Small Business 101: Episode 11 - Sales Tips - Duration: 7:55.

Alex: hey everybody welcome back to another episode of small business 101 here on

Arbeit U.

Spencer: Alex this is not just any episode, we are talking about

single-handedly the most important topic

Alex: sure

Spencer: in any corporation

Alex: yeah well

Spencer: any company

Alex: As I start don't get it confused but I said okay this is a sales

okay so Spencer's ego here is a little bit this had to growing it's uh you know

careful

Spencer: please please tell the folks at home what you said

Alex: so I said sales at

the beginning of a small business or a startup company is the most important

Spencer: why do you think that is?

Alex: I mean because it's just that's how you when you're a

small company you don't have the money on marketing right so you're not getting

clients that way you're gonna be debt ceiling has

Spencer: a business owner it doesn't

cost you anything at the end of the day to go out and knock on doors a

Alex: successful business

Spencer: sales is to company what oxygen is to the body

Alex: at a startup

level yeah

Spencer: at any level

Alex: right so as you grow it becomes I think it equalizes

with everything else you know once you have a basic customers it equalizes up

sales is just as important as marketing and development and testing all of that equal

Spencer: but not as important to sell

Alex: alright alright so why is it so important I mean a

lot of you might over think this or might you know not realize this a lot of

startup especially nowadays it's a new thing everyone's trying to start a

company and they might not be a salesperson and they usually have this

great product that was great

Spencer: that's an important thing to note too right if

Spencer: you're not a great if you're not a salesperson

Alex: you should be able to know it

bring in someone on who was specially, not this guy obviously

Spencer: I would

bring somebody else

Alex: But ah

Alex: I mean so what's up yeah I mean what is

sales?

Spencer: great question Alex so sales is the ability to go out basically I'm sure

there's an actual definition will link it below sales the ability go out grab a

customer I'm bringing back in right go out and get something that you want or

sell someone on an idea right right so the reason that's obvious is so important

is a small business you need to go out and bring in new customers

Spencer: so it's the lifeblood of any company right and you need to have you know

there's it's not just you know sales and like sales such a broad topic right

anyone thinks they can go out and sell right but it is a skill or a craft that

you can develop right right so you got to spend a lot of time focusing on sales

Alex: yeah I mean it's and it is hard like it does go you know I say it's the most

important thing at the beginning but it does directly go hand in hand there's

a lot of things you know imagine going this you're going out and selling

something that's just junk it's

Spencer: if you don't have a good product right

it's hard to sell.

Alex: the end of the day it's just not gonna work yeah I always say you

Alex: eventually it's just gonna die out because that's why at the beginning it

is the most important and then you know because if you can sell anything really

if you're good enough sales person I would imagine and then if once that

people realize it's junk it's gonna off

Spencer: It's hard to get repeat sale Alex: so at the beginning it

Alex: is the most important but quickly as you grow it does become equal with

everything else I think but I mean imagine yeah I mean the whole idea of

business is to generate revenue so knowing you need to bring in revenue as

quickly as possible with the startup I mean if you can just generate enough

revenue to just pay your bills for a startup that's extremely successful

Spencer: yeah right if you break even year one Alex: yeah that for tons of tons of startups

that's like a dream right you know that most of the owners of these companies

are willing to work for nothing so it's not uh it's not hard and it's not like

Alex: you need to do it that much but it is pretty important so what are some tips

and your opinion for sales?

Spencer: glad you asked that. so there's there's a lot of

things you can do right the first and most important thing and this actually

kind of like an overall topic in our own are these videos is sales the best sales

people solve problems right so it might even be helping someone realize they

have a problem that they don't know about right so and that's where a good

product comes in hand because a sales person to be able to tell to see that

product identify that need and solve that problem for the customer right so

we you know we always say you know you're selling you're selling a solution

to a problem right product so one thing is use big questions you got to use big

questions and ask for find that problem right at the core you got to be able

to find the problem that customers trying to solve and you gotta use big

Spencer: questions they get there right so now be skill No.1: that ask questions

probe find out what the problem is then solve it. Big thing number

two and I am giving it on 2 bits (series) is always agree with your customer right

that's not the same thing as like the customer is always a right but the one

thing that sales people often do is when a customer calls them like hi you know

that's too expensive person's initial reactions but no it's not too expensive

but that creates it on the other end a customer being like whoa this guy's not

gonna tell me I'm right or wrong right so I'll always agree with the person

absolutely yes absolutely I know it's expensive

here's why it's important here's a problem it's gonna solve right

Alex: so I have

another I think another big part of sales is the ability just to know you

know when this a real customer you know don't just be robot flying PETA

yeah understand don't sell it to average don't try it sell your

product to everybody you know I'm not gonna go sell an autodialer to an ice

cream stand you know like it's just you can't just assume that you're you are

you know gonna get the entire market or that you can sell everything to

everybody like make sure that you understand when

that customer for that potential lead or whatever is not a customer you know it's

not that hard to tell even if it's somebody that's in your market like

there's a point where not everybody obviously can be sold to or obviously

Spencer: that's the mercury

Alex: yeah yeah so so you gotta you gotta know when to quit right

I wonder what stop wasting your time and like this person's not

obviously

Spencer: you got to know when someone's not qualified.

