What are Kendra Houses in Vedic Astrology? - Duration: 11:27.

there is a reason why you're watching this video

welcome to Pramanik astrology channel i'm your host prasad Mahajani help

you go further faster into vedic astrological studies and if you are new

to my channel please consider subscribing you'll be getting a lot of

reading astrological videos just like this one today we are going to talk

about the kendra houses do you know why caner houses are so prominent and have

given so much significance in vedic astrology for that we need to look at

the sky first before we look into the paper of horoscope or a computer screen

we are to look out in the sky for the houses here is a trinity houses russia's

and the nakshatras the houses are the sky the open sky you can see is the

houses are the houses the rushes is the space and the nakshatras are the star

yes we got it ok it is that simple and if you don't know what is the space

go check out my local space video let's talk about the sky first how we can

measure the sky we can measure the sky with the horizon and with the meridian

and you know if you don't know what the horizon and meridian please go and watch

my local space video or the various planet earth video that will help you

understand this concept even better imagine a circle and if you cut it half

way through that is a horizon so now you have two parts one part which is above

the horizon and one part which is below the horizon okay and there is one

meridian which is intersecting it vertically

so horizon is intersecting the space or the sky horizontal and Meridian

intersects it vertically one four seven ten are actually the important points in

the sky let me repeat 1 4 7 10 are the important

points in the sky those blocks we see on the paper are that sensitive and

important points in the sky the first house that is ascendant is the point at

the eastern horizon and the Russia at the time of your birth which is rising

at the horizon so horizon the East horizon becomes so very sensitive and

the prominent reference point called ascendant and it is one of the important

kyndra houses the next k-mer houses the next gainer houses no the next camera

house is the fourth house fourth house is right below your feet it's in a nod

heed it's called the Nadi it's the darkest part of the sky which is not

visible okay then there is the seventh house where sunsets is the West horizon

we're sunset and West horizon or the seventh house is the last visible point

of the Sun after sunset you can't see it when it goes to Nadi or some or other

places you can't see okay so at the the East horizon is first and West horizon

is house number seven and all the houses from four to seven are below the horizon

okay are below the horizon and from seventh to the first house are above the

horizon okay so we have covered three houses first house ascendant fourth

house and the seventh hours that is the West horizon okay what is the fourth key

in the house the fourth camera house is the tenth house which is right above

your head which is Zenit okay then it is the brightest point in the sky it's wide

open just above your head okay and here is an interesting thing about this if

you observe the Sun two days if you observe the Sun through day like very

Sun had six am usually usually we say that it's a sunrise right what is a

sunrise Sun doesn't rise or set it's just that ecliptic movement of it we

feel that it is rising and setting that's a different story altogether

we're talking we will talk about it in some other video but

so we are talking about the Sun is rising at the first point or the first

off that is ascendant okay and it sets at the seventh house

but where it is at 7:00 p.m. 3 p.m. do em you have to check this out ok here

is an exercise for you what you have to do is you have to look for the sun's

movement in your chart just check your time of birth and check the Sun house

placement ok if your boat is around the sunrise your son will be near first

house if it is the evening time it will be near the seventh house if it is in

the afternoon it will be near the tenth house and if it is if it is in the night

it will be near the 4th house and what do I mean by near it may be when I say

near 4th house it may be three it may be 5 it may before and all when I say near

first house it's like the first house the second house or the 12th house near

10 9 10 11 near 7 6 7 8 ok go check out that it will be very interesting for you

to look at the timing and the placement of the Sun in your horoscope ok so yes

what is Kandra houses Kindra houses are the pillars of your horoscope why they

are the pillars of your horoscope just now we have discussed all these these

are very important points in the sky so if you have the prominent good dignity

planet or the benefits at these 4 points it really gives the stability and it

really gives the promise of a good fortune ok and if if these four houses

are involved in to the any good yoga's it amplifies the benefit nature of those

yoga's so Kenya houses are a very very important prominent and very significant

okay any planet in this for house is going to lay the foundation of your

horoscope for good or bad it's all your Karma's let's summarize the Canada

houses kyndra houses are the pillar of your horoscope kinder houses are the

foundation of your horoscope Kendra houses are house number one four seven

and ten the first house is called as the ascendant then there is fourth house

which is the point not heed in the sky then the tenth house is the point

opposite to the fourth house that is the zenith which is right above your head

now there is below your feet then it is above your head okay and then there is

the seventh house which is the west point where Sun sets house number one to

seven are below the horizon from seven to one above the horizon 10 being the

brightest okay so so now you know the nature of the houses okay

there are many house systems you will see few of the people few scholars

follow the whole sign few sigh few follows the dynamic sign if you follow

the fixed sign okay the whole sign is I found it very relevant which is the

classic one okay and what is what it says is and what it says is

the border of the Aries is the border of the first house the border of the Rashi

is the border of the house okay this is what okay

the border of the Rashi is the border of the house is what whole sign house

system is all about fixed is 360-degree star divided by 12 just become 30

degrees kappa windows 12 which is fixed then you can see whole lot of things and

we don't get confused just follow the whole sign and you'll be alright

there are two scholars who are doing great with all other formats okay using

the dynamic plus the tropical and many other things but we are at the beginning

stage so we are going to stick to the whole side okay yes this was cleaner

houses as much as I could hold cross and share with you guys if you are new to my

channel please consider subscribing you will be getting Vedic Astrology call

videos just like this one hit that like button

keep watching for manic astrology channel share it with your friends and

and and see you in the next videos love and peace

The Tarot Suits & Their Elemental Correspondences - What do the suits of tarot mean? - Duration: 10:54.

Hi everyone, it's Katey, and today I'm going to be talking to you about how I

associate the elements with the suits of the Tarot

and, kind of, what my general understanding of the suits and that

element is. Now, this has been highly requested since, I think, around December

last year, I did a video on my elemental understanding of the court ranks and

also the difference that I see between the Swords and the Cups, so Air and Water.

