Youtube daily report Oct 28 2017

The hummus that also serves as a starter for these Christmas meals

What ingredients will we need? chickpeas, lemon, salt, oil, curry, carrot and paprika.

We are going to use the chickpeas, we throw them already, we have washed them,

you can also use the chickpeas that are already precooked and also now also sold organic.

Then we have them washed, we are going to throw a few drops of lemon,

simply with a few drops is enough, since

but, it will know too much and we are not interested,

we just want it to give it an acid touch,

we are going to throw 1/4 of garlic, this is in a personal way

I prefer that you do not know garlic that much, just give it the touch

Oil,

we beat it, if we see that it is very thick, we throw a little bit of water, okay?

We have beaten it, we throw it in a bowl or in a plate, as you like.

Once we have it smooth, we put curry on top of it, sometimes we do it before we beat it

so that it is not just up, but wrap the curry flavor

I like a lot, too, instead of the curry, you can pour paprika.

And finally the carrot, with which we will cater to crudité, which will serve as accompaniment, which is also very healthy and healthy.

not much because it also gives that touch

or also if you want instead of resort because to throw the paprika

and spicy and finally the carrot that we will accompany as raw and you that

will not serve as a coli and accompany and a great accompaniment

NFL Owner In Full Panic After What Packers Star Said He's Doing At Next Game That'll DESTROY Team - Duration: 4:48.

NFL Owner In Full Panic After What Packers Star Said He's Doing At Next Game That'll

DESTROY Team.

The anti-American epidemic within the National Football League has reached pandemic proportions

as the Commissioner sits back and allows the problem to persist while it gets worse each

day.

If the league doesn't get ahead of the problem immediately and change the course the season

is going, it could be the end of the NFL as we know it.

However, the star player for the Green Bay Packers wants to ensure that happens with

what he announced he'll be doing at the next game that could officially destroy his

entire team.

The point with the National Anthem protests have been made and now it's time for it

to stop, but that doesn't seem like it will happen anytime soon.

The competition level within the sport has transferred from the actual game to who can

make a bigger, more disgusting statement than the last athlete.

It appears that Packers' Aaron Rogers wants that title in a sudden surprising move.

Of all the teams in the NFL, the Packers was among those who have gone against the grain

and not wasted airtime and energy protesting.

This was in large part due to coach Mike McCarthy's unique approach to combating this issue on

his field.

From the start of the preseason when the protests began, McCarthy preempted the problem on his

team by educating his players on why we stand for the anthem since ignorance is why most

of the idiotic athletes are sitting or kneeling on the sidelines.

He's put the knowledge of the real history of this nation on the field to stop players

from making fools of themselves with protests.

However, his quarterback didn't listen to this lesson, or one of the team owners'

shocking ultimatum yesterday.

Rogers just proved that players don't care about anything other than the attention they

get.

Just hours after one of his team's shareholders announced that he's ready to call it quits

if the protests across the NFL persist because he's livid about what it's done to the

league.

The quarterback must have taken that as a challenge, spitting on this man's massive

investment and followed up the announcement with one of his own.

Circa reports:

NFL star Aaron Rodgers says that fans should lock arms during his next game in a show of

solidarity with players.

"This is about equality," he told Packers News Tuesday.

"This is about unity and love and growing together as a society, and starting a conversation

around something that may be a little bit uncomfortable for people."

Who it's really "uncomfortable" for is the shareholder of his team who is rightfully

fed-up with these constant antics that distract from the sport.

It's time to separate athletics and politics and let people enjoy this past time again.

Now he's probably panicking about the loss of revenue his franchise will likely face

like the others teams have experience who brought protests on the field.

Rogers' misguided move to lock arms in the name of "equality" and push this agenda

could destroy his team if the shareholder sticks to his threat of bailing out of the

business and if fans start boycotting too.

This seems to have already begun based on the reactions.

The quarterback explained more about why he decided to suddenly do this protest now.

"But we've got to come together and talk about these things and grow as a community,

as a connected group of individuals in our society, and we're going to continue to

show love and unity," the Green Bay Packers quarterback added, according to Circa.

"And this week we're going to ask the fans to join in as well and come together

and show people that we can be connected and we can grow together."

The furious shareholder unloaded his ultimatum to the players in a phone conversation with

the news outlet The Daily Caller, as we reported yesterday.

He didn't hold back when he expressed how upset he is with protesting and it's a sentiment

that most Americans share at this point in the protests, more than what Rodgers had to

say.

"I am f*****g livid right now.

I see this s**t and I lose my mind.

It needs to end immediately," the owner shouted over the phone the phone with the

news source on Monday night.

"I'll give up football completely and find something else to do with my time if

this continues," he added.

"This horse s**t must end.

These players are so out of touch.

They disrespect our flag and then wonder why Trump won.

It's a no-brainer.

This is so disrespectful."

"People will run to college football over the NFL in droves if these protests continue,"

the owner ended the conversation in saying.

Regardless of how much money he has in his team, he's willing to relinquish control

over his massive investment because he's so fed up, and who can blame him?

Despite it being disrespectful, it's nauseating to see.

People are tired of it, including the guy who has a ton of money invested in it.

The players are too arrogant to see it or care because they are loving all the attention

they're getting for it.

what do you think about this?

How to Memorize Song Lyrics Easily - Duration: 10:43.

Today I'm going to show you how to memorize song lyrics easily.

I'm going to show you a method that also helps you never to forget your lyrics so you

don't freeze up when you're standing there all alone singing for thousands of people!

Hi, I'm Chuck Gilmore with Power To Sing.

I've just been cast as Ebenezer Scrooge in "A Christmas Carol", at Centerpoint

Legacy Theater in Centerville, Utah.

