Tesla has a problem. Maybe a big problem - Duration: 4:50.
Time is running out for Tesla's unmet promises.
The leading electric car maker's struggles to ramp up production of its first mass-market
car, the Model 3, could mean a cash crunch for the upstart automaker.
Tesla (TSLA) has thousands of customers lined up ready to buy a Model 3, which has a $35,000
starting price.
But it keeps badly missing its production targets, and it is burning through cash as
it does so.
And it faces deadlines to pay more than $1 billion in bonds due over the the next year
- $230 million due in November and $920 million next March.
Concerns about its cash positions could grow worse when it reports actual first quarter
numbers next week.
Moody's downgraded its debt deeper into junk bond status on Tuesday and warned more downgrades
could be coming.
Standard & Poor's also has warned of the possibility of a downgrade.
Bloomberg has been tracking production by continuously monitoring the issuance of vehicle
identification numbers issued by the NTSB.
It estimates that production stands at 1,026 a week, a big jump from the fourth quarter
but less than half the 2,500 a week target that Tesla has set for the end of the third
quarter, which concludes Saturday.
"That would be a pretty significant miss," said Bruce Clark, the credit analyst at Moody's.
"We're not drawing a line in the sand by any means.
But part of the issue is reestablishing credibility with constituents.
At the end of the day, the company's credibility will be significantly impacted by how close
they are to that 2,500 run rate."
The company had originally promised it would be making 5,000 Model 3's every week by the
end of last year, but delivered only 222 in the third quarter, and another 1,542 throughout
the entire fourth quarter.
It has now pushed the 5,000 a week target back to the end of June.
Tesla has never made a full-year profit as its grown into a major force in the auto industry.
But investors, lenders and customers have been big believers in its charismatic CEO
Elon Musk, at least to this point.
They've provided him with the cash he needed to challenge the established players in the
industry.
They've bought additional shares sold by the company in secondary offerings.
They've driven up stock price to give the company nearly the market value of established
automakers like Ford (F) or General Motors (GM), which both produce billions in annual
profits and sell millions of vehicles.
Customers have paid deposits of $1,000 each for cars they wouldn't see for years, giving
Tesla nearly $1 billion worth of deposits.
And, of course, it has also been able to sell bonds to raise cash.
Clark said he doesn't believe the company is facing any imminent cash crunch, but that
if it continues to struggle to ramp up production of the Model 3 its "liquidity position is
going to get tight in the next several quarters.
That's why we see the need for them to go back to the financial markets."
And it will become more difficult, and more expensive, to raise that money if there are
further doubts about it meeting its production goals.
It could also cause problems with the company's supplier base.
Tesla reported it owed $2.4 billion in accounts payable at the end of last year.
That's not a huge number as long suppliers continue to bill for the parts and raw materials.
But the credit agency downgrade could prompt suppliers to start demanding cash at the time
of delivery, according to John Thompson, CEO of hedge fund Vilas Capital Management, which
has its largest position shorting Tesla shares, betting big that the stock will fall sharply
in value.
"Why did Toys 'R' Us go bankrupt?
Its suppliers cut it off.
You can have altruistic equity holders, you can have altruistic bond holders, altruistic
customers.
But suppliers are cold and calculating from my experience," he said.
In an email to his clients this week he again predicted a looming cash crunch for Tesla
could even lead to bankruptcy later this year.

I've heard you go back to front,
front to back, side to side!
What is it?!
Just answer the question once and for all!
- So if you wanna think about it,
you have three holes down in your vaginal area.
You have where you urinate, your urethra,
your vagina, which is where your period comes out,
a penis goes in for intercourse,
and you have your rectum, which is where poop comes out of.
So, you wanna try and keep the vagina and the urethra clean.
So if you wipe from front to back,
especially after a bowel movement,
you're gonna keep the bacteria from naturally in poop
away from your vagina, which decreases the risk
of infections in the vagina and decreases
the risk of infections in your bladder.

What's the best way to wipe, front to back,

The vaginal wipes, you wanna make sure
that they're either unscented or lightly scented,
'cause sometimes the scents that they add
to the wipes can be irritating to the vagina.
And just make sure you're keeping the wipes on the outside.
Do not go inside the vagina
with the wipes, because your vagina
already takes care of itself for cleaning.
- Right, no stuffin' it up.
What's the best kind of toilet paper we should use?
There's, we've got the single-ply, we've got the two-ply.
And personally, if I could, I'd get a triple-ply.
I'd like a whole glove
that I could just use if they had that.
What's the best one out there for ya?
- So although some of the higher plies feel better
and softer around the vaginal area, if they're leaving
residue, then that's not a good toilet paper to use.
Because that residue is gonna absorb moisture.
It's gonna stay there and increase the risk
of bacteria getting into that residue that's there.
So if you're noticing toilet tissue left behind,
that's not a good toilet tissue to be using.
- Is that the same thing with the deodorant sprays?
Is that too much wetness down there?
- So, I wouldn't use any sprays.
Alotta sprays have aerosol. (clacking)
They might have some alcohol to help them dry.
That's gonna be more irritating,
especially if they're scented.
- Now, I know this is kind of an old question.
I grew up hearing that douching is bad,
but my mother did it, my mother's mother did it,
mother's mother's mothers did it.
Now, is it okay, or it's just a no-no, the douche?
- Douching is a no-no.
- So still a no-no!

