Unsafe food, the community often called dirty food, are foods that contain a lot of pathogens such as:

Bacteria, pathogenic microorganisms, mycotoxins, bacterial toxins, plant protection chemicals, growth regulators, growth promoters, pigments, preservatives and so on.

These toxic agents, when entering the human body, can initially cause immediate reactions such as:poisoning, digestive disorders, diarrhea.

In the long run, it can cause many different diseases, leading to death.

Unsafe food is difficult to detect by the naked eye.

Persons who have observed the grocery shopping experience may be able to distinguish the part, however, in most cases it is unrecognizable, where the food is unsafe, and where the food is safe.

To know exactly, it is important to have a test, through a thorough examination.

Depending on many factors, this process may be long or short.

Heart rhythm disorders are one of the causes of dirty food.

2. Spread the dirty food market.

Beverages are made with chemicals, found confectionery production facilities, use color unknown origin, and so on.

The production of processed food, with ingredients and standards not registered with the regulator, not only causes acute illnesses caused by food poisoning

It is also the cause of many chronic diseases, due to infection and accumulation of toxic substances, causing metabolic disorders in the body.

According to the Food Hygiene and Safety Department, inspecting nearly 1,200,000 establishments in August and September 2017, up to 22% violated the regulations on food safety.

The main misconception is about basic sanitation, which accounts for 15 to 20 per cent, 3 to 5 per cent of quality offenses, and so on.

Test results show that many foods use borax, colorants, or additives that are too restrictive.

Many samples failed to meet microbiological criteria, total number of mold spores, coliforms, E. coli, aerobic bacteria, and so on.

Nearly 3000 kinds of products have been destroyed.

Of which, Thanh Hoa destroys nearly 500kg of sponge cake, of Chinese origin, containing heavy metals exceeding the allowed level, 247kg of donuts, Chinese origin, extreme fever, 70kg candy toys, there are Alkaline paint is not allowed.

Chronic poisoning may cause liver failure, kidney failure, central nervous system degeneration, dementia, Parkinson's disease, insomnia, anxiety, memory loss, even bone marrow failure leading to anemia. , leukopenia.

Parkinson's disease can be caused by chronic metal poisoning.

Foods that contain antibiotic residues, or animal growth hormone, accumulate in the body

Can cause swelling, water retention in the body, and diseases such as arrhythmia, nervous system anxiety, insomnia, stress, and then can cause neurological depression.

In addition, when this type of poisoning, the body is more susceptible to antibiotics, so when the body becomes more difficult to treat.

Poisoning of inorganic substances such as formol, ure, boron, and so on.

May cause chronic liver and kidney damage, also the risk of cancer and brain cell damage.

Toxins in food contaminated with contaminants, chemical preservatives that are not allowed to be used in humans, or overdosage allowed, can harm the cells of the body, and affect next generation.

The reproductive cell of the genitals is one of the most vulnerable cells.

If damaged, it inhibits the activity of the ovaries and testes, producing more mature eggs that still ovulate, or produce deformed spermatozoa, which are difficult to conceive and lead to infertility.

NFL Draft Prospects I Like for the 49ers (2018) - Duration: 6:26.

Ayo! It's Bryan here.

Today, going to be talking about the San Francisco 49ers again, as always.

Got to talk about the 49ers. Isn't it always fun to talk about them?

So let's just get this video started. Alright, but before I get the video started.

Got to have my shirt right here. I'm going to let y'all see it.

There we go. 49er logo. Yay, yay, yay.

I don't really want to wear shirts too much because you can't really see it.

You only see my beautiful face right here and my hat and everything in the background.

So I really don't care what I usually wear for a t-shirt, but wanted to show to you guys

to show my fandom all the way because Niner for life.

Niner Nation, Niner Faithfulm whatever you guys want me to call you guys.

We're all 49ers fans I think that's the most important thing.

There we go, but anyways. Let's get this video started.

Now, going to be talking about the NFL draft.

It's coming really, really fast next month.

Should be exciting part for the 49ers and anything in general for the off season.

After the draft, it just gets really, really boring and I really have to find something to talk about during the offseason.

I don't want to be like last year where I didn't really talk about anything and

had to wait a couple weeks to talk about something.

I want to talk about the top three prospects that the 49ers should draft in some ways,

shape or form if they do fall within the 9th spot or if they trade up or if they trade down.

You know, all that cool stuff.

The first prospect I like to talk about is NC Stater Bradley Chubb.

I think this guy should be the 49ers top priority.

I think this guy is going to be a freaking stud in the NFL.

There's been some videos with him a Coach Belichick being together.

Doing some work outs, but Belichick kind of admitted that he wasn't going to be there

by the 31st pick?

I think that's when they draft overall for the New England Patriots.

