Hey guys, it's angel and welcome back to my channel today

I am going to show you most of the things that my god to my two kids for Christmas this year

My son Caledon is six years old and in kindergarten and my daughter Kerrigan is

Three and a half and I'm going to show you most not all of the things we got because some things are just

Practical things not really exciting things like underwear and pajamas and clothes

But I'm going to show you the toys most the toys and books that I got for them now disclaimer

This might seem like a lot to some families every family has a different way that they do things some families just do

They'll want need where everything some families

You know limit it to a certain number of toys some families limit it to a certain budget

Where the kind of family that have more fun getting more?

smaller or more inexpensive things versus

fewer more expensive things and

Really, I just really really enjoy of picking out gifts for people so I tend to go a little bit overboard but

Hey, I start shopping at least three months in advance

So I have plenty of time to get everything cumulated and price compare and get really good deals

Secondly like I said, I got some really good deals. I got a lot of these on

Black Friday

Or just sale prices where the price was

Like a lot lower than usual retail in fact most of them. I got about 50% off

sometimes even more

Thirdly we have some honey that the Navy has Otis over here. That's finally coming through

I got some YouTube money coming through and so that also helps us to have more money to work with

To spend on Christmas and lastly if Kalinin is birthday is a month before Christmas. It's November 24th and

So he has to wait so much of the year without having a gift-giving occasion

Kerrigan's isn't June. It's just like half the year so because of that

I just really like getting them quite a bit on Christmas because we don't really buy them toys just because we keep it for

the gift-giving occasions

And so then they get more during this time of year versus

More spread out throughout the year like some other families might do so with that said let's go ahead and get started

I am going to start with my six-year-old son Caledon so to start with this is one of his big toys

It's the paw patrol air patroller

This is one of the few things that he specifically asked for he saw its organs one of it

I haven't killer him on this another one of his big gifts is this Lego set it is

900 pieces

Of just you know generic all different colors and shapes and whatever so you can make whatever he wants

this was on sale on Black Friday for

$20 I think it's normally like more than twice that so he will have so much fun building so much with this

Another thing I got him was this Domino set he also has asked for Domino's before he likes thing with them at school

And I just thought this was a really cool set and it comes with

88 Domino's and

Blue and all these different pieces to do some cool stuff with it

And I thought this one's really for I think 10 dollars or so another thing

I got him is this color wonder set which is the paw patrol?

Like the air patrol and gets specifically he really loves color wonderer and the imagining things they especially

Love them in the car for road trips

And we are driving down to the San Francisco Bay Area

To see our family this week to spend a few days with them for the Christmas vacation

So I'm going to wrap this up and have him open it early and ahead of our trip so that he can have this to

Do in the car. Caledon is also really into reading. He's a really good reader in fact

He is reading at second grade level, and so he loves books and because I am

26 weeks pregnant with our third, baby

I got him these books that are all about new babies, so I've got this one waiting for baby

just kind of more about the pregnancy and the birth and I got the new baby here and

Baby makes five because that will be our family of five, just like the Berenstain bears

And I think he'll really enjoy reading those. He is really really excited to be a big brother again

Speaking of Legos I got him these two lego movies

So we got the regular lego movie and lego Batman these were on sale really cheap or Black Friday

I really love getting movies on Black Friday because you can get some really really good deals

That's usually the only time of year that we buy movies unless it is a Disney movie that we particularly want to own

Like when Moana came out we did buy Moana

But most the time we try to hold out for Black Friday so that we can save some money

And this is his last big gift. This is a cars three

like racetrack

Type of thing he's really had his eye on car tracks like Hot Wheels and matchbox and all those

Actually got him a cars three set that's different from this that you kind of like launch them

I thought like he could really like that especially because we have wood floors here in this apartment in the downstairs

I ordered it from JCPenney on= thanksgiving to ship to the store for pickup, and it still has not arrived

It's been almost a whole month, and it's nowhere to be found so the other day

I decided to pick this up at target instead. I took advantage of

Their coupon where you can get $10 off a purchase about $50 or more in toys

this was about $30. It was actually the most expensive toy I bought him, but I thought he would like it

I kind of wanted to mix things up a little so if you want to get all building toys

So I just wanted some building toys

Some car related toys some paw patrol and whatnot just to give him a little bit a]of variety in his toys

And I think he will enjoy this, it comes with Lightning McQueen

And I also got the cal weathers car so that he has another one to race with because it's really more fun

If you have two of them to race

because the one that loses goes to the pit crew and the one that wins does a victory lap and I picked Cal because