Do not put anything inside your vagina
that wasn't already there to try and clean it.
The vagina will naturally clean itself.
It has its own bacteria, it's it's own filtering system.
You do not have to go inside.
- No scrub brushes, nothin'.

It's like a Shar-Pei down there.

Trump Supporter Yells 1 Word As POTUS Discusses 2A Repeal — CROWD GOES WILD.
President Donald Trump delivered a speech on infrastructure to a crowd in Ohio on Thursday
afternoon, but of course, the Second Amendment came up, as well.
When one of Trump's supporters shouted a single world as POTUS discussed calls to repeal
the Second Amendment, the crowd went wild.

Gun control has remained a hot topic ever since the Valentine's Day shooting at Marjory
Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida.
The public debate reached a fever pitch recently, though, when former Supreme Court Justice
John Paul Stevens suggested an all-out repeal of the Second Amendment.
"Rarely in my lifetime have I seen the type of civic engagement schoolchildren and their
supporters demonstrated in Washington and other major cities throughout the country
this past Saturday," Stevens wrote in an op-ed for The New York Times.
"These demonstrations demand our respect.
They reveal the broad public support for legislation to minimize the risk of mass killings of schoolchildren
and others in our society," he added.
"That support is a clear sign to lawmakers to enact legislation prohibiting civilian
ownership of semiautomatic weapons, increasing the minimum age to buy a gun from 18 to 21
years old, and establishing more comprehensive background checks on all purchasers of firearms,"
wrote Stevens.
"But the demonstrators should seek more effective and more lasting reform.
They should demand a repeal of the Second Amendment."
This was a shocking notion, to be sure, especially coming from a man who once presided over the
highest court in the land.
Supreme Court justices ought to have an unwavering commitment to upholding the values outlined
in our country's Constitution, not actively campaign to dissolve one of the most important
amendments held therein.
President Donald Trump noted as much in his speech to an Ohio crowd on Thursday, saying,
"We want to protect our Second Amendment."
Trump added that there are some "very important and respected" Democrats calling to "get
rid of our Second Amendment."
According to The Daily Caller, the president touched on a wide array of issues in the speech,
but the loudest applause line came when Trump talked about the Second Amendment.
As he paused for effect, a man in the audience shouted one word at him: "Tyranny!"
Trump laughed and pointed at the man, before saying, "You could be right about that."
The audience applauded as Trump forcefully said, "That's not going to happen.
We're going to protect our Second Amendment."
Ironically, blue-collar workers from middle American understand the importance of the
Second Amendment better than a man who sat on the Supreme Court.
I suppose that isn't necessarily surprising, though, when you consider how heavily the
progressive agenda is steeped in our institutions.
As Donald Trump campaigned for the presidency, many conservatives considered that the most
important reason to elect him would be in order to ensure that the Supreme Court wasn't
stacked with liberal judges for years to come.
They were absolutely right, and during his first year in office, Trump has worked to
put fair judges in our courts.
The midterm elections are fast approaching, and traditionally, they do not turn out in
favor of the president's party.
As Trump noted in his Thursday speech, voters tend to grow "complacent."
However, with the current assault on the Second Amendment being launched by Democrats, things
could turn out different this time.
Indeed, if the left continues to harp on gun control like it's their job, you will see
Republican voters mobilize like never before.
There is no surer way to send conservatives running to the polls than to threaten their
inalienable rights, particularly their right to keep and bear arms.

Google Drive.
The drive is to be used as a video saving/ delivering system only.
You don't want to use the link from the Google Drive to save to social media sites.
You always want to download the video and the upload to the correct social media site
which from there you can create or select a custom thumbnail.
I hope this video clears the air about some of the confusion of the Google Drive, the
thumbnails and sharing from the Google Drive.

