Spirulina: Powerful Powder That Contains Antioxidants, Iron And Vitamin A More Than Any Other Food!

People learned about spirulina for the first time a couple of years ago. At first, it was

believed that this was a green miraculous powder of the sea, as well as the the secret

weapon of Aztecs.

Nowadays we are aware of the fact that spirulina contains large amounts of proteins for vegetarians

and vegans. It is rich in essential enzymes, anti-oxidants, minerals and vitamins.

Additionally, it contains twice the nutrients contained in five portions of fresh fruits

and vegetables.

So, why is spirulina so special?

The explanation of the experts is that it is in fact a cyanobacteria or a blue-green.

Spirulina got its name after the remarkable color it has. A larger part of its pigments

are healthy and bioavailable, chlorophyll-a and beta-carotene in particular.

Oxygen is produced by Algae through photosynthesis, which makes it quite similar land-dwelling

plants. It is likewise packed with numerous beneficial nutrients.

Where was the cyanobacteria discovered for the first time?

Nowadays, it can be found in a number of places, such as oceans, damp soil, wet rocks in deserts,

fresh water, bare rocks and soil, as well as the rocks in Antarctica. A great percent

of commercialized spirulina in our country is provided from the coasts in South America

and Hawaii.

It is afterwards sold in the form of pills, flakes, or in powder form. It comes pure or

in combination with other ingredients. Benefits

Spirulina is about 60 percent protein, and it is an incredible alternative for meeting

sources of proteins. Nutritional experts state that it is among the very few plants that

offer vitamin B-12. As you might already know, vegetarians have

a deficiency of this vitamin in their diet. Spirulina contains LA (omega-6), ALA, (omega-3),

DHA (main part of brain) and GLA (lowers inflammation). These stated healthy lipids have a number

of important roles.

Gram-per-gram spirulina contains:

280 percent more anti-oxidants compared to blueberries

600 percent more protein compared to tofu 5,500 percent more iron compared to spinach

3,100 percent more beta-carotene, or vitamin A, compared carrots

The blue-green algae contain vitamins B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (nicotinamine), B6 (pyridoxine),

B9 (folic acid), C, D, and E. It is an incredible source of calcium, potassium,

copper, chromium, manganese, magnesium, selenium, phosphorus, zinc and salt.

Extra benefits:

Betters immunity Alleviates allergies

Regulates the levels of cholesterol Controls blood pressure

Stimulates friendly bacteria in the intestines Prevents the development of cancer

Offers powerful antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory capacity

Lowers the risk of age-related macular degeneration and cataracts

Strengthens the resistance to insulin Prevents liver damage triggered by chemotherapy

medications Provides remarkable antiviral activity against

herpes, liver disease, and HIV How can spirulina be used

You can simply take the pill or add ¼ -1 teaspoon of the powder isolate to your smoothie.

It is recommended by nutritionists that you take small quantities in the beginning, as

it has a bit of a sweet taste, and there are people who aren't able to quite stand its

taste. Spirulina is likewise sold as packaged, pre-flavored protein powder.

An incredible trick that you could give a try:

Add one tablespoon of spirulina powder to a bag of popcorn, and just toss. In order

to get maximum flavor, add some garlic powder per taste, and toss again.

Note: You shouldn't pick random algae from your local pond, as you can accidentally ingest

non-edible species and endanger your health.

10 Things to do in Pula, Croatia Travel Guide - Duration: 17:25.

Pula was our first introduction to Croatia and what a way to start!

Located on the Istrian peninsula, this seaside town is home to Roman ruins, ancient temples,

and some delicious pizza.

The town won us over right from day one, so in this video, we're going to take you on

a tour of Pula (Pola) and show you some of the highlights:

Alright guys so our first attraction today is going to be the Roman Amphitheater.

And we walked past it on our first day here when we got off of the bus.

It looks amazing.

We've been shooting some photos and videos from the outside.

Just kind of like peeking in through the railing but now it is time to actually dish out some

cash and pay admission so we can see it up close and personal.

So here we go.