Alex: right and at the end of

the day if you force a sale on to somebody who's not you know real it's

how it's not gonna last yeah they're not gonna last whether

Spencer: they're gonna be disappointed in they're not this one of your products yeah

Spencer: your marketing team's gonna be mad at you yes they're gonna generate a negative lead

online bash you on Facebook Alex: that's a big thing in my opinion being

able to do that because you know knowing when to say "NO" you know right you just you

don't know if you're not a fit they're gonna get that all the time I think

people come to you it when we started out people would always come to us and

why all these weird think just because we're a software company they wanted us

to do everything you know so they were like we would fix computers

and you know fix phones like it was you know and if you know technology like

there there's no correlation between that and developing software so but a lot of

people think there is and we would do it just because and then as you get bigger

and bigger and bigger it's like you're spending hours and hours and hours doing

these little things that you know are nice for the customer but at the end of

the day like don't help the company so it's like you gotta know when to say "NO"

Spencer: yeah

Alex: you know if you're not able to do this or if you're not able to do it as

to the level of everything else they know yeah and

Spencer: the other big problem this

will be our final tip and I'll shut the hell up is one of the hardest things

salespeople to doing this kind of a marketing and sales work hand in hand biggest

problems salespeople have is not knowing who you are right so the number one

thing you can do as salesperson is get attention in like for example if

Microsoft calls me right and wants to sell me a computer I'm more likely to

take that call than am alex's computer store you know what I mean yeah so

getting attention is half the battle in sales right that's why you do you know

Arbeit one or you know small business 101 or about you've it in this yeah

exactly want to generate that attention Alex: yeah that's a huge example like you're

not going obviously have the brand recognition of Microsoft but there's so

many things you can do if you're selling locally to get your name out there

Alex: locally as like a professional in that area yeah go to you know networking

Alex: events go to all the little yeah get known it's not that hard in a local market I don't

think oh yeah so that's it

Spencer: thanks so much for watching and as always see you

next week

see ya bye

Hillary Has a NEW EXCUSE for Losing! She Just Blamed "White Women!" - Duration: 3:04.

Hillary Has a NEW EXCUSE for Losing!

She Just Blamed "White Women!"

Presidential loser Hillary Clinton has already blamed Comey, Fake News, Russians, Misogyny,

and Macedonians and countless others for her humiliating loss.

Now she has a new one and this one is a doozy.

White women, Hillary blames all of you.

More specifically, she thinks you voted for President Trump because your husbands told

you too.

From FreeBeacon

Hillary Clinton on Saturday partly blamed her 2016 presidential loss on white women

and said that they voted for Donald Trump because their husbands told them to vote that

way.

Clinton spoke at the India Today Conclave in Mumbai, India over the weekend, where a

journalist introduced her as the "woman who should have been the president of the

United States of America."

The event's host, India Today Editor Aroon Purie, asked Clinton how 52 percent of white

women could vote for Trump after the "Access Hollywood" tape was released in the final

weeks of the campaign, which featured Clinton making crude sexual remarks about women.

"Democrats, going back to my husband and even before, but just in recent times going

back to Bill and our candidates and then President Obama, have been losing the vote, including

white women.

We do not do well with white men and we don't do well with married white women," Clinton

said.

She went on to say that white women face an "ongoing pressure to vote the way that your

husband, your boss, your son, whoever, believes you should."

Clinton said that she was on the way to winning the white women vote until then-FBI Director

James Comey sent a letter to leaders in Congress less than two weeks before the election stating

that the FBI reopened its investigation into her use of a private email server while she

was secretary of state.

"All of a sudden white women, who were going to vote for me and frankly standing up to

the men in their lives and the men in their workplaces, were being told, 'She's going

to jail.

You don't want to vote for her.

It's terrible, you can't vote for that.'

So, it just stopped my momentum and it decreased my vote enough because I was ahead.

I was winning, and I thought I had fought my way back in the ten days from that letter

until the election.

I fell a little bit short," Clinton said.

"I think that it was part of a historical trend that I was bucking and then it collapsed

on me," Clinton added.

This is not the first time that Clinton has blamed white women succumbing to male pressures

for her 2016 election loss.

In September, Clinton told NPR's Rachel Martin that white women voted for Trump because

they were under "tremendous pressure from fathers and husbands and boyfriends and male

employers not to vote for 'the girl.'"

what do you think about this?

NUCLEUS VISION NCASH, RIPPLE XRP, SUBSTRATUM SUB! MARKET CRASH? CRYPTOCURRENCY + BITCOIN BTC NEWS! - Duration: 12:29.

