As I said, we came here to the mountain so now we're going for a five-hour trekking.

And ... We have "some" luggage ...

Obviously the luggage stays here.

We arrived in an hour and a half instead of three hours. We are happy. We are going to eat here now.

I love this place, it's amazing.

They let corn and nuts dry in the sun, on the roofs of houses.

They build flat roofs so they can be used to dry the grains and freshly laundered clothes.

¿Qué es el cáncer? - Duration: 1:58.

You might have wondered about the causes of cancer,

an illness suffered by so many people.

The answer is in our cells, and in how they divide.

Since the egg is fertilised

we are nothing but cells constantly dividing.

It's vital that cells divide to create tissue,

organs,

a person.

When we reach adulthood, division is also important

to replace cells that die when they become old or damaged.

To control these divisions,

cells have an internal cycle

regulating when they divide and when they don't.

And this cycle is controlled by some genes,

located in the cell nucleus.

Some factors, like some chemicals or UV radiation

can damage our DNA and cause mutations

that disable those genes,

and cause cells to divide uncontrollably,

forming groups of cells called tumours.

Tumours need food to grow,

so they create new blood vessels

so that food can reach the tumour,

which will continue growing.

Sometimes, tumour cells will break off and enter the bloodstream,

which transports them to other parts of the body.

This is known as metastasis.

And when these cells reach other areas,

they settle there and form a new tumour.

Since our body has limited space,

these tumours put the organs in which they grow in serious danger,

even stopping them from working altogether.

It can also sometimes affect the whole body.

But every year, thousands of scientists everywhere

study how the cell cycle works

and how to eliminate tumours while they grow.

How To Align Text Illustrator Tips (SOLVED) | Satori Graphics - Duration: 2:45.

I've been working on a t-shirt design and is something that's going to be

coming early 2018 as I'm in contact with a good quality apparel vendor right now

but yeah I was working on the design and I saw a really good opportunity to make

a quick video on how to align text in illustrator with a few tips firstly

press command or control R to open up your rulers and let's place our tags in

a random order we can say that we want all of the text to align along this

guide here is a very quick way to do that with this tip hold down shift and

then select the guy that you want to align to as well as a text you can then

really shift and click the guide one more time and it'll become more thicker

like so now we can head up to the align options and click a line to the left you

will see that everything snaps to the guide however if you look really closely

there's a small gap between the text and the guide this is because a text is a

font I know this traitor has aligned everything around the font box not the

actual text itself so to get around this you can create the outlines of the text

and then align everything as we did before

what about horizontal guides well when we want to align everything to a

horizontal guide you would align all of my three text layers at once which is in

the text effect that we won the tip to get around this is to press command or

control G to group all of your text layers together and then go ahead and

align your text as before and it should snap to the guide as before so just a

quick video today on how to align tanks in the straight air with these tips

We've just arrived at one of the most beautiful beaches in Scotland.

According to many people - the most beautiful one.

It spreads from five to even ten kilometres, around the whole bay.

It's a great place to relax, but we can also find here a lot of goods, such as shellfishes.

As you can see: people are catching crabs, shrimps etc...

It's a really spectacular place...

Scots love it!

Since today - I love it too!

We are in Stornoway

As I promised: we must try some local dishes and specials.

yes, different angles! ok, let's have a look! oh my god! what the hell is that

GoPro? oh my god! GoPro your portrait skills suck! you have to go back to photo

school or subscribe to Cassiophoto youtube channel and you're gonna learn

how to take good portraits, because man your portraits suck!! and talking about

portraits, I got a phone call from magazine fashion editor, and she said

that Black Eyed Peas were in town and she managed to get an appointment to

interview them and she wanted me to go and shoot Fergie's portraits. and I go like

what? shooting Fergie? that's great man! let's do it!

guess what I told Fergie when I had a camera in my hand and I was ready to

take the very first picture. that's what I told her.

It was so funny! she laughed and we had a great time! so what time are we shooting tomorrow?

she says four o'clock. cool man, I'm available that time! let's do it! where is

the studio? and she says when are not shooting in studio, we're shooting in a

hotel room. for my own experience I know that hotel rooms suck!

I know that usually they don't have the nicest furniture. their wallpapers are

kind of old fashion and nothing that would match Fergie's image.

I don't think that a hotel room is gonna be the best place to

shoot Fergie, but we didn't have any other option! Then the editor asked me

if I could take three different pictures. how long do we have to do the job? she said:

15 minutes. 15 minutes for three pictures! oh wow man! that is not a lot! all together

we had 30 minutes but the story's like, the first 15 min

would be for interview and the last 15 minutes were for the pictures. when we

don't have much time to shoot, you just don't mess around. just go and

do the simple thing. what I had ? I had one strobe with an umbrella, a photometer

and my camera! that's all. so I point the strobe at her, fired it, I had my photometer by

her chest, reading the light so I know what the aperture is, set the camera to

that aperture and then I'm ready to go! don't mess around. just be simple and

fast. we are talking about three different pictures in 15 minutes! so it means

that we have two minutes to do the lighting setting. two more

minutes to do the pictures.. the following minutes only to get

from A point to B point. say that we shooting against this wall here. then we

move to this one here, and then move to this one there. as I said three different

pictures. but let me tell you how it was like inside the hotel room.

I stepped into this suit room. There is a little lounge, not that big, with a sofa there,

two chairs here and the only empty wall I had was this one!

with a mirror on it! A mirror is always a good idea!

I told Fergie to just get close to the mirror.

