Judicial Watch Reveals the SMOKING GUN That'll Sink Both McCabe and Hillary.

Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton stated yesterday that McCabe's firing was "just

the beginning," and boy, he wasn't joking!

Fitton is bringing the attention back to evidence obtained by Judicial Watch in November 2017,

where McCabe's wife received $700,000 in campaign funds from Clinton crony Terry McAuliffe,

which poses a HUGE conflict of interest in McCabe handling Hillary's email investigation.

udicial Watch is urging President Trump to use this evidence and reopen an investigation

into the "compromised" email investigation.

Washington, DC – Judicial Watch today released 79 pages of Justice Department documents concerning

ethics issues related to FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe's involvement with his wife's

political campaign.

The documents include an email showing Mrs. McCabe was recruited for a Virginia state

senate race in February 2015 by then-Virginia Lieutenant Governor Ralph Northam's office.

The news that Clinton used a private email server broke five days later, on March 2,

2015.

Five days after that, former Clinton Foundation board member and Democrat party fundraiser,

Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe, met with the McCabes.

She announced her candidacy on March 12.

Soon afterward, Clinton McAuliffe-aligned political groups donated nearly $700,000 to

McCabe's wife for her campaign.

Judicial Watch obtained the documents through a July 24, 2017, Freedom of Information Act

lawsuit filed after the Justice Department failed to respond to an October 24, 2016,

FOIA request.

All records of communication between FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, and other FBI or Department

of Justice officials regarding ethical issues concerning the involvement of Andrew McCabe

and his wife, Dr. Jill McCabe, in political campaigns;

All records related to ethical guidance concerning political activities provided to Deputy Director

McCabe by FBI and DOJ officials or elements.

An October 23, 2016, email shows McCabe running the response effort to a Wall Street Journal

article that was published that day, titled "Clinton Ally Aided Campaign of FBI Official's

Wife."

McCabe provides Michael Kortan, the assistant director of Public Affairs, his version of

a timeline of events surrounding the Clinton investigation and his wife's campaign.

McCabe said he contacted then-FBI Chief of Staff Chuck Roseburg about Jill McCabe's

candidacy, and was told that "the Comey has no issue with it."

Internally, the Wall Street Journal article started a flurry of emails among Mrs. McCabe's

campaign, Kortan, Director McCabe, and the FBI's General Counsel.

Part of that exchange is an email from McCabe to someone in the General Counsel's Office:

"Sucks pretty much.

Buckle in.

It's going to get rough."

The colleague responds, "I know.

It's awful.

I shouldn't be shocked by now, but I really am appalled."

McCabe also forwarded the article to Comey who responded.

On October 24, 2016, a memo was sent to all Special Agents in Charge, Assistant Directors,

Executive Directors and the General Counsel's Office regarding the Wall Street Journal article

discussing campaign activities concerning Mrs. McCabe.

Kortan suggested that questions could be referred to his office and he attached an "Overview

of Deputy Director McCabe's Recusal Related To Dr. McCabe's Campaign for Political Office."

The Overview itself was previously reported by Judicial Watch.

The documents also show repeated use of the official FBI email system in connection with

Mrs. McCabe's political campaign.

For example:

On March 13, 2015, Mrs. McCabe emails to her husband's official FBI email account a draft

press release announcing her run for state Senate.

In August 2015, McCabe uses his official FBI email account to advise a redacted recipient

to visit his wife's campaign website: "Jill has been busy as hell since she decided to

run for VA state senate.

On November 2, 2015, Mrs. McCabe forwards an email to her husband – then the Assistant

Director in Charge of the FBI's Washington Office, that accuses her opponent of extorting

local businessmen.

The email was sent to her husband's official FBI account.

The documents include an October 2016 letter from House Government Oversight Committee

Chairman Jason Chaffetz to McCabe questioning a possible conflict of interest, by noting

that Clinton headlined a Virginia fundraiser on June 26, 2015, for Mrs. McCabe.