Alright Sam so we have made it in got our tickets.

How much was it?

They were 50 Kuna per person and if you take a look at this bill when I flip it over.

10 dollar.

Not 10 dollar.

10 Kuna bill.

10 Kuna bill you might that is a familiar site.

Look at that.

Quite familiar.

The amphitheatre.

Exactly.

And they also gave us like a little brochure so that we can read up.

This is great.

This information and I also really like that you can tour the place by yourself.

Oh yeah, Sam was so worried about being put on a guided tour.

Was not in the mood for that.

Pet peeve?

When I saw a lot of supposedly guided tours I was just like oh my gosh I do not have the

I can't I don't have he patience.

I can't function.

I can't stomach it today.

But it is so good we can do it independently.

Alright let's go explore.

The amphitheatre was built during the reign of Emperor Vespasian, at the same time the

Colosseum in Rome was going up.

What's even more shocking is how well preserved it is; this is the only remaining Roman amphitheater

(Pula Arena) with all four side towers and three stories still standing.

Time for some history lessons with Audrey.

History lessons with Audrey.

You're saying my name in Spanish what is this?

Alright, so this is really cool.

They actually gave us a brochure with information so I don't even have to research anything

afterwards and do narrations.

So let me tell you.

Let's see.

So it said the arena is the most famous and the largest monument in Pula (Pola).

It is visited by more than 400,000 people every single year.

That is a lot.

Also one of the best preserved Roman Amphitheatres and the 6th largest amphitheater in the world.

And let's see what else is there here of interest.

Hmmm.

It could host up to 20,000 spectators.

Wow!

And it dates back to the 1st Century AD.

That is the size of modern like sports stadiums.

Like I'm thinking of some of the ice hockey arenas back in Canada.

They can hold up to 20,000 people or more.

Yeah.

That is crazy.

Except this wouldn't have been hockey.

No.

This would have been people fighting to the death.

There would have been a lot of action going on in here.

As a travel tip if you visit during the summer months you can catch numerous events at the

amphitheater including concerts, movie screenings and even reenactments of games from Ancient

Rome.

Alight, so the plan of action.

We have just finished visiting the Amphitheatre.

It was really really cool.

It was amazing.

Favorite attraction so far even though it is the one and only.

It will be hard to top this one I'm sure but I mean this has been awesome.

The best part has been it was like a 2 minute walk from our place.

Something like that.

Yeah, like our airbnb so close is right down the street from here.

Yeah.

But anyways I'm super hungry.

I wish we could have lunch right now but it is only eleven.

Yes.

And the restaurants don't seem to open until twelve.

So we're going to have to do some sightseeing.

I'm not sure where we are heading next.

Yeah.

But we'll figure it out.

But we have an hour to kill anyways.

Yep.

Let's go.

Okay so we are now walking along the Marina and there is actually a lot of different boat

tours you can take from here to neighboring islands and national parks.

Sam is having some fun taking photos.

So yeah, we're not planning to do a tour today.

We're just thinking food.

Um but yeah it is a really nice place to go for a stroll and yeah next I think we're going

to visit a cathedral.

When it comes to boat tours, the most popular destination is Brijuni National Park, a group

of small islands that sit out on the Adriatic Sea.

The islands have a few archaeological and cultural sites but though admission to the

park used to be free, these days you have to join one of the official excursions arranged

by the park or local tourist agencies.

As for Pula Cathedral (Katedrala uznesenja Blažene Djevice Marije), it turns out it

was closed when we tried to visit, so we can only show you the outside.

After all that wandering around town, it was finally time for lunch.

We arrived at Jupiter Pizzeria just as they were opening and didn't waste any time grabbing

a seat on their outdoor terrace.

Pizza in Croatia.

That is the plan for today's lunch.

And you're probably thinking Pizza?

You're not in Italy order something local.

But pizza is super popular here.

We're basically like right across the sea from Italy.

You've just got the Adriatic in between.

So yeah, pizza is huge here and we're eating at a place called Jupiter Pizzeria.