And underneath those videos, I had a lot of requests to, kind of, extend that and

do a bit of a video talking about each of the suits and the elements associated

with them and, you know, the associations I have with those suits. Now, there are a

few different ways of associating the suits with the elements, there's a few

different schools of thought when it comes to that. I am pretty well

traditional, or Rider Waite Smith traditional anyway, where the suit of

Swords is Air, the suit of Wands is Fire, the suit of Cups is Water, and

the suit of Pentacles is Earth. Now, there are lots of different ways to interpret

the suits, and the longer you work with Tarot, I think, the more personal your

meanings and your understandings become. So, this is just where I'm at at the

moment with my connections between the elements the suits and just the meanings

that I tend to focus on, and the areas of life that I feel like these elements and

these suits speak to. So, I'm going to be talking about these elements in the

order that makes sense for me, and that is starting with Air and moving down to

Earth. And the reason that I hold this - it connects also with my understanding of

the court cards - is that, for me, Air is the lightest, the least dense, is the best

word I can think of, the least concrete, the least solid. And we move through the

suits into real life, into practicality, into, you know, physical creation. So, I

see each suit as encompassing the positive aspect of whatever I'm going to

talk about and then the opposing. So it would be, you know, if something is true,

or if it is lacking, or if it's in the extreme. So I'm more going to be talking

about that core meaning, and then, for me, depending on the card and the

the spread, etcetera, that card could be interpreted as either, you know, as that

core meaning, or as a lack of that, or the extreme of it. And so beginning with the

suit of Swords which is, for me, Air. I would say that my absolute key understanding

of the suit of Swords is that it's about attitudes, beliefs, how we frame and

understand our world, so our worldview. It's our perspectives, our assumptions,

our biases, and I suppose, the lens through which we view the world. I've

tried to move away from associating gender with the cards or the elements at

all, and I also don't like the terms passive and active, like, that just hasn't

worked for me. I've come to more understand the suits and the elements in

terms of reaction versus response. And for me the suit of Swords is very much a

reactionary one. Another thing that I associate with the elements is whether

they're inward-centred or outward centred. And for me, Air and the suit of Swords is

inward-centred, is self-centred. And that is not a judgement statement, it is just

focused on the internal, so it's reacting to the outside stimulus, but that happens

on an internal level. And so I see the Swords playing out in the mind. And so

the suit of Swords very much speaks, to me, of truth and clarity, or a lack of

those things, so uncertainty, confusion, delusion, illusion. It's that sense of

clarity or a lack of, so a clouded perspective. As such, the suit of Swords, I

think, has lessons for us regarding, you know, self-awareness, discovering who we

are, and how we want to learn to reframe our perspective in order to better suit

us. It's learning to better understand, and to then define ourselves and our

place within the world. So I suppose, if I could bring down these suit of Swords to

a question, it would be, 'How do I see or interpret the world and myself?'

Next we have the suit of Wands, which is Fire, the element of Fire for me. And I

think, more than any other word, 'passion' best sums up this suit for me. This suit

is the fire in the belly, the motivation, the drive, the creativity, that spark that

gets us going and motivates us to do something in the world. As such, this suit

is an outward-focused one for me, and it's also a reactionary one. It's

reactionary in the sense that it just does, it just does. And, of course, outward

in the sense that it makes things happen in the outside world. This can be, you

know, that focus, that focus of creativity that allows us to make changes in our

world, or it can be that kind of brash, destructive energy that, kind of, just

happens without us really having a whole lot of control over it. Ultimately I

think this suit comes down to either creation or destruction. And the question

that it boils down to for me is, 'What do I do in my world and how does

interacting with the world shape or change it?' Next is the suit of Cups, which

is associated with the element of Water for me. And I spoke quite a bit about

this suit in my previous video of the Swords versus the Cups. And, ultimately,

what I said in that video, that the suit of Cups is about connection, that is the

essential keyword for me. I know for a lot of people it is 'emotions' and,

certainly, emotions- you know, connection is a very emotional-heavy experience, but

I think, you know, for me, it begins with the connection and then the emotions

happen because of that connection. So ultimately, at its core, the suit of Cups

for me is about a connection and that connection can be to anything, that can

be to ourselves, to others, or to the divine. And then, also, it comes down to

what meaning and value we place on those connections, how we understand them,

and then the emotions that we develop because of them. As such, this suit, for me,

is a responsive one and a self-centred one. Responsive because it is how we

respond to things, it's often a slower moving process that happens internally

and, therefore, it's a self-centred one. Connection, and how we interpret it, and

the meaning that it gives us, those emotions that happen because of that

connection. Some things that can arise because of these connections can be

things like our intuition, that might be - depending on your belief system - a

connection to yourself or to something higher. Connection can also foster

emotions or experiences such as love and care and tenderness. But, in contrast, it

also speaks to the lack of that, which would be things like disconnection and

loneliness, or a lack of purpose or a lack of meaning. In the extreme it could

also speak to bondage. And so the question that this boils down to for me

would be, 'What connections exist in my life and what do those connections mean

to me?' And last but not least we have the Pentacles, which would be Earth for me.

And, I think, the key work that it really comes down to for me it would be

resources and, for me, that includes anything at our disposal, so that can be

literal resources - money or tools - but it can also be things like time and our

energy, and also the knowledge that we have that we can use. And so, in this

sense, the suit of Pentacles for me is responsive and outward-focused. So that

is that it's a process of, kind of, assessing what we have available to us,

and then using that in the outside world. Other key words that come to mind would

be things like strategic, methodical, and practical. I think the suit of Pentacles

can also be tied to community and the obligations and responsibilities

associated with community. I also see this often as building long-term

projects or commitment, whether that be to another person or to yourself, and

practicing and practice makes perfect, and building things slowly, starting

with that foundation and, you know, strategically building upon that over

time. As such, I think a lot of this also comes down to tradition and passing on

knowledge, especially the Ten of Pentacles, I see that very much as, that

kind of, transference of resources, and that can be literal money or it can be,

you know, knowledge and tradition. So in many ways, this boils down to, 'What do I

have, what can I offer, and what is my legacy?'