"A significant amount was donated after the FBI had initiated its investigation and

begun meeting with Secretary Clinton's attorneys in August 2015."

The documents also show that FBI leadership was sensitive to reports of FBI internal dissent

with then-Director Comey's handling of the Clinton investigation.

On October 24, 2016, Mrs. McCabe forwarded to Director McCabe a True Pundit article titled,

"FBI Director Lobbied Against Criminal Charges For Hillary After Clinton Insider Paid His

Wife $700,00."

The story reported that former FBI Executive Assistant Director John Giacalone resigned

in the middle of the Clinton email investigation, because he saw it going "sideways" and

that Jill McCabe received money from a PAC headed by McAuliffe, who was under investigation

by the FBI for campaign finance law violations.

McCabe forwarded the article to Comey, noting "FYI.

Heavyweight source."

Comey replied to McCabe, copying Chief of Staff James Rybicki, saying, "This still

reads to me like someone not involved in the investigation at all, maybe somebody who heard

rumors …"

"These new documents show that the FBI leadership was politicized and compromised in its handling

of the Clinton email investigation," said Tom Fitton, Judicial Watch President.

"It well past time for a do-over on the Clinton emails that requires a new, honest

criminal investigation of her misconduct."

The Senate Judiciary Committee and the U.S. Special Counsel have opened investigations

into whether McCabe violated the Hatch Act, and failed to properly disclose payments to

his wife's campaign on his ethics report.

The Justice Department's Inspector General is examining McCabe for failing to recuse

himself from the Clinton investigation due to his meeting with McAuliffe.

Judicial Watch filed a separate FOIA suit on behalf of retired FBI Supervisory Special

Agent Jeffrey A. Danik against the Department of Justice.

Additionally, Judicial Watch filed FOIA lawsuits seeking employment records and communications

related to McCabe.

In this election we have a candidate for president of the United States, who over the course

of his lifetime and the course of this campaign, has said things about women that are so shocking,

so demeaning and I will not repeat anything here today.

And last week, we saw this candidate actually bragging about sexually assaulting women.

And I can't believe that I'm saying that a candidate for President of the United States

has bragged about sexually assaulting women.

And I have to tell you that I can't stop thinking about this.

It has shaken me to my core in a way that I couldn't have predicted.

So while I'd love nothing more than to pretend like this isn't happening, and to come out

here and do my normal campaign speech, it would be dishonest and disingenuous to me

to just move on to the next thing like this was all just a bad dream.

This is not something that we can ignore.

It's not something we can just sweep under the rug as just another disturbing footnote

in a sad election season.

Because this was not just a "lewd conversation."

This wasn't just locker-room banter.

This was a powerful individual speaking freely and openly about sexually predatory behavior,

and actually bragging about kissing and groping women, using language so obscene that many

of us were worried about our children hearing it when we turn on the TV.

And to make matters worse, it now seems very clear that this isn't an isolated incident.

It's one of countless examples of how he has treated women his whole life.

And I have to tell you that I listen to all of this and I feel it so personally, and I'm

sure that many of you do too, particularly the women.

The shameful comments about our bodies.

The disrespect of our ambitions and intellect.

The belief that you can do anything you want to a woman.

It is cruel.

It's frightening.

And the truth is, it hurts.

It's that feeling of terror and violation that too many women have felt when someone

has grabbed them, or forced himself on them and they've said no but he didn't listen — something

that we know happens on college campuses and countless other places every single day.

And all of us are doing what women have always done: We're trying to keep our heads above

water, just trying to get through it, trying to pretend like this doesn't really bother

us maybe because we think that admitting how much it hurts makes us as women look weak.

Maybe we're afraid to be that vulnerable.

Or maybe we don't want to believe that there are still people out there who think so little

of us as women.

Too many are treating this as just another day's headline, as if our outrage is overblown

or unwarranted, as if this is normal, just politics as usual.

But, New Hampshire, be clear: This is not normal.

This is not politics as usual.

This is disgraceful.

It is intolerable.

