- we can be sure air conditioning will be more useful keeping perfect weather for your plants.

- We obviously need an Optic Line control base for weather, humidity, light, CO2, power...

- All of it and until 160 lamps with this controller. Thanks to this controller, we can optimize all weather factors,

Por esta razón MEDELLIN EN 3 se unió con la fundación Divina Infancia Jesus, Maria y Jose,

para reunir un grupo de niños en situaciones difíciles y traerles una experiencia navideña inolvidable

Geraldine, what does the foundation do?

The foundation Divina Infancia Jesus, Maria and Jose is a non-profit organization,

with the mission to look after boys and girls between 5 and 18 years of age

who are in vulnerable situations or in social risk.

How many kids are part of the foundation?

We have 150 kids who belong to the day-care, and full-time we have 80 kids and adolescents.

What does the foundation want to achieve?

What we want is for the kids and adolescents to be able to study a career that they enjoy at the university level.

We have families that don't have the sufficient resources to make this happen,

so thanks to other benefactors, they help us to put the kids into universities

to allow them to study their desired professions.

Thank you to Maria and her family for sponsoring this event with the kids.

Maria, why do you guys do events like this every year?

Well, we were looking for children from low-income homes that don't normally receive presents

or where there is a lack of love and support, in order to give them a special day;

and this year we looked to you guys (MEDELLIN EN 3) to help us

find a foundation with kids to be able to carry out this event.

I like how they support me, the way they love me, and I love the food!

Congresswoman Maxine Waters gets a brutal wake up call as the House Ethics Committee

finally presses charges against her.

After a long history is suspicious behavior, she is finally charged with corruption.

Back in 2008, Maxine arranged a meeting between the Treasury Department and representatives

from the same back in which her husband was a shareholder – OneUnited bank, reports

World News.

While being a member of the House Financial Committee, she spoke to then- Treasury Secretary

Henry Paulson about his minority-owned banks.

Despite her efforts, OneUnited back obtained $12 million in federal bailout funding to

help cover the loss from the collapse of Fannie and Freddie Mac.

After hiring her grandson to work as her chief of staff, she managed to save her husband

from losing as much as $350,000.

Melanie Sloan, the Executive Director of Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington,

argued:

"By contacting then-Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson to request a meeting, allegedly for

a group of minority-owned banks, but then arranging for only one back – OneUnited,

in which she had a financial interest – to attend, Rep. Waters violated House conflict

of interest rules."

She broke the following rules:

A House rule requiring members to act in ways that reflect "credibly" on the chamber.

A House rule prohibiting lawmakers from suing their positions for financial gain.

A government ethics statute banning the dispensing of "special favors."

The Common Sense Show's Dave Hodges said that Maxine is something like a "poster

child" for "the congressional group who vehemently opposes Donald Trump, refuses to

work with him even though he's extended his hand across the aisle, even though he's

a man that has set up apprentice programs in Maxine Waters' district…this country

is on a collision course with civil war because of people like Maxine Waters."

But I was rarely on a festival which is like Tabor Film Festival.

Such an atmosphere of relaxation and inclusion is rarely seen in Croatia.

The only thing I can say is that you should come to the festival.

All of this what we have done as Dobri Domaćini in the last four days

and prepared a few weeks more.

It has been phenomenal.

People are absolutely pleased

and the greatest value is that we brought here asylum seekers,

young people toget out of their rooms in Porin

To get out of Zagreb for the first time, to see Zagorje.

To see this incredible landscape.

I have personally fled from war in Bosnia

and lived 8 years as a refugee.

If I had such chance as a child

I think my life would be much different

My life would certainly be more cheerful.

I see they have become a part of the team and that was the point.

That's the most important. We are not important, important are those people we are working with.

That has been completely successful.

Tonight, we're gonna rock with Kries because Kries has started the whole thing

I am sure everyone will leave

with the conviction that I had when I started with volunteer work, humanitarian work

And that is seeking indendity over the state entity

is something inconceivable to me and I don't want to think that way at all.

It was beatiful at the sea. I couldn't sleep the first day.

I woke up at 5 a.m.

We went with the bus, I couldn't wait.

We left at 6 a.m. with the bus. I couldn't even sleep in the bus.

The activities during the camp were diverse.

The children were involved in sports. They had rowing workshops,

yoga workshops and with the help of young creatives from Split

they had different activities like

street art workshops, circus workshops and they had swimming school every day.

