Hello Everyone..

Welcome to Priya's Kitchen..

Today I am going to share one easy and delicious recipe with vermicelli, that is Vermicelli Pulihora.

today I am going to use rice vermicelli, it tastes better than normal semolina vermicelli.

Let's start the process..

for this let me show you how to boil the vermicelli

Add 1 Tablespoon of Oil to the Hot Boiling Water

add 1 Cup of Vermicelli

today I am taking Rice Vermicelli, you can use normal vermicelli also.

mix it once and cook the vermicelli till it is 90% done

do not overcook the vermicelli, otherwise they stick to each other

so its been 10 minutes, let's check our vermicelli

see its done..

it should be like this...

Now switch off the flame and drain all the water

Now lets prepare the Tempering for our Pulihora.. for that heat 2 Tablespoons of Oil in pan

add 1 teaspoon of Mustard Seeds

1 Tablespoon of Chana Dal

and 1 teaspoon of Urad Dal

fry them

add 2 Tablespoons of Peanuts

15 to 20 No.s of Cashew Nuts

fry them

add 3 No.s of Whole Red Chillies

4 to 5 No.s of Slit Green Chillies

some Curry Leaves

fry them

so all our ingredients got fried nicely

now add 1 teaspoon of Turmeric Powder

just a pinch of Hing (Asafoetida)

Salt to taste

mix it once

now add Lemon Juice

I have taken 2 medium sized lemons

you can increase the lemon juice if the sourness is not enough

switch off the flame

mix it

add our cooked vermicelli

mix it nicely till all the ingredients combines very well

so I have mixed the Vermicelli very well

Let this cool down for 5 to 10 minutes, and then we can serve our Vermicelli Pulihora

So our yummy n delicious vermicelli pulihora is ready

serve this at room temparature.. it tastes excellent..

It is perfect for kids lunch box also.

The human body has a built-in mechanism for telling us when we need to drink water – the

feeling of being thirsty.

Unfortunately, with an alarming two out of three individuals living with some form of

chronic dehydration, many people have simply become numb to the sensation.

If you are among the majority and have an ongoing water deficit, there are some other

less-obvious signals which indicate that your body is parched.

15 Really Bad Signs You Aren't Drinking Enough Water.

1.

Chronic Fatigue.

Blood and other bodily fluids are comprised mainly of water.

When you get dehydrated, your blood becomes thicker and your heart has to expend more

energy to keep oxygen and nutrients moving throughout the circulatory system.

If you feel tired every day and there doesn't seem to be a cause, drinking more water could

be the solution.

2.

Cholesterol Imbalance.

Dehydration signals your body to increase its production of cholesterol in order to

thicken cellular walls and preserve the fluid contained in them.

As a result of this defensive process, blood-cholesterol levels also increase and can easily become

imbalanced.

3.

High or Low Blood Pressure.

The decrease in overall blood volume caused by dehydration may manifest as consistently

low blood pressure.

Over time, the increase in blood-cholesterol can cause arterial build-up and eventually

plaques which increase blood pressure to potentially unsafe levels.

4.

Impaired Memory and Concentration.

Slackened blood flow caused by chronic dehydration robs your brain of the oxygen and nutrients

it needs to perform at peak capacity.

As a result, you may find that your memory and concentration become severely impaired.

5.

Light-Headedness, Dizziness or Vertigo.

Living in a constant state of dehydration can cause you to experience frequent dizzy

spells and light-headedness due to lack of blood flow and oxygen to the brain.

In severe cases, vertigo and nausea may result.

6.

Frequent Headaches.

Both lack of oxygen and increase in blood pressure are the perfect recipe for frequent

headaches.

If you notice that you seem to be getting them more often, try drinking more water on

a daily basis to ease the strain on your brain.

Constipation or Poor Digestion.

In order to properly process the foods you eat, your intestines need a steady supply

of water.

Without adequate fluids, digestion can slow down causing constipation, gas and bloating,

or even the passing of seemingly undigested food.

to fuel your body and maintain stable blood-glucose levels.

How to Export Audacity to MP3 - Duration: 4:06.

Hi.