what is going on guys Patrick here bringing you a brand new video today we

got another killer video for you guys full of information I just want to say

make sure you stay to the end of the video because I have some major major

announcements coming at the end so make sure you guys stay tuned for that stay

till the end of the video also if those of you guys who are near the challenge

you guys have no subscribe yet make sure to hit subscribe button down below as

well as the bell icon next to it tn notified every time we release a new

video all supposed to you guys who haven't followed yet go follow my

instagram at patrick course see no.11 i'll leave a link to it down below you

guys go ahead and follow that that'd be really dope so let's jump right into the

news first and only news article I have open for you guys is that Goldman Sachs

they said that bitcoin has potential to drop below a February low of five

thousand nine hundred and twenty two now first thing that I find wrong with this

art that I don't like about this article has potential you can say bitcoin has

potential to be worth $50,000 tomorrow it does it's of all time it could do it

if a lot of money came into it it could easily be worth fifty thousand dollars

by the end of the month right that it has potential to do that does Bitcoin a

have potential to drop of course Bitcoin has potential to job that just makes

sense and they came to this conclusion by doing technical analysis looking at

the supports of support line the resistant point and seeing where they

think it could drop below and if I just really quick do this for you guys it's

not very hard to do what they did so what they said is if it breaks below

9200 something which it currently is at but if it breaks below that for a longer

period of time the next support line is at 7600 something and after that it

could go all the way down to here this support line at 5,000 something

something something that of course that's how it happens if it breaks below

5,000 something it could go down to this support right here go down to 4,000 it

just makes sense that's how tank will now sis work it

could but the the fact that they're saying this out loud puts a few things

in my mind first thing he looks like they're trying to scare people it looks

like they're trying to scare people and this tactic we've seen used before and

something that I think it's possible that they are actually looking

to maybe pick a Bitcoin at a cheaper price and it's out right now um I know

with something as a volatile script our currency is newest cryptocurrency a lot

of new people want to get in but a lot of people don't want to get in at the

price of the tap right now because they're scared of the value going down

so what big institutions are trying to do with something I've seen before this

happened with Jamie Dimon before remember he said that you know bitcoin

was a scam was a fraud the price tanked and the next thing we know he at the end

of the year he was like ah just kidding I actually like it and it meanwhile

everyone in his firm was buying up a ton of it so this could be another one of

those situations they're trying to drive the price down to pick it up at cheaper

price because at $6,000 they know the price what could easily shoot back up to

ten and they made almost double their money pretty instantly into them that's

millions and billions and billions of dollars right so it means a lot to them

that difference and sad to see happen it is market manipulation but with

something as false as newest cryptocurrency it's not surprising that

we have that potential to manipulate the market you guys see pump and dump groups

have potential to manipulate a coin so yeah it's sad do I think it's going down

to the 6,000 level I don't think it's going down to 6,000 level a lot would

have to happen a lot of fun would have to come out this being a good start

though but I think we need a lot more than this to see Bitcoin fall below

5,000 922 it's not looking very likely anyway so let's jump right into the

cryptocurrency market not much has been happening the last three days I'm pretty

much saying the same exact numbers 371 billion dollar market cap with a 41.9%

Bitcoin dominance open markets haven't moved too much bitcoins held pretty

stayed the kind of bounce moved sideways which can be good it's building up

support at this point if anything so that is a good good sign before tries to

you know test all-time highs it get on test the resistant levels at $12,000 to

then move on to the all-time highs later so definitely a sideways movement can be

a good thing it doesn't mean we are looking for a break-in in a certain

direction so that could be up or down you know no one's really sure now I'll

show up at the end of the video obviously I tell you guys where I think

it's headed we do the technical analysis so stay

tuned for that as well also nem being one of the only cryptocurrency that's

currently up a decent amount and that again is because of them returning

people the exchange that got hacked the Japanese exchange that go hack is

returning them to all of its you know is refunding the nem that was hat so that's

why the price is now recovering and going back up finance coin seeing some

action up 30 percent in 24 hours I told you guys this is definitely one of my

favorite pics I definitely hold a lot of Finance coin and that is just for the

long term because finance is by far the biggest the biggest and my opinion the

best exchange right now I think a lot of people are gonna keep going to it a lot

of people are going to trade on it and by Dance come on using the finance

conduct gives you 50% off on the fees so people are gonna want to hold by an

endpoint and that's why I'm very bullish on it I think we're gonna see you know

when the market starts booming again people start trading more more like you

know buying and selling buying and selling more often I think buy-ins coin

is going to reap the benefits of that but other than that we see a lot of red

in the last 24 hours in the week we see just a substratum is up a ton I actually

had no idea it's up 23% today I told you guys about this coin as well Wow

it's it's not hard honestly it's not hard it's Genesis visions down a little

bit might be a good idea to pick some up it's not hard once you find the good

projects then you're going to see days like this right you guys know I made a

video a few days ago where I said substraight them is one of my top top

and it's been for a very very long time and a lot of other people agree a lot of

experts agree a lot of people a lot of experts say the same thing I know a lot

of other youtubers really like substratum as well it's a good project

it's only Frank 96 with 137 million dollar market cap so it has a ton of

potential to 10x and you know more your investment if it continues to do well

it's definitely one my favorite coins I've mentioned that several times in my

videos over the last who knows how long last month's at least one month I've

been saying it and here you go it's now you know

continuing to grow another coin that's been doing very well is n cash another

coin we talked about here which I'm very bullish on is n cash picking I picked

some up and a little bit over the as soon as I saw this kind of swing up a

little bit to the to two point one seven two point one cent mark I picked up a

ton and so I pretty much doubled my investment right now just off that so

I'm telling you guys MCAT has potential to 10x a hundred X maybe even a thousand

X meanwhile I'm over here already doubling my money in the matter of a few

days I'm not even looking at this because to me this means nothing I'm

looking at growing at holding nucleus vision for a long long period of time in

a one to two years just to see it turned into what I think it can turn into 2x to