And it doesn't matter what party you belong to — Democrat, Republican, independent — no

woman deserves to be treated this way.

None of us deserves this kind of abuse.

And I know it's a campaign, but this isn't about politics.

It's about basic human decency.

It's about right and wrong.

If all of this is painful to us as grown women, what do you think this is doing to our children?

What message are our little girls hearing about who they should look like, how they

should act?

What lessons are they learning about their value as professionals, as human beings, about

their dreams and aspirations?

And how is this affecting men and boys in this country?

Because I can tell you that the men in my life do not talk about women like this.

And I know that my family is not unusual.

And to dismiss this as everyday locker-room talk is an insult to decent men everywhere.

The men that you and I know don't treat women this way.

They are loving fathers who are sickened by the thought of their daughters being exposed

to this kind of vicious language about women.

They are husbands and brothers and sons who don't tolerate women being treated and demeaned

and disrespected.

And like us, these men are worried about the impact this election is having on our boys

who are looking for role models of what it means to be a man.

Because let's be very clear: Strong men — men who are truly role models — don't need to

put down women to make themselves feel powerful.

People who are truly strong lift others up.

People who are truly powerful bring others together.

And that is what we need in our next President.

We need someone who is a uniting force in this country.

Be Responsible, My People March 18,2018

Thank you, Lord Jesus, that You are constantly guiding us in the things that are most on

Your heart, the most important to You.

Well, tonight after prayer, I wanted to give the Lord an opportunity to speak, even though

He hadn't said anything to me after my communion service.

So, I asked Him, "Lord, what would you like to say?

Because I know you want to say something to us…".

He always does.

"You are right Beloved."

He began.

"I do.

It's terribly important to Me that I am in communication with My flock.

So many in this moment are swayed by the events of the world as it is presented to them in

main stream media—which is crooked and perverted beyond remedy.

'My people perish for lack of knowledge' because they are too lazy to search until

they uncover the truth.

"You were this way, Clare, but the time had not yet come for your understanding to increase.

However, you understood from afar the true nature of things."

Yeah - I just couldn't bring myself to vote for anybody, because I felt they were ALL

corrupt and liars.

Jesus continued, "But now I am calling My people to awareness, action and accountability.

As you discover the truth, you do have an obligation to support it and vote.

"I know that no man is perfect.

I know there is underhandedness and corruption everywhere you turn.

But without supporting the best, though they be imperfect, you become the victims of the

worst.

"Some of you are called to social action and will find yourselves in positions of responsibility.

You will then understand more fully the high winds the lofty must navigate and survive

in the political realms.

Everyone can sit in their armchairs and find fault.

But let them get into a position with pressure on all sides and see if they can survive while

doing the right thing.

"That is one reason I abhor criticism and back-biting.

Those who make their tongues a sword, for cutting others down, are not part of the solution.

Those who want to make this world a more moral place will roll up their sleeves and get to

work.

"And so, I counsel you, My people: take responsibility for your government, whether in prayer, supporting

candidates, or educating the public.

Do not allow things to just flow right by you without taking a moral stance.

And remember that no one is perfect, but seek to support the ones who uphold what is important

to Me.

This may be in a greater or lesser degree, depending on your choices, but do what is

right according to Scripture.

"The mess your nation is in now is the result of decades of shallow thinking; sinfully busy

lifestyles that don't have time for Me or for their nation.

This is what Satan depends on—a lukewarm middle-class that is overwhelmed by endless

worldly preoccupations.

"It isn't easy to see how vital your government is… until you become the victim of corruption

and it's too late to do anything about it.

"This is what happens to nations that are not proactive in supporting what is right,

from the ground up.

This is how dictators take over peoples, oppress and murder them.

There is a tremendous cost to freedom.

And if your heart stirs when you consider your nation, you are hearing from Me a calling

to do something.

Get active and start somewhere.

It doesn't matter where you begin.

I will move you from position to position as you grow.

"I am putting this call out to you right now, because some of you are facing elections

that will deeply affect how President Trump is able to make the moral changes necessary

to stop the slaughter of the innocents and other disgracefully immoral laws."