Caledon we call him Cal for short

So I thought that would be the one he would most want to have this his second car another thing

I got him is this Pokemon mega constructs so things are kind of like Legos that you build them

And you can put together the Pokemon this one is a Bulbasaur versus Pikachu I've been trying to get him this one

For over a month every time I've been trying to get it. It's been out of stock

they've only had the other ones like Charizard and

This one just happened nice near my shelf and not where it belonged

$15 and I just think he'll have a little fun because he really loves Pikachu so that's why I wanted to get

Specifically I also got him this paw patrol themed jenga like game

He really loves paw patrol still and he really likes playing games

And I especially think that he'll enjoy Jenga since it is kind of a building related

Type of game this was $5 at Walmart. I also got this little dart gun for $5 at

Safeway he really likes these now he's a little bit older

He's a little bit more responsible to not shoot people with them

And we did get him a small one last year

And he lost the darts of course so decided to get him another one because he was

Asking for another one when we were asking what he wanted for Christmas

So that's most of the stuff that we got for Caledon

So now let's move on to our three and a half year old daughter Kerrigan

This is her biggest gift this set of My Little Pony

There are Six of them so it's got the main gang: rarity Fluttershy

Twilight Sparkle Rainbow Dash Pinkie Pie and Applejack, I got this about three months ago. They had it on sale

It's normally about $60 and it was ill for about 40

And then they also had a coupon if you spent $50 or more toys get $10 off. So it was such a deal

I've said to pick it up really early and stash it away for Christmas

And she'll be so thrilled to open this she loves my little pony

Speaking of my little pony and I also got her this little like lip gloss

Set at walmart it was in the stocking stuffer section. It was only $3

And she's been asking about

Makeup she keeps trying to get up into my makeup and the answer she wanted her own makeup

She said yes, so I decided to pick this up

So like I was saying before with Caledon's

But the kids really love color wonder and imagine ink I got her these two imagine inks to be able to use on our road trip

So we got the My Little Pony which she lives and also trolls which she also really loves

She also really loves moana and she's been asking for Barbies, so I got her this moana doll

It was on sale for about

$10 on Black Friday

as well as this

princess Belle one which was on sale for about six or seven dollars

She has some gets really excited about Wonder Woman so I got the Wonder Woman on blu-ray for her

This was on sale for a really good price. I want to say like eight dollars or something for Black Friday

and speaking of cheap movies also storks with only like four I think and

Her other big gift is this doc McStuffins cart here. It's a medical

Cart care cart. I don't know he's got

And she really loves doctors toys, and this cart was on sale for half the price

$25 for Black Friday, so I knew that would be the perfect thing to get her for Christmas

Kerrigan also really likes books, but obviously. She is too young to be able to read yet

But I got her this little book set it comes with eight books and then it's got this little

Thing where you press the buttons, and it reads the books to you

I got these for both kids last year, and she really loved it so this time

I got her the Disney princess set and on Black Friday. They always have these for around $8 I think? Very inexpensive

Also another My Little Pony thing

This is the busy book so you've got the little board book inside

And then in the back you have like a little play mat with

The little My Little Ponies to play with. I got this on Zulily for around ten dollars

I think and speaking of my little pony and I also have this on zulily. It's princess

celestia little stuffed animal that was for five dollars she loves Princess, Celestia

There is a lullaby video on YouTube that she loves watching before she goes to bed

I mean it's about Princess, Celestia and Princess Luna

So I was excited to see that and lastly I thought it'd be fun to get her a game as well

So I got her this Candyland game

This was on sale for $5.00, and I think it's one that she'll be able to follow

Because she does know her colors, and then absolutely last. I got these are two elves for the kids

There's someone local who was making these

so got

Caledon his and Kerrigan hers has glitter on letters on hers

And I just think they're so cute, and they are only four dollars, and they're just so like soft and squishy

Really, just enjoyed playing with them. We're not gonna

do it like

elf on the shelf these are toys that they can snuggle with or do whatever they want with so there you have it that is

most of the things I got my kids for Christmas this year, I'm also planning on making a video about

Stocking stuffers for them and also a video about the gifts and stocking stuffers for my husband

Mayweather quickly poured cold water on talk of him entering the UFC, insisting his recent comments on a potential deal with MMA's premier promotion were taken out of context.

"That's not what I said," the former five-weight world champion said. "Exactly what I said is this, if I made a billion dollars before, I could do it again.

