- Lemon seed - large, wide pot and bucket

with water; How to make:

Put a small amount of bowl or bucket and add water until you

very moist.

Then fill the container with few centimeters before reaching the top.

Select the seeds you will use.

Remember to keep the seeds moist until the time to plant them.

Make a dimple and plant them half an inch below the ground and soak with water gently

using a spray.

Cover and wrap vase / bucket with trash with a few holes.

Place the container in a warm place where beat the sunlight.

The earth can not be dry, so always sprinkle some water on it when you notice

a sleek modern vanity what's up guys good morning

it's uh it's been a long morning I've been here since about six o'clock this

morning and we got a unit going off this morning it's Saturday morning we got

this house going out the door but before it leaves you know I got to give you a

tour so we'll take a look at the house

okay so the unit that's going out the door today is a 20 foot Everest model

and this is actually another first floor model that we did for the company try it

tiny this one is decked out in their logos colors so I'll just take you

around the whole unit we got steel siding on the front and then we did this

two-toned cedar this is actually a stain this is

not a paint so it's gonna handle really well in the elements when we transition

into some more steel and we got cedar on the backside but the really cool thing

is the inside so let's go check it out

really nice kitchen layout and right here this is a table with a nice Bank at

this also breaks down into a bed so over here we have a induction burner nice

steep kitchen sink and a small mini-fridge also some really nice

shelving as we leave the kitchen and we head into the bathroom it's really cool

in here too this units been equipped with holding tanks so we have a nice RV

low-flush toilet a sleek modern vanity and a large three foot shower as we head

out of the bathroom let's go check out this bedroom

and what you'll apply is a full-size bed and plenty of headroom also in here

we've got the electrical panel and plenty of room for storage and also a

nine gallon water heater listen I know this units got to get on the road but I

RESEARCHER DISCOVERS A NEW NON-TOXIC APPROACH TO CANCER MANAGEMENT

Anna Hunt, Staff Writer Dr. Dominic D'Agostino did not set out to

find a treatment for cancer.

Yet, during his research into the treatment of seizures, he found a possible non-toxic

alternative approach to cancer management.

D'Agostino discovered that eliminating carbohydrates from the diet could starve cancer cells.

An Unexpected Discovery Dr. D'Agostino is an Assistant Professor

at the University of South Florida College of Medicine, Molecular Pharmacology & Physiology.

He was commissioned by the Navy Seals to help solve the problem of unexpected seizures that

occur in a high-oxygen and high-pressure environment (ie. such as deep-sea diving).

His research led D'Agostino to compare the brain to a hybrid engine.

It typically uses glucose as its primary source of energy.

When glucose is limited, it can use ketones as an alternative fuel source.

This why the ketogenic diet is effective in treating seizures in individuals suffering

from certain types of neurological disorders associated with the inability to transport

glucose.

The keto diet adheres to certain dietary restrictions.

Predominately, it severely limits carbohydrate intake.

As a result, the body can elevate and sustain high blood levels of ketones.

D'Agostino estimates that a typical diet consists of about 65% carbohydrates, 25% fat,

and only about 10% protein.

On the other hand, the ketogenic diet is very low in carbohydrates.

It consists of about 75% fat and 23% protein.

Role that Carb Elimination Could Play in Cancer Management

In a TEDx Talk, D'Agostino states that most healthy cells in the body can use ketones

as an alternative energy source, just like the brain.

What he surprising discovered during his research is that cancer cells do not have this ability.

Cancer cells rely heavily on glucose for energy, more so than regular human cells.

Yet, it seems that they are incapable of using ketones as an alternative fuel source.

Have you ever heard that sugar feeds cancer?

D'Agostino agrees:

"Sugar addiction is the Achilles heel of cancer cells."

Other scientists have also discovered this connection between sugar and cancer.

For example, Otto Warburg, discovered that cancer cells are different from healthy cells,

in that they are damaged from high-amounts of sugar uptake.

Warburg won the Nobel Prize in Medicine in 1931.

More recently, Dr. Thomas Seyfried, author of Cancer as a Metabolic Disease, showed in

his experiments that cancer has a glucose dependency.

Because of this, he claimed that we could potentially treat cancer with a variety of

alternative approaches that exploit this dependency.

D'Agostino and his colleagues tested the effectiveness of the combination of the ketogenic

diet and hyperbaric oxygen therapy in a mouse model of metastatic cancer.

