Youtube daily report May 8 2017

Hello everybody. I'm Sonic and more. Today I'm going to tell you some news about the channel. I tell you,

I wanted to start uploading videos of Sonic Boom episodes, but I don't want to have problems

with the copyright. So that was canceled. Second. I'm going to stop making videos for a

while because I'm tired of doing them, editing them, etc. I want to get some rest of

youtube. That doesn't mean that I don't like it. I love my channel, but I want to take

a vacation of youtube. The reason is that I've had personal problems. It's the only thing

that I can tell you. I hope you can understand it. I don't know how long I'll go. But don't

worry, it won't be forever haha. The last. The day of my birthday will be the

only day that I upload a video. I'll make a special video. I won't tell you when it'll be, because

I want it to be a surprise. Well. That's it. See you soon.

Visual Illusions: Why You See Things That Aren't There - Duration: 4:45.

So, you know when cartoon characters bump their head and then there's, like, stars

start whirling around them?

Well, there's actually some truth to that: if you bump your head hard enough, you might

actually see little flickering lights in your eyes.

These flickers are an example of what's known as an entoptic phenomenon, where your

brain misinterprets signals so you see things that aren't really there.

It's not quite the same as a full-blown hallucination, but it is messing with your

perception of reality.

Back in the 1660s, Isaac Newton experimented with this by STICKING A GIANT METAL PIN INTO

HIS EYE SOCKET TO PRESS ON THE BACK OF HIS EYE.

Why, Isaac Newton?

You're supposed to be a smart guy!

The good news is, you don't need to stick things in your eye to experience entoptic

phenomena.

And also you shouldn't.

You can see similar flickers by rubbing your eyes, or even staring at something boring

for too long.

And all because of some quirks in your eyes and brain.

For example, no matter how dark it is in a room, you'll never see it as 100% completely,

totally black.

That's because the rod cells in your retina, which detect light, are really sensitive.

In fact, the rods have been known to respond to just a single photon of visible light.

They work using a protein called rhodopsin.

There's lots of rhodopsin in each rod cell, and when light hits rhodopsin, it changes

form, in a process called isomerization.

The change causes a special cell called a ganglion cell to send a signal to your brain,

which processes the signal into an image.

But other types of energy can cause rhodopsin to change form, too — like thermal energy.

So your eyes can respond to heat instead of light!

It's pretty rare for an individual rhodopsin protein to react this way, but there's so

much of the stuff in a single rod cell that the average cell will mistakenly send a electrical

signal to the brain once every couple of minutes.

And because there are over a hundred million rods in your retina, that translates to a

lot of random signals coming in pretty much all the time.

So even if it is totally dark, without a single photon of visible light in the room, thermal

energy will activate your rod cells anyway, and you will not see total darkness.

Instead, you'll see a very dark shade of grey, called eigengrau.

You can try this for yourself by going into a

totally pitch-black room and closing your eyes.

If there are no photons entering your eye, you'll see eigengrau.

But you can't blame your rods for all entoptic phenomena.

Sometimes, the ganglion cells fire a signal even when they're

not excited by the rod cells.

It turns out that pressure can also excite ganglion cells.

So if you carefully rub your eyes and apply a little bit of pressure, you'll cause ganglion

cells to fire signals as if there's light entering your eyes.

Your brain interprets those signals as little flashes of lights called phosphenes.

Specifically, they're pressure phosphenes, because they're caused by a change in pressure

in your eye.

But there are other ways to see phosphenes — like if you've ever had your vision

go wonky when you stood up too fast.

The retina has an especially high metabolic rate, which means that it needs tons of glucose

and oxygen for its size.

When you stand up too fast, there's a sudden drop in blood pressure, and for a few seconds

your retinas might not get enough blood to work properly.

That causes your ganglion cells to misfire random signals,

and you see those little dots and flashes.

And if you hit your head really hard and see stars?

That's because you bumped it hard enough to mess with your occipital lobe: the part

of your brain that does visual processing.

Some people experience entoptic phenomena more than others.

For prisoners and truck drivers, for example, phosphenes can get pretty severe because of

the lack of visual stimulation.

In some cases, they'll see phosphenes as more than just a flicker: they'll see glowing

circles or spinning spirals, in what's known as a prisoner's cinema, because it's kind

of like you're seeing a full cinema show.

Prisoner's cinema is probably caused by a combination of phosphenes and sensory deprivation.