"If I chose to get in the UFC and fight three fights or fight four fights and then fight Conor McGregor, I could make a billion dollars, which I can.

"I can do it in three fights or even four fights, I could make a billion dollars if I choose to get into the Octagon and fight.

Workers.

Democrats are betting that they can win in 2018 by running against the new tax reform

bill.

It makes absolutely no sense but then again, we're talking about Democrats.

Do they realize they are now running against American workers and families?

Take a look at this column from the Wall Street Journal:

The Democratic strategy heading into 2018 comes down to running against the tax bill

almost entirely on the basis of its poor opinion-poll numbers, which result from months of negative

media spin.

Still, there are a couple of things worth noting about the position the Democrats have

staked out…

Consider as well the economic substance.

Among the criticisms of the corporate-rate cut is that businesses mostly would buy back

shares, benefiting only shareholders.

Certainly many will do that.

But the announcements by AT&T, Boeing and Comcast suggest another likely result.

In a growing economy with a tight labor market, scarce workers are increasingly valuable.

When Boeing says it plans to invest $100 million in its workers, the clear message is that

Boeing knows that in a strong and competitive economy, it is going to be in a bidding war

for talent.

That is part of the argument made by White House chief economist Kevin Hassett and others.

A wide body of research suggests that corporate tax reform that lets companies retain a greater

share of earnings will benefit workers in higher wages.

How any of this is bad is a mystery.

Democrats are betting that the private sector will fail to respond to the tax bill's incentives.

Democrats used to be the party of hope.

Now, by their daily admission, they have become the party of hoping that tax cuts will fail

and private investment won't help workers.

It's going to be fascinating to watch Democrats argue that working people would be better

off giving more of their hard earned money to the government.

11 INJURY PREVENTION Tools I Use Everyday TRIATHLON TRAINING - Duration: 7:41.

- Items that I use for overall health.

Use your imagination.

You got controversy,

the trolls have something to nag me about.

Morning, Trainiacs.

I just went and did a 45-minute deep water run

just to get the running legs under me before I start

getting into actual running once my heel feels better

in a couple of weeks.

And yeah, water running is about as enjoyable

as you think it is.

Very exciting.

So, even though I'm dealing

with a fair bit of heel pain right now and that injury,

I've been fairly injury free for about two years.

Before that, I was extremely injury prone

and then I kind of got the hang

of what I need to do to stay injury free.

And here are 10.

We're gonna go...

I think I counted up 10 items that I use for overall health.

The first one, very basic,

you see me here with it here all the time,

it's the stretchy bands, it's the TheraBands.

It's what I use after a swim to give the little muscles

here and here and in the traps

that have activation after a swim.

Because a swim is very front dominant

you wanna activate back here so you don't

start hunching over

and we keep our shoulders nice and balanced.

The second I'm gonna talk about before I get outta here

is a little rolly ball.

Almost everyone has these rolly balls.

I use mine primarily for foot aches and pains.

Whenever anything starts feeling really beat up in my feet

or kinda scrunchy in my feet,

I stand on that rolly ball, roll it around,

beat it up a little bit

and work it out so the muscles don't start

like overlapping and jumbling up.

Alright, super loud here so back to home.

I'll show you the other eight.

Next on the list is a foam roller

and I like to use a foam roller like this

to rub out any...

Oooh.

Sorts of tightness in between my shoulder blades.

Now, obviously you can use it in the more traditional ways.

Rolling out your IT band tightness

or your, whoa, quad tightness.

There's a fair bit of controversy

about whether or not foam rollers actually work.

I'm not gonna say they're gonna cure injuries

but I'll say that they'll a least do a little bit

to loosen you up.

Next, you gotta take care of your undercarriage

and for that I like DZ Nuts Chamois Cream.

I've tried all different kinds of chamois creams

for like, you know, under your underside

on the bike, before the bike.

You know what I mean, right?

Use your imagination.

And as far as I'm concerned,

DZ Nuts is the best that I've tried.

That's all you get.

You don't get a visual demonstration of this.

Sorry.

Next on the list, our insoles.

In the running shoes and the cycling shoes.

Having a stable platform to push off of

is like just having a solid foundation.

If your foot has little micro vibrations,

it's gonna transfer all the way up your body

on the bike, on the run.

You're gonna notice a little bit of a trend

as you saw with the spiky ball

that foot health, foot injuries, foot strength

is critically important to being a healthy triathlete.

Oh, hello there.

Next on the list of things that I use for overall health

and recovery are these RP Sports compression boots.

These are obviously getting

a little bit more on the pricey side than everything else.