So I mean, he was being up front there, but it was a nice little workout.

Nice thing to see him and Coach Belichick do something cool.

I think John Lynch is a huge fan of Bradley Chubb and I'm pretty sure everyone in Niner

Nation has heard of this guy.

Really good pass rusher, defensive end.

Has a really good fit for the 49ers and we do need a pass rusher.

This would be a really good priority.

I always stress that a defensive line, offensive line is the most important parts the position

beside the quarterback of course because if you can pressure the quarterback on the defensive

line, then you can shield other things like line backing corp and the defensive back corp.

I'm always of the mindset that you have to get a good pass rusher than a cornerback first,

but we do have a cornerback fortunately with Richard Sherman.

Hopefully, he's all right with the whole Achilles thing, but I think he will be alright.

I feel like if they can get Bradley Chubb, I think that will be a really, really good

pickup right there, but it's going to be really hard.

I think 8 picks, he's going to be gone by then.

So probably the best way if they want to get him is to trade up, but I don't know if the

49ers are willing to do that because that's really risky to do.

I recommended it personally, but it's up to the 49ers.

It's up to John Lynch, up to Kyle Shanahan what they want to do with the 9th pick overall,

but I would definitely recommend trying to get Bradley Chubb because I think this guy

is going to be a freaking stud in the NFL.

That's just me.

I'm pretty sure you all can agree with me as well and some statistics right here for Bradley Chubb.

Had 10 sacks I think for both his junior and senior season.

Had a really good season last year.

Really, really break out year and really put himself on the map.

Had a pretty good combine showing I would say.

He is the top defensive linemen for this year's draft and I would love for the 49ers to draft

him some way, shape or form.

Very unlikely unless they do a trade up, but if they can get him, I'll be so damn excited to get him. So yeah.

Bradley Chubb, NC State. Very good player.

Second player no particular order I would say Quenton Nelson from Notre Dame.

I think that's a very good fit for the 49ers. We do need an offensive lineman, interior.

We have Weston Richburg in the center.

We have Trent brown, Joe Staley on the tackles.

We do need some guards and I think Quenton Nelson would be freaking fantastic for the 49ers.

He will protect Jimmy Garoppolo if he is going to be down with the 9th pick overall.

Don't really have any statistics for you.

It's really hard to quantify offensive line statistics, but I think based on the film

and everything, he looks really good and he is the top offensive linemen for this year's

draft and I would love the 49ers to draft him to protect Jimmy Garoppolo because we

do need an offensive linemen just a little bit more and if we can address the offensive

guard position, then I think we are going to be set on the offensive side of the ball.

Love to see the 49ers draft Quenton Nelson.

If not, then I guess we're going to have to move on, but he is the top prospect as I said

for offensive linemen and I hope the 49ers some way, shape or form can get him.

It's going to be hard as well. I mean, the 9th pick? Ah man.

It's kind of iffy at best I would say.

Fortunately, a lot of teams do need quarterbacks like the Broncos, the Jets and I would say the New York Giants as well.

The Cleveland Browns, they all need quarterbacks.

It could work into the 49ers advantage to get either Quenton Nelson or Bradley Chubb,

but other than that, If the mock draft is looking the same, I think he's going to be

gone by then but hopefully they can get him.

Hopefully, he slips down to the 9th spot. That'd be really nice. So yeah. Pretty cool.

Love to get Quenton Nelson, but if he's not there, then unfortunately, we're going to have to move on.

So that leads me to my last point.

I'm going to pick Tremaine Edmunds from Virginia Tech.

I think this guy can be a really good player in the NFL wherever he goes.

A lot of the mock drafts do have him projected at 9th overall to the 49ers and there's

always the comparison between Roquan Smith and Tremaine Edmunds, but I think Edmunds is going to be the better player.

I think is a better fit for the 49ers.

I think he's more athletic, he's bigger.

I just think he can withstand the NFL.

Not doing a knock on Roquan Smith, but I think that Tremaine Edmunds is a perfect fit for the

49ers and we do need a linebacker just in case Reuben Foster get suspended or he can't stay out of trouble.

Hopefully, he can stay out of trouble because the 49ers aren't going to be releasing him,

which I guess is a good thing but I'm just really concerned about him.

Hopefully, he can get his act together and just stay clean for the rest of his career.

I know it's going to be hard, but hopefully, he can do that.

Right now, I'm just hoping that the 49ers can do something with this 9th overall pick.

Tremaine Edmunds would be a really, really good fit on the outside or maybe inside, should

anything happen to Reuben Foster, but I think Foster will get suspended a little bit.

So Edmunds can get some experience.

Maybe on the outside or inside.

I'm not sure what they're going to do.

I'm not sure with the whole Reuben Foster situation, but I think he'll be really good at that for the 49ers.