Even though a prisoner's or truck driver's eyes are open, they're staring at what's

basically an unchanging scene, so their brain isn't getting much new information.

And when you're visually deprived, your brain amplifies the signals coming from your

ganglion cells to make up for the lack of stimulation,

and you end up seeing those circles or spirals.

So they might not be full-on hallucinations, but there are lots of ways that your eyes

and brain play tricks on you.

And you do not need to stick horrifically large things

into your eye socket to experience them!

Miracle School - Preparing Your Brain For Miracles - Duration: 4:11.

I have been working on the Miracle Consciousness for the past few months.

The very fact that you will go after Miracle is a good sign because the Scientists won't

accept Miracle.

Or even ordinary people will not think that Miracle is possible because Miracle is a remote

happening.

They are right, because it is remote, because we don't understand what a Miracle is.

Although here and there we have great people like Einstein saying that, "whatever I have

been able to discover, they did not come from my rational Brain, my rational thinking, it

came from my intuition."

That's why he said, 'Where science ends, there religion begins.'

So, it's important for us to understand Miracle.

Meditation should be mostly on the MidBrain.

The Divine will help you.

The Divine, meaning the Archetypes — you know, I have been introducing Ganesha as an

Archetype.

They can help you because you have to really work very, very hard to activate these things,

these parts of the Brain.

When the Brain is empowered then you have Siddhi Powers.

Siddhi Powers are the Miracle Powers.

So now it's a matter of neurology.

And, also, it's a matter of devotion to the Divine.

The most important is the Grace from the Divine or from the Guru.

I have seen in my life that people who have — I can only talk about myself — who have

completely, completely, been in touch with me, where somehow they were

able to relate to me in a way that they think about me all of the time.

And I know them, who they are.

And I am able to produce significant changes in their lives.

The emotions are very important.

The emotions are more powerful than the intellect.

So you have to really be in touch with the Divine.

I want to prepare you to be more dedicated to the changing of your Brain and also, be

part of the Golden Age Community.

Pregnancy Smoothie | Best Smoothie for Pregnancy | Green Press - Duration: 2:54.

Alright guys, I'm going to show you how

to make a pregnancy smoothie. If you're a

good partner then this would be

something you're making the whole nine

and a half months...I probably made it

twice because I'm a really bad person.

So don't take my lead, but take this

recipe because it's fantastic. It's got

all of the best nutrients for a pregnant

woman because their needs are obviously

very specific. They're incubating a

little parasite that just takes

everything. So let's get going. We start

with some frozen banana, more than

anything that's just for the creaminess

and the texture and to make this taste

delicious. Spinach should be in every

smoothie recipe you make, vitamin C and

calcium are the particularly nutrients

that are going to be really beneficial

for a pregnant lady. And then we're going

to add in some pumpkin seeds, the protein

source, very important, healthy bones,

growing the baby, and there's also

essential fatty acids in that as well.

And the magnesium is brilliant as well,

something we're all deficient in but

pregnant women need to be aware of that

as well. I'm adding in some tahini here.

Protein and calcium another really great

calcium source. Then I'm going to go

hardcore... blackstrap molasses which a lot

of people are going to turn their nose at.

It's pretty strong stuff. I'm not going

over the top with how much I'm using and

if you do find it really disagreeable

then I would switch to dates. But the

reason we're using that is the iron

count is off the chart for blackstrap

molasses. A pregnant woman needs 27

milligrams of iron, which is roughly

three steaks, so unless you are a

carnivorous barbecuer, I really recommend

getting onto this. Really great

supplement. We're going up with some

ginger next, that's going to obviously

help the nausea component of pregnancy.

It's also going to give this a bit of

flavor. Great ingredient. This is the

Einstein ingredient, flax seeds. You can

also use chia seeds but for this, we're

using this for the omega-3 count, the

essential fatty acids, really stimulate

brain development. Adding your next ingredient

some coconut water. Get that going again. Some

sweetness. Put a lid on.

Clip it in. Get in there. Get into it. It's

actually pretty decent. The molasses

works great with the ginger. Pregnancy

partners should definitely be enjoying

this together every day. It covers so many

micronutrients and macronutrients that

are specific to pregnancy and pretty

delicious. If you want the full recipe

click the link.