me means absolutely nothing right now although it is great although it is a

few extra thousand dollars in the bank I'm not going to sell it I'm not gonna

touch it I'm not even gonna think about it anytime soon but again another

prediction that we made that is coming true obviously it's up right now it it

was up even more before it's having a little bit of a correction similarly to

substrate if it's going to have those Corrections as well it's all about the

long term play on this now here is a ripple I wanted to mention ripple on

today's video for one particular reason ripple is very cheap right now it's 78

cents it's very very cheap um it's been it's been having a lot of sideways

movement we inked we went up in price because of the hole coinbase rumor again

and i have a feeling that's not the last time we're going to hear that rumor that

rumor comes up every month or so and it pumps the price up so if you're waiting

for that rumor to happen again you know $0.78 mark might not be bad for

then it to pump to a dollar 20 again when the rumor hits it then you could

sell and make some quick profit off of that other things I'm seeing people say

is that ripple is gonna partner with Amazon and uber and airbnb which as much

as it could happen don't get me wrong and 100 percent could nothing has been

announced yet but that is the type of news that will cause a you know a coin

like ripple to pump similarly to the coin based on rumor its rumors like that

partnerships with Amazon and uber and airbnb that's going to cause the price

to increase and then drop back down again similarly till we saw over here so

maybe ripple is a good idea for a short term gain here I think 70 cents is cheap

I think I can't deny the fact that I think ripple has potential to grow in

this market where we're at right now as much as it's not my number one pick of

coin I think it does does have the potential which I can't count out but

just the fact there's so much rumors surrounding it all the time I think

makes for a very fun you know buy and sell buy and sell buy and sell type game

where you can make you can make a decent amount of return pretty fast simply by

flipping ripple when there's one there's a rumor and the price increases in

buying it when it's at these lows right now now if those guys have stuck till

the end I wanted to mention I wanted to make it announcement kind of here

so Tom vandala in our Facebook group I League links the Facebook group down

below he has been very active great guy and he came up with a great idea so On

February 12 this is already a month old I mean I apologize for taking so long to

get to this but he wanted he made a poll asking which new coin should I do a

review or price prediction on and you can and you can add your own coin you

can vote other coins and so on and what I've decided I want to hear what you

guys think of this and again you have to leave you have to tell me this in the

comments down below what you guys think of this I'm thinking once a week so say

Sunday Sunday will be the day I release this video doing a review of the one

coin sold right now this coin takes it by far it's as 23

people uploaded it so on Sunday I would do a review on this and then we would

create a new poll in the Facebook group and people can vote again for them the

coin for that week and at the end of every week I'll do a review on that coin

from the coin that you guys voted on so guys if you are not in the Facebook

group yet make sure to go joined I'll leave a link in the comments section of

the video in the pinned post I'll leave a link to the Facebook group I don't

know if you guys think that's a good idea

thumbs up should we do that I would love to do that if that's something you guys

are interested in now quick technical analysis just kind of seeing where we

are again not too much technical ass being done I did add a lot more lines to

the thing if you guys have not seen I'm just kind

of to figure out where we are so currently right now I took out the

200-day moving average because we were holding pretty steady at it it was

roughly at around this mark so what I'm looking now is a few different things

one we see a close of right here so we see the support when one of the supports

right here and one of the resistance is right here now I want to see you know

Bitcoin possibly break above this that would be very good that would you know

gain confidence the market and they're entering a bull run would be very likely

that's all good but yeah I drew this is this resistant and support that guys had

before I drew this new support and this new resistance here as well which is one

that bitcoins been following for a decent amount of time

not counting the break-up with the Brayton the moon we had right here and

then the correction back into it and now we seem to be trading within it again so

again this is if we can stay in between here this is a good sign it'll bring us

back up to a testing the resistance level right here at the twelve thousand

dollar mark which again once we break I think will give us the clear runway in

order to entering the bull run so I know there's a lot of lines I know it's very

hard to look at but all I'm saying is I'm still bullish on what I think is

going to happen in the near future in the next few days or weeks I know

today's a red day but guys it's a buying opportunity to pick up your favorite

coins on Finance or whatever exchange you guys want to use I'll just think -

I'll be linked to Finance down below but you guys can use whatever exchange you

so please guys that's gonna be it for this video though thank you so much for

watching I'll see you guys tomorrow for another video

What Was The Greatest Scam In History? - Duration: 5:12.

Hello and welcome back to Life's Biggest Questions, I'm Ron McKenzie-Lefurgey.

Humans can do some incredible things.

We save lives, we invent amazing products, and as a species, we've come a very long

way…

But some humans use their ingenuity to commit deeds that are, in the words of Garrick Ollivander,

Terrible, but great.

Let's look at some of the most impressive scams ever.

If you enjoy this video, please thumbs up and subscribe to the channel down below.

And if you want more, check out our "Biggest History Questions" playlist on the channel.

Now get ready, it's time to ask the question: What was the Greatest Scam in History?

Now of course, choosing one scam as the greatest is very subjective.