Apparently it is the top pizza place in the whole city.

Yeah.

We researched it.

We did our research guys.

Oh yeah.

Hahaha.

Yeah, so we just placed our orders.

We're getting one local pizza and another seafood one because we're right by the coast.

So I can't wait for that to arrive.

We also ordered a glass of red wine.

So this is shaping up to be a great meal.

Uh!

I know.

Try that wine for us.

Oh yeah.

Good stuff?

Yes, it is nice full bodied, dry red.

You're going to like this one.

This is good stuff.

Alright guys so the food has arrived.

So so quickly.

I think they just threw in our pizza as soon as we ordered it and check it out.

This one is the frutti di mare.

The seafood one.

And honestly I'm going to have to read the ingredients because there is so many that

I don't even remember.

Yeah.

There is a lot going on.

So frutti di mare.

This one has tomato, cheese, scampi.

I don't know what scampi is.

Mussels, tuna, salted sardines, squid and garlic.

And cheese.

Did I also say cheese?

It has got lots of cheese.

And I ordered the medium size oh my gosh which I think I can totally handle.

But yeah look at that thing of beauty.

The colors.

They also had a jumbo size but there is no way we each needed jumbo.

Yeah, because we're thinking maybe we want dessert so we're going to hold off on the

giant one.

Oh ho ho.

I'm really excited to hear your reaction.

Yeah, at first I was just going to order a tuna one.

I thought that was the only thing they had with seafood.

Yeah.

But then I flipped the page and I saw you had this masterpiece so uh.

That is what we went for.

Uh.

Mmmm.

Oh man.

I got a nice salty sardine in there.

Haha.

That is good stuff.

Really really good stuff.

Alright Sam ready to introduce use to your pizza?

Yes.

We've been neglecting this poor thing over here.

And this is the Istriana one.

Let's read off the ingredients.

The menu.

Because yeah it has a lot.

So it comes with tomato, mozzarella, prosciutto, arugula, rucola.

Let's try that.

Mmmm.

Oh man that is really good.

Yeah?

I'm just totally in my happy place right now.

Eating pizza.

Pizza is one of my all-time favorite foods.

It is what I grew up liking the most as a kid.

And I mean my taste-buds have evolved but I still like a good pizza to me is right near

the top of the food chain.

And you know what is another reason to be in your happy place?

Why is that?

The weather.

Yeah.

You've got sunshine.

I know I'm wearing shorts.

It is like mid to late October right now.

I'm wearing shorts.

Shorts and sandal weather.

I haven't worn shorts in months.

Haha.

So now that we've had our lunch we are walking back up the hill and our next spot is going

to be a fortress we spotted on the way here.

So we'll go check it out and see what it is all about.

The fortress we spotted turned out to be Pula Castle, also known as Kaštel.

Located atop a hill right in the centre of Pula, this fortress was built by the Venetians

during the 17th century.

Admission was 20 kuna per person and there were two different museums exhibits to visit,

however, we'd argue that the main draw are the views.

Slightly blinded by the sun at the moment but we've made it to the top of the fortress

and hands down the coolest part about visiting this attraction are the views.

Yeah.

You get from the top you can see all of Pula.

You've got the amphitheatre off in the distance.

Yep.

And you can also see this iconic bell tower.

You sure can.

And some church that we have not visited yet but I'm sure we'll make time for it soon.

And then over on the other side you get a shot of all of the boats and the water.

Yeah, these massive cranes.

It is really cool.

It is quite the perspective from up here.

So we are now approaching the forum which is kind of like a plaza or a square and this

would have been the center of social life during the Roman times.

And over here on my left we actually have the Temple of Augustus (Augustov hram) so

we're going to go there next.

Have a look.

Actually there is a huge tour group going in there right now so maybe we'll wait a few

minutes and go in after them.

Over the course of the centuries, the Temple of Augustus has seen many uses from a Christian

church to a grain storehouse, but at present, it houses a very small 1-room museum – and

when we say small, we mean you can visit in 5 minutes!

Okay, so we just finished visiting the temple.