13 Reasons Why...You are single or Why you choose to be single | Kenny Li Vlog - Duration: 4:45.

Hi, hello guys! Welcome back to my channel!

before we start this video, i would like to thank everyone

who watched my q&a video last week!

if you haven't, please do subscribe to my channel

and hit the notification bell down below to get updates

about new video uploads to my channel!

Usually, it's a monday upload at 7pm, pacific time!

But i will try to upload videos during the week

or with in the week, maybe 1 or 2 videos so that

our upload is continuous! okay?

but usually it's going to be a monday upload!

Remember! Don't forget to hit the notification down below and subscribe! :)

Let's start the video!

Since 13 Reason Why is trending and popular today,

I made a video about 13 Reasons Why you are single?

reason #1: You are not ready yet!

maybe, you still want to do a lot of things in life

that's why you can't make time to have a love life

and you choose to be single.

reason #2: You're busy with everything else except your love life!

Maybe you are too busy juggling work, career, school, family and friends

so you feel that there's too much in your plate already for a love life.

...because it's super stressful if that's the case

reason #3: Your are dumb or He/She is dumb!

maybe, you're still single because...

you don't have the courage to say that you like him/her

or he/she can't admit that he/she likes you either

It's really not going to work out

there's you and there's him/her but you are not together.

reason #4: You have a lot of insecurities.

(they are both the same but anyway...LoL)

maybe you think that your ugly, fat, unattractive etc. so,

you choose to be single because...

you don't want to be rejected

(that's the worst feeling folks!)

(that's hard)

reason #5: you are afraid to gamble in love, again!

this is the reason of a person who fell in love,

who got hurt and got dumped.

Their past relationship didn't worked out

the way they wanted it to be.

They hold a little bitterness inside them.

Maybe because they have experienced to get hurt

that's why they are afraid to fall in love again.

reason #6: You are afraid or you don't like commitment!

You don't want to settle, in short.

You like to do things freely,

you don't want to ask for anyones' permission/consent

to do the things that you want to do.

You still wan't to be in control. You still don't like to share that yet!

reason #7: You gave up on love.

maybe you thought he/she will just going to leave you

might as well not get things started.

reason #8: You are still bitter towards your ex!

Even if you are not together anymore, you feel like

there's a chance to work things out, so you stayed single

because you're waiting for that time when

both of you are going to be together again, even if

it's not going to happen.

reason #9: You expect too much from your partner.

You have an overly high expectation of him/her.

maybe when it comes to being sweet, or

their views in life, or maybe when it comes to looks

or they way on how to be in a relationship should be like

maybe, it's just to high

and you don't like to be disappointed so

you didn't dare to look. You stayed single!

reason #10: You're playing hard to get!

(Please don't over do it!)

Don't make it way to hard for him/her to pursue you.

If you truly like your admirer, why make it way to hard for him/her to be with you?

Tell him/her your sweetest YES A.S.A.P!!!! (LoL)

reason #11: He/She is unsure if you are the one!

These are the people that knows your feelings for them

but because they don't like...

but because they are unsure if they like you back,

they are not doing anything to pursue you or

or they are not making any effort to be with you.

That's why you are single because

you are waiting for him or her.

reason #12: He/She is not ready to love you back!

Since he/she is unsure if you are the one or

he/she wants both of you to be together,

He/She can't love you back just yet!

Give him time. Give him/her time!

Maybe he/she will learn to fall in love with you as you wait.

but don't get you hopes high.

You also have to work for his/her love.

reason #13: He/She will never love you back!

The person you love doesn't love you too.

This is very sad :(

There are many reasons why he/she doesn't loves you too

maybe because, uhm, he/she is not ready,

he/she loves someone else,

he/she is waiting for someone else,

or its just that he/she doesn't have feelings for you!

There you have it guys!

What about you? What is your reason for being single?

or why did you choose to be single?

Comment it down below so we can talk about it! :)

ok? see you on my next video. bye! :)

"Watchmen" by Alan Moore & Dave Gibbons comic review - Top 10 Essential Graphic Novels 05 - #6 - Duration: 2:53.

[Book cover of graphic novel "Watchmen" by Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons (1987) - Number 6 in Top 10 comics countdown list]

Alright, onto number six on my list of Top 10 Essential Graphic Novels.

Number six is Watchmen by Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons.

Watchmen's story is about a group of superheroes who were active in the 1950s and 1960s,

but were forced to retire after they became unpopular with the public in the 1970s.