I'm Max Dalton, and in this video I'm going to talk through how to export an MP3 file

from Audacity.

Audacity is a powerful, free, open-source audio recording and editing software.

The application is popular with everyone from amateurs through to professionals for recording

and editing everything from podcasts to songs.

However, some pieces are missing in a freshly installed copy of Audacity as a result of

licensing issues; one of these features that doesn't work is the ability to export an MP3.

You can test the ability to export an MP3 in Audacity by opening an audio file, and

then clicking "File," "Export," and "Export as MP3."

If a dialog box pops up titled Locate LAME, you won't be able to export an MP3 file from

Audacity until you until you install the LAME MP3 encoder.

The LAME MP3 encoder is free and easy to install.

In this video, I'll focus on how to download and install the LAME installer file for Windows.

And now, let's walk through how to install the LAME MP3 encoder so you can export MP3

files from Audacity.

Step 1.

Open your Web browser and navigate to https://lame.buanzo.org.

You'll arrive at the LAME home page.

Step 2.

Click to choose the download link associated with your operating system in the Please See

Below for Operating System Selection Links section.

In this example, I'll click "Windows Downloads."

You'll be taken to the section that contains the link to download the installer package

for the operating system you selected.

Step 3.

Click the link to the right of Recommended Installer Package.

In this example, I'll click the link to the right of Recommended Installer Package for

Windows.

A Save As dialog box appears.

Save the LAME installer file to the preferred location on your computer.

Step 4.

Navigate to the location where you saved the LAME installer file, and then double-click

to launch the installer.

Click "Yes" if a screen appears asking if you want to let this application make changes

to your computer.

The LAME Setup Wizard dialog box appears.

Step 5.

Click "Next" on the first screen in the dialog box to begin in the installation, and then

click "Next" on the following screen to accept the licensing agreement.

You'll land on a screen asking you to choose a destination location for the LAME MP3 encoder.

Step 6.

Click "Next" if you want to install LAME at the default location, or click "Browse" to

choose a new location.

The Ready to Install screen appears.

Step 7.

Click "Install" on the Ready to Install screen.

A progress bar will appear on the screen (probably very briefly), before another screen appears

that prompts you to click "Finish" to complete the setup.

Click "Finish."

The LAME Wizard Setup dialog box closes.

Step 8.

Close Audacity if you currently have it open, and then re-launch the application.

Step 9.

Open an audio file you can test exporting as an MP3, and then click "File," "Export,"

and "Export as MP3."

The Export Audio dialog box will now appear.

You can configure the settings associated with your MP3 file in the Format Options section.

After configuring your settings, entering your file name and choosing a location, click

"Save."

The Edit Metadata Tags screen appears.

Step 10.

Enter any relevant input associated with metadata you want to apply to your file, click "Add"

to add the metadata, and then click "OK."

The MP3 file will be saved to the defined location.

Congratulations!

You now know how to install the LAME MP3 encoder so you can export MP3s from Audacity.

AT LEAST DURING THE REIGN OF VLADIMIR PUTIN.

THAT IS A

SECOND POSSIBLE EXPLANATION.

THEY CAN ALL BE TWINS OR ALL RUSSIANS LOOK ALIKE.

APPARENTLY SO BECAUSE IN THIS DISTRICT PUTIN GOT ñ YES YOU ALL

THINK ALIKE WHEN THEY SEND IN THE BUSES FROM THE GOVERNMENT TO

Sister Jean Dolores-Schmidt, Loyola-Chicagos 98-year old chaplain, is the star of the NCAA tournament.

Loyola-Chicago needed two buzzer beaters to advance to the Sweet 16 of the 2018 NCAA tournament, and some fans would argue it is the prayers of Sister Jean Dolores-Schmidt pushing the Ramblers through the bracket.

Sister Jean, Loyola's 98-year-old chaplain, has become the star of the tournament.

Loyola's Donte Ingram spoke with ESPN about Sister Jean's impact on the team.

"It's amazing," Ingram explained to ESPN.

"I hope I'm like that if I make it to 98.

She has so much knowledge, she has so much wisdom.

She shines bright.

Her spirit is so warm and loving.".