The music and lyrics are by Alan Menken and Lynn Ahrens.

This show was originally called the Madison Square Garden Christmas Carol and I had the

good fortune of seeing this show when it played at Madison Square Garden, in New York City.

We're in rehearsals now and today I'm going to show you how to memorize song lyrics

easily.

This method helps you to learn easily and never freeze up and forget during your big

solo moment.

For years I've used "The Memory Book" by Harry Lorayne and Jerry Lucas.

This is a Ballantine Book published in 1975 by an arrangement with Stein and Day Publishers.

It has some amazing techniques in it.

I'll use two techniques to memorize a solo Ebenezer Scrooge sings.

You can apply these techniques to any song you want to memorize.

How to Memorize Song Lyrics Easily

Technique #1: Ridiculous Picture

"In order to remember any new piece of information, it must be associated to something you already

know or remember in some RIDICULOUS way."

How to Memorize Song Lyrics Easily

Technique #2: Association

Thoughts may be associated to each other, so that one thought will remind you of the

next thought.

(pp. 9)

There are two steps involved.

#1.

You need a ridiculous--impossible, crazy, illogical, absurd--picture or image.

#2.

You must associate the two items.

(pp. 9)

Let me illustrate with a solo from the show.

After Scrooge sees his past, present and future Christmases, he's a changed man.

He sings a solo entitled, "Yesterday, Tomorrow and Today".

Step A: I'll pick several words from each line and create ridiculous--impossible, crazy,

illogical, absurd pictures or images with them.

If it's an abstract word, I'll create a word or combination of words that sound

like or remind me of the abstract word.

Step B: I'll associate or link these pictures together in a crazy way.

Lyrics to "Yesterday, Tomorrow and Today" from the musical "A Christmas Carol".

The rehearsal track is provided by MT PIT which contracts with the theater.

They create great minus tracks with live musicians and rent them to theaters throughout the world.

Check them out.

Google MT PIT to learn more about them.

"I have seen a future full of darkness, all the darkness of my heart.

Step A: Pick Words: seen-- future-- darkness-- heart

(Picture) seeing Ghost of Future darkness heart

(or Foot Chair)

Step B (Associate): Seeing with giant binoculars bolted to my head.

I See giant ghost of Christmas Future.

Darkness with stars is bursting out of her chest.

A giant bloody heart comes out of her chest and is staked to my heart.

At my door a world in need of kindness.

From man's kindness, I departed.

Step A: door world kindness man departed Kind nests

Step B: My heart staked to huge door.

Opens and a world holding 1000's of kind nests with a little man in them.

I run from a 1000 little man's as they jump on my head and depart my hair.

All the hours and days and years I've wasted.

All the joy and love I never tasted!

Step A: hours days years wasted Joy love tasted

Step B: As my hair is departed from my head falls a Giant Clock with me as hour hands,

(logic hours + days + years) clock with me falls into giant wasted basket.

Half full of liquid joy dish soap and Love Dove Soap bar floating on the joy and I taste

it.

Then vomit.

All the errors of the past replaced with something strange...Give me time to change.

Step A: errors past replaced something strange time change

Arrows

Step B: Instead of joy soap, i vomit all the very old Arrows of my past which are re-pasted

all over my naked body in something strange, leaving too much skin exposed please Give

me time to change my arrows.

I bolt my binoculars to see.

I can see a future full of beauty, and my spirit starts to fly.

Step A: See future beauty spirit fly footchair

Step B: With bolted binoculars I see a Giant Footchair (future) with a 1000 beauty's

standing on it.

They fall on me and my spirit starts to fly.

I can change the world, yes, it's my duty!

God forgive me, Let me try!

Step A: Change world duty God forgive me try

Step B: As I fly around the world I drop 1000's of dollars in change on the world.

It's my booty.

Heavens part and God spanks and forgives me.

I try not to cry.

I'll spend my fortune on the one who needs me, go where kindness and my conscience lead

me,

Step A: spin fortune one knees me kindness conscience leads me

Step B: spinning on my fortune money flys out hit's ONE giant who knees me and orders

me to go where a kind nest holding hands with an Ex-con scientist lead me.

Give my heart and soul to all!

God speed me on my way, And to God I pray-----------

Step A: Give my heart and soul to all God speed me my way God I pray

Step B: Kind nest and con-scientist give my heart and soul (rip it out of me) to all.

God pulls me speedily up with a shepherd's hook upward on a high (my) way to heaven and

I'm praying and screaming

Let the Christmas Spirit live within me, yesterday, tomorrow and today!

Step A: Christmas Spirit live within me yesterday

Step B: Once in heaven a Giant Christmas Spirit (looks like Paul McCartney in Santa's clothes)

opens my mouth and dives in and lives within me.

Sticks his head out and sings "Yesterday".

"I have seen a future full of darkness, all the darkness of my heart.

At my door a world in need of kindness.

From man's kindness, I departed.

All the hours and days and years I've wasted.

All the joy and love I never tasted!

All the errors of the past replaced with something strange...Give me time to change.

Going through this process will help "force the original awareness that's necessary

to remember anything.

It will force you to concentrate and use your imagination as you never have before, and

it will force you to form associations consciously."

(pp. 9)

If I find some picture needs changing, I change it to make it more ridiculous and crazy.

These are my pictures.

Yours would be different...and better for you.

I recommend "The Memory Book" to teach you how to memorize song lyrics easily.

It's helped me through the years with lyrics, scripts and other memorization projects.