It was 10 Kunas each.

Honestly, it is super tiny in there.

It is just one room with some statues and yeah.

That is basically it.

So I mean I don't know if it is worth it.

Maybe if you enjoy antiquities and you want to see some old sculptures.

But it is super small.

Like I think we were in there maybe four minutes and then we walked out.

So yeah, the temple is really cool from the exterior but I guess I'll leave it up to you

to decide whether you want to pay to go in or not.

Then again it is not super expensive.

So this next place is a little bit tricky to find so plotted on Google Maps and it is

going to take you to a parking lot that is correct.

You're going to follow the signs that say Rimski Mozaik and then you're going to walk

through this gate.

Say hello to Sam.

Come on in.

And yeah it honestly looks like you're going to someone's residence.

At first I was like this can't be it.

Yeah but it totally is.

It is just over here.

And then viola here it is.

The Roman Mosaic is just a short walk from the Forum, so it's worth the little detour

down back streets.

This incredible well-preserved floor depicts the Punishment of Dirce, which is straight

out of Greek mythology.

Now we are going to finish the day with some gelato at our airbnb because I feel like we've

earned it.

We've been walking around a lot today.

We deserve gelato.

Of course ice cream is always a must.

Sam want to tell us what you got?

Oh my gosh this is so good.

Waffle cone pistachio.

Yeah.

It is just so so good.

Yeah, he said.

Oh my gosh and it only cost 1 Euro.

So it is currently mid October but this morning we are on our way to the beach.

Um, we actually befriended the guy who sells gelato because we go there so often for ice

cream.

Yeah, it is literally right by our apartment.

Yeah, right outside the gate.

And he was asking us oh have you gone to the beach already and I kind of looked at him

funny like no it is October.

It is cold out.

But he insisted that no the air may be cold but the water is still warm.

So we believed him.

We don't have our swim wear but at least I'm willing to dip my toes in to find out.

We'll dip our feet.

Um, so yeah on our way to

the beach.

Hahaha.

So here we are.

We have made it to the beach.

How many people are swimming in the water Sam?

An absolute grand total of zero.

I think that means the water is cold but let's do a real test.

Oh man.

So here in Croatia it is very rare to find a sandy beach.

It is usually quite pebble-y. Woah woah Sam is going in with sandals and everything.

What is going on over there?

Oh my gosh.

It is definitely not warm.

It is not warm?

It is surprisingly not as cold as I thought it would be but yeah that is absolutely not

swimming weather.

No?

I mean if you look off into the distance they have like a scuba diving school.

Yeah.

And they all have wet suits on so that is a very telltale sign.

And I enjoyed coming here.

Like even though we didn't really go out on the water.

Yeah.

And whatnot.

It was just a nice quiet like peaceful place.

Very different from you know like the city.

Yeah.

So it was worth coming here.

And you can tell that this would be an amazing spot in the summertime.

Like the water is crystal clear.

Look at that.

Yeah.

So yeah, if you're here in summer.

Summer in Pula (Pola).

Check out the beaches.

Definitely.

Yeah.

Lastly to wrap up on our time in Pula we went on a little tour of the city at sunset.

So we'll leave you with a few shots from that.

Coronation Street spoilers: Deathbed confession sends shockwaves through Weatherfield

But one in particular will be revealed by the source itself, leading to devastating consequences.

Recently, it was revealed that Billy Mayhew (Daniel Brocklebank) was involved in the death of Susan Barlow.

Hes been struggling with the guilt but, as yet, has not told her twin Peter (Chris Gascoyne) or son Adam (Sam Robertson).

Thats all set to change though, according to new Coronation Street spoilers.

In a fortnight, viewers will see Peter go to court with Billy to help him, after Billy recently attacked Peter.

Peter reads his victim impact statement and says he thinks Billy has suffered enough recently so should be spared prison.

As they leave the court, a fight breaks out between two other men and the Corrie duo try to break it up.

During the commotion, Billy is thrown to the ground but moments later he doubles up in pain.