Prior to games, Sister Jean prays for the basics like health, and for the players to play to the best of their abilities before praying for a Loyola victory.

Sister Jean explained her typical prayer in an interview with The New York Times.

"We prayed that God would help us," Sister Jean told The New York Times.

"We said we would do our part and make our shots, but we needed God's assistance.

We said we were going into this game with great confidence and that we wanted to win this game so badly.

We said we would be careful of our shots, careful not to foul…I asked that when the buzzer went off, we wanted to be sure that we got that big 'W.'".

Sister Jean Has Loyola Losing in the Sweet 16 in Her "Realistic Bracket", But Also Has the Ramblers Making the Title Game in Her "Cinderella Bracket".

Like many hoops fans, Sister Jean filled out a bracket.

In fact, she filled out two brackets, and has Loyola losing in the Sweet 16 in her "realistic" bracket.

The chaplain allowed herself to dream in her "Cinderella" bracket picking the Ramblers to make the championship game.

"I have Loyola going to the Sweet 16," Sister Jean told CBS Sports.

"But I have a second bracket, which I call the Cinderella dream bracket, where I have them going to the final game.".

Sister Jean revealed her bracket on CBS Sports' March Madness Confidential, and Virginia busted her bracket like many fans.

She had Virginia playing Villanova in the title game.

Sister Jean admits she used to play in bracket pools for money, but that was before she became the team chaplain.

Sister Jean does not want any NCAA violations, and now only plays for bragging rights.

"I have to emphasize that [playing for money] was before I became chaplain," Sister Jean told The Washington Post.

"I don't want to ever get in trouble with the NCAA.".

Sister Jean loves filling out brackets, but is modest about her forecasting abilities.

"I'm not an expert, but I have been doing brackets for years now," Sister Jean told CBS (via Business Insider).

"Sometimes I am really very successful.

Sometimes I'm not.

I'm not in a pool or anything like that because I am connected with athletics, and that kind of behavior is not permitted by NCAA.".

Loyola Players Admit Sister Jean Includes a Scouting Reports in Her Prayers.

The players and coaches may do their own preparation for games, but Sister Jean gives her own take on the opponent prior to games.

Loyola players admit she often sneaks in a scouting report during prayers.

Loyola guard Clayton Custer explained to ESPN what a typical prayer includes.

"The way she prayed just stuck out," Custer told ESPN.

"In the middle of her prayer there's a scouting report mixed in.

She tells us who their best players are and what to watch out for.

Sometimes she'll pray for the referee to make the right calls.".

Prior to Loyola's thrilling victory over Tennessee, Sister Jean gave The Washington Post her scouting report on the Volunteers.

We watched part of the game yesterday when they played, and so I could see they are very big.

They use their height, they use their bodies.

So our fellas have to realize that everybody on their team is very good and does their very best.

It isn't just that one fella gets all the points, or two fellas.

So we have to watch our strategy and how we do our defense, and so we'll talk about that when I pray with them [Saturday], too.

But I know the main point I need to remind them, and I know Porter does also, but it always is good to have somebody else say it to them, is that they have to remain focused.

Sister Jean Grew Up Playing Basketball & Started Youth Sports Programs.

Sister Jean's playing days may be behind her, but she grew up playing basketball.

According to ESPN W, Porter Moser found a folder on his desk after taking over as Loyola head coach in 2011.

The folder included Sister Jean's notes on each player, and what they needed to improve upon.

Sister Jean started as an academic advisor before moving into her current role as chaplain.

ESPN detailed her early involvement in sports.

A basketball player in her youth, Sister Jean was part of the sport at a time when the court was divided into separate sections for women, with players restricted to specific roles.

She later became a nun, then a grade school teacher and started girls sports programs.

She is best known, however, for her relationship with the Ramblers.

From 1961 to 1990, she taught at Mundelein College, an all-women's Catholic school that neighbored Loyola.

After the two schools merged in 1991, she joined Loyola as an academic advisor before moving to her current role.

Sister Jean Has Become the Story of the 2018 NCAA Tournament Earning Praise From the Likes of Barack Obama.

During March Madness, there are always a handful of people who emerge as the stars of the tournament.