Spooky Halloween Tag - Duration: 16:59.

hey guys oh what's up I'm coming on here to do the spooky Halloween tag so we're

gonna do that and I don't know kind of like in the Halloween spirit and I have

vacation coming up soon so I'm just like in good mood anyway I saw the tag when

amy mclean youtube channel i just recently started following her I think

she found me through a book haul that I did and she does book hauls and she's

like kind of cool and I like her style so following her and she was doing the

tag and she's like anybody that wants to tag him and like I was like okay cool

good reason to do a tag so I haven't done a tag in a couple years this is a

thirty questions and I watched her tag but I don't really remember a whole lot

of the questions so we're just gonna kind of go through it and hopefully get

through it quickly mostly question one brave RIT horror or

Halloween themed song I'm gonna say there's two I'm pickin to the Monster

Mash because my mom was like a complete oldies fan of all kinds of oldies music

and also thriller because Michael Jackson hello 80s we watched that about

a million times and number two name something you wouldn't want to run

into in a dark forest or in an abandoned building no no I'm kind of scared of

everything I'm scared of my shadow so like I'm gonna say like anything but I

guess I will say I wouldn't want to run into like something slimy and gross

looking I guess that even an answer no no number three have you ever played

with a Ouija board I have when it was little like probably elementary middle

school age so um so yeah I have it's not something I do now I have a little bit

more respect for the Ouija board then I probably would have had when I was

younger just trying to like be stupid but I'm gonna tell you we G boards are

freaky there's actually somebody that I want to go see she does tarot cards and

she also I don't know what the proper word is for it but she like talks to

dead people and stuff and she can like see people and she has a bunch of Ouija

board she doesn't use them but she collects them and apparently she has

like a seat that that one her clients made for her and it's like a Ouija board

but it's a seat I know that sounds kind of cool number four a favorite horror

monster or villain I'm gonna have to say Freddy Krueger number five the creepiest

thing that's ever happened while you were alone creepiest thing was ever

happened while you were alone I don't know I'm not really alone that much so I

don't really know I'm trying to think back but it's just like I can't come up

with anything number six if you were dared to spend the night in a haunted

house would you do it I want to say no but I might it just kind of like a

depends on whether or not like am I alone cuz if I'm alone I probably

couldn't do it but if I was with somebody I'd probably do it just because

I have to act big and tough like yeah okay I could do this like a handle this

are you scared I'm not scared but I'll probably be totally scared number seven

are you superstitious yes I am very superstitious but like wants it like

black cats don't scare me so I'm not superstitious on that I do think that

you probably shouldn't break a mirror that's bad luck it don't step on cracks

well actually I guess I do when I was younger I didn't and I don't believe in

splitting poles I've never heard about that until like as an adult but I kind

of believe that's bad luck too cuz there's a couple different things trying

a blank oh my god I'm so put on the spot but I'm not put on this back because I

knew I was gonna do this tag but I'm just a terrible terrible tag person

apparently do you ever see figures in your peripheral vision oh my god it is

so weird that that question came up today because I swear I saw like this

piece of fuzz today and I'm working on the computer and I'm like

I just see a piece of I smell like definite ghost what's on a ghost

what's wrong my mom I think my mom's coming just to like haunt me for some

reason me her birthday is coming up after all let's say number 8 which urban

legend scares you the most I think I have an urban legend that scares me

honestly number 10 do you prefer Gore or thrillers I guess

I would say I'm more of a thriller type of person I think I like things that I

kind of feel like could really happen you know like Freddy Krueger stuff like

that really couldn't happen unless I'm walking down the hallway in the middle

of the night and like I just got them watching a scary movie and then like I

have to have my back up against the wall but I'm really scared because I remember

watching Freddy Krueger when I was little and I remember like the hands

like coming up through the bed or something like that it's been a long

time since I watched Freddy and like that freaks me out cuz I'm like oh my

god I'm walking up against the wall like protect myself right so I can like watch

and I've got my back up against the wall and then I'm afraid that like Freddy

Krueger will come behind the wall kind of thing and then you know like okay so

I used to watch Carrie - so like Carrie is is a scary movie to me that I'm like

well that could kind of happen right because it was a girl in the prom and

like everything to happen could like really happen in real life to me that's

like the kind of scary freaky stuff so I don't know I'm like getting off-topic I

think okay number 11 do you believe in multiple dimensions or worlds think so

not really okay my battery died so I'm back I think

number 12 ever made a potion of any sort no I have not number 13 do you get

scared easily oh my god do i somebody could come up behind me and just be like

hey Don I'm like what huh what you just gave the crap out of me like I'm always

scared number fourteen have you ever played

Bloody Mary yes when I was like in elementary school we lived on base I was

an army brat and we did like army brat stuff and that was one of those things

number 15 do you believe in demons and the devil absolutely number 16 you're

home alone but you hear footsteps in your house what do you do

freak out and see how fast it's gonna take for you to go get my gun like legit

I guess scared all the time number 17 if you got trapped in one scary movie which

would you choose it would have to be don't go to sleep it's like one of my

favorite movies of all time it has valerie harper in it it's not like your

typical scary movie like Freddy Krueger or saw or anything like that it's more

like real like this girl sisters dead and like she comes back to life and she

tries to talk her sister and to kill him the whole family it's crazy but it's one

of those movies I saw them I was like little like under the age of 10 it was

like back in the 80s but it's like so good and it's one of those ones that you

can't really find one line when you can't go get it from the store it

doesn't really play like you have to try to find it on YouTube and watch it that

way but it is so good I like it alright

number 18 if you could only wear one Halloween costume for the rest of your

life what would it be I would want to be like a sexy Betty Boop fireman like I

wanted to get that as a tattoo on my leg I was gonna get Betty Boop she's gonna

have these high heels on one and he's like booty shorts and it's like this top

like a bikini top where she was like busting out of her top and she was

holding like this hose and she was looking looking all sexy and she had

heard like foot up on the UM fire hydrant and she's holding the hose but I

don't know if she would had high heels little boots probably boots cuz I'm like

a such a boot girl but um yeah that's yeah now it'd be a burger is a Betty

Boop prostitute looking fire woman go darlin boo-boo number 19 would you

go to a graveyard at night yes and actually I was looking at homes multiple

homes that oh we're like right next toward door two or right across from

different graveyards when you live out in the country out here anyway there's

there's so many churches and there's so many graveyards like everywhere so like

that doesn't scare me I actually find that really cool number 20 in a zombie

apocalypse what is your weapon of choice I mean like I want to say like a gun but