Lord, you are so full of surprises!

I never expected this message.

"Well, I am grateful to you, Clare, for taking these last moments of your day to see

to it this message gets out.

It is short, but very important.

"And we are making progress with the things that are on My Heart.

So, please do not get under condemnation for pulling things together.

All that you have been doing has been in My will for you."

Thank you, Lord.

"Don't you feel the peace?"

I do.

It's very sweet.

"That is a sure indication that what you are doing with your day is very pleasing to

Me.

I want you to walk in freedom from guilt.

The enemy will twist whatever he can to cause you to feel guilty.

And it's debilitating to you.

So, I am taking this opportunity to tell you, 'Enjoy the peace; you are operating in My

will.'"

You are so kind to me, Jesus.

"I want to reward your faithfulness and put your heart at peace."

And I just want to mention here, that one of the ways the enemy confounds us, and gets

us confused is by saying, 'You shouldn't be doing that now.

You should be doing this."

And of course, if you're doing that, he'll say, "You shouldn't be doing this— you should

be doing THAT!"

He'll put you on the run from one thing to the next.

All the time, feeling guilty, like you're not doing what the Lord wanted you to do.

He has told me that He's going to remove some of the opposition that I've been coming up

against.

And He's doing it!

It's beautiful!

That's one of the reasons I have so much peace.

And I am praying for my enemies -that's a very, very important component in the state

of peacefulness in our hearts.

Is to pray for our enemies.

Pray good for them and pray that they would be converted.

That they'll see the error of their ways.

And as you do that, I believe the angels step up to protect you even more.

Because you are doing what is REALLY difficult.

You're forgiving those who're hurting you.

You're forgiving and praying for them.

And this is God's will for us.

God bless you, Family.

Let's get out there and vote and do whatever we have to do in these coming elections.

Top 10 Easter Eggs You Missed In Burnout Paradise Remastered - Duration: 5:02.

Hey guys!

Welcome back to Top 10 Gaming, I'm Ron McKenzie-Lefurgey.

Burnout Paradise Remastered just came out, and many fans are now scrambling to explore

the newly beautified Paradise City.

Some of the more diehard fans will be on the lookout for Easter Eggs, and with such a new

game, they can be hard to find.

So, today I'll give you a list of little Easter Eggs and references from the original

game, so that you at least know where to start looking!

But before you do that, get ready, it's time for the Top 10 Easter Eggs you missed

in Burnout Paradise!

Number 10: Hometown heroes.

Sometimes while driving around, DJ Atomika will talk about an email he received from

someone in Guildford, England.

This might seem like a randomly chosen town, but it's actually the hometown of many of

the Burnout developers, and the place where the game was developed.

Such a great way to pay homage to the town you love.

Even though the next thing he says is that he doesn't care about it because it's not

Paradise City...

Number 9: Road names.

One thing that you might have noticed if you're one of the few people that actually watches

the credits, is that many of the road names in the game are actually named after Criterion

Games staffmembers.

This isn't super uncommon in games like this, but I really like it.

It'd be so cool, except my stupid last name wouldn't fit so it would probably have to

be Ron street.

Which is still pretty cool.

Number 8: Deja vu.

Another reference found in the game is that many regions of the city are named after tracks

from past games.

For example, Harbor Town and Hillside Pass are from Burnout 1, Palm Bay Heights and Heartbreak

Hills are from Burnout 2, and Waterfront and Silver Lake are from Burnout 3.

There are more, but I can't list them all.

Neat little reference though.

Number 7: Blobby.

This is an Easter Egg from the Big Surf Zone, which was just riddled with references to

various British TV shows.

In case you aren't as addicted to British Panel shows as I am, this is Mr. Blobby.

him terrifying too.

Not sure why he's a thing.

But his catchphrase is referenced in game.

If you look at the northernmost pillar in the underground parking lot below St. Cath's

Hospital, you'll see "Blobby Blobby Blobby" plastered there.