And besides all that, they had a lot of free time for swimming, enjoying the beach and having fun.

They say whatever they think and hug you in a simpler way

They have no pardon to hug you and neither to go away from you.

To say so, everything is simple.

So that part...

The honesty is the best part I've experienced here.

The children are very interested in everything.

They wanted to see and try everything right away and I was thrilled with how enthusiastic they were.

That enthusiasm that we sometimes lose for those skills we train.

When I was in Iraq I had a hairdressing salon for women and I worked as a hairdresser.

We went from Iraq in search of security and stability.

And what I was looking for I have found in Croatia.

Croatia is a beautiful country and people are very good, but most important is my security.

For example, we have a girl who managed to get a friend here, a local girl.

They became very good friends and afterwards other kids followed their example.

That is perhaps the best example and the point of all this.

The sea is beatiful.

Split is beautiful.

The place is beautiful. We can go swimming every day,

Have fun in the evening. It's beautiful to take a walk in the evening.

I liked it a lot when i saw a stingray and I saw something else.

Now I know how to swim. I did it before but now I know much better.

NORTH KOREA: TRUMP PRESENTED WITH MILITARY OPTION IN CASE OF STRIKE AGAINST U S.

President Donald Trump has been given revised options on how to handle the growing threat

of North Korea, at least one of which includes a military response in the event of a nuclear

or ballistic strike against the U.S., two military experts told CNN.

U.S. National Security Adviser HR McMaster confirmed that the U.S. military was ready

and said the threat from North Korea was far more urgent than in the past.

"What we have to do is prepare all options because the President has made clear to us

that he will not accept a nuclear power in North Korea and a threat that can target the

United States and target the American population," McMaster said Wednesday, CNN reported.

New South Korean president Moon Jae-in is due to visit the White House today with North

Korea likely to dominate the conversation.

During his election campaign, Moon promised dialogue between the two countries and has

reached out several times to Pyongyang.

Moon offered to co-share the Winter Olympics with North Korea in 2018 and endorsed a charity

that would help make malaria medication available to the country.

North Korea rejected both offers.

North Korea has its missile launches in recent months.

It has launched 10 missiles in 2017 and is believed to be building a nuclear warhead.

"I hardly ever escape a day at the White House without the President asking me about North

Korea and how it is that the United States is responding to that threat.

It's very much at the top of his mind," CIA Director Mike Pompeo told MSNBC's Hugh Hewitt.

Pompeo added that he and Trump discuss North Korea for at least an hour every day.

He said the risk North Korea presented was real: "For 20 years, America has whistled

past the graveyard, hoping on hope, that North Korea would turn colors and become part of

the Western civilization.

"They are ever-closer to having the capacity to hold America at risk with a nuclear weapon,"

Pompeo said.

Nikki Haley, U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations warned lawmakers on Wednesday at the

House Foreign Affairs Committee that North Korea�s missile program is probably advancing

faster that they predicted, reported CNN.

�They are on target to to build an ICBM (Inter continental ballistic missile)," she

said.

North Korea are also expanding the sites from which they can launch.

Missiles have been fired from Wonsan and Pukchang although the Tonghae launch site, also known

as Musadan Ri, is most common.

10 Incredible Christmas Miracles That Changed Lives Forever! - Duration: 11:44.

- (Gasp) It's that time of year again! Christmas!

Although, don't be too impressed by the fancy sweater.

I'm not wearing pants.

Christmas is an incredible time of year.

Everything is lit up, and pretty,

and kindness is in the air.

But more important than that is

sometimes magical things happen.

Things that are unexplained.

Things that some people would call miracles.

(Jingly Christmas music)

Here are 10 incredible Christmas miracles

that changed lives for ever.

Number 10 is Daisy is found.

In April of 2006 Vonda Ludstrom's pet dog,

a twelve pound rat terrier named Daisy,

escaped from her Aurora, Colorado home

by digging a hole under her fence.

Lundstrom spent months searching for her two year old

best friend but came up empty.

Then, on Christmas night, over eight months later,

Daisy walked along the street in front of Tracie Crass,

who took the dog in and called

the number on one of Daisy's tags.

That put her in touch with a veterinarian

who promptly put her in touch with Lundstrom.

Now this would just be your everyday Christmas story

if not for the fact that Crass

lives in Knoxville, Tennessee.

2092 kilometers from Lundstrom's home.

Daisy was flown to Denver international airport

and reunited with Vonda.

The best Christmas present either had ever received.