Some other ways that I interpret these suits, you know, kind of the ways that I

distinguish them, would very much be, as I said, in terms of, like, starting with the

lightest thing and moving to the heaviest, so the least tangible to the

most tangible. It's also speed. For me, Air is absolutely the quickest thing, in

terms of ourselves it's, like, that almost instantaneous thing. So because culture

and perspectives and biases are so embedded, often we can't even see them,

they happen so quickly, whereas Earth, the Pentacles, to the other extreme, is very

much that assessing working out what we have and what we can do, there's a whole

process that goes into that. Another thing that's always stood out to

me is something that I just learned in IT class in high school, and that was the

idea of, kind of like, the levels of information processing. The first was

'information,' which I associate with Air. The second was 'knowledge,' how we can use

that information to do something. Then the next was 'understanding,' and so that

makes sense for the Cups for me, it's understanding our connections and

building understanding for ourselves and meaning. And then the next was 'wisdom,' and

that would be the suit of Pentacles. And so that wisdom, kind of, encompasses

all of the previous three, as well as another layer of that broader awareness,

of what is actually possible and how we can get there. So that is a brief rundown

of what the suits mean to me. Of course, you know, there are nuances. This is just,

kind of, like, if I had to break everything down into a few paragraphs, a

few dot points, this is what, kind of, the standard base understanding of the suits

are for me, and the corresponding element. So I hope you've enjoyed this video, to

all of those of you who requested it ,and I hope, you know, it's given you something

to think about, whether you end up agreeing with me or not, doesn't matter, I

hope that you've just enjoyed this video and, you know, it's given you an

opportunity to think. So I'd love to hear what you guys think in the comments

below, whether that's, you know, you have your own systems of understanding these

suits, you know, for example, for me it's largely the responsive versus reactive,

and the self versus external, and also that process of, you know, starting with

the lightest, the intangible, to the densest and the most tangible. What are

your systems? Are you, kind of, working with that passive versus active,

or the receptive versus active - I've heard that quite a bit before - do you

still find using the gender associations with the elements helpful? I'd love to

have a chat with you guys in the comments, and until next time so much

love, bye!

a big influence on me personally,

as well as on Indian palliative care.

But I think the most powerful influence he has

is his modeling.

It's not just what he says,

it's not just how he says it,

but who he is.

And I think when you've worked with

and seen Rajagopal teach

or have watched him, for example,

with a very humble setting,

like a home visit or a patient setting,

you see the knowledge, the experience,

GOING TO HOLD HIM ACCOUNTABLE.

HE TWEETED RECENTLY:

HE THINKS THAT IS CLEVER WHICH

ALWAYS AMUSES ME.

FAKE NEWS IS NOT CLEVER AND IT ACTUALLY IS WHAT GOT YOU IN

OFFICE, YOUR SIDE USED IT.

FAKE MEMOS IS ALSO NOT CLEVER.

MCCABE WAS FIRED A LITTLE OVER DAY BEFORE HE WAS SET TO

RETIRE AND GET HIS PENSION AND A LOT OF PEOPLE THOUGHT THAT

WAS MALICIOUS.

IT IS NOT MALICIOUS IN TERMS OF HAHA, I WILL SHOW YOU, IT IS

ACTUALLY DONE WITH PURPOSE.

THE PURPOSE IS, SO IT IS NOT GRATUITOUS I SHOULD SAY.

IT IS MALICIOUS WITH INTENT AND THE PURPOSE IS MCCABE MIGHT

TESTIFY AGAINST DONALD TRUMP.

WITH THE EXTEMPORANEOUS NOTES THAT HE TOOK OF THEIR MEETINGS,

IT HE BACKS UP WHAT JAMES COMEY SAYS THEY COULD BOLSTER

THE OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE CHARGE AGAINST DONALD TRUMP

SO HE HAS SESSIONS FIRE HIM AND PRETEND THAT IT IS FOR LYING

UNDER OATH SO THAT HE CAN HURT HIS CREDIBILITY WHEN MCCABE,

THE DEPUTY DIRECTOR FOR THE FBI, TESTIFIES AGAINST TRUMP.

THIS IS ALL TO COVER HIM, IT IS TO DO DAMAGE CONTROL AND IT

IS FOR THE SPECIFIC PURPOSE OF OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE.

ANYONE WHO CANNOT SEE THAT IS PURPOSEFULLY BLIND.

YOU THINK THAT THE DAY BEFORE HE IS SET TO RETIRE, HE IS GOING TO

LEAVE ANYWAY, THAT ALL OF A SUDDEN THESE GUYS WERE WORRIED

ABOUT LYING?

SESSIONS LIED UNDER OATH ABOUT HIS CONTACTS WITH THE

RUSSIANS AND MCCABE'S UNDERLYING ISSUE WAS THAT HE DID A

LEAK, BUT IT WAS TO MAKE SURE THAT THE CLINTON

FOUNDATION WAS INVESTIGATED MORE, NOT LESS.

THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION IS REALLY ANGRY AT MCCABE FOR

INVESTING HILLARY CLINTON MORE?

WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND COULD BELIEVE SUCH NONSENSE?

OBVIOUSLY A MAN NOT IN HIS RIGHT MIND IS DONALD TRUMP AND HE

KEEPS ON TWEETING.

HE SAYS:

THE PEOPLE WHO CONCLUDED THERE WAS NO COLLUSION WERE

REPUBLICANS IN THE HOUSE, INCLUDING DEVIN NUNES WHO WAS

PART OF THE TRANSITION TEAM FOR DONALD TRUMP, SO HIS OWN TEAM

DECIDED THERE WAS NO COLLUSION, NO INVESTIGATOR HAS EVER

CONCLUDED THAT AND IS IT TRUE THAT THERE ARE 13 HARDENED

DEMOCRATS AND NO REPUBLICANS ON THE SPECIAL COUNSEL TEAM?

OF COURSE, NOT REMOTELY TRUE.

IN FACT, IT WAS ANNOUNCED BY THE PRESS, THEY'RE ALMOST ALL

REPUBLICANS, INCLUDING MUELLER WHO IS A REPUBLICAN.

COMEY WAS A REPUBLICAN.

THE CURRENT HEAD OF THE FBI, REPUBLICAN.

MCCAIN, BY THE WAY, BY ALL INDICATIONS, EVEN THOUGH

HIS WIFE RAN AS A DEMOCRAT, MCCAIN WAS A REPUBLICAN.

AS USUAL, ANOTHER OUTRAGEOUS LIE BY OUR PRESIDENT WHO

APPEARS TO BE A PATHOLOGICAL LIAR AND THEN HE PUTS OUT THIS

TWEET A LITTLE BIT LATER:

WITH NO CONTEXT.

IMAGINE IF OBAMA HAD DONE THAT ABOUT

THE BENGHAZI TRIALS.

THEY WOULD SAY HE LOST HIS MIND, WHAT KIND OF MANIAC WHO IS

THE PRESIDENT OF UNITED STATES IS ATTACKING EVERYONE AND

EVERYONE WOULD SAY HE'S WRONG.

THAT IS NOT THE QUESTION, WE ALREADY KNOW WHAT KIND OF A

MANIAC TRUMP IS.

THE QUESTION IS, ARE THE REPUBLICANS GOING TO DO ANYTHING

ABOUT IT IF TRUMP ACTUALLY GOES ONE LAST STEP AND FIRES MUELLER.