I put a strobe right here!

pointed towards her. I am shooting from here.

headshots are all about expressions, that's what I kept telling her.

okay smile now! then kiss the mirror! what if you lick the mirror now?

when I said lick the mirror, she goes what? lick the mirror? well, you know, why not?

she says, what if I kiss?

all right, kiss! very quick setting! I'm very close to her face. I don't

see nothing behind her. that was easy.

didn't take more than five minutes to do this mirror shot!

Fergie, step out, we're gonna go for the second shot now. so she steps out and I moved

the light away. then as I said, the wallpaper patterns in these

hotels are never nice! I had this piece of fabric that I

just got stuck against the wall. Fergie is standing right in front of it.

she is here. she had this short t-shirt. showing her

stomach. if she lifts her hands, the stomach is gonna look even better. what if she has one hand

higher than the other. the balance is better. then keep playing with

the hips. oh oh. and the head. boom boom boom boom. As I was taking the pictures, I'm

gonna go like that! boom boom. yeah. keep changing. left right left right.

now now straight to the camera. straight straight straight boom boom boom. very quick

shot. The lighting. A strobe right here. in front of her. Can you see a

strobe here? we had this thing here.

pointed towards her. slightly from above because I am standing in front of it. I'm

not going to be covering the light. slightly above my head.

pointed to her. I had a photometer. fired a strobe. see the aperture in the meter.

set the camera with that aperture. boom! we are ready to go! two minutes to set the lighting.

three minutes to take her picture. boom boom boom boom. left right left right.

look at the camera. break here break there. easy.

Fergie, let's go to the last shot. right guys this was the last shot of the day. I told Fergie,

we don't have much time, let's go to bed baby!

she was pretty cool. She was laughing all the shooting long. she was a great

girl to work with. the room was so small. Oh my god. how

I'm gonna set the lighting in here? the bed itself was bigger than the room! we had

this huge queen-size bed. with a window there. a TV here, with shelves. and

here where I'm staying, right behind me, there's this white closet.

the only way I could do the lighting was a strobe there with an umbrella

hitting her from behind right here, pointed towards her back, so what happens

here, the light is traveling around the room and bouncing on this white closet there.

it comes back to her. I had a photometer in my hand. I read only the

low light. Saw what the aperture was. set my camera. As for the poses, I had

of this bunch of pillows there, so she's here, somewhere, and I told her to keep

her legs bent. because it's going to look better

than having it stretched. If you have the legs stretched, this area will be all empty.

she was wearing this short white t-shirt. I

could see her stomach. what if she has the right hand here, above her, if she

stretches out a little bit, her stomach is gonna look even better. and then she had

her left hand free. so she could place her left hand the way she

wants. she can plays with her lips, she can play with her forehead, smiling,

doing whatever she likes. we didn't have more than three minutes

to do the shooting, and two minutes to do the lighting, so you just plug the

strobe in the wall, boom, switch it on. flash it up. read the

light. boom. set the camera. Fergie, this is it, this is the pose! She came in, pa pa pa,

five minutes. Done. that's how the job was done. pretty nice and

simple. no messing around. just do the simple thing is the best.

GoPro, next time you take my portrait, just do the simple thing! why

do you have to go and crop my head off? unfortunately

I didn't shoot a making-of video because I knew probably her press

people would complain about it. plus we didn't have much time to do that

anyway. we had only 15 minutes. but I managed to get this little clip here.

GUYS!!! sad news... McDonald's Had White and dark chocolate pies

HOWEVER!!! The McDonald's that is closest to my house

All sold out of white triangle chocolate pies

And so I just bought these dark ones instead

you know ya' gotta be quick and jump on things right away before they sell out

And all these Deluxe BBQ selections Are the second iteration of the American Deluxe series

itadakimasu And this is the beef filled American Deluxe

It looks so yummy the cheddar cheese is all melted

And this time around they are filled with Both egg and bacon

~what is so murrican' bout these?~

I didn't give it a second thought when I had their cheese burgers before

~WAT do~ what part about these is so Murrican?

They'll probably taste good regardless

Got a unique tasting sauce With a very spicy peppery chili taste to it

It's packed full of lettuce and goes great with the sauce

But it seems like it'll be a messy Burger ~ let's wrap it in paper before I make a mess~

This barbecue sauce tastes great in this

The egg white is so nice and plump and delicious

The bacon is also very tasty And there is an extra bun in the middle making it so nice and filling

In place of fries I have is corn soup instead

Lately I've been All about these corn soups

Corn soups are yummy no matter what store you get them at

Next step is the American Deluxe chicken

~its uh.... all coming apart~

They packed so much in here that it's Overflowing

The chicken is so nice and crispy

Apparently it's a mix of barbecue sauce and chipotle in here

Are these called American Deluxe Because it's chipotle sauce is popular in America?

Is the chipotle sauce giving this the spicy flavor?

You can taste the chilis used in this sauce But it's got as very sweet and savory flavor profile

The barbecue sauce is so yummy They slaughtered a lot on here

Lastly, American Deluxe BBQ chicken

While I'm grateful that they packed a lot of ingredients into this It's so darn tough trying to get this out of the box

The chicken is so crispy

Next up are the triangle chocolate pies

Great sadness has befallen me Due to the lack of white chocolate pies

This is what they look like Once you start eating these they fall apart and make a mess

The pie is so yummy

But I ate this much of the pie And have yet to taste any of the chocolate

These are so yummy when you eat them with ice cream

Eating warm sweet with a cold sweet Is pure Bliss

The chocolate sauce has a mild sweetness to it its also Filled with nuts

most def going to be yummy when dipped in here