I really really want to say like a knife because like zombies and gore and like

you'd stab them and stuff right so I'm gonna go with the knife

21 would you rather go to a Halloween party or go trick-or-treating you'll

have to choose okay I'm gonna say I've actually never been to a Halloween party

so I don't know I'll say trick-or-treating you're in a horror

movie are you the final girl the first to die

the comic relief the skeptic the smart one or the killer I was gonna say the

first to die but actually I want to be that killer but probably the first one

to die 23 do you have to watch something happy after watching a horror movie so

you can go to sleep no I probably need to like have a glass of wine or a bottle

and just like try to go to sleep I can't watch anything else because all I can

think about the whole time is like just the horror movie 24 whilst watching

scary movies are you the person who yells at the characters the person with

their eyes covered the whole time or the person who falls asleep well because I

have a hard time staying awake I'm gonna say probably the window with my eyes

covered unless it's kind of slow moving and then I'll probably be the one asleep

but we'll go with covered eyes 25 are you the one who gets scared or the one

who does the scaring oh hi I'm totally the one who gets scared number 26

your favorite scary I'm gonna go like back to the 90s and

I'm gonna say one by John saw called second child I don't know I I wasn't one

that really read scary books and I read that it was kind of like freaky it was

Stephen King kind of freaky so I actually never read Stephen King

books but it was like that kind of level but it was good you should check it out

number 27 how old were you when you saw your first horror movie oh god I don't

know I'm gonna say it was probably pretty young maybe four or five but

that's the type of like family that I grew up in and also like just the kind

of take it back like my mom she was born on Halloween right and she was also

epileptic which means that's like back in the day like the Salem witch trials

is my mom would have been killed for being a witch because she had grand mal

seizures and they used to say that if you had grand mal seizures that your

body was taken over by the devil so they had to kill you so she had grand mal

seizures she was born on Halloween hello and and when I was young I found some

witchcraft books in her closet like I'm not even kidding

like real witchcraft books like I've read through it and it was like you need

the blood of a goat kind of stuff like it was weird but you know that was my

mom okay let's move on what was your first Halloween costume so like I was

saying my mom was born on Halloween and she used to go out every year for

trick-or-treating so she took me out my first year was

born in May so wasn't that old like six seven months and we went as an Indian

with her baby so I was like a little Indian baby that's what I was 29 what

are you going to be for Halloween this year my self I used to go out

um you know with my daughter and what Cara

neighborhood she's an adult she's no longer at home so and where we live

there's not really like any kids that walk around don't really live in a

neighborhood so like the first year we were here we had like three or four kids

that came by for trick-or-treating and they were all like clumped together and

last year we got zero and this year we'll probably hit zero but November 1st

is mine and Greg's anniversary so we don't really do anything like I come

home we relax and that's like it 30 if you could have a spooky Halloween pet a

black cat and now a bat a rat yes a wolf what would you pick totally totally a

black cat totally when I was in sixth grade this boy that I had a crush on his

name was Ricky and he had like a whole bunch of cats and we had a mouse that

came in from the field and my mom said you can get a cat from Ricky so I did

and the cat was like gray and white and that cat ended up having a whole bunch

of kittens and one of the kittens it was completely black completely black

and I named it W say witchcraft because I was so cute back then and I just I

loved six black cats so black cats do not scare me I love black cats I

actually think they're good luck and every time I see a black cat it makes me

feel like it's my mother so my mom passed away like five years ago and

every time I see a black cat and it's actually kind of weird because I went

and I talked to I'm totally rambling I went and talked

to like one of my old neighbors she um got struck by lightning when she was

like 16 and a total three times she's got struck by lightning in her life and

she can see and speak to dead people and I never knew anybody who died and then

when my mom died I went back and I found her and I'm like hey you know I used to

live next door to you do you remember me you know can we can we meet up and talk

and she's like yeah we can you know meet up let's do dinner

and the day that I was going to meet her for dinner I actually saw a black cat

and gonna you know like I talked to mom and after so I don't know anyway I just

every time I see a black cat I just feel like it's my mom but it's gotta be all

black it can't be like black with like a little bit of white or a little bit of

grey it's gonna be all black so anyway I think they're good luck Greg and I were

supposed to buy a farm and when we're gonna buy a farm of like I have to get a

black cat all black but we never got a farm so we're still looking alright

that's it that's my Halloween tag yay gods on did you guys learn anything new

about me did Joe I don't know alright so we're gonna go ahead and end this here I

170922 Jason West 17 Why Yearly Blood Test - Duration: 7:25.

How often should you have a blood test, and then there's a real brief inside of

what the numbers mean, check it out.