WELL, HIS LAWYER DOWD HAD SUGGESTED THAT HE MIGHT DO THAT.

HE HAD TO WALK IT BACK BECAUSE IT WAS NOT WELL RECEIVED, BUT

EVEN TREY GOWDY WHO IS A REPUBLICAN IN THE HOUSE, NOW A

LITTLE BIT FREER TO SPEAK HIS ACTUAL MIND, BECAUSE HE IS NOT

RUNNING FOR REELECTION SO HE IS NOT TETHERED TO THE DONORS, HE

SAYS:

I HAVE BEEN POINTING THAT OUT.

DOES ANYONE THINK TRUMP IS ACTING LIKE AN INNOCENT

PERSON?

WILDLY TWEETING AGAINST AND THREATENING TO

FIRE ANYONE WHO IS CURRENTLY INVESTIGATING HIM?

HE HAS EVERY TRAPPING OF A MASSIVELY GUILTY PERSON.

IN FACT, GOWDY CONTINUES AND SAYS:

THAT IS GOOD TO KNOW.

THEN YOU GO TO MARCO RUBIO.

HE WAS ASKED ABOUT IT AND HE SAID:

HE WENT ON TO SAY:

I WONDER WHY DONALD TRUMP IS SMEARING LAW-ENFORCEMENT?

YOU MIGHT WANT TO SMEAR LAW ENFORCEMENT IF THEY ARE

INVESTIGATING YOU AND THEY ARE RIGHT.

THEN, MANU RAJU FROM CNN CAUGHT UP WITH ORRIN HATCH AND

HERE'S HIS TWEET ABOUT THAT.

WE'LL SEE IF THAT'S TRUE BECAUSE IT MIGHT HAPPEN, BUT IT'S

GOOD TO SEE ORRIN HATCH SAYING THAT ON THE RECORD.

HE WENT ON TO SAY:

APPARENTLY HE HAS NEVER MET THE PRESIDENT BECAUSE HE HAS

ACTED OPPOSITE.

WE WILL ASK YOU GUYS ABOUT THAT IN A SECOND BUT WHY DON'T

YOU JUST PASS THE LEGISLATION SAYING THAT YOU CANNOT FIRE

THE SPECIAL COUNSEL?

YOU COULD DO IT TOMORROW BUT THEY WON'T.

JOHN CORNYN ALSO SAYS IT IS NOT NECESSARY, BUT HE SAYS:

I AM NOT SURE THAT I BELIEVE HIM BUT IT IS GOOD TO SEE ALL

OF THESE REPUBLICANS ON THE RECORD SAYING DO NOT FIRE

MUELLER.

IN FACT, LET'S GO TO NAPOLITANO.

HE IS NOT SITTING IN CONGRESS BUT HE IS A FOX NEWS

ANALYST AND THE GOOFBALL THAT IS OUR PRESIDENT ACTUALLY ONCE

CONSIDERED HIM FOR THE SUPREME COURT.

I'M GLAD HE DID NOT GO IN THE DIRECTION BUT I'M ALSO GLAD

TO SEE NAPOLITANO IS BEING PRINCIPLED HERE.

DO YOU THINK THE FIRING WAS VINDICATIVE AND RECKLESS?

I DO.

HOW COME?

BECAUSE ANDREW MCCABE IS MORE LIKELY THAN NOT TO BE A

WITNESS AGAINST THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S BOSS, THE

PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES.

I THINK THAT FIRING HIM IN THAT ENVIRONMENT COULD VERY WELL

BE INTERPRETED AS AN EFFORT TO DIMINISH HIS EFFECTIVENESS

AS A WITNESS.

WHAT IS THAT CALLED?

INSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE.

BINGO.

THAT IS EXACTLY RIGHT.

THIS ISSUE IS MAKING FOR SOME REALLY STRANGE BEDFELLOWS.

RALPH PETERS TODAY QUIT FOX NEWS, HUGE WARMONGER BUT HE

IS SAYING LOOK, THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY COVERING UP FOR

TRUMP AND WEIRDLY, MANIACALLY, INCORRECTLY SO.

AND NAPOLITANO SAYING LOOK, IT IS OBVIOUS OBSTRUCTION OF

JUSTICE, ON FOX NEWS.

LET'S GO TO LINDSEY GRAHAM, HE IS REPUBLICAN SENATOR FROM

SOUTH CAROLINA.

AS I SAID BEFORE, IF YOU TRIED TO DO THAT, THAT

WOULD BE THE BEGINNING OF THE END OF HIS PRESIDENCY

BECAUSE WE A RULE OF LAW NATION, BUT WHEN IT COMES TO MR.

MUELLER, HE IS FOLLOWING EVIDENCE WHERE IT TAKES HIM AND

I THINK IT IS VERY IMPORTANT HE BE ALLOWED TO DO HIS JOB WITHOUT

INTERFERENCE AND THERE ARE MANY REPUBLICANS WHO SHARE MY VIEW.

THOSE ARE STRONG WORDS BUT THEN LATER HE WAS ASKED, BUT DO

YOU MEAN IMPEACHMENT?

AND HE SAID YES.

IMPEACHMENT WOULD BE AN OPTION.

AN OPTION IF HE WERE TO FIRE MUELLER BUT THAT IS APPARENTLY,

ACCORDING TO HIM, FOR NOW, WHAT HE SAID WAS THE IMPLICATION.

NOW LET'S GO TO CHARLIE DENT, HE IS ANOTHER RETIRING

CONGRESSMAN WHO IS A REPUBLICAN IN THE HOUSE.

AND IF HE IS RELIEVED, I WILL TELL YOU, THAT WOULD BE THE

EQUIVALENT OF A SATURDAY NIGHT MASSACRE JUST LIKE WHEN

ARCHIBALD COX WAS FIRED DURING THE NIXON YEARS.

THEY WOULD BE THE END OF THE PRESIDENCY.

>I DON'T KNOW WHO BE THE END OF THE PRESIDENCY BUT BOY, IT

WOULD

SET OFF, I JUST THINK IT WOULD BE CATASTROPHIC ON MANY LEVELS

POLITICALLY.

IT WOULD BRING WASHINGTON TO A STANDSTILL.

THAT'S WHAT WOULD BE THE WHOLE ISSUE, WE WOULD BE FIGHTING

OVER, HOW DO WE LET THE INVESTIGATION PROCEED?