Number nine is a Christmas pileup.

Christmas time can be pretty crazy,

especially when you consider that millions of people

are trying to get to a friend or family members house

in time to open presents together.

Now traffic accidents, unfortunately,

are super common in those situations,

but add in some freezing rain and you've got

a recipe for a holiday disaster.

And that's exactly what happened

just outside of Oklahoma City in the early hours

of Christmas day in 2012.

Slick roads and hurrying drivers wound up causing

a 21 car pileup on interstate 40,

which totaled not only several cars involved,

but it also caused a transport truck to jackknife.

As emergency workers and paramedics rushed to the scene,

which was declared a major accident,

they expected to be pulling bodies out of vehicles

and locating severed limbs.

Now yes, that sounds disturbing but, in a Christmas miracle,

every single person in that accident

walked away without serious injury.

Something tells me every single one of them

is gonna be drinking a whole lot of rum and egg nog.

Yeah, I almost died tonight (hiccup) lets celebrate.

Number eight is the SS Meredith Victory.

On December 21st, 1950, the Korean war

was about to enter its seventh month,

and thousands of refugees were gathering

in the port city of Hungnam with the hopes of escaping.

Leonard LaRue, captain of the SS Meredith Victory,

a US freighter, decided that human lives

were worth more than his cargo

and ordered all of the supplies

and weapons on board to be unloaded.

The Meredith Victory was built to house 59 people,

35 crew members, 12 passengers, and 12 officers,

but by December 23rd over 14000 Korean refugees had boarded.

The ship then navigated mine filled

waters without any weapons.

The people on board were so packed

none of them could even sit down.

But unbelievably they reached Koje island on Christmas day.

Miraculously without losing a single passenger,

and even gaining more as five babies were born on the trip.

Aw yeah, short ribs and pork belly for everybody!

They must have been hungry.

Number seven is the Miracle Baby.

On Christmas day 2012, 21 year old

Ilkeston, Nottinghamshire, England resident

Leanne Carter began experiencing severe stomach pain.

It became so bad that she decided

to skip the morning festivities

and head straight to the hospital.

It was there that doctors realized that

to Leanne's utter surprise, she was about to give birth.

(Gasping) What do you mean, like a food baby?

At 8:00am Joseph was born to a mother

that had no idea just hours before that he even existed.

But what makes this story truly miraculous

is that Carter showed absolutely no signs

of being pregnant until the day her son was born.

She had no sickness in her first trimester.

She did not get overly big at all,

and continued having her period as normal,

and didn't even feel Joseph move inside her once.

Still, the new mother took the birth as a miracle

and the best Christmas present ever.

Well that's exciting, except somebody's gonna

have to cancel their vacation plans for the new year.

But hey. Happy for ya.

Number six is the hatbox baby.

On the evening of Christmas eve 1931,

Julia and Ed Stewart were driving

through a desert near Florence, Arizona,

when around 8:00pm their car broke down.

As Ed worked on fixing it, Julia took a stroll

around the area only to hear a whimpering

coming from a ladies hatbox that sat mysteriously

just 46 meters from the car.

Inside, to the couples complete shock,

was a seven day old baby girl wrapped up in a blue blanket.

Once Ed had their vehicle repaired,

the Stewart's rushed the newborn to the Mesa, Arizona,

police station where the girl was brought

to a maternity home.

The baby who would later be named Sharon, was healthy.

Something that would not have been true

if the Stewart's car hadn't broken down

exactly in the place where it did.

Yeah, that's right. Let that be a lesson to the rest of you.

If your car ever breaks down,

make sure you scan the area for baby boxes,

and then move along with changing the tire,

whatever you gotta do.

Number five is Alcides wakes up.

On the morning of December 7th, 2007,

37 year old Alcides Moreno and his 30 year old brother Edgar

were washing windows at Solo tower in New York.

They had just reached the 47th floor

when the platform that they were standing on broke.

Both men plunged over 152 meters to the pavement below.

Sadly Edgar died on impact but Alcides somehow survived.

After 24 units of blood, 19 units of plasma,

and a total of 10 surgeries,

the first of which required his

chest being opened in the emergency room,

Alcides was placed in recovery

but doctors told his wife Rosario

that he was unlikely to recover.

But, in what can only be described

as a miracle on Christmas day,

Alcides woke up and spoke, to the absolute shock

of his doctors and the nurses.

He made a full recovery and now can even run marathons.