I've never found a character so funny and disturbing at the same time.

Number 6: The City.

The name of Paradise City itself is possibly a reference as well.

As most players, and most rock fans will know, Paradise City was a hit song by Guns n Roses.

It's used as the title song for the game, and many believe that the game was actually

named after the song.

I haven't been able to find anything by the development team confirming this, but

it seems pretty likely that it was intentional, and not just a happy coincidence.

Good thing they went with this song of theirs; if they called it "Patience" we might

have seen a much more boring game.

Number 5: New paints.

If you complete certain goals, you get access to awesome new paint colours.

Gold Paint can be attained by earning the Elite level license, which requires 110 event

wins, no small feat.

Then, if you manage to get 100% completion with an Elite license, you get access to platinum

paint.

Pretty sexy.

Number 4: Our Survey Says…

Here's another one from the Big Surf Zone, referencing, of course, Family Fortunes.

Which is the British version of Family Feud.

Honestly, this whole list could be just Big Surf Zone easter eggs, but I figured I should

mix it up.

Anyhoo, you can find the famous phrase in-game, on the first floor of Saville Tech.

More on that later.

If you enter through the bottom and go to floor 1, then drive to the cones and turn

left, you'll see a wall with "Our Survey Says" on it.

But there's no survey.

I know, I was disappointed too.

Number 3: Saville Tech.

Yep, in researching the last point, I saw Saville Tech, and it suddenly occurred to

me that that's almost definitely a reference to the now-disgraced British radio and television

presenter.

They added an L, but it's too perfect to be an accident, especially with all the other

pop culture references.

If you were wondering, Savile was disgraced after his death, when previous reports of

sexual conduct with minors were substantiated by hundreds of alleged victims.

However, this reference was made before all this came to light, so it's not Criterion's

fault.

Number 2: Atlantis.

Originally, the Paradise City map was supposed to be a lot bigger.

Harbor town was bigger, Big Surf Island was an airport, and there was a southern factory

zone far south.

This was eventually scrapped, but there was a neat little DJ Atomika easter egg where

he says "A local airport just east to the waterfront plaza has been sunk due to a heavy

storm."

Pretty cool little nod to the original design!

Number 1: The essence of Matt.

Big Surf Island has a bunch of billboards, some of which refer to particular things.

My personal favourite is a big billboard advertising Brute: An Essence of Matt, named after Criterion's

general manager, matt Webster.

Now, I'm pretty sure Brute is a take-off on Brut cologne.

But since it's some smelly nerd advertising it, they decided that "Brute" might better

describe his essence.

It's almost as good as their last fragrance: "Eau de doritos and mountain dew".

my name is Eric Conover that is a giant man made out of snow this is a bed made

out of ice in fact this whole building is made out of snow and ice it is minus

11 degrees in northern Finland and I am about to spend the night in the snow

village ice hotel let's start off with some hotel stats The Snow Village covers

an area of 20,000 square meters it's built up every year from scratch and

construction begins around late October to early November when it gets cold

enough the hotel is constructed from 20 million kilos of snow and 350 thousand

kilos of crystal clear natural ice the temperature in the snow village remains

at a I mean I guess you could call it comfortable - - - about minus 5 degrees

Celsius and now for the Grand Tour let's start off in the ice restaurant

tonight we are dining in the world's largest igloo I've traveled around the

world and I've stayed in some pretty cool places my time but I've never ever

stayed in a place made out of snow basically everything in here is ice

table made out of ice chair made out of ice bar made out of ice

silverware not made out of ice I'm not actually sitting on ice I'm sitting on a

nice little but warmer faux-fur we have some blankets we have some hot hot tea

to warm the soul maybe because it was freezing or maybe because the food was

actually incredible I had a plate of lavish delicacies with baked ice cream

for dessert and it was probably one of the best meals I've ever had in my life

also the meal is included with a stay overnight at the snow village Ice Hotel

this is actually pretty ironic every Hotel in Finland is required by law to

have fire extinguishers so in the Ice Hotel there's fire extinguishers the

walls are lined with these pieces of clear ice with blue glacier lights

illuminating them through the whole hallway we just finished up our dinner

in the ice restaurant and now we're going to the ice bar

okay but this is what it looks like with people actually in it since the hotel is