ANY

OTHER BUSINESS WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GET DONE SO IN MANY RESPECTS,

IT WOULD THROW US INTO A COMPLETE AND UTTER STALEMATE.

LINDSEY GRAHAM MAY BE RIGHT, MAYBE IT DOES END THE

PRESIDENCY.

I AM HEARTENED BY REPUBLICANS SHOWING A REDLINE ON THAT ISSUE

AND I THINK THOSE ARE GOOD, STRONG, WORDS AND HE

SHOULD GET CREDIT FOR IT BUT HOW MANY RETIRING CONGRESSMEN ARE

THERE?

HOW MANY PRINCIPLED REPUBLICANS ARE IN THE COUNTRY.

IF THEY ARE SO PRINCIPLED, WHY NOT PASS A LAW RIGHT NOW?

YOU CANNOT FIRE THE SPECIAL COUNSEL.

IT IS EASY.

EVEN LINDSEY GRAHAM SAYING YOU SHOULD NOT FIRE HIM

WITHOUT A CAUSE.

OF COURSE HE'S GOING TO HAVE A CAUSE,

HE'S GOING TO SAY CONFLICT OF INTEREST AND HE WAS WORKING

WITH MCCABE NAD COMEY AND THEY WERE PRO-HILLARY OR MAYBE

THEY WERE ANTI-HILLARY IN THE LAST PREPOSTEROUS FIRING,

IT DOES NOT MATTER.

THEY'RE GOING TO FIND AN EXCUSE.

BY THE WAY, AS COURSE AS USUAL, THE CORPORATE DEMOCRATS --

REPORTED BY HUFF POST:

DO

YOU LIVE ON THIS PLANET, SENATOR FEINSTEIN?

WHEN HASN'T IT OBVIOUSLY BEEN A BAD MOVE FOR DONALD TRUMP?

HE HAS DONE 1 MILLION OBVIOUSLY BAD MOVES.

THEY KEEP THINKING THAT HE IS AN HONEST ACTOR.

ARE YOU INSANE?

SO WHEN FEINSTEIN WAS REMINDED THAT THERE IS A PROGRESSIVE

WHO IS RUNNING A PRIMARY AGAINST HER SHE THEN BACKPEDALED,

YEAH, SURE, I GUESS SO.

I FORGOT I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE PRETENDING TO HOLD POWER

ACCOUNTABLE AND PRETENDING TO DO RESISTANCE BUT HER INITIAL

INSTINCT IS YES OF COURSE, WE DON'T NEED TO PASS ANY LAWS

PROTECTING THE SPECIAL COUNSEL.

WHY WOULD DONALD TRUMP EVER DO SOMETHING THAT WAS A BAD MOVE?

OKAY, SIDE NOTE, VOTE FOR ALLISON HARTSON AGAINST DIANE

FEINSTEIN.

SHE IS NOT GOING TO DO LIGHT RESISTANCE, SHE IS NOT

GOING TO ASSUME THAT DONALD TRUMP HAS BEST INTENTIONS

WHICH IS MANIACAL.

BUT NOW, ONE LAST VIDEO FOR YOU GUYS.

THIS WAS RICK TYLER.

HE IS A REPUBLICAN CONSULTANT.

HE HAS A DIFFERENT TAKE ON WHAT THE REPUBLICANS WILL DO.

WATCH.

HERE'S WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN.

I'M GOING TO GO OUT ON A LIMB.

HE IS GOING TO FIRE ROBERT MUELLER.

YOU HEARD IT.

YOU KNOW WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN?

NOTHING.

THAT IS WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN.

THERE WILL BE NO RESPONSE IN THE REPUBLICAN LEADERSHIP.

WE GOT A SINGLE SENTENCE FROM THE SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE,

NOTHING FROM THE LEADERSHIP IN SENATE, A LITTLE BIT FROM

LINDSEY GRAHAM BUT IT IS WEEKS.

IT IS GOING TO HAPPEN.

HE IS GOING TO FIRE MUELLER EVENTUALLY, PROBABLY SOONER

RATHER THAN LATER BEFORE HE CAN GET ANY FURTHER ON WHAT YOU

JUST MENTIONED, MONEY LAUNDERING OR OTHER TANGENTIAL ISSUES.

WOW.

IT IS NOT EVEN 9:30

ON MONDAY MORNING AND RICK TYLER JUST KNOCKED MY SOCKS OFF.

I WAS NOT READY FOR THAT.

MAINSTREAM MEDIA DRIVES ME CRAZY AND SHE IS ACTUALLY ONE OF

THE BEST OUT THERE, SHE ACTUALLY DOES GOOD INTERVIEWS WHERE SHE

HOLDS PEOPLE ACCOUNTABLE, BUT ARE YOU REALLY SHOCKED BY THAT?

I LOOK AT PEOPLE IN WASHINGTON AND I THINK, WHEN DID

PEOPLE GET DETACHED FROM THE REST OF THE PLANET?

DONALD TRUMP, WOULD HE REALLY FIRE MUELLER?

OF COURSE, HE

JUST FIRED MCCABE.

HE FIRED COMEY AND ADMITTED ON NATIONAL TV THAT HE FIRED

HIM BECAUSE OF THE RUSSIAN INVESTIGATION.

WHY WOULD YOU BE SURPRISED BY THAT?

AND THE REPUBLICANS MIGHT NOT HAVE PRINCIPLES AND THEY

MIGHT BACK HIM ANYWAY?

OF COURSE.

OF COURSE.

LOOK, IT IS STILL AN OPEN QUESTION AND I AM DEEPLY CURIOUS

TO SEE WHAT THE REPUBLICANS ARE GOING TO DO HERE AND I'M

GOING TO ASK YOU GUYS IN A POLL.

IT IS TYT NETWORK.COM/ACCOUNTABILITY.

WHAT WILL THE REPUBLICANS DO IF TRUMP FIRES RUBBER MUELLER?

A: NOTHING, B: IMPEACHMENT, C: HOLD HIM

ACCOUNTABLE BY OTHER MEANS BUT I HAVE TO BE HONEST WITH YOU,

I DO NOT KNOW WITH OTHER MEANS WOULD BE, SO WHAT ARE THEY

GOING TO DO?

YOU HAVE BEEN A NAUGHTY BOY, WHAT ARE THEY GOING TO DO?

PUT IN A NEW SPECIAL COUNSEL?

CONGRESS CANNOT EVEN DO THAT, YOU NEED THE JUSTICE

DEPARTMENT TO DO THAT AND IT IS HIS JUSTICE DEPARTMENT.