After they became outlawed, the Watchmen either retired,

got co-opted by US Government, or continued working outside the law as independent crime-fighters.

I love the distinctive personalities that each of these main characters have:

Doctor Manhattan,

Ozymandias,

The Comedian,

Nite Owl,

Rorschach.

It's interesting to see the comparison between the superheroes that they once were in their heyday,

as well as the way that they each individually dealt with not being able to continue as superheroes, when the law changed in 1977.

One thing that I should mention about Watchmen is how complete it feels.

This doesn't feel like the kind of story where the writer just invented some wacky characters,

and then started drawing them, not sure what would happen.

With Watchmen, there is definitely a well-defined story arc that feels like it's right there from the very beginning.

There will be little seeds planted early on in the story that might seem insignificant at the time,

but will be called back in later pages.

And there's lots of recurring visual motifs that pop up throughout the book,

such a smiley face with a drop of blood on it,

as well as the silhouette of two lovers embracing.

It's one of those stories where you understand most of what's happening the first time you read it.

But it also rewards additional readings,

so that you can appreciate all of the little things that you might have missed the first time.

Like "Tales of the Black Freighter", for example.

From a comics standpoint, it's also interesting to see how the story is told with such a restrained layout.

Compared to other comics that continuously dazzle the reader with characters popping out of the frame,

and artwork that bleeds all the way to the edge of the page,

Watchmen is drawn with a strict grid format of 3-by-3 panels per page.

Although, sometimes they do alter this 3-by-3 format, to add emphasis to certain panels.

As I mentioned at the start of this Top 10 Essential Graphic Novels list,

I'm not much of a superhero comics fan in general. But, I do love Watchmen.

Art Gallery | Episode 20 | Middlemarch: The Series - Duration: 4:24.

[Episode 20 - Art Gallery]

So a couple days ago, I was talking to Celia

when I interrupted her and Jamie

doing some sort of challenge or something.

Anyways, she was worried that too much of the footage was

kind of a downer and I happen to agree,

so today you are accompanying me

and my very sophisticated gentleman friend Edward Casaubon to...

- Dorothea I remember you had mentioned

not planning to watching any of the footage for your documentary

until the end of the year.

I was just wondering, because of you know

idle curiosity, whether that was still your plan.

- Yeah I uploaded everything to my hard drive without even looking at

the files so I actually have no idea what- - Good.

Good.

- We're at an art gallery!

Okay, so this is all work done by

students at Lowick. I would say mostly like

juniors and seniors, but I don't know. I

haven't taken many art classes but I

thought it would be fun if we came and saw them.

So all of this is student work.

- I can see that.

It's all printed! That's repeated! - Yeah, it's a repeated pattern.

- But that's-

- I like that one. It kind of looks like water.

Okay, now, what do you think of this one?

- I mean it's fine. It's

not ugly, but I don't I don't really get

it. It's just like- the texture looks complicated.

- I know! It's like 3D! It's so cool.

- Most of them are your friends, right?

So it's nice of you to support them.

I guess that was an interesting idea. - And mountains! Look!

- Ehh, I kinda see it. I just, like, what's-

What do you mean it's like teal?

Why is this one on the floor?

- Uhhh, not sure.

Must have been where someone wanted it.

- Should I put it back up? Am I allowed...? - No, no don't.

Hey! - Oh, hey!

- Yeah, sorry. It's just- - No, it's fine.

Ummm, it's Dorothea, right?

- I mean, umm, most people call me Dot.

You can call me Dot.

- Oh, awesome! Okay.

- Billie, will you introduce me to this

beautiful creature?

- Dot, this is my unnecessarily dramatic roommate, Adele Naumann.

- Adele, this is Dot Brooke, my cousin's girlfriend. - Oh, wow!

- Umm, so this is for the documentary you're

making, right? - Yeah, I'm actually impressed

you remembered.

- Oh, Billie forgets nothing.

- Thanks, Adele.

- Actually, I know this might be a weird request

but if you wanted to film for it, I have a couple extra

cameras I picked up from the media

center- - I'm in!

- And I won't watch any of the footage until the end of the year.

- I am totally in. Hello, camera.

- Hello, Casaubon.

- Umm, hello Billie. Hello, Adele.

- Well I guess I'd better get going, but

when do you want me to get you that camera?

- Well, actually I have an extra camera. It's really nice.

I never use it. - Oh my gosh, thank you.