open to the public until 10:00 p.m. the bar is usually pretty packed it was more

or less a huge melting pot for for people all over the world

cheers Cheers I got tonic because I don't drink but what you guys yet we got

a special offer yeah Bert just put the throw to b-roll the ice hotel was built

this year in collaboration with HBO's Game of Thrones and it was actually

featured in the show last season so if you're in the mood to watch some Game of

Thrones or a film you can do so in the ice cave movie theater and also you're

thinking to yourself men this is a very very romantic part of the world you can

actually come here and get married in the ice chapel right here this is where

you would do it this is where you would tie the knot with the love of your life

in an igloo and it's actually honestly it's something like out of a fairy tale

and what is that where are you going my god if you jump down here off the altar

you look back and there's definitely a good amount of seating here family and

friends and now for the rooms there are 30 rooms in the Ice Hotel eight of which

are suites each suite has an individual piece of art that was commissioned by

world-famous artist so you walk into this room and there is some kind of

sorcerer Viking man with some big snow globe it is a level of detail that you

can get out of snow like even up close it makes it even more impressive the

closer you get to it every suite has a different piece of art so let's go check

out the other ones

seriously if you were a kid and you saw this nightmares this is a regular room

there's no artwork just the bed mattress you can't really tell in so I put on the

wide-angle lens how big is these rooms are and how

massive the art is that's what's that April probably if you get a little cold

a nice hotel if you're not you can walk outside here we've got a beautiful full

moon back there you cross this little area over here there's a nice man to

greet you welcome there's a fire that's probably burning 24/7 you can grab a fur

is warm up all the visitors have left is now just the guests that are spending

the night in the hotel and before there's a very party-like atmosphere now

it almost has an eerie kind of haunted vibe to it wouldn't you say it's like

it's like really really quiet like because all this snow just absorbs the

sound it's it's kind of scared are you set it's this ice hotel is massive and

kind of whispering now just because it is nighttime it's almost midnight so now

I'm taking the path to the heated area where we change it to our sleeping bags

these are all the sleeping bags all stacked up right here you come over this

way you grab your pillow then on this side they have towels and there is

actually a shower here the showers as bathrooms all that this is the actual

hotel you know the ice rooms are conscious to

place to sleep you have your sleeping bag liner which is rated to I believe

the one guy said he's camped out at minus 45 Mike yes yeah so this can get

pretty cold so you have your liner here you put your line or you jump in this

first then you slide into your sleeping bag then right up here you have these

little draw cords so you pull these guys and more or less you are in a little

cocoon I mean you'll see right now back in my instrument

this is my room for the night I have the koi pond room I'm gonna wear a hat I'm

gonna wear wool socks long johns and thermals maybe gloves too who knows if

I'm feeling a little little nippy electronics go in the sleeping bag your

phone will die your camera dial that's gonna die if you leave it on ice and

this is like a heavy-duty sleeping bag once you get in this bag I'm knocking

like I'm kind of toasty Pat's very critical but the temperature is minus 9

or minus 10 Celsius it's actually colder in the ice hotel than outside I'm gonna

go to my room and cocoon myself good luck good night and I'll see you in the

morning are you gonna sleep in the ice hotel are you gonna go sleep in the

warmth of the lobby ha I haven't decided yet but I'm probably gonna sleep in the

ice hotel I'm gonna have the camera by my bed documenting you know if I wake up

if I'm sleeping so either I will see you at sunrise or I'll see you if I can't

sleep a few hours

6:47 in the morning after a night in nice hotel

the lovely man from the front desk just came in with a warm blueberry juice to

kind of kickstart it yeah I look like I just slept on a nice bed okay I'm a bit

more awake left the ice hotel now walking into the main area which is

good another alternative to having breakfast in the warm kitchen is to come

out here to the official cold dining room instead the big table and have your

breakfast here but as you can see no one has opted for the Col option because

after spending a night in this place you are out of your damn mind if you want to

have breakfast in the cold but after I woke up I went to the front desk and I

found a diploma with my name on it which says congratulations here is the big

Do Penguins Have Knees? - Duration: 4:30.