He claims their study demonstrated the therapeutic efficacy of a new, non-toxic alternative approach

to cancer management.

Vitamin D deficiency linked to increased risk of anemia, concludes new study on school children

Of course you want strong bones, a reduced risk of diabetes, cancer, heart disease, and

multiple sclerosis.

An upbeat mood and healthier lungs are just as great.

Enter vitamin D, one of your best bets in achieving overall wellness.

But there's a hitch.

Getting vitamin D is no walk in the park.

A study of 937 children whose ages ranged from nine to 12 pointed to low vitamin D supply

as one of the reasons why school children in Iran were thrice as likely to suffer from

anemia compared to their healthier counterparts.

The study found that low vitamin D levels were seen in 96.8 percent of the children,

compared to 91.5 percent in the non-anemic group.

This made the Iranian researchers conclude that vitamin D plays a role in the formation

of iron in the body.

This is essential in carrying oxygen in the blood and in keeping our organs healthy.

The study involved children in 60 primary schools in Iran.

Its accuracy was tested through various medical examinations and blood sampling methods.

The Iranian study reinforces an earlier one made in 2013 at the John Hopkins Children's

Center.

Results showed that blood samples of children with low hemoglobin content also exhibited

vitamin D insufficiency.

The highest anemia risk was seen in cases of mild vitamin D deficiency.

Another proof that low vitamin D levels are associated with an increased risk for anemia

is the observation that milk fortified with vitamin D eliminated the incidence of anemia

entirely.

Anemic children need all the help they can get because they could suffer from slow growth,

muscle weakness, skeletal deformities and other problems.

Untreated anemia can lead to organ failure and frequent fractures.

A deficiency in the said vitamin can also lead to adult ailments like osteoporosis,

certain cancers, and heart disease.

The need for vitamin D became even more urgent after Althea Zanecosky, American Dietetic

Association spokesperson stated that the amount of sunshine between October to May is not

enough to give the body the vitamin D it needs.

This explains why a University of Maine study found that almost half of those tested for

vitamin D by the end of winter had low levels of the sunshine vitamin.

This is a cause for concern because vitamin D deficiency can open a Pandora's box of

illnesses.

It can make you depressed, because the hippocampus and other parts of the brain that control

mood have vitamin D receptors.

It can lower your chances of surviving cancer.

Cancer patients with higher vitamin D levels improve their chances of recovery by four

percent.

Patients with more vitamin D also stay in remission longer.

Men increase their risk of developing prostate cancer.

Insufficient vitamin D is also associated with dementia and Alzheimer's disease.

Sixty two percent of psoriatic arthritis patients were found wanting in vitamin D.

Those with a vitamin D deficiency raised their risk of having a heart disease by 32 percent.

They're also more prone to pneumonia, schizophrenia and multiple sclerosis.

Just as scary are studies that show that people who don't have enough vitamin D may die

sooner than others who don't have the said problem.

A 2009 study at the University of Manchester in England showed that those with lower vitamin

D had a "slower cognitive processing speed."

Researchers say vitamin D protects the aging brain and boosts memory.

It raises the levels of protective antioxidants, raising key hormones and suppressing a hyperactive

immune system that can disturb our body's neurological functions.

Everyone Freaking Out Over McCabe's Firing Is Missing a Huge Detail.

The mainstream media and anti-Trump liberals — which are increasingly hard to tell apart

— have taken a clear stance, on the firing of Andrew Mc­Cabe: It was done out of spite,

and proves just how vindictive the president has become.

That's the narrative being pushed hard by the news media, after the deputy director

of the FBI was officially fired by Attorney General Jeff Sessions.

At first glance, it's easy to fall for that argument: McCabe was only a day away from

retiring, which would have given him full federal benefits … at the taxpayer's expense,

of course.

Missing in the back-and-forth vitriol over McCabe's firing, however, is an incredibly

important detail that the media seems eager to ignore.

It turns out that Donald Trump didn't randomly decide to show the deputy the director the

door on a whim.

In fact, it was the FBI itself which recommended that McCabe be terminated — and so did the

inspector general of the U.S. Justice Department.

(Attorney General) Sessions announced the decision in a statement just before 10 p.m.,"

The Washington Post reported, noting that both "the Justice Department inspector general,

and the FBI office that handles discipline had found 'that Mr. McCabe had made an unauthorized

disclosure to the news media and lacked candor — including under oath — on multiple occasions.'"