That's my top three prospects.

I'd love to go Bradley Chubb from NC State.

I'd love to go Quenton Nelson from Notre Dame and Tremaine Edmunds from Virginia Tech.

I think those are the top three prospects the 49ers should be going after some way, shape or form.

I don't know what they're going to be doing with the 9th pick, but if they're there, one of them is there,

please draft them.

I would love to see the 49ers draft them in some way, shape or form because we do need

a little bit more help and I think that would be a really good fit.

I'm going to leave it like that.

Please let me know what you guys think about the 49ers and the draft prospects this year.

Who should the 49ers draft?

If you want to do preferences, please put preferences down.

If you think just one player that we need in particular in the first round, please let me know.

I'd love to hear what you guys have to say and if you guys like this, please "Like,"

SUBSCRIBE, do whatever what with this and I'll be catching you guys up another time.

So I hope you guys have a nice day, nice weekend, nice whatever.

Tomorrow, I should be talking about Super Bowl 53 and if the 49ers are Super Bowl contenders.

So I'll see y'all then.

Bye guys. Love y'all.

Y'all have a good day!

Fixed Modal Expressions: Easy English sentences to memorize and use! - Duration: 15:41.

Yeah.

Oh, you can say that again.

[Laughs] No, no.

I'm sorry, I can't help it.

Next week?

No, I would if I could, but I can't.

Okay.

I have to do a thing here.

Okay.

Yeah.

Bye.

Okay.

Oh, hey, everyone.

I'm Alex.

Thanks for clicking, and welcome to this lesson on "Fixed Modal Expressions".

So, in this lesson I am going to improve your speaking skills and specifically your ability

to use some very common conversational expressions that use modal verbs.

In case you don't know, modal verbs are verbs like: "can" or "could", "would", "should",

"will", "might", "may", etc.

And a modal verb is always followed by a base verb, so for example: "can" plus a base verb,

so: "can do", "can make", "can play", "can see", "will play", "will do", "will make",

"will see".

It doesn't matter what the subject is.

All right?

So, for example: "I can play", "You can play", "He can play", "She can play", etc.

For, you know, a deeper understanding of modal verbs and their rules, we have tons of videos

on engVid for you to check out.

For this video, though, I'm just going to give you a whole bunch of different fixed

expressions, expressions that are fixed, meaning that you cannot change the order of the words

and that they are very commonly used in conversations.

So I've divided them into, you know, expressions with "can", with "would", with "should", and

with "will".

Obviously there are tons more than this, but these will get you started.

So: "can".

"You can say that again!"

When you use this expression it means that, you know, you want a person to repeat what

they said because you strongly agree with them.

So if your friend says: "This is impossible.

It's impossible."

Like: "Yeah, you can say that again."

If you really think and agree the person that whatever they're talking about really is impossible,

if I say: -"Oh, he really, really, really needs to get a new job."

-"Yeah, you can say that again", because I know he's very stressed or something like

that.

Okay, next: "I can't help it."

or "I couldn't help it."

For this one you can use different subjects: "He can't help it.", "She can't help it.",

"They can't help it."

This means they have no control; they have an impulse, an instinct, a habit of doing

something.

So, if you are laughing at your friend and your friend thinks you shouldn't be laughing,

it's a bad situation to laugh, but you can't stop laughing, say: "I'm sorry.

I'm sorry.

No, I can't help it.

It's really funny."

Okay?

And your friend's like: "Hey.

Why are you laughing at me?"

Okay?

So, if you can't help it, it means you can't control yourself.

So if you're laughing, if you...

I don't know.

If you like to eat ice cream and you can't help it because you want to eat a whole tub,

it's like: -"Slow down, slow down."

-"I can't help it.

It's so good.

It's so good."

Okay?

Next: "I can't" or "I couldn't"-in the past-"believe it".

Obviously...

I think you guys know what this means.

Right?

And you probably use this in your life already as an English speaker: "I can't believe it",

similar to: "I don't believe it."

or "I couldn't believe it."

It means that you don't believe what the person is saying or you don't believe what you are

seeing in front of you.

So if you can't believe it, you think that there is no way that this is true or this

is real.

"I could use a break."

This can be used with other subjects, too.

So, if you have a friend, for example, who is very busy all the time or who has a stressful

life, maybe they're constantly working or they're constantly with their family, or you

know, something else takes up a lot of their time, and you look at that...

At that person, at your friend and say: "He could use a break."

or "She could use a break."

This means that they should go on vacation or they should...

They deserve to have a break, they deserve to, you know, have some free time to relax

and to recharge their batteries, basically.

Not, like, real batteries; that's an idiomatic expression, but you know, get their energy

back to rest and relax.