ASRock Graphics Cards, GPU Apocalypse NOT Over, PC Building Simulator! -- Weekly Download #87 - Duration: 4:31.
Hey welcome to Zach's Tech Turf and Weekly Download #87.
Today I'm gonna be playing some Far Cry 5 when I give you this news, my cup of coffee
is actually brewing right now, make sure you guys let me know in the comment section what
you're sippin' on, let's get into it!
To start off the tech news, just like we expected, ASRock has officially jumped into the graphics
card market, and it's obviously some pretty good timing because we need all the GPU manufacturers
that we can get.
SO far they've only teamed up with AMD as their new Phantom Gaming Card line will only
be available with the RX 550, 560, 570 and 580.
ASRock didn't specifically say when the new cards will come to stores or online for
purchase, but hopefully it's sooner rather than later.
Xiaomi is jumping into the PC gaming market, yea the Chinese smartphones, as they recently
unveiled their Mi Gaming Laptop.
This laptop is featuring a 1080p resolution with an i7 7700HQ and a GTX 1050 Ti and will
be sold for $955.
That's their cheaper version, but either way that's actually not a great price, you
can find that kind of configuration these days for well under $1000, but I'm assuming
that's because they aren't well established in the market yet.
They've definitely brought some solid budget smartphones to the world so I'm not really
doubting them in this market as well.
And to already wrap up the tech news for the week, Nvidia CEO announced in a pre-GTC interview,
yet again, that graphics card prices are most likely not returning to normal any time soon.
The CEO says that the supply chain and Nvidia partners are working around the clock but
they simply aren't even close to meeting the demand.
I've recently seen some videos from other tech YouTubers stating that they this the
GPU apocalypse is gonna end soon, I definitely hope they're right, but I just don't like
how they are kind of spreading this false assumption when no one really knows.
I hope you didn't get your hopes up for this.

To start off the PC gaming news with probably my favorite news of the week, PC Building
Simulator has finally dropped on Early Access on steam, and I actually already bought it.
The game is exactly what it sounds like, it's a simulator for building PC's, and there's
even some RPG elements where you're fixing customer computers to make money for your
business.
I also think that this will be an excellent guide for first time PC builders, but I'm
going to make an entire video on this here soon so make sure you're subscribed for
that.
Next up we found out this week that No Man's Sky is getting yet another update called NEXT,
and apparently it's the biggest update they've ever done.
Why am I always reporting about No Man's Sky you may ask.
Well honestly i've been kinda secretly rooting for their success because I love their story.
No Man's Sky launched in the worst possible way I've ever seen from PC gaming, but they've
stayed committed to developing their game and it's becoming better and better, which
is unfortunately weird to hear in PC gaming.
I'm all for it, I hope they create the best possible space exploration game that they
can, and this latest update will be released in the summer of this year.
Moving on to some more game news, Electronic Arts showeed us the process behind their AI
testing in Battlefield 1, and it's actually pretty interesting if you're into that kind
of thing.
They showed this video about how these AI bots are constantly learning to play the game
based off previous matches, and it's a major technology that we'll definitely be seeing
in the future of video games.
There are so many games out there with terrible AI but it will only get more realistic.
There's still a long way to go, as you can see right here in this video, but it's still
very cool to see how they're doing all this stuff.
Fortnite is now giving away even more gear to Twitch Prime subscribers, AKA anyone that
has an active Amazon prime account.
THey are already giving away an entire outfit and slipstream glider, but they also now added
the Instigator Pickaxe which completes the set.
Just thought you guys should know this because virtually everyone is playing Fortnite, and
by the way, make sure you check out my Fortnite with Budget Graphics Card video if you're
gaming on a budget build but still wanna hop into the action.
And finally to wrap up the PC gaming news for the week, Spec Ops The Line is the latest
free game featured on the Humble Store, so go grab that one now if you don't already
have it.
I've heard so many good things about this game, I personally haven't played it yet,
but hey, it's another free game to add to your library.

Hi guys! It's been a while.
This is a bustshot commission for StarsConsume from DA
I added more feelings to this bustshot because I
felt like I wasn't doing that enough in my past commissions
It definitely made it much better.. Music is so helpful!
For lineart I tried to use my sketch tool so it
would create a thinner lineart effect
Drawing the hair was fun haha
The dark background tends to help me choose colors
In a way it's what determines the mood of the colors..and helps pick the colors you
intentionally want it to have. If that makes sense.
People tend to ask me about how to make your lineart neat and thin
Basically there can be a lot of things that can contribute to that
Like the brush/pen tool settings that you use.
There is Density, Min size, Quality, and etc adjustments.
There's also (for sai) a stabilizer that helps
control your lineart movement. The higher it is, the
more stable your lines flow. But it's all due to preference.
Here I tried a new coloring style for hair
I'm liking it but at the same time I don't.
I've been working real hard on my commissions
I will be adding more variety of choices!