THEY NEVER CLARIFIED HOW THEY WOULD HOLD HIM ACCOUNTABLE

IF IT IS AN IMPEACHMENT.

DO YOU REALLY THINK THAT THE REPUBLICANS IN MASS ARE GOING TO

SOMEHOW HAVE PRINCIPLES?

YOU MIGHT HAVE A COUPLE OF OUTLIERS

WHO GO WELL, I AM RETIRING ANYWAY, BUT REMEMBER, THEY

DO NOT CARE ABOUT PRINCIPLES.

THE FACT THAT THAT IS SURPRISING TO PEOPLE IN TELEVISION OR

THE PEOPLE IN WASHINGTON IS UNREAL TO ME.

THEY ARE NOT HONEST ACTORS.

THE SECOND PART IS, WHAT DO REPUBLICANS DO?

THEY FOLLOW ORDERS OF THE DONORS.

THE DONORS, SO FAR, ARE THRILLED WITH DONALD TRUMP.

HE JUST GAVE THEM TRILLIONS, AND AFFILIATES, TRILLIONS OF

DOLLARS IN TAX CUTS.

NOW IF HE DOES THINGS THAT DESTABILIZE THE MARKET THEN

YOU MIGHT HAVE A DIFFERENT VOTE AND THAT'S REALLY

POSSIBLE BUT FOR THE MOMENT BEING THE MARCHING ORDER

THAT THE REPUBLICANS WILL GET IS SHUT UP AND GET BACK IN LINE.

IF TRUMP FIRED HIM, I AM SURE HE HAD A VERY GOOD REASON AND

FOX NEWS WILL COME ON THERE AND TELL YOU, IT WAS ACTUALLY

MUELLER WHO HAD NO PRINCIPLES.

HE HAD CONFLICT OF INTEREST AND HE WAS THIS AND THE LEAKS

AND THE LYING AND THIS AND THAT AND THEY WILL INVENT 1000

DIFFERENT LIES ABOUT THE SPECIAL COUNSEL AND THEY WILL MOVE

ON WITH THEIR LIVES.

HOW COULD THAT POSSIBLY BE SHOCKING?

DO I HAVE IT AT ABOUT 50%?

DEFINITELY ABOUT 50%.

I'M NOT SAYING IT IS WRITTEN IN STONE AND IT MIGHT AGAIN

HAVE TO DO WITH WHAT TRUMP DOES IN THE MEANWHILE AND HOW

THE DONORS FEEL ABOUT THAT, BUT FOR PEOPLE TO BE SURPRISED

ABOUT THAT IS PREPOSTEROUS.

YES, HE CAN EASILY FIRE MUELLER AT ANY MOMENT AND YES, THE

REPUBLICANS MIGHT NOT DO A GOD DAMN THING ABOUT IT.

Russia ready to use ICBMs as carriers for devastating Vanguard nuclear weapons - DAILY NEWS - Duration: 3:16.

Russia ready to use ICBMs as carriers for devastating Vanguard nuclear weapons

RUSSIAN defence chiefs plan to use SS-19 Stiletto intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBM)

to carry hypersonic glide vehicles armed with the country's new devastating Vanguard nuclear

missile system, according to sources

The Soviet-made Stilettos have been warehoused for several years but will now be deployed

as the carriers of the first series of hypersonic glide vehicles in the next few years.

Hypersonic glide vehicles are designed to extend and ICBMS range and are launched off

a carrier missile.

The glide vehicle is capable of flying in the dense layers of the atmosphere at hypersonic

speed, manoeuvering along its flight path and by its altitude and breaching any anti-missile

defence.

Russian Deputy Defence Minister Yuri Borisov said said he had signed a contract on the

production of the Vanguard hypersonic strategic system unveiled by President Vladimir Putin

in his State of the Nation Address to the Federal Assembly on March 1.

Mr Borisov said: "We developed a new product, which, of course, has improved characteristics

and a starting weight of over 200 tons, and increased energy capabilities that make it

possible to practically use this missile from any direction.

"It can fly through both the North and South Pole due to the fact that it has significantly

increased range in relation to the Satan missile.

"And the ability to derive a serious payload allows us to apply a variety of "stuffing"

- combat units that, in combination with heavy false targets, effectively overcome all kinds

of missile defense elements.

"It is necessary to solve the problem of selection, it is necessary to have a multi-echelon

missile defense system, where interceptor missiles can be used on various sections of

the ballistic trajectory.

"The most attractive, of course, is to shoot down a ballistic missile at the start, when

it is in the active section of the flight."

Russia's Strategic Missile Force Commander Sergei Karakayev later specified that the

Vanguard system's trials had been successfully completed.

The SS-19 Stiletto missile is a heavy upgrade of the UR-100 missile complex developed in

the Soviet Union in the 1960s by the Design Bureau-52 led by Vladimir Chelomei.

It was accepted for service in 1980.

Currently, Russia's Strategic Missile Force operates 30 silo-based missiles of this type.

The announcement comes as tensions between the UK and Russia escalate in the wake of

former double agent Sergei Skripal and his daughter being poisoned in Salisbury on March 4.

A Different Way To Learn About Property Investing - Duration: 19:25.

Today we're going to talk about a different way to learn about property investing because

chances are the way that you're currently learning about property investing probably

isn't the most effective way that you can do it.

Hey guys, I'm Ryan from OnProperty.com.au.

I help people find positive cash flow property, but now so trying to help people build the

skills that they need to become a successful property investor.

And so just having some coffee here.

If I sound a bit different.

I have had pneumonia, which is terrible.

Pneumonia sucks in bed for three weeks, coughing up blood, all that good stuff.

So if I sound a bit different, that is why, and I apologize.

So to talk about a different way of investing in property, we're learning about investing

in property.

Let's first look at the way that most people go about learning how to invest in property.

The way that I went about learning out how to invest in property and that is through.

We start with property magazines, things like money magazine, your investment, Property

magazine, Api magazine, that sort of stuff.

Or we go on websites.

We might go on, on property, we might get onto more popular websites.

So if I just flip the camera around here and here's your investment property mag website

as well.

We've got Michael Yardney's property update website as well.

Two great websites about investing in property, but what we'll find is that a lot of the content

on these websites is kind of about the general market at the moment, so we can see on Michael

Yardney's site proposed reforms to negative gearing.

So you can learn about that.

Good news for the Melbourne property market, weekly economic update, stuff like that.

If we look at property investment mag, we can see housing supply, well short of demand

in Tasmania.

