do know it is an own

voices book because Adam Silveira is gay

and there might even be a Mexican main

character in this. That might have been

his other book that was ownvoices, I

could be wrong. Also like everyone I know

loves this, so I don't have any doubt

that I will love it as well. Next I have

a book that my friend recently came out

with. This is called Vindicating

Vacancies by Lovely Words, or also known

as my friend Kristy. Kristy's in my

creative writing class this semester I

have read her writing all semester and I

think she is the loveliest person that

can work with words like none other. I

haven't started this one yet, but I know

from experience reading her work that

she just writes so eloquently and so

beautifully. And this is poems combined

with also some photography, so I cannot

wait to give this one a read. I'll probably

review it once I'm done with it. If

you're looking to get your own copy,

she did self-publish this. What she's

gonna do is offer this as an eBook

format. So if you're interested in buying the

ebook, it's ten dollars. I will link her

email down below so that you can give

her an email and she'll get you all set

up to get your own copy of this. But I

love Kristy so much. I think you all

would really enjoy this from what I've

read of her writing already, and I think

she's so talented and you should go

support her because #college student life.

And the last book I have to

talk about. I know you're so tired of

hearing about this because everyone's

gonna talk about this in their

May book haul. But I got A Court of Wings and Ruin

by Sarah J. Maas... I will have a

Snapchat reaction video and a separate

review coming up for this. This is probably

my only anticipated release for this

year, so I'm just, like-- having this I'm like...

it doesn't feel real. But this is the

third book in the A Court of Thorns and Roses

series. So if you haven't read this, this

is a Beauty and the Beast retelling. It is

gorgeous.

Pick it up. It has Fae in it and

beautiful men with wings. And I mean, it's

heteronormative as hell, but it's also

good as hell.

I love it. I-- it's so good. Now I have a couple

of non-bookish items to talk about with

you. First of all, this mutha. This is a

necklace that my cousin made me and I've

gotten a lot of compliments on it and lots

of comments, so I just wanted to

give her a little shoutout. You know, you gotta

be there for your family. My cousin named

Jacquelyn has an Instagram and an Etsy

where she sells these wrapped stones.

This is a smaller one, but she does a

whole array of different crystals and stones,

so you can go check out her page if you

want to see them. They're super

inexpensive compared to where you might

buy them from like Urban Outfitters or

some major shop or retailer. They're so

cute and high-quality. I've been wearing

this everyday non-stop for like a week

or two, and it's just as solid as it was

when I first put it on. I think it's so

cute. She's been getting a lot of

business I think she really deserves

it. She's 16 and started her own wrapping

jewelry business. So if you want to go

check her out, you want to get your own

stone, she's over on Instagram @wrapsbyjac

which I will annotate but also

link down below. I'll also link her Etsy.

Please just go support her because I

love her to death and this is just such

a creative idea and I think she deserves

all the love in the world. And lastly, I

have one non-bookish item--well, I guess it is

Bookish. I have an item to show you

that is some tea! And not just tea-- bookish

themed tea. These are from an Etsy shop

called Bookishteas. She sells tea from

Germany, so hallo.

Ich kann Deutsch sprechen. Ein bisschen.

There's one that I requested. She let me

have it. She made one called

Regent of Sector 45 which is Warner! My

dad! This is a fruit tea so it has stuff

like fig, rosebuds and rose petals,

pineapple, almond, hibiscus. This just

smells amazing. And then I got one that's called

Poisonous Meadow, which consists of

spring tea, lemongrass, vanilla, carrot,

ginger, apple bits, licorice. It's

supposedly based off of Snow White, so

that's interesting! And also, smells

amazing. And lastly, I could not be more

excited for this one. I got Inej Ghafa

flavored tea! Everything I ever

needed. And this one is dried apple, lemon

aroma, blackberry leaves, sunflower leaves,

elderflower, and strawberry. Which I love

strawberry in team so I'm very excited to try

this one! But I can already guarantee you,

they're going to be good. She gets all

her ingredients from local places. It's

organic. They're

handmade. She is so sweet and her Etsy shop

look so nice so I'll link all of that

information down below. And thank you so

much Zilan! Did I say that right? I'm so

sorry if I didn't. Thank you for sending

these to me! So thank you everyone so

much for watching! Thank you to all the

publishers who have sent me books this

month or worked with me. I'm getting emotional

because I think this is going to be

the last time I film in this dorm room.

Until next year. Then I'll be back here

but I'll have my own room so I can talk all I

want! Alrighty, bye everyone!

From now on, I'm going to sing like a crazy person sorry :-( I was toooo exited

LOL MY FRIEND loooooool

fan meeting time~

Please say hello to you fans!

One two three, Hello K A R D, we are K.A.R.D

How about you say hello individually this time?

Hello this is the king of KARD, BM.

Hello this is the black joker of KARD, SoMin

Hello this is the color joker of KARD, JiWoo

Hello this is the Ace of KARD, J.Seph

As you can tell, there are so many people here

Let's have a sit now, and start having a talk with fans

Q: How would you like to be called by your fans?

As you know, my name's BM

And, BM actually stands for Big Matthew

I made my name short as BM because I thought people wouldn't remember my name if it's long

But there were some fans who called me as Big Matthew and I liked it

Big Matthew, LIKE it

Then how about we call him Big Matthew right now?