But I use these after really really hard workouts

to get that circulation in my legs kick started.

And a lot of people say, 'Hey, do they really work?'

Yes, they really work.

I'm gonna be here for about half an hour now.

Hi, next on the list are these Footbeat feet recovery shoes.

These have an insole with a plunger that's right underneath

your venous plexus, which is a vein that is right there

and it pushes on that, driving blood flow

all the way up your leg.

It increases the blood flow by up to 15 times.

So, it's kinda similar to the recovery boots,

but you can actually walk around in 'em.

You're not tethered to one place.

I was really skeptical of these in Kona, but they work.

Next on the list are OOFOS slide recovery sandals.

These are just for walkin' around the house

and they're almost a brand new addition to the lineup.

Since encountering the heel pain,

I've found that these take away the heel pain.

Then when I went to the podiatrist last week

he said, 'What do you wear when you're at work?'

and I'm like, 'Well, lately I've start wearing OOFOS'

and he went, 'Mm, yeah, those are good.

Stick with those.'

(whispers) OOFOS.

Second to last on the list is a wobble board.

Coach pass has been using this for years

and years and years.

He's got a different model,

but essentially what you do with this

is you stand on it in various different ways

and you force yourself to balance.

And getting that foot strength

and ability to balance your body weight

is like starting that foundation

and that chain of body strength

right from the ground all the way up through your body.

And then last thing,

guarantee this is gonna drive some people through the roof,

is the human charger.

And what this human charger does is you turn it on,

ear pods emit light, put it into your ear,

and it's like putting sun rays in your ear.

Now, everyone's gonna be up in the comments like,

'That is total bullshirt Teran, you're selling us snake oil'

Well, you might now live in Winnipeg.

Up here we have something called SADS,

it's Seasonal Affective Disorder Syndrome.

It's because we don't really get exposure to the sun.

Even when it is sunny out, it's so damn cold out here

that I just went for a walk to and from the pool

and the only thing that hit some sunlight

was right here.

My sister has actually been battling depression

her entire life and one of the biggest things

that she has to be conscious of is during the winter

she doesn't get exposure to the sun.

So, she actually gets light treatment with things like this

and it works.

So, before you start slammin' me understand the science.

And you know what?

I've got a ton of things that I have tried out

and the only reason that I talk about these

is because I've actually noticed

that my energy levels are higher this winter than previous.

Okay?

Alright, now I've got a bonus one for ya.

And the last thing that I just got

that is a new addition to the TriTeran Headquarters

but I've been using all the time at the pool

is a light kettle bells.

25 pounds and I say that for return on time spent,

light high rep kettle bell swings

of 20 to 30 times three reps

is probably one of the best things that I've ever done

for just overall back structure health.

TESLA MODEL X vs. MODEL S FEATURES: Do I Regret Getting the Model S? - Duration: 8:30.

So to all my Tesla lovers out there, I want to know, do you have a preference for the

Model S or the Model X.

Now I've been a Model S owner for the past 5 months but I had the opportunity to drive

around this beautiful Model X around all day and I'm starting to wonder if I made the right

decision or not.

So by the end of this video, you're going to find out whether or not I have buyer's

remorse or if I'm perfectly happy with my decision to get the Model S. So without further

ado, let's go check out what makes this car so different from the Model S and also what

makes it so similar.

So let's go.

To prepare for our 2000+ road trip to California this week, we dropped our Model S off to get

serviced, and we were given a Model X as a loaner car for the day.

Here are the similarities and differences I noticed between the two cars.

So Model X vs. Model S. Well here's the thing, they're actually both really really similar

from what I can see.

I mean basically the Model X just looks like a larger version of the Model S but not that

much bigger.

I mean the main difference between the two is obviously one is a sedan and one is an

SUV.

You can even get them configured with the same combinations of battery packs and electric

motors, although with the Model X, you only have the option of doing all-wheel drive,

which is different from the Model S. For example when we first got our Model S, we had the

option of getting the Model S 75 D or just the Model S 75.

Now with the Model X you don't have that option.

You can only get the D with the Model X.

Now keep in mind, with the newer versions of the Model S, the same thing's going to

happen.

Now I'm strictly talking about the older versions of the Model X and the Model S. So

we had that option but now going forward, people who buy the new Model S's, they're

not going to have that option either.

So it's only the D going forward for all the Tesla models.

Now although the Model S and the Model X are very similar, because the Model S weighs more,

you can expect that to affect its speed and distance.