Hello and welcome back to Life's Biggest Questions, I'm Ron McKenzie-Lefurgey.

Penguins are some of the cutest animals in the world.

It's undeniable.

They're small, they're cuddly, they look hilarious sliding down icy hills, and best

of all, the waddle around as if they really need to use the washroom.

This waddle makes them look like we do when we try to walk while locking our knees, which

makes some wonder if penguins have no knees at all.

So let's put an end to this uncertainty once and for all!

Now get ready, it's time to ask the question: Do Penguins have knees?

Since this would otherwise be one of the shortest answers in the history of LBQ, let's start

off with some facts about penguins.

With pictures.

CUTE pictures.

Penguins belong to the subfamily Spheniscinae, which is divided into 5 genuses: Aptenodytes,

or great penguins, Pygoscelis (pig-aw-sul-ous), or brush-tailed penguins, Eudyptula, or little

penguins, Spheniscus, or banded penguins, Eudyptes (you-dipts), or crested penguins,

and Megadyptes, or deep diving penguins, of which only one species remains.

The number of different species of penguin is still debated to this day.

You'd think given how far we've come in biology and the classification of animals,

this wouldn't be a problem, but it seems that experts just can't agree on the correct

classification.

For example, some believe the white-flippered penguin to be a subspecies of the Little penguin,

while others believe it to be a separate species altogether.

On the same token, some believe the royal penguin to be its own species, while others

believe it to simply be a colour morph of the macaroni penguin.

Furthermore, you may have wondered why penguins tend to be black and white.

Well, it's no coincidence!

From above, their black back feathers allow them to blend in with the dark ocean beneath,

where light doesn't penetrate.

And from below, their white bellies allow them to blend in with the surface of the water,

which is brightened due to sunlight!

Cool!

Okay, I think that's enough penguin talk, so let's get down to the question at hand:

Do penguins have knees or not?

This is a question that has been asked rather frequently.

And it's understandable; looking at a penguin, they seem to hardly have legs at all, let

alone knees.

Aren't they just a ball with feet on the end?

Well, according to their skeletal structure, that is not the case.

The first thing you may notice when looking at a penguin's skeleton is just how long

a penguin's legs are.

I can honestly say that this was a pretty huge shock for me when I first saw it.

As it turns out, penguin legs aren't dissimilar to other legs we see in the animal kingdom.

They're composed of a short femur, a knee, a tibia, and a fibula.

However, much of the leg is covered by thick feathers, which is why many doubt the existence

of their knees.

But if they have knees, why do they waddle around like they don't?

Wouldn't that just be a waste of energy?

Well, yes.

Penguins expend twice as much energy as any other terrestrial mammal of the same size

when walking.

Waddling isn't the fastest way to move around, which is part of why they spend so much time

sliding or swimming around.

And this does make sense; if you've ever tried waddling around like a penguin, you'll

know that it's considerably more tiring than regular walking.

If you've never tried this before, do it now!

Especially if you're in public.

But thanks to the work of penguin researchers, we've learned that this waddle is actually

a way to compensate for their skeletal structure which is ill-equipped for walking.

Penguins have short legs and large feet, something that helps them swim quickly and keep warm,

but makes it difficult to walk normally.

The signature waddle is actually an effective way to minimize their flaws.

By rocking back and forth, they raise their centre of mass, allowing them to move more

efficiently than relying solely on their muscles.

If they tried to walk normally, they would actually be slower.

So, even though they have knees, the build of their legs makes it so that waddling is

just the better choice.

And now we return to our question: Do Penguins have Knees?

Well, despite their silly waddle, it seems that they do, in fact, have knees.

The skeletons don't lie.

