Hi Robarecetillas, you want to know how to make these great balls of cheese, as it points the ingredients and to cook.

INGREDIENTS 8 UNITS 2 slices of bread 100gr grated cheese 2 Eggs Flour 1/2 glass of milk Bread crumbs Garlic Powder Cumin powder Black pepper Frying oil Salt

- We cut the crust of the bread of mold, we break it in a bowl and with a little milk we wet it.

- In another bowl, we add the other ingredients and the bread and mix everything well.

- We make ball and we pass for flour, egg and breadcrumbs.

- We reserve them in the fridge for 15 minutes.

- In a frying pan with plenty of oil, fry the balls until golden.

- We put them out on a plate with paper.

Here we have our cheese balls. Recipe taken out of the crispy and delicious pan.

Starchy Sauce Rice Bowl(Chūkadon)♪ 　～With Chinese soup～　中華丼♪ - Duration: 3:27.

This time, I am going to make starchy sauce rice bowl called Chūkadon(中華丼). It's very easy recipe for beginner at cooking.

Seasonings of starchy souce for Chūkadon are mixed in advance. It makes us easy whe we are cooking.

And ingredients are boiled in this recipe to avoid failure.

I make Chinese soup using the cooking liquid.

It's very delicious, so please try it yourself.

Prepare ingredients.(for 4 servings)

Soak 10g of wood ear mushroom in cold water.

Make starchy souce for Chūkadon.(for 1 serving)

1 tsp of sake.

2 tsp of soy sauce.

1/3 tsp of sugar.

Some pepper.

1/2 tbsp of chicken stock powder.

1/3 tsp of oyster sauce.

1/3 tsp of XO sauce.

1 tsp of sesame oil.

1/2 tbsp of potato starch.

120 ml of water.

Mix well and starchy souce for Chūkadon is done.

Cut bok choy into bite-sized pieces.

Peel the carrot skin and slice it thinly.

Remove the shell and legs.

You can use frozen seafood mix to make this more easily.

Cut the backs shallowly and de-vein them.

Vein of a shrimp is nothing・・・

If you don't like tail, remove it.

Cut sliced pork belly into bite-sized pieces.

Cut the wood ear mushroom into bite-sized pieces too.

This is for single serving.

60 g of bok choy.

15 g of wood ear mushroom.

10 g of carrot.

50 g of pork belly.

Cooking.(for 1 serving)

300 ml of water.

1 pinch of salt.

1/2 tsp of sesame oil.

Cook harder vegetable first when the pork color is changed.

Put shrimp and wood ear mushroom.

And then boil them for 20 seconds.

Put tender leaves of the bok choy before the ingredients is ready.

Put 1 tsp of soy sauce and some spring onion.

You can make Chinese soup by this broth, so cook it on low heat.

Mix well.

When the sauce transparent, put ingredients and coat with sauce.

When it becomes as thick as you would like, turn off the burner.

Pour 150 ml of soup.

It's ready to eat♪

First of all, enjoy Chinese soup.

This delicious soup makes the most of the original taste of local ingredients.
