I literally just woke up, my room is a mess so

so don't call me out on that. I am SUPER pumped because

today we will begin the LEANGAINZ playlist that I was talking

talking all over my Instagram

about the program that I am currently following from Matt Ogus

Program is called Ogus753

through these videos, I want to show you all how this program

works with my body so you guys can see and implement it on your lifts

and get educated on everything regarding fitness

So the first step to get started with this program is to set up

my NUTRITION

so I will show you all

how to set up my macros

step by step what do I do

to start setting up the right macros for this program

step 1. we are gonna do a weigh in to see what is our current weight

so we got the scale here

I'm not using a digital scale because the batteries actually ran out

thats why I came upstairs to find the old scale we got from forever ago

even though it is not digital, we can still see what is our current weigh in

I hands down recommend you all to get a digital scale to get more specific measurements

anyway, so we are currently at...

190lbs!!

190lbs is what my current weight is

now What I am trying to do is to set up my macros

in a way that puts me at a surplus of calories

so that way all those calories help me

increase my strength, lift more weight

and to increase my muscle mass

now I am calling it

LeanGainzz because as you all know

whenever you try to up your muscle mass, you will also gain some fat

but with this strategy

we're going to minimize fat gain and maximize muscle gain!

ok , now that I know how much I weigh

I'm gonna find my BasalMetabolicRate (BMR)

I'm. gonna go to Bodybuilding.com

I'm gonna type BMR

click on "calculate your basal metabolic rate"

like you are seeing on the screen

I am 25 years old

obviously I'm a male

my height is right around 5'11

my weight is 190lbs

we are gonna hit enter and the result is..

that my body needs to survive

now like you all know

I have to add calories to these 2000cal

any physical activities that I do during the day

so I have 2 jobs and also go to the gym

in my two jobs I am always on my feet, constantly moving

so we're gonna start by adding

so far I have

that my body needs

to sustain my current weight

now since I want to be at a surplus of calories

I am gonna add another

which is gonna equal to

that I need to eat to increase my energy

my strength, my focus

my muscle mass

and everything else that I am trying to accomplish

Alright so now of these 3,000 calories

were gonna derive the actual macronutrients that I need

the first macronutrient that we have to calculate is our FAT

I need at least 25% of the total calories to come from FAT

soo

we are gonna calculate our fat this way

we're actually gonna use the technology to make all the math for us

Siri, What is 25% of 3000?

"it's 750"

so we need 750calories that come from fats

now we need to convert these 750cal to grams

1g of fat= 9calories

we are going to divide this by 9

so 750 divided by 9 to see how many grams we gotta eat of FAT

Siri, what's 750 divided by 9?

"it's about 83.333"

so we need at least 83g of Fat

per day

now that we got our fats, let's set up our protein

Protein will be set up this way

per 1lbs of weight is gonna equal 1g of protein

we saw that my weight is 190lbs, so therefore my protein will equal 190g

so far we got, 190g of Protein. 83g of Fat

now let's calculate our carbs

here is where we need to set up an equation that looks like this

first, we need to convert everything in calories

Siri, whats 190*4?

"the answer is 760"

because 1g of protein= 4 cals, we need to multiply 190g by 4 to find out the calories

which is 760

equation is looking so far like this.. 760+x+our fat

Siri, What's 83*9?

"It's 747"

equation is looking so far like this.. 760+x+747

so this is our equation: 3000calories is gonna equal 760 calories from Protein

x that are our carbs

+ 747 calories that come from fat

Siri, what's 760+747?

"the answer is 1507"

soo, 3000 is gonna equal to 1507 plus x (3000=1507+x)

Siri, what's 3000-1507?

"that would be 1493"

so our carbs are gonna equal 1483 calories

Siri, what's 1483/4?