That's- that'd be great. Thanks, Adele. - Yeah.

- That work? - Just drop off the footage whenever.

- Okay, will do.

- See you soonish. - All right, bye!

FF interview #01 - Aikido - Duration: 12:55.

Hi everyone, welcome once again and this is the Full Fight channel!

Today, we will have an interview about Aikido with teacher Thiago Santana,

The guy is black belt, 3rd degree. Look ...

That interview will be unmissable.

The interview will not be so long but it will have a lot of nice things.

Will talk about how graduation works in aikido,

The origin of aikido,

The principles of aikido,

Anyway, it's going to be a must see. I will not extend much, check the interview with teacher Thiago Santana, about aikido.

Let's go to the video ?!

Aikido, the word ...

By the root of the ideogram,

Then, this first ideogram here above,

It means: join, integrate, fit ...

The second ideogram, which is this one here,

What is the '' ki '' of '' kido ''

Is the same ideogram that is written in acupuncture calligraphy.

Often mistranslated,

As if it were an almost surreal energy, something like that.

But by the root of this ideogram,

Here is the rice seed,

And here is breath, steam.

Then it is the steam produced by the rice seed, that is,

The food is ingested,

And it produces vitality.

So...

Perhaps the closest translation into the Portuguese language, would be vitality,

In this second ideogram.

And the latter, who is well known in the martial arts,

Alone he has another name,

But when it is in a complex ideogram like this, it is called ''do''

What is the day

This ''do'' of the way,

It's not like it's ...

A point from here to there,

The ''do'' of the way, is a form of walking, way past.

So that's the purpose of it.

Joining everything: integrate, join, fit, reconcile ...

Vitality, as a way of being ... as a way of walking.

Then, what we apply in the movements of ... techniques of basic principle,

We perform with that feeling.

Basically, what we perform on a daily basis, needs that same feeling.

To unite, to fit in, to conciliate, to integrate. As a way of being.

So it's not a waste of energy, it's a very big energy savings.

It is very difficult to speak of aikido,

When talking about the system,

The great aikido system, it is ...

It is as if it were a great sphere. Here you have several schools.

We can not characterize aikido as various styles,

Because it would be a lack of rigor to say that it has several styles.

What happens basically is that, one school studies content here, another studying another there ...

And there we find ourselves in content study, we separate ourselves in study of content,

But we are always on the same surface,

Stepping on the same floor.

Then this is basically the function.

But that does not mean that they are styles,

Because style is a very fixed thing,

And the founder said that aikido has no form, so that's the basic difference.

The basic difference of having no form in this movement,

it's...

Is to want much closer to a feeling than what we do with the body.

Then what we will leave impregnated in the body, in the movement, is the feeling that people practice.

In aikido too, another central feature, independent of schools,

it's...

Is that aikido, does not use the idea of opponents.

So you have two training partners,

Someone runs the movement, (we call it tori), someone gets the move (we call uke)

So there are data moments in the training that this is rotated, in functions,

But in no time there are two people struggling.

So they are fitting together, reconciling, integrating,

as a way of being.

So there is no such feeling of rivalry during training.

This is one of the main characteristics that it has in aikido.

And I believe it would be a lack of rigor for me too,

Try to define what aikido would be in a brief way.

What we realize, is ...

maybe the best way to define it (aikido), is to seek the sources,

Then it is to seek the founder himself to tell us what is and is not aikido.

So we always had a question of trying to explain aikido,

But I think the school's function here is to get these backgrounds all the time.

So that ... it is he who will define us what is and what is not, aikido.

And I, in the role of school leader,

I will try to do my utmost not to omit this teaching nor to try to add anything that is not within the traditional body of aikido,

Or opinions of their own, or whatever.

Then the goal of aikido is to build a society of peace,

When you start mastering your own spirit of aggression. This is the basic purpose.

It is a message of a culture of peace.

If there is a culture of violence, that people live today basically in Brazil,

I think it is also a possibility of developing a culture of peace.

Was when the founder himself wanted the world to experience the path of art.

* Thanking *

For a long time, there was that ...

Attempt to show that ... people ...

Perhaps the most adequate word for me, in Portuguese is not that we use technique in aikido, we use principle.

So a basic difference is when someone talks like that, look ...

There are several types of chair. With long, lower seat, three-legged chair, two, one, four ...

One thing is the idea of chair, so in aikido, technique would be these types of chair.