Say Big Matthew~

Do you like it?

Yeah I liked it

How about you, Somin?

I also have a nickname, named by fans

They call me as "Some(쏨)" which is the shortened name of my name Somin

I really like that because it sounds cute

So BM liked to be called in the long name, and you like the shortened name?

I'm so confused haha

How about you JiWoo?

I also like the shortened name

One of my friends called me as "Jew(쥬)"

I really liked that nickname, and I realized that some of fans call me with that nickname too

So when I hear "Jew" I felt very welcoming and I liked it

So I like to be called as "Jew" You can call me "Jew ya~"(Ya is a Korean word: I can't explain)

Thank you

I think fans will call you Jew ya from now on!

Someone in the crowd said: "Jew NIM"(Nim's also Korean word, but Jew nim sound exactly same as "Jesus" in Korean word)

That's why it's really funny(Jesus in Korean=JewNim)

J.Seph: No you can't use "JewNim"

Let's ask J.Seph now then!

Well in my case I liked my nickname which took J out

I mean, rather than just "J.Seph," it sounds much friendlier if you call me "E.Seph(이셉) ah~" (Ah is also a Korean word T-T)

Oh~ I like it too! E.seph

Situation: KARD has prepared gifts for their fans!!

As you probably know, these signed CDs are no where in any other countries but here

So today, K.A.R.D members will pick 5 people randomly and give these CDs randomly

BM's picking up the number

Fifty...

Fifty... FOUR~

Please come up to the stage

BM's going to give the CD by himself

Congratulations~

It's so good that you gave the CD by yourself

We still have four more~

Somin's turn!

Can you do the drum roll please? Dugudugudugu

One hundred...

One hundred... Forty....

One hundred... Fourty.... Eight? Or Nine?

It's One hundred... Fourty.... NINE! 149~

Where are you~

Congratulations~

JiWoo's turn~ Who wants to get the signed CD that JiWoo gives?

What numbers do you have!(So cute T-Tㅋㅋㅋㅋ)

So I'm going to pick the number now

Number 166!

Where are you!

E.Seph's turn~

You can't pick several! Please pick only one :D

Number 74!

J.Seph's Indo rap time

Is that a real song?

Yes it's the OST

Ah I see. You looked amazingly happy when you sang that song!

Your face seemed very calm and your legs were grooving

So I had to say this, you looked so happy

Q&A LIVING ABROAD in Germany - Duration: 9:53.

Hey everyone, Dana here with the second of three planned Q&A videos answering your lovely

questions about my life abroad and my life in Germany.

You can find the first Q&A video linked down below of course, so check that out too.

But now, let's get into it.

What is the channel name "Wanted Adventure" all about?

Good question.

So when I moved from Prague to Munich I actually started a blog and I called it "Well, I guess

I said I wanted an adventure..."

But as I'm sure you can imagine, that got a little bit wordy -- hard to fit all that

on business cards.

So we decided to shorten it, and thus eventually came from that: Wanted Adventure.

And for me it's like, "Well, I guess I said I wanted an adventure..."

I moved from the U.S. to Europe because, at least one part of it was that I wanted an adventure.

But that encompasses everything.

The adventure is not just the exciting wonderful days of hiking in the Alps or walking along

those romantic cobblestone streets.

The adventure is also the days that you have to fill out that visa paperwork in a language you

barely understand, and then go to the respective office at way too early in the morning, and

wait in a long line, and figure all of that out...just to have to go back to that office

a few months later and do it all over again.

The adventure is figuring out what in the world to do when you're all alone in Prague

in the middle of winter, can't speak Czech, and your water heater stops working on Christmas.

That's all part of the adventure.

The amazing times and also the challenging times.

Why did you decide to live in Germany with your husband

instead of moving to the U.S. with him?

Well, I was living in Prague at the time that I met him, and at that point I already knew

that I did want to keep living in Europe, so actually the discussion that we had was

whether he should move to Prague to be with me or whether I should move to Munich.

And in the end, obviously, I decided to pack my things up once again and move to Munich.

Which actually leads quite nicely into the next question...

Would you still live in Germany if you didn't know Mr. German Man?

Or where would you possibly be now?

Yeah, I have no idea.

I had no plans to move to Germany until I met Mr. German Man.

So I guess I would maybe still be living in Prague?

Or perhaps life would have taken me somewhere completely different.

I really don't know.

But no, I did not have any plans to move to Germany until I met him, so I'm guessing

I probably wouldn't be living here.

But then again, who knows!

Maybe this was my destiny.

With or without Mr. German Man, maybe I was meant to move to Germany.

I don't know.

Do you ever want to move back to America?

I don't know. I really don't know. I'm not ruling it out.

But I just know that right now I am really happy living in Germany in general and in

Munich in particular.

So yeah, I don't know.

I don't know what the future holds, of course.

And I'm not going to say that it'll never happen.

But I just know that right now I am happy where I'm living, and I'm not actively

looking into moving anywhere else right now - America or any other place.

I'm happy here in Munich at the moment.

When you go shopping and you have to speak with Germans, are most of the Germans able to speak

English or are most of them non-English speakers?