"373.25"

so our carbs (in grams) are gonna equal to 373g

now that we have solved the equation and converted everything in grams,

my macronutrients to start gaining muscle mass, minimize our fat gain,

increase my strength, increase my focus

increase my overall GAINZZ are gonna be equal to:

190g of Protein, 373g Carbs, and 83g Fat

this are the macros that I need to eat everyday to maximize Ogus753

so hopefully you know now what is the first step, set up your nutrition, making sure you stay

at a surplus of calories to gain strength, muscle and everything that we want

this is Step 1. in the next video I will explain how the exercises are set up

so that way you all know exactly how much weight to use at the gym in a given exercise!

SECOND Sudden Divorce ROCKS Entire White House, Nobody Suspected It – So Sad!

Last week we learned the heartbreaking news that Donald Trump Jr. and his wife Vanessa

were going through a divorce.

After being married for 12 years and having five children together, Vanessa made it official

by filing the paperwork and ending her marriage.

It's clear that living in the limelight of the press and especially the vindictive

left-leaning press, can bring a lot of pressure to a marriage.

Now, we're learning that they aren't the only ones breaking up under all the pressure.

Today, a second shocking divorce announcement has come out.

The sudden split after years together is shaking up the White House and already causing loathsome

sleuths on the left to attack.

Yesterday, the liberal site Jezebel, wrote this scathing piece about both families and

their divorces.

As if suffering the devastation of a marriage ending is not hard enough, these hateful commentators

revel in the misery and add insult to injury.

Sadly, a long time friend and colleague of the president is going through a very difficult

time in marriage right now for a tragic reason.

Jezebel reports on the heartbreak in an absolutely vile manner:

Love is decidedly not in the air at the White House—mere days after Vanessa Trump ripped

out Donald Trump, Jr.'s lion-killing heart and fed it to her attorney, it's been revealed

that the wife of Dan Scavino, Trump's assistant and Twitter enabler, filed for divorce in

January.

On the bright side, Don Jr. has someone to watch A Night at the Roxbury with on repeat

until the pain goes away.

According to the Huffington Post, Jennifer Scavino filed for in Dutchess County, New

York, in January.

She and Dan Scavino have been married since September 2000 and have two children.

The cause of divorce is not clear.

Scavino, who in addition to his role as Trump's assistant, acts as the White House social

media director, has been with Team Trump since 1990, when he started working as Trump's

caddie.

Over the decades, Scavino's shot up in the ranks, but he had his true 15 minutes of fame

in July 2016, when he tweeted from Trump's account a meme of Hillary Clinton's face

superimposed over piles of cash, with a six-pointed star emblazoned with the caption, "Most

Corrupt Candidate Ever."

Folks quickly pointed out that the tweet, which has since been deleted, featured a whole

bunch of anti-Semitic imagery, not the least of which was the Star of David-seeming star.

Scavino defended the meme, claiming it couldn't possibly be anti-Semitic, because his wife's

Jewish family let him celebrate Rosh Hashanah with them or something:

Unfortunately, it appears Scavino will no longer be able to use that excuse, and will

instead have to rely on Roy Moore's attorney to earn points with members of the Tribe.

The good news is, Don Jr.'s also single and breakups have strength in numbers, though

I do weep for Washington, D.C.'s bar scene.

Dan Scavino, is just the latest casualty in the war of words.

The left takes joy in mocking two men who have lost their marriages to a difficult lifestyle.

But let's be honest, it's all they have.

Disparaging words can't cover up the mess that is brewing in Washington.

With Comey and McCabe out at the FBI, new and very troubling documents coming to light,

showing that McCabe lied to FISA courts to spy on Trump's campaign.

Things got bad enough for him that the FBI's own Office of Professional Responsibility

recommended he be terminated.

Sticks and stones left-leaners, words don't hurt you, but facts do.

It's kind of weird how that worked.

The journey's been really, really wacky for me.

That's the next big thing that I wanna do

is to go for a second Olympic Games.

There's a lot of heavy moving.