Okay, so just for pronunciation, now that I've explained them, repeat these expressions

after me: "You can say that again!", "I can't help it.", "I can't believe it.", "I could

use a break."

Good.

Next we have "would".

So, first expression: "I would if I could (but I can't!)"

The reason I put "but I can't" in parenthesis is because this expression is usually used

in two ways.

One, some people just say: "I would if I could."

And if you want to say something more complete: "I would if I could, but I can't."

Okay?

So this means you want to do something.

Let's say that your friend invites you out to see a movie and you want to see the movie,

but you can't see the movie because: A) maybe you don't have enough money, or B)

maybe you have an important test tomorrow, or C) you have other plans already.

So you tell your friend: "I want to see the movie, but I can't see the movie."

So: "I would if I could, but I can't."

So here you're using the second conditional, something that is not real because you're

not going to see the movie so it's not a real situation for you, so: "I would go if I could

go, but I can't go."

All right?

Next: "I wouldn't do that if I were you."

So this also goes with the second conditional.

"I wouldn't do that if I were you."

I am not you.

It is impossible for me to inhabit your body and your brain.

Okay?

But if I were you, I wouldn't...

I wouldn't do that.

Okay?

So this is when you want to give advice to someone, for example, and you want to tell

them: That's a bad idea.

"I wouldn't do that if I were you."

So he says: "I'm thinking about quitting my job today."

Like: -"Don't you have a family?"

-"Yeah.

They'll understand."

-"Bad idea.

Bad idea.

I wouldn't do that if I were you."

Okay, and the next two: "You would have loved it!"

So imagine, going back to the movie, you saw a movie and you wish your friend had gone

to the movie with you, say: "Oh, the movie was so great.

You would have loved it."

You weren't at the movie with me, but if you had gone to the movie-I'm using the third

conditional here-you would have loved it.

So this is third conditional.

"You would have loved it."

And finally: "Oh, you would've died!"

Now, this doesn't mean officially, literally you would have died.

Usually when you say: "You would have died", you mean that you would have laughed so much.

"You would have died!" or "You would have died laughing!"

So you saw something very funny at the theatre, or you noticed something or saw something

in the street that really made you laugh or was entertaining for you, and you tell your

friend: "You would have died if you had seen that."

Okay?

And, again, for a review of conditionals to make sure you know what's happening here grammatically,

check out any number of the engVid videos on second conditional and third conditional.

Okay?

I'm expecting that you already have some familiarity here.

So before we continue, once more, pronunciation.

Ready to listen and repeat?

Yeah?

Okay.

So, first one: "I would if I could."

Okay?

And let's say the second part: "...but I can't".

Okay, next: "I wouldn't do that if I were you."

Try to get the intonation, make it playful, have fun.

All right, next one: "You would've loved it!"

And finally: "You would've died!"

Laughing.

If you said "laughing", good for you.

I just thought it was funny to make you say one word like that.

Okay.

Next: "should".

So, first one: "You shouldn't have."

This is when someone does something nice for you, and you want to say thank you, but it

wasn't necessary.

Okay?

Like, you think: "Oh, you got me like $100 for my birthday.

Well, that's a really big gift.

I wasn't expecting it.

You shouldn't have.

It wasn't necessary."

Okay?

So when someone does something nice for you, gives something to you and you want to say

thank you, but you want to express that: "Whoa.

It's...

It's a lot."

Okay?

"I don't deserve this.

It's not necessary."

You can say: "Oh, you shouldn't have."

Okay?

And next: "You should have told me." or "You should have told someone."

If you are mad at your friend or someone in your family because they didn't tell you something

that, you know, you think is important information, you could say: "Why...?

Why didn't you tell me?

You should have told me."

Okay?

"You should have told me."

Or your friend is in trouble, and their situation gets worse and worse and worse, and they don't

tell anyone about their situation until something really bad happens, you could say: "Oh, you

didn't tell anyone.

You should have told someone."

Okay?

All right, and finally: "Oh, you should have been there!"

So if you went on a vacation or you went...

You had a really good night with your friends or your family, and you're talking to another

friend who wasn't at the party, wasn't at the vacation...

On vacation.

I say "on vacation", most people say "on vacation" and you want to tell your friend: "I wish

you had been there": "Oh, you should have been there."

Okay?

"You should have been there.

You would have loved it."

Right?

"You should have been there.

You would have loved it."

All right, finally: "will".

Oh, you can...

I erased it with my jacket.

Sorry.

Number one, very easy: "I will let you know."

Next...

I'll go through these quickly because they're pretty simple.

"I'll call you back."

Call you back.

Next: "I'll be there."

You're making a promise.

And the last one is the one I'll explain after: "He'll never go for it."

Okay, so when you're having a conversation with a friend and: "I will let you know"...