So, when I first moved to Germany it was really, really important for me to learn German.

I really wanted to be able to communicate with people around the city and in stores

in their language.

I just thought that was only right since I had chosen to live in Germany, after all.

So I really don't have that much experience trying to speak English with people in Germany.

But Andrew over at the YouTube channel Rewboss recently made a very interesting video on

this topic.

He gave a great explanation to this question, so I will link to that video down below, in

case you want to go check it out.

What is your best tip for learning German?

Something that really helped me was finding an unabridged audiobook and then buying the

book-book and reading the book and listening to the audiobook at the same time.

And you can do that with different kinds of books depending on what level you're at

with your German.

But just make sure that you buy the unabridged audiobook or else, of course, it won't work.

The words of what you're reading and you're hearing won't line up.

And actually, I made a whole video just on how I learned German

and some of my language-learning

tips, so I will link to that video down below as well.

What item did you bring to Germany thinking that you would definitely need it, but in

the end you barely used it?

When I first visited Munich for a week I was still living in Prague, and I brought with

me my laptop and then I also took it with me into the city center, imaging that I would

sit in a cafe for hours and use the internet, sipping on hot chocolate.

But this was 8 years ago, and I'm telling you, I could not find a cafe with free internet.

You either had to pay to use the internet - pay extra, in addition to your hot chocolate

- or they just didn't offer wifi at all.

And so I ended up lugging the heavy laptop with me all around the city, and I never even

turned it on, not even once on that whole trip.

I also brought some high heels with me to Europe in general; shoes that I wore a lot

in Florida when I drove everywhere I was going, but I barely ever wear them here.

Not only do I walk more here in Europe than I did in the U.S., but there are also

cobblestone streets.

And, yeah, I can barely walk in heels on normal roads let alone on cobblestone streets.

Forget it. It's just better for me to leave those shoes in my closet.

In fact, they've been sitting there accumulating dust for so long, I think I should stop leaving

them in my closet and just get rid of them altogether.

I just, I have to come to terms with the fact that the high-heel-wearing section of my life

is in the past.

And you know what? I'm okay with that! I definitely prefer flats.

Any helpful sites to help for finding an apartment in Munich?

Yes!

And I also made a video about my experience moving in Munich, so I will link to those

helpful sites and my video down below as well.

Is living in Munich really that expensive?

Well, Munich is definitely expensive, but it's certainly not the most expensive place.

I've heard that Zurich in Switzerland is more expensive.

But especially moving to Munich from Prague and before that Florida, I was really shocked

by the apartment prices in Munich.

You get a tiny little place for, what felt to me, like a lot of money.

But things like food at the grocery store and going out to eat, and the price of clothing,

I think that those things are pretty reasonable in Munich.

I'm okay with those prices.

They don't seem all that different from what I've seen in Prague or in Florida.

Whereas, for example, when we went to Norway, oh my God, you need to be prepared to give

an arm and a leg to eat at a restaurant in Oslo.

I was shocked.

It was, like, sixty or seventy dollars for two people to have a burger and fries and

sodas at what I would consider to be a, just, "normal" restaurant.

So yeah, I guess that I would just say that some things in Munich do seem more expensive

and then some things in Munich seem pretty reasonably priced compared with the other

places that I have lived.

So my question for you is: What is the most expensive place that you've been to,

what are your tips for learning a foreign language, and what item have you brought with

you on vacation or to a new city that you realized once you got there was pretty useless

and just took up space in your luggage?

Please let me know in the comments below.

Thanks so much for watching.

I really hope that you enjoyed this video.

I like these! I like doing Q&A videos. These are fun.

So if you have more questions, let me know.

I really don't know. I mean I'm not move...ah...

Well, I guess I said I wanted an adventure...but as I can...as...as I bet you can...

as I bet you can imagine...

Bye! Thanks so much for all the questions!

Best Filipino Food - Must-Eat GRILLED MILKFISH in Manila, Philippines! - Duration: 14:04.

- Hey everyone, it's Mark Wiens.

I am in Quezon City,

which is right next to Manila in the Philippines

and I'm at a restaurant today for lunch

which is called Pochok Bangusan

and this is a restaurant, this is a carinderia,

which is a local, food house eatery.

It's a family-run restaurant, it's a friendly place to eat

and they serve some amazing looking Filipino food here

and especially on of their main dishes is the bangus,

which is a milkfish

and it looks absolutely stunning.

(upbeat music)

(speaking Filipino)

- [Mark] This is adobo?

- [Server] Yeah.

- [Mark] OK.

- [Mark] OK.

Ohh, what is this on top?

- [Server] (speaking Filipino)

- [Mark] Ohh! (speaking Filipino)

- [Server] (speaking Filipino)

- Along with a huge selection of local Filipino food,

that you can pick and choose from,

one of the things that you have to order,

when you eat at Pochok Bangusan is their special bangus.

Bangus, which is a milkfish,

is grilled on an insanely hot fire

and the charcoal is even fanned to keep it flaming hot.

After the milkfish is grilled, it's flipped over

and to finish it off, it's topped in a thick layer

of green tomato relish.

It's an absolute stunner of a dish,

that you don't want to miss.