Sleds are really heavy, and the trips down track

once you're in a sled are not comfortable at all.

It's actually really, really violent.

There's no seat belts, there's no cushion seats.

It's just like hard carbon fiber, and a metal frame right

next to you, so it's really, you got to get used to it.

I know I used to get so nervous where I couldn't feel

my legs, but over time I finally learned to control that

and turn that into nervous energy, which means,

okay, I feel nervous, that's a good thing,

now I can use that in my race.

Honestly, I didn't really know how many Latino athletes

were being represented by Team USA.

For me to be part of that small group

is pretty cool, especially when you don't see

too many Latino athletes do Winter Olympic sports.

To be that person, or be that role model,

or whatever you wanna call it,

for the Latino community is a tremendous honor.

Five Nights at Freddy's: An Unfiltered Opinion! - Duration: 10:01.

So I'm going to unleash the inner me.

Normally I give you guys theories or a perspective on a game you never knew...but this time is

something a little different.

Y'know that stereotype of having an angel and a demon on your shoulder?

I'm going to give those guys free rein here, except my shoulder dude is a slightly overweight

cheetos fanatic that is constantly looking for a new D20 and a better computer setup.

He's a nerd, and he has a lot to say.

So with that introduction out of the way, here's what I think of FNAF.

Not a theory, but my honest, unhinged, MIND BLOWING...opinion.

Before I do get into it I just want to talk real quick about our recent Doki Doki Literature

video this past friday.

You may have seen it floating around and then (for some reason) weren't able to find it.

That's because we took it down due to some behind the scenes YouTube issues.

It wasn't a decision we took lightly especially given the heavy subject matter of the video.

Basically, once we believe the issue is resolved we'll be re-uploading it sometime this week.

Now let's get into it!

First off, gamewise, I'm not a fan of games where I don't get to move.

The majority of the FNAF games is waiting and watching.

I'm big brother and these robotic killer furballs all got stuck in a house together

while I watch them.

It's reality TV without Snooki and veiled in a scary theme.

There's no exploring no leveling, it's a horror game.

The entire idea behind the game is to scare people right?

Which..is fine.

Some people like that, some people don't.

Personally, I don't really play many horror, jumpscare games outside of the channel, I

like them but I've never been much for the GAH! ...but that doesn't mean the game isn't

good.

It's just in a different genre than I usually play.

See, I don't like getting scared, but at this point I've done so much FNAF content

I'm sort of immune to the jumpscare mechanics in them.

The main gameplay mechanics themselves are odd for a horror game.

If you look at most other horror games they involve running, or hiding, or some sort of

thing where you don't sit still in a room watching a fan that you can never turn off

despite however drafty it may be.

And that's really where I applaud Scott on his games.

He completely turned the idea of horror on its head.

There is no hiding, there is no running, you just gotta wait it out and watch as impending

furry nightmares (or fantasies?) come at you from every direction.

It's a different take on horror that he continually tweaks throughout the games.

The first three are essentially the same mechanic with slight changes.

The fourth adds in an extremely important audio mechanic, but still, it's essentially

the same idea.

'Course Sister Location and FNAF 6 are quite different, but this was a very obvious and

conscious change by Scott.

There's only so much story you can tell when you're stuck in a single room.

Just like I could tell you the weather outside (even though I never went outside) just by

looking out the window.

But just because I can see what it's like near me, doesn't mean I know the weather

for the whole city.

Scott's storytelling was the same way, he had to change up the mechanics to enable more

story to be told, and good for him for not shying away from change.

Like I just said, FNAF 6 and Sister Location really shook things up and allowed for broader

storytelling...but even before those titles, the minigames were a fantastic way Scott accomplished

this.

It was only when Scott really felt the need to tie a bow on the franchise that he included

MORE than just minigames on top of his FNAF-jumpscare formula.

All this being said, it's not surprising that the games also got progressively better

as the franchise aged.