If your friend asks you to make a decision or wants to know if you can go somewhere with

them, or wants to know if you can do something and you're not sure because maybe you have

to check with your husband or your wife, you can say: "I'll let you know."

You're not sure if you can do it, but you want to tell them: "I promise, I will let

you know".

"I'll call you back."

Very simple.

"I got to go.

I'll call you back."

I will return your phone call.

"I'll be there."

Okay?

So if you want to confirm your attendance at, like, a party or at any event, really,

where you are invited: "Yeah, I'll be there."

Okay?

And the last one: "He'll never go for it."

Now, if you want to lie...

If you and your friend, you want to lie to another friend or you want to trick another

friend, or you want to convince another friend of something and you think this person, this

friend will not believe it...

Okay?

Or that they will not believe your story or you're explanation, say: "No, no, he'll never

go for that.

He'll never go for it."

He'll never believe our story or he'll never believe our reason for wanting him to come

with us, or to do whatever we want to do.

So, I forgot to do the pronunciation for "should" and "will".

I see the cameraperson shaking their head, too.

We won't say his or her name.

You don't know who it is.

All right, "should": "You shouldn't have."

You were supposed to repeat.

Did you repeat?

Just in case, let's do it one more time.

"You shouldn't have.", "You should have told someone.", "You should have been there!"

And next for "will": "I'll let you know.", "I'll call you back.", "I'll be there.", "He'll

never go for it."

Beautiful.

Asphyxiation - Duration: 8:11.

My name is Dr. Lindsey Doe, I'm a doctor of human sexuality and a clinical sexologist,

I've been hosting this sex education show for over four years -- putting out weekly

videos and now podcasts all about sex.

A question I've been repeatedly asked since the beginning is whether or not there's

a safe way to do erotic asphyxiation -- cutting off your air supply or someone else's for sexual pleasure.

[WHIP CRACKING, COUGH]

Deep breath.

Asphyxiation is considered one of the highest risk sexual behaviors because of the potential

for permanent brain damage and death.

People die from this.

There isn't a safe way to asphyxiate but there are safeR ways.

I'm going to explain why people are into it and how to lower the risk of doing it because

I'm devoted to harm reduction.

I believe that we engage in a really diverse range of behaviors and that education is crucial

for us all to figure out the best ways to live.

Breath play is growing in popularity, I see depictions of it all over social media, and

the last thing I want is for anyone to feel ashamed of their interest in asphyxiation

and or put themselves in danger because they weren't given safer alternatives.

Here are some of the reasons people like it.

Erotic asphyxiation works in a few ways -- one, the restriction of air (or blood depending

on how you do it) causes the body to release endorphins which make the gasper feel high.

The strategy is: match this with climax and maximize pleasure.

Another motivation that's chemical is dopamine, triggered by the endorphins.

Dopamine which is linked to pleasure also increases testosterone which boosts sex drive

so you want the pleasure more.

Then there's the psychological component -- the edge-play.

The intense threat that you could die, hopefully followed by the relief that you didn't die

are very powerful.

The mind trip grounds you in your body so you can't worry about work or kids or the house.

You have to focus on how you.could.die.

There's also a sort of trauma-bonding if you're playing with someone else -- because

the other person is not only giving you an orgasm; by no longer constricting your breath

-- they're giving you lifeeeeee.

Asphyxiation can be a form of bondage, powerplay, sadomasochism, and or sexual discipline.

Listed as asphyxiophilia in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders,

other reasons someone might desire not breathing are all the explanations of other paraphilias

and fetishes such as conditioning, imitation, and compensation.

Finally, on this list, curiosity.

Sometimes we do things just to learn for ourselves what it's like.

That's the why, what about the how?

From the highest risk to lowest risk here's how people asphyxiate and some suggestions

to reduce the harm.

The most dangerous version of asphyxiation is anything that restricts breathing or blood

flow that can't be undone if you pass out.

This can happen from suspending oneself with a something like a tie or cord connected to

furniture or a door, known as scarfing; covering the head with a tight bag, hood, or mask and

then tying it; or sticking something jagged into the throat.

Please don't do any of this.

It's too easy to miscalculate how much air to cut off.

Enough to enhance orgasm but not too much that you faint or die is called the critical

line and it is different for everyone every time.

Breath play basics: you have to be able to control pressure and if you're unconscious

you can't do that.

So higher risk asphyxiation requires supervision and communication.

Ask a friend or partner, hire a professional if you need to, establish consent (preferably

in writing in case you die) then make sure this person knows the plan, including a clear

nonverbal way to say "caution" or "stop" -- a safe signal.

Amp and Bolt have a wonderful breath play 101 video on their channel Watts the Safeword

where they recommend jazz hands, tapping, and eye contact.