Pochok Bangusan.

Pochcok?

- [Woman] Pochok Bangusan.

- Pochok Bangusan.

- [Woman] Yes, sir.

- OK, thank you.

This local restaurant is in Quezon City,

so it's a little drive from central,

from the downtown area of Manila,

but it looks like the food is gonna be well worth it.

I think it's about 11 a.m. right now,

so most of the dishes are freshly prepared for lunch.

This is one of the best times to come eat here

and the food looks, you know, the dishes are full too,

so the, I think they're about to get a big lunch rush,

but we got here before the rush,

but when the food is already made,

I have to begin with their signature dish,

which is the bangus.

Bangus is one of my favorite Filipino foods,

it's something I love to eat,

when I come to the Philippines.

First of all, I really love fish

and then milkfish has this unique texture and taste

and so they've grilled the fish,

just topped it with a bunch of wonderful,

I think it's green, mostly green tomato.

There's onion on here and there looks like

there's some green onions as well,

but I think most of that is green tomato.

You can see those grill marks.

You can actually smell the grill on it as well.

You can smell that charcoal aroma coming off of it.

Get a really close up look at that.

That looks delicious

and I'm just going for a straight bite.

Oh, that is good, mmm.

The texture of the milkfish,

I don't know if it's in my mind or not,

but you can almost taste like a milky,

juices coming out of it, but it's a dry fish,

so it has, similar to, if I could compare it to tuna,

it has that kind of dry naturalness to it.

But it has an amazing smoky flavor, as I could smell

and then you've got that topping.

It's really good , it's like a sour, tomatoey...

but it's not sweet at all, it's mostly all sour

and gives it a really fresh,

freshness with those onions as well.

Another signature dish they have here,

which is called bulalo

and this is a bone-marrow soup.

What this soup is known for is being a combination

of the broth and then they boil it for so long,

so the marrow gets released into the soup,

so you've got kind of a marrowy liquid,

that should be rich and flavorful and beefy.

It has like a, almost like a slippery feel to it,

because it's a little bit oily,

but what I like about it is,

it's definitely not too salty at all.

They've really controlled the saltiness,

so it's not too salty.

It is very rich and then you've also got the contrast

of the real beefy flavor, yet at the same time,

it's broken down by the vegetables and cabbage.

When you boil cabbage in a soup, it usually gives the soup

kind of a little bit of a natural sweetness to it

and that sort of breaks the oiliness of that broth.

Oh the meat, the meat is so tender.

Next up, this is an eggplant dish

and it is a whole eggplant, which is roasted.

So first they have a separate pan of just the eggplant

and then as soon as I ordered it,

she put it onto a plate and then she topped it

with what I think are little diced slices of green mango

and then also what I think is some peppered shrimp paste.

I'm gonna ask them what the name of this dish is.

What is the name of this dish?

- [Woman] (speaking Filipino) Alamang.

- Alamang.

- [Woman] Yes, shrimp, salt. (laughs)

- Shrimp, is it bago--

- [Woman] Shrimp, salt.

- Bagoo, bagoong?

- [Woman] Bagoon alamang.

- Alamang, bagoon alamang, thank you.

Eggplant is just such a wonderful thing to be roasted,

so I'm gonna, I'm going right in for the center here.

Oh yeah, it's soft, it's...

Ohhh (laughs) it just slides, my spoon just slides through,

like it's butter

and you've got the shrimp paste there,

you've got the green mango there

and I'm not sure if that is a sauce

or if that's just the gooey liquid,

that comes as a result of when you,

when you grill up, when you roast eggplant.

Oh that looks wonderful, it's like a glaze.

I might have taken a little too much

of the shrimp paste in that bite,

but I did manage to get the full range of taste,

tastes in that single bite.

Again, that eggplant is just so buttery-creamy

and then it has a roasted flavor

and then you've got that salty, shrimpy taste

of that fermented shrimp paste

and then that's contrasted by the sour crispiness

of the mango.

Wow, what a wonderful contrast of flavors.

Just for my next bite, I'm gonna add

a little less of the shrimp paste,

'cause that, if you take too much in one bite,

your mouth will just be coated in saltiness.

Adobo is one of the national dishes of the Philippines,

one of the most famous foods.

This is adobo with, is it mostly liver,

but also gizzards in here too, right?

Is it all liver?

It's like innards, chicken innards adobo.

There's liver here, there's gizzard, this is a gizzard,

I'm going for a liver.

Oh, and a heart, ohh!

Oh, the heart is still connected to the liver.

Is that a heart, right?

That's a heart, right Ying?

Oh, this is the bonus piece, heart and liver.

I'd better put this onto my rice.

I haven't even started on my rice yet.

OK, I'm gonna cut half this liver

and then add a little more of that oily adobo sauce

and I'm going for a liver and heart bite all in one.

Oh, double the organs.

Oh that is so tender and so creamy

and you know how liver has that really, really creamy,

really soft, almost like dry

and sometimes a little chalky consistency,

but then the heart has more of a,

a bouncy texture, like a hotdog,

but in the utmost, utmost natural kind of way.

So that's like having a creamy liver with a bouncy heart,

all in one bite.

Moving to the front here, this is menudo

and this is, this is a dish, menudo is a dish,

that is also very popular in Mexico.