At least in my opinion.

If you look at the first game, the jumpscares aren't much of anything.

Oh foxy, I'm so scared because you came inside the door.

It wasn't really the horror aspect that made the games popular to begin with.

It was part of the initial appeal...what with let's players freaking out...but FNAF's

popularity was ALWAYS centered around YouTube and the storyline.

And this is where Scott went from a regular decent game maker to a goddamn genius.

You see, there's so many other indie titles that have come and gone.

Undertale is a great example.

Toby Fox made an absolutely amazing game that had the entire internet floored for a solid

few months.

But when the hype ended, that game's popularity really died out.

But not totally.

Just take a look at the google trends for Undertale.

It's a constant downward slope from the initial release.

Now take a look at FNAF.

Not only has Scott managed to keep interest in FNAF high, by releasing extremely quickly,

he was able to release the first four games all within a year.

He took one singular event, FNAF1 getting picked up by popular YouTubers like Markiplier,

and created an entire franchise that still continues in popularity today.

The games themselves are just ok.

They definitely aren't the best games I've ever played.

They aren't winning any awards for gameplay or graphics or even storytelling because they

purposefully don't tell the story well.

But Scott did exactly what the Kardashians did, he took a moment of fame and created

an empire from it.

Now the FNAF franchise isn't just games, it's books, and merchandise and a movie

too.

It's diversified, and now it doesn't need the games to continue living.

Think about the other games that have done that: Halo, Tomb Raider, Assassins Creed,

they're all triple A titles!

Scott was able to pull off something most massive game developers can only do with their

best games, and he's doing it better than most game developers do.

He kept the popularity of the games up by releasing so fast it was always on people's

minds for like the first year, then he got the book deals going so he could spend more

time in between each game to make them better and more polished, and he didn't submit

to having a production company have control over his movie.

He held out until he got Blumhouse, one of the best Production companies for horror films

to make his movie.

So when people are continually saying "Oh FNAF is dead, it's been done, it's over"

I'm sorry, but you're not looking at the big picture.

One man created a game that was big enough to branch into every other area of media,

including print and movies.

Can you name another indie team that was able to do that?

Even Notch, the man behind minecraft, hasn't hit all those milestones yet.

Partially because he sold it to Microsoft and hasn't been involved for years...but

even a huge corporation like Microsoft can't pull this off.

And Minecraft was way more popular than FNAF.

This is why I am still interested and still curious about the future of FNAF.

Scott Cawthon has essentially done what no one else was able to in the indie genre.

He's kept interest in a franchise that for all logical purposes should have died out

based on what we've seen from other indie games that blew up.

But instead he created a franchise that not only continues on to this day with at least

two more releases in the form of a book and a movie, but he's also made a game that

changed the entire scene of YouTube as we know it.

Markiplier exploded in growth with FNAF, so did Game Theory.

And we are no exception.

Our FNAF 4 video put us on the map for YouTube like nothing else ever has.

Except for maybe Sonic The Story You Never Knew.

So while I'm not sitting at home playing FNAF in my free time, I have to respect the

amount of impact that franchise has had.

And you know I respect the mystery.

Honestly I don't think we're ever going to completely see the end to the FNAF universe.

Scott, in another brilliant move, established earlier on that there are different universes

between different media.

The books are not the same as the games which likely won't be the same as the movies,

but there is overlap.

So there's nothing stopping Scott from creating another game like FNAF World, that is unique,

but a success on its own.

He's creating a brand so it doesn't matter what he makes, as long as it has FNAF in it,

fans will flock to it.

And that's something that I have the utmost respect for.

Nintendo did it with Mario, Matpat has done it with his Theory franchise, but creating

a brand that people recognize as something they want to be a part of no matter what direction

that brand is taking is not easy to do.

It's something we're still working on at Treesicle.

I'm sure many of you pick and choose what videos to watch on our channel, and don't

watch them all.