With Loyola's miraculous success, Sister Jean has become the face of the 2018 NCAA tournament.

So much so, that she has earned praise from many people including Barack Obama.

According to The Athletic's Lauren Comitor, Sister Jean corrected a reporter who called her a national sensation.

"Really, if I can correct you, international," Sister Jean explained to The Athletic.

Sister Jean Is in a Wheel Chair as She Recovers From an Injured Hip.

According to The Washington Post, Sister Jean is in a wheel chair as she recovers from a hip injury she sustained in a November 2017 fall.

Normally, the chaplain is walking around in her signature maroon-and-yellow Nikes with "Sister" on one heel and "Jean" on the other.

ESPN noted Sister Jean does physical therapy twice a week as she recovers.

She is back to traveling with the team, but there was a time when she was not able to.

Sister Jean did not let this stop her involvement with the team as she would send Moser regular emails to share with the team.

ESPN explained the encouraging emails.

Rarely has she missed a home game until this season, when a hip injury disrupted her attendance.

Even in her absence, she continued to send regular e-mails to coach Porter Moser after games, applauding the team's performance (or providing encouragement after losses).

Players say she leaves individualized notes for each of them at the bottom of those emails.

The Ramblers say it makes their day, especially the encouragement after tough games.

Quick Tip - How to Evenly Sand Wooden Dowels - Duration: 5:07.

Quick tip..................

Some of you may know this. Some of you may not.

This is for those who do not.

I've got half inch holes...

made with a half inch drill bit...

to put half inch dowels in.

The holes are pretty well a half inch.

The dowel is pretty much exactly a half inch.

I'm gonna half to trim some of this down to get it to fit....

in there snugly, but without splitting any wood.

So how do I sand this dowel down evenly?

And... relatively quickly?

Here is how we gonna do it.

I happen to have a shopsmith

with horizontal boring capabilities.

Also the same thing that's used for the lathe and all that good stuff.

You can stand this up and make a drill press out of it and do the

same thing. You can do the same thing on your drill press.

It's just at a different angle.

Why do all that when I can just set it up here and turn it?

With me having the shopsmith.

You could probably also do this with smaller dowels,

or if your hand drill.......

is.... If the chuck is large enough to accommodate this half inch dowel.

If you're using a smaller dowel, you shouldn't have any problems.

I'm gonna make this end.....

a little bit smaller in diameter

than this middle part here.

Simply to give it a smaller end, mabe more pointed end.

More narrow in diameter. So....

it will fit down in them holes better.

Just sayin so ya know a little bit about what I'm doin. Ya know what I mean?

I'm starting off with 80 grit...

just to get more waste removed at one time.

I may go on up to 220 after that.

Don't need a lot cause they're gonna be glued inside and....

and who knows, having it a little rough may help the glue to hold.

I don't know... may work the same as with the pens... I don't know.

Be careful.

See what I mean?

Make sure your chuck is locked down on this good and tight.

A little bit of glue.

Gaming Review | Left 4 Dead 2 - Duration: 3:53.

Hello everyone, and welcome to another review video, and today i'll be reviewing.

Left 4 Dead 2.

So let's start with some background information.

Left 4 Dead 2 is a First Person shooter co-op multiplayer zombie survival game, that was

released on November 16, 2009.

This game was the sequel to its predecessor Left 4 Dead which was released a year earlier.

Both Left 4 Dead and Left 4 Dead 2 were both published and developed by the Valve Corporation,

you know The company who refuses to make a game with a 3 in the Title.

Moving on to the gameplay and story of Left 4 Dead 2.

To start off the game starts you between a group of 4 different survivors all with their

unique character traits.

Your goal in the game is to travel between, safe room to safe room while surviving the

never ending zombie hoards.

Now the main thing that makes Left 4 Dead, Left 4 Dead is it's special infected, and

my god these special infected can be terrifying.

Ranging from Hunters to chargers and even smokers each special infected has their own unique abilities.

Which I may touch on in a seperate video.

Now the story follows our 4 survivors Nick,Coach,Ellis,And Rochelle in their goal to reach New Orleans,

as you triverse, malls, swamps, and even bridges, as they fight their way through chapter to

chapter.