And the essence, the principle, would be the chair,

So basically, we work, it's not ... so, in a minor way, as if they were types of technique.

But it is a principle that rules what is in fact a chair.

In the case of movements, are the principles of shiho nague, irimi nague, kote gaeshi ...

And are principles that fit between them.

And ... are defined that way.

Then, perhaps, in the Portuguese language it is more appropriate to say that we have principles and not techniques.

* André *: Master, how does graduation work? The tracks, how does that work?

Then the school here, we are part of the Maruyama Institute, which is an institute recognized by the Aikikai Foundation of Japan.

it is...

Currently, aikido. he...

He is led by the Aikikai Foundation of Japan in the figure of Doshu Moriteru Ueshiba. what is...

The grandson of the founder,

And all black belt exams for example, they are recognized by the Aikikai Foundation of Japan.

They are all issued certification and all records are issued there.

The graduations they start with the 5th kyu, equivalent to the yellow band,

4th kyu - purple band,

3rd kyu - green belt,

2nd kyu - blue band,

1st kyu - brown band,

And he does the first examination for shodan,

Then, after the shodan, nidan - 2nd grade, 3rd grade and so on.

The Maruyama sensei has 7th grade,

Was the first Brazilian to receive this degree.

And basically from ... so, every track of that, every kyu ...

It has a set of principles to be performed in the exam,

Which is requested.

Has a minimum time, of course, for each of them,

To be summoned to take the exam.

it is...

The interesting thing is that the curriculum is the same one that is applied in Japan. It is identical.

So we do not have a grid in Brazil and another in Japan,

a mesma grade executada em Tóquio é a mesma executada aqui na escola.

Then basically principle, of execution of movements,

These movements, they were thought of in a gradual way,

So they will accumulate up to the black belt exam.

The basic difference is that you being black belt, does not characterize that you are an instructor,

Being black belt, you have a symbolism for the community, which is you to be recognized internationally as a black belt, as a practitioner.

Because all the students of kyu, they are aspiring to real practitioner.

Only the black belt is officially known as a practitioner.

Then that is the difference, if becoming an instructor goes a lot of the relationship you have with ...

With your teacher and he will entrust you with this function,

Because being an aikido instructor, in our organization,

she is not...

It is not a purpose. Because so, you saw that at the end of training, we cleaned the mat,

So, who gave the training, is not more important than who cleans the mat.

Then are functions that are executed within the space,

And are very important functions because ...

In the society of the people, it is said that whoever picks up garbage at the door of the people who produces garbage,

Is less important than you producing.

Then this imbalance is not passed into the school, it is not passed into the dojo. So...

Who gives the training, it is not more important. Are just different functions for the large set to work.

Then there is a purpose that you get to practice aikido because you need to become an instructor,

This is not the purpose,

Are functions that are performed, only for the maintenance of the art,

And the diffusion of it.

Then that is the only purpose.

The rankings basically work like this:

When you achieve a minimum amount of movement, training, movement sets,

More, their participation, their personal development,

And then the instructor invites you to take the band exam.

So in this invitation you do not refuse, nor ask to do graduation,

Then it is a trusting relationship,

Of who will be your instructor who is ...

Tracing the ...

The way he wants you, and that relationship of trust is when he tells you,

When you need to be within that challenge or not.

When you take a graduation examination,

This is not to say that you are an expert in the movements you have just shown,

In fact, you are showing to the whole school, to your friends, your training partners,

What happened during so much time of training, that is, you are realizing that:

It was really worth it to have left home for my development,

as also...

it's...

For the instructor, it is being passed on to him that: it's only worth you to have trusted me,

And have delegated so many movements that for centuries ... it is ... they have come here in the west, in the city where people live.

that's it.

Guys, very cool interview right ?!

Master Thiago,

Thank you very much for the trust here in the channel Full Fight,

Look ... very cool even this interview,

What I found most impressive, was the issue of graduation,

Because in other arts, when you come in the black, you are the master,

And in aikido, when you arrive at the black, you are considered, now yes, as a practitioner,

In other tracks you are an aspiring practitioner.

cool, right?!

and another singularity that Professor Thiago told here is time,

He did not speak in the interview, but we talk here.

average...

6 years for you to take the black,

Only that, it's that guy who trains every day.

because...

Other than that, put 10 years up, so you can get a black one.

You think it's soft?

that's it.