There's a disconnect between us always making good content and us always making good content

you want to watch.

Scott has bypassed that barrier with his fans, so now as long as it has FNAF, they will come.

That's truly what is special about it.

It's not the game, its not even the overly complex story, it's what the franchise represents.

It's a storyline that impacted so many people's lives, that it became a part of everyday life,

and continues to be something we come back to over and over again because the franchise

isn't dead, it's still growing, just in new and different ways.

That's what I think of Five Nights At Freddy's, warts and all.

There's plenty that isn't amazing about the games, and I'd be lying if I said the

purposely cryptic story-telling hasn't...made me upset a few times in the past...but its

accomplishments largely overshadow its shortcomings.

So remember, this is a new idea for a video where we really get down into what I think

Will Stress Really Make You Go Gray? - Duration: 3:06.

We've all seen those comparison photos.

Some president starts out with a full head of dark hair, and a few years later they're

totally gray.

But stress doesn't really turn your hair white.

At least, not the hair already on your head.

It can help reveal gray hairs, though, by increasing turnover.

And scientists think it might just speed up the graying process a little, too.

Each hair gets its color from melanin, a pigment made by specialized cells called melanocytes

in hair follicles.

You can have gray or white hairs because the hair itself, which is mostly a colorless protein

called keratin is manufactured by different specialized cells in the follicle, which are called keratinocytes.

And they tend to live longer than the pigment-producing ones.

So hairs can keep growing, shedding, and growing anew, even if those little pigment factories

have stopped production.

How long your melanocytes last—and therefore when you "go gray"—is mostly determined

by your genetics.

But your head doesn't turn white the second some of those cells die.

Since the follicles can't alter hair that's already grown, gray hairs don't start to

show until the old, colorful hair has fallen out, which usually happens every few years.

But, if something makes your hair fall out faster—like, I don't know, being massively

stressed out—then it might seem like you're suddenly graying.

Chronic stress is known to trigger telogen effluvium, a condition where the hair follicle

jumps ahead to the final stages of its life cycle and the hair attached to it falls out.

So instead of lasting years, hairs can fall out within a few months of a stressful event.

The new hair starts growing again right away, so it doesn't cause baldness.

And it doesn't affect melanocytes, so for young people, the hair that falls out grows

back its normal color.

But if you happen to be at an age where the next hairs in line would be gray anyway, it

can speed up that turnover.

It's not that the stress turned you gray—it just bumped your gray hairs to the front of the line.

That said, there is some research that suggests stress might make you go gray sooner.

That's because stress can increase levels of free radicals — atoms or molecules that

have an unpaired electron, which makes them unstable and very reactive.

They basically try to steal an electron from anything they run into, which messes with

key components of cells.

A 2006 study found that too many free radicals can prematurely age cells because of their

toxic effects on DNA, or even kill the cells outright—and that includes melanocytes.

Other things known to increase free radicals in your body, like smoking, also happen to

be associated with premature graying.

But so far, no one has conducted a controlled experiment to conclusively demonstrate the

connection between stress, free radicals, and the sudden appearance of gray hairs.

So stress might make you go gray.

Or it might just reveal how gray your hair already is.

Scenes That Nearly Pushed Actors To Quit - Duration: 9:30.

The idea of fame can be appealing, but there's a lot of hard work that goes on behind the

glitz and glamour, as actors are often pushed to their limits both physically and mentally.

What does it take to get an actor to quit?

Here are some time when actors thought about cutting out on their plum movie or TV roles

because they just couldn't take it anymore.

Three walkers and a baby

Considering how many characters suffered tragic on-screen endings, The Walking Dead nearly

lost one of its lead actors for reasons that had nothing to do with zombies.

"Look at all this blood, I don't even think you're fully dilated yet!

No amount of pushing's going to help!"

"I know what it means.

I'm not losing my baby.

You've got to cut me open."

