However, this improvement didn't matter.
Because no matter what, I promise to give you the best stories about your favorite animes.
And I'll show you why Jiren was still able to keep up with ease.
He did it by being quicker than instant transmission.
Fast enough to turn on the notifications.
And that's why there were 2 questions still flooding the minds of the other fighters:
Who is Jiren?
How strong is Jiren?
Well who can't answer the first question?
Universe 11's strongest character is obviously Jiren.
And YouTube's smartest anime family is obviously the ANIFAM.
But Jiren's full strength hasn't even been close to getting revealed yet.
However, there is something that has been revealed.
And it was about to show it's ugly face again.
The fight had been hard.
Maybe a little too hard.
Goku had proven to be Jiren's biggest challenge so far.
But Jiren had also proven something.
It was clear.
Tired and weak, Goku's time was up.
But Jiren was still standing.
No matter how hard the challenge, Jiren would come out the winner.
He blasted Goku away from him.
Jiren's biggest mistake had already made a hole.
But this was digging himself even deeper into it.
You heard that right.
His mistake had already made a hole.
That means that Jiren's first mistake was not during the Goku vs Jiren fight.
BRUH
He created this hole way before then.
The sound of her voice was powerful.
Her presence had messed up the peace in his world of void.
And when he opened his eyes, he saw a woman out of control.
Her opponent unable to handle her.
However, the blue-haired man wasn't his ally.
Just another person he wouldn't have to deal with later.
To Jiren, Goku was nothing more than a fighter about to be eliminated.
But his outlook of this fight was forced to change.
The power of her voice literally shook their world.
She was getting to be a danger to everyone there.
Including the Pride Troopers.
And to protect his team, Jiren was forced to take action.
He ended Kale's rampage in only a second.
It was beyond easy for him, but Jiren's first mistake had just been made.
And that wasn't the only thing that'd happened.
Can you imagine how it felt to see this go down?
The people watching were in awe.
A very powerful fighter wasn't able to control this woman.
But then Jiren stepped in and everything was over in an instant.
If it wasn't clear to the other universes before, it was now:
Jiren was gonna be a problem for them.
Well, some universes were braver than others.
Most wanted to avoid Jiren at all costs, but others were ready to reveal what he was hiding.
One of those universes was Universe 2.
They sent a fighter named Maji Kayo to find out Jiren's secrets.
And at first, everything seemed to be going as planned.
Maji Kayo captured Dyspo, successfully making Jiren mad.
With his main target now ready to fight, Maji Kayo let the bunny man go.
That's when his plan got blown away.
Along with his body and chances to win the tournament.
Once again, the fearless fighter had scared everyone around him.
Jiren's confidence was only getting higher, while the hole of his mistake was getting
even bigger.
Standing nearby was Goku, shaking at the amount of power he had just seen.
He knew his time to fight Jiren was coming, and he had no idea how to win.
Goku was left with no other choice.
He couldn't just stand there in fear forever.
So he continued on in his other battles.
Which didn't last very long.
Before he knew it, Jiren was standing in front of him.
The time to fight had come.
And the confidence in Jiren's eyes was overpowering.
To save energy for the strongest fighters, Jiren hadn't gotten into too many battles.
Or at least that's the reason he wanted everyone to think.
Of course saving his energy was a good idea,
But it wasn't like he couldn't handle anything that came his way.
He was Jiren the Grey!
The unstoppable warrior.
Only the bravest would challenge him.
And from the moment they met, Jiren knew one of those brave fighters would be Goku.
Jiren felt the fear inside of his opponent, but it was getting weaker.
Goku's own confidence was building up and pushing all his fears away.
This is what he did best.
Taking the unknown and forming it into a strength that would blow his enemies away.
However, Jiren was on a completely different level.
But in the brink of death, Goku's body was forced to step it up.
And with the awakening of Ultra Instinct, Goku became Jiren's only real challenge.
Remember what you learned earlier, though.
At the end of the Goku vs Jiren fight, the hole created by Jiren's biggest mistake
got deeper.
Because he made a choice that could come back to haunt him.
So what've you noticed about Jiren that connects all 3 of these fights?
It's something that he 100% has the right to have.
And he's proven that right over and over again.
Each time he won another battle, something happened.
Think about it like a seesaw.
When one side gets higher, the other side gets lower.
By the time Goku vs Jiren was over, you, me, and all the other universes were totally scared
of Jiren.
And there's the seesaw.

As the others' confidence fell down, Jiren's continued to rise.
He hadn't shown even close to his full power yet.
But still, another fighter was waiting patiently for his turn to fight.
Hit tried.
His plan was honestly really smart.
A fighter is most open when finishing off their opponent.
So of course it made perfect sense to go after him as he blew Goku away.
But as you guessed, that plan couldn't outsmart Jiren.
Hit wasn't done yet, though.
He had more up his sleeve.
Hit was the master of time, which gave him 2 options:
Skip to the moment before Jiren ever moved, or skip to the moment Jiren's attack was
over.
If he could do either one of these, then Hit actually had a chance to win.
And for a quick second, that possibility became real.
Jiren was pushed to the edge of the stage.
And being frozen in time, there was no way to walk away from it.
Obviously, that cost Hit the battle.
And with his elimination, Jiren's confidence got another boost.
Which means, that hole from his mistake got bigger again, too.
To be completely honest, that moment exploded the hole.
Now, it was a crater.
With his mistake now a crater-sized hole, Jiren stared straight into the eyes of a worn-down
Goku.
And told Dyspo and Toppo that they could handle the rest.
He was no longer needed.
All of the strongest fighters were done for.
And so he went back into meditation.
But you need to remember something.
Of the 4 fighters he had beaten, how many did he actually eliminate?
Kale and Goku were still around.

And did you notice what happened each time his confidence got higher?
He dug himself deeper and deeper into the hole.
So what exactly was Jiren's first mistake?
It was the moment he decided Kale wasn't enough of a threat to eliminate.
Even though he clearly has been much stronger than all of his opponents so far, that doesn't
mean he had to let it go to his head.
Basically, Jiren's biggest mistake is his cockiness!
Does Jiren deserve to be cocky?
Ummmm, yea.
But that doesn't mean it's not gonna hurt him in the end.
And remember the trap he set for himself?
He made a choice to not eliminate 2 of his opponents.
And those 2 both happen to be Saiyans.
Huge mistake.
Saiyans tend to get stronger with each battle, each defeat, each challenge.
But there's something else that Jiren completely forgot about.
And that's what could trigger his trap to go off.
Right before he eliminated Goku, Jiren told him that Saiyans were interesting.
But that's it.
He doesn't see them as a threat.
And that makes perfect sense with the reasons he fought Kale and Goku in the first place.
Kale was just some girl whose path of destruction was headed for Jiren's teammates.
Goku just happened to be what Universe 11 thought was the strongest of their opponents.
Being a Saiyan was just a coincidence.
Little did they know that Jiren was targeting the wrong man.
A very real threat that Whis had trained himself.
Because he knew this fighter's potential to be even stronger than Goku.
Now that warrior had become Universe 7's secret weapon.
And he had a power that he had been improving and perfecting.
Vegeta's new secret form was about to be revealed.