They go to get into Peters cab but Billy realises he is bleeding profusely, after a metal lucky charm gifted by Summer (Matilda Freeman) got embedded in his leg.

Peter suddenly stops the car and tries to stop Billy from bleeding out, while calling an ambulance.

But Billy can see the white light and tells Peter he deserves to die because he killed Susan.

Naturally, Peter is completely stunned and listens to Billys confession in shock – but how will he react? And, with an ambulance on the way, is Billy set to die just days before Christmas?.

Luckily, it seems not, as actor Daniel Brocklebank has been spotted filming this week for scenes set to air early next year.

Daniel was seen on crutches and looking bedraggled, with his vicars dog collar nowhere in sight.

But shockingly, he was seen with actor Richard Crehan, who plays his heroin addict brother Lee.

Coronation Street continues tomorrow night at 7.30pm on ITV.

This Sweet Pair Is The 'Longest-Married Couple In America' – And They Just Made

History

I love love!

Stories of love, movies about love, and experiencing love for myself just makes my heart smile.

Contrary to a lot of people I know, Valentine's Day is actually one of my favorite holidays.

The celebration, the hugs, the kisses, the letters, the hearts, the chocolate, and the

LOVE give me feelings of joy and excitement.

There is so much power in love, whether that love be between two friends, siblings, a couple,

or parents and their children.

Anyone who loves or is loved by someone knows what a blessing it can be.

The love between John and Ann Betar is beyond admirable and definitely worth recognizing.

The two went on their first date back in 1932 when John was 21 years old and Ann was 17.

Just days after their first date, they eloped.

This past November 25th, John and Ann celebrated their 85th wedding anniversary!

"And they said it wouldn't last!"

John laughed while telling their love story.

Their remarkably long-lasting marriage has made them the unofficial longest-married couple

in all of America, acknowledged by the Worldwide Marriage Encounter in 2013 when they were

commemorating their 81st anniversary.

What a title to have!

John and Ann, now 106 and 102 respectively, have five children, 15 grandchildren, and

more than a dozen great-grandchildren.

The couple honored their recent anniversary in Connecticut with the company of their family.

Unbeknownst to them, their family had planned a special surprise for the two lovebirds:

a ride in the same model car – a Ford Roadster – that they drove in on their first date

"Like old times," John said to Ann as they kissed and thought back on the monumental

day.

Ann was not hesitant in offering advice when asked how they have managed to keep their

love and marriage alive after all these years.

"Listen to one another no matter what the situation is," she instructed.

"We're not arguing, we're listening and we've always listened."

Wise words, indeed!

John and Ann fall just short of the world record for longest marriage (86 years, 9 months,

and 16 days), but they show no signs of slowing down.

Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Betar on 85 years of marriage and a beautiful lasting

love!

We wish you many more blissful years together!

Salvation Army Ringer Opens Bucket To Count Money, Jaw Drops When He Sees What's Inside

While we should spread love, joy, peace, and happiness all year round, the holidays especially

are a time for giving.

We can get caught up in the craziness of shopping for parties and gifts, but there is something

that can quickly bring our minds back to what's really important.

During the craziness of your day, you'll pass by someone standing in the cold next

to a red kettle.

They're ringing a golden bell and the sound carries on the wind.

As you pass by, you might not acknowledge The Salvation Army volunteer braving the elements

to collect for the local needy.

You might think to yourself, "I'll give them a dollar or two on my way out."

Being someone of your word, you indeed toss a few singles into the kettle as you exit

the store.

Perhaps you don't give your act of charity another thought.

It's simply something you do during this time of year because you know your hard-earned

money is going to a good cause.

It will be used to help someone in your area.

But one compassionate shopper took the meaning of giving to a whole other level when they

left a Fred Meyer grocery store in Portland, Oregon.

Volunteers got the shock of their lives when they started counting the day's donations.

In the mix of bills was a large wad of cash.

They pulled out one hundred $100 bills – a total of $10,000!

"It's incredible!" said Corps Officer for The Salvation Army, Captian Marcos Marquez.