Lauren Cohan, who plays Maggie, considered quitting when it came time to shooting this

one particularly stressful scene.

"I read the script where Maggie has to give the character Laurie a c-section."

"So I go two doors down and I knock on Steven's door and I said, 'I have to leave the show,

I don't I think can do it!"

Ultimately, it was that intensity that convinced her to stay.

Recognizing that The Walking Dead is a about people being pushed to extremes, Cohan used

her discomfort to deliver an honest and moving performance.

Gandalf goes solo

You shall not pass if you think Gandalf could have been played by anyone other than Sir

Ian McKellen.

The actor makes his mark as the memorable wizard in all six Lord of the Rings and The

Hobbit films.

However, director Peter Jackson almost had to find a replacement wizard during the filming

of The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey.

Since his character was considerably taller than the hobbits and dwarves, McKellen was

acting almost exclusively by himself or in front of a green screen.

The frustration of this solitude got to McKellen, who eventually broke down on set.

He said:

"It was so distressing and off-putting and difficult that I thought 'I don't want

to make this film if this is what I'm going to have to do'.

It's not what I do for a living.

I act with other people, I don't act on my own."

Jackson and his crew held a Gandalf Appreciation Day to take McKellen's mind off the stress,

decorating his tent with Lord of the Rings mementos.

Fortunately, this convinced McKellen to soldier on.

How the Grinch tortured Jim Carrey

Jim Carrey was only cast as the Grinch in Ron Howard's live-action How the Grinch Stole

Christmas after earning the approval of Dr. Seuss's widow, Audrey Geisel.

However, that grueling audition process was a walk in the park compared to the shooting

of the film.

"Literally the makeup was like being buried alive every day."

"How long did it take?"

"The first day was eight-and-a-half hours.

And I told Ron Howard I couldn't do the movie."

On top of prosthetics, makeup and a bodysuit, the Grinch's costume also included green,

round contact lenses, which were supposedly so painful that Carrey told producer Brian

Grazer he was going to give back his salary and leave the film.

"Now pucker up and kiss it, Whoville!"

Instead of letting Carrey quit, Grazer called in a friend who trained CIA operatives to

endure torture.

After his session with the military trainer, Carrey was able to finish filming the iconic

Christmas movie.

"It was horrifying, it was horrifying, it was just like, 'It's for the kids, it's for

the kids, it's for the kids.'"

Crying while pretty

As much as audiences hated Fox's first Fantastic Four movies, nobody hated them quite as much

as Jessica Alba.

Her experiences playing Sue Storm, the Invisible Woman, nearly made her quit acting altogether.

"Let's not fight."

"No… let's!"

Alba's frustration stemmed from director Tim Story, who she later claimed demanded that

she keep her facial expressions flat during a crying scene so she still looked pretty.

Alba said:

"He was like, 'Don't do that thing with your face.

Just make it flat.

We can CGI the tears in.'

And so I just said, 'F--k it.

I don't care about this business anymore.'"

After 2007's Rise of the Silver Surfer, Alba became much more selective about acting projects.

She has even branched out of Hollywood to co-found the Honest Company, an ethical brand

for babies and home goods.

The stress awakens

Acting in a Star Wars movie is an opportunity most actors would kill for.

But the pressures of starring in Star Wars: The Force Awakens proved nearly too much for

its breakout star, Daisy Ridley.

The British actress didn't have many credits under her belt before J.J. Abrams cast her

as Rey, and the director said that her performance felt wooden on the first day of filming.

Along with the pressure of starring in the largest franchise in film history, that note

gave Ridley a panic attack.

She told Elle UK:

"I honestly wanted to die.

I thought I was gonna cry, I couldn't breathe."

Fortunately, she pulled it together and delivered a memorable, heartwarming and epic performance.

The precarious rhapsody

One of the most iconic scenes in Wayne's World happens early on in the film.