Everyone has their own definition of what constitutes a great scam.

For this reason, this video will highlight three impressive scams, and we'll leave

it up to you to decide which is the greatest.

Let me know in the comment section which one you think is the best.

And now… the scams.

Let's start with one of great historical significance, the donation of Constantine.

A document was supposedly written by the Emperor Constantine of Rome on his deathbed in 337

AD that would cause the city of Rome along with the western part of the Roman Empire

to be transferred to the Pope.

This was used to convince King Pepin of the Frankish Empire to gift the papal lands to

the church.

For hundreds of years, this document was used by the church to defend their power in Europe,

and justify their authority over the people.

It wasn't until the mid-1400s that Lorenzo Valla, an Italian humanist and priest, was

able to prove it was a forgery.

This was largely done by pointing out anachronisms in the text, referring to things written about

in the document that wouldn't have been known at that time.

For example, the Donation refers to the province of Judea, which Constantine would have called

Palestine in his day.

Due to said anachronisms, it's believed that the document was actually created sometime

in the 8th century, several hundred years after Constantine's death.

While the church stopped using the document, they didn't admit that it was a forgery

until a century later.

The next scam is one of the most famous ever, giving name to an entire variety of scams:

The Ponzi Scheme.

You've no doubt heard of this, and probably know roughly how it goes, but I'll explain

it anyway.

To give a bit of background, Charles Ponzi was an Italian immigrant to the Americas,

who quickly took to crime out of desperation after losing his job as a bank teller.

However, one particular scam of his would make history.

It started out more innocently, with Ponzi earning money from the sale of International

Reply Coupons, or IRCs.

These could be purchased, and exchanged for postage stamps from another country.

Ponzi realized that he could buy IRCs in one country, then trade them in in a different

country for more expensive stamps.

By using a variety of agents in other countries, he was able to make over 400% profit on the

most lucrative of these sales.

However, Ponzi took it a step further, deciding he could do this even more if he had investors.

He made ridiculous promises of returns of 50% in 45 days, or 100% in 90 days, something

very few people could pass up.

And he did keep his promises, seemingly miraculously, with investors making great gains.

However, it wasn't so much of a miracle, as it was a clever scam.

Ponzi used the money from new investors to pay off the old ones, with the happy customers

bringing more and more new investors.

At his peak, Ponzi was reportedly making $250,000 a day.

However, in August 1920, The Boston Post began investigating his returns, eventually leading

to his arrest, imprisonment, and later his death, penniless, in Brazil.

This idea has been used several times since, like in the case of Bernie Madoff who stole

even more, and allegedly the company Bitconnect, which shut down recently amid allegations

of being a Ponzi Scheme.

Finally, let's finish off with a scam that affected history rather little, but was just

plain awesome: Victor Lustig's sale of the Eiffel Tower.

In 1925, Lustig, already an experienced conman, posed as a government representative and invited

six scrap metal dealers to a meeting in Paris.

He told them that the city couldn't maintain the tower any longer, and intended to sell

it for scrap, something that must remain secret until everything is in order.

This wasn't as outrageous as you might think; at the time, the tower wasn't in very good

condition, and it had actually been set to move location years before in 1909.

He settled on a man named Andre Poisson, whom Lustig knew was hoping to prove himself and

find a spot in the big leagues of scrap metal.

However, Poisson's wife was suspicious, so Lustig had to do some serious acting.

He confessed falsely that he didn't make enough money as a government official, and

was looking for a bribe in order to secure the contract for the tower.

This allayed the fears of Poisson, who saw this as a more believable reason for the rushed

and secretive nature of the sale.

Poisson delivered $50,000 dollars to Lustig for the Eiffel tower, as well as a $20,000

bribe.

Lustig fled the country before he could be discovered, with the equivalent of almost

a million dollars nowadays.

As it happens, Poisson was too embarrassed about the whole thing, and didn't report

it, leading Victor to try the scam a second time.

This is why he's often called the man who sold the Eiffel Tower twice.

However, the second sale didn't actually work out, as he was reported to the police

and had to flee the country.

Well, there we have it.

Three incredible scams, but only one can be the greatest.

So, what do you think?

Does one of these scams stand out from the others?

Or do you know of any other scams that would blow these out of the water?

Let us know your thoughts in the comment section down below; I look forward to hearing from

you.

Also, if you'd like a whole video on a certain scam, like Pyramid schemes or the South Sea

Company, let us know in those comments as well.

Top 10 Speedrunners Who Were Caught Cheating - Duration: 6:01.

Hey guys!

Welcome back to Top 10 Gaming, I'm Ron McKenzie-Lefurgey.

As gaming and streaming continues to rise in popularity, speedrunning is seeing a similar

boost.

Unfortunately, this has also brought some people who find it much easier to cheat their

way into the high scores than to actually practice and earn their spot.

And rather often, these cheaters are caught, so today we'll be publicly shaming them for

being jerks.

Cheaters never prosper.

If you enjoy this video, let us know by throwing us a thumbs up down below, and let us know

if you've ever cheated at a game in the comment section.

And if you want more, check out our video on the top 10 Sonic Cameos!

But before you do that, get ready, it's time for the Top 10 Speedrunners who were

Caught Cheating!

