Guru is full os empathy, and puts on a Powerpoint 10 lessons to win, 7 ways to kick ass, 51 tips to be happy, 380 tricks to beat the competidor.

Guru has always the truth... about life

Guru has the key, which works for anyone, whoever you are. If you do it, it will work for sure.

The big secret of a guru is make the speech and run away quickly

In '80s they defended "reengineering". Who applied that, bankrupted.

Then they came back with "7 habits for effective people"

Not happy, they came back again with "7 habits for highly effective people"...

... for VIPs taller than 1.80m...

On the following year they came with "the 8th habit", and you did not raised your hand to say:

"Hey, if the 7 habits from last year worked good, there was no need for the 8th one"

There will always be a guru to push you a trick, which works for anyone

But the definition I told you does not work for anyone.

It does not work for you If you move to São Paulo, live in my neighboorhood, study Philosophy and become a Professor of USP University to be happy.

That works only for me

Professor, what about me ? Ihave no idea, I do not know you and even cannot see you from here.

But what could I do to be happier ? Live your life, pay attention on yourself and know yourself, pay attention on your life.

The best expert on your life is yourself. It does not work for you.

Korea's GDP growth not being reflected in number of new jobs created - Duration: 0:47.

A new report shows Korea's recent GDP growth isn't translating into more jobs.

According to the Bank of Korea, Statistics Korea and Korea Labor Institute,

Korea's GDP to employment ratio,.. the number of workers per one billion Korean won,.. has

decreased zero-point-three percentage points last year, from the previous year's 17-point-seven,

hitting a record low.

The growth of employment relative to the growth of the economy also dropped to zero-point-four-two

from the previous year's zero-point-five.

Experts attribute the decline to government-led restructuring of the ailing shipbuilding and

shipping industry, the increase of automation and companies moving production overseas.

Today we're experimenting with water period and high voltage electricity.

He requested that we reshoot that same subject.

So here goes.

Is really my intro.

So I after getting that Viewer request.

I went back and watch that video.

And it was actually one of my favorites.

And it turns out.

I have that exact same Transformer laying around.

So I went out.

And I got an even bigger one.

This Transformer is 15000 volts.

And for this particular video.

I actually need an assistant.

And here she is.

Her name is April.

I'm excited let's get this setup.

That looks so cool.

I'm going to show you that in slow motion.

Before moving on to the water.

Now this time what I'm going to do.

I'm going to vary the spark.

between these two electrodes.

And see what happens.

See how far we can get away from one another.

And see how close we can get.

Wow that was cool.

And I ran into something else that I thought was pretty cool.

Now that looks cool.

All right so.

Now that I got that out of the way.

That wasn't supposed to be part of this.

But I thought that looked pretty cool.

I have our glass.

And I have our good Old Chicago tap water.

With a ton of minerals.

I'm going to fill up this glass.

And what I'm going to do.

Is first I'm just going to do Straight tap water.

And then I'm going to add some salt to it.

And see what that does differently.

A career in aged and home care | St Ives Home Care - Duration: 3:02.

We're about keeping people in their home.

They don't have to move to a residential care.

We actually help them stay at home

and I think that's really important.

I love the fact that I can go into a home and

make someone comfortable and have a smile

on their face when I leave.

I think it's one industry that's got a perfect mix of different things.

If you look from an economy perspective, it's one industry

where you have got massive growth in future

and on the other side, it's about

being better human beings, it's about

making sure people who took care of us,

we can actually provide a better lifestyle to them.

18 months ago I applied for the job swap,

came into home care, absolutely loved it

and they haven't been able to get rid of me.

I sort of fell into it, more so.

I was going towards child protection but I did my Cert IV

and I decided to work at an aged care facility

and I really enjoyed it.

I love getting into it, making sure that we are communicating with clients,

making sure that we find the best

solutions for them staying in their homes.

You feel good every day because you're

making the business better and in turn you're

making actually their lifestyle much better in certain ways.

I help older people in the community

access the community.

I do shopping for them, I clean their house.

I help with personal care.

It's a changing industry and we're a part of that change.

Ryan, that's my name. [Laughs]

I am in IT support at the moment so I help people

out with all their problems with computers.

I look at all my clients as if they

were my family,

so there's no noes really.

I actually started off as a support worker

and I'm still a support worker because

I really do love my role.

And that's what I really like about this organisation

because if you want to do

something and you really want to

go above and beyond, they actually let you

rise and shine and you don't get that everywhere else.

Advice to somebody wanting to succeed in this industry

is always put yourself in

somebody else's shoes.

If you understand what your stakeholders need and

everybody's on the same page,

running towards the same goals,

it makes for a really effective organisation.

I've always had an affinity with older people.

I love listening to their stories and their life experiences.

Yeah, it's just great.

I would say it's fast,

challenging and exciting.

Extremely friendly.

Everybody really has a passion for what they do.

You spend so much time at work in your life

you really have to love what you do

and then there's no chance you won't succeed.

I think it's the people that you work with, the elderly and

you know providing that quality service.

If I had the chance to meet one famous person,

it would be Kate Blanchett.

I think she's a really inspiring woman.

I would probably say Meryl Streep.

One famous person? Myself included?

Emmanuel Marcon beats Marine Le Pen to French presidency - Duration: 3:12.

Centrist candidate Emmanuel Macron has won the French presidential election.

Results show he easily beat far-right candidate Marine Le Pen.

Macron opens a new chapter in France's political history as he's an outsider,... from neither

of the nation's two traditional main parties.

With more on this and other news around the world...we turn to Ro Aram...

Aram... the results show a decisive victory for Macron... what do the exact figures look

like?

Yes Mark... with all votes counted, official figures by France's interior ministry show

that Macron beat Le Pen by 66 percent to 34.

Macron, who has never held an elected office, was widely expected to win... but the gap

is wider than the 20 or so percentage points that pre-election surveys had pointed to.

He will become the country's youngest leader after Napoleon and the first elected president

outside France's two main political parties.

Here's what some Parisians had to say about the victory...

[Reuters Edit No. 7029] "I'm really happy with the result, it's a

relief to see that it wasn't a marginal victory.

65 percent is an honourable score, so it's encouraging for what is to follow."

[Reuters Edit No. 7024] "I am super happy because it's really a victory

for Europe, it's Europe's victory, It's great "

In his victory speech outside the Louvre, Macron vowed to eliminate reasons for voting

for extremes, referring to those who voted for Le Pen.

[Reuters Edit No7034] ""They expressed, today they expressed some

anger, some dismay, and sometimes some beliefs.

I respect them but I will do all I can during the next five years so that no-one ever has

a reason again to vote for extremes."

Defeated Le Pen thanked her supporters and called for the emergence of a new political

force.

[Reuters Edit No7027] "With this historic and massive result French

people designated the patriotic and republican alliance as the first opposition force to

the programme of the new president....I call on all patriots to join us to take part in

the decisive political fight that is starting tonight."

Despite his victory, there is one thorn in Macron's side...his En Marche grouping has

no seats in parliament, something which Macron says is vital for much-needed changes to France.

[Reuters Edit No7034] "Our task is huge and it will require us to

build, from tomorrow onwards, a real majority, a strong majority.

This majority to carry out change is what the country is hoping for and what the country

deserves.

This majority to carry out change is what I expect from you in six weeks time because

I will need you again and again."

General elections will take place on June 11th and 18th, and En Marche may have to seek

a coalition in order to implement his program, which consists of a business-friendly EU and

loosened borders.

Some political parties had backed Macron's campaign, but it was mostly due to their wish

to defeat Le Pen's anti-EU and anti-immigration policies.