Normally, when I've had menudo though,

it's normally the stomach, so I guess this is the,

maybe it's the, this is mostly pork meat in here,

but it's, it's like a stew.

That tastes exactly like a tomatoey,

kind of a little bit tart like a tomatoey stew

and then the final dish that Ying and I ordered right now

is grilled pork and actually we just got this,

because it looked good and it was fresh

and it smelled so good that we couldn't resist.

So grilled pork right off the grill.

You can see those char marks on it.

Something that I love about Filipino food

is when they grill, you can just see those char marks,

so you know it has an incredibly charcoal,

roasted, fire flavor to it

and that, yeah, the grilled dishes here are so good.

Mix this with a little rice and some adobo sauce.

That chargrilled flavor is undeniable

and the pork has a little bit of, some texture to it.

It's not too, not too soft, but it tastes like real pork,

real pig here.

(upbeat music)

Oh different bowl?

OK, but put it together.

(speaks Filipino)

(upbeat music)

I didn't realize this at first,

but I knew they had to have some chilies

and some condiments, so after trying all the food,

I went over there and I was talking to them

and they showed me where the condiments,

all the condiments are self-serve.

I'm always happy to have more chilies in any meal.

For the sauce, do you normally,

do you normally mix the-- - This is anchovy paste.

- The shrimp paste, or anchovy?

- [Woman] Anchovies.

- Oh, anchovy. - Yeah.

- Ohh, OK, so it's fish.

- Fish, fishoes, fishoes.

- OK, and do you mix--

- (speaking Filipino) Chilie.

- [Mark] OK, then eat with the bangus?

- Yeah, yeah, yeah.

- OK, thank you.

OK, squeeze in the calamansi.

- [Woman] (speaking in Filipino) calamansi.

- Oh, OK, you can dip in it also?

- Yeah, yeah, yeah.

- OK, and what about this sauce?

- Fish (speaking in Filipino) and soya sauce, lovely.

- Oh, soya sauce, just soya sauce?

- [Woman] Yes.

- And then chilies.

I'll just break these up in here.

Moving over to this fish here.

That addition of that green tomato on top is just brilliant.

Goes onto my rice and move over here,

add some of this sauce and that chili.

Oh yeah, OK, that is anchovy sauce.

Ohh, oh, I know that flavor very well.

Very sharply salty, fermented fish flavor,

oh and with that chili, and then contrasting

with the fish and then sour tomato,

oh, there's celery on here too.

Oh, that's awesomely good.

Oh, you have to eat this, when you come to Manila

and this time, I'm gonna go

for a little bit of the soya sauce.

A little soya sauce on there

and then I'll chase it with a chili.

I chased it with the chili.

That's a brilliant combination as well.

I think that's just straight soya sauce,

so you got just that.

It doesn't have that fermented flavor to it

and the chilies are a little bit spicy,

but they feel wonderful.

Oh, I love it.

Ohhh (laughs) wow!

OK thank you, thank you very.

Thank you very much, what is it, what is it called?

- Lechon kawali.

- Lechon kawali?

- [Woman] Yes.

Wow, and this is another one of their famous dishes here.

That is just ridiculously creamy

and fatty and crunchy, all the textures.

Those chilies went down so well,

that I had to get more chilies.

And then I've already eaten some of the beef,

but there's still a whole chunk of beef

attached to the bone.

Ohh (laughs) look at this.

I'm gonna, maybe I should just bite from here.

Oh yeah!

That is some real beef.

It's tender, it's a little bit fatty.

- 740.

- Just finished with that meal

and you can actually come out here and buy ice cream

right on the sidewalk, right outside of the restaurant.

The restaurant is packed right now,

lots and lots of people

and they are just smoking out this entire area,

it's just smoky because all of the bungus grilling,

the milkfish grilling on the grill,

just that smoke is filling this entire neighborhood.

The, everything was delicious, but that grilled milkfish,

that was just next level, unbelievably good.

That's something you have to order,

that's a Filipino food you have to order,

when you come to this restaurant,

but the, I love everything about his place.

It's friendly, the owners are very nice,

the food is delicious, the atmosphere.

They have both a few tables out in the front patio area

and then they have some tables on the inside as well,

but a fantastic, local restaurant in Quezon City.

I loved it and I hope you enjoyed this video.

#StoryExplanation: Little Nightmares "What I've Learned From The Game!" (English Subtitles) - Duration: 4:38.