Hello everyone, Dr. Jason West with the question I get asked all the time,

how often should I get a blood test? And what do they mean? And from a health care

provider standpoint, a doctor standpoint, I love data, I love all the information

and it's so helpful when people come in with a healthcare concern and they'll

bring in their last year, in the previous year and the year before that blood test

so you can start seeing trends and patterns. So I recommend at the very

least, getting a blood test every year and let's talk about why blood tests

are important and some of the findings that help you understand about your own

blood tests and about your own health. So one of my favorite things to recommend

for people is to get a complete blood cell count with auto differentiation and

a complete metabolic panel and then if you're over 40, as a male, I think you

should get a PSA test, I also think it's really good to get a vitamin D level and

a T3 T4 TSH thyroid level. If there's any types of inflammation in your body,

I think it's good to get a CA reactive protein and if you're getting a lot of

joint pain, I also like to throw in a uric acid test. But let's talk about

those tests for a minute and what they mean. A complete blood cell count with

auto differentiation means we're gonna look at your white blood cells, we're

gonna look at your red blood cells, we're gonna look at your hemoglobin hematocrit,

your mean corpuscular volume, and your MCHC. On the white blood cells, your white

blood cells are the police officers of your immune system after your blood

supply and what they're doing is, they're looking for bad guys to take him to jail,

so red blood cells are like trucks on the freeway, they take supplies from town

to town, white blood cells are your state police officers, they arrest the bad guys

and take them to jail. So your white blood cell count should be between six

and eight, optimal is 6.5, if it's higher than that it means that we

have some type of infection that's occurring, if it's really high it means

we have some leukemia, it's also really important to know that if it's low, and

if it's down in that three or four range or lower,

it means that your body's just not responding and has a sluggish immune

system. Also about that white blood cell count, there's five cells associated with

the total count, there's the neutrophils which are the bacterial fighters,

there's the lymphocytes and they're viral fighters, the monocytes do

inflammation, the eosinophils are usually triggered by some type of allergy or

inflammation and then the basophils can be triggered by parasites and other

types of allergies. So the ratio should be 60:38:3 Never let my engine blow,

that's the mnemonic they learned about it in graduate school, I never forgot it.

So 60% of your cells should be fighting bacteria, 30% viruses, 8% inflammation,

3% of the eosinophils should be your allergies and possible parasite

exposures. And so knowing what those ratios are really help us to understand

how your immune system is responding and what type of infection or a type of bad

guy that is getting ready to gear up and to go after. Your red blood cells

should typically be around 4.8 and 5, and your hemoglobin hematocrit tells us,

do we have any type of anemia both microcytic iron deficiency anemia and

macrocytic anemia. That's the number one cause of fatigue, we just want to know

what's happening with your red blood cells. Now moving on to the next

recommended annual test is a complete metabolic panel. That is looked at your

liver enzymes, your kidney enzymes, your trace minerals, your pH, your blood sugar

it also looks to see how well your body and your kidneys are filtering things

and so I think pH is really really important, should be around 25, your blood

sugar should be 90-100, your liver enzymes should be typically around 25,

your calcium should be 9.8, your potassium levels to be around 4, proteins should be

around 7, so if we have that information that gives us a really really nice

baseline, and then one of the frustrations that I see about blood

tests particularly with the thyroid is when doctors run just at TSH or a

thyroid stimulating hormone because there's more to it than that,

you have the pituitary that basically tells it's been in the brain and it

tells the body, tells the thyroid if it should be working or not and it releases

a hormone to do that called the thyroid stimulating hormone. If we're only

looking at that it doesn't really tell us if the thyroid is

working correctly, it just could mean the pituitary is

yelling at the thyroid, so we also want to know what your T4 levels are and your

T3 levels which is amino acid component, it's really important to understand

health. So if you get those tests every year, a complete blood cell count with

auto differentiation, a complete metabolic, a T3, a T4, TSH, the males over

40 you get a PSA. Now if you're having any type of inflammation, it's nice to do

a siri active protein, it tells us where if you're having too much inflammation

in your system, either from an infection or you can have some type of

cardiovascular disease or autoimmune condition, and then vitamin D levels, you

know, typically they're recommending vitamin D levels anything above 30 is

normal, I actually like to see those higher, around 80 to 100 because there's

so many risk factors and diseases that go basically go away if your vitamin D

levels are high enough because vitamin D helps with your immune system, it helps

with your bones, it helps with your moods and emotions, it's just a wonderful

amazing vitamin. And then a clinical pearl about that, I do you have some

concerns when people are told to take high levels of vitamin D once a week,

like 50,000 units once a week and I tell people, I just don't think that makes

logic physiologic sense, that's like saying I want you to go over to the

buffet and eat as much as possible, one time a week but don't eat on the other

day, so you can eat have 50,000 units on Wednesday or you can have a big meal on

Wednesday but don't eat again till next Wednesday, it's not as effective of being

consistent around 5 sometimes 10,000 units everyday and depending on where

you live and how much sun exposure you're getting what your vitamin D

levels, you can be lower or higher than that. So yes, you should have our annual

blood tests, you should have the tests that we recommended. It really helps

taking all those blood tests in to your doctor for the for his appointment so

that you can look at the different trends and you want to see a doctor that

knows how to recognize a disease before it's coming, not just when it's at the

disease state. So one of my biggest frustrations, I had a patient come into

the office with some elevated liver enzymes, cholesterol was starting to

creep up, the doctor said, well you don't have cholesterol concerns yet, let's wait

until you do and put you on a medication, that's the wrong approach, we need to do

something now before the horse leaves the barn, it's so much easier to treat

people from a preventative standpoint that it is from a disease standpoint and

that's my thoughts on annual blood tests. Thank you for watching the video on

annual blood tests, they're really important if you'll bring them in to

your doctor on the visits, it'll really help them to help you to achieve and

maintain optimal health. If you see value in the video, please give us a thumbs up.

Animate My Life | Matthew Santoro - Duration: 13:00.

- [Matthew] Hi!

My name is Matthew Santoro.

I'm Canadian, I'm bald and I'm a YouTuber.

Okay, that's all you need to know.

Bye!

(film projector whirring)

No, just kidding.