This story's beautiful,

but it also reinforced my fear of heights so,

meh, take the good with the bad.

Number four is Marko walks.

In mid December of 2008, Sandra Dutschack was facing

a Christmas with her son Marko either in a hospital

or confined to a wheelchair which he'd need

the rest of his life.

While growing up in central Austria,

Marko had developed a cyst on his spinal cord,

which grew rapidly until it had taken up most of it.

When doctors surgically removed the mass

they realized what was left of the seven year old boy's

spinal cord was only about as thick as a thread.

Sadly they told Sandra that her son would never walk again.

Which is terrible news to get at any time,

let alone just before Christmas.

But then, less than a week before December 25th,

Sandra walked into the hospital to find Marko

literally pacing on the rooms balcony.

His recovery baffled his doctors,

and when he was able to go home

and open his Christmas presents,

everyone knew a miracle had happened.

Number three is the snowbank discovery.

On December 19th, 2008, 55 year old Donna Molnar,

a high school secretary living in Ancaster, Ontario,

left her home telling her husband David,

that she was going out for baking supplies.

While parked in the market's lot

Danna took several sleeping pills

and walked out into a field in hopes that

the -15 degrees celsius temperature

and growing snow storm would end her life.

Now, luckily for her family, she was found

over 72 hours later buried in over 60 centimeters of snow.

But very much to everyone's surprise, alive.

Search and rescue experts and Molnar's doctors agreed

that her body being able to withstand

that type of ordeal was nothing short of a miracle.

David, and the couples son Mathew

had to spend Christmas in the hospital,

but they got to spend it with a very alive Donna.

Number two is a woman and baby come back to life.

On December 24th, 2009, 33 year old Tracy Hermanstorfer

was in a delivery room at memorial health system

in Colorado springs, Colorado with her husband Mike.

The pair, waiting on their third son to be born.

Suddenly disaster struck as Tracy

suffered cardiac arrest and went limp.

Doctors spent four minutes attempting to revive her,

but were not successful.

Around four minutes of being inside a deceased mother,

an infants chances of suffering brain damage sky rocket.

So they quickly performed a C-section

only to find the new born Colton, barely alive.

Mike Hermanstorfer was suddenly

faced with losing his wife and son,

when miraculously both mother and baby

began breathing on their own.

To this day doctors only have loose theories

as to why Tracy's heart restarted itself.

And number one is the Christmas truce.

On Christmas eve 1914 amidst the bloody landscape

that was world war one, a very unauthorized truce

was formed between the French and British soldiers,

and the Germans that they fought with,

when the Germans began decorating their occupied

side of Ypres, a municipality in Belgium,

and calling out seasons greetings.

During the ceasefire, nearly 100,000 soldiers

along the western front laid down their weapons

and ventured into no mans land.

The bullet, body riddled ground between the trenches.

It was there that they sang Christmas carols,

exchanged small gifts and stories,

and drank together as if they were old friends.

Though many wanted the truce to be the end of the war,

it wasn't long before both sides were at arms again.

Still though, for a brief moment

the miracles of both Christmas and humanity shined through.

So that was ten incredible Christmas miracles

that changed lives for ever,

THIS is How to PICKUP GIRLS on INSTAGRAM | How to Set Up Your Instagram Profile - Duration: 9:24.

So I was at my computer and was thinking about what video to make for you guys, and I figured

since it's christmas time, you guys deserve A CHRISTMAS SPECIALLLLLLLL!!!

So what better video topic is there to do than the topic you guys have literally harassed

me for, for the past few months.

How to setup your instagram profile, so girls will find you attractive.

Here we go.

Step 1: Remove all the motivational quotes and bullshit things you do from your bio.

You know EXACTLY what I'm talking about.

Those guys who have the corny motivational quotes in their bio that talk about shit like

hustle, hard work, and dedication, like DUDE c'mon you're 15 years old how much hustle

can you really be doing.

If you really are hustling that hard and are motivated then that's fucking excellent

and Papa Zeus is proud of you, but there's no need for that in your bio, it just makes

you look like a try hard.

What's even worse is when the same guys put shit like "entrepreneur" or "content

creator" and then you click on their link and it's a bs site with half the buttons

broken on it.

Plus, girls don't give a fuck anyway, the only people who really care are you and your

family members, let's be real.

EVEN WORSE are the guys who post pictures of money, "hashtag racks on deck baby" LIKE

OH MY GOD SHUT THE FUCK UP poser.