"The Little Nightmares"

My best experience in videogmes for this year

Wich it's ending was a little bit confused and unexplained

In this video, we'll explain what happened in the Little Nightmare's ending

And the plot and the story of the game

So let's take a dive into the "Little Nightmares" ending explained

And what secrets lies in the game

"The Maw"

Almost all of Little Nightmares takes place on a ship known as "The Maw"

This underwater vessel is visualized by a small island

With a large tower protruding from the island-like structure

Seemingly rich visitors take a ship to the island

For the sole purpose of indulging their unquenchable appetites

Every single guest in the game is an obese person

With an appetite for any kind of meat, including the flesh of children

"The Children"

"The Maw" is essentially a prison and a resort for the rich people

The children on board are taken from their homes

And placed in the bottom of the ship, which serves as a prison

At first the children are given beds and toys to play with

However, as they grow and start to gain weight

They are placed in cages and the chefs in the kitchen prepare the children

To be served to the guests as food

"The Nomes"

The Nomes are perhaps the original inhabitants of "The Maw"

There's very little interaction with "Six"

But the children in the prison have made drawings of them

And the Nomes are afraid of anyone they come across

"The Lady"

Your character in "Little Nightmares" is a 9-year-old girl named "Six"

She is seemingly the daughter of the Lady

Who is the geisha-like individual

Who seems to be in charge of "The Maw"

Most theories point to "Six" being the Lady's daughter who is cast down to the prison

With the other children when the Lady realizes "Six" is more beautiful than she is

Several portraits of "Six" can be found near the Lady's residence.

The Lady is obsessed with beauty

But smashes every mirror in her presence

Because she can't stand to look at herself

It's assumed that the Lady is never satisfied with how she looks

And even wears a geisha mask to cover her face

Despite breaking every mirror around

Only one mirror remains in the upper levels of "The Maw"

And the Lady keeps it locked away so no one can get to it

She also has the power to drain people of their life force

It's theorized that she runs "The Maw"

In an attempt to fatten up the guests

So she can eventually drain their life force and take it for her own immortality

When "Six" uses the mirror and light to knock the Lady unconscious

She devours her to take this power as her own

Then uses it on the guests as she makes her way out of "The Maw"

"Six" begins her journey as a nine-year-old girl with little to eat

And it shows, as the game progresses

She can be seen biting into a rat, and eventually

a "Nome" who has offered her food

It's at this moment that you realize that "Six"

Has progressed from innocence to darkness

In the game's final chapter,

"Six" faces off against The Lady and defeats her by pointing a mirror in her direction

The Lady has never seen her own reflection before

This event wounds The Lady

After falling to the floor

"Six" appears to bite The Lady

"Six" then takes possession of her powers

That's the full theory and story about

"The Little Nightmares" Videogame

I recommend this game to everyone

It has a very beautiful graphics

And a catchy story

Hope you liked this video

And wait for us in another videos

In the Channel

Seaming Cast On and Bind Off Edges - Duration: 4:29.

In this video, I'm going to demonstrate how to seam cast on to cast on, or cast on to

bind off edges.

Any combination of those is essentially the same thing.

I have a ton of videos on weaving in ends.

And if you click a little "I" in the upper right-hand corner, that'll take you to my

videos, all of my weaving in ends because I think I've just...not weaving in ends, but

seaming, and weaving in ends, and grafting.

I think I've just about covered every possible combination, but I realized I didn't have

a cast on bind off video.

So here we go, let's go and take a look.

These two swatches have been used in lots of VeryPink videos in the past, but I haven't

used them in a few years, but they're out of retirement and here they are.

Now I'm going to be seaming these edge stitches here.

So this stitch in the middle does not matter.

These happen to be garter stitch, but it doesn't matter.

We're going to seam just the very edges, so just the cast on and/or bind off is the only

thing that matters.

And I'm going to be using a contrasting color of yarn so that you can easily see what I'm

doing.

I have plenty of videos on different seaming.

I think these might have been the swatches that I used when I did the seaming garter

stitch video.

So if I don't have an end to use, I'm going to attach the yarn to one side and go into

the same hole, and secures it on that side.

I'll do...just go through the edge over here.

Now when we're looking at this, we have on both cast on or bind off, a row of Vs, right?

And underneath this row of Vs, there's another V. I don't know how long I can keep this out

here.

There's another V.

We wanna put the needle under both legs of the V just under the V going this way.

So...if I...I'm actually gonna kinda stretch it.

There's my V right there.

And again, it doesn't matter what stitch there is in the fabric, we're just looking at this

stitch from the bind off row or cast on.

And...I'm gonna stitch over here.

Whoops, that's not right.

I went in too close to the edge.

Okay.

Now, I go into the same hole I came out of and I'll see that right there is another V.

And my needle is running parallel to the cast on bind off row this whole time.

Go into the same hole I came out of, and there's another V. And that's...really, mattress stitch

is the same.

This is mattress stitch.

And it's the seam regardless of how you're working it, where you're working it, just

the little bits that you put a needle under, the only thing that changes.

So I tighten that up.

Actually, garter stitch looks better if you don't wait and tighten it up all at once.

You kinda tighten it up as you go.

So this is an example of me tightening up as I go.

Actually it looks the same.

And with mattress stitch, you always have...you can't see the yarn that I used to seam it,

and we do end up with a ridge on the back, it's just the nature of mattress stitch, but

it's a very sturdy seam.

So there you have it, this is the technique that you will use.

You'll always look for those Vs under the cast on or bind off row, whether those...whether

it's a cast on or a bind off row, cast on to cast on, bind off to bind off, any combination,

good luck.

April 2017 Wrap Up & May TBR! [CC] - Duration: 6:56.

Hey everyone, my name is Kylie and this

is Miss Kyle Reads and we are already a

week into May so I figured that I better

wrap up my reading for April because

April is over. I only completed three

books in April but I'm not mad about it

because it's still quite a few pages. In

total I completed three books which

totaled 1535

pages. Divide that by 30 days in a month

and that's about 52 pages a day which is

okay. That's kind of what I did in March too,

I think. But I'm not mad about it

because I still completed three books.