Wayne and his friends pack into his car and rock out to Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody, headbanging

to their heart's content.

"For meeeee!"

But Paramount originally wanted to replace the song with something cheaper to license.

Mike Myers, who wrote the film and starred as Wayne, believed that the song was crucial,

and revealed on the podcast WTF with Marc Maron:

"And so I fought really, really hard for it!

And at one point I said to everybody, ' Well, I'm out.

I don't want to make this movie if it's not 'Bohemian Rhapsody'!'"

Fortunately for everyone, Paramount backed down.

Tippi Hedren's angry birds

Alfred Hitchcock's reputation for being unkind to actresses did not deter Tippi Hedren from

starring in his film The Birds.

In order to defend herself, Hedren made Hitchcock guarantee that she would be attacked only

by MECHANICAL birds during filming.

Hitchcock, however, wanted Hedren's terror to feel real, so he instructed crew members

to throw live birds at her.

When one bird pecked too close to Hedren's eye, she walked off the set.

Only after a doctor-mandated week off did she come back to finish the movie.

John Cena's fear of falling

12 Rounds, the WWE-produced direct-to-video thriller, featured some of the biggest names

in wrestling.

No name was bigger than that of wrestling icon John Cena who starred as a detective.

Despite his fearlessness inside the wrestling ring, Cena apparently is human like the rest

of us.

One scene that required him to rappel down a skyscraper and hang mid-air from a rope

caused some problems, as Cena admitted in a DVD extra that his fear of heights triggered

intense anxiety.

He even considered walking away from the film before shooting began.

Somehow, though, he managed to get through filming without incident.

Shelley Duvall up at bat

The Guinness World Record for most takes to film a single scene goes to The Shining.

A known perfectionist, director Stanley Kubrick insisted on 127 takes of Shelley Duvall's

character hysterically fighting off her deranged husband.

After around 100 takes, Duvall was exhausted and dehydrated from crying so much.

Kubrick's daughter Vivian was filming some behind the scenes footage when she found Duvall,

completely drained, lying on the floor between takes.

In a 2016 interview with Dr. Phil, Duvall said that the stress from shooting The Shining

made her hair fall out.

"Look at this!

I pulled my hair, pulled hunks of my hair out!"

Russia goes too far

Rocky Four features Rocky's opponent turned mentor, Apollo Creed, staging a comeback.

Played by former NFL linebacker Carl Weathers, Creed gets roughed up in the ring by Soviet

boxer Ivan Drago, played by Dolph Lundgren.

One of the boxing scenes got a little too real when Lundgren, according to Sylvester

Stallone, picked up and threw Weathers.

Stallone told fans at a Q&A session that Weathers left the ring and announced that he was quitting

the film.

Weathers ultimately came back, and Drago got his butt handed to him by Rocky, so it was

an all-around happy ending for everyone.

A slap to the face

Dark, claustrophobic sets and running water made filming James Cameron's sci-fi flick

The Abyss a challenge.

But one scene pushed actress Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio over the edge.

When her character was being given CPR by Ed Harris's character, Cameron directed Harris

to frantically slap Mastrantonio as she lay on the cold, wet floor.

"Fight, fight!

Right now!

Do it!

Fight, goddamnit!"

After filming a couple of takes, a crew member announced that the camera had run out of film,

and they would have to film the scene all over again.

Mastrantonio was so shattered that she walked off the set, leaving Ed Harris to slap a stand-in

sandbag until her return a few hours later.

Betrayal made her furious

During production on the first Fast and Furious movie, series regular Michelle Rodriguez actually

considered quitting the film.

She took issue with the way her character, Letty, was supposed to betray Vin Diesel's

Dom for Paul Walker's Brian.

Rodriguez saw her character as a strong woman who would prefer, in her words, "the alpha-est

of alpha males," so the betrayal made no sense to her.