So that's looking at kind of the local region, talking about planning growth in Australia's

largest cities.

Properly prices rose in December, so it's all kind of localized sort of stuff.

So it's all news items and what's happening now.

And so we spent a lot of time reading about what's happening now and what the market's

like now, property hotspots and all of that sort of stuff.

And so what I want to propose today is that you go about learning how to invest in property

in a different way.

When it comes to successfully investing in property.

There's a lot of different elements at play.

All right?

So there's so many different strategies that you can use to invest.

That's not what I'm talking about.

I'm talking about when you invest in property, there's a lot of different things that you

need to know how to do and how to do well in order to increase your chances of success

in property.

So one of those skills would be market selection.

So choosing your broader market, so what state you're choosing, what city you're choosing

or what region.

So finding the good areas and looking at where in the cycle those areas are.

If you can choose the right area, that's going to increase your chance of success.

Another skill is then suburb research.

So once you've chosen your local region, looking at the suburbs within that region and finding

the best suburbs that are most likely to increase in value, that's another skill in and of itself

that's completely different from choosing the region.

And if you're good at that skill and you can find a good suburb, then you can almost invest

in anything in that suburb and chances are it's going to go up in value because a rising

tide will lift all boats.

But if you don't have those skills, so if you don't choose the right region or don't

choose the right suburb, then your chance of having success is going to be less.

Sorry, Google talking to me in the background, I don't know why.

So that's going to decrease your chances of success.

Now that's just two skills that I've looked at.

There's also inspecting properties, there's talking to real estate agents, negotiating

with real estate agents, working with solicitors and conveyancers, all of these sorts of things.

So there's so many different skills that you need in order to successfully invest in property.

And the problem that I think we have is that we go on websites like this and we read articles

about the growth in Australia's largest cities.

So if we go ahead and check out this article, we can read about that.

But that doesn't actually get us any closer to investing in property and we still feel

overwhelmed because let's face it, investing in property is pretty overwhelming.

There's so many things to think about.

You're talking about a lot of money, like there's probably going to be your biggest

purchase of your lifetime unless you buy another property, in which case that might be your

biggest purchase, but property is generally people's biggest financial purchase in their

lifetime.

And so it's pretty stressful.

It's pretty overwhelming and there's so many things to think about and when you are just

consuming property content that is about the current market, you're just consuming content

about the Australian property market, about the changes to negative gearing and all this

sort of stuff.

While that is useful as an investor, if you don't have the skills that you need to successfully

invest in property, then that's stuff that you're learning is kind of pointless because

you don't have enough skills to actually move forward and invest in property.

And so what I want to propose is that you take a different approach to learning about

investing in property.

A really great episode that I did with Ben Everingham from pumped on property called

4 properties to financial freedom.

In that episode, Ben talked about how investing in property, it's kind of like when you go

to the gym, you don't go to the gym once and then you're already fit and you've got six

pack abs and stuff like that.

You got to start going to the gym and work out over time in order to get fit and get

the body you want.

In fact, my wife just went to pilates yesterday for the first time and she's so sore today.

She's probably going to have to have a week off before she goes back again, but that's

kind of the thing.

You've got to start slow.

It's very hard in the beginning, but then as you do it, you become fit and then it's

just about maintaining it and it's a lot easier.

You can think about the same with property that there's a lot of skills that you need

to acquire and in the beginning it's very overwhelming, but rather than trying to do

it all at once, just focus on one thing, so it's like, just go to the gym once, you know,

just focus on one skill that you want to acquire in order to become a better property investor.

And so with that 4 properties to financial freedom episode.

Seriously, no joke.

Best episode I've ever done.

It was episode nearly.

It was 488, so we're nearly up to episode 500, 500 episodes and I can happily say that

that's the best episode I've ever done.

Such a good concept.

I feel like me and ben communicated with each other really well.

That was actually at the start of my pneumonia as well, so I was only just getting pneumonia

then didn't know how sick I was, just thought I had the flu, the normal flu.

But yeah, great episode.

So you've go to OnProperty.com.au/488 to check out that episode.

You won't regret it.

Best episode ever.

OK, so we're talking about this different way to learn about investing in property.

So what I'm suggesting that you do is rather than reading articles about the current state

of the market and all this sort of stuff, I think these articles are great and I think

if you're ready to invest, so you've got your deposit, you'd build up some skills, you feel

like, yeah, I'm ready to move forward and actually buy a property in the next few months.

Then these articles that are key because they help you choose your region, they help you

understand the market cycles and stuff like that.

So I'm not downplaying these articles at all.

I think they are important, but I think for so many people they get distracted by them.

And so what I'm suggesting is that you look internally at what there is to learn about

investing in property in terms of the skills that you will need.

So as I mentioned, you can look at how do I research a regional area, how I choose my

market sorry.

So how do I know what city that I want to invest in, whether I want him to us in Melbourne,

Sydney, Brisbane, Wollongong, Gold Coast, Adelaide, Perth, or these sorts of areas.

How do you know which one you want to go ahead and invest in?

So that's one skill there and another one is researching suburbs.

So I've got a course on suburb research, not trying to plug the course.

If you do want to do it go to OnProperty.com.au/suburb, but basically in that course I look at it

about 20 different data points, so 20 different indicators of a sub suburb data that you can

collect for free and I look at how you can collect that data, how you can make sense

of that data and how you can compare suburbs to each other.

So that's a whole nother skill.

They're using realestate.com.au to find properties.

That's another skill.

Choosing a strategy that is going to suit your needs.

That's a skill in and of itself in a very difficult thing to do, especially when you've

got blogs and podcasts and seminars and books, talking about the newest fandangled property

investment strategy that's going to make you rich in the next three years and financially

free instantly.

When you got these shiny objects that are out there it can be very hard to choose a

strategy, stick to a strategy.

So choosing a strategy is another skill in and of itself.

So I mentioned a few things here.

Financing, understanding financing, what you can and can't borrow.

That's another thing that you need to do and there's so many different things that you

can work on.

It might actually be that you don't even have a deposit yet, and so you need to work on

the skills of money management and the skills of saving money, which let's face it, we all

need to work on those skills.

But that might be where you're at.

So basically I suggest that you look at where you're at, at the moment, let's just have

a coffee break, one sec.

So look at where you're at at the moment

in terms of your property journey and look at something that you can learn and so rather

than looking at the Australian property market and how things are going in cities that you

never plan on investing in.

Look at yourself and say, what do I need to learn to be a confident and successful investor.