So for example if you have a Model X and a ModelS that are configured the same exact

way you can expect the Model X to go about 20 fewer miles than the Model S and be half

a second slower when going 0 to 60 miles per hour.

But in the grand scheme of things does it really matter?

Because when it comes to Tesla, the Model S and the Model X are the cream of the crop

when it comes to both speed and distance in electric cars.

Now what about the physical appearance of the two vehicles?

Most notably there are the falcon wing doors that fold up and out on the Model X, a show-stopping

feature that's guaranteed to impress friends and get you lots of looks out in public.

Other than it being an impressive party trick to show off, I think it also serves the functional

purpose of creating a larger opening for people to get into and easier access to the 2nd and

3rd rows.

So there's a lot of different ways to open this car which is pretty cool.

So one way is via the key fob.

Which you can double click the side of it, it'll open it or it'll close it.

And another way obviously is to just push the handle in and then another way.

If you want to close it you can actually do it from inside the car.

BAM.

How cool is that?

Speaking of opening doors, another function the Model X has that the Model S doesn't

is the option to upgrade your X to self-presenting doors.

They open automatically as you walk towards them, which is cool.

The doors will also close when you step on the brake.

Or you can just control the doors from the touchscreen.

Now one drawback to the falcon wing doors is that because part of the roof is now the

door, you can't mount a roof rack to the Model X.

With the Model S, however, you don't have the problem.

Teslarati posted this nifty roof rack review with photos of what the Tesla Model S looks

like with one installed.

Another thing I loved about the X is the panoramic windshield vs the all glass roof of the Model

S. While I love both, the glass roof in the Model S benefits the passengers more than

it does the driver because of where it's located.

Whereas the panoramic windshield in the Model X is up front.

So it was nice to experience a nice view for once while I was driving the Model X.

The only minor annoyance I had was with the driver and passenger mirrors.

They seem a little flimsy so they kinda vibrate when you're driving the car, which can be

distracting.

Another difference is the wheels.

On the Model X, 20-inch wheels come standard and you can upgrade up to 22-inch wheels.

On the Model S, 19-inch comes standard and you can upgrade to 21.

One thing I find cool is how many seats you can have in the Model X of course it only

comes standard with 5 but you can pay a little bit extra to have 7 which I think is awesome

if you have a family or if you just travel a lot with a lot of different people.

Now it's just really me and Karl so we don't really need this many seats in our vehicle

so for that reason the extra seats is not necessarily a plus for us, we're perfectly

fine with having the amount of seats that we have in our Model S.

Now one thing I don't like about the seats in the older model is the inability to fold

the middle row seats down.

With this older model that we were given as a loaner, we noticed the mobility of the middle

row was limited to just scooting forward and at a slightly downward angle, but that's

pretty much it.

You can't fold them down.

Although I do think it's cool you can control the seats from the touchscreen.

Now the newer Model X versions however, do offer the functionality of being able to fold

flat both the middle and third row seats.

BUT, they only offer it with their 7-seat interior and 5-seat interior.

If you get the 6-seat interior, only the third row seats fold flat, and not the middle row.

There's also the trunk space.

Our Model S trunk is surprisingly spacious.

And when we fold the rear seats down, we can actually fit a blowup mattress back there

and camp out during road trips.

With this older Model X, you can't do that.

While you can fold the rear seats down, they aren't flush.

The bottom of the trunk is not even with the folded seats, therefor it does not create

a seamlessly smooth surface suitable for laying down on.

And even if you do try to lay down, because the middle seats don't fold down, your entire

body won't be able to stretch out like it can in the Model S.

One other disadvantage of the design of the seats is how it obstructs the rearview mirror.

I didn't like how when I looked through the rearview mirror, my field of vision was

more limited with the Model X.

In my Model S, the headrest of the middle seat in the back is slightly lower than the

other two, which helps me see better.

One other to note about the Model X is there are just a couple of design flaws.

For example with the Falcon Wing Doors, sometimes they makes this creaking sound.

Okay so that's it, we just got finished inspecting everything.

At the end of the day it seems that Model X is very similar to the Model S, it's just

a lot cooler.

I mean those Falcon doors are pretty freaking awesome.

But I don't really think that it makes me regret getting a Model S. I'm still really

really happy with my decision to get a Model S and I don't think I'll be getting a

Model X anytime soon.

Unless we have a family in the near future, we might change our minds, I don't know

we'll see you you'll have to stay tuned for that.

But until them, I'm going to enjoy driving this around a little bit more before I have

to turn it back in.