But, for real, you guys have been watching my videos

and following my journey for years now and

you probably think you know me pretty well,

but the truth is,

there's a lot more to the story that you don't know.

In this video, I'm going to tell you everything

that you've ever wanted to know about me:

where I cam from, how I got to where I'm at now,

and everything in between.

If you've ever wanted to know more about me,

this is the full story from start to, well, now.

So, let's start from the beginning.

I was born in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada on July 16, 1985

in a hospital to my two loving parents,

Mike and Kathy Santoro.

I was an only child so, from an early age,

I learned how to entertain myself and be creative.

I think you get why that becomes important later in my life.

Shortly after being born,

my parents decided to move to a small city called Welland.

It's a relatively small city of about 52,000 people and,

truthfully, there isn't really much to do there.

I mean, we have a mall and a bridge.

That's about it.

Basically, it's a quiet town where people move to retire.

Not exactly an exciting thing for a kid.

When we moved there, my parents bought me my very first pet,

my dog, Barney.

He was the cutest little fluffy dog I'd ever seen

and I loved him very much.

He was the only boy of the litter and

that made him extra-special to me.

We would snuggle and play together all the time

and he'd even sleep with me every night as I grew up.

My dad named him Barney,

after Barney Rubble from The Flintstones.

Still not exactly sure why but hey, why not?

We gave him so much love that

he lived for a really long time, around 16 years,

but eventually, he got too old and

we decided to put him down.

Luckily, my uncle is a veterinarian,

so he was surrounded by a loving family when he passed,

but I'm getting ahead of it.

As a kid, I attended St. Kevin's Elementary School.

It was a Catholic school but not one of those

hard-core uniform-wearing ones where

the boys aren't allowed to talk to girls.

I was always the class clown,

always doing things to make people laugh.

But, despite that, I was never very popular in school.

Now, I wouldn't say I was a loser.

More like, I just didn't feel like I fit in with any cliques

I always felt like I just never belonged.

I always felt different, like I didn't understand why

the other kids acted the way that they did.

I always tried really hard to fit in but it never worked.

Eventually, I figured out the harder you try

to make people like you, the less they will.

I was always thankful that I was never really bullied.

I mean, I was picked on, but never beat up

or anything like that.

I had some pretty great teachers growing up,

as well as a few close friends and I was pretty happy,

except for when I turned eight and my parents divorced.

I definitely didn't take that well.

I honestly don't have a lot of memories from that time,

but I do remember that it made me a really sad kid,

as well as confused.

I felt sad for a long time after that and

I couldn't explain a lot of the emotions that I felt but,

despite that, my parents did all that they could

to make it as easy on me as possible.

The biggest thing I always give my parents credit for is

that they never talked crap about each other around me.

Ever.

Despite their differences,

they only ever spoke highly of each other.

That's something that I'm still thankful for to this day,

because I know that not every kid has that privilege.

Next up was high school.

I attended Notre Dame College School,

which I always thought was a weird name,

considering that it wasn't a college but anyway,

high school was similar to grade school for me except

that I now had a whole bunch of hormones

rushing through my body all at once.

Yeah, that didn't make things awkward at all.

Out of all of my classes, I loved Improv class the most

because I got to be onstage making people laugh.

In fact, I would do this thing called the Mother Lobster,

where I'd snap my claws together and

throw myself against the chalkboard.

Yeah, I was weird.

It was in my first year there that I met and

started dating my first ever girlfriend.

Her name was Holly.

She was nice.

That same year, I found my first job.

It was at a grocery store called Zehrs

in the hot deli department, where I fried chicken and,

believe it or not, I ended up staying there for 10 years,

and even fully paid my way through university.

That's pretty much the summary of my high school days,

but there were two important lessons that

I learned during my time there that are still true today

that I want to impart upon you.

The first is to never envy anyone else's life, ever.

No matter how great someone's life looks on the surface,

I promise you, everyone has demons that they struggle with

and no one is as perfect as they seem.

I learned that one the saddest way possible when

one of the most popular kids in my school,

who everyone looked up to,

took his own life one weekend without any warning.

It turns out he had been terribly depressed

and nobody knew about it.

The other important lesson is to never hesitate.

If you want something, act today,

because you might not get your shot tomorrow.

This was another hard lesson that I learned.

I had a huge crush on this girl named Jen and

I waited days to gather the courage to ask her to prom

and when I finally did,

she told me that she was just asked earlier that same day

by another guy and, what makes it worse is that

she also said that she would have gone with me.

That one stung.

It was in high school that I chose to go into accounting.

I know, I know.

Boring!

The truth is I only went into it because one of my teachers,

Mr. Graffi, told me that I could make a lot of money,

so I set my sights on Brock University,

switched all of my classes to accounting and dove in.

Next up was university and it was

a really good time in my life.

It was during this time that I started to become

more serious about fitness and weightlifting

and I got into pretty good shape.

In between my studies,

my friends and I would go out two or even three times a week

I still don't know how I went out that much

and managed to pull off a 75 average.

During my second year there,

I ran into my high school crush, Marcy.

We started hanging out and then started dating.

Fast-forward and, after five and a half years,

I graduated with a Master of Accountancy degree

and moved in with Marcy.

That's also when I got my first job at an accounting firm.

Things were going really well.

Just after I graduated, near the end of 2009,

is when I first discovered YouTube,

specifically, the YouTubers who inspired me

to begin making my own videos.

My biggest influence at the time was Ray William Johnson.

I was in love with the concept of making videos

and putting them online for everyone to see.

It was just so exciting and new.

After moving to St. Catherine's with Marcy,

I bought a camera and taught myself

how to edit and shoot video.

Fun Fact: I almost didn't even post my very first video.