All donations to The Salvation Army are appreciated and blessed, but they have been overwhelmed

by this incredible and generous donation.

It is the largest one of its kind in the Portland area!

"Whoever did this knows that good will come of it," said Captain Marquez, "and while

we do not know who put the money in the kettle since the money was all in cash, they should

know that we are very grateful to have received such a generous donation."

This year, those in need in the Portland area should count their blessings.

Among them is one kind soul who took the time and had the heart to make their holiday season

a little brighter.

Were you amazed when you saw what this mystery person left in the Salvation Army bucket?

So share this!

This works. John Ashfords Story about Being You and Changing the World - Duration: 4:37.

"What we have done so far doesn't work...This works." - John Ashford, Youth worker in the USA

I chose to come to a Being You, Changing The World class

but about two years ago it chose me

because I was in resistance of something being different in my life.

I've been working with youth for over 25 years and I was like,

"I'm tired of government, I'm of tired of living,

I'm tired of all this shit."

My money wasn't adding up and about November 2015

my friend called me and said, "You need to get this book."

I said, "Yeah, yeah, yeah. I'm gonna this book."

So, about two days later she said,

"I thought that you haven't paid attention to what I asked you to do.

Go get this book!"

So, I purchased the book and shit start to happen.

It got to the point in the book about money,

I have always had this connection of this lifetime of being African-American

to not being able to have money and do good things on the planet Earth.

He said, "Put some money in your wallet."

I had some bills to pay, I went straight to the credit union.

I grabbed a hundred dollars - I don't have my wallet with me...

I still have that same hundred-dollar bill.

Contracts from Portland Public Schools start to come in,

people start calling me to do work.

I've always been a person to work with people's energy

and I'm like, "there's something here..."

Bars was cool.

But Foundation...

Foundation took me back to the one I really always have been,

that I've been hiding.

The power that I was able to tap into,

that has always been mine; that I've always been playing it small,

I was done.

I was done with being me on planet Earth

as this old person of not knowing who I was and what I came to do.

My entire life I knew that there had to be something more

and Foundation allowed me to tap into that,

Access and Dain's book has given me tools,

now the magic showed up,

is that I had to take care of me first

and after I started getting stronger, I was like,

"What would this do if I gave it to some of my gangsters

and some of the African-Americans who had this

black lives matter stuff going on?"

I was like, "What is that really about?"

I kept on feeling like that something's wrong with that

I was like, how do you empower a group of people

to go back to who they originally were....being themselves?

So, I just start buying books

and I started giving this to all the kids that I was working with.

They were responding in kind. They were like,

"I'm not fucked up!"

I say, "You never were fucked up."

Then I got to the school district, I have a contract with the school district,

"I said I had a curriculum that I was using

and I was like, "Well, I'm gonna do some of the Tai Chi's stuff with them."

But, what I'm going to base my entire curriculum on for this year was

"Being You, Changing the World"

So, I started copying chapters

and all we did for the longest was just tools

because if you don't know about the US,

we have this race issue going on and I was like,

"this not really a race issue, it's a issue of not knowing who you are."

So, I'm saying, "if I could get people to know who they are

all this other fucking shit will fall to the wayside".

Gang members have killed themselves,

governments have stayed in systems,

kids has going on probation from 15 to 40 {years}, {are in} in prisons.

What we're doing does not work,

this works!

Access consciousness works because it's not a religion,

it's not a sex thing,

most people got sex issues, already.

That's why they make it a sex thing

but it's not about that.... It's about being you!

I've been that half boy my entire life

until probably the last year or so

and now I'm feeling like I'm locked and loaded

and ready to bring magic.

Because that magic is the unknown for me

that makes everything possible.

Lib Media Tries To Troll Trump, Backfires Immediately After Embarrassing Mistake Is Plastered - Duration: 5:32.

Lib Media Tries To Troll Trump, Backfires Immediately After Embarrassing Mistake Is

Plastered On Twitter It wasn't that long ago that all MSM networks,

minus Fox, seemed to have each others backs when it came to doing anything and pushing

any lie they could in their attempts to take out President Trump.