Just like Shakira's hips.

Hopefully this, as well as the other information in this video, gives you a new understanding

of these Antarctic treasures.

Also, as a bonus fact for those who stuck with me the whole video, when emperor penguins

molt, they look just like Wildlings from Game of Thrones.

Bioshock is a game that really shows the darker side of what humanity can do when morals go

out the window. We can explore the almost post-apocalyptic Rapture in Bioshock, but

the Audio Diaries offer a glimpse at Rapture before it fell. These are the 6 Saddest Bioshock

Audio Diaries.

6. J. S. Steinman - Not What She Wanted; Dr J. S. Steinman MD is one of the bosses you'll

encounter in Bioshock on your journey to escape Rapture. As you head towards his lair, you

can find audio diaries which give hints about how Steinman has descended into madness, talking

about symmetry and becoming like Picasso by creating works of art with a knife instead

of a brush. None, however, give a clearer example of how deeply disturbed and twister

Dr Steinmann has become than the follow audio diary:

5. Mariska Lutz - Masha Come Home; When I first played Bioshock, I never really though

about the lives the Little Sisters lived before they became what they are now, how they had

parents and families. This audio log, and the one that comes after it, show a different

side to Rapture, perhaps a more human side. To most parents, there is nothing worse than

losing a child, and losing one in the hell that Rapture becomes just takes things two

a whole new level:

4. J. S. Steinman - Surgery's Picasso; As previously mentioned, J. S. Steinman is not

what you would consider a mentally stable individual. He expresses interest in becoming

like Pablo Picasso, whose early works were made out of clay. Steinman, instead of using

clay, wanted to use ADAM with people as his base. This audio diary further proves my pot

that Steinman was a pretty fucked

up individual:

3. Andrew Ryan - First Encounter; When Andrew Ryan created Rapture, it was supposed to be

a paradise of freedom and prosperity, a place where man would not be limited by the concepts

of right and wrong. At first, that's what Rapture was. There were unparalleled scientific

advancements. Then things started to change. This audio diary is perhaps the first moment

where Andrew Ryan realizes that his dream may

be falling apart:

2. Sander Cohen - The Wild Bunny; Like so many of the characters in Bioshock, Sander

Cohen is kind of… insane. Except instead of being a doctor or scientist, he preferred

the world of art with things like poetry, sculpting, playwriting, and more. One of the

"and more" things is dead bodies and death as a whole. He has dozens of dead bodies forever

locked in time via wax. He even has you track down and kill several other artists and take

their picture. He's one weird cat, or should I say, rabbit. One of his symbols, for lack

of a better word, is a white mask with bunny ears. That adds a bit of context to this strange

rant he went on:

1. Yi Suchong - Mind Control Test; The world of Rapture is a cruel and unforgiving place;

with few people exemplify that as well as Dr Yi Suchong. Suchong was one of the medical

researchers responsible for creating the Big Daddy's and Little Sisters, but he also

performed a lot of other experiments as well. This audio diary has Suchong speaking to a

little boy, presumably Jack, who was given a puppy. The rest, well, I'll just let you

Since .15 there's this technology called braking force, it allows trains to

stop faster and thus it allows them to retain their maximum speed for longer

but there is a way to stop trains even faster, many of you even have an

achievement for it. Let's take a look at how it works.

At the top you can see a normal station and at the bottom you can see my new

implementation, the two trains started at the exact same frame yet the bottom one

arrives much sooner.

Even with breaking force fully researched, it's still much faster

So how does it work? There are two stations with the same name, the one on

screen is disabled so the train is just planning to go past it. It hits the other

train, a construction bot starts repairing which gets detected by the

circuit network, the circuit network re-enables the station but it also

disables the other station forcing the train to reroute. And it triggers the

second train to move out of the way. You can use the same technique with gates

but it's a lot slower. It turns out gates are very slow to respond.

This gate is set up so it's only activated once every 15 ticks, yet I can

walk through it unhindered.

This gate is active once every 25 ticks but it completely blocks me.