Number 10: (ah-key-khan) Akikan and WhiteAris.

I'll throw these two together because they tend to be lumped together in news reports

due to the similarity of their cases.

It has been determined that the 16 star mario 64 runs of these two were achieved through

splicing, by combining clips for different runs.

Which is a bummer because they've really done a lot for speedrunning.

Thing is, splicing is okay if you tell people you're using your best bits, but if you're

claiming it's a single-segment run, ya can't be using bits from other runs.

Sorry.

However, this one is technically unconfirmed, and is based on irregularities in the audio

spectrograms, a highly accurate method often used to detect splicing.

Just to be cleaaaaar! (always sunny)

Number 9: Slynki.

Slynki is a Halo speedrunner who, surprise surprise, got caught cheating!

He was accused of splicing, and eventually went ahead and admitted it.

And I gotta say, as dumb as it is to cheat with this kind of thing, I always gain a bit

of respect back for the person when they come clean.

He's continued to play, apparently, and is trying to get back into the scene, but it's

hard when you have a cheating past.

Number 8: Rwhitegoose.

This runner had held a record in Goldeneye 64, until another player called Ace tied him.

According to Goose, seeing someone tie his time felt like being dumped by a girlfriend,

and it made him make a mistake.

A cheating mistake.

He went back on and spliced together some runs in order to once again take the top spot.

But people got real suspicious real quick, and he quickly just confessed and bailed.

At least he admitted it.

Number 7: Newifyy.

Newifyy was a Half Life speedrunner who was caught breaking the rules with regards to

scripting.

It turns out he was using an autojump program that allowed him to time his jumps perfectly

every time, leading to excellent times.

Once this was discovered, his submissions were removed and he was banned for 6 months

from sourceruns.

Number 6: Goron Guy.

Goron Guy uploaded a record breaking Majora's Mask run, and the time looked quite suspicious

suspicious.

After a bit of digging, it came out that there was some timegain that couldn't be accounted

for.

He gained 3 minutes in a certain part where, even if you combined all the best splits,

you could only save about 40 seconds.

Goron Guy ended up making the confessional paste bin that's all too common in the world

of speedrunning, and the case was closed.

Bummer.

Number 5: TSA.

Mike Damiani was a pretty big deal in the Zelda speedrunning community.

That is, until he was caught splicing different runs together to set the record.

Once someone noticed one case, it didn't take long before others were discovered, and at

times it was pretty darn obvious that he had used clips from two different runs.

This was pretty huge, with a bunch of his videos and records being erased.

Crazy that someone so big would do something so stupid.

Number 4: ChibiSRL.

ChibiSRL got busted big time a while back, and ended up confessing and apologizing on

Twitter.

After setting up his stream to be awesome, posting all this hyped up stuff, he tried

an incredibly difficult maneuver and got it first try, with pretty much no reaction.

This made people suspicious, and it turned out that he was using levitation cheats in

order to boost his time.

He later admitted this, so good on him, but bad on him for cheating in the first place!

Number 3: Marius M. Oh man this one is hilarious.

So Cheese05 broke the 120 star record for Super Mario 64, and a guy named holymoly2207

commented congratulating him, and claimed to have held the 16 star record back in 2004.

GothicLogic, another Mario speedrunner, was intrigued, and tested out this 2004 run in

audacity.

Turns out, by using the handy dandy spectrogram, he was able to figure out that the old runner

had spliced his world record run, and it was removed.

I don't swear much on this channel, but I'll make an exception here: That guy fucked himself.

Number 2: ShadowofMiles.

This one hurt a fair bit to fans of Super Mario 64 speed runs.

A famous run by ShadowofMiles, with the time of 17:31, was deemed fake.

This was one of the most famous 16 star speed runs of the game ever, and quite a few hearts

were broken when it was determined that the run was actually spliced.

It's like the speedrunning equivalent of learning that Michael Jordan used a trampoline to do

the Air Jordan, and it came as a big surprise.

And he admitted it apparently, so this one's confirmed.

Number 1: Todd Rogers.

There couldn't be anyone else.

36 years later, the truth everybody already knew was confirmed.

If you weren't aware, Todd Rogers is famous for holding the world record time in the Atari

2600 game Dragster, with a time of 5 seconds, 51 milliseconds.

This placed him at the top of the Twin Galaxies leaderboard for decades.

Thing is, everyone was suspicious because nobody, nobody had managed to even tie his

score, even when using tools to improve the run.

Well, recently it was confirmed to have been impossible, and this record, as well as the

others held by Rogers, has been erased and he was banned from the leaderboards.

Good.

Although I should point out that Rogers has yet to confess.

But like...

c'mon.

Todd...

c'mon.

Just……….

c'mon.

That's it for today!

Hope you guys enjoyed, if you did please smack that thumbs up button and subscribe to Top

Have you ever cheated at a game, be it a sport, a board game, or a video game?

Let me know in the comment section down below.

I once cheated at Star Wars Monopoly and my brother has never forgiven me.

Two cards had the same picture but different writing, so I covered up the writing, and

claimed it was the other card.

I regret everything.

What If You Never Took A Shower? | COLOSSAL QUESTIONS - Duration: 2:36.