If someone is constantly telling you how successful they are - they aren't successful.

True shit.

Long story short, don't pretend to be something you're not, and don't inflate what you do

just to flex on Instagram.

It's petty and makes you look ridiculous.

Also, don't setup your profile as a business account unless you actually have a reason

to, otherwise making yourself a public figure on instagram when you don't actually do

anything just makes you look dumb.

It's much better to put something funny in your bio like "Cuffing Season Free Agent"

or really ridiculous shit that people know is a joke, like "2-Time Nobel Prize Winning

Doctor" or "Starting Quarterback for the New York Knicks".

Step 2: Don't take selfies.

"HUHHH???

HUH??

WHAT THE FAK??"

Look bruh.

Unless you're really really REALLY good looking, don't take selfies.

Posting selfies on Instagram is something that should've been left behind on Instagram

back in 2011 but there are still a few people who do it, and if you're one of them it's

time to cut that shit out.

If you're gonna post a selfie, then you should only post it on your Instagram STORY

because even if it's cringy, it's only staying on there for 24 hours anyway and people

will forget about it.

Just DO NOT overdo it.

Next.

Unless you're a badass fitness guru like my boy Mike Matthews or worse, Greg O'Gallagher,

you should NOT be taking shirtless pictures of yourself in the mirror.

The only exception is if it's a progression picture and if you went from really fat or

skinny to really jacked then that's perfectly reasonable.

If you're in REALLY excellent shape then you can kind of get away with it but even

then it's better to take more subtle pictures, like you at the beach with a bunch of friends

and you just happen to have your shirt off ... as opposed to you by yourself in the dirty

locker room mirror at Gold's gym with the toilet stall open in the background.

And if you ARE a skinny guy and you DO wanna transform yourself so you can post that progress

pic on Instagram and use it to get yourself some girls, check out the video I did with

Mike Matthews on how to gain muscle if you're skinny, I'll have it linked on screen at

the end of this video.

Step 3.

Take all of your pictures on a legit camera.

This is pretty self explanatory, but taking pictures on a nice camera as opposed to your

flip phone will always come out a lot better and make you appear better looking in them.

Wait, did I just say "flip phone"?

hoooly fuck Zeus, it's 2017, not 1995.

....... If any of you guys still have a flip phone, shame on you.

Anyway.

If you don't have your own camera or can't borrow a friend's, then you can use any

of the newer iphone versions like the iphone 7 plus or newer because they have the depth

of field option that gives you that nice background blur effect while making the overall picture

look A LOT clearer.

I've heard the Google pixel has a really nice camera too but this isn't a tech review

channel, so basically borrow a camera from a friend or force a friend to take pictures

of you with their nice phone if you don't have one.

Step 4: Use a consistent color scheme for your pictures.

Now I've mentioned that I'm into photography before so I use things like Photoshop or Lightroom

to edit my photos.

You can use the Lightroom app on your phone if you want a lot more control over your pictures

and are okay with a more complicated learning process.

If you're looking for simpler editing you can use shit like Snapseed, the little editor

tool on Instagram, or even just steal some filters from VSCO.

Yeah I know, VSCO is the app thottty girls use to post their slutty pictures but they

ACTUALLY have really good filters for you to use, to create a consistent theme for your

feed.

Having a lot of the same colors across your pictures will instantly make your feed look

more aesthetic and visually pleasing since it looks like one big collage of consistent

colors.

Check this out this is one of my favorite Instagram profiles of all time - now clearly

he's a professional photographer, but the thing I want to show you is: look how his

color scheme is consistent across all of the pictures, and they all have similar editing.

So rather than being a mishmash of random shit, it all flows together really nicely.

Also, unless you're making it part of your theme, don't use white borders on your pictures

because it fucks up your feed and makes it look all choppy, especially if you edit the

picture after you put the borders on, then the white borders start to look yellow and

orange-ish.

Step 5: Post pictures of cool shit.

This sounds really obvious but I've seen so many Instagram profiles of guys who all

post the same shit like, a big group pic of all the bros, a pic from prom, a pic of them

at the beach, a couple bathroom selfies, and then a closeup of the new Call of Duty game

you got for Christmas.

Yeeeeeeeeah you know what I'm talking about.

Now, that stuff is fine IF it's well edited and mixed in with ACTUAL cool shit and places

you go to.

But, you don't want it to be all you have on there.