[Amp:] That's a really good easy one to do because as soon as you're going unconscious

your eyes are [probably] not going to be making that eye contact."

Manual strangulation.

Pressure on the front of the neck cuts off air, the sides cuts off the carotid arteries,

so blood, and pressure on the back triggers nerves which can send the gasper into cardiac arrest.

For a few seconds, you're probably okay but the longer you hold it the higher your risk.

Instead of doing long holds, repeat shorter holds over time.

OR learn how to track arousal and the timing of orgasm so you're only choking at climax.

This is so risky.

You also need to be realllly careful with how tight you grip.

A secondary downside of choking is suffocating hours later from internal swelling that blocks

the windpipe.

Smothering.

Using pillows, breasts, towels and the like to cover a person's face is problematic

because you can't see if or when they become unconscious.

So for this I suggest practicing with eye contact a few times -- just isolating the

smother to the nose and mouth -- so you go through the routine of safe signalling and

trust everyone involved to do their part.

Compressors and corsets.

Using objects to restrict the capacity of the lungs to breathe is also a form of erotic asphyxiation.

Like lying under something heavy or wedging oneself into a tight space.

Asphyxiation binders and corsets can take away a third of your respiration in addition

to altering other abdominal organs.

If these are forms of breathplay you want to experiment with, I propose incremental

changes going from lighter to heavier or looser to tighter with days in between to observe

how your body recuperates.

You'll also want to make sure to decompress slowly.

When you're no longer smashed, blood and air will rush in.

Too much at once can make the gasper dizzy or sick.

Choking games, Choke holds, Choke outs.

This is when people aim for the carotid arteries like trained fighters to cause temporary unconsciousness.

A little pressure here and here -- sleepytime.

Close to 20% of teenagers have participated

in this 'activity' and most guardians don't know it.

Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommend you watch for: "talk of 'the

game', bloodshot eyes, marks on the neck, severe headaches, disorientation, ropes, scarves,

and belts tied to bedroom furniture or door knobs or found knotted on the floor, and unexplained

presence of things like dog leashes, choke collars and bungee cords" then address it.

Show them this video.

Facesitting.

Also known as kinging or queening is not strictly asphyxiation -- but can be.

Essentially the gasper is lying down while someone else sits on their face for oral sex

-- cunnilingus, anilingus, fellatio.

It can block airflow so again safe signals are essential.

Even with stools designed for facesitting called smotherboxes -- you're being smothered

by someone's crotch so you need a way to show it's too much asphyxiation and ideally

that's not by biting anyone's genitals.

One safer method for erotic asphyxiation is covering the mouth and nose with your hand

for no more than 30 seconds while applying light pressure to the sternum for affect.

It still achieves the high from oxygen deprivation and the thrill of pushing limits but it's

unlikely you'll konk out or cause irreparable damage.

Simulation is playing with the sensation of choking without actually restricting air supply.

It's what most people are aiming for when they say "choke me."

The goal is to feel someone's hands around their throat but not have breathing restricted.

They want the theatrical version, not the real thing.

Which is why it's a smart idea to have an explicit conversation with your playmates

about what you want before performing these acts.

Say exactly what you want and only do what everyone is comfortable with.

Breath swapping is pretty low risk.

Lips locked, Person A breathes in through their nose - out through their mouth into

the Person B's mouth.

Then Person B exhales through their nose.

Person B will consistently get the carbon dioxide of Person A and eventually run out

of oxygen but you can stop at anytime or trade who inhales the oxygen.

Thoracic Fixation is holding your own breath which we actually do for things like childbirth,

defecation, heavy lifting, and singing.

This would merely be the sexual version of it.

[HOLDS BREATH]

That's it, and no major threat to my wellbeing.

Tantric Pranayama: this is breath control where you use the prana or vital life force

to achieve sexual enhancement.

And at the very end of the risk continuum for asphyxiation is fantasizing about it.

No harm done in imagining any of these practices.

You can picture yourself wearing a condom over your head, tying yourself upside down

around the neck, with a stuffed animal between your teeth, and masturbate to your heart's

content, so long as you still do jazz hands.

It's your fantasy with my safety precautions.

One of the key principles of harm reduction is understanding behaviors are complex and

multi-faceted.

Another is acknowledging that asphyxiation exists on a continuum from severe abuse to

abstinence and that some ways are safer to engage in than others.

I hope you find that this episode is in line with this.

I worked really hard to approach the topic with care and respect.

I believe we need to teach and learn best practices and good decision making.

We need to stay curious.

If you're curious or concerned that your interest in asphyxiation is unhealthy for

you I recommend consulting a kink-friendly doctor or therapist.

They'll be able to help you assess your unique sexuality for risk and offer solutions

individualized for your needs.