In other words, officials would be derelict in their duty if they hadn't let McCabe

go, especially after he leaked information and spoke unprofessionally under oath.

The Post again confirmed that the FBI had recommended the firing after a DOJ probe found

wrongdoing.

"His firing — which was recommended by the FBI office that handles discipline — stems

from a Justice Department inspector general investigation that found McCabe authorized

the disclosure of sensitive information to the media about a Clinton-related case, then

misled investigators about his actions in the matter, people familiar with the matter

have said," the respected newspaper reported.

If you listen to the media and the left, the Trump administration was supposed to just

ignore the fact that McCabe misled the Department of Justice, and turn a blind eye to a federal

employee's bad actions because he wanted a full retirement package.

Apparently, taking taxpayer money out of the pockets of Americans and spending it on the

retirement of a man who two government agencies recommended be fired is completely fine, but

following through on an internal investigation is somehow over the line.

It's worth remembering, too, that the director of the FBI and other deputies like McCabe

serve at the pleasure of the president.

Donald Trump had the constitutional power to fire the former deputy director for any

reason or no reason at all; the fact that both the DOJ and the FBI both recommended

that action is just icing on the cake.

Since day one of his presidency, the media and Democrats have worked overtime to paint

Trump as a conniving fool who is the nemesis of the FBI.

In reality, the facts consistently show that it was the FBI which was deeply biased and

colluding to undermine the presidency, not the other way around.

At the end of the day, Andrew McCabe was an establishment player who had close connections

to the Democrat machine.

His own shady actions caused him to be fired, and in true leftist fashion, he's now throwing

a fit because he won't be getting a free ride paid for by American citizens.

it's uh it's been a long morning I've been here since about six o'clock this

morning and we got a unit going off this morning it's Saturday morning we got

this house going out the door but before it leaves you know I got to give you a

tour so we'll take a look at the house

okay so the unit that's going out the door today is a 20 foot Everest model

and this is actually another first floor model that we did for the company try it

tiny this one is decked out in their logos colors so I'll just take you

around the whole unit we got steel siding on the front and then we did this

two-toned cedar this is actually a stain this is

not a paint so it's gonna handle really well in the elements when we transition

into some more steel and we got cedar on the backside but the really cool thing

is the inside so let's go check it out

really nice kitchen layout and right here this is a table with a nice Bank at

this also breaks down into a bed so over here we have a induction burner nice

steep kitchen sink and a small mini-fridge also some really nice

shelving as we leave the kitchen and we head into the bathroom it's really cool

in here too this units been equipped with holding tanks so we have a nice RV

low-flush toilet a sleek modern vanity and a large three foot shower as we head

out of the bathroom let's go check out this bedroom

and what you'll apply is a full-size bed and plenty of headroom also in here

we've got the electrical panel and plenty of room for storage and also a

nine gallon water heater listen I know this units got to get on the road but I

Put a small amount of bowl or bucket and add water until you

a sleek modern vanity what's up guys good morning

it's uh it's been a long morning I've been here since about six o'clock this

morning and we got a unit going off this morning it's Saturday morning we got

this house going out the door but before it leaves you know I got to give you a

tour so we'll take a look at the house

okay so the unit that's going out the door today is a 20 foot Everest model

and this is actually another first floor model that we did for the company try it

tiny this one is decked out in their logos colors so I'll just take you

around the whole unit we got steel siding on the front and then we did this

two-toned cedar this is actually a stain this is

not a paint so it's gonna handle really well in the elements when we transition

into some more steel and we got cedar on the backside but the really cool thing

is the inside so let's go check it out

really nice kitchen layout and right here this is a table with a nice Bank at

this also breaks down into a bed so over here we have a induction burner nice

steep kitchen sink and a small mini-fridge also some really nice

shelving as we leave the kitchen and we head into the bathroom it's really cool

in here too this units been equipped with holding tanks so we have a nice RV

low-flush toilet a sleek modern vanity and a large three foot shower as we head

out of the bathroom let's go check out this bedroom

and what you'll apply is a full-size bed and plenty of headroom also in here

we've got the electrical panel and plenty of room for storage and also a

nine gallon water heater listen I know this units got to get on the road but I