That's more than zero books and I'm

doing lots of wedding planning and I

actually got an accounting job.

That is crazy for me to say because if

you've, you know, been here for a while

you know that I have my accounting

degree. I got that last May and I haven't

done anything with it but I got my first

accounting job which is crazy. And I'm so

super excited and nervous and scared and

all of the emotions about this upcoming

job but I just thought I'd share it with

you because you guys have been here with

me for it all. Let's just give me a round

of applause for finally getting a job

in my degree. So on to the books. The

first book that I completed in April was

Sailing to Sarantium by Guy Gavriel Kay.

This is the first book in the Sarantine

Mosaic and I have a whole book review

video for this book. Let me just tell you

it's superb. I gave it a 4.5

stars because I was a little iffy about

the first 60 pages of this book but the

rest of it is fantastic. Go watch that

book review if you want to hear more in-

depth thoughts about it but I will just

say that this is very politic-y. This is

very politically focused and it feels

like it's only half of the story because

it is the first book in a duology, it

feels like it's the first book in a

duology and we've only got half of the

story. But I love our main character in

here, Crispin is an artisan who has to go

to Sarantium to build a mosaic for the

new dome that's being built by the

Emperor and it's so great. There are just

such good characters, the writing is

fantastic, the world is so rich,

everything about this book is so rich. I

have a feeling that Guy Gavriel Kay is

going to be one of my favorite

authors just because the writing in this

is so great. The next book I completed

was on eBook and that is the Rest of Us

Just Live Here by Patrick Ness. This book

was pretty big on Booktube a few years

ago, maybe last year and that's because

it has such an exciting premise. The

premise of the Rest of Us Just Live Here

is that normally in a fantasy story we

follow the main character, the character

who is destined to do great things and

save the world but the rest of the

characters, the normal people just living

their lives, they never get any action

in the book because it's so focused on

those characters. So we kind of focus on

those side characters, the characters who

are just living their normal lives and

that sounds like a really exciting

premise. This is a YA book and I don't

know. I have read More Than This and the

Knife of Never Letting Go by Patrick

Ness and I always just feel kind of meh

about it. Like it was enjoyable,

I gave it a 3 stars because I didn't

hate it by any means. But I just thought

some of the character interactions were

a little different ,the plot was weird

because it's a weird book, you know, with

the synopsis. I just feel like the

premise of the book was better than the

actual execution of the book and that is

very sad to say. But it was an okay read so

I gave it a 3 star, middle-of-the-road

3 stars. But I don't think I'd recommend

it. If you really love Patrick Ness as a

writer then I would say go for it but

otherwise, I think you could pass on this

one.

And I finally finished my audiobook of

Royal Assassin by Robin Hobb. This is

the second book in the Farseer trilogy

which is the first trilogy in Robin

Hobb's Elderling Realm, like the whole

world that Robin Hobb writes most

of her books in. I give this a 4 stars

just because I couldn't give it anything

less because Robin Hobb's writing is so

fantastic. I have a book review, quite a

while ago of the first book, Assassin's

Apprentice, so go watch that if you don't

even know what the Farseer trilogy is

about. But in this one, we continue on

with Fitz right after the end of the

first book and oh my. Fitz I have so many

feelings about. He is such a childish

character and he's so naive but he's

doing these things and he's responsible

for these things that are- that are

major in this world and that have so

many consequences with politics and

whatnot, oh my. I just thought this book

was super slow and hard to get through

but I did get through it and then I got

the last 130-150 pages and I binge read

those all at once which is nuts.

I just thought those last 130 pages were

so much better than the rest of the book.

I don't know if I was just that invested

in it at that point in time or what it

was but

oh my, poor Fitz. But I have started the

third book and I think I already like

the third book a lot better than I liked

this one. I don't know what it is, a lot

of people like this second one and they

don't like the third one whatsoever and

granted, I'm only like three chapters

into the last one but I don't know. I

just don't know how to feel about this

but Robin Hobb's writing is so great. The

characters developments that she is able

to create is astounding to me. These just

feel like actual people and a lot of

them I hate that I'm supposed to hate

and a lot of them I love that I'm

supposed to love and that's just great.

So those are the three books that I

finished in April and at the end of

April I had started to read Fablehaven:

Rise of the Evening Star which is the

second book in the original Fablehaven

series and I like this one. I like Seth, I

like Kendra. This follows their

shenanigans after they have to go back

to the preserve that their grandparents

keep of magical creatures, it's just

great. The first book, Fablehaven, is so

great. We get introduced to these two

characters who are kind of middle grade

age and this middle grade series is just

good, I don't know what else to say about

it. The writing's pretty great, all of the

threads in the story like connect with

one another and things from the first

book end up here in this book and it just

makes a lot of sense and I love that it

makes sense because it needs to because

it's a middle grade story so middle

graders need to be able to think for

themselves in order to connect these

dots. I've only got like 80 pages left of

this so I'm excited to see where this

ends because it's kind of starting that

crescendo to the end and I love that. For

the rest of May I have no idea what I'm

going to read. I might continue on with

the Fablehaven series just because I'm

really liking the second book. I might

read some

science fiction which is weird. I might

continue on with Guy Gavriel Kay and

read Lord of Emperors, the second book in

the Sarantine Mosaic. I don't know. I

just have so much freedom because I've

got all these books that I can read and

I love it. Alright everyone, thank you for

joining me and my quick wrap-up of what

I read in April and what I hope to read

in May. Comment down below with your

favorite book that you read in April and

I will talk to you guys next time,

goodbye!