It was only because of Marcy's encouragement

that I gained the strength to do it.

From there, I started making videos twice a week and,

despite the fact that I was only getting

about 100 views a video, I still loved it.

For a couple of years,

I would work long hours crunching numbers then

come home and write scripts, shoot videos,

edit them, and post on Saturdays.

Then, one day, everything changed.

I got laid off.

Now, you'd think I would have been devastated

but oddly, I wasn't.

In fact, I was happy.

For the first time in years,

I felt like I was free to do anything I wanted.

I decided to vlog the experience,

calling it I Lost My Job Today.

In fact, that video is still on YouTube today.

Feel free to look it up if you want to see Chubby Matt.

It was at that moment that I learned another hard,

but important life lesson.

To paraphrase the great Jim Carrey,

"You can fail at what you don't want to do,

"so you might as well take a chance on what you love."

So, I did.

I decided to pursue this YouTube thing full-time,

despite having no idea how I would make it work

and feeling completely lost.

For an entire year, I took making videos really seriously.

I was determined to make it, so I did everything I could to

put myself in a position to do so, including going to VidCon

and networking with bigger YouTubers.

It was during this time that I met and

became good friends with Scott Kinmartin,

who introduced me to HouseholdHacker and Rob Dyke.

Needless to say, we all became good friends and

would even do a weekly Livestream together

called Let Your Google Hang Out.

In fact, we became such good friends that we decided

to take a cross-America trip together.

Luckily, it was in a free car that Scott had won

through the Ford Fiesta movement, which was great

because we were all broke and it's a tough economy.

But, in all seriousness,

little did I know that this would end up being the trip

that would change my life forever.

Other than quitting accounting,

this was the second big risk

I had ever taken in my whole life.

Up until that point, I was always a very small-town

conservative guy who was really just happy being

safe in his little bubble, but all of that changed.

Over the course of two weeks,

we traveled from east to west coast together.

It was a ton of fun and I still have many great memories

and hilarious stories from that trip.

While we were on the road,

I decided to take another big risk:

to switch from comedy skits to exclusively Top 10 videos.

Up until that point, I had always done list videos

and skit videos separately but one day, I thought,

"Hey, what would happen if I combined

"the facts with the humor?"

And boom!

Soon, I started getting 5,000 subscribers a day,

then 10,000 and then 25,000 subscribers a day.

In three months, I went from 15,000 subscribers to millions.

Keep in mind, it took me four years of making videos

to get those 15,000 and I got millions within three months.

I had never felt a high like that in my life.

I even passed many of the YouTubers

who inspired me to begin in the first place.

My patience and hard work had finally paid off but

another big change was coming that I couldn't predict.

The sudden fame was shifting my life in another direction

and Marcy and I started to grow apart.

Eventually, we realized that things

just weren't right anymore and,

after being together for five years,

we decided to split ways.

Luckily, to this day, we are still good friends and

I am forever grateful for everything that she did for me

while we were together.

At this point in my life,

I had finally gotten everything I worked for

and it was exciting, however, despite that,

the truth is I didn't handle my sudden fame very well.

I lost the sense of who I was and

I didn't even know who I was supposed to be.

From July to December, 2014,

I became very depressed and isolated.

In fact, there were some weeks when I was so depressed,

I couldn't even bring myself to make a video and

unfortunately, the next two years were equally

as confusing and difficult for me.

If I could summarize that entire time into one word,

it would be rollercoaster.

There's a lot that happened during that time,

but I'll summarize it for you like this:

I met a girl that I thought loved me and

that I thought was my dream girl,

but ended up just using me to launch her YouTube career

and put me through a lot of pain.

But, I also was on over 40 plane rides,

visited places I had never seen before,

and even moved to Toronto.

Then, I got into some unnecessary YouTube drama

with some friends that really sucked,

but then I traveled to South Africa to be in

the final Resident Evil movie.

Then, I got into some more YouTube drama,

this time with a gnome in a cartoon.

I know, it sounds weird.

It was.

But then, I released a book with a full tour,

won a Streamy Award for Breakout Creator of the Year,

and even went to the White House, so yeah.

Like I said, rollercoaster.

That brings us to the end of 2016.

I still found myself lost and unhappy,

so I decided that I needed a change of scenery.

I took another huge risk and moved to Los Angeles.

It's taken me six months but I finally, just now,

have adjusted to living here and, to be honest, it's nice.

But, the truth is, I often miss Toronto a lot

and all of the amazing friends that I made there.

I miss my family a lot, too, but the good news is that

I travel back there every couple months, so it's not so bad.

So, that's pretty much it.

I guess I'm still finding my way and

I'm still figuring out life as I go

but, through it all, I learned one more important thing.

I've realized that life itself is not

something that you figure out.

Maybe it's not about the destination,

but about the journey instead.

Maybe it's all about making mistakes,

learning from those mistakes,

and being a better person tomorrow than you were yesterday.

It's about enriching the lives of those around you.

It's about taking risks as often as possible

and doing things that scare you,

because growth lies just outside of your comfort zone.

I don't know what the future holds for me, but that's okay,

because throughout all the crazy ups and downs

that may be to come, I know that my life will be about

creating what I love,

continuing to try to make the world a better place

for the people I care about,

and of course, sharing it with you.

How to make HUMMUS in 2 minutes - Duration: 2:05.

Секретный бункер Сталина в Самаре | VLOG | Secret Stalin's bunker - Duration: 13:36.

Hi guys! Today we are in the Samara city. And this is the Stalin's bunker

We returned from Samara yesterday. And when I started to mount this video, I realized that we should give some explanations

We have never been to Samara. When we go to different cities and countries we do not read the detailed information before travel

n order to have own opinion about the city

(something happened to the light) This video - how we saw Samara in this day

*I love to eat*

We went to Samara in order to do one important thing

But we were able to take a walk and see the city and we liked it

We walk around Samara and look at the facades of buildings

it's very beautiful here

But we are surprised that there are no people at all here.