- [Narrator] Have you ever been in a scalding hot shower

with a bar of soap slipping through your fingers

and shampoo stinging your eyes,

and wondered what would happen

if I never took another shower?

Let's find out on today's episode of

- [Man] Colossal Questions.

- [Narrator] Here's what would happen

if you decided today

that you were never going to shower again.

Well, for starters you'd stink.

This one's pretty obvious, right?

Dead skin, dirt, and all kinds of bacteria

would slowly build up all over your body

causing an obnoxious odor.

Is that not gross enough to get you in the shower?

Well, how 'bout brown clumps

that would start growing on your skin?

That's right, dirt, dust, or other disgusting microbes

would slowly start to collect on your skin,

causing brown growths.

It's most likely to happen on parts of the body

that produce the most natural oils.

Your armpits, neck, head, and behind the ears.

Dead skin wouldn't just build up on your body,

your scalp would have all sorts of problems too.

We call dead skin that collects on the scalp dandruff.

It's a pretty common problem,

even for people who shower regularly.

And it causes your head to itch.

But if you stopped showering altogether,

well, your dandruff would go into overdrive.

Your hair would get oily and dirty

and would start to look matted and full of knots,

like unintentional dreadlocks.

As if that wasn't bad enough,

the skin on your face would have the worst acne attack

of all time,

giving you terrible pimples and pus bumps

from all the oil buildup.

But if just being really, really gross isn't enough

to keep you showering,

what about the effect it has on your health.

That's right, showers don't just keep you

looking and smelling nice,

they also keep you healthy.

We're all taught that if you get a little scrape or cut

it's best to wash it off,

that's because dirt and bacteria can cause an infection.

But if you never showered

then a small cut is way more likely to get infected

because of all the extra bacteria

crawling around on your skin.

So while it might be annoying to have a bath

or shower regularly,

it's way less annoying than losing a limb to infection.

MEETING HIS FRIENDS I Recebendo nossas amigas - Duration: 14:19.

A gift.

For us.

They gave it to us. You can record them.

Is it the 6?

They didn't have the 5.

This is the game we've been talking about.

We're going to play it tonight.

Thank you!

Thank you!

We can form teams.

I'll make a team with Bernardo, you'll be with Tati...

We play it in teams?

We play it in teams?

I think it's individual, right?

It's individual.

Oh my God!

It's individual.

Is it in Portuguese?

Yes.

We have some of my friends visiting us today,

Chiquinha and Tati.

We're showing them our city, Brasília.

Right now we're at the National Museum.

We'll also show them other places.

Yes, other places as well.

Let's go.

Where are we now?

We're at the Three Powers Plaza.

Three Powers?

Is that the same as the White House?

But the President doesn't live there.

Portuguese!

Let's go.

Where are we going?

Where are we going?

I don't know. We're just going up.

What is it?

I can't push you.

(confused with the word)

If you do that... I will...

I will...

What are you both saying about me?

You both are just chatting.

Is that right, "my close friend"

(I was trying to say, she was my best friend)

(In Portuguese, "amigo do peito")

(But in Portuguese, peito is chest)

Tel l us about it.

Explain to us what those buildings are.

This is the National Congress.

That part is the Chamber of Deputies

The other part is the Senate

Senate and Chamber of Deputies.

Where the Brazilian Congressmen decide the future of our nation.

That's what we hope.

What about that one?

It's part of the Congress.

That's the administrative part.

What will we do now?

We'll take you to a samba parade.

Can you imagine Adam in a samba parade in Rio?

He would have a great time!

Have you ever been in a Samba Parade?

I went to the School of Twerking

You would like it.

Where do we go now?

Would you like to go to a coffee shop?

Sure.

How do you say it?

This is not Portuguese.

It's French.

Are you going to eat?

Yes, I am.

I am not competing.

Sorry?

I am not competing so I can eat.

What do you want?

I'm not sure. I still have to choose it.

Something with chocolate.

Chocolate?

Just eggs for me.

Are you eating this?

Of course I am!

Party.

Party?

Healthy appetizers.

You?

You are.

I am.

What about you?

I'm not.

We are not competitive

but they will kill each other.

Three.

"I died in the Mediterranean Sea..." (messed up the Portuguese)

One, nine, nine, four.

1994 (the year).

Can you repeat the sentence?

(They didn't understand it the first time, so repeating...)

Let me see it.

Mediterranean (but the correct pronunciation).

"I died in the Mediterranean Sea in 1994".

I have no idea.

Sixteen.

"I acted in Foxcatcher released in 2015".

Saturday night.

Japanese food.

Will you follow the diet today?

Diet today or not?

Not for me.

Not this weekend.

Diet for me.

Not for me.

Today is their last day

here in Brasília. Tomorrow they'll be back to Rio.

Now we're going to have dinner.

Chiquinha and I

will have some caipirinhas.

Exactly.

Half of the group is on a diet

and the other half is not.

Tati and Adam

will just watch us drink.

What?

You both will just watch us drink.

Just look.

That's right. Let's go?

Poor Adam and Tati.

They will be wishing to have our drinks.

Thank you for watching our video.

We're back at home

after dinner and two caipirinhas,

we're going to play a little.

Don't forget to...