Rodriguez recalls crying as she threatened to quit the movie if the plot wasn't changed,

saying:

"My whole point in being an actress is that I thought I got to live a dream.

And I don't dream about being a slut!"

Fortunately, the script was altered to Rodriguez's liking, and the rest is blockbuster history.

What's eating Johnny Depp?

In What's Eating Gilbert Grape?, Johnny Depp stars as Gilbert, a small town guy stuck caring

for his mother and developmentally disabled younger brother, played by Leonardo DiCaprio.

Depp had just split up with his fiancée, Winona Ryder, and was using alcohol to cope.

Director Lasse Hallström told Entertainment Weekly that the troubled family life of the

movie struck very close to home for Depp.

In particular, Depp had trouble filming a scene where he has to yell insults at his

mother.

Darlene Cates, who played Gilbert's mother, recalled that every night after filming those

scenes, Depp would call her to apologize.

She said:

"Here he is the professional; he's done all this stuff before.

But I thought, 'What a tribute to his kindness that he would take the time to consider that

I might be hurt by what he said.'"

Jake Gyllenhaal's digital nightmare

While filming Panic Room, director David Fincher told the New York Times that he felt he needed

to be more attentive with his actors.

He put that theory into motion on his next film, Zodiac.

Jake Gyllenhaal, who starred as cartoonist-turned-crime reporter, bore the brunt of Fincher's newfound

commitment to putting his actors through the ringer.

According to the New York Times, one scene took 70 takes to film, while another took

90.

It wasn't uncommon for Fincher.

"Particularly with David, he does lots of takes."

Since Zodiac was shot digitally, Fincher didn't have to worry about running out of film.

Gyllenhaal was pretty diplomatic, though, keeping things vague by simply explaining:

"...we would reshoot things."

Loch Ness Monster Caught On Camera On Beach - Duration: 2:51.

A crazy looking sea creature has washed up on a beach in the US state of Georgia.

Could this mystery creature be Nessie ? I'll fill you in here on IO

What is happening people this is inform overload, where we talk about the weirdest news on the

internet.

I'm charlotte dobre.

And as an expert on weird news, I say that because I've been covering it for exactly

two years now, this video of a mystery sea creature on a beach looks the most authentic

out of all the other Nessie sightings I have covered on this channel.

And believe me, theres been a lot.

The loch ness monster is often described as a serpent like creature, with two fens, a

long neck and a tiny head.

Nessie is believed to have lived in the waters of the loch ness lake in Scotland, but there

are many legendary serpent like creatures around the world.

Like the Morag, in loch morar, the Lagarfljot Worm from Iceland, the ogopogo in the okanagann

lake in Canada and the Lariosauro in lake como Italy.

A man named jeff warren said he came across the unidentified sea creature on wolf island

beach in Georgia when he was on a boat trip with his son.

He says it was 4 to 5 feet in length, and at first it looked like a dead seal.

But as he got closer, he realized it had a long neck, a tiny head, teeth, a tail and

fins.

When he came across it, the cacass was being eaten by birds.

The local media, News4Jax, got ahold of the story, and even they couldn't explain what

the heck this sea creature was.

I mean, It looks exactly how Nessie is supposed to look, but maybe a baby version.

No one knows how old the creature is.

The video taken by jeff was uploaded to youtube, and since then lots of people have come forward

with explanations.

A local writer contacted news4 jax and said that he thinks the sea creature could be Altamaha-ha,

a legendary creature that is said to live in the Altamaha river, small streams and abandoned

rice fields.

The Altamaha river is very close to where this sea creature was found.

Others said that the creature could be a very elaborate hoax.

But so far, no experts have come forward to identify the creature.

Director dan ash of of the US fish and wildlife service said that some sea animals can decompose

in strange ways so that they look like prehistoric creatures.

Like basking sharks for examples.

When they are left to rot, their necks extend and they end up looking similar to the loch

ness.

But his best explanation is that this creature could be fake.