Situation: BM's friend came to visit him

"How did you come up here?"

"I'm Matthew's friend"

Is he your friend Matthew?

Yes he came here from the US

Why are you a friend with this kinda guy! (Joking. I think they are all so close to each other LOL)

Fans are holding the blue thingy in the dark

And I've got this special ticket YEEEAH

Wild K.A.R.D party "RUMOR"

Waiting time: you can watch the teaser video

K.A.R.D's here!!!!!!

fan meeting time~

Please come up to the stage

BM's going to give the CD by himself

Congratulations~

YOU ARE NOT WHO YOU 'THINK' YOU ARE... - Duration: 7:38.

Hey, what's happening, thank you very much

for stopping by Lying Beliefs this is

Maurice, Lying Beliefs is a channel that's

been created to deeply analyze the

man-made beliefs that 'lie' within our

subconscious mind. And as usual I have a

question;

today's question is do you realize that

you are not who you think you are?

Do you realize that the idea that you

think defines you is a lie! Do you

realize that the information that you

rely upon to define you that lies in

your mind,

provides you with a false identification;

which means every single day we are

carrying around a false ID, which is why

we are constantly being arrested by

subconscious minds. We human beings are in

constant pursuit to discover who we are,

but we need to realize that we need to

find our way back home, in order to

discover who we are we need to really

find our way back home. And when I say

find our way back home, I mean we need to

find our way back home---home is where the

heart is. But we don't live here, we spend

our entire lives

in here! Which is why we have no idea who

we really are, which is why we believe

that we are an idea.

We human beings as relates to trying to

discover who we are we seek concepts,

each and every day we think that we need

to be some sort of idea or concept we

need to create this self-image as an

idea of who we are,

it is these ideas that conceals us, that

conceals our true identity. I can ask

anybody this question; hey, let me ask you

what are you? And usually get a prompt

response, oh I'm Black or White, Chinese

Hispanic, etc....But, here's what's

interesting

I can ask somebody this question and the

response is not so quick. Hey, let me ask

you; who are you? I usually get that, like why are

you asking me that question? There's a big

question mark (?) even with that look; but if

someone does pursue to try to discover

or answer that question, I can see them

fumbling around in their mind trying to

find some sort of concept that they

think defines them; but there's

absolutely nothing in our minds that

will ever, ever identify who we are. And

until we realize that we'll always be

lost within the concepts of

we think we are. We human beings are more

valuable, there is more to us than we

believe, there is more to us than we think; but

here's what we think. We are human beings,

but we human beings believe that we're

'ONLY' human, not realizing that it is the

'Being' that defines each and every one of

us. It is the 'Being' that defines the energy

of who we are. The Being is

'present 'before anything else materially

matters and that is not philosophy that

is truly scientific that is bona fide

evidence. And what I mean by that is the

first sign of who you are is detected in

your mother's womb before anything else

matters. It is that energy that is

detected by the ultrasound, so before you accept these man-made ideas,

these may make concepts of who you are,

please,please cradle the true conception

of who you are, because during that

embryonic conception all there is, is

life, energy, the intangible-- YOU! A

conscious form of life, of course doctors

say that is nothing more than a heartbeat

hey, we hear a heartbeat, no you don't! It's not

a heartbeat, it is a vibration of

electromagnetic energy it is a vibration of

life that is what is detected in your

mother's womb, that defines the true

essence of who we are, that is the energy

of this universe---that's love. That is the

only thing that defines each and every

one of us that energy love that energy

is always in motion that energy is

universal, that energy

defines every living species on

this planet, specially the human species.

There's an elevated sense of love within

us that's what we are all in pursuit of

just that and every feeling that stems

from love. So, we human beings we're not

really seeking to be saved that is not

what we are after really. This idea of being saved,

especially the religious idea of being

saved that is not really what we are

we're in pursuit of or we are hoping for.

Deep-down inside we just want to be

'found', we want to discover who we are,

that is really what we want, we want to

be found. And if you really want to

be saved you must understand that nobody

is going to come and get you and take

you to a better place, you have to make

that better place. Heaven or Hell has

absolutely nothing to do at a specific

location it is actually refurbishing

your mind to experience heaven or hell;

we have the choice to create that, heaven

or hell lives in here! YOU decide where

you live, so it's very important that we truly

understand and discover who we are. And

like I said,

once you find who you are everything

will make sense, everything will become

crystal clear, the darkness you will

begin to exit and you will

discover the 'light' of reality, because

you will realize that that 'light' that

defines reality is the light that

defines YOU!

Hey, peace and one love and may your

journey towards discovering who you are

be a success. Alright, be good

your boy signing off and I'll talk to you

soon. One Love!