How Jay-Z And Diddy Made Millions Off Of 'Cheap Grapes' - Duration: 3:41.

- Just goes to show how you can

leverage your fame beyond just the music.

(funky, jazzy music)

About a decade ago The Economist interviewed

the director of the company that makes

Cristal Champagne,

one of the most expensive champagnes in the world

favored by Russian tsars over history,

he was asked, what did he think about

all these rappers drinking Cristal Champagne

and he basically said, "Well, we can't forbid

"people from buying it."

Not exactly a ringing endorsement of

a new customer base.

He thought that rappers didn't read The Economist

but he was wrong.

Jay-Z heard about his comments, he removed it

from his 40/40 Club, and more importantly

he started issuing this sort of,

directive to his fans, not to drink it either.

And instead of rapping about Cristal,

he put his money where is mouth was,

he ended up investing in, and eventually

taking over French champagne brand called

Armand de Brignac, AKA Ace of Spades.

You see this in his videos, the gold bottles,

he raps about it all the time,

and this has now become one of his

most valuable assets in his entire portfolio.

Diddy does not have his own champagne, however

he has something just as or perhaps

even more valuable, which is

his deal with Diageo's Ciroc vodka.

He started out with them in the late 2000s,

and at that point,

Ciroc was just a middling vodka brand

being shilled by no-name former NFL players.

They decided to take a chance on Diddy,

and they didn't really have anything to lose,

because Ciroc wasn't doing very well.

It was about the fiftieth ranked vodka

in the world and so Diddy came on and he applied

his typical marketing panache and

his shock and awe salesmanship,

this was around the time that Barack Obama

was running for president.

He started calling himself Ciroc Obama,

giving that free product placement,

within only a few years, Ciroc was number two

in the premium vodka category, to only Grey Goose

doin' about two million cases a year.

There's a really fascinating connection between

Diddy and Jay-Z in the spirits world.

Between the two of them, I mean you think,

you know same job description, hip hop mogul,

two very different guys,

two very different approaches.

But born a month apart, in the same city,

both named Shawn and they both use

the same cheap grape

as the base of two of their

most important products,

that's the Trebbiano grape, which is considered

by wine officials to be,

you know sort of a, a nothing grape,

it's a filler, it's table wine.

Jay-Z has a Cognac called D'Usse, which is

a joint venture with Bacardi.

Of course, if you're making Cognac, it doesn't

really matter because they're grapes that

you have to include in order to be

officially called Cognac.

As far as Diddy's Ciroc vodka goes,

using grapes is rather unorthodox,

vodka is typically made out of potatoes

or grains or something like that.

So that was kind of his first philosophy

with Ciroc is to center on the sexiness

of the grape.

- One-and-a-half ounces of Ciroc vodka,

you can only make it with Ciroc vodka,

other vodkas don't work.

- One thing that gets kind of lost in

all of the promotion of Ciroc and such,

is that Trebbiano is actually a very cheap grape

and not some super-fancy thing.

At the end of the day, Jay-Z and Diddy

are both excellent, savvy businessmen.

Of course they're not gonna get the most

expensive grape because in order to do well

on a product, you have to have a low cost,

and you have to have a high price.

They've grasped that better than anybody

and the success that they've had with

Ciroc and D'Usse

certainly go to prove that as well.

Jungkook of BTS "Only Then" cover (reverb edit) - Duration: 4:10.

Loving me, it isn't hard.

Now come hug me, as you are.

Though our future remains uncertain,

it's that very vagueness that I like.

Why do things other than our love matter?

Can you imagine our lives without each other?

Surely we can love on.

When you start loving somebody else,

When I get used to the life without you,

When that time comes, when the end is the only way.

Only then I'll let you go.

Loving you, it isn't hard.

Just one more smile, one more touch will do.

Loving each other, it isn't hard.

If we start everyday as if it's our first gaze.

Why do things other than our love matter?

Can you imagine our lives without each other?

Surely we can love on.

When you start loving somebody else,

When I get used to the life without you,

When that time comes, when the end is the only way.

Only then, Only then…

Only then…

Whether you want it or not,

I will love and be faithful to you.

Only when I fall and can not walk anymore,

When that time comes, when the end is the only way.

Only then, I'll let you go.

Only then will I let you go

Hinomisaki and Ichibata Temple Trip Montage - Duration: 4:16.

Hey there! It's Amejin

Today will be a selfie-style intro

I'm currently using my phone

When I was in Japan, I went on several adventures

They were SO FUN!

I also took tons of photos and videos

Today, I want to show you some of those pictures and videos

I took a lot so I'm only going to show you one adventure I took over in Japan

"Hinomisaki"

We are standing on top of a lighthouse

How high do you think this is, guys?

How high is this lighthouse?

IT'S FREAKIN' HIGH

And the wind is freakin'

blowin' everywhere

I had to take my hat off and put it in my backpack

You can see the ocean here behind me–– it's beautiful but it's crazy

I feel like I'm going to fall off and die

It's so scary

I don't know if you can hear the wind, but the wind is blowing everywhere

We walked––how many steps? 200 steps...

150...?!

It felt like 200 steps

SO many steps!

It's freezing; I'm gonna die

Thanks for joining

"[I pray that] my eyes will turn out well"