Some examples of cool shit are things like, pictures of you in a cool city, in a dope

hiking spot, at a high place with a nice view, with a badass car, you doing cool hobbies

like traveling, and so on.

Make sure to tag the location you're in if it's a cool spot and boom instant clout.

For example, if you know you're going on a trip to a cool place or city then take a

shit ton of pictures while you're there in different outfits so you can end up with

a bunch of good pictures for you to post.

Every time I'm going to a cool spot to take pictures, I always bring at least 2 or 3 outfits

just so I can edit all the pictures at once and have a good backlog of BADASS pictures

to post over a longer period of time, and this way I have a ton of good pictures from

a one day trip.

If you're always in a lot of cool places and taking dope pics, you're exponentially

increasing the likelihood of a girl commenting about it on your story or in person, and trust

me as a guy with a BADASS instagram, this happens to me ALL the time.

Making it easier for me to continue conversation with them since they immediately assume I'm

a cool, adventurous guy who's always doing dope shit.

I'll have a few Instagram profiles I personally follow and like up on screen now for you guys

to follow and take ideas from.

And that's it.

In summary: - Remove all the motivational quotes, bullshit

lists, and fake flexing from your profile.

- Stop posting stupid selfies.

- Use a badass camera.

- Have a consistent color scheme and editing style.

- Post pictures of you in cool places doing cool shit.

Fried Calamari with Homemade Garlic Aioli - Spanish Tapas - Duration: 4:22.

For me fried calamari is like the perfect appetizer

and one of my personal favorites

between the sweetness from the squid

and the light and crunchy exterior

it´s so incredible

sadly most people only eat fried calamari

when they go to a restaurant

and that can get quite expensive

so today we´re going to be making

fried calamari at home

and we´re going to pair it up with some

homemade garlic aioli

these two combined have an explosion of flavors

OK this is easy to make

and we´re going to be done in under 30 minutes

OK before we get started I would like to thank John

he sent me a package in the mail

inside that package I got this awesome shirt

from the Missouri State University

I can´t wait to wear this around my town

he also sent me these old fashioned hard candies

wild cherry flavor

these sound delicious!

and his recipes are super delicious

OK we´re going to start by making our garlic aioli first

finely mince 2 cloves of garlic and them to a mortar

OK now using a pestle

I´m going to pound down on the garlic

until I form a paste

now add 1 egg yolk that´s at room temperature

1/2 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice

and a pinch of sea salt

as I start mixing this

I´m going to slowly pour in about a 1/4 cup of

extra virgin Spanish olive oil

and once you reach this consistency of mayonnaise

the garlic aioli is done

now cover the garlic aioli with seran wrap

and add it to the fridge

OK we´re moving on to

what we´re going to be coating the calamari with

begin by grabbing a generous

1/2 cup of all-purpose flour and adding it to a bowl

now add 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt

1 teaspoon of dried parsley

and 1 teaspoon of dried thyme

now we´re going to mix this until it´s well mixed

OK now it´s time for the star of the dish

Squid

i´ve got 2 frozen tubes here that are about

a pound and a half each

I´m going to rinse them in cold water

pat them dry

and then cut them in rings

that are about a 1/4 inch thick

you can find these at your local Asian market

or even Amazon.com has them at their store

in the description box below

you want to make sure you open up that tube of squid

and let the water run inside of it

OK now it´s time to coat our squid rings

the best way to do this

is to add all our ingredients into a plastic bag

and mix it in there

this will ensure that each squid ring is perfectly coated

add a knot to the bag at the end of it

nothing too tight

and start mixing

now cut the bag that way it´s a lot easier

to remove the squid rings when it´s time to cook

OK now we can start cooking our squid rings

heat a small non-stick frying pan

with a medium-high heat

and add 1/2 cup of sunflower oil

OK once the oil get´s hot

start cooking the calamari

we´re going to be cooking these in batches

because we don´t want to over-crowd the pan

after cooking the calamari for 3 minutes

start flipping them

after cooking these calamari for exactly 5 minutes

let´s start taking them out of the pan

and transfer them to a plate with some paper towels

and continue to cook in batches

OK all our calamari are cooked!

so let´s start plating our dish

transfer the aioli into a smaller bowl

add the aioli to a plate

and start adding the calamari

and garnish the dish with some freshly chopped parsley

OK now I´m going to give the calamari a try......salud!

this is so good

the squid is perfectly cooked

you get a little bit of those herbs in the flavor

and then the garlic aioli....just takes this to the next level