Very cool wooden buildings

super historical

This place would be perfect without these ugly garages

Do you like?

Yes. I like that the windows are original

We did our business very quickly. So we had a lot of time to take a walk, record a video and see the city

So, from 7am to 12am we walked around the city and today my legs hurt like after a heavy squat

Rub!

Very durable

In general, there is a paid entrance

It's not free?

50 rubles ($ 1)

we gonna buy tickets

it costs 50 rubles ($1)

It's paid on Monday, you should have thought logically. Because it's the same color

this is a gentle hint. rebus

We came to the museum. And at the checkout they said that it costs 150 rubles. We paid 300 rubles

And then they said that we should pay another 250 rubles for the camera, and 100 rubles for the iPhone.

And we decided that we would not go there

Until in Russian museums will be paid filming, no one will go there

We want to find Stalin's Bunker

But it's so secret that we can not find it for half an hour

Samara State Institute of Culture

*The bunker was under this building*

I want to show you an abominable example of how you shouldn't do

Plastic windows in a wooden house

We found a woman with a racket

But we can not find Stalin's Bunker

well hidden

well hidden

Enough to repeat after me!

It is against this background we should insert this main song about Samara

*Russian famous song*

*Ah, Samara-small town! I'm restless, I'm restless. Make me calm!*

It seems that there was no soil in Samara and it was brought here.

Hey!!!

We do not know how Samara is organized. Maybe we walked in the historic center

But we liked it. There are not many cars, not many people. Everything is very quiet, cozy

Many cafes and restaurants where you can eat and drink coffee

We came to get warm

Because we did not want to go to Stalin with the students. We had to sit, drink coffee and get warm

While I was drinking coffee, I found this museum of Lenin

House-museum of Lenin. Today we have a day of Soviet history

We are in the dining room of Lenin's house

In the living room

So this is not a dining room. This is a living room

Where was Lenin sitting?

I dont know

Very cool house

I liked the house. Because we are also live in an apartment with high ceilings. How many meters?

A lot of meters

What was the height of Lenin

But now you will see!

Will see?...

He does not look like Lenin

Looks like Lenin! he's just young

In those days, all people had a small height

This is his modest room. With a portrait of Chernyshevsky. The best room in the house

He went in, closed the door and was left alone.

What did he count here?

He was preparing for the court sessions and was engaged in statistics

When he lived in this house, he worked as a lawyer. But then like me quit the career of lawyer.

And then he decided to make a revolution

It is unclear, with whose help he did it. The guide said that he had friends who gave him money.

who is it?????

Where can I find such friends?

Where are you guys?

I'm here! Write to me on the mail!

They stoked the stove

There was stove heating. There was no water in the house.

They carried water from a well

Is this the original wallpaper?

Yes, original

The brother of Lenin was executed for terrorism

Not for terrorism. For the manufacture of an explosive device

The same

This is her husband's Mark Elizarov office

He helped finance the whole family

These are the books that he had

What did he do? How did he earn?

He had to engage in agriculture.

But he was engaged in statistics.

The guide did not answer the main question. Whence the family of Lenin had money for this activity

I think this will remain unanswered

this is the most interesting

And we really enjoyed the tour in bunker of Stalin. The guide is fantastic

If you are in Samara, then this is the first place I recommend to you to go. I did not see such a guide anywhere else

We are in Stalin's bunker

It's very deep

And very cool

Very contradictory feelings

In the midst of the war, they did an incredible facility

Even now, this probably will not make

Have done for 9 months

manually

In total secrecy

This hopper - temporary bomb shelter

This bunker was built personally for the commander-in-chief Stalin Joseph Vissarionovich

It was built in complete secrecy. No one from nearby houses knew that such a grandiose construction was being conducted here.

Armored doors

Here came 573 subway builders, specialists from Moscow and the miners from Kuzbass

They built this bunker using a pickaxe and shovels

They began this construction in February 1942. Finished in October-November 1942.

It was built in 9 months

It is built of cast-iron blocks. Each block weighs 500 kg.

It is collected on the bolts. There's a lead plate for sealing

These blocks were intended for the construction of a metro in Moscow. But the war began and these blocks were transported here for the construction of bunkers.

Reinforced concrete screed around the perimeter. The thickness of 1 meter.

About the protection of this bunker. Above there is a square, under this whole square there is a reinforced concrete slab

The thickness is 3 meters. This plate covers the entire bunker

Then a layer of sand 1 meter.

And then another reinforced concrete slab 1 meter thick

The depth of this bunker is 37 meters. This is a twelve-story house underground

Autonomous operation of the bunker within 5 days, after 5 days, the equipment is replaced.

The cables are armored. The lead in the lead shell. Wires copper

You can see 4 doors. This is a fake. What are they made for?

In order that Stalin felt like in the Kremlin.

Before you go on an excursion, you should call and sign up, because a group of 15-20 people should be recruited.

This tour costs 80 rubles ($ 1.5) and you will get incredible feelings

Who did you mean? Hitler! And what did you mean, Comrade Secretary?

Any questions?

Many people said that the embankment in Samara is beautiful. That's why we're going to look.

Now only 3pm

Our return train is at 11pm

At 12

Therefore, we must somehow kill time

I offer a shopping center, because there are shops here that we do not have in our city.

never

And when it was dark and walking was not interesting. Julia persuaded me to go to the mall.

We go shopping and then went to see the movie.

We watched a Russian film and it was pretty cool

The film is called "Arrhythmia". Recommended
