Hello! My name is Elena Bazhenova.
I am glad to welcome you at my kitchen!
Easy and affordable baking recipes are most suitable for everyday tea time.
The Russian crumpets belong to such a baking.
It is easy to cook.
For the recipe, we take: 2.5-3 cups wheat flour, 3 tbsps sour cream (with a slide), 3-4 tbsps sugar,
10g vanilla sugar, 1/2 tsp soda, a pinch of salt, 2 eggs.
We also need a powdered sugar.
In a deep bowl, break the eggs.
Add a pinch of salt.
Pour sour cream here.
Soda.
Stir a little.
Add sugar.
Vanilla sugar.
Mix well.
Stir in the flour gradually.
Knead the soft, elastic dough.
Sprinkle the table with some flour.
This dough does not need to be cooled in the refrigerator.
This recipe is for beginners.

We are at the first factory out of the three we're going to visit

such as the stock and the frame

just as the Storm360 grenade, the raw material is plastic granule which will be mixed with 3% of black granule
the injection presses are automated to increase the output
let's have a look at a complete cycle here, with a nice elevator music
this factory makes pieces but also assemble some Scorpion parts together
the final assembling of the gun takes place at ASG though
the selector markings used to be painted by hand, now a machine does it
the parts can be used just like that out of the machine
selector gears, magazine releases and pins are ferried here to assemble the lower receiver
so are bolt catches
this lower receiver is ready to be send to ASG
those are classic inner barrels for the short version
an operator assembles barrels and hop-up units by hand
every step is made in compliance with work sheets so the quality is consistent
the magazines are also made and assembled in this factory
This factory deals with die-cast moulding
I may not be authorized to film everything because there are some special things going on at the moment

the process is close to plastic injection but here zinc alloy is melted at higher temperatures
unfortunately the factory wasn't making any EVO parts when I visited it
this is the kind of machine which builds EVO parts
alloy is injected at very high pressure to ensure there's no air bubbles
so the parts are sturdier than cheap-made alloy
selector gears, cut-off lever, charging handle and of course the gearbox
you can see it here as it were out of the machine !
the third factory of the day is in charge of precision steel and plastic parts
and then we're going to go back to ASG warehouse
here are some of the CNC machines producing EVO parts
this is a raw flash hider with a barrel nut, they'll be smoothed and sent to another factory for their colouring and then come back here to be checked
as for moulded parts of the previous factory, steel parts are plunged into a kind of washing machine filled with special stones to smooth the angles
this batch of flash-hiders has just come back for quality control
an exception to the rule, the plastic nozzle is injected here, Lair of precision!
HLM are experts in precision parts, such as watch mechanism, hearing aids or audio speakers
it is time to go back to Espegaerde to meet Andreas at the warehouse
this is where all the parts are gathered from Denmark, Europe and Asia
motors, springs and inner barrels come from Asia
the electronic trigger unit comes from Eastern Europe, home of the ASCU
this is also where the accessories are packed
hand-guards and mag catches come directly from CZ
ASG adds a pin, the charging handle and its spring, but the pins also come from CZ
as you can see, these hand-guards are still packed inside CZ sachets
and here are the mag catches