And don't get overwhelmed by how much stuff there is out there to learn because you're

never going to learn it all straight away, and so what you need in order to become successful

is you need to build these skills out one at a time and you build them up slowly.

You can invest in property without having all the skills.

A great way to learn the skills is to start investing and to learn from your mistakes.

You don't need to have everything down pat before you move forward and invest, but just

pick one thing and just focus on working on that, so focus on learning that skill.

Getting better at that because you'll find like, OK, let's talk about one skill.

Finding positive cashflow properties.

This is a skill that I learned years and years ago.

I read Steve McKnight's book 0-130 properties in 3.5 years.

I was passionate about positive cash flow property, but in the book he doesn't talk

about how to find these properties.

How the heck did Steve Find 130?

I don't know.

So I went on real estate.com.

I had to fumble my way through it, learning how to find those properties and I just kind

of tried different things, found out what worked, was able to find one strategy that

works and then another and so I've got a few different strategies now that I know how to

find positive cash flow properties.

So I actually share positive cash flow properties with my members and so I'm finding these properties

every single week.

But for me

that's a skill that I learned years ago but it's not a skill that I need to consistently

work on really.

Like I can just do it like finding positive cash flow properties for me now.

Super Simple, super easy.

I imagine if I was to ask you, go and find me 7 positive cash flow properties for this

week because I list one every day that would probably be a struggle for most people to

do that, whereas for me, I know how to do it, so it's fairly simple to go out and find

that and to share that with my members.

And so yeah, that's just an idea that this is a skill that you work on learning it and

that took me a lot of time to learn that skill.

Now I have a course on it as well.

Um, I'm not trying to plug all my stuff.

I don't know.

It just keeps coming up anyway.

I learned that skill, that skill is now done.

OK, I've learned that I know how to do it.

I can now move on to the next skill and I can build it up over time so I know how to

find positive cash flow properties and have to spend time learning that anymore.

So now that I've got free time because they don't have to learn that I can go and learn

something else.

I can go and learn about suburb research, for example, so to summarize, coming to the

end now.

Better way or different way, not necessarily better.

I think it's better, but I don't wanna I don't wanna say that a different way to look at

learning about investing in property is rather than learning about the current market cycles

and things like that or even learning about all the different strategies out there, like

there's so many books on so many different strategies, focus on the skills that you'll

need to invest in property and work on those skills at this point in time.

So wherever you're at, pick a skill and focus on working on that skill.

Now this won't just be consuming content.

A lot of it will be that, so at OnProperty, over the next year, I'm really going to focus

on this idea of skills that you need to become a successful property investor and creating

a lot of content around those particular skills that you need.

So obviously you can check out OnProperty.com.au for content on this sort of stuff.

I'm going to be focusing heavily on that this year.

I just lost my train of thought.

Did Not know where I was going with that.

Oh yeah, I was saying you will be consuming content, but you're also be practicing as

well.

So let's say you consume my course on how to find positive cash flow properties at OnProperty.com.au/find.

OK, I'll give you the link.

Fine.

All right, there you have it.

If you want the course, you can go over there OnProperty.com.au/find.

And that will be the course over there.

So let's say you do that course so you consume the content.

You learn how to find positive cash flow properties.

Well now your task rather than listening to another podcast is to spend some time using

the techniques that teach you to go out and to try and find positive cash flow properties

yourself all over Australia or in particular areas.

So you've got to go out and look for those opportunities and you practice that skill.

So you start by consuming content.

Then you practice that skill or let's say you learn about suburb research, so you consume

the content and then you go out and you start comparing suburbs so each other looking at

the data and once you do it, that's when you really get the skill and that's when you really

become successful at it and over time you'll build up one skill after another after another

and property investing all of a sudden goes from this huge overwhelming task that doesn't

make a lot of sense to just like, Oh yeah, I've got to find a property can do that, got

to find a good suburb.

I can do that, and so you can do all these steps and then eventually investing in property

becomes a lot easier.

It's not overwhelming and you'll get to the point where you've got all the skills that

you need to get started investing and then it comes time to look at the market cycles

and all these news articles and how that might affect you as an investor.

So start with the skills.

That's what I recommend.

That's what I'm going to be working on this year.

In terms of the content that I create in terms of helping you guys, so I'm really excited

for that.

I'm really excited to knuckle down and to teach you guys some stuff, some real practical

application sort of stuff.

Really excited to do that.

So yeah, different way to learn about property investing.

Something that you probably haven't heard before because I have not heard it before.

I kind of always knew this... no I didn't always know this.

They really discovered this in the last year and I was thinking about OK, what sort of

content and I'm going to create this year because let's face it, I've done nearly 500

episodes.

There's only so much content you create guys.

OK, don't want to rehash all the old stuff and I want to take a fresh approach and a

new approach to this.

And so this idea kind of came about as I was looking into what it takes to become the best

in the world at something.

I play a video game competitively and so I was looking at how can I improve as a player?

How can I potentially become one of the best in my country and this game?

And so I learned this idea of how you build skills upon each other that when you're learning

to become good at something.

So it could be a video game, it could be property investing that it actually consists of so

many tiny skills that you need and what you do is you work on one diligently consistently.

You get that down pat and then you move on to another one.

And so that's where this idea came from in the last year.

Excited that now my pneumonia is getting better so I can record content.

Um, and yeah, so if there's any, like if you're at a particular point in your property investment

career, you'd like Ryan I just really need some help on this particular thing, whether

it be money management, suburb research, analyzing cash flow, finding positive cash flow properties,

whatever it may be.

If you're that passionate person that really wants to learn and you're like, I'm just stuck.

Here's where I'm at, here's the skills.

I need a, but I can't find the content.

Shoot me an email ryan@onproperty.com.au and say, putting the title of the email skill

or skills I want to learn, uh, and then let me know and I'll try and create a content

around that and get it out as quickly as possible.

So yeah, really excited for this year.

Really excited for this new approach to investing in property and learning about investing in

property by focusing on the skills.

Uh, I hope you like it.

I don't see anything else out there like this.

And so yeah, hopefully I can bring something unique to the table this year, unique to your

life and help you move towards buying your next investment property and moving towards

financial freedom because that's the whole point of this freedom to live our lives, to

do work that we love, to spend time with our friends and our family to have experiences

that empower us and help people.

That's what I'm all about.

So that's where I want to get us to and that's where I want to help to get you to.

So best of luck out there.

Ah, hope you liked this episode.

And until next time,

stay positive for one.