And very important: if anything should go wrong in any of your sexual experiences, vanilla

or kinky, dry humping to strangulation, seek medical care.

CPR is valuable as well.

Asphyxiation play can be very dangerous and there are many ways to reduce risk and harm.

I care about you.

In this place,

your voice before you die,

it was where I heard it.

destroying my heart.

What a sad story,

the curse of this love.

That's why I can not be here anymore.

I'm walking

between the shadows of pain,

where the sun died and you

there is no more light.

And inside of me,

the sigh of your voice

which forces me to go back

for those memories of yesterday.

Suffering from his absence,

i fly to this place

where we will meet again.

My heart wrapped in crystal,

but it is broken into a thousand fragments that...

i can not fix it any more,

i can not save them,

black tearsi start to cry.

And the time

it stops,

my life

which awaits the end.

Far away from here

I can hear you say:

- I forgot you,

since you are watching me suffer.

- Everything in life,

happens for a reason.

- And that is the truth of our illusion.

I say goodbye

to the star,

from here i see it shine.

UFO Chases Passenger Jet Through The Sky As Baffled Witness Captures Video

This new video has been terrifying thousands of people online

Bizarre footage appears to have captured the moment a UFO appears to chase a passenger

jet through the sky.

The incident was caught on camera by a baffled resident in the US who has recently uploaded

the footage in a bid to get some answers.

The witness told the Mutual UFO Network : "I am told that military pilots train in the

mountains around where I live and I've always enjoyed seeing them fly through.

"This happens all the time.

Jets and helicopters are a common sighting.

So I naturally saw the jet and did a double take, because there was something following

it."

This is the testimony of the witness:

"-I was reading on my porch, around 7 o'clock.

I was told that military pilots train in the mountains where I live and I always enjoyed

seeing them flying.

This happens all the time.

So I naturally saw the jet and did a double filming because there was something following

it.

Immediately I thought I was witnessing a strange, possibly military aircraft, but it was not

a jet.

I knew it was not a jet because it was really behind one of them.

The jet being chased left a long trail behind, but the UFO did not.

The UFO reached the jet.

No helicopter could do that."

11 Warning Signs you're dealing with a Truly Evil Person - Duration: 4:18.

11 Warning Signs you're dealing with a Truly Evil Person

Evil people should be avoided at all cost.

Otherwise, they will ruin your life and there is nothing that you can do afterward unless

living in misery.

There are things that make evil person super evil, and this video will walk you through

the signs of those evil person so that you can take precaution to react.

Here are some of the warning signs you're dealing with a truly evil person.

#1 - Denying reality

Reality is the worst thing that you can refer to evil people.

The reason is because evil people always do bad things in the real world.

They just do not want to be responsible, and that is why they always try to deny the reality.

Moreover, reality is not the place for evil people because they cannot do things what

they want.

#2 - Twisting facts

Evil people also try to alter the facts every time they find possible.

In the same time, they also create the possibilities by altering the proofs, and anything.

If you have seen judges with ability to alter the evidence, it is one of the evil people

that you should be aware of.

However, evil people that are close to us are not that obvious.

You just need to know the fact before debunking their real motives.

#3 - Hiding information

You probably have a friend who always tells things without making it complete.

There is an evil motive here because you may change your feeling or judgment towards that

person.

Evil person is afraid if you change your view because it makes them incompetent, and that

is why they keep hiding the information.

#4 - Misleading

Truly evil people will not let you walk into the right path.

They want you to make zero progress on anything you want to achieve on life, and they always

try to find information to push you into miserable direction.

#5 - Constant lying

People who are truly evil always tell lies no matter how the circumstance is.

Either it is white lie or not, evil people will never tell the truth.

They always have something to hide because they do not want to tell the reality.

#6 - No remorse

Evil people do not feel guilty for every single act that they have done even though it is

clearly hurting or violating others.

They do not have the sense of empathy or guilty, and they just do whatever they want.

#7 - Avoiding responsibility

They deflect their responsibility to other people around them.

They just do not want to take responsibility as they only want the fame from joining certain

activity.

#8 - Manipulative

Manipulative people are always one step ahead for drifting other people into wrong direction.

They manipulate others so that they will think they are worthless and useless.

Toxic and evil people are trained to do these things, and they are absolutely public enemy.

#9 - They are there when you are good

Yes, when you are on top, they will be around with you.

However, when you fall, they will leave you behind.

It is the common trait of evil people, and they do not care about anything but themselves

basically.

#10 - Wasting your time

Evil people love to consume you, so that you become unproductive.

They do many things ranging from having chit chats with you to asking you to have drinks

all night long.

#11 - Double live

Evil people have two faces, and they will always hide the one if they are around with

you.

Be careful, and aware.

You can notice the change if you catch them unguarded.