Left 4 Dead 2 Also comes with an array of guns to take out your zombie opponents, ranging

from The Classic M16, to a hunting rifle, and my favorite the pump shotgun, so you will

most definitely find the gun that best suits you.

Me personally i'm a shotgun guy, mostly because i'm….

Well bad at aiming.

Left 4 Dead 2 also comes jammed pack with different game modes which will definitely

keep you busy playing for hours on end, and I won't forget to mention, if you do get

bored you can always try out the community's custom add ons to add some extra zing to your

gameplay.

Now the graphics of the game are pretty decent, but do keep in mind everything was made via

the source engine, and the zombies do have a lot of great texture work and ragdoll effects.

The maps in left 4 dead 2 aka the campaigns are fairly easy to get through, but they still

do manage to throw me off at times.

Stats of the game: Left 4 Dead 2 comes with 70 different achievements,

about 28 different usable weapons, 6 original campaigns and of course the glorious gnome

chompski

Now personally Left 4 Dead 2 has always held a deep secure spot in my heart, as i really

and I mean really love this game, and I really think you should try it out for yourself,

you won't be disappointed.

I have admittingly put a lot of hours into the game myself, and I mean A LOT of hours,

and I gotta say iv had fun with every second of it.

Now moving on to the rating for this game, i'm going to give it an 8.4 chainsaws out

of 10 for having creative story, very fun game modes, and of course being able to play

with your friends.

Starting from 2012, every January there will be a strange thing to appear.

A puzzle game is uploaded online

by a group of people who call themselves "3301",

Their symbol is a cicada or moth.

The complicated puzzle will be depicted on the cryptographic elements,

mathematics, literature, secret messages and philosophy.

Physical clues appear in different places like Poland,

Hawaii, Spain, Australia and Korea.

3301 claimed that the puzzle was issued to recruit "intelligent individuals".

They did not say why they brought out the puzzle.

Many believe that the puzzle is almost unbreakable

is a recruitment bridge for organizations like the CIA or MI6.

And did you know that 3301 just issued a new puzzle in January?

The Dighton Rock

Dighton Rock is a rock weighing 40 tons located on the banks of the Taunton river in Massachusetts

and filled with carvings of petroglyphic puzzles.

For nearly 300 years,

people are speculating about the origin of this rock and the meaning of the petroglyphs.

The investigators also tried to break the strange code

since the British colinials came and discovered the stone in 1680,

but they never find a way out.

In 1963, the local government removed the stone and stored it.

Many think that the carving on the stone is Native American.

The Green Children of Woolpit

There were two small children who appeared in the village of Woolpit in Suffolk, England in the 12th century.

Apart from brothers who seem to have green skin,

they look normal like any other child.

They speak in unknown language

and refused to eat anything other than peas.

After they learn English,

they revealed that they both came from "Land of St. Martin".

The place is a dark place

because there is not much sunlight coming into the area.

They both said they followed their father walking by the river,

then they heard the sound of the bell when it arrived at Woolpit.

Some people say they are actually aliens.

The Pollock Twins

In 1957, two brothers Joana and Jacqueline Pollock

died in a car accident in Notrhumberland, England.

One year later, their mother gave birth to twins named Jennifer and Gillian.

Jennifer has the exact birthmark owned by Jacqueline.

The twins started asking for the toys that used to belong to their late sister

which was obviously unknown to Jennifer and Gillian.

They both even asked to go to a park they had never visited before

but never visited their late sister.

Could they both be the reincarnation of their brother?

The Zodiac Killings

"I like killing people because it is so much fun."

It was one of the many mailing codes sent to the San Francisco newspaper.

The letter was sent by someone who called himself Zodiac.

Throughout 1969,

a serial killer committed terror at the Bay Area resident, more than five people were killed.

The Zodiac tricks police and journalists all the time.

After killing his victim,

He will send a letter containing the code to the newspaper office.

The symbol is a circle with a cross in the middle.

Once he sent a shirt covered in blood

to prove that he was the perpetrator of the murder.

Several defendants have been investigated,

but the real killer was never caught.

It is impossible to tell what is really going on with these seven mysteries.