Now it seems that the liberal news caravan is slowly chucking each other from the party.

The Washington Post has come out in numerous articles standing AGAINST their one time allies.

The WP has most recently slammed both ABC and CNN for what they feel is "giving Trump

more 'fake news' ammo" by publishing stories that are full of incorrect information.

The current attack against CNN is all because of one single digit being wrong, or so the

WP claims.

They were right however when they stated that Trump would catch CNN lying and then apologizing.

Trump mentioned the situation in question at his rally in Pensacola.

Check out the article below and watch the feral "eating of its own" thats happening.

According to The Washington Post :

A one-digit mistake by CNN on Friday armed President Trump with new ammunition for another

fusillade against the media.

Hours later, the president fired away at a rally in Pensacola, Fla.CNN apologized just

a little while ago," Trump gloated.

"They apologized.

Oh, thank you, CNN.

Thank you so much.

You should've been apologizing for the last two years."

CNN reported Friday morning that Donald Trump Jr. received an email on Sept. 4, 2016, that

granted special access to WikiLeaks documents.

The network said in an online article that the email had been "described to CNN by

multiple sources."

But The Washington Post obtained the email itself and reported Friday afternoon that

the message was actually dated Sept. 14, 2016 — a difference that sets Trump Jr.'s receipt

10 days later.

The date matters.

CNN's report indicated that the Trump campaign had been fed hacked email files belonging

to the Democratic National Committee and former secretary of state Colin Powell more than

a week before the files were released publicly.

"Interestingly," CNN reporter Manu Raju said on the air, "the same day that Donald

Trump Jr. received this email was the first time that he appears to have tweeted about

WikiLeaks.CNN presented the timing of Trump Jr.'s tweet as a possible reason to doubt

his claim that he never even saw the email.

The later email date reported by The Post means that Trump Jr.'s first tweet about

WikiLeaks could not have been prompted by the email, since the president's eldest

son did not receive the message until 10 days after tweeting.

More important, the later date means that the email did not provide the Trump campaign

with early access to WikiLeaks documents after all.

The DNC files shared with Trump Jr. via a link and a "decryption key" on Sept. 14,

2016, had been posted online and advertised on Twitter by WikiLeaks the day before.

And the Powell files had been posted online hours before Trump Jr. received the email

from a person who identified himself as Michael J. Erickson.

As The Post's Rosalind S. Helderman and Tom Hamburger noted in their report on the

correct date of the email, "the writer may have simply been flagging information that

was already widely available."CNN's report, though flawed, adds to previous reporting

by the Atlantic that WikiLeaks called Trump Jr.'s attention to some of its disclosures

through private Twitter exchanges and offered advice during and after the campaign.

For example, WikiLeaks tipped off Trump Jr. to the launch of a political-action website

opposing his father and provided a link, which Trump Jr. tweeted, that highlighted "many

great stories the press are missing" in the hacked emails of Hillary Clinton campaign

chairman John Podesta.

The wrong date in CNN's report exaggerated the apparent coziness between the president's

team and WikiLeaks, however.

You could practically hear the cry of "fake news" building in President Trump's lungs

before he took the stage in Pensacola and let it rip.

The "fake news" label suggests intentional deception, but there is no evidence that this

was anything but a mistake.

Plus, The Post's report on the true date of the email is an example of how the press

often polices itself — contrary to conspiratorial notions of a "corrupt cabal," as Sean

Hannity calls the media.

Still, a week after ABC made an even bigger error that also involved the inaccurate reporting

of an event's timing, CNN's slip-up played into Trump's effort to cast the media as

unreliable and out to get him.

"Did you see all the corrections the media's been making?" Trump said Friday night.

"They've been apologizing left and right.

They took this fraudster from ABC — they suspended him for a month.

They should have fired him for what he wrote."

There is absolutely nothing better than watching the MSM fall to pieces in the face of their

own self-realizations.

Lets hope that Trump continues to stand hard on their lying throats until they finally

just disappear into obscurity.