#12 - Controlling

Evil people love to control others, so that they like have puppets or toys or pawn to

play with.

They will make sure you lose your true self, and they really can do that if you are not

aware.

Well, that's all about the 11 warning signs you're dealing with a truly evil person.

Really cool information isn't it?

Best Meal Prep Bag For Weight Loss: 6 Pack Bag Review - Duration: 5:12.

Hey if you wanna get better on meal prep and make sure that you were staying on track with

your fitness goals I want you to tune in to this video because I wanna show you my favorite,

best investment that I have ever made as far as making sure that I stay on track with my

nutrition goals and stay healthy pretty much all week long besides the weekend of course

because I love my 80-20 rule balanced key.

So, anyways my name is Jenny Jaucian or JennyJFitness and I am an online personal trainer, Group

Fitness Instructor and Nutrition Coach which helps over a hundred of clients get in shape

and love the bodies that there in whether through online training, one on one, live

sessions or my online challenges and in this video, I want to talk to you about the number

one best investment that I ever made that has made me so successful with meal prepping

every single week.

I hear my clients over and over again telling me that they just don't have time to meal

prep or it's just not easy or convenient to pack their meals before they had to work

but the reality is if you really wanna stay on track with your goals and eat in accordance

to your weight loss goals or maintenance or even gaining weight, whatever you are looking

to do?

Meal Prep is the key to your success.

No matter how many hours of working out you do the results rely or the result lies in

the kitchen.

So what I wanna share with you is my number 1 tool that helps me stay on track and that

is my 6 pack meal prep bag.

I do want to mention that I'm not an ambassador for this brand, I am not making any commissions

all the way; I wish I did on this but I honestly just wanna share this with you because it

saved my life and had made things so much easier for me to stay on track.

So my boyfriend actually got this for me.

He just got this at like a local nutrition store.

You can get this on Amazon or their actual website.

And they have different sizes depending on your needs.

Now I have this 3 pack.

The 3 meal-6pack bag and I'm just gonna show you what it looks like so that you can

kind of envision that it's something that you would want to invest in.

So, there's a pocket right in front and when you open it, it has 3 containers so one,

two ,three.

And you actually, I don't have them with me coz they are in the dishwasher but you

actually get little bp or a container so they give you everything that you need you get

an ice pack, one right in the front and put one right at the back.

And then you could also open it up here and you can put extra snacks maybe like some cracker

or hardboiled egg or whatever you need can also put it in the front container or on the

top container, excuse me.

And then what's awesome is that there are two pockets on the sides that open up really

really big and you can put 2 shakes or cups or water bottle.

So water bottle here, water bottle here and there's this like mash landing on the side

so you can put your utensils, napkins, extra foods, stuff like that.

So what I love about this meal prep bag is because it contains all of my food that I

need for an entire day so I just pack this the morning before I go to work and it stays

cool for 8 hours.

So even if you don't have a fridge or you're going to an event or your just out for the

entire day, this will keep your food cold and it really last the entire day long.

And what I also love about it too is that it basically portion controls for you.

So of you have problems with portion control or eating, like the container is like this

big so you could only fit so much.

And it kinda works out perfectly because you get, you can put like one cup of veggies,

one serving of protein and one serving of healthy carbs and it basically fits in that

container and your full, satisfied or at least , you know 2 to 3 hours, um depending on the

frequency of your meal.

Having 3 meals that are ready for you to go is super super helpful.

So I just wanted to share that with you , um because it helps me so much as far as my meal

prep and I use it every single day And when I don't use it?

Like I literally started spending tons of money going to whole foods and then I packed

that brown container like Ye' High and then I eat double or triple servings.

So it just helps me to pour control my food naturally and in keeps me on track and it

keeps me accountable with my ultimate nutrition fitness goals.

So if you have any questions, please let me know.

I will probably link it to the bag at the bottom of this video so you should've check

it out and I will talk to you later!

【AMV】The Day When You and the Sun Died【Highschool Of The Dead】 - Duration: 3:51.

In this place,

your voice before you die,

it was where I heard it.

destroying my heart.

What a sad story,

the curse of this love.

That's why I can not be here anymore.

I'm walking

between the shadows of pain,

where the sun died and you

there is no more light.

And inside of me,

the sigh of your voice

which forces me to go back

for those memories of yesterday.

Suffering from his absence,

i fly to this place

where we will meet again.

My heart wrapped in crystal,

but it is broken into a thousand fragments that...

i can not fix it any more,

i can not save them,

black tearsi start to cry.

And the time

it stops,

my life

which awaits the end.

Far away from here

I can hear you say:

- I forgot you,

since you are watching me suffer.

- Everything in life,

happens for a reason.

- And that is the truth of our illusion.

I say goodbye

to the star,

from here i see it shine.
